The location There’s no WiFi and they lied about it. They said due to renovation they have no wife they wait last minute after they get the pay,ent to say so

The only thing that I didn’t like is the water in the shower, it takes a while to get warm water and when it becomes hot, it can get cold quick or even room temperature. I highly recommend it with a 9/10👍

Doors were peeling, sinks were too. Room smelled bad, tub was dirty. A/C was bad.

The room we stayed in was very clean and the beds were also super comfortable. However, 2 out of the 3 bath towels that we had were stained; one worse than the other. The check in process was super smooth but was never told that the WiFi information was on the card with room information and didn’t see it until we checked out (which wasn’t a big deal) or when to actually check out. I would still stay here again, location is great and super affordable.

The games outside the pool was a nice touch. The location was great for Disney World and the hotel was very quiet. We didnt have any food here, instead deciding to keep milk/cereal in our room in the fridge and eat out, but we ordered a few takeaways and ate them outside on the chairs under the lights. We had late checkout for free as IHG members and had a great stay. Would recommend. Only thing that could've improved the stay would be a private balcony/veranda to have a drink on in the evenings when the kids were in bed, but thats just being nit picky.

Room was comfortable and clean. The pool looked nice. The hotel lobby was very hot and check in takes a while due to one person at desk. There were guests talking loud and smoking cigarettes and weed near the walkways. Would not stay here again while traveling with our children.

Truly enjoyed my stay. On this particular stay I found room to be clean, sanitized and didn’t get a stuffy nose. Parking in great condition and staff super helpful. Recommend another stay!

The hotel needs a better team to care about the property, many guest were overnight smoking weed and signing and drinking in the hallway.

Just overall bad and dirty. Ducks swimming in pool to overflowing toilets and Ac to maintenance entering my room when my 15 year old daughter was in the shower. I could go on..

Breakfast was expensive for what you get. Pool snack bar wasn't ever open. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

There was plenty of parking. The staff were always friendly. They came and cmeaned daily and never hesitated if you needed more of anything.

It would not be my first choice, I accidentally booked this. I would describe this place as a bougie motel.

The room as you walked in smelled moldy and had a terrible Oder, the had hidden a “moisture away” bucket that you could get from any store. Some of the outlets didnt work and the main light switch didn’t work either. the WiFi didn’t work at all and we had to call them for them to tell us the WiFi wasn’t working. Their in hotel shop didn’t have any items like tooth paste or deodorant like it said. Staff was absolutely friendly but they didnt let us really know about any issues.

Nice size rooms clean newly remodeled seems to me to be too expensive for what it is after paying my fees for the room here I had to pay resort fee looks like at one time it was a days in or something that has been remodeled not really worth what they’re charging

Ashley was great and it was a fair enough stay I loved we were able to wash our clothes for a small fee. The bed was super comfy. Didn’t like the spider that was huge and my son had to get rid of it, but overall it was a good stay with your kids.

Room was a great price. Beds were somewhat lumpy but still comfortable. Staff was a different story. Late night lady had a huge mix up. The older gentleman blamed us even though we don’t access system. They locked our room at their own fault and had to change our door pin. This was late at night with kids.

The Pool area was gorgeous, barely anyone around and very spacious. The room was 10/10 clean and roomy They did not have wifi during my stay and did not inform be until after I checked in and asked why it wasn’t working. Shower had no hot water. The gym room was very small.

Clean and organized comfortable room, staff professionally helpful, property clean and well maintained, great kid family friendly resort. Over all 10 for 10.

Rooms smell so much like wet dog. No working wifi all weekend. Toilet was clogged for a whole day. Luckily they fixed it the next day. Had to move rooms, AC unit looked broken and cover on the floor and our old room had no hot water for the shower.

Price was good, but feel I didn't get what I payed for. First off the wifi that was advertised free with the room did not work the whole stay. Had to have maintenance fix the toilet in our bathroom because it would not flush, and the linen closet where you store your clothes had a real pungent musty smell. The pool was nice, but the hot tub was out of service and an eyesore. Also glad we didn't have pool side room since the hotel music at the pool was too loud. Will look for somewhere else to stay next time.

