Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. Guests generally appreciated the pool and location, but had issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.
- Pool was nice
- Location was convenient
- Cleanliness and maintenance issues
- Poor customer service
- 4/5
Location about 20 minutes over 2 lane mountain road from Jackson, WY. I didn't drive at night, but could be a deal breaker, for us it was OK. Clean hotel, pullout NOT meant for adults! My 6'3 teenage son complained, beds were comfy. Great coffee, Seattle's Best! Breakfast standard. Swimming pool clean. We left items secured to hitch carrier without any problems. Staff friendly and accommodating for any requests. Small town with a few restaurants, but more affordable then locations in Jackson Hole if you need bigger room.
- 5/5
The room was clean in a good location. Unfortunately the pool was being repaired but I would not use it anyway. Next door was the Waffle Hut and Eatery. Great food at a great price.
- 4/5
Great hotel, too many tweakers around.
- 4/5
Staff on duty very helpful Room clean and bed comfortable. Parking great - able to park few steps from top. Making it very convenient
- 5/5
The facility was clean but there were few amenities
- 4/5
Room was clean and had a full kitchen. Could only get 2-3 channels on direct tv. Very basic, no frills
- 5/5
Staff very friendly and helpful. Updated rooms are very cute.
- 4/5
Property is older. Figuring out the lock was interesting, but gal from front desk was very helpful. The room was clean and beds fairly comfortable. Great price for a one night stay.
- 4/5
The room was much larher than expected, so the kids could run around. The room was remodeled fairly well and was clean. They need to replace the old a.c./heating units though, 3.8 out of 5 overall.
- 5/5
Spacious room with full kitchen. Parking was easy and the front office was helpful and friendly. The restaurant that is next to the hotel has good food and eat out options if you want to pick up and eat in your room. Definitely would stay here again.
- 5/5
Very clean, comfy beds, kitchenette and easy check in and check out. The door lock on my room was quite sketchy, but in a small town, I still felt safe.
- 4/5
Cons: Pool not open, window faced the parking lot which made it difficult to keep curtains open. Overall it was a no frills but just fine place to stay in Klamath Falls. If pool were open it would add a star.
- 5/5
It was within walking distance to all the downtown area.
- 3.5/5
Floor slopes from entry door towards bath/shower about 4 inches, very noticeable… also ceilings were a short 7’
- 4/5
The staff was helpful. The location was great but there were very few amenities.
- 1/5
When I opened the blinds in my room, the windowsill was full of a variety of living and dead bugs. Within 2 hours of being in the room, I had multiple bug bites. The door had 1 lock, but didn’t shut completely. When locked you could jiggle the door significantly. I did not feel safe here as a single traveler and don’t want to know how many bug bites I would have woken up with had I stayed. I quickly left to find alternative lodging. Do not recommend.
- 4/5
Clean, bed comfy, everything new. It's bare boned amenities. Room spacious but institutional. Carpet ill-installed with a huge ripple right next to the bed, it's an accident waiting to happen. Flooring in bathroom has a portion unfinished.
- 5/5
I will be back. This place is truly a great bang for the buck! Amazing staff and incredible room. Also a very good restaurant in the parking lot.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable, quiet and conveniently located-near restaraunts.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
The room had a spacious modern ambiance that made it very relaxing. Would highly recommend.
- 4.5/5
Large room, with lots of clean well designed furniture. Toilet ran through out the night, homeless prowling the parking lot
- 5/5
Clean. Comfortable. Kitchen in a hotel room. Coffee. Central. Rural, tourist area, and open off season.
- 5/5
Great location
- 3.5/5
Friendly Check In. Liked Kitchenette and medium sized Refrigerator. Big comfortable bed and pillows. Very Large Room. Great modern shower. Room had been remodeled with Home Depot quality construction (cheap). One of cooking pans did not work with induction cooktop (wrong material). Lack of furniture in Big room - how about a sofa or sitting chair?
- 4/5
Clean room, the outside looks nothing like the inside. Shower was clean and really nice, floor was hardwood and not nasty carpet.
- 5/5
Location downtown
- 5/5
The room was very nice and we had a kitchenette. Made it very convenient. The pool wasn’t available but that was ok because the weather was a little cool. The staff was very a accomadating to let us add an extra day and made sure we got to stay on the room we were all ready in.
- 5/5
It was wonderful!!
