Nice and quiet friendly staff !

Friendly staff.Comfortable bed. Breakfast not so great.
- 3/5
It was okay for a night with my 2 young kids but I wish we had paid a little more for a different hotel. Front desk was not attentive, overheard staff laughing about not knowing how much chlorine to put in the pool, no towels, gym was a tiny room with dirty carpet and broken equipment, hot tub was out of service, located in an unsafe area of town.
- 1/5
The beds had stained sheets, bathroom was grime and the hallways dark hiding all the dust and dirt. The hot tub was completely out of order and pool was over treated with chemicals. Plus no towels. I would stay clear of this place as it is not worth the money.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing
- 1/5
Parking was great, breakfast was mediocre, Yogurt was outdated, like by 2 weeks. I asked for light bulbs my first night, they said they did not have any and they would get the maintenance to bring some tomorrow. The next morning I told the front desk that the sink was draining very slow. The sink was cracked and there was paint peeling off the tub. I saw a review after I had booked that mentioned these same issues. The sink not draining and having to ask for light bulbs are issues that should have been addresed right away. Very dissapointing.
- 2/5
Dirty
- 5/5
The vending machines in the hotel are set up for you to not get your product. Ever package is placed so that it won’t fall down.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, nearby restaurants for dinner...
- 1/5
The room was dirty towels were dirty the doors to outside of the building didn’t shut right hallways were dirty . Staff was ok
- 3/5
We enjoyed the pool and the hotel, but the room was not cleaned the four days we were there. Even after we ask the front desk to send in housekeeping.
- 4/5
Average at best.
- 4/5
Everything was acceptable
- 4/5
Family friendly hotel, there are limited options on the free breakfast but it will keep you full in the morning. The pool is heated, wish they kept some towels in the pool area. Our room was clean. There were some repairs going on throughout the hotel. I would recommend it.
- 0.5/5
The location being so close to the highway and that the pool was indoors. The spa did not work and was only secured by flimsy caution tape so kids could just fall in the empty spa. The vending machines did not work nor did the ice machine. The rooms are dirty and there was bugs and stains on the mattress.
- 4/5
Spa was down
- 3/5
Old and in need of significant repairs. Beds are comfortable though.
- 3/5
Room and hotel is dated, pool had a musky smell from wood. Carpets dated and breakfast was ok, didn't seem as fresh
- 4/5
They never cleaned our room, so we had to ask for more towels. The staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was okay. The coffee was not very good according to my brother. Never had to worry about parking.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Hot tub was out of commission. Beds were really comfortable and I loved the sheets and pillows.
- 4/5
The staff was very nice and helpful. I pool was indoor and beautiful wooded walls and great temperature.
- 4/5
Not really
- 4.5/5
Fitness room was lacking
- 2/5
Hotel tried charging us multiple times, rooms were not very clean, and showers filled with water.
- 5/5
Very good for Klamath Falls
- 1/5
I told the front desk person the next morning she had me text her the video I had taken of the noise it was making. I asked for some compensation as the room was $200 and I my sleep was interrupted 4 times. She said she would send it to her boss that was out of state at the time to see about what they could do. I contacted them two different times here on the app with absolutely no response and my stay was almost two weeks ago now. The people are nice the breakfast is good but it’s a bit much for no more than what it is. It’s an old building with all outside entrances to the rooms. I guess my next step will be to call them since they aren’t responding here in the app.
- 2/5
hot tub not available
- 1/5
terrible experience would never stay here again
- 1/5
The room has a huge water spoton the roof, wasn't cleaned well, and the first person we delt with in service had a bad attitude.
- 1/5
The front desk clerk was vary condescending and snarky.
- 5/5
Great value and nice staff. Hotel was clean , coffee was hot!!
- 1/5
Room was 1980s/ hot tub not available/ asked to upgrade to a room with a hot tub, hotel desk person primarily said after telling me there were 2 rooms available, I could not acquire because I was staying by myself but had toddlers traveling with me, so I left to another motel
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff were great. Will stay there again
- 5/5
Man cheers on Breakfast room were Cousy !! Breakfast delicious!! With the magic a preparer puts when has love to perform it, we got late on the road coz whether even they said was rented for no showed they were working to accommodate us.
- 4/5
Room and staff were good.
