    YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR; this property is old, rundown and resembles a crack den. This property is old and neglected, with no customer service-guests must self-check in via a confusing online process while attendant watches you and provide a scrap of paper with Room number and Passcode to the room. The building which housed my room was poorly marked, dark, and moldy with paint chipping off railing with no elevator. The room was extremely minimalist and bare bones; two beds, no end tables, TV console and TV, refrigerator/microwave and three lights in the room. The beds were hard, uncomfortable with deflated pillows; the bathroom was visually disgusting with painted tub & vanity both with chipping paint, disgusting mold on showerhead & soap holder; the view from balcony was a rundown playground that looked like it was straight out a horror film. The TV wasn't plugged in & had no reception to the RUKU. The 1 rating was generous because it deserved negative number, I highly recommend YOU RUN not walk from this GEM of a property! Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

    There’s no one at the front desk. They gave us a code. The code did not work. Eventually a staff pass by and open with a key. We text and call to get a working code and never got a hold of anyone. We could not leave the room or we would be lock out. No hot shower. German cockroaches everywhere. And a horrible bad. Again… you can’t complain as they will not answer phone or text. Save your self a headache. Do not stay here.

Booked a family suite for 5 people and the room only had two towels and no rags. Their floors were extremely dirty. There’s no broom in the room. The floors were extremely dirty. The refrigerator was barely cold. The pull out sofa was a cheap foldable futon. No hot water. The bunk beds had no blankets. Requested them from the front desk and didn’t receive them until 4 hours later. Don’t get me started on the roaches that we saw. And I definitely can’t forget about the mirror that had us jump out of our sleep. It fell off the wall. Looked at the hook and it had a faulty setup. It’s safe to say that I won’t be booking this property ever again.

There was NO staff and the digital check in did not work. This might be a beautiful hotel, but we will never know! Plus the customer service refuses to issue a refund and hotels.com tried, but the hotel says they are "very clear on cancellations". HOW IS THIS A CANCELLATION? WE COULDN'T GET IN THE BUILDING!!! Utter nonsense and highway robbery ~ THAT is my review.

    There was no hot water and barely any water pressure, which is completely unacceptable for any property calling itself a hotel. On top of that, the long-term residents have zero respect for quiet hours. Loud music and blaring TVs after midnight on a Thursday is ridiculous. This was easily the worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed in. Save yourself the frustration and spend a little extra for an actual hotel - you’ll regret it if you don’t.

She got a squared away and gave us the room access code and Wi-Fi information. There was ample parking and our room was clean enough. It could have used some sprucing up, but for the most part was very much doable. The beds were comfortable hygiene products/towels and bed linens were provided. The beds were comfortable. This location appeared to combination of people staying for an extended stay and people just passing through overall good value for the money paid.

    I'm very disappointed that whenever I book through Booking.com there always seems to be additional steps we need to check in. It appears, that in addition to the additional steps, Booking.com also uses Biometrics.

    Do not come to this place unless is an emergency. This is why I stayed here with my daughter because we had an emergency. Outdated, old cringey, not safe, thin walls, sticky floors . We could hear everything and everybody. I don't know if it was the TV or Internet but none of them worked. If you are doing check in there's nobody at the desk unless you text first?? It is how they say it is, no accommodations whatsoever. They charge $100 as deposit (returnable if applicable) but an extra $5 fee for paying any other way than cash. Do not stay outside after 9pm is scary and not safe! Feels like walking dead. I did not read comments, I did not look up info about this place, this is my fault but like I said it was an emergency.

    Sliding door in our room and that looked out to a full closed pool at all times. Everything. I had to wait outside like 30 minutes for someone to finally come open the door and assist me and my fiance with the check in. Room key wasnt working. You have to pay for extra towels ans toilet paper..... after we spent $600. Staff tazed someone, was talking and laughing about it on the phone in spanish as i can hear and understand her clear as day. Room had roaches, bathroom had hair and messed up towel hanger and much more. I was there for 4-5 days pool was closed the entire time. Will never go back!!