- 4.5/5
The rooms were clean and nice Although we didn’t encounter any homeless issues I wish the city would get there s**t together and clean up the great little town. Great stores in the area
- 4/5
Nice place and at one end of town where you can walk to most restaurants down Main St. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfy. The Waffle Hut in the same complex of buildings is nice and the food and staff here are really excellent.
- 5/5
When I first pulled in I thought what did I get myself into but first looks can be deceiving. I LOVED this place. First of all, the front lobby manager was very welcoming and helpful. And then I got to my room. It was huge! It had a full kitchen with refrigerator, sink, microwave, stove top, and glasses, dishes, silverware, ect. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. The locks are outdated as you have to put a code in to open the door, no card reader but that would be my only complaint. Overall, a 10 out of 10. I would love to stay there again should I ever find myself in Klamath Falls again.
- 4/5
Property is older and has been updated. It’s clean and parking is good. No breakfast but restaurant nearby. Area is safe and price is good.
- 5/5
Room was really clean. Check in was great upgraded our room from a double queen to a suite because they had no double beds available.
- 5/5

- 3/5
The property was fine but these details tarnished our stay.
- 5/5
More blankets would have been nice.
- 4/5
Wish we could have had a first floor room. We are getting too old to haul our stuff to the second floor!
- 5/5
Huge rooms with many amenities. My next stay in Klamath Falls will be here.
- 5/5
Parking was safe and well lit; the room faced the parking spaces and provided safe access.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Clean, Quiet
- 4/5
An older property that has been recently remodeled and updated, the rooms are bright and comfortable, if a little bit sparse. Great location at the west end of the Main Street - very walkable to any retail and restaurants. The door locks are digital and kind of wonky. No breakfast or discount at the waffle place that is on site (but was good). Exterior areas are clean enough but not very appealing. Klamath Falls is a little bit weird.
- 4/5
It’s in the old part of downtown and they have long term tenants here
- 3/5
The internet did not work in the hotel room. It only worked standing in the doorway to the room. The room is definitely minimalist. No kleenex or extra roll of toilet paper. No ice machine, they had ice cube trays in the freezer, that weren’t full. Don’t except some of the normal amenities, in a hotel room.
- 2/5
Location No hangers in closet; only one coffee cup; carpet worn out; shower was marginal; new floor in bathroom was not done well; ac unit was old
- 1.5/5
There was hair in the bed and shower
- 5/5
location was hard to find, Walk in shower was excellant but there were no grab bars, I walk with a cane and need something to hang on to in the shower,
- 4/5
Very convenient location and good value. Internet down on arrival. Only real negative is no ice machine on property. We were glad not to have to pay for “breakfast” since we are gone before breakfast, at most motels. We used to stay at Shilo Inns which is currently closed. We will now stay at the Cerulean, even when Shilo reopens
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 3.5/5
Uncomfortable bed
- 4/5
Very helpful staff!!
- 5/5
Very clean. Has full kitchen! Would stay here again. Great value
- 3/5
No amenities available.
- 4/5
Convenient parking right in front of room, room was very clean and spacious.
- 4/5
Clean, quiet, spacious, reasonable price. Platform bed had edges sticking out about 2" beyond edges of mattress. I scraped my shin on it returning to bed after trip to bathroom in middle of the night. Also, table and chairs were bar height and might be a problem for some people.
- 3.5/5
It wasn't sealed up very well so you could hear outside noise and there was a flock of birds outside that squawked all night. Didn't get any sleep.
- 5/5
Largest motel room we've ever had! Best refrigerator also, really comfortable beds, two separate sinks and counter spaces. Clean and quiet. The only drawback was climbing the stairs, but the room made it well worth the effort!
- 4/5
Easy distance from and to freeway. Check in wax simple, fast and use of coded keypad for room is a great idea (won’t forget key in room). Early morning customers running engines for 15 minutes before departing (happens a lot of places).
- 3/5
Room was fine but a dog barked all night just outside the room making it difficult to sleep.
- 5/5
It was nice.
- 5/5
Right next to the park and downtown area, everything in walking distance.
- 4/5
This was a one night stay. Friendly workers and very helpful. Room was comfortable and clean.