- 3/5
I was just there to spend the night. The breakfast options were heavy on carbs -- white flour and sugar -- and light no healthy options like whole grain bread or bagels. Some things were hard to find, like real half and half for coffee. There was a door from my room to the parking area, but I couldn't get it open -- too bad, because my car was right there.
- 4/5
We stayed one night here. The bed was clean as was the room. Hot breakfast in the mornings but the hot tub was drained and unusable.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff, easy check in.
- 5/5
We had their largest room and it was delightful. The bed was comfortable. I liked how I could close the side by side bedroom doors and not disturb my husband. The people around us were quiet. Nice large bathroom. Comfortable bed. The front desk was very kind and accommodating. Close to the BBQ that we like. No complaints what so ever.
- 4/5
Breakfast was a little bit too be desired
- 2/5
There was a bloody tampon in the stool when we got into the room. The volume on the tv remote didnt work. The Tv was very old. There were hairs in the tub. The hot tub was shut down. The breakfast food was not refilled. The waffle maker looked like it was never cleaned. The ice maker was broken. There were no bathroom amenities, like lotion or face wipes. I would not recommend this place especially for the price.
- 3.5/5
The beds were comfortable and the rooms and facilities were clean. The jacuzzi was not working and we were not informed of it ahead of arrival. I would have booked a different hotel had I known. The breakfast was standard american, however there was no cooked oatmeal, just the packets that you can microwave. Overall, I would rate it as 4 out of 5.
- 2.5/5
Place was pricey considering the condition of the facility.
- 4/5
Nothing
- 5/5
Good location. Comfortable, clean and safe.
- 3/5
The hotel is very worn in need of updating. Especially the carpets in the halls. The room itself was nice, but we stayed multiple days and they did not refresh our linens without a long discussion with the maid who could not understand english. The breakfast is inconsistent. Some of the items were there one day and gone the next. The side doors are supposed to require a key card to open, but that lock was broken so anyone could come in. There is lots of parking and some of it was used by truckers overnight who ran their rigs, which were a little noisy.
- 3/5
The man at the front desk was rude and argumentative. I asked him a question and he snapped back a nasty answer. I wasn’t the only customer who he was rude with. Two other guests stopped me in the hallway and complained about the man at the front desk and they also complained about how dirty the hotel was.
- 5/5
Room was comfortable, easy parking & the indoor pool is a nice amenity. The front desk clerk was super helpful & provided recommendations for dinner. I really appreciate the customer service.
- 4/5
Nice
- 4/5
It was ok, pool was good for kids. Room could have been a bit cleaner and why they put us on the second story with kids i dont know i just hope the room under us was empty?! Also had leftovers in the fridge from when ,i dont know but it was pretty gross! I wouldnt pay that much(in advance) again for the room we had!
- 4/5
parking lot was safe, the staff was friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Checkin desk was terse and unfriendly.
- 4/5
Was a good motel. Very quite
- 3/5
There's no lights outside. Not only does this make it difficult to navigate, but is a safety and security concern. The AC in the room doesn't actually cool off the room. There's repairs being done to leaking areas in the main part of the hotel, but you wouldn't be able to tell by the price if the rooms which is still pretty average for the area.
- 5/5
Clean rooms comfortable beds, breakfast was great
- 4.5/5
Easy to get to. Nothing
- 4/5
Very comfortable mattress. Most comfortable of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip. This is a message for this hotel and all others: please place a bed side table on both sides of all beds. Nearly everyone needs a bedside table to place their cell phone, a drink, eye glasses, etc. also, thank you to this hotel and all others that place a lamp with electrical plugs on beside tables.
- 5/5
Clean room, Really quiet lots of parking
- 4/5
It was in a good location for us as we were heading north to Crater Lake. It is a nice, clean and basic hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating.
- 5/5
Nice room for a quick overnight stay.
- 5/5
Bathroom too small.
- 4/5
Clean room and good breakfast.
- 5/5
Our room was nice, very comfortable bed. The pool was closed and hot tub had no water. The breakfast was good. I would stay here again.
- 3/5
Breakfast was ok ..pool was ok although we didn't use.
- 3/5
Nice towels Dark parking lot
- 4/5
The rooms were clean and comfortable
- 4/5
Would stay again, but maybe find something a little nicer for a longer stay.
- 4/5
Very easy and quiet for the price. Breakfast was pretty good. It did have a smell in the room like some one smoked a cigar in there at some point. Very faint smell.