    First of all, the lobby has access problems ( this is my second time staying there), like the doors not working properly, property management is only a 1 person show, after check in I went to check the room conditions and gave a feedback to the Front Desk lady, it was ok. But later in the night when I came back the room keys didn’t work and since they don’t have a Front Desk person neither the Emergency phone it’s answered by a person, is a text based system 😡, to finish, even the help offered, apparently live at the property take too long to come and open the room using the Master Key but didn’t get my key fixed, so I was unable to get out of my room without being locked up again. Next day the same person, knocked on my door to reminds me my checking out time, still gave 20 minutes available, then I asked him how can I call Front Desk to check if I can stay for 1 more hour to rest a little bit longer before I go back home, he said no it will be a $25 dollars fee, and reminded him about previous hours ago what happened and his response was I m the Front Desk, Manager on Duty and Housekeeping and you need to leave or pay.

At 7 o’clock this morning, went to check out not to my surprise again nobody at the front desk with the front door is locked. Someone outside told me I’d have to call or text them in order for someone to come help me. Worst experience I have ever seen.

    The ONLY reason we stayed is we were refused a cancelation & had no other option so late at night traveling for work. There was NO hot water in rooms( office said it takes a long time)one of the 2 rooms had NO TV(a RESIDENT of the motel offers us one), WIFI doesn't work, it's parking lot was nothing but drug & prostitution activity! Majority of the ppl staying here LIVE HERE! for low income housing! It's NOT any place for families or people on business travel like myself. There are trip hazards everywhere, I actually almost fell down the stairs(NO ELEVATORS) due to this! There are burnt electrical outlets! I have photos of ALL. Horrible experience that has made me second guess using online bookings!

Then when I finally decided to stay my room key didn’t work (which the lady said she fixed) I trusted her. Then I went out later that night and got locked out again at 5 in the morning. Didn’t get into my room until 8AM. Was terrible and NOBODY should stay here. Feels very unsafe as well with the people who stays there.

Then my key card to open the room door hardly work and I would have to waste 5mins of my time fidgeting with it just to open my room door. Also had to pay an additional deposit fee that I wasn't expecting to pay when I got to my hotel room. The ac in my room wasn't working great and I was hot most of the time.

    This was a total rip off neither Expedia or Discovery has refunded us any of our money for not staying here. We were willing to pay for the first day without even staying there and getting back the remainder. You have no way other than texting them to comunicate or even get into the front office.Even though we paid extra for Hotel Booking Protection. It was more of a flop house with drug deals in the parking lot. Strong urine smell, ciragrette and pot smell in the hallway, open on both ends to the outdoors. It was a third world expierence, not a vacation spot. We ended up hunting on RT. 192 looking for somewhere to stay. This was a very scray place to be, nothing like in the pictures. Worst part, we thought Expedia was a reputable company to deal with. I guess we were wrong, no help from them. Why would anyone rent two different hotel for the same date and clearly shown on our Discover Card. Ruin our whole vacation. Would NEVER use Expedia ever again. Note we never stayed here not even one night but was willing to pay one night for cancelation reasons. You would be better to sleep in Walmart parking lot until you found something. Lucky we found the Budget Inn in St. Cloud. Extremely clean, on site host, safe, well lite, everything to stay very comforable but no pool.     This was a total rip off neither Expedia or Discovery has refunded us any of our money for not staying here. We were willing to pay for the first day without even staying there and getting back the remainder. You have no way other than texting them to comunicate or even get into the front office.Even though we paid extra for Hotel Booking Protection. It was more of a flop house with drug deals in the parking lot. Strong urine smell, ciragrette and pot smell in the hallway, open on both ends to the outdoors. It was a third world expierence, not a vacation spot. We ended up hunting on RT. 192 looking for somewhere to stay. This was a very scray place to be, nothing like in the pictures. Worst part, we thought Expedia was a reputable company to deal with. I guess we were wrong, no help from them. Why would anyone rent two different hotel for the same date and clearly shown on our Discover Card. Ruin our whole vacation. Would NEVER use Expedia ever again. Note we never stayed here not even one night but was willing to pay one night for cancelation reasons. You would be better to sleep in Walmart parking lot until you found something. Lucky we found the Budget Inn in St. Cloud. Extremely clean, on site host, safe, well lite, everything to stay very comforable but no pool.     I went in to check into this "hotel," and noticed lots of people hanging out outside their first floor extended stay rooms. There were also kids running in the parking lot, and one kid was riding a bike without watching where he was going. It looked like a homeless shelter. I went to check in, and the clerk said she would give me a key to go check out my room to make sure it was to my satisfaction before continuing with the final check in (I'd never done this before, and i travel often). On my way to the room (on the second floor with no elevator), all I could smell was Marijuana in the air. I did not feel safe walking to and from the room so I went back to the front desk and said I was not staying at the hotel because of all the people and kids hanging out outside, the smell of Marijuana, and the fact there was no elevator to get to the second floor (my husband cannot do stairs). The clerk also said there was going to be a $100 deposit charged when we checked in, and it would be refunded 3-5 business days. What is this? What a scam! The clerk said she could not cancel my reservation, because she had already checked me in (so why was i sent to the room to approve it?). Then, because she had already finalized my check in, she could not refund me, and I would have to take it up with Booking.com. My husband subsequently booked a room 2/10 a mile down the road, and we stayed there. When he was checking in, he told the clerk about the "hotel" we just came from, and she said there were shootings at that hotel all the time. I'm glad I didn't risk my life and my husband's life by staying at that hotel. Same as above.