- 4/5
I was hesitant about staying at this hotel as the doors are open to the outside and I don't prefer that, but so many of the hotels I normally stay at are now over $200 per night and I just didn't want to pay that much for one night. This hotel was very reasonably priced, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was huge and very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay here. My only comment in the way of complaint was the light in the bathroom is on a timer and my mom didn't realize she had selected only 10 minutes so the lights went off in the middle of her shower! Thankfully she made it out without getting hurt
- 3/5
Was asked at check-in if we had pets, and I said no; but then the lady checking us in (strangely) put us in a room that had an overwhelming pet odor as soon as we walked in the door. After requesting another room, they then upgraded us to one with a kitchenette that didn’t smell like dog, so it kind of evened out. Didn’t sleep too well due partly to some some early morning street noise (garbage truck) and early risers upstairs. Room was clean but had a somewhat sterile feel, as another review pointed out, due to all the hard surfaces. All-in-all, it was okay for a quick stopover at the price but we might try another place next time.
- 5/5
We received an upgrade to our room which wasgreat. The upgraded room was never cleaned, though. So the front desk apologized and gave us an upgrade over the upgrade: a VERY spacious room with full kitchen and great looking bathroom. We were very happy with this room.
- 4/5
Room was very spacious. Parking is plenty. Couple of things that bothered us: one of the nightstands was not clean. During the night we woke up from what was presumable the laundry from the hotel being washed (we stayed in room 141). That was a big negative for me, but it is outweighed by room size, very friendly and helpful staff and easy access from Hwy 97. I would strongly consider booking with them again when we're heading in that direction.
- 5/5
They do not supply shampoo, a hair dryer, or any kind of breakfast. There is a restaurant next door so the breakfast was easy to remedy but not the shampoo or hair dryer. I would have brought my own but have never been in a hotel/motel that didn't supply those items. Room was clean and staff was super nice.
- 5/5
Check in & check out process very easy
- 4/5
Was good for the price and nice close to everything
- 5/5
The room was very nice and clean.
- 4/5
Mattress was OK, but bed was creaky and clunked against the wall when you sat down in it. So the bed and heater could be improved but otherwise clean, friendly, and there is a great restaurant right on the block.
- 3/5
Great location, check in staff very friendly & helpful.
- 5/5
The rooms are clean and the staff is great. We had the ADA room and that worked out great.
- 5/5
Big room clean, quiet. Lots of natural light. Beds comfortable it'll be the only place I stay in Klamath falls from now on.
- 4/5
We were surprised that we got 2 king size beds. Water pressure was wonderful. Please note that the office opens until 11am. All was convenient and great overall stay.
- 5/5
Great stay -- very clean.
- 5/5
The staff were really friendly and attentive. The Waffle Hut restaurant was great. The staff there were friendly, quick, and efficient. Food was good and prices appropriate by today's standards. The hotel location was good and convenient to walk to other restaurants nearby. The hotel upgraded us when we arrived and it was awesome. Big rooms and nice amenities.
- 5/5
Super clean recently, remodeled room. Everything was really nice and would stay here again next year when I come back. Having a Law Enforcement background, I was very happy what the security features and the layout. The staff was stellar. I'll be back.
- 5/5
A friend and I came here for a pickleball tournament and stayed here. It was perfect. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. I'll be back next year and will stay here again.
- 5/5
This is a great place for an overnight rest. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are welcoming and it was quiet and competitively priced. It met our needs perfectly. It seems to be a new trend in hotels, just the bare essentials. If you want a 24 hr. lobby, tissues in your room or a strong stream in the shower look elsewhere. We would stay here again if in the area.
- 3/5
Overall my stay was fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was super helpful and for the price, I was willing to sacrifice some comforts. As a single female traveler with a daughter, however, the parking lot was a bit sketchy for my preference. If there was security it wasn’t obvious. There was a loud neighbor or homeless man who strolled through late one night making noises. It would have been a bit more encouraging if security was more visible, especially at night.
- 5/5
Perfect - clean, quiet and comfortable!!
- 4/5
This is a great place to stop for the night. Full kitchen in room. Nice bed. Good location. Touch pad code locks on doors. Roku TV. Stayed on way down and way back.
- 5/5
From the outside of the property, we weren’t sure what the condition would be. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Check-in was quick and easy, and the lobby was clean and inviting. Craig at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was huge! We were happy and surprised to find that we had a room with a kitchenette. The room was clean and spacious with a large closet. It would be great for a long-term stay. My only negative comment would be that the mattress was a bit worn with a rise in the middle of the king-size mattress. This room was definitely worth the value.