Locations and cleanliness are a big part of our choice. This hotel were big hits on both No breakfast, I still grabbed a latte and was still very good.

Hotel was priced fair i guess. Very outdated hotel which need updating asap. The rooms are spacious but not completely cleaned. Their was writing on the tables, hair in the bathroom left from previous guest.

Affordable, conveniently located and one of my favorite places to stay in Orlando.

First room was extremely dirty. Floor stains and trash under the beds and couch. There was mold on the ac unit and it smelt like mildew. Second room, the wall electric plug ins were stripped with no covers and a major hazard. We couldn’t use our lights and fixed all but the one we really needed. And we had ants. The girl at the counter said they can’t get rid of them. Me and my son got bit up so bad. Disappointed

The first room we were put in was awful. As soon as we walked in, it smelled like cat pee. Like, slap you in the face, smell of cat pee. It also seemed like that room hadn't been used in a while, which is fine, but I think that's why no one noticed the awful smell. We did go to the front desk, and she immediately put us in a new room. She later came by to check on us to make sure we were settled and happy with the new room. I did appreciate that, but for the first time staying here after a long park day, the last thing we needed was a room that smelled awful.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room had an odor. The beds looked like you might get bed bugs or worse. The sofa bed was velvet, yes velvet. Couldn't let my kid sleep on that. We switched rooms and it was no better. We didn't stay. I don't recommend this location. Even the outside grounds were terrible, dead flowers and grass.

I cannot read the breakfast or the amenities. I can't wait the room that smell very funny, had a roach come out of the wall next to the shower as well as a spider, if there was a dent in the class of the wall as well, the room itself was very dimly lit the entire time because there's not but the lighting. The bathroom being the biggest part of concern because the water rolls over the shower tub and down the wall to the floor and is unavoidable because the shower rod is placed too high and the tub spout was crudely sealed to the wall.

We stayed in a room on the first floor, great for parking your vehicle right in front of your door Condition of our room however was not the best. Room was very dark with limited lighting. Beds are comfortable enough but linens are horrible. Comforters are old and should be upgraded! Huge clumps of filler have accumulated in comforters and am amazed that they are still being used! Not acceptable even for a 3.5 star hotel/resort. Cleanliness of the room could use improvement as well. Floor was filthy. Bathroom was not cleaned daily. We had an issue with the toilet and had to ask the front desk twice for someone to come and look at it. It took over 3 hours for someone to come and fix it! Glassware not changed daily and coffee area not replenished. We had 4 paper cups the first day and then never received anymore. Tray used to hold coffee machine looked like it hadn’t been wiped clean in weeks. Room was large and bathroom is a good size but had a musty smell. Walls super thin. Heard the family next door. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel.

The stay was great. The hot tub looks like it is non existent. We have stayed here for years. Just think it is going downhill for some reason.

The place itself was great. You’re pretty much near everything. Only thing is, just the toilets kept getting clogged and maintenance kept having to come through. They handled the toilets well and came when called on. Hotel staff were helpful and great. Room was clean.

My stay was okay overall, but what really stood out was the amazing staff—they were friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome. The room service was even better, quick and delicious every time. On top of that, the room itself was absolutely gorgeous—clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. Definitely a pleasant experience!

The staff was awesome! I rented 4 rooms. There were roaches crawling in 2 of the rooms and the jacuzzi was out of order. Other than that, the staff was excellent.

Great budget place to stay outside of the resorts with the resort feel. Stayed here a couple of times Now during this trip, the elevators were down and we were on the third floor, not great after walking thousands of steps at Disney, but we made the most of it. The pool is great.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did not eat at the restaurant so cannot comment on that. Beds were comfortable with the only slight complaint were with the comforters. They appear to have been washed too many times and the stuffing was beginning to climb together. We were happy to be ba k and will definitely staying here again

Old motel style that's been updated, kinda neat place. Biggest issue was noise, one night could the parting outside, it was loud till 2 am and the second night of my stay could clearly hear the family next door with kids up till late. I mean it's spring break and we were close to an end unit i am sure others would have been better but there just didn't seem to be great sound barriers.

