    It’s not a BAD place if your are only staying for a few nights . A lot of “extended stay tenants”. Staff was friendly. Close to everything.

    Inexpensive hotel so no big expectations but clean and thoughtfully appointed for it's price point. Focus is on long stay tenants so be mindful if that matters to you.

    Overall it was a very convenient stay with having multiple outlets within driving distance. I enjoyed the pool as well. The only issues I had was there were brown stains on the curtains and 2 of the towels were not clean. There was also a strong cigarette smell coming from the bathroom vent which was very annoying as well. I would advise to make sure the cleaning staff double checks the room and linen when they are done.

    I just didn’t not like the way I have to pay for things dat we need in a room like toilet paper and towels but I did like the place and I didn’t like the email that they sent you before your last day that you have to get out before 11 or you get charged $25 for a late fee also I have a son that is artistic so whoever had a autistic son or daughter you know exactly how hard it is to dress them up but it was a really good experience. I found new friends and really nice people.

    Room was located facing the pool which was nice We were not happy about being in a room next to extended stay families. Not to discredit why they are their but very load and some looked very sketchy. TV in the room did not work. It turned on then half the screen had colored lines completly covering the bottom half. We only had 3 small pillows and towel were horrible.

    Because this property was extended stay, people were living on the property. 3 things down graded this experience for me. A schizophrenic resident next door to us was screaming out all morning. There was not a blanket on the bed, which I can understand it being extended stay, but I didn't know and did not bring a blanket. The hot tub was on but the water was not warmed.

    We had roaches and the front door was broken and there was never an employee available and no one ever picked up the phone and people where hanging around are room at night did not feel safe thank God it was just one night If there was employee around and security

    They did not return our ice blue boxes for insulin diabetes when we put them on freeze refrigerator but we forget to take them out before we checked out. I called office and they said no and sorry ! It was very rude !! We see welfare people stay rooms except only one rent a room ! Pool and hot tub is dirty !! Maids don’t come to our room for cleaning ! We saw few roaches on floor and wall .

    Location was good. We had no trash can in our room, no soap, towels were bad quality that left a bunch of white particles in your skin once you used them. It was cold and the a/c couldn't be adjusted. The other people staying looked like they lived there. Very outdated and definitely not what I had in mind.

    Very nice room and a quiet environment for a stay near the parks in Orlando. Many restaurants nearby. Only glitch was no waste basket of any kind in the room. Not a big glitch, however.

    The guy who cleaned the pool was nice. My car was towed from your "safe" parking lot. Your company allows a snake tow company to basically steal cars. If I had opted for the money back option, I would have taken every penny back.

    Very convenient location with many things in walking distance. It has a great Market next door with many Food Trucks. There are also many places to eat and get dunkin coffee or great pizza . All walking distance and a Cracker Barrel across the street. Old Town and Fun Spot Amusement Parks are less than a mile down the road. Very close to All Disney Parks and near I4. Just down the road from the town Celebration. I would definitely return here. Nice pool and hot tub. Very safe and pleasant! Nice yard and laundry facility! Big Orange Landmark store directly in front of the property. Great Oranges!

    We chose this hotel because it had a hot tub ! It is close to Old Town and we could easily get to watch the 4th of July fireworks show. The customer service and staff were Excellent ! 5 STARS !! Responded quickly when needed, more towels,wash clothes, shampoo,etc. The rooms do have a Nice fridge with freezer, perfect for families! I can see this place being livable if needed! I Did get my security deposit back quickly and they were on the ball ! The people that lived there all seemed nice and would talk & wave to you. When we were looking for our room we already realized they put us in the back ! We couldn't see our vehicle, however the people in the back all live there ! So we hope if something happened someone would see something & say something. So if you're used to resorts, I highly DO NOT recommend !! We got to our room, the door DID NOT SHUT and Had previously been kicked in ! The beds were TERRIBLE !! We're used to Nice Plushy beds with Lots of pillows and Cotton soft thick sheets & blankets. Just the quality was not there for us ! It does show The rooms correctly as is online, so that was our fault. The room was overall clean and We did get a nice fridge with freezer ! There was a guy taking videos & pictures of the teenage girls there, which was disturbing ! However it's not the hotel's fault. The manager on site handled it professionally and the best she could ! Also the main thing for me was the Hot Tub heater was out !! The people who live there said Oh it's been out for months and the hotel knows they just won't fix it ! It was like sitting in the bathtub which was gross to me ! I got out after 10 minutes when it got warm .. Overall I would recommend it if you just want a low budget hotel room to stay a night. If you're looking for quality Definitely NOT ! Pay the extra and go to a resort close by.