- 4/5
Friendly, accommodating staff. Clean, newly renovated rooms with very comfortable beds. Rooms are quite spacious so there’s room for the grandchildren to stop by and not feel cramped. Excellent stay.
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff. Pet friendly.
- 5/5
The beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean, it had everything we needed and it was quiet
- 4/5
Everything about the hotel was good except the dogs barking in the next room.
- 5/5
The room itself was plain but they had tons of parking, efficient door codes, and it worked great for our dog to have such easy in/out access
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. They upgraded my room and I didn't even ask for an upgrade. It's in a great location for being able to walk to restaurants. Go to the Irish Pub six blocks from the hotel. They serve the best shepherds pie,
- 4/5
Large clean and comfortable room that was dog friendly yet quiet. Only could mean paint was the creamer - I can't stand the powdered stuff.
- 5/5
The room was exceptional and the staff friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Clean room and the staff were fantastic!
- 5/5
Greeted pleasantly in the hotel lobby. We were told that she gave us a Crane to a room with a kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. Decorated very modern. The linens were very nice and their room was equipped with everything we might need. It was very quiet and the air conditioner/heating system was quiet. This is right in the downtown area, so it is walkable to go to restaurants.
- 5/5
Friendly, quiet, and clean.
- 5/5
Walkable to restaurants Comfy room
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly
- 5/5
This is likely the best road hotel at which I have stayed in many years!
- 5/5
Superior room in terms of size, amenities at 1/2 the price you would expect to pay.
- 4/5
Quiet area
- 5/5
Nice staff
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room. Great staff
- 5/5
Fantastic very clean easy check in, the room had so many amenities
- 2/5
The staff were wonderful, but it is not located in a safe area of town.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, newly updated inside.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and updated. Excellent
- 3/5
The room was clean but smelled funny. No kleenex or hangers or dirty clothes bag. Only one coffee cup so my husband had to endure my creamer. Glad we were basically just sleeping there.
- 4/5
good clean room sufficient for a short overnight stay.
- 3/5
It was okay
- 5/5
I will admit the exterior is off putting. The exterior gives it a sketchy feel but once I stepping onto the lobby/office that all changed. The staff was friendly and helpful. They explained the digital lock system and exactly where my room was. When I arrived I was informed that my room had been upgraded with no extra charges. When I went to the room is was clean and spacious. The room was beautiful and clean as a whistle. The remotes for the TV didn't work but that would have been easily resolved if I had just talked to the office. Since I was only staying the one night I didn't worry about it. I would definitely stay here again if I need to.
- 5/5
Huge beds, clean room, friendly staff, good lication
- 5/5
Very friendly, nice place
- 5/5
Clean room. Great location.
- 4/5
Room was good, spacious, modern looks recently remodeled, clean with the exception of the floor, left black marks on feet.
- 5/5
Very clean, very friendly, comfortable and the best value for the price I will definitely come back
- 5/5
Front desk was super cool. Rooms are huge and clean. Would definitely recommend.
- 5/5
Room was recently renovated. Great location. Great value! Comfortable and clean.
- 1/5
The hot water wasn't working. Staff wasn't available until 11am.
- 5/5
Always a great place to stay
- 5/5
Make the keypad locks easier to operate. If you have bigger fingers, good luck pressing the numbers.
- 5/5
Nice staff, clean rooms/very spacious
- 5/5
The room stayed in was great, carpets are very comfy and the general manager along with an employee were respectful, joyful and are open to having a good conversation.
- 3/5
It was OK. The bikers stayed next to us weren’t too loud.
- 5/5
Clean & larges room, comfortable beds, recently remodeled
- 4/5
Clean, likes the refrigerator, microwave and refrigerator.
- 4/5
Great help at checkin. Room was descent. Nice large fridge. Parking was a little sketch, but I saw security making rounds. Pictures on Expedia did not show motel rooms. I had thought they were all inside rooms.
- 5/5
The room was very clean.
- 4/5
Nice room and courteous staff.
- 4/5
Great staff! Clean room!
- 5/5
Really large, clean well appointed room. Restaurants nearby. Staff member was delightful! Would definitely stay again. Excellent value. Pet friendly.
- 5/5
The room was excellent!