- 5/5
The room I initially reserved had beds that were too soft for my spouse and they were hurting his back. The kind staff upgraded us to a room with a bigger bed that was firm and had a hot tub in the room for no additional charge. The hot tub was very helpful for his back. Really appreciated them working with us to make us both comfortable.
- 3/5
The property needs updates. The sheets were okay but the bed tuck in was clumsy. Nothing was broken but just seemed poor quality. The staff worked tirelessly to keep guests happy during breakfast time. Front desk staff was always welcoming questions with a smile.
- 5/5
100% would recommend
- 4/5
I paid for my family member to stay at this location by themselves. The staff seem friendly on the phone.
- 1/5
It was a surprise stay for my birthday to see crater lake. The hot tub was unavailable due to maintenance, bed was terribly uncomfortable. The staff were great but we will not be back.
- 3/5
Very average
- 4/5
Location was good for us. Not the best value. I was surprised by the rate
- 4/5
Bed was middle of the road, a little too soft and unsupportive, and the pillows were the size of and consistency of cotton balls. The room was clean, the shower was hot, and the hotel was quiet so it met all the basic needs of a road trip hotel. Breakfast was serviceable, the powdered eggs they use weren’t good even by powdered egg standards. But toast, coffee, cereal, breakfast meat, and waffle station were fine. Booked in advance for one night on the way up to my destination for half the price they were asking when I checked at the end of my trip when I looked into booking last-minute (once I knew my return date). I wouldn’t pay the extortionate prices they were asking then, but the advance booking rate is fine.
- 3/5
Jersey mikes was next door
- 4/5
We stay for 3 night no room service for cleaning or pick up trash
- 3/5
The hotel was fine, older but clean. The parking lot area abutted to some homeless vehicles and sleeping in neighboring business doorways which was a bummer to walk by when we went to dinner.
- 2/5
2nd the morning breakfast was awful! The scrambled eggs were runny and cold.
- 5/5
Clean, convenient and quiet with friendly, efficient staff. Nice stay
- 4/5
Property is a bit dated. However, the people were wonderful. Patrick, in maintenance and was wonderful fixing a couple issues in our room. He was polite, efficient and super friendly. The front desk staff was super nice and friendly and so was housekeeping/breakfast staff. Will stay again next time I’m in town.
- 1/5
Very poorly maintained hotel. They didn't accommodate the 2 queen bed that we reserved. Room has water leakages and clogged bath shower. Very poor breakfast.
- 1/5
It had hot water, thats why it got at least a 1. There was a toenail clipping on the bathroom floor, the bathroom floor was so durty it turned the under side of the bath mat black. The shower waa clogged and we told them the first morning we got up, they came 2 days later as we were checking out to fix. We needed to request the room to be refreshed daily, but no one told us. There was also a hole in the ceiling about an inch around.
- 4/5
Nice place to stay for one night as a lay over, breakfast in the morning was available before hitting the road. Hot tub was out of order when we were there.
- 1/5
To make matters worse, the restroom had an unbearable, foul odor, as if it hadn't been properly cleaned in a very long time. The smell alone made the stay nearly intolerable. What upset us most was the deceptive advertising—the room looked nothing like the photos shown online. It felt like a completely different (and much lower quality) place than what we booked. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and we would strongly caution others to avoid this hotel entirely.
- 4/5
Other than the breakfast, everything was great. The breakfast, however, seemed like they were out of everything, or else they hadn’t kept it stocked. No yogurt, poor juice options. No jam for toast. There were other items that were out as well.
- 1.5/5
Staff wasn't helpful, jacuzzi broken and no mention of this on the website. The breakfast lacked healthy options.
- 5/5
front desk personal was top notch and the best I've ever dealt with
- 3/5
The free breakfast was so sad we wound up just going to Starbucks. That’s not a huge deal. But I was really disappointed with how hard it was to get a couple extra pillows and an extra blanket. For four people in one room, there was no access to extra bedding at all? Also I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t have a rollaway cot (I would have been willing to pay for it even).
- 5/5
👍
- 4/5
A little older hotel, very clean
- 5/5
It’s was good
- 0.5/5
Room stank of food smells and/or sweat, sticky carpet. Spa inoperative, staff overwhelmed
- 5/5
The front desk manager was one of the nicest people I've ever met in customer service.
- 1/5
We couldn’t even stay. Tried two rooms but the smell was too bad. AND we have not received a refund at all. Don’t book here.
