Breakfast should not be called breakfast. Two different cereals, packaged generic danish, and coffee. I was not expecting eggs, sausage, or waffles however an option for toast or bagels should be an option.

The only problem that I seen there was no microwave in the room and the breakfast was not up to standards. I think breakfast should be more than cereal and honey buns I understand that it's a financial thing. It's just my opinion cause a lot of them don't serve any breakfast but if it's offer I think it should be more.Other then that the staff took care of any situation that occurred and very helpful and professional.

This is an older hotel but it has been remodeled and is very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were visiting knoxville for the savannah bananas game but we would definitely choose this hotel in the future for other events. It's convenient to Downtown.

The shower was good, great water pressure. The bed was comfortable for the one night. It’s a decent a hotel for an overnight stay.

TV was 80% snow on every channel. Floors were dirty. It’s the kind of Place. Basically, you’re praying that when you wake up, there aren’t bedbugs on you. It was all there was at the last minute because graduation was going on in Knoxville. Fortunately, I was able to leave and find somewhere else after a night.

Got to the front desk and had to wait for the front desk person for 10 mins. We got to the room and the beds were basically sleeping on concrete. There was long black hairs in the shower wall. We paid for a non-smoking room and got put in a smoking room Will not be staying here again. Also there was very limited breakfast,

The room was clean, the mattress was very comfortable, there is no daily housekeeping, Rosh is a great employee and we had a really nice stay!

For a one night stay it was perfect for the price. There are a few restaurants nearby and a Taco Bell connected to their parking lot.

Blankets all had holes in them. Air conditioner worked about half the time. People in the room next door hollered and screamed all night talking about killing people. He was was reported to staff and all they said was something is not right with him. Will not be back

I like the location and the clerk. The bathroom was not as appealing as we would have liked. There was mold at the bottom of the shower curtain. The bathtub had stains. There was no hot items for breakfast. But it was quiet, the lining and pillows were clean. The room smelled clean.

Room was mostly clean…there was some hair in the tub. As others have said, breakfast is only 2 types of cereal, bananas and a prepackaged pastry. The vending machines on the first floor didn’t work. I didn’t go see if there were any on the second floor. The heater was loud and would only run for 2 minutes, then would shut off for a minute then kick back on for 2 more minutes, etc. After the fact, my husband said I should have said something to the front desk. But I was a solo female traveler and didn’t want to draw attention to myself. My last night there the people above me kept slamming doors. I did talk to the front desk about that and they fixed the situation. I was very thankful because I had a long drive home the next morning. I never felt unsafe in the area. There is a gas station and several fast food restaurants within walking distance. This was a last minute trip due to a family member being in the hospital. It was just a 10 minute drive to East Tennessee Childrens Hospital. I spent my days at the hospital and just needed someplace to sleep. So it was well worth the 5 nights at $43/night.

This hotel offers both upstairs and downstairs rooms. This is great for those of us that have difficulty in climbing stairs due to health reasons. The staff is very friendly and make sure that you have everything you need in your room.

No safety bath mat - tub extremely slippery when wet. No microwave or coffee pot in room. Closed captioning did NOT work on Dish tv. Key cards continuously had to be reprogrammed.

First, it is in deplorable condition. If I could add photos here I would but from stains on the floor to missing handles on the dresser and a phone with missing parts, this place is in bad shape. Secon, the property description did not meet reality. It was not smoke free as evidenced by the strong marijuana odor in the hallway and the presence of ashtrays in the room. The property also lacked any type of breakfast (not even coffee) as advertised. Again, I frequent value/budget hotels but despite the price I found no value here. All was not bad however. The employee at check in was professional, polite and efficient.

I choose this particular location because it is marked dog friendly and when i arrived i was told by the gentleman working the front desk my service dog was not aloud and to further insult me, he then said i believe you are lieing and i refuse service. When i asked for a refund so i could go to more accommodating hotel he refused and simply cancelled my reservation.

Location is convenient, easy access to hwys. Room was adequate for the price. Breakfast is a bowl of cereal and a honeybun (and sometimes a banana); better than a "continental", but not what I expected.

The website says that it was dog friendly. That is why we rent the rooms. When we got there, dogs were not allowed. I ended up having to give a $200 deposit to keep the dog there. I’m supposed to get the $200 back in 3 to 5 days. We left the room clean and five dollar tip to the maid. The room was awesome.

Not friendly. Out of coffee, orange juice was watered down. When asked for help it took time and unfriendly. The place needed to be cleaned. It was dirty. The bed sheets had burn holes, stains, and smelled of weed.

This motel is an excellent budget option. It is a relatively modern building with clean rooms and amenities that work well. Parking is easy and Uber pick ups and drop offs are also easy. It is surrounded by fast food options and other businesses like a laundry and petrol station.

There was no real breakfast. There were shady people hanging out in the parking lot. You could smell weed in the hallways as you walked by rooms. The toilet was loose and the air conditioner didn't work. They kept my deposit for no reason. I'll never stay there again! It was one of my worst experiences ever.

First I had to pay a $50 incidental deposit that I wasn’t made aware of prior to the stay. It is in a very sketchy area of town. The drink machine didn’t work. The blanket had cigarette burns on it. There is not enough parking. There's an old truck on a jack with a cone in the spot next to it. We had to park across the street and walk over. The refrigerator shelves were crusty and rusty. The tray under the freezer was full of water. Overall the staff was available and pleasant.

Their site says pet friendly, but when we arrived, they said no pets. They did let us do it after i complained. Then tell me they haven't updated their website in 4yrs like it was my fault. I wouldn't want my pet even staying there after we seen our room.

The hotel was filled with drug users outside the premises and the manager knocked on the door asking was anyone in the room he wanted to rent. So we could not stay at the hotel.