- 2/5
Cons: my wife cut her hand when simply picking up the bath towel, something stabbed her and we still.dont know what it was, maybe broken glass chards? Towel had sublte brownish staining and then freah blood from my wifes cut. Ac/heater made a terrible sound all night like a disposble aluminum baking pan was being drummed. No black out curtains just poorly fitted shades allowing the streets to shine in. Our main window faced the pool. Got terrible sleep. Advice: bring your own heating/cooling system, along with your own towels, and avoid rooms with any lights facing the windows. Or maybe just avoid room 127 or this hotel overall.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, pet friendly, easy check in. We were only there for one night on our way up to Portland and it was perfectly comfortable for a night after a long drive.
- 5/5
Large room with kitchen, soft towels
- 3/5
No hot water
- 4/5
I found this hotel to be a very good value. The rooms have been recently renovated and the full kitchen was a bonus. It’s close to downtown and one of the mountain bike trail systems in the area. It is a motel style accommodation so there is some parking lot noise and traffic noise but the nights were quiet during my stay.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable and affordable 👌
- 5/5
Bed as very comfortable.
- 5/5
Room was spacious and clean.
- 5/5
Loved my overall experience
- 5/5
Rooms were nice and clean and there were well stocked. Beds were amazingly comfortable and clean smelling. Front desk person was very nice and friendly. Property was well lit and very quiet. It was well worth the stay. Wish it could have been a longer stay. Will definitely be returning in the future.
- 5/5
clean rooms, and quiet location
- 5/5
Room newer with king bed & has a beautiful kitchenette, walk in shower and very clean. Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again
- 4/5
Cons: The refrigerator was very loud while running as well as the heater unit.
- 5/5
Ricki was super friendly and helpful and even upgraded our room, thank you
- 5/5
The room was spacious, clean, had a refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker. The front desk staff was very nice and professional.
- 5/5
Super clean and the room was bigger than I anticipated. Check in was a breeze
- 5/5
Clean updated room with kitchen.
- 5/5
The outside is scarier than the inside and very convenient location to downtown.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Nice lady for check-in. Quiet.
- 5/5
Too cold to use pool, but room was clean, beds were huge and service great!
- 2/5
This is an old Motel with some paint and new flooring. There was a quarter inch gap underneath the ground floor door. The floor drastically sloped to the back of the room. Enough that i could lay a water bottle on the floor and it would roll across the room. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. I wouldn’t stay there again for half of what I paid.
- 5/5
Very nice and helpful staff. Nice place.
- 5/5
good ac and heat, very quiet, did not use the pool
- 5/5
Room was great
- 4/5
Nice stay a little run down outside, and screens worn, had a hard time locking the window
- 4/5
Yes
- 4/5
Rooms are spacious and well maintained.
- 4/5
Fall, no pool, no ac used
- 5/5
Easy to find, easy parking, friendly check in. Rooms are a good size, beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are well appointed.
- 5/5
I have stayed here before and I rated it 4 stars. They have upgraded the rooms and I was completely surprised at how great the upgrade was. It had everything I needed, it was so spacious. The only thing that was not working was the stovetop that I didn’t need to use anyways. I will definitely be back and booking with Cerulean again.
- 4/5
CONS: (1). Bathroom door is not positioned correctly which causes issues getting in and out of the bathroom. (2). Extra space in the living room is wasted. Instead of having this huge empty space when you walk in the door, there could be a couch or a table with chairs, and the fridge/microwave/ Tv could be moved to this area to give it more of a suite feel. (3). Not enough table space or room to do any office work with my laptop and no tissues.

- 4/5
It was comfortable and clean, check-in was a breeze.
- 5/5

- 5/5
The room was clean. The kitchen was equiped. The coffee was good.
- 5/5
The rooms look newly redone. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The bathrooms are nicely appointed with good waterpressure. Easy location from major road ways and good food options within walking or quick drive.
- 5/5
Comfortable 3rd floor room. Quiet. Didn't make it to the heated pool.
- 5/5
Everything was good, I had problems with my tv and the front desk girl came and showed me how the remote control works. Thank you very much 👍
- 4/5
Nice hotel at a very good price
- 5/5
Room was huge, beautifully redone, and super comfortable.
- 5/5
Good value, I was impressed with the kitchenette with real dishes, mugs and glass cups. The apartment size refrigerator was a surprise. The amenities invite a longer stay I the future.
