Called to confirm I could check in early. Waited for ~15min in the lobby before anyone showed up to assist me. Bed was comfortable but unfortunately the room smelled very damp. Reading lamp, regular light, and outlets on one side of my bed did not function correctly. AC was cold which was appreciated.

The woman at front desk was wonderful! She was helpful in every possible way, going above and beyond what we needed.

rug in some hallways needs replacing. Breakfast area chairs are all torn up and need replacing. I stay at Comforts all the time and this was really bad. It should not be on their roster of properties. With all of the rooms available, they put someone next to us. They were adjoining rooms and you could hear everything thru the door. They arrived late at nite, woke us up with their talking, laughing. Front desk could have spread rooms out - every other so avoid the problem

I didn't stay I didn't stay because the first room was dirty and had what looked to be blood on the walls and sheet. The other bed had yellow stains on the comforter. When and asked to be switched and they switched rooms and the comforter had yellow stains and there was dirt or something grime on the walls. I wasn't comforter with staying anymore so I called and asked for a refund and found different accommodations.

Only two towels ask for more, non available. Room smelled musty and sheets had holes in them. Landscaping poor.

This property is very run down, dirty, and not well cared for. If we weren’t traveling with others, we would have checked and left. The pullout couch mattress was filthy with huge rust stains and the shower walls had several leaks spots and the shower faucet was taped together.

Stayed for UT graduation. (Overpaid, $900 for 3 nights, so not sure if this skews my opinion. But would have paid $300 more to stay elsewhere.) -Place is not in good condition, probably 2 star condition. Scrapes on walls from traffic throughout, hallway carpets rippled on multiple floors. Bathroom wall paper gapped and signs of mold. Needs major TLC. (Room was clean however) -Loudest hotel room ever stayed in. Room feet away from expressway, windows reverberated traffic. (Originally requested not to be on that side) Bought earplugs for nights 2 and 3, which helped. -Towels were cheap. Was given 2 towels that had holes in them, frayed and torn. (Literally never before) -Staff was just OK, did not get the feeling they would be accommodating. (Maybe due to the weekend). One time went to front desk and two little kids were there. Have stayed at about 5 or 6 other hotels previously. Some were already booked, and others $200-$300 more, should have paid it. I would not stay here again.

The only thing positive about the start was the Caribbean woman the first night that checked us in. Desk staff the rest of the time was typically unavailable and when you happened to find someone, they rapt didn’t want to help you. We didn’t get towels or washcloths and the young girl gave us attitude. Mold and mildew is a problem and you can tell they try to paint over it, which never works. The escutcheon on the shower is fully rusted because it’s always damp in the bathroom. The exhaust fan is part of the light fixture so it is only on when the light it on and probably 50% obstructed by the bulb. Can’t be moving over 20 cfm. Every single thing is worn out way beyond its useful life. The lamp on the night stand provides the only two outlets by the bed and neither worked. The light shade was gross. None of the linens were anywhere close to white anymore. Not many hotels I’ve stayed in were in worse shape.

This property was BEYOND disgusting!!! Absolutely filthy!!! The carpet was soiled & stained! The bathroom caulk etc was missing & cracked. The toilet seat was broken. The bed slept wonderful. I felt safe inside because the door locked behind me from outside and i had to use my key card to get back in.
- 3/5
Carpet dirty, I didn’t like that the rooms had an extra door to lead into the room on the other side. People wasting cereal in the hall near the stairs, gym was small and janky. I stayed at a comfort inn while in Irvine, Ca and it set the standard. Nice, clean, carpets clean, fresh bananas for breakfast, pool, nice gym. If you take the stairs on the bottom floor you will find next to the stairs old/ stripped ac units from rooms stacked up. One room on the first floor I saw had a broken window. It was cool. Just lowkey shabby.
- 2/5
Very low budget and not very clean. Smelled odd as well.