Property is rundown and dingy. Sheets had stains and didn't fit the bed properly, bedspread had holes, walls had marks and paint was chipped. "Breakfast" consisted of packaged sweet buns, bruised bananas, bad coffee, and cold cereal.

This was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever been in. I didn't even stay the night, I left and booked a room at the Best Western half a mile down the road.

The staff are perfectly fine, the man who works the front desk is friendly and helpful. But the building is horrendous. Cigarette burns all over the bed and headboard, sticky floors, hair in the sink and shower, hair and mysterious stains on the towels and sheets, etc. The window didn't close all the way so bugs got in. I know you get what you pay for, but this place has got to be violating safety codes. But to be clear, the people who work the front desk are great. They just need to hire a cleaning service that actually does their job.

There wasn't even a coffee maker in the room. One of the staff was more worried about spending time and holding hands with his girlfriend through the glass then anything else. Actual room didn’t match pictures (no couch, no carpet, etc.) - Shower handle was broken, room was dirty, everything was worn, wad of dust and hair in the corner, paint chipped off the walls, strong smell of smoke. The man at the front desk was very friendly and the area seemed fine, but this hotel needs a lot of work.

Awful stay. Was forced to give a $50 deposit for stains to bedding (legitimately what the guy at the counter said). Walk in tile shower, wish I would have brought shower shoes bc that was disgusting. The towel rack was falling off the wall because the screws were bulled through the drywall. The bed was probably 20 years old spring mattress, and the bed frame has chips, hair and all sorts of stuff in it. And the covers had hair and stains on it. This was the worst overnight stay of my life. I would rather sleep in my vehicle than stay there ever again. I should have been paid to sleep there instead of paying what I did.

We stopped last minute and didnt realize it was a smoking room. The smell was awful but I guess expected for a smoking room. We only stopped to sleep so it served its purpose. Ammenities and decor is a little out of date but bed was decent.

We always stay here when we go to the zoo and we like it. It’s very basic and that works for us, it’s clean and very conveniently located.

The young man at the registration desk was competent and friendly. The interior of the building seemed to be a bit shabby, but the room was fine and the bed was very comfortable. I was somewhat disappointed by the breakfast which consisted of a prepackaged danish, two kinds of cereal, watered down Orange juice, and coffee.

The ice machines didnt work, breakfast consist of individually wrapped honey buns and bananas, no decaffeinated coffee. Only microwave available was located in the breakfast room which was only open to hotel guests during the hours of 6am to 9am. The bathroom light had a fan and it was so loud that we used the restroom with the light off, shower and all. The hotel hallways although decently clean, walls were falling apart some visibly recently worked on of some sort. The room refrigerator was not suitable to put our food in so we bought a small cooler and some ice for our stay.

Low price, budget motel - staff was very friendly and fast, got me checked in fast even with a line. Room was kinda run down, but not disgusting. You get what you pay for.

All the employees and owners are rude! They have black mold in the rooms and bathrooms! Their AC don’t work good at all! In the room there was dirty spots on the sheets and blankets I called to the front desk to have them change it and they told me that they wasn’t gonna change it or switch me rooms ! So I asked them to give me the clean bedding and I’ll change it. I put the do not disturb sign on my door and the next morning the cleaning lady knocked on my door at 8 AM and I told her to come back and I was rude about it! Then my last night there last night I had a bad night. I didn’t feel good. I was throwing up. I asked them if I could get a little later check out time because I was up till 4 AM and they told me no, even though I stayed there my full reservation time I paid over $300 to stay in this hotel and I would not let my worst enemy stay there. It’s nasty and gross and they don’t fix anything. There’s black mold the showers. Don’t work right the AC don’t work. It’s just gross. I wish if I had people that were here I would I would’ve stayed with family or somebody

I've stayed in third world countries that had better hotels for a lot less.

The rm i booked cost me 494.00 for 3 night that rms price chaged the day before my arrival to 58.00 a day. The rm was suppose to be non smoking i was put in a smoking room where the bedding had hole burned in it from cigarettes. The free breakfast was less than acceptable bruised very overripened bananas where put out each morning i was there. The final straw was my friend i killing roaches crawling on the wall. I ended up leaving on Saturday. I would not recommend this place to anyone

It is crack/meth hotel. The desk guys was amazing. Homeless living in parking lot with buggie and all. Walking to our room. Other guests kept opening doors and watching us walk by. Bed looked liked someone slept in it rignt before us. The junkie in the room next to us didnt got to bed till 6am. If i had anywhere else to go, i would of left.

Only had 2 bath towels. Refused additional bath towels. They were very small. You could exchange towels. We made due.

The only thing that I found nice about this Super 8 was the staff. The room that I got was dirty right from check in. There was trash under the desk, bed side tables had cup rings on them, the floor needed to be vacuumed. Overall the experience wasn’t great.

We booked a two night stay at this location because we were visiting our daughter who’s in college close by. While we did not expect the Biltmore, we also did not realize this was an extended stay motel. There were obviously people living there semi-permanently. The entire place wreaks of cigarette smoke, the floor in our room was sticky carpet that turned our feet BLACK, there was blood and feces all over the wall in the bathroom, dirty/stained sheets, and we were only given ONE towel for two of us staying there. When I went to the front desk to ask nicely for another towel, the woman (who wouldn’t even look up at me while I spoke) snapped back at me, “the policy is one towel per occupant!” I said, “yes, we are two occupants, but we have one towel. May I have a second towel please?” She huffed and stomped away to get another towel. There were people partying outside all night, drinking and smoking weed - obviously people who live there, because they all seemed to know one another. We just needed a clean place to lay our heads for two nights. What we got was a filthy, disgusting, loud, horribly smelling place we would never book again. This place is a joke. I felt like I was in a horror movie!
