Everything was great about the stay, the staff and the facility. The 'buffet' was typical of a hotel breakfast - watered down sausage gravy and hard biscuits. Otherwise, it was great and we will be back.

Comfort Suites met my needs for a quick and safe place to stay overnight. The staff member that checked me in at the front desk was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. She was the highlight. My room was nice, but the couch had large brown stains in several places and the headboard had big greasy spots on it that made me wonder about the last time it was cleaned. The breakfast was eggs, ham, and biscuits with some other cold and cereal options. It wasn't impressive, but met my needs.

This was definitely the best place to stay for UT graduation for a reasonable price. Even though it took about 15 minutes to get to campus it was a very nice hotel and very clean and reasonable.

We stayed for UTK graduation weekend. It was far enough away to be 1/3 of the price of being right in Knox and only about 20 mins out. It was clean and nice but no real frills. The pool looked nice but a bit small. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of actual food items.

Room and public areas are spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was fine. Would stay here again when in the area.

Overall stay was good, but check-in was a nightmare. 10pm with many to check-in, and one young guy (had to be younger than 20) was tied up on the phone with a manager who instructed him NOT to check in the line of ppl but leave everyone to go clean something in another room. Checking everyone in would have taken five minutes. He was gone at least twenty to clean everything. When his relief came he left immediately and told the other workers to finish cleaning up. It was all very unprofessional.

The breakfast sausage was very tasty( that's how you can tell) All manner of bagels, rolls, muffins, you can make waffles with batter. Really nice breakfast. I'm going back again in April! Highly recommended. Tons of places to eat within a few minutes. Nice parks with hiking trails within a few minutes. So reasonable! I was doing Airbnb's to visit my Grandson a few times a year....this was way more economical, less work, and after that huge breakfast only needed to get dinner once a day.

Be aware when you stay at this hotel, that if you accidentally use a card that can be used as credit and debit, you will be charged twice. Apparently, according to the front desk that is normal and my fault for not using a good ole credit card. And in order to get one of the charges refunded, you have to be on a 3 way call, during M-F business hours with your bank manager, yourself and the manager of the hotel for it to be released. The front desk person interrupted me no less than 20 times when I called about this. The room was great, but the customer service was DISMAL, and while we visit Knoxville many times a year, we will never go back to this hotel again.

Stayed here as it was close to an event we were attending. The hotel was very clean and safe.only downside is you have to drive to get to restaurants and shopping. Was less than two miles ,but we prefer to step out our door and be able to walk to said things

This is a very nice hotel. Comfortable room, great beds, super clean. Was most disappointed in their advertised “fitness center” - no free weights, and minimal equipment. Staff was super nice, breakfast was great and check in and check out was extremely smooth. Right off I40 so super convenient!

The room was well stocked with refrigerator, microwave, desk, toiletries, coffee maker. The breakfast was fresh, well stocked with options. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was poorly decorated and felt a little dirty. We reserved a room for 6. The pull out bed was dirty. Crumbs and stains on the mattress pad. Left a bad impression. The hotel seemed way overpriced for the quality. The pros were the room was large and the pool area was small but nice. The location was decent.

Our stay was ok. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast, it was good. Wished they had better selection for those of us who like eggs, they were very plain, but not a big deal, we were happy to have breakfast at the hotel. They did have amazing waffle machine which we used every day during our stay. The room was spacious and kept clean, however for some weird reason the person who cleaned the room never made our bed. We came back to the room and noticed they had just thrown the comforter on top of the sheets (never tiding up the sheets or straighten them out) the pillows were left exactly where we left them or at times just placed on top of the comforter. We always had clean towels and the room was kept clean. Just as FYI we are very organized and never left the room a mess, so finding the bed undone was disappointing. Overall our stay was fine.

Rooms are clean, spacious, and well organized with excellent lighting. Hotel is quiet and breakfast has a nice variety of healthy, fresh food. This was our third visit. Pool closes at 10 pm so I haven't had a swim yet.

No complains aside from the room was not very clean upon checking in. There was hair all over in the tub and the floors were quite dirty. Just would have liked to see them cleaner for a fresh check in. Staff was friendly. Food was decent just be nice to have a different variety of food for hot breakfast.

If I knew the breakfast was this bad I would not have chose this properly there were other properties that were convenient and same price. Sloppy eggs soo watered down I almost threw up. And there was no bacon.

The breakfast had the normal boring cereal, bland eggs and biscuits and plain white gravy (no sausage in it) blueberry muffins.

day manager called me instead of expedia when expedia's credit was refused. I should not have even been involved. we ended up getting a lesser room than we reserved and paid for.

Very quiet and breakfast was great

We had a leak in the air conditioning, and by 1 AM there was quite a bit of water on the floor, and it kept dripping all night. It was impossible to sleep. The next day we told the receptionist, and she just said "Okay."

I liked that it was clean and the breakfast was good. The king bed was just ok. It slumped some when we slept on it. But again, so clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. They offered a shuttle to the games (for a fee)so that was nice!

We stay at this site when we visit Knoxville because it is clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is great. We've stayed there at least six times and don't see any need to look elsewhere.

It’s close to the freeway so we used white noise to sleep in order to block the sound, not a big deal.

