With a corner room the road it was very loud traffic noise. Room was a bit dirty, used creamer container by chair and one towel appeared dirty

This hotel has a super clean feel to it including their pool. Their breakfast is delicious and the staff is super nice! Will stay here again if I travel back to Klamath Falls.

Staff was very accommodating to our baseball team & families. Went the extra mile for all of us. Breakfast was good, but disappointed in what was advertising on the page in what they served. Overall though it was a pleasant stay.

Great location for dining, clean, and quite. Our only issue was the room above us had a toilet leak and it drained down our bathroom ceiling. Luckily it lined up with the toilet. The front desk was helpful and responded quickly to resolve the issue. The maintenance guy was great! Will book again in the future!

The room was fine. Our bathtub had standing water left in it due to the bottom caving in the middle. Breakfast was decent with several options. Overall, it was a fine stay for one night.

Didn't eat the breakfast as we had to leave earlier. Did not like the bathroom for two reasons: The toilet paper roll sits too far back which causes one to have to reach way back to access it. The faucet is too far forward on the sink which causes water to splash on the counter unless you have the water turned way down low. no ice on the second floor!

The rooms are stark and plain. This one reminded me of a hospital room. Furniture and lighting were "modern in the worst possible way. Hotel rooms should be warm and friendly and should say "Come in". This modern bare bone rooms say "Stay out". Many Holiday Inns have gone to these types of rooms and I very hesitate to stay at them anymore. All this for $279 a night!

Won’t stay there again. Arrive at 9m and left by 8. Wasn’t worth 300 bucks. I should have stayed next door for cheaper plus a breakfast.

The price was overcharged . It even said it on the back of the door the max rate was 400 and I was charged 500 . You robed me .

Location was good. Very clean rooms. Beds were nice. Lighting in the room was dim, and hardly any light in bathroom. There was only light behind the bathroom mirror leaving it very dim.

The staff was friendly and the lady who handled the breakfast area was amazing, even when other guests were being difficult for no reason. Beds were a little hard, but that could also be personal preference. Our daughter had fun and enjoyed the stay.

My friend and I stayed here for 1 night because we were getting tattoos from a local artist the following day. Everything was fantastic! No complaints! I would stay here again.

Great stay, good location and nice hotel. Elevators need so repairs as they shudder quite a bit when stopping. Also could use mats in the shower as the tub is quite slippery.

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was fantastic with lots of options, the rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, and the best part was the staff who were kind, helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond!!! From check in to check out, I enjoyed my stay thoroughly!

I have chosen holiday express for many times whenever possible, but I will change my plans for next time because except I have paid for stay , the hotel charges $ 40 extra. So that is last time for me to choose holiday express. But thanks anyway for Expedia service.

Good experience

We fled here after a couple of nights in the hotel next door. We were finally able to get a good night's sleep in the bed which was in better shape and had both firm and soft pillows to choose from. The complimentary breakfast was also far superior.

This was my first time in Klamath Falls and was pleased with my hotel selection. The room was clean and spacious, parking was easy, and the area was pretty walkable. Would stay here again.

The staff was kind enough to fulfill our request for extra pillows and also allowed us to park our motorcycle under the canopy of the main entrance so they could keep an eye on it with cameras and front desk coverage, as well as protect it from weather if any.

I enjoyed staying here. Good free breakfast. Nice gym to work out. Pool is small and jacuzzi could be hotter. But overall those are minor issues and it was clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay for 3 nights as we were in-town to visit Crater Lake National Park. The hotel felt refreshing considering that the air quality outdoors was not so great due to local wildfires, but everything was clean and clear indoors. Additionally, when you walk in, most hotels with a pool have a smell of chlorine and that was not the case. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub along with many visting families and the staff were very attentive and responsive for towel requests, etc. Breakfast varied each day with a great selection of options (including gluten & dairy free).

We asked for a refund after cancelling reservation several days in advance due to wildfire smoke and very poor air quality in the area. Property declined to give refund

This is first time I have run into the reservation is not found in the hotel. After 15 minutes of discussion, they told me that my reservation stuck in the reservation system and it is third party (Hotels.com) app's fault. Then they told me that there is a last reserved room available and we got "lucky" to have it. When I get the room, we realize it was full of smoke smell. It is obvious they knew the room is not suitable for anyone, especially travelers like us with two young kids. When I went down to ask the front desk staff to switch room, her attitude is "I told you it is last room" and told me to use spray to get ride of the odor. She didn't even try to express the willingness to search or offer help to clean or attempt to find other solution. This is worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever been to.

Great experience. Heather, the receptionist greeted me with a smile, was very quick checking me in and providing information regarding the hotel. My room was large, clean and very quiet. Breakfast and a good variety. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate was available 24 hours a day in the lobby, plus had coffee in my room along with a clean mini refrigerator and a small microwave.

The rooms were great. We had 3 separate rooms. The hotel realized we were all together and put our rooms together. It was awesome.

Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs tasted and looked manufactured and the sausage patties were not browned they looked boiled.

Property was clean and comfortable. But it is in a commercial/industrial area. Rooms had paper thin walls. I could hear guests in the hall and in the room next door.

Room size was great. Shower had great water pressure. Slept comfortably. Sadly, our neighbors started slamming doors at 3 am. Internet is dodgy- we had a very difficult time staying connected in the evening- better in the morning.

I was traveling to Washington all the way from California and had a stay for two nights. The hotel staff and services were very good. I also had a carrier on the car which I parked in front of the hotel with a fear of stealing; however, nothing happened and it was safe for two nights outside the hotel.

Great place to stay in Klamath Falls. Clean, quiet, very nice breakfast, and front desk crew are terrific. My only complaint was that our room was forgotten for refreshing one day.

The hotel was safe and quiet, and I appreciated the breakfast in the morning. Room was clean. The one issue I had was with parking. There are many government vehicles that consume space in the parking lot, so I had to park far away, closer to the Comfort Suites.

Great location, yummy breakfast, comfortable bed, very friendly staff. The only issue was the cleanliness of the pool: there were several clumps of hair in the pool as well as in the hot tub.

Rooms and interior have been updated nicely. Only complaint is the color of the LED lights, which are too cool and should be replaced with warmer color bulbs. The TV feed cuts out periodically, but I suspect it is not a hotel problem. Staff were very courteous and helpful during check-in.

We had a mix up with the reservation, totally my fault but the person checking us in was very short and rather condescending about it. Not very helpful at all. We got it worked out but she showed very little patience for my mistake.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express. It was clean and comfy. And the gal serving breakfast was so friendly. Helped with a spill one of my children made with such a great attitude. Definitely would stay again if we came back through.
