The manager /owner was very friendly and helpful The location was very easy to get to I guess you get what you pay for. The room upon walking in smelled clean. Bleach. Not over the top but definitely there. I was actually hoping it was a good sign that it was used to clean the toilet but at this point I am unsure. The floor in the bathroom had so much body hair in the corners and edges. I was completely grossed out. The ceilings are moldy. Yes , it’s an old building but ick. When putting my granddaughter to bed I noticed her feet. Black! A vinyl floor that is easily cleanable clearly hadn’t been. The nightstands had makeup residue in it. This room seems to have been used as a long term stay at one point. I never leave reviews but these things needed to be pointed out and hopefully whoever does housekeeping will work on these things

We've stayed here in the past, in the rooms in the back of the place. The staff is excellent. If you can get away from the noise and get some sleep it's a good place to stay. Never take a room on Main St.! Extremely noisy from traffic. Social skills were lacking in the other visitors, allowing doors to slam throughout the night and talking/yelling at each other.

Clean room So much street noise that we left after the first night. Andy the manager said he would refund the second night if I went through booking com but they offered me $15 after the motel declined. Now the manager is not reachable - not returning my calls or texts. There was even a corporate trainer with Andy who witnessed the offer to refund the second night. The Travelodge is right on Main Street.

Ok, not a fancy building but the bed, desk, etc was all new. It was a great price and I didn’t expect the furnishings to be as nice. Also, check in lady was very polite

Although we arrived late, the check-in process was excellent. The front desk staff was very accommodating and ensured our rooms were located next to each other, which was especially helpful as we were traveling with elderly parents. The beds were comfortable. While the hotel does not offer a continental breakfast, we were able to find a convenient option across the street.

I like the price, because I am working and do not get to the room until 9pm. Also love the hot water. Also the room is huge, especially the bathroom The switch from tub to shower didn't completely work, so water came out of the tub spout and shower. It was all good I could still take a shower.

Staff being available to accommodate our late arrival due to distances we travel and the per accommodation was awesome

Excellent host! He quickly informed me that the wi fi was out and he would normally say “just call me if you need anything - but your room phone isn’t going to work either!” We have no breakfast here but just across the street the waffles are exquisite!” (That would be the Waffle House). He was truly so pleasant and charming that I wanted to stay there despite! Average but clean room; good night’s sleep. Thank you sir!

Andy is such a helpful attendant . His humor, light hearted personality made all the weirdos who were staying feel fine. The room was clean. Very close location to restaurants and free way. I would stay again!

Bathroom missing drain plug forcing use unsafe shower

The room was comfortable for two nights.

An old property in need of repairs. Peeling paint everywhere. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was clean. But it too was in need of repair. The bath tub had peeling paint and the shower pressure was uncontrollable.

Pillows were hard, sheets and pillowcases were stiff and hard. Room smelled very strongly eyes watering of pine sol. Shower water temp changed drastically while being used. Room itself was ok for a low budget hotel. But nothing attractive about it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was good. I didn't like having to go to front desk for ice because there wasn't an ice machine. I would stay there again.

The room was nice and very clean

The bed creaked, the curtains didn't block out the outside lights. People hanging in the parking lot talking so loudly. The bathroom was sooo cramped with no place to put toiletries. No one slept.

The manager was very friendly and helpful and provided us with bottled water. The rooms are a little older, but clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The hotel sits close to a park and lake. It is good to take a walk after I checked in. There are quite a lot of restaurants on the Main Street nearby. The Mexican restaurant is very good. The staff is nice, the room is big and clean. But I don't know why it is pretty hot in the room though the external temperature is low. I tried to open the windows but failed; this may be the issue for this one room only. The good thing is there is a cabinet at each side of the bed, so that we both can play with our cellphones while charging it.

The highlight of the stay was the resident manager at the property, Anthim was very kind and it was great conversing with him. Overall a great stay and best value for money. p.s : Thank you Anthim sir for the amazing chai and the charcha (conversation) we had!

pictures on website are not accurate with how the place is. The room we got had no toilet paper and when we tried to call the lobby to get some, the phone didn't worked at all and we had to use our phone to call them all this to find that we had to Walk al the way to the lobby to get toilet paper. Coffee maker was dirty

The management and staff are so nice and accommodating! Everyone that works here absolutely made our stay fantastic! The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds!

