Breakfast was amazing. The hotel behind the shopping areas? Not so good. Room was amazing. Hotel staff attitude of helpfulness, not so much. I have long enjoyed staying at Hampton, but this visit may be changing my decisions. See above. The first frustration is that we're now not allowed check-ins until 4:00pm, which is problematic if we're getting into town the day of a ceremony and no one at the facility is willing to make arrangements or be helpful with providing a solution for place to change, etc.

One of our favorite amenities was the indoor pool, which provided hours of fun and relaxation for the whole family. The location was also a huge plus! We loved being so close to shopping, especially Target, along with several restaurants and stores nearby. The convenience made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is located near shopping and dining options and offers amenities such as an indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel in the Knightdale area, I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!

Not only did she try to double charge me for my room but when kids and I were playing in the pool while no other guests were there and she came in and told us that we were making guests uncomfortable and feeling unwelcome. It would be one thing if she said we needed to bring it down a notch because we were loud but she shamed us like we told other guests to get out. She made my kids feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and they wanted to leave immediately. It left a stain on the rest of our stay.

The facilities are good in general. However, the tub in my room's bathroom was quite deteriorated. There are various eating options at walking distance.

Booked a king room with a sofa bed. I got a standard king. I asked to be moved to the correct room type since I had paid more for to get the room with the sofa bed but I was told they were fully booked. To their credit, they did give me a credit on my room and I greatly appreciated that. My biggest issue with this location was that the walls are really thin. We had loud neighbors beside us and apparently Clydesdale horses staying above us. It made for a rough night of sleep. I realize that’s not really the hotel’s fault but I didn’t feel as safe there as I should have.

Also, we had a king bed and there was only a light on one side. The other side had a little shelf with a radio. We both like to read in bed, so this was a problem. We've never had a king bed without lighting on both sides of the bed. After we brought this to the attention of the front desk, they sent a maintenance man with an ugly outdated lamp to install. He never came back to do it. My husband finally figured out how to plug it in. Also, we were on the first floor and heard the neighbors above us loudly walking back and forth whenever we were in the room. When we first checked in we suggested a different room, but there apparently weren't any available at the time. We will never stay there again as these are not the standards we expect from a Hampton Inn.

The hampton inn is a great place to stay it was in a great location. The staff Roslaind had great customer service she explained everything about the services and amenities. The room was nice clean and also the kitchen area. Breakfast was hot as well. I will be staying here again recommended hotel.

On the bottom of the door, rubber piece that goes along the bottom was coming off. Tile NEEDS to be cleaned better. Breakfast not very good, one waffle maker was broken - so very long line therefore didn't wait.

I overpaid for a place that was filthy, unsafe during all the construction and unavailable to use any amenities. The construction people left the doors open with rocks and it was very unsafe. If there was a fire all the doors on the floors were blocked. The food area was filthy and milks were sour and curds chunks were in in. I did not get my deposit back and they made me pay in full up front. Horrible place to stay.

The gym could use some assistance most of the machines were not working and out dated.

The bathroom sink did not drain well. The floor obviously had not been swept. Toilet had a pubic hair and seat had been left up. Half the towels were dirty but they do have a lot of towels in bathroom. The bed sheets had black stains but we had a second bed so we stayed in same room.

We left after one night because of the bed. It was like sleeping on a board. There was a disconnect between Hotel.com and Hampton Inn and Suites and we were given a room that was much smaller. The hotel sorted it out. When I tried to call Hotels.com, the phone number didn’t work. The message under the phone number said something like 465 people ahead of you. I will not use hotels.com again because they were inaccessible when we needed them. But the staff were exemplary.

The staff was excellent. They saved the day. It turned out that are reservation that was pre-paid through Expedia was not available when we arrived. The room reserved was being renovated. Our reservation was for four days. The took care of things promptly.

We went to our room after checking in and the noise was untolerable due to a soccer team was near and above us, we went to the front desk, and the front desk rep, CJ, and asked for a change of rooms, he refused to get up from a chair in the corner and said he would just "check us out", we said it was late and we requested a different room, he again checked us out and was supposed to issue a refund, we have not received the refund and had to pay for a different hotel. We use Expedia a lot and this is the first negative review I have over submitted and it was the worst experience ever! DO NOT HAVE THIS HOTEL ON YOUR CHOICE list!!!