The room was dirty. There was hair on the floor and in the sink. The property looked like a glazed over motel. The comforters were plastic. The tv don’t work. It was as if the menu was just on a loop as a screen saver. Would not recommend if you want something nice.

We had the magnet on the door to indicate we were out. 2 days later we came back and not only did they not clean our room, they swapped the magnets to say do not disturb. I asked the front desk about it and they did the room cleaners only speak Spanish and didn’t know how to read the room sign.

The bathroom doesn’t have a shower curtain, so the floor gets completely wet.

My family and I had an amazing stay, staff were amazing and friendly, cleans rooms and very well located.

There was no hot water, the shower didn’t work, there was no plug for the bathtub, elevators were broken and was put on 3rd floor instead of handicap room.

Room is so dirty . The floor is all covered with black dirt that stick on the bottom of my shoes can’t wash it off . The sink was clogged and no one able to fix it. We had to wait until the next day to get it fix !

Rooms seemed recently remodeled. Felt clean. The first room we had we arrived 9 PM tired with several children and got everything unloaded a them in bed then to take showers of which the hot water did not work. I called the desk and she said to let it run for awhile. So we did. At least 20 minutes and nothing. So then she sent someone to check and verify it wasn’t working. I called the front desk to see what was being done and she was going to transfer us to a new room. So at 12:15 AM we finally transferred to a. New room. 2 hours of drama over hot water. So that was upsetting. No compensation offered at all. The additional hotel fee takes the fun away from a “cheaper” than other hotels night stay.

The property is located at a good area close to various restaurants both fast food and sit down. Room spacious, had 2 queen size beds and pullout sofa, very clean. Bathroom was very clean, also spacious and with plenty of towels BUT the shower head needed a good scrubbing, lotsa water mildew. Hot water pressure not too hard, a little low. Beds were comfortable enough, just a bit lumpy although slept well. Room had good curtains to block light; microwave, mini frig, and k-cup style coffee machine as well. Hotel was quiet and even though we stayed 2 nights, had turndown service. Would consider another weekend stay here as staff was very welcoming and gracious.

The hotel was nice, I just don’t understand why the second day the bathroom was not cleaned. They did the beds but the towels in the bathroom were left on the floor and the can with dirty toilet paper was not taken out either. Also, the elevator was broken for 2 days out of my 3 day stay.

The photos used are very misleading. The room was very dark - it felt like a cave. The bed sheets felt damp and the whole room felt like mold could be present. The last straw was that there was no hot water and after a long day at the park, it was very disappointing to say the least. The front desk sent someone to check the water for us promptly however, he couldn’t do anything about it. With all of this, we couldn’t see ourselves spending the next 4 nights there. It would have been miserable.

The laundry service did not deliver wash cloths so there were none in the room. Apparently the staff knew these facts but did not disclose either to us. Both issues are basic necessities and expected .

Everything was just perfect clean staff was wonderful kind pleasant. We ate dinner at late time inside hotel - It was close to espn made it easier to get to event close to airport too .. we would go again

The room and facility was clean. The reason for 3 stars is, 1 our reservation was for 4 people staying in the room. 2 kids 2 adults for a single night. If the room sleeps 4 you'd think they would give you enough towels for 4 people nope. Only 2. The 2nd issue and the biggest, no hot water! It just happened to be a cold day, the highest temp for the was mid 50s. We checked in at night and the temp was mid 40s outside. We just spent the day at Disney. No one likes a cold shower on cold days.

We booked a standard king bedroom. Although the hotel seems to be at 70% vacancy, we were given an accessible unit. Not the most desirable room and bathroom there is. The cleaning person only replaced a few towels and not wash towels in any of the 4 days we stayed. Never replaced the hand soap in the sink area. Not the property inside and out hotel in the area.

