Best Western Plus Knoxville Cedar Bluff

Hotel is a little dated but just what we needed, was clean and had a great breakfast with both hot and cold options. Also situated with restaurants and many stores around. Along with freeway quick access. All staff we came in contact with were great. Would definitely stay here again if and when in the area.

You get what you pay for. It was perfect for a place to sleep, but not a luxury hotel. We were mainly busy and the location was great for going between West town mall and Turkey Creek.

This place is good for a place to go and sleep. The staff is friendly and it is clean.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Fridge was super cold. It was difficult to sleep. The highway noise was so loud, as if a window was open. We had a suite with a kitchenette, but there was nothing like bowls or silverware available. Completely empty. Would have preferred healthy options at breakfast like plain oatmeal, yogurt that isn’t so high in fat and sugar.

It was a nice, clean hotel, perfect for our traveling family of 3. Highly recommend for a quick trip when you're looking for a decent place off I75. Bathroom layout was a little tight, but overall, a nice place to stay.

The property is in a great location. It is an older hotel. Our room smelled of mildew and dog. It was very damp.

The room we stayed in was an executive suite. It was very nice. The bed was so comfortable and everything was very clean. The breakfast was very well done and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the university of Tennessee.

The room was okay. The carpet could use replacing (throughout the facility). Overall, if I ever stay in this area again, I would choose a different hotel. There are several choices.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Our room was fantastic, quiet and very, very clean. The staff was always pleasant and willing to help answer any questions. We will definitely be staying again when we’re in the Knoxville area.

We checked in after midnight. I asked the front desk if we could get a late check out and she told me it would be $20 an hour after 11 am.

A lot of noise from the freeway

Parking was super easy and was very close to lots of food places. Front desk help were awesome. We will stay there again when we visit in the future.

The initial check in clerk was great. Once asleep in bed and bed heated up the bed began to smell like urine. Wife did not sleep barely one the smell started. Woke up to the room smelling of urine. Told front desk on check out, was not offered any compensation, clerk said she would let housekeeping know. Very poor customer service over issues at check out. Hotel starting to show age, shower head fallong out of wall, wall kleenex box cover falling off wall. Will not stay here again..

The room was clean, breakfast was awesome and staff was nice and efficient. The parking lot does not go all the way around the building so it’s not too friendly for people who are pulling trailers. Also our room window faces the interstate and the traffic was so loud. Had we been on the front side of the building I don’t think it would have been an issue.

Comfortable bed, clean rooms, great coffee & specialty coffee machine, friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast. It's right on the interstate, so if you are a light sleeper, I would bring something for white noise while sleeping. A great stay, and I would recommend this hotel. I will stay again in the future

The standard king room was very well done and in tip top shape. Easily one of the most surprised pleasant stays that we have enjoyed. Check-in staff person was also very pleasant and helpful. Definitely will stay there again when we pass through.

John the desk clerk was extremely nice to us and stated that when we came in “the universe spoke to him” and gave us a free upgrade to the Presidential Suite on floor 2. It was huge and very unexpected. Thank you John for your kindness.

I didn't stay at this area I even Tried to cancel due to the location and the look from the outside. I stayed back at the BestWestern Plus Knoxville PaperMille rd. In which at check in was told she could transfer the site if I had done it thru them instead of Expedia that way I would loose my money

There was alot of road noise though, but overall a good hotel.

The coffee table was falling apart, literally. Bathroom fan blows into the bathroom, not out. Ridiculous. Lampshade were all stained and torn beside the bed. ZERO water pressure. Never again. The rating is a complete fake. 2/10

The staff was very professional and friendly. Room was very clean. Everything in the room functioned properly. The free hot breakfast provided was very good. A free coffee machine in the lobby that makes a wide variety of coffees with the push of a button.

Wi-Fi connection was horrible. We had some important communications we needed to make and the poor WiFi made it impossible. Took forever to connect and then would get disconnected in a few minutes. Front desk said we could sit in lobby.

Set up was ok. Gravy was a little bland and coffee machine was terrible.

the room was clean but sofa bed must have been 30 years old with no fabric on the sofa but not the cushions and the carpeting appeared to never be cleaned. However, the hard flooring was clean.

Only complaint I have is adjacent rooms are a bit loud (not really a complaint merely a comment) First night was very quiet, adjacent room was empty so. Other then that place looks very nice, rooms are clean and employees are very welcoming from reception to cleaning.

An overall average stay. We had to change rooms due to a broken shower in the first one, which was inconvenient. However, the staff handled it professionally. On the bright side, breakfast offered a good variety of options and was one of the better parts of our stay.

We were greeted with a wonderful front staff upon arrival. The rooms were on the large side, extremely clean and very welcoming. Breakfast was way above the standard hotel breakfast. Great little coffee bar area and a yogurt bar , plenty of seating for people to get themselves set up with their families. We only stopped p for one night on our vacation down south but definitely have it written down for future travels as it was a very pleasant stop.

The hotel was clean as expected. The hotel itself was good, but the continental breakfast was far from subpar! They have an automatic, touchless pancake maker! How freaking cool is that?! I enjoyed their breakfast very much and that was honestly the most memorable thing about this place.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel was different from our UK Best Western experiences and expectations, however this did not detract from the comfort and hospitality. Visiting family to meet our new baby granddaughter, we chose this hotel for proximity to their apt. We didnt hire a car, however we went for a walk each evening and found the area clean and quiet. We felt safe at all times.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The blackout curtains made the room pretty dark which was nice. The noise from the highway didn’t bother me, but the front desk had ear plugs for free if you wanted or needed them. Breakfast was good with several choices. The room had a small refrigerator and a microwave which came in handy. This is a nice affordable hotel.