- 5/5
Great staff, clean room, comfortable bed
- 3/5
Room was in need of a basic cleaning - Several areas had not been dusted for some time.
- 5/5
spacious clean room with comfy bed & great bathroom
- 4/5
Good location and was easy with our dogs.
- 3/5
Generic, no frills property. Clean, comfortable, efficient staff.
- 4/5
Great choice for a quick stopover!
- 4/5
Staff in the office was very helpful when we came in the back way and couldn't find the office. Nice room.
- 5/5
The kids LOVED the swimming pool. Our check in was easy and fast. The woman who helped us was really nice.
- 5/5
Our room is big. Modernized and clean. You can walk to everything.
- 5/5
Perfect for the night
- 3/5
This was a good stay for us, As room smelled and was clean ( Thank you cleaning staff) The bedding was comfortable
- 5/5
Large room equipped with moderate sized refrigerator, kitchen utensils, and microwave. Clean room and bathroom.
- 4/5
Clean, no frills comfort.
- 2/5
not used, but room in poor condition. sink didn't drain well, shower stall leaks and is causing rot in wall. bed sags, door lock unreliable. all in all a poor stay.
- 3/5
Lack of maintenance.
- 5/5
Best stay in KFalls. The room and service was beyond 👌
- 4/5
Very clean and pleasant.
- 5/5
Always a pleasure staying here. No issues at all
- 5/5
This was one of the largest rooms we’ve ever stayed in wonderful king size bed, full-size refrigerator, little kitchenette, probably the best shower I have ever ever ever had!! front desk staff was amazing!!!
- 4/5
N/A
- 1/5
An uncomfortable bed. A toilet with a loose seat. No amenities, not even a box of kleenex. WE WONT BE BACK!
- 4/5
Room is very large and very clean but only one sort of comfortable chair to sit in
- 5/5
I needed a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay and this checked every box. I would stay here any time!
- 4/5
Con: Room had a very strong floral smell. However, staff was apologetic and assured us this was not the norm. Graciously offered us another room.
- 5/5
Over delivers for the price
- 4/5
Unpretentious and a bit stark. Pillows a bit hard and lots of car traffic but all in all it fit the bill. Shower nice
- 5/5
This stay was super clean and the staff was amazing!
- 5/5
Food and parks close by
- 5/5
Staff was great. The room was excellent. Newly remodeled.
- 4/5
Really large comfortable rooms but no hairdryer was provided.
- 5/5
Pool and many shops and eateries nearby.
- 5/5
Just an overnight on our way thru town. Great check in service and recommendations for dinner. Walked a trail around the lake that starts in the park across the street from the hotel.
- 5/5
Accommodation was VERY clean and updated! We were very comfortable there with 2 rooms. Our only negative was that one of the 2 rooms had a comfortable 3rd chair. And neither has Kleenex or lotion. These were not a bad g deal for us because we used the room with the comfy chair as a gathering place. And we had our own tissues and lotion. Large room with nice kitchen and bathroom. Would definitely recommend!

A makeover of a 1950s/60s era hotel with individual outside entrances. The inside of our suite was very modern, nicely remodeled and furnished. The check-in office was also refurbished in a very modern style. The outside is original un-painted brick. Great service and a nice room for less.

Excellent staff and great facilities
- 5/5
We checked into a clean spacious room that was more than adequate. My "only" issue was that there was no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo bottle. Overall a very decent place.
- 1/5
There was a weird chemically odor. Couldn’t place it. Till the upstairs flushed their toilet at 3:30am. The sewer line backed up into the my shower. There’s no one to call. I left a message. Never heard back. No email, no text, no call, no nothing. Packed up and left in the morning. There’s some other peculiar things about the property, but this is kinda of a show stopper for me.

The receptionist was so nice and friendly. The property is well maintained. The room was very well cleaned and the kitchen was a good option for us since the town has few dining options nearby.
- 5/5
Worth for the price paid
- 5/5
One of the best motel rooms on long road trip. Read some not so great reviews, but our room was great!
- 5/5
Beautiful place to stay with family
- 5/5
The manager/owner(?) was especially helpful. We needed some important documents printed and she did it without hesitation. We travel with dogs so we also appreciate they allow our pups as well.
