staff was helpful!! parking was simple and the air conditioning was good!! the bathroom wasn't my favorite im not going to lie, but either than that it was great!! its good to stay for like less than a week or a week.

For what I paid... it was good for the night. I wouldn't want to be there for a vacation. But for a "stop along the way"... the front desk staff was nice, easy check in, felt pretty safe. The AC was a little bit of a challenge but for one night it was all ok.

Rooms were very good and staff was also very nice. Breakfast had less options.

Enjoyed my stay . Staff were very personable. My room ac didn’t work great only kept room cool but not cold they did send maintenance and he worked on it but it never really helped . But I had a big fan and it kept it comfortable for the time that I was there. Bed were super comfortable .

Terrible place I’ve stayed was scared for my kids safety had people in the next room blaring music and screaming at 1 am staff was notified and nothing was done most terrible hotel experience…

Good economical place to stay for a 1 or 2 night stay. The room was clean and beds comfortable. We did have to pay $10 to check in one hour early. The breakfast was what you would expect for the room price. Would not recommend for someone with small children since rooms are small and not much room for kids to move around.

Everything was great. The only hiccup was my shampoo bottle was empty. Besides that great stay!

The location At first they put me in a double room when I booked a king room but they didn’t had availability, that room had water leaking on the floor and was dirty, it had a dirty bathroom and the toilet paper had humidity spots. It was definitely a “you get what you pay for” stay. Meaning the price was cheap, so was most of everything. Also, when the front desk said “he’ll bring you towels”, I didn’t think he’d go into our room when we were gone. Didn’t say anything about entering the room.

There is to many people outside ( hanging of of the room. Smell weed, rooms ok. But needs more touch up, upgrades like paint, bath floor.. and tv upgrade. My room the tv was broke. My advise if you planning stay just one night thats ok. But if you come with you family, please try to find better property.

AC/heater worked very good. New large screen TV, worked good. Parking right at the room. Staff was friendly and performed their job fast. No coffee/breakfast offered. WiFi was poor, kept disappearing regardless of time.

The proximity to Disney was great. The staff that helped me check in that night was kind and patient. I liked that there were not carpets in the room. The rooms need updating. A paint job could go a long way. The walls were scuffed. The bedding could definitely use an update. It was freezing when we stayed and they didn't have anything that could keep us warm.

The location to the parks was great. Good value! Nothing notable. Better than expected for a typical motel.

I liked that they were all ground level so no one above you or below you. Everything else! This property is very poorly kept. Extremely bad! Our room was disgusting. My kids and I were very uncomfortable to even walk on the floor let alone stay overnight. Our room was so dirty it looked like it was used in a mechanic shop. The walls were filthy, the toilet gross, I had to have the maintenance man come clean the toilet because the housekeeping didn’t clean it before. It looked like the only thing they did before we arrived was change the linens and put those little soaps in the bathroom. Shower had mold, and there were crushed remains of roaches left on the walls. They had a HUGE gap under our front door, weather stripping was gone, wood was ate up. Just to give you a reference of how big it was I could stick my whole hand under the door up to my wrist and my hand would be outside. They had roaches in the kitchen where they served breakfast in broad daylight, the appliances were not working properly coffee pot was spilling all over the floor, waffle maker was disintegrating the waffle mix as it was cooking them. I don’t understand how this place has not been reported yet.

Nothing The pictures make the rooms look new but they are not. Worst experience I had in a long time. First night I got to the motel and the door lock would not latch so we requested another room. Unfortunately it was booked so they told us come back tomorrow. The next day we go back and the front desk Indian guy was very rude. He cursed at us and told us there was no room and we could request a refund from booking .com if we wanted to. Knowing it was Valentine’s Day and most places were already booked he was trying to be an A hole!! I would not recommend this place if u have kids. Place smelled like cigarettes and people blasting music next door. It seems like this is a long term rental place for some people it was really sketchy. Walls have visible mold and holes in the floor and walls. I will be contacting Super 8 upper management this is unacceptable. Please don’t stay here. Booking.com will not help you if you have an issue here.

The room was absolutely disgusting. There was mold all over the shower, AC unit, and curtains. Within minutes of walking around in socks, the bottoms of my feet were black. The toilet bowl still had fecal stains, proving it was never properly cleaned. There was trash left inside the pull-out couch, which is beyond unacceptable. The sheets were covered in random stains (didn’t smell, but still gross), and the room was full of gnats that were hiding in the window curtains. When we asked for clean sheets, we were handed the wrong size because “that’s all they had.” To make things worse, the door had a visible crack, letting outside air blow into the room, which made the room freezing cold and let in other unknown bugs. When we requested a different room and showed photos, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, claiming the hotel was fully booked. That was an obvious lie — multiple booking sites showed plenty of availability, and the hotel was nearly empty. We only stayed one night because we arrived late. Had it been earlier, we would have left immediately. This property is unsanitary, misleading, and poorly managed. Save yourself the frustration and health risk. Do not stay here.