The rooms and hotel are dirty. The rooms smell like mold and smoke.
- 3/5
The hotel needs serious renovations. The hallways and carpet were dingy from ceiling to floor. The room was clean but the ironing board and iron were extremely old. The one positive was the staff was excellent.
- 2/5
The floor were jot clean. The odor was very bad.
- 3/5
Breakfast was fresh and hot with many choices. Tub/shower very dated. AC very cold. Beds comfortable. Carpet in room old.
- 1/5
Bathroom wasn’t clean toilet didn’t flush. Terrible smell
- 2/5
The rooms did not appear to be properly cleaned. The shower curtain had many visible spots, the carpets were buckling and smelled stale, and there was mold and peeling paint on much of the bathroom furniture and even on the bathroom door in Room 226. Overall, the condition of the hotel and room felt quite neglected. We also had issues right from check-in. The first room we were given did not match our reservation it only had one bed and no sofa bed. We had to be relocated to another room that actually fit what we booked around 11pm. Once settled, the room was missing basic essentials. We had to request extra towels, blankets, pillows, and additional bedding because none of it was adequately provided for the sofa bed. Another concern was the housekeeping staff. They were not in uniform and appeared unprofessional or as if they walked in from the street, which made us uncomfortable enough to keep the do not disturb sign on the door throughout our stay as we didn't want them.in our room. The only positive part of the experience was the breakfast. It was good with many options and the breakfast staff member woman was very kind and welcoming.and kept the area clean and stocked. Overall, I would not recommend staying here based on our experience.
- 2/5
I would not recommend staying here. The property is incredibly run down and dirty. No ice machines were functioning either. I’m also having to call my credit card company to dispute charges because the front desk charged my card three times.

- 2/5
This hotel needs a renovation. Dark, dirty, musky. The lighting is bad, ventilation on bathroom non existent. Breakfast was not good either or visible - we weren’t sure where it was and no staff told us.
- 3/5
Pictures do not represent what you get!! Very deceiving. Hotel needs a remodeling!!
- 2/5
When we got into our room, apart from the dark, the overpowering odor of cleaning chemicals took over the smoke smell. Once we turned on the lights, we found a worn and broken nightstand, a rusted/tarnished lamp, and a wall AC Unit. The paint and decor appear out of date by a couple decades. Upon moving into the bathroom, we discovered a half roll of toilet paper with no extras, no facial tissue, and two bath towels with no floor mat. We also discovered the tub had no stopper, making our son's bath time challenging. The staff was friendly and helped us with lacking paper products and towels. The night was far from restful as the beds were not comfortable and for nearly 2 hours after midnight, a disturbed person screamed at the hotel before law enforcement intervened. In the morning, the breakfast was good and checkout speedy.
- 2/5
Staff was helpful but facility was poorly maintained and poorly cleaned.
- 0.5/5
This hotel is run down. Our room was nasty & lacked the normal supplies. Our bathroom ceiling & walls were very moldy. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. My husband is highly allergic to mold & this made him sick. I would NOT recommend this hotel!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms was clean and spacious. Early breakfast was helpful.
- 5/5
The staff is amazing! So helpful.
- 3/5
Location is convenient. Hotel condition is ok but could use updating/repair. We had two rooms. One was ok and one was dirty and smelled like smoke. Front desk was helpful getting a refund for the second room. They said many people are not abiding by non-smoking rules. Breakfast was above average.

- 2/5
While the breakfast was average for an included breakfast, the remainder of the stay was sub par. The room was barely serviced on our first morning(a weekday) and was not serviced after that. Usual supplies like washclothes, towels, and toilet paper had to be requested at the front desk each day. The overall condition of the property is less that optimal.
- 3/5
Facility was dirty, carpets stained and I vacuumed, walls in need of paint.
- 3/5
Amazing breakfast
- 2/5
When we first came in the lobby smelled nice and even though it was outdated it looked very well maintained and welcoming. While going to our room there was stains on the floor throughout the hallways and the elevator was very dirty. We got to our room and immediately you could smell the mildew like the carpet was wet but it wasn’t wet tot the touch. Then we discovered trash and debris in the bedside table in under the sink in the bathroom. The shower leaked constantly creating a very annoying sound for the duration of our stay, the tub would back up with water and had so many stains in it. When we opened the closet door there were patches and stubs on the wall and a huge while that was cut out exposing pipes l, the ironing board was so dirty and stained up we refused to use it. The beside lamp didn’t work and the person on the other side of our conjoined room kept turning the handle and trying to open the door which was unsettling! We had no towels when we got there, no body wash and the shampoo was broken off the wall and just sitting in the tub. They offered continental breakfast but they way everything else looked, I was terrified to eat there. We brought these issues to the front desk and she portrayed to have an attitude because we had issues with the quality of the establishment. She did offer to change rooms but said that they wouldn’t be much different. We asked for a discount and she said that she couldn’t give any further discount because we booked through Expedia

