Very satisfied and content with my accomodations , looking forward to having a great time in town and seeing all there is to offer. Love to be more aquainted with the nature trails and Camp sites on location.

The floor needed some additional cleaning attention. Otherwise, the linens and the rest of the room was very clean. The location was convenient.

The staff were exceptionally kind and professional during our stay. The room was large, clean and well maintained. The location was also perfect - across from a large grocery store and multiple food options. Also one of the best rates available in Klamath Falls.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly; however reaching anyone on the phone proved impossible as we couldn’t reach anyone prior to our arrival to let them know we were running late, so we actually had to sleep in our car the first night because we were not able to check in. They did compensate us for our first night reservation which worked better for us as we didn’t arrive until 4:30 am. Overall 5/5.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Quiet area and ample room. Check in was easy and lady at the desk was very kind. Very relaxing! Will stay at Majestic Inn and Suites again and recommend it to others.

The family that runs the motel were kind and accommodating. Exceeded my expectations and well worth the price.

We were impressed with how much spacious the room was. It was close to restaurants and affordable which was the main reasons for choosing this place. The cons are the shower was ok but no place to put your soap or wash rag during the shower. Also, the water stream from the shower head was so hard, it almost was painful to take a shower (I tried to adjust it to a softer stream but it would not adjust). Other than that, we were felt we got what we paid for. The only suggestion I might make is to add a 2nd chair in the room as there was only one chair for us to use.

Room had 2 huge beds. Although it is an older property, it was well maintained.

Your basic accomodation. It's a dated property, but it was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well. Front desk was efficient and very friendly. No food options on property but quite a few dining possibilities within walking distance. Parking right in front of your room is a plus.

No carpet.

The staff was nice the room was filthy. Floors were disgustingly filthy. It looked like they had never been mopped. The pet area was completely overgrown with weeds over a foot high. No bags were provided for poop, I had my own. Despite a dog deposit no bags and a overgrown area. Damn, if I had a small dog they would have been lost in the weeds,cquite literally. The staff was nice though... The facility was good aweful

My room was not ready at check in time. I had to wait an half-hour for it.

Have never stayed in a room as filthy. Ants in the bathroom, maggots on the floor by the bed (seriously) and the floor was nasty. Thick dirt around all edges, and it looked like the night stand and fridge hadn’t been moved to clean behind in years! Bathroom dirty as well. The bottoms of my feet literally were BLACK from walking around the room without shoes! Cheap option is not always the best option! Highly NOT recommended.

Basic property in Klamath. Clean enough except for the shower. Bed was not really comfortable. AC unit was very loud but it did work.

The rooms were bare minimum. Pedestal sink in the bathroom with no counter, dingy white bath towels, no blankets on the bed, just a sheet and bedspread. I’m glad I brought my own blanket. The good thing is that there was coffee in the room. All this for an inflated price that was three times what I would have paid because there was an event in town and they could charge more.

Everything was great except the shower is the size for a Barbie.

Needs luggage racks and hangers and better lighting options. Rooms feel a bit cold aesthetically. Its basic for sure, not that there's anything wrong with that.

It was nice and quiet

Check in was fine and room was okay. About 2 hours after check in, someone used a key card to come into my room. It was not housekeeping, but I suspect it was the manager's daughter wanting to use the room. The manager gaslighted me telling me there's was no way someone else could use a card key to open my door.

Easy check in and out. Clean room, shower could use a shelf for soap n shampoo and a little counter in the bathroom.

The hotel was run down and not as described. The tv remote was missing batteries. The hotel room door did not have a locking deadbolt or any other safety locks. The door looked like it had been kicked in.

Omg get a new maid!!!!! There were like 9 soaps old used ones on top of the shower ... the shower head hasn't been cleaned ever, completely calcified with a stream like a thin tiny jet because the rest of the openings are closed. The coffee was old and bags partly opened and wet. The coffee maker ... someone poured coffee grounds into the water area and it was never cleaned ... caked on bone dry aka very old ... so it wasn't usable. Seriously, if a half decent maid cleaned our room the hotel could be made good ... someone just has to care! ... Obviously, this was the first time in many years I didn't leave a tip ... that maid does NOT deserve it!