    This is NOT a RESORT type hotel. It's very dirty with black mold growing in the bathroom and roaches running around EVERYWHERE. This hotel is mostly occupied by the less fortunate among us, many with young children and this hotel is, unfortunately, their home.

    The place is more of a half way house than a hotel. I have never left a review on anything before but this place was horrible. Does not look like the photos at all, the rooms are dirty and unkept, the bathroom had roaches and rust stains on the wall, the towels are old and dingy along with looking like they are recycled from the local gym. The lock on the door did not work properly and took multiple attempts each time to open the door with the key card. If you arrive after 9 pm you will be waiting until you can wake up the front desk representative who will eventually show up in sweat pants and sandals to hand you a key card. TV and Wi-Fi did not work and the walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on around you.

    The room was dirty, the sheets looked dirty and there was a hair on one of the pillow cases. They did not look like they were washed from the previous guest. The towels also looked dirty and one had a hole in it. I know the place is old, but cleanliness is still expected. I will not stay there again.

    Our door lock didn’t work and maintenance didn’t fix it, asked for another towel and didn’t get it. No room service for linen exchange or anything. Fire alarm was hanging from the wall. Some TV remote buttons weren’t working. Beds had 1 small pillow.

    Stay away from this place! I’ve been killing roaches since I checked in, had to fumigate the room a couple of times and roaches keep coming out the walls or out of any hole you don’t close, there are drug addicts everywhere, very sketchy place and if you need toilet paper they will charge you $10 yes $10 for a toilet paper roll, at least the front desk employees are nice. My recommendation for the hotel save every $10 you charge for toilet paper and pay a good roach exterminator or just shut down the place I’ve been sick since I checked in and haven’t left because I stupidly payed in advance and can’t lose the money I paid! Place is very unsanitary, do not come with kids, do not come with pets I have a pet that since we got here has a ugly rash on her skin, probably bitten by some insect or bed bug.

Was told my room would be ready in about 10min I was good with it and waited. Went to my room and cleaning lady was still there so I went and sat in my truck for a little while longer. Once in the room I went to turn the a/c on as we’re in Florida and it was about 85 degrees, a/c doesn’t work. I ho up to the front desk and let them know and just get a sigh from the lady working. I go back to my room and try to call the number to the hotel so I can see if I can move rooms, no answer and it says to text them. I send a text saying that my a/c doesn’t work with my room number and get no response.

    Lots of inconsistency with their service recovery due to obvious lack of staff . You can say things are not working like. Microwave ac tv washing machines whatever it was and I stayed days without being able to heat up any food until my departure day. The hotel believe it or not is full of questionable people shady behavior… some unstable screaming and threatening harm to people around I believe drugs or alcohol involved there and is no security or visible staff in the evening… they need more people and more efficiency with time management in their staff in order for things to get done. Very disappointing

Once we got in the room we found there was no trash can or bags, only one wash cloth, and the heater made a weird squeaky sound. With luggage and a dog, we didn’t want the hassle of driving back to the front desk to hope to find someone there to change rooms. It’s more of a place to live and bring your own things than stay overnight with kids or a pet. The beds were comfortable. The bath towels left white fuzz all over us. I suppose the cheap price should have told me something.

    I was very disappointed about the hotel. The smell was terrible. It smelled like humanity mix with cigarettes. As I was walking to have dinner there was people smoking weed by the stairs. Not only that but the bums sleep on the hallways of the property.

    The only great thing was Gisele the front desk lady. Very nice and tried her best to make my stay okay since no refunds. The picture from hotel.com arr not accurate at all, tv was broken and hanging all rooms had a mold smell which had me get out room multiple times to breathe. The whole hotel was like a broke down halfway house very sketchy. This is not a hotel at all, whats crazy i did upgrade and there was no upgrades at all didnt even have a table to work on. Did not feel safe at all, i litterally used room for showers and left after. I travel alot all kver and will nevwr recommend anyone here. Thia should be taken down from all sights that have this like a hotel.

