The staff was amazing. Our 1st room smelled of urine. I couldn't even walk in the room. The second room the mattress was so bad that I had to sleep in the middle otherwise I would fall off the bed. Finally the 3rd room was decent at least I didn't fall off the bed

The staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel is rundown like a 45 year old B list celebrity with to much plastic surgery, it looks decent from a distance but up close its rough.The room looked like it had never been vacuumed. Anything that was metal in the bathroom had rust on it. There where urine stains on the bed sheets. And the walls where so thin I could hear the people in surrounding rooms clearly and they were speaking at a conversational level.

Location was great and staff were accommodating and kind. Breakfast varieties could be better. Pool area needs updated.

The location was safe, the price was exceptional, the accommodations in the price are unbeatable, the room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The furniture and carpet needs cleaning. The air conditioner rattled making it hard to sleep.

Helpful but not timely. Door was getting stuck, keys did not work so too much going up and down. Breakfast was basic could add more fruits and options for vegetarians.

No wifi.. called desk and went down 3 times. No pool or spa. .. Thank goodness it was only 1 night.. Poor ladies at desk could only do there jobs and say sorry but who ever owns that property needs to fix there problems . I would have gotten another hotel i loved the look of pool and spa only reason I stayed.

The rooms are noisy and house keeping knocked on my door at 7:30 am both mornings waking me up hours prior to me needing to be awake.

To expensive, pool wasn't open and restaurant wasn't open.

A no frill hotel, basic small room with old fashioned amenities

Disappointed when advertised indoor pool and hot tub ( which should mean open year round) but it was not open for the season yet. Also have outdoor pool which I understand not being open. When you purposely book hotel for a hot tub and find it simply isn’t open is a little upsetting. Better wording for description is needed. Also not user friendly room, no easily accessible unused plugs by bed for something like cpap machine or phone charger.

Our stay was so great. It started off with Ashley at the front desk she was so wonderful and helpful and helped us resolve a problem we had and was so sweet. The owner needs to fix the pool and hot tub because it was out of order. The pictures show the beautiful indoor hot tub/ pool, when we got there it was green and closed and needed repairs.

Unfortunately the pool was not open yet. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from.

I have always had the best experience with this hotel. This time was not like all the other times. The only thing i noticed was there was a beer bottle cap on my floor, the stand under the TV had some sort of glue stuck to the top which made an eye sore and the remote was on the difficult side to use for the tv.

Room was not completely clean. Waste basket had no liner and had hair stuck to the bottom. Shower soap dispenser was off the shower wall and just sitting on the edge.

The room had a window bed and obvious bodily fluids visible in multiple spots. Very disgusting and unsanitary. If we didnt come in the middle of the night exhausted we would not have stayed there.

The room was very small, the room had a smell like old mildew, the mattress was hard, the bathroom was not properly cleaned and the while toilet seat needs to be replaced in room 324, the lighting for the room was awful if you turn on the light above the bed it reflects on the tv, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again I was traveling for work, the window seal had black mold just unacceptable for any amount of money my neighbors acriss the way kept constantly slamming their door just no way, i had to remind myself it only for 3 days, the only nice things were the ice machine actually worked, the breakfast in the morning and the cart for your belongings, and parking was free this is an hinest review i stayed from 2/09/26- 2/11/26.

Fantastic room, excellent breakfast, convenient off the hwy, quality staff, and the best toilet paper I’ve had at a hotel.

This is my 3rd stay at the Microtel in Klamath Falls, OR and each and every time I have stayed here the staff has been very friendly and efficient, the rooms are clean, parking is not a nightmare, and the breakfast is hot and on time. I enjoy this hotel.