Liked the dog run need more bags for disposal of waste. Our family has been satisfied with facilities. Easy access to stores and dinning.

Owners at front desk were welcoming and friendly! Will come back again!

Decent for the price

Very clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Quiet. Good location. Easy to walk across the street to Albertsons. Pizza, Burger King two doors down. Excellent used book store next door. Front desk staff (owners I think) we so nice! This is our favorite place to stay when we travel to Klamath Falls.

This was a wonderful stay for us on our journey to Reno and Salt Lake City! There was a forecasted snow storm along the route to Reno so we stayed an extra day. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Pet friendly as well which is always needed for me with my dogs who travel with me at all times!

Burger king next door, we didnt have a good time because we couldnt sleep because of next door that kept banging on the wall and yelling, not having yk s.e.x but they were yelling all night there was 3 people in the room and they were fighting like for drugs.

Fleabag roadside motel with hair in the shower and overpriced given the road noise. The 2 king size beds were nice, though, although we didnt really need them.

Check in was quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice desk and office chair so I was able to work while there. price was great. Would definitely recommend.

Phone was broken, no hot water, horrible service, was 30 degrees outside and they didn't even try to make it right.

Spent 3 days in a room here because my truck was in the shop, it was close to Albertsons and it was the cheapest hotel in Klamath Falls, guess that was my mistake. Didn’t have any bites before I got here. So I would assume they have bed bugs or fleas. Id highly recommend not staying here especially room 16. I was never asked if I wanted maid services or anything.

older, clean, remodeled.No price raising unnecessary frills type place, all the expected basics. Comfy bed, good bedding and towels. (not frazzled out). Several fast food and sit down eating places next door or within 3 safe walking blocks. Although on a main highway street you don't hear the traffic. Easy in and out with up to a 20 foot trailer. Repeat guest, the best deal in town when your after no frills place to stay. You can spend 50 bucks more elsewhere and not sleep any better

Check-in was seamless and friendly. Staff is very nice and treat you like family. The room was very clean and smelled fresh, no cigarettes or marijuana. The location felt safe and it is centrally located and easy walk to Albertsons/Savon across the street and many fast food establishments within one block. This was a great room with an unbeatable price.

It was easy to find, huge sign, and easy to get in and out of.

The place looked like an older motel along Route 66 as an example. Right along a major route so, noisy from traffic passing by. Quite a distance from downtown Klamath Falls. The room was average, nothing special but, bed was comfortable, the black out curtains off track. Be sure to bring clothes pen to lock them shut.

Older property but very well cared for. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of outlets in the room for it being an older building….helps a lot to be able to use a CPAP machine and charge our devices as well

Wifi works as a business quality. Spacious nice bed. Minimum but sufficient amenities. The bathroom looks a bit old but not bad.

No frills very quiet clean room close to food and shopping. But even though on Main Street in town it was quiet and you felt safe. Picture shown are exactly what you get. Only thing not correct was 15 dollars for dog charge not 10 as in add

In the beginning, the front desk appeared nice and friendly enough. The room looked clean and made up on the first impression. It looks rather nice/modern (it seems to be renovated despite the rough/unprofessional finish of the renovation). We thought, this was better than we expect. We've read the negative reviews, but we thought it surely couldn't be that bad. Sure, we noticed immediately that, there is no carpet in the room (it's a vinyl wood floor) or floormat to wipe your feet on in the room. So you will have to bring sandals from home, if not, you'll dirty the bottom of your feet/socks (black from dust and dirt). We realized also then on the first night that there was a musty smell from the bathroom. We didn't notice this earlier as there was perfumed scent from toilet cleaner but overnight, the musty smell is getting more and more obvious. Then, my partner's pants (the bottom of his pants) were wet when he was using the toilet, and he realized there was leak. I noticed that the floor in front of the pedestal sink (yes pedestal sink, you have no space to put toiletries) also got wet despite no water was being used. On 2nd day, housekeeping didn't come in to clean up or knock or change/replace towels. We had to request new towels

No frills, simple accommodations. The room was clean and comfortable, included basics like fridge, microwave and a wide selection of channels on the tv. If you are scent sensitive; call ahead and let them know, the cleaning supplies are heavily scented. We just opted to not have our room cleaned during our stay. We have family we visit regularly in Klamath Falls and will likely stay here again.