The building shows its sign of disrepair. There was no kitchen. We opened the sofa bed and both sides were stained so badly, it was disgusting. The towels and sheets had stains and or were worn through. The conditioner was out and never replaced. My bedside light didnt work and everytime we wanted to get in our room, we had to go to the front desk to be re-keyed. The midnight staff was not friendly and acted like it was a huge imposition when we asked for sheets and pillow for sofa bed. Unfortunately we had a nonrefundable 3 day stay. Never again!
- 1/5
Room was dirty-significant dust, dirty paper towel/napkin on the floor. Garbage in hallway floors. Elevator had a broken cookie on the floor from Sunday to Tuesday. Ceilings and carpets stained. Asked to move rooms but as told they were full. Will not stay here again.
- 3/5
Of course those places are a little more upscale since work pays for those. Another time I had to switch rooms because the air conditioning was leaking water on the floor. Overall it is an ok place.
- 2/5
Room was full of mold. Bathroom had even more mold. Zero water pressure. No bathroom vent. Staff was super nice and friendly. A/c worked great, which is why we didn’t complain. Would we stay again? No but it worked for time being.
- 4/5
Breakfast was fresh, property is dated, room was fine.
- 3/5
Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better—everything felt worn down and not well cared for. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean, relaxing room. Courteous staff.
- 3/5
The bed comforter was ripped, only 2 hangers in closet and no luggage rack. 2 drawers. The gym was not in use and some of the ice machines. The rugs were stained throughout all the halls. The breakfast manager yelled openly at his staff regarding closing exactly at 9:00. The coffee was watered down. Bed was comfortable. Tv worked ac / heat worked.
- 3/5
Room and hotel not very well up kept. breakfast was good
- 1/5
Staff was non existent. Rude. Room was dirty
- 2/5
Run down and dirty.

Gross. Musty. Garbage. Mold in the bathroom. I cannot even believe how disgusting this place was. I wanted to throw up when we walked in the room.
- 5/5
Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was ok
- 5/5

Noise traffic, billboard light right outside of our room, and noisy neighbors on our last night.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly. Room nextdoor was noisy both nights but that’s not the hotels fault. Breakfast was good also. Sad to see that ice makers were out of order on 3 floors and restroom on first floor was also out of order. Just some things that need to be fixed.
- 3/5
Old & outdated smells of mildew & mold growing in bathroom
- 3/5
Water pipe broke and no water for hours. Even next morning still no water pressure or hot water.
- 3/5
The room could have been cleaner. Piled up dust on the furniture and in the room , the bedding was very old and warn out. The lights on the side of the bed didn’t work. Breakfast was ok. The check in clerk was very friendly and nice.
- 2/5
We stayed 2 nights and only had hot water the first night. The room was adequate for what we paid but was definitely run down a bit. Is ther any way we can get compensation for 1 night since we were unable to shower for the other 2 days?
- 3/5
The whole hotel needs to be updated. the carpet was nasty, had wrinkles and a few holes. the walls needed painting, the elevator floor needed to be replaced. the room we had had no remote. then they moved us to another room that had a remote and changed us a high room fee. there was no water pressure the day we checked in and no one offered to tell us. Now I will say the staff was very pleasant and as helpful as I could have asked for. This was our 2nd stay at a Comfort in in the past year and will probably be the last. The comfort inn that we stayed at in Goshen IN last year was under renovation and we were not informed that until we checked in.
- 1/5
The room was dirty.
- 1/5
It was dirty, there was a domestic dispute next door middle of the night, traffic was loud outside, and then barely any water pressure and zero hot water the second day of our stay. It was like camping

