My stay was great. The staff was very nice and helpful all the time. My room was very very clean.

Kathy was so helpful. We ended up arriving after hours and she left our key card in a lock box. She gave clear instructions of what do and that we could finish check in the next morning. I loved that she contacted us through text and asked us to confirm that we received the message. The beds were firm which my husband enjoyed. We slept well. No breakfast. The price for the motel was fair. There were small cracks under the front door that allowed an insect to come in. There was a black bug on one of the pillows. Shampoo and conditioner and bars of small soap available. Free parking

El hotel muy tranquilo, limpio, cómodo, económico. Pero pienso que no tiene mucha visibilidad y por eso esta vacío y con lo economico y accesible que es deberia ir más gente. Ese edificio abandonado al frente no le ayuda y adicional los portones para entrar por la otra calle cerrados. Pero en conclusión quedé muy conforme, parking nuevo, piscina limpia, ascensor funcionando, zafacones limpios, aire ac bien. El cuarto tiene nevera, cafetera, plancha, blower, tv. Volveria a quedarme sin dudarlo. Gracias!

My husband and I have stayed at Seasons twice and have never had a negative experience. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

The TV was nothing to write home about but was suitable. There’s a Target and a McDonald’s within a 2 to 3 minute drive. The McDonald’s was useful as that is where I was able to find a morning coffee.

Our room was very clean and quiet staff was very nice. The only thing that I didn't like was people were smoking in their cars in front of our room, so every time we opened the door smoke would come inside and I am a non smoker so thats really annoying. They should be more on top of that because I thought there was no smoking on the property and every morning people were sitting outside smoking . Also parents werent watching their kids in the pool . However I would return .

This was our second stay here and again it was nice and quiet. The only thing was the fridge was so cold it froze my mom's medicine that needed refrigerated and she didn't notice until the next morning. So, just a heads up. Other than that, we enjoyed staying there.

My biggest complaint was the noise. The walls were paper thin and you can hear every single conversation people are having outside. There was also no supervision at the pool, so people were using the pool loudly up until about 11 PM each night. One night there was a domestic dispute that sounded very, very hostile and dangerous with doors slamming open and shut and we could hear screaming. That same night upstairs, there was what I assumed to be a party going on and they were pounding on the door very hard for over an hour, and they were yelling to the point where the cops had to be called so we did not get any sleep.

The hotel itself was fine, quality rooms for the price. However two nights in a row we were kept awake by loud, partying, a fighting guests. We’re pretty sure the police were summoned at one point - it was so loud none of us could sleep until almost 1 and it felt fairly unsafe as a result.

Great place to stay . Rooms were very clean and the front desk ladies were very helpful in offering for free to change rooms for me from a single to a 2 bed so my little grandkids could spend the night. Great rooms at a great price.

Overall happy with our stay of 5 nights. Rooms were clean, air conditioner worked, outside area was quiet and clean. Close to many gas stations/food spots. Staff was helpful when we needed extra toilet paper and towels. Would stay again.

Overall good experience. Room was very clean and spacious. Some repairs in the room looked like quick fixes, not necessarily the prettiest but it definitely does the job. It’s not an esthetic hotel but for the price it did the job for the quick trip we went for. We had no problems at all.

This is a hidden gem. The low price sold me but didn't expect what i got. The property is clean, close to so many things, the front staff was friendly and professional and really nice. This is definitely a hidden gem, and all of the excellent reviews were spot on. At first I thought there is no way there's no bad reviews, but now that i've stayed there, I understand why. This is an 11 out of 10 place to stay. I will definitely stay there again if I travel to orlando. The beds are very comfortable, I slept like a princess!

Overall I would say this place is worth what you’re paying for. It being on the less expensive side, I wasn’t expecting much nor did I have high hopes of it being a 10/10. The room was a bit muggy ( I get it’s Florida but the smell of the room was a bit musty ) Also didn’t really like that I had to empty out the dehumidifier since it was full and we wanted to get rid of the uncomfortable damp air. Like I said though it’s cheap and has a pool / also close to Disney if that appeals to you so I guess that boosts its rating a bit. ( I still would not rate it as highly as other reviews )

Everything was very clean. I liked the ice machine and the laundry. Parking lot was big and clean.

