I was there 3 weeks but the room was not cleaned and the swimming pool had no chairs or sun beds I was supposed to book in on a Sunday but arrived to no reception so had to stay in a nearby hotel but still charged me for the Sunday night … not recommended

This hotel is HORRIBLE and should be SHUT-DOWN!!! the smell in the rooms was nauseating, the clerk didn't speak English. Couldn't get towels. the service just was terrible. I will never go there again, also I'm going to tell everyone i know about this place so they would not try to stay there. I give it a big -0.

The sheets had stains on them and the min refrigerator had food crumbs on it. In the morning I saw a roach crawling on my clothes.

Room was damp and smelled musty. Curtains had mold on them. Door coming into room had 2” gap beneath it. Completely open to the out doors. Wound up leaving 5 minutes after walking into the room and found a different hotel.

Don’t let the pictures fool you. They are much cleaner than the hotel actually is. While the room smelled clean, it is run down and in need of updates and fix ups. My bathroom had a palmetto bug in the toilet that someone obviously tried to flush. The toilet would not flush at all. I saw a roach run across the dresser, so I did not leave my bag open and did not leave anything out. The sliding shades left a gap at the end so you could still see into the room from outside. The parking lot had lots of homeless people hanging out on the side of the hotel at the entrance. When we returned from getting food, the police had one of the entrances closed off. A pro is that the hotel is close to food and the arena. They say you get what you pay for. I still think we paid too much.

I was there 3 minutes and left. Foul odor, mold, & drug paraphernalia. There was a homeless man sleeping under the stairs. I asked for my money back since I wasn’t staying and all of the sudden she didn’t speak English. The place looked out of a horror movie 100% Do Not recommend! In fact RUN!

The floors still had chocolate chips on them from the previous people that stayed there was no comforters available on the bed. The lampshades had mold on them. The walls were peeling and falling apart. When we tried to turn on the hot water the faucet fell off we will never stay here again. It was disgusting. It was a motel of nightmares. Do not waste your money.

The online pictures of the building outside are deceiving. Inside the rooms are not only dirty and shabby but also unsafe. There were no smoke alarms on the walls in either room we were in. The door in the second room would not fully latch without applying a lot of pressure, even then it could be pushed open from outside. There was no inside security latch. We wound up pushing the dresser up against the door overnight. This was the third time we asked the manager to relocate us. The first time the room not only smelled musty and mildewy but also the sheets on the bed looked used and there was a used condom in the wastebasket! The manager didn't seem to grasp the horror of finding this in our room. The second room she showed us stunk of cigarette smoke. She was visibly unhappy about it but took us to a third room. It smelled better and there was no condom so we accepted. It wasn't until later that the problem with the door was discovered. We were in town for a short time to visit friends, it was late in the day. The situation forced us to accept the normally unacceptable. We went to a family dollar store that night after the visit with our friends and bought pillows and bedding to put on the beds. We didn't use the towels and wore our shoes when walking on the floor. I didn't even want to know what the smears and splatters on the bathroom walls were! Words are inadequate to describe how completely disgusting this place was. I've actually run out of space here to describe it.

Unno Boutique Motel is anything but boutique. The room was rundown, not clean, and smelled of smoke. The door barely closed properly. Service? Let’s just say communication wasn’t a strong point. We only had a one night stay so we dealt with it, but would avoid this place in the future. There are much better choices nearby. The only “boutique” part was the name.

I’ve been to some rundown hotels before, but this one takes the cake. They were dead bugs in the fridge. Everything was rusty the bathroom door had holes in it. And our exterior door was so flexible. I swear I could’ve folded it in half we checked in and checked the right out 2 minutes later

When we arrived at the motel, we were afraid to even get out of our car. There were two groups of what I would call gangbangers hanging around two open rooms. Of course the motel refused to refund our money paid through Expedia. We ended up having to find suitable lodging ourselves at 10:30 that evening. Needless to say, we will never use Expedia again.

This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. Pulling up it looked nothing like the photos on the website. The property was crowded with trash and left over materials from vehicle. Crackheads everywhere. People were offering us drugs. that was just before even entering the hotel room. Once we entered the hotel room it was filled with dirtiness. The beds had no blankets. The showers curtain was yellow. There was mold on the ceiling of the hotel room. There was cockroaches. there was holes in the doors and on the walls. The paint was not fresh. It looked yellow and smoked and smell like cigarettes. there was no smoke detectors nor carbon monoxide poison detectors. Every photo that you guys used for Expedia was an absolute scam. I have pictures of the photos you guys used and the photos that we took. Our door was pried open. It did not close. You could see literally outside of our door. Our curtains were black when they were supposed to be white. The floors were supposed to be wood and it was cracked tile. There was a crap ton of children running around with no supervision unattended. I do not recommend anyone booking this hotel AT ALL!