Last time I stayed was better. Wont stay again. Could smell pot in the hall. The hotel had hardly anyone staying they put next to a couple with a child you yeild and screamed till midnight. I had to be up at 5 for a surgery. Never again.
- 4/5
Our only concern was that it appeared since the weather was FREEZING outside there were several street people staying in the motel. Several appeared to be under the influence. We stayed in our room for the evening.
- 1/5
Hotel is old and worn down. The whole place is dark and smells musty/mildewy. Ceilings/walls are peeling. Walls are paper thin. Lots of noise from outside as well as being able to hear neighbors.
- 5/5
Breakfast good. Clean room. Nice staff
- 1/5
Clerk refused to give me a receipt for my stay
- 4/5
Everything was great. Comfy beds and great breakfast. It could use some updating though.
- 1/5
Hotel was not very clean, dirt on the floor in hallways, elevator, room, bathroom, etc. Shower faucet was broken, stains. Missing light shades, lights not working. Moldy card in room, two conditioners. It was not what I was expecting based on the reviews before staying. There doesn't seem to be any car for the hotel not to mentioned maintenance of the hotel. Fitness center needs cleaning and maintaining, broken bathroom outside the fitness center, stains, halwall carpet has bumbs, etc.
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
Not up to expectations
- 3/5
Front desk employee was courteous. The room and hotel could use some updating. Just looking at the door to our room made me feel insecure. The light on the elevator door didn't work so made me uneasy as to whether the elevator even worked, but it did. The room temperature was comfortable as well as the bed, surprisingly. Did not see one cleaning cart in the hall when leaving, which is unusual for most hotels.
- 4/5
All good
- 4/5
Clean room, courteous staff and fitness area was open this time.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
Overall fairly decent, but slightly sketchy. It was okay for one night, but I wouldn't stay there again unless I had no other choice.
- 5/5
Everyone was so welcoming and kind . Mallory Cline - Frazier
- 1/5
The room was filthy and the furniture was all stained. We tried to cancel the reservation, but the front desk would not work with Expedia to cancel. The lady at check in was nice, but didn't know anything about the area when we had questions. The hotel is old and can use a deep clean or an renovation! I would never recommend anyone staying here.
- 5/5
Room clean. The staff were friendly. Overall a very nice stay.
- 2/5
The area is clean; staff are attentive; kitchen is clean but the food is not that great. The same menu everyday. No variety.
- 2/5
Unfortunately, shortly after checking in I had to request another room because the occupants next door were loud and had a continuously barking dog. The other room lacked appeal too (dirty toilet, hairs found in bed & phone didn't work). Out of the previous four times I've stayed there since beginning of October this year this visit was by far a disappointment.
- 4/5
Nice staff and good breakfast
- 4/5
Staff was courteous. The room had a few problems so had to get a different room. No tv signal, no hot water, telephone not working.
- 2/5
Room walls were super thin. Place was definitely old ab
- 2/5
Check-in was fast and easy, and the staff was very informative but overall the hotel is very old and dingy and our room smelled horrible. Would not be staying here again.
- 5/5
I love the spaciousness of the room, comfortable beds & very clean. The continental breakfast was great!
- 2/5
Back door on 2 floor was kept open during the night, the smell in the room was unbearable.
- 1/5
Comfort Inn & Suites Knoxville West had a moldy and smell bathroom - absolutely awful. Would not stay here again.
- 3/5
Sent us to an unclean room first. Had to go back to front desk
- 3/5
The facility is dated, and the breakfast food is not good, thankfully they had decent waffles. It’s not bad overnight and very spacious rooms with comfortable beds.