- 2/5
Nothing. When we arrived to our room the door was open. As we were getting settled we noticed that the coating on the tile and soap dish was peeling off. There was a stain of some sort on our comforter. It looked like it had't been washed. When I requested a clean one I was told the the cleaning person was new and didn't notice it. What that told me was the comforter covers aren't changed between guests. That is disgusting!
- 5/5
The receptionist’s customer service.
- 4/5
Loved it
- 2/5
Property is old and not well kept. Carpets frayed, bathrooms dirty and dusty, beds uncomfortable/pillows flat and the refrigerator was barely cold.
- 4/5

Room was really nice and the bed wonderful
- 2/5
The room smelt like cigarettes so bad and the shower was disgusting.
- 5/5
It was fabulous, loved the breakfast, pool and being able to work out.work out
- 1/5
The first room I was given was in terrible condition: there was garbage on the floor, stains on the bed, an unclean bathtub, and a visibly dirty lounge chair. It was also obvious the floors had not been vacuumed. Additionally, I had booked and paid for a suite, yet I was given a standard room. When I brought this up to the front desk, I was informed no suites were available. I was eventually moved to a larger room, but it still was not the suite I had reserved—and it was just as dirty. In the second room, we found cosmetic items stuck to the bathroom mirror, a bathtub that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days, and most disturbingly, three dead bugs inside the bed covers. We felt so uncomfortable that we chose not to stay in the room at all. When I asked management about a refund, I was told that refunds are not given—despite the fact that the room was clearly uninhabitable and we did not stay there. I find this policy unacceptable given the circumstances. I am formally requesting a full refund for this reservation. I did not receive the room I paid for, and what was provided fell well below even the most basic standards of cleanliness and hospitality. I expect your team to review this situation seriously and respond promptly with a resolution.
- 4/5
Sometimes the room key card would not work, and that required a trip to the front desk to get it corrected.
- 4/5
On one of the chairs for seating, there were something crusty on it. We didn’t sit or even want to put any of our stuff on it. It was gross.
- 3/5
The breakfast sucked. No cook should ever season eggs to their tastes, especially adding pepper and over salting the eggs. The sausage was awful, some processed meat parts I would guess. Bagels were stale. Shame as other Comfort Inns I stayed at had excellent breakfasts.
- 2.5/5
The jacuzzi did not work, the gym was pathetic with outdated equipment that did not work, and our room smelled like fried food.
- 4/5
Nice place to stay. Not too far to get to Crater Lake National Park nice breakfast.
- 3/5
You don’t get much for $200 these days! The bed was so uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Great place go to place
- 4/5
The girl at the front desk spoke poorly of Expedia and basically said we wadted our money using Expedia.
- 3/5
Excellent, friendly staff, doing the best they could with many problem areas. great breakfast! Hot tub had no water with no plans for repair. Room curtains were filthy. Refrigerator in room did not work at all. Would not stay there again. A bad review for Choice, who usually are on top of these problems. Update it or close it!

- 1.5/5
I didn’t like that the hot tub(the reason I booked this hotel) was not working and it had been 3 months since it was last in operation. Very disappointed.
- 5/5
Staff friendly and helpful
- 2/5
The property is in good shape and clean. Hot and pool was closed very unhappy about that, Breakfast would have been great if it was hot, i mean it wasnt even warm. The girl at check-in asked us to please poop in the toilets not the garbage can also talked to us about not letting pets hump peoples leg, we didnt even have a pet, the nice thing at check in is she warned us to not park near dumpsters, and try to park close to the building obviously not a safe neighborhood.i definitely felt uncomfortable at this location, also some sort of back flow in the facility set off the smoke alarms.I've definitely had better stays in other places not coming back to this location
- 3/5
This hotel is terribly run down. However, the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and the breakfast room were a pleasant surprise. So all in all, the service and breakfast were very good and the property and the room were disappointing.
- 4/5
Special shout out to Elena and Jennifer; I was late getting to breakfast and they went out of their way to make me a plate & heat it in the microwave for me.
- 4/5
Very nice, very friendly, nice and clean
- 2/5
The vanity sink was backing up. Tried to fix for an hour to no avail. Pack up everything and Changed rooms. Fire alarm sounded during the night for no reason between 11 and 12. Did this both nights we were there. Do you know what that does to your sleep? Then we waited for fire truck to come. Listen and wait I will not stay at this property again.
- 4/5
Good price and easy access!