We traveled from Pennsylvania to visit our son in NC. We arrived at the hotel at 2:40 pm and tried to check in early. The front desk clerk advised check-in was 4pm and soul it allow us to check in until it was exactly 4pm. There were other guests that checked in before 4 but she explained that due to our room type we could not! Our room was a standard King size bed! When we finally got to checkin the room was a handicap room and there was a bottle cap on the floor near the bed. We had stayed at this hotel several times in the past and not had a problem but this time we were disappointed

The breakfast buffet ran out of several things, the omelets were all burnt, and the milk was sour. The room was fine. Some of the staff members were lovely. It was quiet. The location is convenient. But all in all, not a great experience.

First of all, I was told there was gonna be a pool there when I made my reservations I needed a pool for my kids to play in and then we got to the room. They said the pool had maintenance so I would’ve stayed somewhere else they . they knew they had maintenance scheduled, but told me they had a pool. The room had an oder it smell like the carpets hadn’t been cleaned in years. I would never stay there again, and I would never recommend anyone I care about to stay there again.

The room was nice, staff nice, but the pool was closed due to maintenance. It was half full of water. I chose the hotel over others for the pool. I was not told prior to checking in or while checking in that it was closed until we approached the pool to go swim finding it to be half full of water. That ruined our stay for sure as I had kids dying to swim after a long two day football tournament. Room was almost 400$ for two nights. I could have saved money at nearby locations that didn’t have a pool.

We had the best crew working the weekend of 7/3 thru 7/6 . They treated the Valentine Family like royalty. 40 Ounce Recordz Columbus Ohio shall return. Keep up the great work.

Overall the room and hotel was nice. I didn't like dealing with the front desk person at night. Although she smiled when she spoke she did not display any care or concerns for me issues. The TVS are not smart TVS which suck because the cable offered was terrible channel selections.

The check in staff made right on the issues from the prolonged check in and mis understanding as it pertains to my service Animala who has frequented the hotel many time in the past. We are back to positivity with Knightdale Hampton Inn.

Frequent this property regularly. Never had a problem until tonight. I travel with my service animal and have been trilled with my stays at the Knightdale Hampton. Tonight changed my attitude. Rude, crude, accusatory and professional less. Held up in the lobby for 25-30 min.

The employees were exceedingly friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. The design of the bathroom door and the closet door being the same door just sliding across one or the other was downright dumb and inconvenient. Shower floor was quite slippery. The breakfast choices were pretty good, and seemed plentiful. The weight room had a cable tower in bad repair, and only 1 out of 3 treadmills worked properly, but had plenty of cold drinking water and wipes for cleaning equipment. Overall, a decent place, and I'd stay there again.

There are obvious repeated leaks all through the room ceiling which they seem to just keep spot painting over, not very pleasant on the eyes. The window curtain was stained, the bathtub/shower was awful and the sink water pressure was a joke. Room 309 specifically. For $200+ a night in North Carolina, I expected much better.

It was loud. The people above me sounded like they were jumping on the floor all day long. It sounded like a large group of people. I did say something to the front desk but it still continued. There were people revving their car for about 30 minutes. It was so loud. The pool was ice cold everywhere. There were a lot of people just hanging outside in the parking lot which made me feel a little uneasy walking in and out at night.

The fitness center has a lot of equipment that is out of order. Some of that has been out of order since September (4 months). We won't stay here again until the equipment is in good working order.

Staff at the front desk very slow and inattentive attitude

It took us 48 minutes to check in and the rooms were still being cleaned. No one knew how we could check in if the room wasn’t done, but instead of giving us a different room, they had us wait in the lobby until it was ready. Room was out of shampoo and lotion, also ran out of toilet paper after the first night of two night stay. I was not going to write a review, until I was double charged for one of the rooms. The gentleman working the front desk was very polite, but did not know how we could have been charged twice.

When we booked, the only room available was a king suite. Upon checking in, we went to our room, which had two queen beds. We did not make an issue of it, as we arrived late and were only there for the night. However, I feel we paid for a king suite, but were given a a double queen room.