Items in refrigerator took an entire day to cool. We would wake up in the morning the next day to finally have cool items. The Television kept cutting out. When we first arrived the room had a musty, mildew scent. The buttons on the telephone weren’t pressing.

This property is located at the end of the busy strip. It was quiet, clean and spacious. Will use anytime we travel for a cruise leaving out of Port Canaveral; took less than one hour to reach the port.

Pictures online do not do this place justice! Go with a name brand hotel because this place is awful! People were super nice but is not well maintained old and falling apart. There’s a super cute restaurant next to it which we were going to go, but then come to find out it is reservations only. We paid for two nights here and we left after one night.

When we arrived I wasn’t sure but the the staff was great, the place was clean and there was always someone around if needed. Though there are not a lot of amenities you cannot expect that for the cost. The pool was clean, rooms clean, no complaints.

The room was clean and it was a very average stay. The customer service was good. The beds are not that comfortable. I like it soft and my bf likes it firm but it was just ok. Water pressure is amazing and the AC was great. Good for a weekend to go to universal epic. We had a good rental car so that was our main concern anyway. Good enough

Bed bugs!! Front desk person was not friendly at all; Not very welcoming. We were in the room for around 1/2 an hour, if that. My husband laid down and immediately got up with welts on his leg. I checked the sheets and there were bed bugs. Called front office and they did offer another room but i didnt trust the place so we checked out. Booked through expedia and in order to get a full refund, they need approval from the hotel, that had bed bugs!! The hotel only approved one night out of two. So regardless of the bed bugs, we didn't get a full refund. Expedia did give us some credit but its concerning that expedia, as a third party could only approve to refund only what the hotel, with bed bugs and awful customer service agrees to. Do Not Stay there!

The second day

The room was clean and spacious. We had enough plugs. Stayed a week and only used 1 tank of gas because we were so closely located to shops, restaurants, theme parks, etc. Pool was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Look forward to staying here again. Great value for the price. We stayed a week and had no issues at any point of the stay.

For what you pay this place is clean, has comfortable beds, microwave and fridge, and nice hot shower,all you need for a pleasant stay. The only thing that let it down this time was that the tv picture wasn't the best but that won't put us off staying again, will always recommend Seasons we have stayed several times with no issues.

The room was clean enough, but looked like a “landlord special”. Shower was clean but had a bunch of soap build up. The shower head wasn’t connected to the wall and there was wall paint on the shower. The reading lamp didn’t work that was connected to the bed. The remote was a universal one that most the buttons didn’t work for the tv. The location was nice though. It was set back from the road and pretty quiet. The staff was kind.

There are a lot of budget not nice hotels in Kissimmee. I stayed at this hotel I was very impressed. The room was very nice very comfortable. I definitely would highly recommended this hotel if you are a tourist and you are guaranteed a nice room everything worked great tv air conditioning hot water no issues at this hotel. I met the staff all of them extremely friendly that is a plus. There is a pool I did not go in the pool there were people in there trying to cool down the temperature that day was in the low 90s. I would highly recommend this hotel as I mentioned there are low budget hotels in the area and most of them are not nice. I am looking forward to coming back and stayed here again sometime soon. A++

Meh, staff nice enough… but ‘Resort”? Not. More like a motel in decent shape. Area was a bit seedy. No breakfast these days? OK for price but don’t try to fool us with an extravagant “regular price”, then a discount….is maybe worth about what we paid..

Rooms were very clean and smelled fresh when you walk in . The staff was awesome, a lady named Jessica checked us in and she was amazing!!! Will absolutely stay here again when I travel to this area. The property is very clean and closed off to the public I loved that . Pool was nice and clean !! If you’re on a budget while traveling definitely check them out the location is great you have everything for shopping and restaurants within a few minutes of this place some are within walking distance. This place is highly recommended!!! I would give 10 stars if I could .

He enjoyed our stay. It was short, just one night. The airline canceled our flight till the next morning so this was perfect for us. I was pleasantly surprised because the cost was very inexpensive. Amazing staff helped us check in after hours as we didn’t realize the hotel isn’t staffed after 11pm. We did find a dead roach in our room along with a few baby flies. A little extra time cleaning would have gone a long way. Bed was comfortable.