Checked in after a long drive. Very impressed with the room.When I open the door very clean. organized. With large king bed. Bed was very comfortable, Staff was awesome and getting me checked in and into my room. Woke up the next morning with a couple of wealths on my arm. The second day there I was covered in bites. I checked the bed.I checked the headboard.I checked the walls.I checked the cupboards.I checked the nightstands nothing. Third day , I woke up with more welts Checked the bed again this time found a single bed. I hate to give this place a bad review.Because it was very clean and the staff was awesome and I only found one bed.Bug like there wasn't an infestation but still there was a bed bug

On the advertisement it said they do breakfast, one of the reasons for choosing this place, but they do not. Thankfully there was a restaurant a few doors down. The window did not have a privacy screen as it was broke so the window that looked at the street was broken. The coffee pot did not have an easy plug in access so i used the bathroom one to brew coffee. The heater worked well which was appreciated. And I was given free bottles of water, which I needed.

The stay was great! The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable! Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful! I highly recommend this property!

The property wasn’t well kept. The bath tub was broken, and the advertised laundry facility had heavily soiled linen in the washer—soiled with… feces, literally.

The curtains didn’t fit the room, the parking lot is small, and the frig froze. But it’s a nice location very close to downtown. The staff is super nice and they allow dogs. Beds are comfortable and it was very clean, although older.

Our room was clean and roomy with the usual amenities. We were comfortable and slept well. But the property was not well kept. There were two derelict vehicles and the ice room had cobwebs.

Staff were great and attentive to our needs. The place needs an update, towel racks are rusted, place needs to be cleaner.

I arrived at site at about 2:50 am. Gentelman who checked me in was very cheerful and polite. My complements to him. I was very tired from my drive and it was very nice to be greated so warmly. Thank you!

I found a dead bug in the bedding and it was hard to close the blinds... Other than that, it was very spacious and decent.

Me and they gave him treats. Only problem I had was opening the door with my key card but They came regardless of the hour, to let Me into my room

The manager was very helpful about local restaurants and making sure my room key worked.

One of the friendliest staff I've encountered in a long time...and I stay out of town 75-100 days a year.

We payed over $80 for one night, if we had payed half of that price it would be an appropriate rate. We just need a bed for one night on a road trip. We should have kept driving…

Rooms inside partially renovated. I stayd one night and was satisfied.

Coffee one morning at front desk. Cheap hotel. Clean enough. Laundry, ice available. Rough crowd at hotel. No breakfast. Easy parking. Not an exciting area of town. An hour from crater lake, lake of the woods, diamond lake. Local brewery. Not fancy.

Great staff and a wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the firework show(4th of July) from 124 room! Our pet was wonderfully accommodated. Ordered breakfast from the waffle hut and also really enjoyed. Everything was smooth and convenient!

Reserved a king no smoking room. Got a 2 queen bed room that smelled slightly of smoke. Bathroom was very small. Practically had to sit on the toilet to brush your teeth.

Room was a little bit dusty, mosquitos kept coming in from somewhere. Other than that staff was friendly and accommodating. Very pleasant and quiet.

In process of changing out acs, so some rooms might be hot, but mine was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Aside from one crazy driver yelling at people across the street, everything was super quiet and peaceful.

This budget Motel has a good sized room with king sized bed, wifi, fridge, microwave plus real coffee machine. Lots of clothes storage space and friendly manager. This is a budget hotel and does what it says on tin.

It was a nice place to stay for the price.

Super nice staff, great location to highway, not so great for late night food etc. Room was old, lighting poor, A/C unit poor, no soda machine on premises, faucet screen broken, property just overall long in the tooth. Adequate place for the night, online rating was not met in reality. 2.5-3 stars out of 5.

Toilets that were taller than some hotels and bathtubs that were not too high. Important for us seniors! Also good restaurants nearby!