I had an instructor arrive a day earlier than the prepaid registration. They only needed the room for one night and it was not transferrable to the new date so

My coworkers and I all had rooms booked for a business trip at his hotel. While the man working the front desk was nice enough, he put off a vibe that was off-putting. The outside of the building looked clean and inviting, but that stopped once you walked into the building. Entering our rooms you could see that the carpet and furniture has seen nicer days. The couch in my room was filthy. The lighting was better suited for a photography studio. There was a half wall divider between the bed and the rest of the room. I was unpleasantly surprised to find a wall to wall mirror at the head of the bed with additional mirrors at the foot. It felt more appropriate that this room would be rented out by the hour. As three women traveling on our own the state of the room and all of the other factors listed we all felt extremely uncomfortable staying unsafe staying here. After reading reviews of people entering guests rooms at 3am and cars being broken into with staff not notifying the guest until the next morning. We ended up checking out and relocating to a different hotel.

The room had a strong perfume smell and was very dusty. We turned on the AC and the vents were unclean & lots of dust which caused my daughters allergies to flair up really badly. There were lots of missed details in cleanliness and it was hard to overlook.

Very comfortable bed however the walls are paper thin. I could hear the tvs on both sides of my room throughout the night and into the morning.

They never cleaned the pool and spa area: there were dead bugs all over the spa area that would blow into the pool and spa. The water bugs were all over in the pool and spa. Breakfast was decent.

Elevator was broken and spoiled our stay. ADA room was on the 2nd floor and nearly impossible to get to. Bad experience. Cost was outrageously high for such an uncomfortable stay. Feel free to refund at least some of the cost.

Desk service was good and breakfast was decent but that’s about all I can say. When we got to the room, there was a terrible damp smell like they had just cleaned the carpet—a chemical smell that gave me a headache and didn’t go away for a day and a half. The remote didn’t work. The pillows were like thick bricks. The bed frame was broken. The mattress was like sleeping in a bowl. There was WiFi on the ground floor but not on the 2nd floor where we were. Would not recommend.

I wouldn't recommend this location at all unless you really have no other options. The room wasnt very clean, numerous smudges and stains, carpet hadn't been vacuumed, and multiple spiders and bugs.

It was nice to have a pool and hot tub but it was pretty dirty in the pool and surrounding area. The hot tub wasnt really that hot and as i tried to relax, dead bugs and debris were flowing around me. The surrounding area simply could use a sweep to make it look clean. The pool wasnt that great either but my kids still enjoyed it. Staff was polite enough. I wouldnt say incredibly friendly. The breakfast had variety if options and hot food. My family enjoyed the waffles.

Staff were friendly at check out. Pool and hot tub were fun but a little dirty. Tv in room was very small and the beds were not very comfortable. The room did have a nice view of Mount Shasta. The hotel was close to restaurants, bowling & stores.

Yes the place has some wear and tear showing, nut for so:e to give only a one-star because of carpet seems hyper critical. The staff was very friendly and accommodating from desk clerk, to breakfast worker, to maids encountered in the hallways. Our room was clean and pleasant enough and nowhere close to other’s complaints. Breakfast was adequate but not lavish (and I was not expecting much). I could make a waffle and have some sausages so I was set! Don’t let the Negative Nellies scare you away from this property and give them a try if you are staying in town!

This has become my go-to place to stay when I'm in Klamath Falls. The only complaint I can come up with is the shampoo bottle in the shower had a broken pump on it, but that just happens sometimes. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, breakfast and coffee are free. It's a great place.

This a great stop for an overnight stay. Clean, comfortable, super quiet, and wonderful for a good night's sleep on a long road trip.

Breakfast waffle was bad very soggy and not cooking well. Expect much higher quality and service by Wyndham and unless they improve its difficult to choose them and they are not cheap.

The price was cheap so we knew it wouldn’t be top notch. It was dated and many places needed new carpet and the shower head leaked. the food was ok and we sometimes would have to wait for a table or for more food to come out. Overall it wasn’t terrible and it was the cheapest hotel with a hot breakfast so it fit our needs

Would have received five stars except for two things. The room was more susceptible to hallway and adjacent room noise then I expected. And the Wi-Fi did not work and the staff didn't care about that. They said we are changing providers, it goes in and out, it's the weather... And only the front door was accessible. The end of building doors had key locks but either worked. Staff said we have told maintenance and there's nothing we can do.