    The hotel needs remodeling, rooms are not updated and eco friendly. Very old and not clean. Pillows, shower drapes, paint, furniture are old. Rooms are loud and the outdoors especially hallways are not maintained at all. Counter service not as expected since they are not there most of the time and they expected to multitask but the virtual agents are nice and helpful.

    If I could rate lower it would be below 1-star. It was clean for what the staff could do, but towels all old and when asking for additional, the towel obtained was stained. Mold, broken shower handle, multiple stains, no trash can, no conectivity on tv, no front desk--locked down at night, but the largest issue is the long stay mix of residents that appear to have drug or other issues. Though we were told the hotel was safe, the 2x4 that was used to secure the sliding glass door seemed counter to that fact. We left and pushed on to another location as it appeared some folks were scoping our vehicle. Better safe, than sorry.

    Im a travel nurse and plan to extend y stay for the entire contract with a lease. I will not stay in any other lodging while working contracts anywhere near here. They handled the hurricane well with prep and after clean up. Bianca and Elizabeth both very accommodating. I would highly recommend Stayable Suites.

    We had to evacuate for Hurricane Milton. The staff of 3, was very kind but overworked!! Took over an hour ro check in. Front desk staff was helping clean rooms. Get to the room, roof was leaking and chunks of plaster were falling off. Staff came and cleaned floor and set up buckets! This place is seriously in need of a remodeling and new management. The staff was very kind.

    Booked through Expedia for my daughter softball tournament off of fortune rd..Got there to check in after tournament ready to shower and relax before going to find some dinner…ended up being in office for almost 30mins because the people working at front desk are either new to the job or just don’t know what’s going on..Finally after guy at desk texting back and forth with I guess the manager he checked me in and took me to check out room..On the way to the room Down 2 separate hallways all you can smell is weed from the people living in rooms there..I’m pretty sure lady who was at front desk working when I first got there also lives on property..Get to room to check it out it looked clean at first look..Only noticing back side of remote(battery cover) missing and the smoke detector constantly beeping with low battery I assume..Guy just shrugged it off..Go park my truck and me and my daughter go inside..I take my shower letting water run a few minutes before I get in and water never got hot from then until I got out..After getting out I noticed hair just swept into corner under the sink..dry off come back out into room and my daughter wouldn’t even sit on bed and she shows me pillow flipped over with what appears to be dried up blood on one and ants crawling on another..We took pics and went back to front desk asking for a refund because it’s not a suitable nor clean place for either of us to stay in on top of the residents who live there..Guy at front seems clueless

    This property was in such poor condition. Our room had a water leak from the wall where the bathrub was located. It was dirty, no smoke detector, just wires sticking out of the wall. The floors in the hallways were buckling and warped and i nearly tripped leaving the room. We left the property and did NOT stay. I informed the property manager via text that we left and did not stay.

    There was nobody at the front desk to check-in. Called the number, no answer. Saw a paper that says to TEXT the number, did and then, 30min later, someone showed up to check me in. Then he doubted my check-in because the deposit was already paid online. He INVESTIGATED my check-in because he couldn't charge me the deposit while I was there. Called two managers who both told him to let me in and he still told me he'd have to investigate. Took me an hour and a half to finally get checked in after being taken to the first room that was completely flipped upside down. The second room was stayable but smelled bad and the experience left a horrid taste in my mouth. I've never even left a review for a hotel stay and this one needs to be heard.

    The room we paid for wasn’t what we got. We were told that the ones on Hotels.com are the upgraded rooms. We would have to pay $20 more a night. The walls are thin and I heard the neighbors. I didn’t sleep well. Location was good , close to our job.

    im unhappy. i booked a room with a king size bed at the Stayable Kissimmie West location..once i paid it made me stay at the Stayablr Kissimmie East location which i dont recommend..i paid for a king size bed..didnt get it..got stuck with 2 small double beds instead which were old & uncomfortable..the room looked nothing at all even close to the pictures on the website..the room smelled like smoke & mildew..my wife couldnt sleep well & she is in remission from cancer so we cant just stay anywhere due to her illness..the only reason we stayed here is simply because we had no other opitions at the time because it was almost 8pm & my wife needed her rest after traveling by car all day..