The price of the room is certainly not worth $248. I’m not sure what the requirements are to classify this property as a “resort,” as it feels more like a very basic hotel. That said, the room was clean and the staff were helpful, which I appreciated. However, overall, the experience did not match the price or the expectations set by the resort label.

We've stayed here in the past. It's a great value. Yeah, it's an old remodeled motel, but it's clean and comfortable. We aren't there to relax in the room. It's not the Hilton but it's not supposed to be. The pool appeared nice but we didn't use it.

Paid a great price for our first night in Florida. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. Staff not particularly friendly but great stop for getting over jetlag. For one night it was fine. Entrance to carpark awkward to find. Could do with better signage. Don't follow the sat nav as the entrance it takes you to is fenced off.

I feel like most people would overlook this hotel from its outward appearance, but the room was so cute! It was very clean & the bed was super comfortable! I will definitely plan to stay here again the next time I head up that way!

I rated 5-stars for the location and price of the stay. The rooms were in fact clean, but perhaps the age of the hotel (even though renovated) had a particular smell that only helped when running the a/c which wasn’t needed (I visited during the January attic blast).

Check-in was a bit frustrating. I gave my name, phone number, confirmation number, and even showed my Expedia booking, yet the front desk couldn’t find our reservation for a while. I was even asked if I had just booked the room that day, which I hadn’t. After about 20 minutes, it turned out the booking was under my last name — which I had already provided initially. I understand systems can be weird, but the process felt unnecessarily awkward and the service could’ve been a bit more friendly or welcoming, especially in a tourist area. The room itself was okay. Beds were decent but not the most comfortable, and the shower water pressure wasn’t great. It’s an affordable option compared to many Orlando hotels, so you do get what you pay for. The location was convenient for a short stay, which was a plus. We didn’t try the breakfast, but we heard from others that it isn’t very good. One downside was the mini fridge being hidden inside the dresser — we actually forgot our food and drinks when we checked out because it wasn’t visible, which I didn’t love. On the positive side, I did like the blinds in the room for added privacy. Overall, it’s an affordable and convenient place for location.

From the friendly check-in with Kathy, the parking right in front of the room, the meticulous cleanliness of the room and bathroom, and the easy and quick check-out, everything was excellent.

The hotel is old, and it shows, but even though the staff definately keep the rooms very clean. The location is convenient and near many attractions and shopping. Parking is free. For those not familair with Florida be aware that the tap water has a sulpher smell, no fault of the hotel, it is like that everywhere.

Tried to ask them to keep quite at 2am and they turn the bathroom fan on & left it on all night Plus their was throw up in the sink drain absolutely gross

Late check in super convenient. Rooms are always clean and reasonably up to date. Parking is plentiful and just outside your room. There is laundry on site and a nice pool. Hotel is very well priced and about 17 minute drive from Disney. Have stayed here 3 times now and always glad for the experience at a great budget.

Late night check in was a breeze! Room was clean and beds comfortable. Can tell the building has been updated, everything in the rooms are in good condition (AC unit worked well and the shower got hot quickly with great water pressure), but the walls are a little thin. Housekeeping only cleaned my room every other day while I was there, but they were super helpful when I needed anything. I stayed by myself and while I wouldn't walk around alone at night in this area, I felt safe staying here.

Rooms were clean.we stayed for two days but they didn't clean rooms every day. They told me that it was a new Hotel policy ( First time that happened to us and a little bit inconvenience)

The room was great. I was worried about it because the outside of the building looked dated. Inside was totally different, with nice tile floor and freshly painted walls and ceiling. Plenty of clean linens to use after a hot shower. Would definitely stay there again

Very clean room, and loved that they came and refreshed our sheets and towels every 2 days. Nothing fancy but a perfect place to call home base for a week while you enjoy your adventures in Orlando. Only complaint from my husband was one coffee given for two people.