She gave us room 209 which at first was fine, shortly after seeing the room we left to have lunch. We come back around 4pm, the staff turned on the AC Unit and it smelled like mold in the room. We asked for s different room, that room had roaches. At that point we gave up, the lady at the front desk during the night shift was rude and seemed annoyed by us asking questions. At the end we were never given a room key due to them not having internet. They couldn’t do a full checkin but still managed to charge me the room fee and the deposit fee. I wasn’t given a receipt either. I will never stay here.

Had reviewed info provided on Web site prior and this place has a high rating. That's why we chose this place. Overall disappointed, and will not return.

    While are stay, there were swastikas on the floor near the ice machine. And a lot of uncomfortable situations surrounding that. Staff passed by there daily an no one erased it. Made me as a Hispanic feel uncomfortable and unsafe for me and my family

    The property it's okay. They do need more front desk staff so that they don't have to keep closing the front desk every time they have to go inspect a room. Jason was amazing, super helpful. They do need to invest in new mattresses and pillows , the mattress have holes because they're so old and the pillows are so skinny and uncomfortable.

    This is the best hotel for our family. We love staying here for its convenient location, its affordability and its spacious clean rooms. We love the size of the fridge which for our family is a big need. We have never had an issue here and can’t wait to return.

    Hotel is filled with guests who smoke weed, throw parties, and have drug deals in the back parking lot. When I first attempted to check in, I was told she would hold my license in the lobby until I walked across the property, up the stairs, and ‘looked’ at my room, then left a yelp review. The room I was given had a broken handle on the inside that would not lock. The inside handle was not even attached correctly and was missing screws. When I told the woman at the front desk I needed a different room, she asked me what I had done to break her door because ‘it was fine earlier and she was just in there’. They then kept my deposit because of the broken handle, which was already broken when I arrived. $10 for a second roll of toilet paper, guests that blare loud music all night, and a lobby that is locked even during hours the door sign says it should be opened. The pool is filthy, the hot tub is covered with sheets of ply wood, and the shower curtains had mold on them. There was one single bedside lamp in the room and no other source of light except for the overhead in the bathroom

    Our poolside room was very clean and comfortable, and at night it was extremely quiet and peaceful. Bianca checked us in and she was super friendly and accomodating. Would definitely recommend.

Also, I liked that it smelled like bleach when we got in the room, it smelled clean and after a while you would think it would dissipate but, it got worse it was like the bleach was poured inside the a/c unit (made it hard to breathe, eyes watered, and made us sick).     Don’t let half of the nice reviews fool you . This place is AWfUL. After having a long drive I get to my room and the beds have no sheets or covers. I had to leave for another 1 hour and half for the front desk to rearrange something so then she gets me a new room on bottom floor which was better for me. The new room smelled awful like mold , and NONE of the ice machines at the property work , the beds stink, and I felt so unsafe with what was going on outside. I was supposed to be here for two nights but The next morning I couldn’t take it and felt unsafe for me and my dog so I immediately left and checked in at a different hotel. The front desk also is never at the desk. They close the doors and put signs saying they will be back in 30 but never come back. Still waiting on my deposit back and hopefully a one night stay refund which I doubt.

Located in a convenient area, but felt just a little unsafe with the surrounding occupants. Would stay here again, just never by myself.

    In order to get any assistance before 9 AM you needed to text the property and wait for them to answer. I requested additional towels because they only gave us two towels for three people and they never and I was there for four days the room on the surface clean but under the bed and in the bathtub was just totally disgusting.

The laundry room onsite was consistently in use with people not getting their laundry for hours. Literally hours. The stay was overall good in every other area. The orange juice shop outside was nice

    There was no instruction on checkout given as you are to just leave the key in the room and go then text them and let them know.     Big construction site surrounds the hotel. Biggest reason for a low rating was I didn’t receive my deposit between the (3-5) day criteria. I texted the number like I was supposed to and didn’t get a response in a couple hour timespan so I called and called and then called and finally someone answered. After waiting a complete day of investigation the call center told me the front desk forgot to push through my deposit. During that time the front desk returned my texts and lied saying it was my bank. After stating what was said with the call center about their (forgetting) they gave a half apology and stopped texting.