Place is gross. No one is putting any $ into maintaining this place. The “gym” is a joke and I’m totally disappointed in how this place was portrayed.
- 3/5
A variety would have been nice on the hot breakfast. It was scrambled eggs and sausage every day along with biscuits and gravy
- 3/5
The continental breakfast was pretty good but that’s really the best I can say. When I got to my room, the AC was running full blast and it was freezing in the room so I actually had to turn the heat on for a while. Once the room started to warm up, I figured out what the AC was running: it was to cover the very musty smell throughout. The bathroom fan was defective and was incredibly loud. Carpets throughout the hotel are badly stained and need to be replaced
- 4/5
Breakfast was what I expected.
- 1/5
The hotel looks just like any other comfort suites from the outside, but from the inside, it couldn’t be further in quality to any any other comfort suites I’ve ever seen. I turned on the light and two roaches started running from beside nightstand and there was a gaping hole in the wall just above the trim that looks like it could get in and out of. I would say this would be closer to a Noel motel four star hotel. I immediately contacted Travelocity who started an investigation and spoke with the front desk and said they would get back to me within 48 hours. They did and said the hotel refused to refund my money. I called and spoke with the management and they said because I didn’t check out after I had checked in. They wouldn’t be able to issue me a refund. I will never stay at comfort Inn for comfort suites again.
- 1/5
It's the dirtiest crumbiest hotel I ever stayed in my 63 year old LIFE!
- 2/5
The bathroom was nasty. Mold all over the shower.
- 3/5
Clean enough, there were no sheets or extra pillow for the sofa bed. There was a bucket in our shower, not sure why. Wasn’t the ice bucket. There was no blow dryer and the microwave wasn’t connected. Couldn’t move stand it was on to plug in.
- 5/5
Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Staff were kind and thorough. Parking and area felt very safe. Breakfast was good. The room was clean. However - the room had a very distinctive moldy smell
- 5/5
Clean room, no bad odors in the room or hallway. Friendly front desk staff.
- 1/5
Hard cut toe nails all on the floor of the room. Bad ant infestation ants in bed and all over everything. They gave us a vacuum cleaner to clean it the vacuum started sparking and then wouldn't come back on. They had a tom and jerry whole in the wall as well. Also the room had a very bad molded smell. Please DO NOT BOOK EVER!!!!
- 4/5
The hotel is an older property once inside despite an updated outer look. The property does it best to maintain a clean and respectable unit.
- 3/5
Staff were good, we felt safe and shopping/restaurants within walking distance.
- 5/5
The room was very clean, was was good with a few options and the staff were very friendly and nice.
- 5/5
The staff are great. They let me check in early because I had a wedding to attend and really needed to get ready.
- 2/5
Staff was very nice and helpful when we had interactions but the room and especially bathroom were in pretty bad shape with a lot of visible mold. The bed was comfortable.
- 2/5
Their noise was so disruptive that I had to call the front desk multiple times. While the hotel itself may be fine, this kind of situation shows a serious lack of security and guest care. No guest should have to wake up in fear in the middle of the night.
- 4/5
The stay was very good. Upon firsr arrival, they had accidentally given our room to someone else but very quickly covered it. The bed was so comfortable. Would stay with them again.
- 4/5
Property definitely shows sign of age but the room was very clean and the bed was great. Breakfast was very good. A little refurbishing would go a long way. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Easy check in
- 4/5
The hotel staff was very accomodating when I asked for a change of room. The hotel is older & needs some attention. The room was clean & spacious, but make sure you get a room NOT on the side of the interstate! It was terribly noisy! The price was reasonable. A good hotel for a quick overnite stay.
- 5/5
Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The location is perfectly situated off the interstate and across the street from the mall for easy shopping and eats. Affordable rates with a pleasant stay.
- 4/5
Staff was extremely friendly and professional. Overall, very clean and well appropriated but the bathroom had a slight odor.
- 4/5
The room was what you’d expect in the price range, the microwaves in both rooms were pretty nasty and little details like only decaffeinated coffee pods in the rooms and no towel hooks in or around the shower stood out. Overall the staff were great and it was worth the price. Oh the parking situation isn’t that great, swapping one of three handicap spaces for a Tesla charger was definitely a horrible decision by someone who should reevaluate their career choice.
- 5/5
Beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of options! Didn't stay long but, would recommend.
- 3/5
Room was clean. The soap smell was strong when you came into the room. I’m sensitive to strong smells so that was unpleasant. The beds were clean and very well made. The bathroom was also clean but the floor felt like it had a residue left from mopping. The furniture was in poor shape it looked pretty beat up and the stand between the beds was broken. The over all facilities were clean and well tended the breakfast was good and well stocked. It appeared the building was older and it was showing its age. Over all the stay wasn’t bad. Could have just been me but it felt humid in the room. It wasn’t the ac was working perfectly.
- 4/5
None
- 3/5
Staff were all courteous and professional. Mrs Lucinda was great at check in.
- 2/5
check in staff was fast and nice, breakfast staff was nice. Room was a bid drab looking, I found a live roach in my bed, pulled bed from wall and there was a lot of debris on the mattress. Bathroom toilet did not flush right and ran all night and shower knob was very lose and would not hold the temperature. Breakfast was very good. Biscuts delicious
- 3/5
Close to the mall and all kinds of food. Cool and comfy room. Hallways and elevator were hot. This hotel could use an upgrade. I did not eat breakfast there. The pool had closed for maintenance sign on it, and none of the staff could answer basic questions. So we did not get to use the pool. About 15 minutes from Old Knoxville and the Sun Sphere. Very fun area! The hotel is perfect for resting and sleeping. Nothing special but, special enough.
- 1/5
Common areas are dirty an unair-conditioned at least when I was there
- 1/5
It was absolutely terrible. Do not do not come here at night. My children and I were not welcomed by staff. We had to find another hotel down the street. It was awful. There's nobody to talk to at hotel.com. just lies.
- 4/5
Great location
- 1/5
the smell when you walk in was musty at best, the carpets were all lifting, the mud on carpets was not expected yet there it was, the bathtub had mold all around, the toilet almost tipped over, there was water all underneath behind the toilet, you could not keep the ac at a decent comfortable temperature because the musty smell would then take over. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Inn or even recommend it
- 3/5
Not horrible just out dated
- 3/5
Property not maintained very well