Check-in took longer than expected, and the hotel still relies on paper records, which felt antiquated and inefficient. Rooms use key codes instead of key cards, which was inconvenient after long days out. The biggest issue was no hot water the first night. My wife and I had to shower in cold water, and I had to call the front desk twice before it was addressed. My daughter couldn’t shower until the next day. Reliable hot water is a basic expectation. Requesting items after dark was difficult. The iron in our room was damaged, and I was told the hotel was understaffed and that I needed to walk to the main lobby to exchange it. After waiting about 20 minutes, the replacement iron was also damaged. Housekeeping was inconsistent—some days beds were made, other days only towels were left, and occasionally nothing was refreshed. When I called for towels, delivery took nearly an hour. Rooms are not quiet, hallway noise carries easily, and the room smelled strongly of bleach upon check-in. Lighting was dim, and the TV only offered live channels despite a Netflix button on the remote. On the positive side, the laundry room was clean and functional, and checkout was smooth and quick. Breakfast was not complimentary and felt overpriced for the quality. Finding the hotel was also confusing due to poor lighting. Overall, the stay was acceptable but fell short for the price.

Amazing property gorgeous hotel the pool is absolutely beautiful and they have a patio area where you can relax. They have an outdoor play area for the kids and 2 relaxing hammocks. Staff is excellent extremely helpful and courteous. It's a kid friendly environment.

They didn't give us the right room, no hot water, no hair dryer.

This place, however, was a wonderful surprise. It has been nicely remodeled, and although it’s affordable, our satisfaction was very high. The room was more spacious than expected for a family of three, and the newly renovated bathroom, bedding, and furniture were all excellent. I suspect that some of the complaints from other guests might be due to older plumbing in the area, which could occasionally lead to bugs, but we personally had no issues. Everything was clean, and we slept very comfortably through the night. I truly want to compliment the owner who remodeled this place. You did an amazing job, and I wish you the very best in your continued success.

Good location! It is close to restaurants (some walking distance) and parks (hotel offers shuttle, but downside it is one at specif time in the morning and one in the late afternoon, no flexible). Price is good for the location and condition of the hotel.

Elevator was not working when we arrived, room wasn’t cleaned every day, no coffee left in the room, hot tub was not working and we were looking forward to it after long days of walking.

Hotel looks completely different online than it does in real life. Very misleading. It’s a motel that will be getting renovated at some point. But right now its not renovated and felt shady.

Must be newly renovated and working out the kinks. Got struck in the elevator for 30 min and the on duty manager did not even address the issue like a was a homeless person stuck in the elevator not a patron of the hotel not an apology or acknowledgement, nothing. Pretty disappointing too say the least.

I need a refund for this booking .. at most I would have paid $20 to stay in the room we did. Lights off the room looked on, modern “clean” but once the lights were on .. hair stuck to the bedsheets and on the couch. The room was mucky and warm , the tub had 3 hairs lying around . Coffee packs were opened and what seemed to be a blood stain on the toilet seat .. it was the most uncomfortable night I’ve spent in a hotel ever . I have picture proof as well!

The courtyard area looked recently renovated and very well taken care of. The rooms also looked good but had a mildew smell, that wasn't terrible but noticible.

And there was an outdoor bar that never opened while we were there and we were there Thursday-Sunday. The hot tub was also closed but the site didn’t disclose that. The area is good. Lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance.

Voco is a good deal all the time. It's continually growing and updating. Come see for yourself.

The place is not as nice as it was in the photos. The people were nice. The room needs some work that is for sure. AC worked but the room was still muggy. You have to pay $10.00 to park your vehicle at the hotel which I thought was crazy. It did its purpose for one night but will not use this facility again.

I am surprised the reviews are so good for this property. The room had a sour/mildew smell upon entry. The sheets were damp/wet. We got to the room at 2am and check in would have been at 4pm, so it makes no sense how the sheets were still so damp. Didn’t say anything because by 2am we were exhausted and just needed to get to sleep. Adding insult to injury, after waking up from sleeping on wet sheets all night there was no coffee in the room. I have stayed in all kinds of hotels all over…this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I would not ever stay again. It is close to the parks but so are many others. THIS PLACE IS CHEAP FOR A REASON. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS.

We came here today with dirty bedsheets, you can clearly see it. We can smell the dust right away, we keep sneezing because of the smell. The floor is dusty because our toddler decided to take off her shoes and thats when we found out that it’s dusty and dirty. I don’t recommend this place.