When I went to the counter the morning employee told me my staying shouldn't be in this area, we were in the wrong side. They didn't change me or do anything to correct their mistake. They told me they would send new towels because the one's they provided were too small and not enough for us, that the housekeeping lady would come, but nobody did until the last day of our stay. I went to the counter almost 20 minutes before closing, but it was closed anyways. I'm really disappointed with the staying and the way the costumer care is handled. Nothing has been like advertised in the site. The rooms were so dirty you couldn't walk without shoes or you'll end with literally black feet. The rooms smelled like mold and the air conditioner made terrible noises. The outside area was dirty and a lot of homeless people walking around. Dog poop in the only stairs you have to go up and down. When trying to shower the handle broke, it was a nightmare. There were electrical cables coming out the wall. Things were functional and utilitarian. We paid super low prices for a last minute christmas-new year break room the better part of the week and got a room that was okay. My only complaint is the water was weird and stinking, and the room doesn't have any place to set a suitcase on or any hangers. The lights were working but in very inconvenient places. There was NO drinking water available on site.

The front desk ladies were friendly and helpful...the entrance door did not shut completely and the lights went out mid morning for a while ..Overall the room was good.

If I owned a hotel/motel I would want to make sure all rooms and facilities meet at least the standard, bare minimum requirements. Sadly this one did not. The faucet in the shower was loose and had a hole through the wall.. the sink faucet was loose enough to be pulled off with minimal effort.. The main door had a crack at the bottom. And then the Termites, Ants, and Roaches. In the sink, in the shower, on the fridge cabinet. Do your research before choosing a hotel.

Property owner wasn't responsive a few times and several things/processes didn't work as expected/should.

Call hundred times nobody picked up couldn’t check in either at the middle of the night for three hours. All I want is refund that’s it.

To begin with, they lost my reservation, which was already unacceptable. But the service and conditions only got worse from there. The room had a foul, indescribable smell—nothing like any space that is supposedly cleaned on a routine basis. There were no blankets provided, and I had to sleep with just sheets. I’ve never heard of a “hotel” where guests are expected to bring their own towels, washcloths, and blankets. Additionally, the bathtub had a concerning ring around it that appeared unhygienic and could potentially cause issues like ringworm or toenail fungus. Overall, this was one of the poorest lodging experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise future guests to proceed with caution.

No pude quedarme las dos noches que tenía reservadas por lo horrible que fue. Si estás pensando en hospedarte aquí, no lo hagas. Nunca dejo reseñas, pero este lugar es realmente horrible.

Tuve una estacia tranquila, habitacion amplia y limpia, sabanas frescas, el personal muy atento. Buena ubicacion para lo que esperaba. Volveria a reservar.

Our room was dirty, the metal fixtures were all oxidized so nowhere safe to place our clothes. No hangers were provided. The whole room smelled of mildew. The room next to us was under construction so we had to put up with the noise starting at 10am. I could go on….

Office door was locked and I had to talk through the glass door to office workers. While I was standing there checking in, an ambulance raced from the property indicated that an incident had just happened on the property. It was just not good

We arrived late. We did call prior to ensure our room was still available. When we went to the key location as instructed, no key and no matching room number on the key. Had to call the person again. Room was terrible. No blanket, only a sheet on the bed. Bugs, no light in the bathroom, overall not a good experience. Dani was nice...but facilitiws were bad.

I need a refund I was never given a room. They left the hotel key under the mat and the office was closed. The key they left would not open the hotel door. I had to travel 30 mins to another hotel, I didn’t get into a room until 3am

Dead roach as soon as i opened the door . And the bathroom faucet was broken , had to use towel to turn knob…

Perdí mi primera noche ya que no habia personal en recepción y tampoco me dejaron la llave de la habitación cuando se habia hablado ya por el horario de recepción y tuve que buscar una noche de otro hotel el baño tenía las llaves de las plumas sueltas un miembro de mi familia se dió un golpe cuando se salió y calló en su pie una decepción total y nadie de ustedes se trató de contactar y nadie respondió verificar los mensajes y email enviados deberían hacer un rembolso y deben de quitar ese hotel de su lugar de opciones gracias espero alguna respuesta de ayuda por la pérdida de mi primera noche ya que se hizo otro gasto que no estaba programado

Room smell like mold

THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL THROUGHOUT MY STAY ,ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS OR NEEDED SOMETHING. I ALSO APPRECIATED THE ON-SITE LAUNDRY FACILITIES AND CONVENIENT PARKING

Cockroaches in the room, fire alarm dangling (coming apart) from the ceiling and rusty appliances, they refused to change the room. You can't get any worse.

For the price, this property is ok. The staff were nice and polite. The property is outdated. The rooms are clean, but they need to be renovated, and they musty unless the AC is set to a cold temperature. The beds are very uncomfortable. No blankets offered at all. The shower needs repair, and there was no hot water.

Overall, this day was horrible. Never will. I book here again air-conditioning was so loud. You could hardly sleep. On top of everything listed below with the issues in the pictures.

The location is perfect—close to Disney, restaurants, and shopping, but still quiet and relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The pool area was a nice bonus, and parking was easy. Whether you’re visiting the parks or just looking for a relaxing getaway, this is a great choice in the Kissimmee area!

Fue un engaño las fotos subidas no reflejan la realidad del lugar ya que es insalubre, deteriorado e inseguro eso es una cuarteria de mala muerte ya que la gente q vive ahí estaba usando drogas en frente de nosotros

I had a great experience at Unno Motel. The location is perfect—close to everything and very convenient. The service was outstanding from the moment I arrived. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip. Highly recommended!