Decent enough hotel. Not updated in a long time. Needs updates.
- 5/5
Would stay again
- 5/5
Clean pool and well kept rooms and great breakfast
- 4/5
The bathroom was outdated.
- 1/5
Water leaking into the floors. Ice bucket and fridge were covered in mold. No water pressure. No extra stuff for the sofa bed. Paid more for one night here than it was worth. Absolutely horrible. Will not recommend
- 1/5
Everything was damp and moldy. They clearly had flooding or severe water damage that was not rectified correctly. It was gross.
- 3/5
This is an older property that needs upgrading, like new carpeting. The pool was not open due to mechanical problems. The breakfast was nice.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay

Elevator didn’t work. Ice machines didn’t work
- 3/5
Bathroom door could not be locked.
- 2/5
3 out of 4 ice machines out of order. Working machine on 4th florr but elevator out of order. Rear entrance to hotel had missing lock. No control in room for TV. Pool closed.
- 4/5
We had a comfortable stay and the location was great. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well on arrival but staff came to clean it for us. We were sad the pool was closed for maintenance as that was partly why we chose this spot!
- 2/5
The room was a weird layout. No light above the bathroom mirror. The carpet smelled like urine. No closet or clothes hangers. The toilet barely flushed. But the staff was nice and swift with fixing the toilet when it did eventually get clogged.
- 2/5
Dirty. Tired and front desk staff mostly unavailable. But breakfast was decent and it was quiet despite being next to freeway
- 3/5
Very run down property. Toilet was dirty and the door to the room had been broken into due to the broken door part next to the lock. Carpets are filthy.

First, the door to my room had extensive damage around it as if somebody had attempted to break in and it was never repaired. There was SO many hairs that did no belong to my friend or I between the sheets, making one question whether or not that they had been truly cleaned. Speaking of bedding, the "covers" on the duvets were just sheets tucked in to look like a duvet cover. The duvet itself was yellowed from long use and it likely had been a lONG time since it had been cleaned. Stains everywhere all over the furniture. Cracks in the ceiling that were filled with toilet paper to look liek they were filled. Old areas in the shower that looked like bugs that had been killed that were never cleaned off. Good: breakfast had variety and kitchen staff was polite. cons: cleanliness - it was disgusting and I felt unsafe.
- 2/5
Both beds had hairs all over that did not belong to my friend or myself. The door to our room had extensive damage near the lock, as if somebody had seriously tried to break in. The remote control has likely never been clean - the amount of dirt, gunk, and filth on it was disturbing (and I am not a clean freak). There were stains all over the walls, so many random stains all over the various furnitures, cracks in the ceiling filled with toilet paper to make it less obvious. The good: nice breakfast, the downstairs staff was polite.

Very nice hotel, needed a good management to ensure the hotel is kept cleaner and well maintained.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable bed, quiet. The breakfast was good.
- 4/5
The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Any issues were dealt with promptly and the breakfast was quite good. The property does need a bit of updating, but it was affordable and met our need.
- 3/5
Needs updating. Felt like cheap apartment complex and not hotel
- 5/5
Comfort Inn provided just what my daughter and I needed for a college visit. The room was spacious, bed deceny comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning had a big variety of foods as well. We will be back!

the hotel was old and tired. cost for the night was not worth the accommodation.