It was ok they are doing a lot of changes of the property so I will give them another chance later this year. Staff seems to be really nice

Me and my family appreciated the room on the first floor without even asking us the staff gave us the easiest access since we were all exhausted and had children and senior who would have trouble climbing stairs. even though there is an elevator it would still be too much walking. the pool is amazing! everything is clean, quiet and not crowded. there is no chaos. it is very peaceful place. we absolutely loved it! and it's so beautiful! very adorable hotel!

The place has been recently remodled so the room looks great when you first walk in. As others mentioned before, the cleaning service here isnt great. After the room service came in there were still trash laying on the floor. The room is musky and nothing dries so other guests hang clothes on the railing outside of the room. I wish there were better places to hang clothes to dry than outside of the room. We stayed 5 nights, and on one of the nights the music at the pool was so insanely loud. The rooms surround the pool so every room as a view of the pool. We could hear every word of the music in our rooms with the door closed. I called the front desk and while on the phone the staff told me at 10:30 the music is turned down to a lower volume and will be turned off at 11pm. I had a early morning but had to just wait in bed in the dark for the music to turn off, which it did not. I called the front desk again at 11:05PM asking why its not off. She had clearly forgotten and asked if the music is bothering me. It obviously is bothering me, why would I call a second time. She said she would go turn it off now but we had no issues with the music on any of the other nights. The music was clearly too loud that night and should have been dealt with the first time I called and shouldn't have had to remind them to turn it off at 11PM when its their policy to turn off the music. I'm also suspecting we were the only guests at the property that a night.

When we got there half the property it was shut down. When we got into our room there was blood and pee stains on both beds. There was hair all in the bathroom and stains. And something red I don't know all over the rug. Then we go into another room that was available and the same thing was going on. Then later on we just went to another hotel and they still charged me for being there. I had to go through hoops to get my money back.

We got to this site and they were closed. A phone number was given to where our reservation was transferred. When we called the new resort, they said no reservation existed. No refund was given. Be very wary of this resort.

There was nothing unique about this property. Online they made the property looked so beautiful. When I got there the Maingate sign was missing. Room service did a horrible job in cleaning up. The rooms were not appealing. I would never recommend this place!!

Sheets weren’t changed, they left the same dirty sheets on until I said something, supplies weren’t replenished, floor was completely wet, manager wasn’t reachable, a complete nightmare will never stay here again!!!

The property was located at a convenient area close to the places we wanted to visit. There's just one thing i didn't like, there was water seeping into the room and the carpet was humid and created a weird odor.

When i booked the hotel it was under one name but bought out once i got to the location. Their was NO cafe, gameroom, or gift shop as the description on the website. The bathtub in the hotel had no adhesive no slip , soo you were sliding all over. No handicap railings for elderly. On the bed they had throw pillows to sleep on, not even normal size pillows. I will never stay here again nor will i recommend this place to anyone.

The breakfast was not so great! The breakfast staff was not pleasant at all, no “Hello” no “Good morning” and when asked if she had our orders correct she seem agitated! The jacuzzi was not open due to on-going renovations which is understandable. Overall the hotel was clean and cleaning staff was very nice and pleasant!!

My reservation was canceled because they said they had been recently sold so I guess the new owners don’t like money or did they realize it was Fourth of July and they could make more money for last minute reservation no one should ever deal with a business like this.

Later, we found our room was disgusting. The sheets on the pull out bed were gross and dirty and we found a roach crawling in our room on the wall. We ignored this considering the front desk person was so patient with us from the beginning. We just requested new sheets and killed the bug. On Friday night, our AC went out in the middle of the night. They didn't have anyone to fix it, so they moved us rooms, one floor up. A bit inconvenient because we had all of our stuff but they did allow us just to leave everything in the old room for the night as long as we moved everything by 11 am the next morning, which we did. So once again, I said to myself, due to their customer service and understanding, we wont leave a poor review of our poor experience thus far. The last straw was getting our $50 deposit back. As previously stated, we paid $10 on our card and the rest of the deposit in cash. However, upon checkout they only gave us $10 back. They stated they didn't have record of the other $40. So it seems the man that night stole our money and no one will return our calls to refund our remaining money.