There was little to like. A place to stay i guess. But this area is humid and hot the whole time there the ice machine didnt work with promises to fix it. The laundry machines did not work properly. The air conditioner in the room only had very cold or you turn it off till it got hot in the room then you turn it on till it got too cold. The T.V. reception was spotty at best. For it being part of Wyndham group it gives it a bad name.

Coloque una puntuación okay porque es un hotel accesible, la atención en la recepción es excelente y rápida, el hotel queda en un sitio bastante céntrico si deseas ir a los parques de Disney está perfecto. It was a nice 1 day stay AFTER they changed our room. The first room they gave us the air conditioner wasn’t working and it was so hot that we couldn’t breathe. The guy on duty changed our room (super nice person) then everything was good. They have a nice pool for the kids to enjoy too.

We had to book a room at the last minute and found this Super 8 on line. The price was reasonable and the room was clean. The only issue was with the bed which had a metal base which appeared to be broken.

Overall, it was really close to Disney property great location, clean safe. The cable was going in and out in my room so that needs to be fixed and the curtains kept blowing and covering the AC so it didn’t circulate as well in the room.

The mattress was broken sunken in. When you got in our out of bed horrible sounds. The ac sounded like a dump truck. The floor was pulling apart with over inch gaps.

The mattress was broken sunken in. When you got in our out of bed horrible sounds. The ac sounded like a dump truck. The floor was pulling apart with over inch gaps.

Terrible condition. Do not bring your kids here, this place is extremely dirty. Bed sheets dirty, everything was dirty. Bathroom floor was sinking, toilet seat lid wasn’t even mounted. Missing outlet covers so any little kid can stick their finger in the outlet.

The staff is friendly and helpful, property needs to be reconstructed…cracked floors and doors dirty walls especially the tub in the bathroom, marks on sheets, shady characters, doors can’t lock on your side of room in some rooms making it feel unsafe. Pool was the best amenity but also looks like it needs to be updated. I was so excited for breakfast but my kids said the waffles were gross as well as other guests the batter tasted acidic and weird. My son was scared and heard fighting outside. With all that said I only paid $39.00 and received $10 off hotel and $15 off from using prior hotels. So basically u get what u pay for. If you want to go to Disney and you’re on a budget then this is definitely budget friendly if u get a discount. Otherwise if I had to pay original price I could have gone somewhere much safer and nicer.

The night lamp were not working. The bathroom pipe smelled very bad and the pressure in the shower was horrible. The sheets were dirty, and stained and to be replaced. The AC is in a very bad spot and the room was even hot or cold. I will definitely not stay at this property for a short visit or any visit of that matter.

This place was horrible. I did not have a deadlock on the door. It was broken. The bathroom door has a hole in it. Their was a stain on my kids bed sheets. Extremely dirty. Very noisy. We could hear the people next door very clearly. I will never stay here again. Stay away from this place.

The customer service is fairly poor. I went to my room and the AC did not work. Made a complaint and the person at the front desk walked off to look at it and went to the wrong room. I had to wait for him to come back and show him where I was staying and he had got it to work. The floor is very dirty. I don't know when the last time the floor was mopped. The mattress does not fit on the frame which creeks with the slightest movement. I've stayed at a few low budget hotels, but there is no reason why there is no clock, phone, or coffee maker in the room. I had to wait 15 minutes to check out due to there being no one in the lobby.

It was very inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for. The ac was very loud, bathroom needs updating and the breakfast food wasn't replenished each day.

The bottoms of our feet turned tar black from walking on the floor. There was little hair from a man’s beard all over the toilet. House keeping came the next day to clean but it didn’t help. The door was not flush to the floor and the safety lock had 1/3 screws in it. Lots of road noise which isn’t bad but honestly I don’t think they ever mopped or cleaned that room for months. Lots of dust on the fridge too. It was gross

Did not like the resort fee

The breakfast is not so good, but there is an Ihop next to it and other dining options very close so you can choose from other places. Overall for its price we got what we hoped for a nice comfortable and quite place to sleep close to all main attractions. I would stay here again if I have the opportunity to come back ;)

We reserved and paid in full for a king room 2 weeks in advance. When we arrived, we were assigned a 2 double bed room. I went to the front office immediately and informed the clerk that we were assigned an incorrect room. He said all the king rooms were sold out, which I replied, yes, and I paid for one of those king rooms 2 weeks ago. He said "sold out, I can cancel if you don't want the room I gave you." Won't be booking here again.

Only 1 pillow per bed, floor was definitely not swept much less mopped because there were gummy bears on the floor, ac was having issues and not cooling, which is fine because we slept on top of the covers instead of potentially dirty sheets. Bathroom was clean and had decent smelling soap supplied and the towels seemed clean. TV worked well once you figured out you had to aim the remote under the desk.

Got there between 12 and 1 am. My room was full of cockroaches, they were literally crawling one and ny family and coming out of the bed and blankets. When i asked to speak to someone about a refund i was told there was no manager on duty and to comeback on monday

The first room we were put in had no place for 3 weeks worth of clothes. They moved us to a second room that had many issues. A rack to hang stuff but no hangers, safe that did not work, no hooks for towells or clothes, shower falling off wall, holes in floor, constant hot water running. The property was changing ownership after bring there 10 days. It was terrible. I will find it hard to trust Expedia again.