We arrived and the room we booked through Expedia was under construction and that’s the only room we had left. They said they would give us a discount but we would have to contact Expedia. Active water leak in ceiling in room, smelt like smoke, phone didn’t work, coffee maker was gone
- 5/5
It was a nice stay. No issues. Staff seemed pleasant and helped when needed.
- 4/5
Convenient location
- 3/5
Very dated but it was clean. Comfy beds, and ok for one nights stay. Hallway needed vacuuming but rooms were fine.
- 4/5
i’ve machine did not work. the property is aging and needs some refurbishing
- 4/5
Was a bit dated, but room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Old, worn out, needs a complete renovation

This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed out. The floors were covered with filth, filth in the tub, toilet and sink. The smell of the hotel was disgusting. The areas around tbe hotel had used condoms, trash and unkept grounds.
- 1/5
on the room, turned around and walked out. The beds were horrible, the bathroom mirror was filthy.
- 3/5
The linens were thread-bare and stained. The pillows were really old and lumpy. The place wasn't expensive, and I guess that you get what you pay for.
- 4/5
All went well
- 4/5
close to resturants
- 2/5
Nikki at check-in was helpful and nice. Property is very old and in need of a refresh at the least. The walls are very thin and we could hear the next rooms tv all night. This is a very basic hotel if you just need a bed to sleep in. We would not stay again.

Got in late, left early, not much to review, everything was fine
- 2/5
Just run down
- 5/5
Had everything we needed, and it was clean and surrounded by food options.

I was affordable and close to many shopping and eating places.

Check in was good. Upon check out I'm not sure if the front desk person was telling me I overpaid or how much they got from hotels.com. Either way, it was uncomfortable. No sugar and creamer in room, carpet not clean-pebbles, etc., curtain falling off, had to turn off refrigerator to sleep due to loud noises coming from it. Lobby smelled like fragrance covering up something stinky.
- 5/5
It really nice place
- 4/5
Property is showing its age it smells funny by the elevator. Ceiling in room poorly patched.
- 3/5
Broken toilet 😔

Upon arrival we had to wait due to young girl seeking refuge from an abusive mother outside in the car. She could not speak english and the cops were called. I did not mind waiting for poor girl just alerted me to safety concerns. We were than sent to our room which was dirty and gross. We went back to front desk where we were waiting for front desk attendant to finish eating (?) to rudely be informed that was only room available and there was nothing she could do due to the fact we booked through expedia. It wS the grossest worst experience of my life.
- 4/5
The ceiling in our room needed repair. Didn’t look like they swept either. Other than those 2 items, it was ok.
- 2/5
It is clear the hotel owner/operator is not running this property well. The room was not clean - found hair on couch, bed, shower, and toilet. The place was not well maintained and the room smelled like cigarette smoke and cheap cologne. We asked for an extra pillow, but they were out and the lady up front seemed nice, but also tired from not being able to properly support the people staying there. Would not recommed staying here.
- 3/5
Rooms are a little dirty but nice area
- 5/5
Convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby
- 5/5
It was clean, the room was large and there were restaurants within walking distance. It was a stop on our way to FLORIDA and convenient to the highway.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 2/5
There was a bad smell (mold?) especially in the elevator. Everything was old and falling apart.
- 4/5
The property was conveniently located right off the interstate. Easy to get to.
- 4/5
Very accommodating staff in great service. Breakfast was pretty good with two different types of waffles in an actual hot cooked meal of eggs and sausage. I actually left my toothbrush at home by accident and they gave me not one the two toothbrushes and toothpaste. Highly recommend.

We didn’t stay! We went up to the room very reluctantly due to the conditions and odor of the lobby and hallways. The ceilings were in disrepair, the wallpaper ripped or bumpy in several areas in the hall on the way to the room. The room might as well been on the highway because we could see and hear it without the curtains open. The pillows were smaller than an accent pillow. In fact they were so small that they took the standard pillow case and folded it inside to hide the fact that the pillow was too small for the pillow case. Again the odor was horrible. A miserable combination of deodorizer mixed with food or “other” substance odor. I could hardly find a parking space as well. I checked out almost as soon as we checked in. I plan to call tri see about a refund. Just yuck!

The property itself is older but the room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very nice and the complimentary breakfast was great!