There is an Albertsons directly across the street. This is very convenient because you’ll want to pick up some cleaning supplies. Our bedding was clean, although stained. It was obvious our room had not been cleaned other than that. You’re getting what you pay for here.

I had a very good sleep.

This hotel was very clean, and priced very decently. No extra frills, but it was very quiet, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Only issue was the cable, and I don’t fault them for it, as we had a bad winter storm pass thru that night.

There are 2 small packets of conditioner and shampoo. Zero soap. Shower is roomy enough to stand in. Towels were 20 years old and felt like it. Towels were dirty. Ceiling light not working. No room around the sink for toiletries. Needed a nite bed table on both sides of the bed. One in the middle is not great. Beds were comfy but would have been nice to have real beds and not twin beds cobbled together with a king mattress on top. Out side the property looked decent but the room and amenities needed some work.

On the positive side the room and property was spotless and very clean.

Good value for a very basic room. It ain’t the Ritz but it was clean and comfortable.

It was comfortable and the staff was very kind. I arrived late so I appreciated the fact that they waited until 10pm, especially because I was the last person checking in that day. Anyway, it's comfortable and is good if you need a break from a roadtrip. I did notice a couple of stains on one of the sheets. The linen smelled clean and very fresh, but the stain remained unfortunately.

I couldn't go into the lobby to check in. The building is old and rundown although it seems they had replaced a few things. No soap. Sketchy looking window in the bathroom made me uneasy. I couldn't decide if someone could see in or not. No chain lock on the door. Floor needed to be swept. Lots of traffic noise.

The room was as pictured. But When we got into the bathroom we started wondering if the place was very clean. We’ve been in third world countries and put up with less than perfect and are not picky but this was rather uncomfortable to find. My husband wouldn’t use the wash cloth as it was either dirty or very stained. My towel was also very stained. Then when we pulled back the sheets, we found a dark ball of hair. The floor has spots that needed to be washed. We were disappointed as this motel was AAA endorsed. But I guess you get what you pay for. :(

Only downfall is the office is closed. Dealings done from the outside. Between masks and traffic you can’t hear a thing!

This place is a room for the night if you can not afford better. Newer floor that is poorly put down. There are gaps that are filled with dirt and crumbs. It hurts when you step on the cracks as they are quite wide. Bring your own hangers; there is none in the room. No coffeemaker. The only clock is on the microwave. No alarm clock Large gaps around the door, so there is always a breeze coming in. Heater never shut off, just trying to keep the room at the set temp. It also looks like the door has been kicked in, as the wall around the door is badly cracked. The shower head is less than 5 feet high. Watch your head stepping into the shower, the header is low, even though there is plenty of room to make the shower taller. The toilet paper holder in the shower is broken, with sharp edges, and it is rusty and gross. "Kitchen in all rooms" = microwave and mini fridge. That is it. No coffeemaker, no sink other than the bathroom sink, no counterspace.. No mention of a breakfast being offered when we checked in. Never even let us know there was wifi available and never gave us the passcode. Floor was so dirty it turned the bottoms of feet black. HUGE ISSUE: Bathroom window DOES NOT lock and the window actually comes off! Lights outside are bright.  Great for walking at night.  Terrible trying to sleep as the curtains do not help.

Nothing good and better updates

They require a $250 cash deposit if paying in cash or using a debit card to pay for your room. They do not advertise this when booking your room and it would ha e been helpful to know this before checking in. Other then that it was a nice room and comfortable bed.

Clean and comfortable for an overnight stay . Close to stores and a few restaurants. The information on Hotels.com need some updating in regards to the pet policy which is now $15.00 not $10.00 as stated on website.

We thought this was downtown and were so surprised and happy at it's 'on the fringe' location. Groceries, fast food and gas all right across the street. We will DEFINITELY stay again.

Convenient, friendly and followed Covid protocols safely. We’d stay again! Walking distance to major supermarket and convenience store & gas station. Easy in and out of Klamath Falls. And park right in front of your motel room. Very convenient layout.

It was easy to locate, clean and friendly, helpful staff.