- 1/5
Dirty carpets, tv didn’t work, phone disconnected, loud heaters, shower no pressure, and leaks on floor!
- 3/5
The property was very clean and staff were great! We noticed the hot tub jet was out of order and our sink drained slowly.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, continental breakfast was delicious as they had waffles yoghurt and bagels which are my favorite!
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Clean and nice people
- 5/5
Quite, comfortable
- 4/5
I stayed only one night, fare price, accomidations were good.
- 5/5
Quick business trip and great value for the accommodations. Comfortable beds, wide range of channels, close to restaurants. Pool was out of service but looks like a good indoor rec area.
- 3/5
Just ok. Nothing great. Breakfast was awful though…
- 4/5
Older hotel but clean with friendly service.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. However, the hotel does need upgrading when compared to the Holiday Inn Express next door. The area did seem sketchy so don’t park in the back of the hotel. The lady at check in made the stay memorable with her hospitality and conversation.
- 4/5
Friendly check-in, nice clean rooms, pool/hot tub was not working, great breakfast!
- 1/5
Online said there was a pool and hot tub when checked asked about them and was told they close at ten. Took the family down there and there was a sign stating it was close for major repairs. Something that should have been stated at the beginning if I’d have known about the pool ahead of time I would not have booked my stay there.
- 4/5
Always like staying at this Comfort Inn, but this time the pool and hot tub weren’t functioning. This is the specific reason I like this place so much. Other than that the stay was great. Staff was very friendly and also apologetic for the pool being down. Check in was quick and they were able to check me in early, really appreciated that. Breakfast at this property is always amazing. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff
- 2/5
Room had hair all over the place!!!
- 5/5
Bathroom sink was VERY slow to drain
- 5/5
Have stayed there before and would stay there again.
- 2/5
My daughter stayed there on her way home from college, blood was found on the wall, lamp and desk along with scratches and damage to the furniture. She went down to the front desk and they upgraded her but alarming to find blood splattered in the room.
- 5/5
The room was clean and quite, the staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
No problem with the hotel I love it
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and explained everything. Room was clean. Nice choice of tv channels.
- 4/5
I have stayed at Comforts Inns all over the country. Have never had a problem. I arrived a late this trip and left early. All I can say is it was a safe and quite place to stay
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We needed a quick and quiet place to sleep on a road trip. This location was perfect.
- 2/5
After reading so many nice reviews I was really optimistic. First we couldn’t use the bathtub, because it was not only dirty but super old. The paint was peeling and I could see hair everywhere. The swimming pool has freezing cold water and the jakuzzi didn’t work. I could find others trash around the bed too.
- 5/5
It was very comfortable and the front desk clerk was so nice, friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
We had a problem at home and didn't make it to the property.
- 3/5
This hotel was old and outdated
- 5/5
Niceca easybcheck in, room was very quiet.
- 2/5
Well when we stay at hotels we like pools and a hot tubs the pool was not working and the hot tub jets were not working and they're nasty Floaties gelatinous ones. The bed was really comfy and he asked for an extra blanket and it got a very nice comforter the alarm had black tape on it which was odd was mostly upset about the lack of facilities I feel like I probably won't look through Expedia anymore and I would just call the hotel so I can find out for sure whether the things that we like to use or actually working because I get chosen more cheaper hotel without a pool.
- 3/5
Was expecting it to be better but the facility was not pleasant.
- 3/5
Saw several people doing drugs on the street. Many homeless. A homeless man followed me into the hotel. I felt unsafe and I felt my vehicle was unsafe. Im
- 4/5
Friendly staff, room was clean, area was quiet.
- 3/5
Wish I would of know the pool was out of order, all my grandkids wanted to do was swim.
- 4/5
Nice spot to catch I on our long trip
- 5/5
It was a nice quiet stay. Beth are comfortable, clean rooms.
- 5/5
Nice and clean room. Pool looks clean but jacuzzi not much. Breakfast was nice.
- 4/5
For just stopping for the evening it was perfect
- 4/5
Pool and hottub. Oudoor sitting area with rockers..Lots of variety at breakfast. Responsive staff re recommendations in town. Comfortable bed. Close to grocery stores (walkable) and 5 min drive to downtown. Would definitely stay again.