The poor part was TV didn’t work properly had to ask for towels and had to take our own garbage out. Even for the price you shouldn’t have to do that stuff yourself.

For A Last Minute Booking It May Be Worth It. However I Didn’t Enjoy My Stay. The Staff Was Great But My Room Was Not The Cleanest. There Was Toenail Clippings On The Floor, The Towels Were Cleaned However They Were Overly Used And Still Looked Dirty. The Bedding Had Water Stains, The Comforter Had Yellow Stains All Over. I Felt Like Another Guest Was Following Me And Just Gave Me A Very Uneasy Feeling. I Barely Slept That Night. I Got A Studio Suite. The Couch Wasn’t Wiped Down. I Seen Finger Prints From Previous Guest Or Staff. I Truly Wanted To Pack Up And Leave.

Hopefully resort fee might cover some shuttle transport to park or neighboring shops in area as other Wyndham properties provide in the vicinity.

My air conditioner did not work and it was so hot in my room. My tv remote did not work. When I walked in the room the tv was blaring and I had to manually turn it off. There were no cups or hangars. The floor tiles were broken and damaged.

Me & my wife stayed for three nights. We found the staff to be very welcoming & helpful. The room is basic, which is to be expected for what we paid, but clean & comfortable. Would stay again

I liked how friendly the receptionists were, the rates per day, and distance to 3/4 of WDW’s parks (and how affordable Lyft was).

Property is in poor condition. Was one of the cheapest options for 3 days.. and i think i over paid. Room i stayed in looks like people who were not professionals tried to cover up old room. There was literally inch gaps between wood planks. The bathroom was too small toilet was smaller then normal to allow door to shut. Even though its florida.. milipedes crickets and gekos were in room. Ac wouldnt cool room.. complained first day.. ac was at 70 and not cooling room.. they said theyd send someone they did . The set it to 62.. it still didnt cool room. Water would take literally minutes to warm up.. nearly thought there was no hot water. Bed was on a metal box.. when you sit or lay on it.. it makes a thunder noise. Our room was right off 192 and dump trucks would blow horn every morning just before 6am like a hello. The refrigerator leaked first day they did repair that.. it might have just be frozen up and we added a few things.. not sure but after they came it didnt leak anymore. We signed stating cleaning staff only does so on tues and thursdays.. on thursday we didnt recieve new towels. They only gave one wash cloth. Floor mat for frige leak. We didnt use the pool but it was best looking part of motel. We didnt use the internet or cable to say if that was any good. Only reason we stayed the three nights is all we did was sleep and we were do busy i didnt have time to find a new location and cancel this one.

I have never stayed at a Super 8 that did not have a coffee pot or telephone in room, bathroom door had hole in it as if punched, tub dripped water - room was clean and Bob the person who checked me in and out was super nice and accommodating, coming to room to get tv working for us

Then roaches came out of nowhere. I asked many times about the tv and they kept saying that didn’t know about it the system was down.

I’d come back for a quick stay but definitely need to have the Direct TV fixed by then.

It needs to be renovated. It had a permenant smell the wall in the bathroom was falling down and there were roaches

The Unique part of it was that even though its very close to the highway, it wasn't even that loud and I greatly enjoyed the quiet experience from it. I can't think of any bad experiences I had, recommended

Baby Roaches in the room. People living in the other side of the hotel with their rooms open blasting music. Forty sheets small cramped rooms. They’re basically trailers. This used to be the Knights Inn Motel. No tv (cable was out for our six night five day stay. Super over priced for what it it plus ten extra fees. Save the money and go else where. Worst part, no refunds. You’re stuck with the rooms.

They say you get what you pay for well sometimes you have to go in with your eyes open and look for the good. Staying at the Super 8 is on the less-expensive end but the property is well kept up, the staff - Veronica (Mgr), Tara, Bob, Kayla, Santos and everyone else are nothing short of exceptional! The continental breakfast is sufficient (my favorite are the bagels). Pool area is a nice place to relax after a day at the parks. Some of the rooms might need touchups but the room is well cleaned, bed is comfy and we slept very well. Overall our stay was a 5 Star experience!

Dirty towels, shower was broken, when I call front desk they came to the room to check and the door in our room was completely locked. I don't complain to much, I know is a cheap hotel but this one is really bad.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff was helpful.

Holes in walls, people sneaking in pets and smoking in rooms rooms not cleaned properly and when you complain they threaten to keep your security deposit. Do NOT use card when paying they are known to double charge cards and not return it when its brought to their attention. All of the employees live on site and own a key card to every room not safe at all!

Room quality is bad. Leaking tap and shower. The bedsheet and the comforter is stained and smells bad.

Sheets had stains on them. It was a two inch crack under the door. TV wasn't working. It was stuff all on the walls. This place needs some tender love and care. Or just renovation.