Cheaply updated rooms. Floors are filthy, our feet were black just from walking around without shoes in the room. The hallway outside our room smelled like dried urine. The couch in our room had a huge visible wet spot so obviously we weren’t able to even use it. Just all around not a clean room or hotel.

I felt that the Clerk was very impersonal and unwelcoming which is ok but if you are going to be like that you must have some redeemable qualities like being great at your job. After driving 900 miles, we checked in at 1:00 am and got to our room and the keys didn’t work. I guess he was tired as well. At checkout the clerk was very friendly.

Our experience at this hotel was good. We only stayed 1 night, so there is not much that we got to see before checkout. Breakfast had several options to choose from.

Do not book here. They have a zero tolerance cancellation policy, even immediately, in good faith, within mere minutes of clicking the reservation. Did not even want to keep the business by changing the day. Reservation was off by a week, and still wanted to stay there and change the reservation, but no quarter was given.

The hotel is older and has been updated. The room was nice sized. But needed some repairs. The faucet in the tub leaked all of the time. The toilet was a little loose and would run once in a while. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was not bad.

Having stayed here before, I like this place. This wd easily be 5 stars if not for the HVAC system. Motels must move away from the old outdated wall units and switch to mini splits!! Is virtually impossible to have uninterrupted sleep as the system is so loud. In the dark of the night, u hear this very obvious clicking sound then the fan kicks on, it so loud, that u must increase the tv volume to hear the tv; then when the compressor kicks in, it sounds like a freight train is coming through as the unit vibrates the wall!! The staff and owners should visit this room and try staying here. Then, when the system switches off, the tv is blaring b/c the volume is now too high. When people travel, they want a clean, safe, quiet place to lay their head. Mini splits are whisper quiet and I’m sure they’d be considerably more efficient.

Our last hotel stay on our way back to NC from California. Comfortable spacious room. 2 queens & sofa with table to sit & relax. A/C worked great. Well maintained property inside & out and breakfast with bacon which is rare. Employees made sure there was plenty of fresh food. Comfort Inn made this a great last night of our 17 hotel stay.

Stopped on our way home from spring break so was thankful for the late night check in. Place was relatively clean and easy to find my way around. Beds relatively comfortable and the rooms had good layout and spacious.

This was our fourth time to stay at this location, and as usual, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff we had direct contact with were great. Unfortunately, during breakfast on our second day, a man who I assumed to be the manager loudly berated a staff member at the front desk in front of everyone. He created a scene that made everyone present uncomfortable. I was embarrassed for the staff member. The manager either does not belong in his position or needs some leadership training.

At the time there wasn't a room available, front desk manager assisted and gave us the first room available after it was cleaned that accommodated my family. And we were able to enjoy breakfast! Solid construction! It was quiet and the floor doesn’t shake when we walk. We had kids and the walls were thick to keep neighbors happy! We didn’t hear anyone’s tv or walking like in other hotels. Very clean and crisp everywhere. Great breakfast options in the hotel and hundreds of dining and shopping options within 2 miles! We would stay here again for sure! Pool was small and indoors, but was perfect for my kids. No deeper than 5 ft.

We got hit with an extra charge due to being "local" and I did not have any information on that in advance, or that we would get charged for not traveling far. The whole place very clean, could use some more upkeep, staff was very nice. Quiet.

The woman at the front desk when we arrived was fantastic. She was engaging and helpful. I regret not getting her name. The hotel and our room were clean. The location is convenient to I-40 and the Turtle Creek shopping area.

The bed in the room was terrible. Their room was supposed to be accessible. The bed was very low like it needed another mattress or better support it was also very soft. My wife had to help me out of bed as my legs would not allow me to get out on my own. The room was also dirty. There was lint in the bed pieces of paper on the floor and I had to scrub the sink before use. I will never book this hotel again.

We stayed four nights. Liked everything, especially breakfast till 10am. Only problem was the noisy fan in the bathroom. Couldn't turn it off without turning off the light.

Unfortunately, the room wasn’t as clean as expected. The washroom and floor were dirty, and the fitted sheet on the pullout bed hadn’t been cleaned in either room. However, the gentleman at the front desk was very apologetic and helpful in arranging a clean room for me. While this might have been a one-off issue, it’s disappointing that it happened at all.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I realty appreciated the recessed lighting above the beds' headboards and the night light in the bathroom. Those are nice and not present in most hotel rooms.

The Breakfast set up was one of the best I have experienced at all the Hotels I have stayed at. I had a slight issue the first night but the Manager resolved it quickly, I would definitely stay at this property in the future, nice people.

One night road warrior stop. Recently renovated. Wood floors in bedroom is excellent idea.

I liked that it was right off the highway and close to many restaurants.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean, great mattress, spacious enough, good amenities, iced lemon water in lobby, decent coffee and wide choice of breakfast items.

I'm not a big fan of the hard floors, but other than that, the room was nice, clean and well kept. The bath towels were soft, which was nice. The shower head was in need of replacement or the water pressure was low. Staff was nice, parking was good. I'd stay there again for sure.

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean, roomy, and two pluses for me were no carpet and a make up expandable mirror in the bathroom. Employees were nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok, just your typical hot hotel breakfast but well stocked and clean.