The pool was nice, but the shuttles run once a day and would be nice to have had the vending machines full, almost everything was sold out. The breakfast could have been better. Very friendly staff.

My stay was not good. When I got to my room, we called the front desk because we did not have any wash clothes, we were told that housekeeping was not there that late and I would have to wait. The front desk did not offer to get me any at all and never received any at all while we were there. We had no hot water and got it about 30 minutes before we checked out. When I went to check out I had to wait 10 minutes before anybody came to the desk and then when I complained again to the front desk clerk all she said was okay you are good to go. I called Hotels.com about my stay and they took my infomration called the hotel and they got no answer and the customer service rep stated that she would email the hotel and that somebody would reach out to me soon. I left on Sunday 6/19/2022 and it is now 6/22/2022 3 days later and I haven't heard from the hotel it self nor hotels.com. Very disappointed

We stayed here to go to Disney. We saved a ton of money and this hotel is very close to the parks.

The pictures of the room weren't what we got. The sheets were stained,room had an odor,bathroom and shower were terrible. We didn't stay ...we went and got another hotel the same night we checked in. Then we checked out the next day.

The property had the biggest cockroach living in a crack in the bathroom that ive ever seen. The room smelled disgusting and Im glad I only was booking for a night before staying at a different hotel

I liked that there was a heated pool and they had towels available for the guest. I wish that they had a better selection for breakfast. I really think they should have had all their renovations done before having guests. There were a lot of things that weren't available that the website said there were available. overall the property was not that bad I mean u get what you pay for considering. we had fun we had a place to lay our heads when we were done with our activies for the day!

Wasn’t expecting much for the price and really just looking to crash since we spent most our time at the parks. However, this place was really out dated. House keeping knocked on the door twice before 8am. Won’t stay here again.

The check in process was quick and easy. The pool was great after a long day at Island of Adventure. The room was fine. We only stayed over night, but everything was great.

This resort charges $12 that is needed to be paid at the desk which is no big problem they also charge your credit card $50 for incidentals which is supposed to be returned upon leaving. My credit card has been hit for $50 from this resort and still has not been refunded several calls to them I’ve been hung up on I’ll give this although a nice room Weston good ratings for their customer service

Staff was courteous and helpful. Especially Antonio, he was helpful and kind. He assisted with anything we needed, with a while on his face. Wish housekeeping came every 2 days as we were told, but when they did come, it was a great job.

The shower head fell off. The AC unit was loud and sounded like cats were fighting. We found shards of glass in one of the beds. And the pull out bed was disgusting and the had no linens for it.

Our original room had a noisy air conditioner compressor and a battery that needed to be replaced in the fire alarm. Management immediately moved us to a better but comparable room and resolved the problem very satisfactorily. We had a very pleasant stay and as we enjoyed four days at Disney World.

This hotel is disgusting!!! The elevator is broken, they put us on the 3rd floor when my friend is 5 months pregnant! The bathtub leaked, there was mold all over the tub! The area is sketchy! People doing drugs in the parking lot, they charge a fee for parking which is ridiculous when the area isn’t even lit up! All around nasty hotel!!

Upon checking in i was informed of a "resort fee" this place is not a resort. Like not even close. Breakfast was in a bag. Options were limited. My room was fairly clean at first glance. My bathroom though when i arrived was questionable. There was a hair on the toilet and boogers on top the toilet paper wall. I cleaned some of this myself. When someone reached out to me about this i was told they were going to inspect. I think thats all they did because when i came back to the hotel that day it was still there. Hotel staff was very friendly and there are a lot of dinner options to walk to.

Very dirty the carpet felt like it hadn’t been clean in years. You have to slam the door close and push it open with your foot. There where young adults screaming and yelling at midnight and banging on our door saying “ fire”. I complained to the front and they didn’t believe me. Then that morning they kept banging on our door. Again, complained, and still didn’t believe me. Worst hotel experience. More like a motel. Oh and you get charged 25.00 for parking and breakfast. WHAT BREAKFAST!!

The pullout sofa did not have linens, I had to call 3 times to get someone to drop some off. The bed was terrible, very uncomfortable. Was not pleased at all for club level cost!