Very clean and in good condition inside. The mat outside the door seemed to have a lot of grit and some cigarette butts in it. The shower head was ridiculously low. I am 5 ft 10 inches and it was below my chin. Also peeling paint in the shower.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had. The check in person was friendly but we checked in around 9pm so had to shout at each other through a tiny security window. It was awkward and made me feel the area was unsafe. The door to the room was extremely difficult to open - obviously warped and in rough condition. The room was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower. The towels were thin and stained. The beds had no fitted sheet - just a sheet draped over the plain mattress that was not covered. There was no trash can in the room anywhere - not even the bathroom. There was no hot water for a shower. Basically we had a fitful night of sleep and left as soon as we could. Truly disgusting and for $150 for the night, extremely disappointed in the accommodations. I’ve always had good luck booking through hotels.com but this is one place that I was truly horrified by and actually think Hotels.com shouldn’t have on their site.

Was definitely worn from top to bottom. There was a $15 per pet fee which did not show on their website.

The Room smelled of pet odor, carpet was not clean. It was very disappointing for the money. There is a lot of work needed.

Lost in the 50's, My wife would not have even gone near this place. Old 50's motor inn that's just been patched up over the years. Unsure if there is even hot water got tired of waiting. Linen's are worn whole place needs to be redone, won't be back.

Very dirty bad condition bad smell

Very quite even though it was next to Main Street! Everything was nice and tidy.

You can see where repairs were made but never finished. Like bare drywall in the bathroom where a shower repair was performed. The door to the room wasn't sealed could see light from outside all around, but the desk clerk was friendly, and even with the repair issues, at half the cost of any other room in town it was fine

The room was a bit small, the fridge froze all of are drinks that we kept in there and the ice machine that they had didn't even work.

The rugs were heavily stained, the room smelled fetid. No electrical outlet in the bathroom and the sink was so small there was no place to place your toiletries. Shady characters chain smoking outside my room triggered the smoke alarm three times.

It's an okay place to stay. Nothing fancy for sure. It's quite old. They should get rid of the carpet and put hard floors in so it would be easy to clean and disinfect.

hotel had stains all over floors and bed, water on the floor when i got there, other people’s trash left in the room, non smoking room smelled of cigarettes, and cops showed up banging on my door in the middle of the night because of some drama happening next door. Never again.

Facility is old, but OK. Noticed that they are doing renovation on half of the property, which will probably improve it alot.

Needs a major cleaning-carpet in first room was horrible. Doors are dirty. Second room (I complained about the first one so they switched me to a different one) was better but bedspread had several holes, worn out. This place could be decent if the owner put some effort into it.

It was average in all aspect. Old, TV did not work.

For the price it is what you would expect... nice service, prompt, clean grounds and the room was primarily clean but I don't think I would stay here again ONLY because of the bathrooms; outdated and there were bug webs in the windows(that tells me it is not a cleaned bathroom), NO plugs in the bathroom or mirror so the lighting to do any dress up was challenging. Location was good for walking to most of what you need. Continental breakfast was skipped due to packaged oatmeal and 'I think' cinnamon rolls that did not look appealing. I did appreciate the coffee!

Easily accessible, room and bed were fine, microwave and frige were useful, TV worked.

There were no towels in the room. None. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone with towels right away. They never showed up. Lots of fun having a shower with no towels in the morning. My buddy stayed in another room and the the door was literally kicked off the hinges. There is a strip club 2 doors down, so it's got that going for it?

Check in took 30 minutes. No towels in the room. Went to get towels from the front desk and no one was there.

Would not stay here again

When I first walked in the room the smell was so overwhelming and after checking out the room that I actually started crying. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you like no hot water, filthy dirty stained carpet, terrible smell and cars coming at all hours every 15-20 minutes and a lot of foot traffic and I think you know what that means. The smell was so bad that I had to buy a can of Lysol spray and used the whole can over the five days I stayed I could not go elsewhere as the room was prepaid with a credit card by a family friend. I also had my service dog with me and I would not allow it on the floor at all it stayed on the bed at all times.

I really enjoy staying at majestic inn... The staff is super cool, the environment is comfortable and the rooms are clean...