The room was very clean, except for the micro ants that we saw everywhere. I'm not sure this was a problem specific to this hotel as it seems like Florida is only behind Australia in the number of critters crawling everywhere. The room smelled very good and the beds showed no signs of Bed Bugs. Just little flys and ants in the bathroom / sink areas.

Despite our late arrivals (past midnight) from the theme parks, parking spots were always available. Didn’t use amenities, so can’t comment. Facade is a bit outdated but not too bad. Front desk not open 24 hours, but in case of problem (ex: card key lost/not working or after hours checkin) there is a number you can contact and an available combination dropbox. As long as this place remains affordable, we would book again! :-)

The entrance was very inconvenient for Ubers, they should open the other gate on the side of the hotel.

Bathroom door wouldn't shut. Only provided one bag of caffeinated coffee for two nights. Room was clean and good area but two major set backs for us.

This is definitely not a resort, nor can it be called a hotel. It is best described as a motel. That said, while the rooms are basic, they were clean and comfortable, which is ultimately what matters. The water pressure was average, but there was reliable hot water. Overall, it’s a simple, no-frills place suitable for a short stay if you’re not expecting resort-style amenities. NOTE: They have discontinued the breakfast buffet and other amenities, since Covid.

Miss Jessica and Miss Kathy were the best! Check-in and check out were fast and easy. Everything was very clean. I was very surprised with hotel rating I will be staying again. This is the perfect place when you are just looking to stay while you’re visiting the parks. The only issue I had was I tried to use the elevator one night and it smelled very strongly like weed. This of course was one occasion and not the hotels fault at all.

I stayed at this property years ago when it was called Oasis. I was shocked when I arrived and found out it was the same place. What I didn't expect was the place was totally different. Clean renovated rooms. Everything had fresh paint. The place has undergone a total makeover. The staff was polite and professional. I'm so glad the place got a new owner, and is doing extremely well fixing it up. I will be back in the future, and I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice place to stay at a reasonable cost.

Room was clean. Microwave only work for 30 seconds before shutting off the breakers. Ice maker was out of order and only one elevator for the whole building that took at least 5 minutes to get from the 3rd floor to the 1st. Beds were comfy.

Stayed at Seasons in November 2025 as a couple. Both pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and size of the room. Absolutely loads of free parking so this was never an issue and very ideal after a long day at the parks. No noise issues, even though we were close to the road it didn’t filter into the room. Location ideal for easy access to nearby attractions. Loses a mark only because the lady on check-in desk was rude and on the phone whilst I was trying to check in which did not set a great first impression. Otherwise, highly recommend as a clean, safe budget option for those staying in Kissimmee.

The room was clean and comfortable and our off-season rate was appreciated. The only real difficulty was that our room was only cleaned one out of the seven days we were there due to a confusion with some of the cleaning staff who didn’t speak English. It didn’t help that our room only had a “Do Not Disturb” sign (both sides) and no other sign to express our wish for service other than using the front desk, which we did use eventually and helped us with extra towels. We were able to dump our own trash easily.

On the outside, this is an unassuming hotel. The room was very nice though. This was a hidden gem with an extremely reasonable price and much better than the very cheap national chains. Room was clean and quiet. We would have stayed another day if we did not leave the Orlando area for another city.

I do like this hotel . Its quiet. Like that the rooms are dark . Ac works great. The only thing i still dont like is that the tvs are outdated and i cant even watch the tv. They did change some to samsung tv which works so much better . But most of them have this old Panasonic tv and its so dim that you have to make sure the light is off and its dark to watch it . Other than that really like the hotel

The building was an older Hotel from the 80s but you can see it has been completely updated and well take care of. The maintenance crew was always there walking around and actively updating the rooms. The pool looked very clean but I never went in it. I was down to pick up my plane and fly it home to Kentucky and had to stay an extra few days. Parking was fine but honestly they needed to open up the side gates so you could get into the hotel in more than one way. Coming from Downtown Kissimmee you needed to go down to the light that would take 5 mins to cycle or go just past it to a turn around point to get back. I would highly recommend them to open the side gate so you can use the turn in lane that runs in front of the hotel to enter. The price was perfect for the needed I had and would definitely go back again. The staff was beyond friendly and I give them all high praises.