The front desk clerk was amazing. The room, however, was not. At check-in there were bugs on one of the beds. The front desk clerk came and stripped the bed and offered us the adjoining room for an extra bed. After that we discovered hair in the showers and sinks, garbage, hair and filth on the bathroom floors especially behind the door. Pillows and towels were stained. Shampoo in shower was empty. TV would not work with remote and whem I turned it on by hand, it was just static. Top of the microwave was very sticky. The side door entrance card reader is broken so I couldn't enter the closest entry way to my accessible room from my handicap parking. I was looking forward to relaxing after a long drive and before the next leg of the journey. Instead I feel dirty, disappointed and frustrated.

The person at the desk took care of all our needs.

My daughter and I were on a trip and needed to make a stop. Microtel Inn & Suites in Klamath Falls was great. Beds were comfy. Shower and bathroom was clean and everything worked well.

Very quiet, close to the venue we needed to be at. Only complaint was not being able to connect to the internet.

The room was clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable, great lighting, and friendly staff. The body wash container in the shower was empty and the conditioner bottle fell off the wall and into the tub at 2:30 am and woke me up, but other than that, our stay was great!

The property is located by a Walmart Starbucks and multiple restaurants. Rooms are small but we only stayed one night so not a big deal. The attendant who checked us in was amazing, friendly, helpful and accommodating!!

The carpets in hallways ripped and coming up. In our room behind the bathroom door was dead bugs, fan in bathroom yucky, they need to dust better.

I stayed for 2 weeks, limited dining. Having snack available would have been nice. The room was only vacuumed twice a week. Staff was friendly.

As far as the area: Not much going on in this city since the fires, which eliminated georgous hiking trails through the forests that they were surrounded by. Hearsay, I suppose. From what they say. Many of the locals deny there were any fires - so as not to completely distroy the tourist industry, which isnt really going on anymore anyway. As far as Microtels location: it is nesled between a bowling alley a small air force base, a Walmart, phone shops and fast food, not far from the freeway. Not that interesting or scenic an area if thats what you are looking for.

Stayed with our dog. The dog fee was a little high, at $35. But we were put close to the outside door and that made it convenient for taking her out to go to the bathroom.

Hotel was ok for a quick one night stay for my family of 3. I wouldn’t recommend staying for longer than that. Room was small and walls were thin so the hotel was noisy. Bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor in the corners. Other than that, hotel was decent. Staff was super-friendly.

The nights of Dec 28, 29, 30 were also booked through Hotels.com and paid for with PayPal. That seemed to go through OK, no double charging this time, however the hardcopy reciept for this transaction was stolen from my room, and someone went into my computer records and deleted the prices from my downloaded Hotels.com reciept. I think we have a group of programmers at this hotel who are messing will billing, etc.

Corey at the front desk deserves a raise, made our Christmas amazing. Might wanna check out the mold smell in the hot tub suite though.

Nice folks working there. Bed was clean. Room amenities and furnishings were acceptable. Breakfast was pleasant with variable choices. Carpets were dirty, torn and frayed, need to be replaced. Wall paint nicked and scratched in many areas. Hotel is tired and owners need to put money back in for upkeep... It's going downhill of they don't.

The location is convenient to any of your needs while in Klamath falls.

Rooms look a little worn down and bathroom looked a bit dingy. Probably could use some new caulking, the corners of bathroom were dirty/aged looking. Was on first floor with the room attached to another room and could hear neighbors pretty much all night, and their dog, so make sure to try and request a non attached room or something on a higher floor. Towels and bedding were clean and the beds were pretty comfortable, probably the best thing about the room. The charger on the desk looked broken down and didn’t work. Internet kept kicking me off every minute or so which was annoying. Breakfast wasn’t too fancy but got the job done.

I had to stay a few nights extra and they let me stay in the same room. And were reasonable, and fair with me.

Friendly front desk clerk on arrival. Our room was very dated and not the cleanest. Had a very odd musty smell on entrance. Worst thing needing attention was the bathroom hair (not ours) everywhere. Walls, fridge, windows etc.throughout were in need of a good wipe down. Overall not a great stay.