This was an adventure in the land of no sleep! No working TV, no microwave with old lights that add to the ambiance. The creepy room with the random doors and little green bugs was an added bonus. Apparently when the AC kicks on it brings in the gnats to join a few friends inside. Waking up to a room full of gnats is not fun.

Big spiderweb over the bed full of bugs. Dead bugs falling onto bed. There was clearly a regional problem with the bugs but the spiderweb showed a lack of effort by the owners. Booked at a similar motel down the street. Same bugs just outside the door. BUT no spiderweb on the inside of the room. . .

For $90/night, it was an OK deal. (It happened to be the only place we could readily find a room during the busy tourist season, and was cheaper than the potential alternatives). Recommend for someone on a budget. New fixtures in bathroom, clean tile floor, good-working AC. Has the Waffle Hut just across the street, which was an added bonus.

No tv service. Very noisy. Talked to office. Switched us to room next door, but only limited tv choices. A little quieter. Bed was not comfortable.

Our stay here was fine. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. We had one of the bigger rooms with three beds and it had more space and even a small table to eat at. It's really close to a lake and the midges are kinda gross. They don't bite and are not harmful at all, but you will find some in your room. It's not their fault at all and do their best. We got in late the first night we stayed and the manager was very nice and changed us to two rooms on the ground floor because the bugs are much better there. I'm guessing they're a problem throughout the whole area. Just try and get there before sunset and you'll be fine.

The price was a little high for what we got. It’s an older motel with very tight parking. The monster truck that parked next to me was so close I had an extremely tough time squeezing my large frame into my door. I almost had to start pounding on doors to locate its owner. The room could have been a lot cleaner especially the shower. I picked that location because of its proximity to downtown shopping but next time I am going to choose a different location

This place is a total dump. I will never stay there again and shame on Travelodge and Wyndham for putting their name on this place.

Totally fine in Klamath Falls, definitely worth a walk or jog down by the lake, and explore the broad avenues of cosmopolitan - in a timber country kind of way - KF!

This was the worst hotel experience in my 69 years. The room was extremely poorly maintained, exposed wiring, no hot water on both nights, but hot during the day, holes in walls that were not patched, toilet bowl loose on floor, cobwebs in doorway that needed cleaning otherwise you had to duck your head to get into room, light bulbs burned out, carpet worn, mold along baseboard in bathroom, door damaged, mirror in bathroom held up by nails under the lip and extremely poor painting and patching. I have pics of all the issues. Complaint to management concerning the lack of hot water they recommended I ck the level that controls the heat and let it run for 10 minutes. We attempted to take shower at 11:30pm and again at 12AM not luck. Water was hot in the morning in the shower.

Availability of wi-fi plays a part of my decision to stay at a hotel. Although advertised as having wi-fi, the connection was terrible. Hardly any use of wi-fi during my stay.

The cheapest option, but very stinky outside and full of mosquitoes that comes into the rooms. Inside the carpet was awful. But the beds and bathrooms were really clean. I liked that it had a microwave and minifridge .

Lots of things in disrepair. Lots of bugs in the common spaces. Lots of people loitering on the balconies. In the evening the aroma of marijuana drifted in through the AC unit from someone smoking on the balcony outside our room. Ants crawling all over the ice machine. Cigarette butts and empty beer bottles on the balcony.

There were ants all over one part of our room. The television remote needed batteries. The bed broke 3 times! The maintenance man was immediately there each time to fix it, but it was unbelievable that it broke 3 times. The room and property look extremely run down. After the problems we had we were told we would get a break on what we payed. I haven't seen that yet. It was NOT a good experience.

Stained carpet. Threadbare blanket. cramped room. Dank odor. Parking so tight we were boxed in delaying our departure. Overpriced at $125. Won’t stay there again

This place was a dump. There were insects on the walls, mold on the wall, urine stains on the carpet. This place caught our eye because there is three queen beds. However, we didn’t use one of the beds because the room this bed was in had no air and smelled of urine and honestly looked unlivable. The whole room smelled horrible and it looked like local people were living there. We will never again stay here and worry about anyone else staying. Horrible horrible conditions. Can’t believe we paid money for this!

For a one night no frills motel it was good and had what we needed