- 3/5
We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. Rooms were not cleaned properly. I found some small left over food fragments on the floor from last stay. Dust on cabinets, bed night stands, and inside washroom cabinets could be seen easily. Room service was not done and we had to ask the staff to get it done. We got rooms on the back row which had views of some lumber yard. Nearby lot of construction work is going on so little inconvenient to come and go. We finished our tours one day early but hotel was not compelling enough to make us stay for another night. Lastly, it took us 30 minutes to check-in which should have taken 5 mins.
- 4/5
Stayed for one night as we traveled through Oregon to Washington. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Surprised to see an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Guest are able to fill out a notice of any discrepancies, such as housekeeping or repairs, in the room and address it to the front desk for them to take care of, I’ve never seen this at any other hotel. Hotel breakfast was missing scrambled eggs, so opt for boiled eggs. If your spending more than one night you should bring your own shampoo and conditioners as they only supplied small bottles of them.
- 5/5
Nice quiet hotel. Good price, exactly as expected. Great breakfast.
- 4/5
This looks dirtier on the outside than it is. There is no direct route into Comfort Inn. There was never anyone at the desk. I hate ringing the little service bell. The beds and room were surprisingly clean and comfortable. Someone was stomping on the floor above us. The doors made an annoying sound everytime someone else opened or closed their door.
- 4/5
Certain emineties like the pool are advertised as available 24hrs a day however we found that they have changed their hours now without updating their advertising, the indoor pool played a large roll in our choosing this facility in the first place.
- 3/5
Found it hard to find.
- 2/5
Staff were wonderful. Property is very run down. We booked thru Expedia and the rate was well over $100 more per night versus booking through hotel directly.
- 1/5
First off, I don’t like to give reviews I would prefer people judge for themselves because what’s bad for me may not be bad for them. Now the young man at the front desk was nice, but that’s where it ends for my experience being good. It’s an old hotel which isn’t always a bad thing, but this one was. Upon walking into the room it had a slight musty smell but since it’s old I didn’t think much about it. I went and put my bags down and went to grab a pillow from the other bed (I like lots of pillows) and noticed what looked like stains (yellow, like drool) so I checked all of the pillows and they except one were nasty looking, so I started to check everything and the mattresses were definitely on the losing side of things as well, went to the next big check area and the toilet seat looks yellow like it hadn’t been changed in a hot minute and on the back was either someone had clipped their hair over it or it was dog hair, nevertheless there were hairs all on it which is clearly visible so housekeeping shouldn’t haven’t missed it. I’m sorry but this hotel is seriously lacking in cleanliness to say the least. If you stay, please look things over carefully.

Now the young man at the front desk was nice, but that’s where it ends for my experience being good. It’s an old hotel which isn’t always a bad thing, but this one was. Upon walking into the room it had a slight musty Oder but since it’s old I didn’t think much about it. I went and put my bags down and went to grab a pillow from the other bed (I like lots of pillows) and noticed what looked like stains (yellow, like drool) so I checked all of the pillows and they except one were nasty looking, so I started to check everything and the mattresses were definitely on the losing side of things as well, went to the next big check area and the toilet seat looks yellow like it hadn’t been changed in a hot minute and on the back was either someone had clipped their hair over it or it was dog hair nevertheless there were hairs all on it which is clearly visible so for housekeeping not being able to see it I don’t know. I’m sorry but this hotel is seriously lacking in sanitation, if you decide to stay, just wear a hazmat suit and you will be fine!

The hotel room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub were great, very clean and enjoyable. We found great places to eat and chill. It was the perfect place to relax before the next week of our adventures.

Definitely will stay there again. The manger Dana Cust consistently monitor all areas to make sure everything is clean & near..Especially thanks to Drake the evening front desk staff who help me change our 3 night stay to 1 because of my sudden health issue. Hats off all the crew at this location. Also great location.

The front desk was very pleasant, but the housekeeping needs work. The carpet wasn't vacuumed well and the jacuzzi tub was unfortunately not usable due to how dirty it was. Bed not very comfortable, but tired enough from long day that I still slept okay.

We ordered dinner on Uber eats and it showed up with no utensils. We called the front desk to ask if they had plastic utensils and the lady said yes. I walked up there and she was waiting for me in the hallway with them. Just such a over and above gesture of service. Thanks for making us feel welcome.

However, there were “crumbs” on the sheets when I pulled back the covers. At $250.00 dollars a night I expected clean sheets. Needs better housekeeping.

Would appreciate if your property had EV charging. It is becoming my number 1 consideration in a hotel.