- 5/5
This stay exceeded our expectations. Rooms were very large and comfortable. When we saw the room we asked if we can extend our stay another night, but unfortunately they were booked the next night. We will definitely stay here next time when passing through the area.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, large comfortable room
- 5/5
Just like last time, great service, great rooms. Fell right to sleep.
- 5/5
Nice quiet updated accommodations. Easy to walk to restaurants. The lake park was just across the street. Easy access to main highways. Loved the upgrade to King with kitchen!
- 4/5
This is a great motel, clean and good location! The beds in our room are on metal platform style and one of them was pretty squeaky, but the beds were comfortable! Nice pool area and we had fun swimming!
- 3/5
Our unit was clean and roomy. The AC was quiet and efficient. The flooring in the bathroom had pieces missing. Although the shower was very roomy, there were no shelves. No shower soap dispenser was provided. No easy chair :(
- 5/5
The rooms are spacious and with a kitchenette nice refrigerator and a shower. We would definitely come back to this hotel.
- 4/5
Older motel that feels taken care of. Very large rooms. Good pool for a quick swim. The Waffle Hut is a quick walk for breakfast.
- 4/5
We did a quick overnight and it was very easy check-in and the check out did not involve going to the office.
- 5/5
Check in was a breeze, and they were very kind and helpful for the property. Perfect for a quick stay while in town visiting.
- 2/5
People above us were having sex or kids were jumping on the bed. All we heard was the bed squeaking.
- 3/5
It was a clean room, but really lacking in charm. Room was very stark just needed some warmth. But it was tidy and felt safe.
- 5/5
The staff was great and accommodating! Rooms were spacious and clean. Will definitely stay here again if I travel in the area.
- 5/5
Nice views of river.
- 4/5
good place
- 5/5
We were upgraded to a suite. Clean and comfortable
- 5/5
great location... clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Great location, walking distance to lake and downtown stores
- 4/5
Bed was comfortable, big shower, bathroom sink was too small. Like the digital door locks.
- 4/5
No hair dryer. No soap shelf in shower. These deficiencies would be simple to fix.
- 4/5
Very clean Thank you.
- 4/5
Check in staff was great! We were running late & we thought we’d arrive late. When I called the hotel the young lady let us know what to do if we arrived late.
- 4/5
The room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff was friendly. Just wish they had coffee or breakfast.
- 5/5
I loved the large fridge and full kitchen. Updates to room were nice, very functional, bed was comfortable and I liked the desk. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
The room was larger than any I have seen for the price. The onsite restaurant had outstanding food. I would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Outside appearance is not appealing. However, the room was spacious and comfortable. The room was very nice.
- 5/5
This was a nice place to stay. The actual building is older, but the rooms have been updated. Our room had a full kitchenette that was great to have some where to eat and chill after a day of exploring.
- 5/5
Felt like an actual room instead of a hotel room. Great place.
- 4/5
Pleasant surprise. Big and clean rooms. This place looks newly renovated. The pool was not cleaned when we used it but next day we saw staff cleaning it.
- 4/5
The only downside were the locks. They were keyless entry and gave us a little issue. It would stick or auto lock before closing the door.
- 3/5
It was a nice hotel waffle house close for breakfast
- 5/5
There are a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance.
- 4/5
We booked a double queen bed and it was very spacious. Room was clean and nicely situated at the end of down town.
- 5/5
Close to food outlets for dinner, etc. The room was clean and verything was perfect - has kitchen so if you wanted to cook, you could, incuding a full suze fridge/freezer. Only disappointment was when the room was cleaned for us to arrive, they must not have chec the fridge - so previous guests food was sitting there :-( Other than that room was great
- 4/5
nice looking kinda rough here and there.but ok
- 4/5
Roomy suite with kitchen!
- 5/5
Great staff, clean rooms. I'll be staying here again
- 3/5
Restaurant next door has the best broasted chicken i ever had
- 3/5
No venting, fan, or window in the bathroom. I do not even know how they could have that. I know they just remodeled, but how can you have no ventilation in a bathroom. Weird and unpleasant. Otherwise the day was fine.
- 5/5
Check in was easy. Staff was was super friendly. We loved the convenience of having a kitchen. The bed was super comfy. The room was huge! We didn't use the pool but we saw other families using it and it looked clean and inviting. We ate at the restaurant on the property and it was delicious. The staff there were so nice. The downtown area was very cute.
- 3/5
Negative: no clock, only mirror was mirror over sink, only received one very small soap so bought soap for the shower, no dish towel or paper towels for the kitchen, no Kleenex. The room was quite large with one wall bare. It would be a perfect spot for a loveseat or comfortable chair.
- 5/5
Really big room and beds.
- 4/5
No problems. Noisy upstairs two nights… but kids will be kids I guess.
- 4/5
Shower was quirky as there was no place to set toiletries and soap.
- 4/5
Property was very quiet, clean and in a very central location. Easy access to the downtown area for eating and entertainment. Only minor issue was the ice. They provide one small ice tray. Came for the airshow and needed cold water and had to buy some.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful and quick. Great place to stay.
- 4/5
Based on the photo I had seen, I expected the Cerulean Hotel to be a 19th-century-era three-story in a small town. Klamath Falls isn’t small: entering from the south on 39, I passed through miles of commercial strip before finally arriving at the old downtown, and the traffic was pretty heavy. And the “hotel” turned out being a very ordinary motel in layout, with multiple two-story wings and probably ~100 rooms. My room departed from the usual, though. No carpet, which made it seem a bit sterile, but also helped insure against vermin. A full kitchen, with fridge, smooth-top range, etc. An exceptionally modern, nice bathroom. The glass bath/shower doors were so clean that I bumped my head on one of them.
- 5/5
Very nice facility that was clean. Close to downtown restaurants and walking trail. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Large room with desk, dresser,TV, comfortable bed, dining table and chairs, full kitchen, with utensils, plates and cooking equipment, coffee maker and glasses. Bathroom had decent towels plus bar soap, tube shampoo and conditioner as well as I’m shower dispenser. What it didn’t have but I didn’t need was a hair dryer. I am fairly sure I might have had one if I asked. Also daily housekeeping is not automatic but that info is on the check-in material. We did ask for more coffee for day two of our stay,,,no problem. Would certainly stay again and would recommend.
- 5/5
Our room was so spacious! It appeared to be recently renovated so everything was crisp and very clean. The pool was refreshing!
- 4/5
Remodeled older property. Nice
- 5/5
This is an older motel that has been renovated nicely. Laundry facility was nice. I would stay again
- 4/5
Benjy at reception was super helpful. Thanks very much. Hotel appears to be an older property in the midst of a “flip” type of upgrade. Overall the facility is clean, comfortable, quiet & safe. However the quality of the upgrade may not last. A little cheaply done & showing some serious wear already. Also missing a few things like no receptacle to place your soap & shampoo in the shower. Not a deal breaker, but an omission. A good place to stay for now. Recommend the 2 museums in Klamath Falls. Both are interesting if you have the time.
- 5/5
Having a mini kitchen in the room is really helpful when working out of town. Great front desk workers and clean room
- 4/5
Property was great experience overall was really good. Excellent service & nearby dining was enjoyable. It would’ve been nice if some of the nearby guests with multiple dogs would’ve made more efforts to keep them quiet in the hours before 7AM.
- 2/5
The hotel has a new locking system on the hotel room doors that is ridiculous and obnoxious. Complete FAIL. If you leave the room and others are still inside they get treated to whirring, clicking and beeping for several minutes. It woke my wife and son up when I needed to take the dog out at 1:00am. Also, when you open the door it engages the deadbolt so when you try to close the door you can't without retracting the deadbolt. And if you fail entering the code 3 times, you are locked out and cannot enter period. Luckily this happened when we first arrived while staff was still on-premises but it was nonetheless a pain in the a** for us and the staff. Everything else was fine but their stupid door lock system took our rat6ing from a 4 to a 2 and will keep us from staying here again.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean.
- 5/5
Great place and very helpful staff!
- 5/5
Very convientent location, modern and clean rooms, quiet, affordable, full kitchen and full size fridge. Only negative was no vending machines for beverages and snacks.
- 5/5
Very clean, included a mini kitchen.@
- 5/5
Great bed and towels! The grassy pet area is one of the best. Friendly front desk, very clean and the AC kept the room cool.
- 4/5
Simple from the outside. Spacious inside. Updated interior. Convenient location. Good value.

Room was super clean and spacious. Front office girl was very nice at check-in and gave us great info about the area. Would definitely stay here again.
