RW Hotel

Was welcomed by cockroaches and ants and the ceiling in the bathroom had holes in it and had paint coming down from a water leak. Also, the knob for the shower acting like it was going to break off. Friendly host, though

Staff was very welcoming, however only towels in the room, yellow. Toilet had a public hair. Mattress smelled. Cover throw on bed had white stains. And water in shower was not hot.

- The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. Super cool dude. HOWEVER, the place was not what the photos show. - This is more of a motel than hotel. - Cars sitting on blocks with no wheels (should have been my first clue to what awaited me) - People live in these rooms. These are long term residences more than they are hotel rooms. - As soon as went into the room, I was greeted by 3 roaches. at first, I thought it was maybe a Florida thing. So I didn't think much of it. - Next, when I go into the bathroom, the towels are all yellow, no bleach is used for their laundry. - Drywall is busted inside, cracks and holes all over the ceiling, - When I moved the bedsheets, there were little white insects crawling under the sheets and by the pillows - Roaches by on the coffee table - and roaches and insects coming from the couch. - Didn't even last 45 seconds before I grabbed all my things and left the room. - as I was leaving, there were some insects that got on my bag and jumped on me, I threw the bags down and started shaking them off. - I cannot even imagine what it'd be like if I had stayed the actual 2 days. - I have video to show all of this stuff too. All-in-all, I'm not sure how Hotels.com lets them do business on their platform.

We made a reservation and when we arrived for checking they could not find the booking then suddenly they found it. They did not have any rooms available and advised us to call Expedia to get a refund. We called and when Expedia tried to reach out to confirm they never answered. We were scared for our lives in that area, people loitering and likely high on drugs. We wanted to run out of there. I tried multiple times to reach out to the hotel and have Expedia reach out to get a refund and no answer from RW hotel. We had to scramble last minute to get a room with our three kids in the car. I was scammed and fooled by the previous reviews which was the only reason I even booked the hotel.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and easy to check in and to check out.

You get what you pay for. I wanted a cheap motel. The staff was chill though. If your fancy pants pay more some where else.

Ac didn't work.

When I got there the place looked run down. Then there was absolutely no one at the first desk. I waited for 30 min and still no one arrived. Mind you I had a child with me. I ended up leaving the place and checking into another hotel

I did reserve a king size bed. When i Checked In at 3 Pm. I was told there was none available. Thus, I had to take a room with 2 queens. There was no light in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I was satisfied.

If you want something low budget but do-able, this is not it. Seems like low income ppl live out of these rooms. Leak in roof, beds are dirty, no towels, light bulbs go out, check in is sketchy with an employee responding from a ring doorbell camera. I would not recommend this to anyone unless youre used to the hood.

Nice place

Room was run down with dead roaches on the floor. No toilet paper holder and no garbage can. Felt compelled to move armchair in front of door for safety reasons due to lack of freestanding deadbolt. Holes in the wall and mysterious stains.

This is one of my go-to spots whenever I am in the Kissimmee area. I've stayed here multiple times and never saw one bug or have had one problem. They have lots of cameras so it's pretty safe, the staff is nice, and it's a perfect location. It may not have a modern look, but outside of that this is a great spot to stay

I came through one night and the owner Veto said I can keep coming back if I am working for my room nightly ubering. He is a very generous man and I love staying here. I can come early for check in and told the status of rooms right away. I can come late at night and still get a room and checked in really quick. And when I had a problem due to staffing. Veto and management took care of things and offered me 2 free nights. You can’t beat that. And it’s perfect for my uber 👍

Rooms are unlike the pictures, very outdated and dirty, cigarette burns on tub, stains on pillows runny toilet, we checked in saw the room and just left and cancelled and got a partial refund as it was unlivable

It was an ok hotel and experience. Nothing bad or weird happened. The front desk were nice and friendly.

There was so many roaches everywhere, the tv volume didn’t worth our first night but then worked the next morning. The front desk receptionist was super great and friendly though but the room was extremely uncomfortable and just was infested with roaches.

Now the detailed review. I am poor at planning and budgeting and found this place for what I thought was a good deal per night (around $50 per night) Boy was I wrong. I won't get into major details but here is a short list of the major problems: -Mold on shower head and curtain -Funky smelling/tasting water (sink) -Roaches (at least 2 per day) -Weird hole in ceiling above shower -No cable or tv services -Questionable red stains on sheets -Unfished/cleaned up paint -Lights wouldn't stay on -AC only worked on lowest fan setting (kind of sucked with Florida temps) Minor problem -Racoons and kittens around dumpster (maybe a selling point) Staff was pretty cool for the one person we dealt with, super friendly and helpful overall. Again if you need a cheap place to lay your head, this might work for you, but do not expect anything nice out of it. I highly recommend the owners clean up the area properly and this might just be a go to hotel for the location.

The room I was given was Perfect and Very Clean. I would definitely recommend to stay here, right on the bus line to Disney and MCO.

There was mold in the ring around the shower head. The room was not clean and there was no daily cleaning process.

The property is in really bad shape I wish I can upload pictures to show you guys but the property was missing. Smoke alarms cover plate for the outlets I have to be careful to my kids don't get close to those outlets so they don't get electrocuted it has holes in the walls The place was filthy. The door to the bathroom was broken. The bathtub has a crack in the bottom. Terrible all the way. Terrible. I will never stay again in the property and the smell was was horrible

The staff is amazing I have never seen anything better we were scared were to stay cuz our flight didn’t land at Orlando until 2 in the morning and the check in time was wayy last due but once we got the the staff checked us in and we had no issues. The rooms aren’t bad you get what you payed for the area isn’t bad could be worse there’s a bunch of fast food restaurants around the area. Great place to stay if you don’t mind stepping down from upper class

This is my second stay at RW Hotel. First and foremost- the staff is EXCELLENT!! Very courteous, friendly and accommodating. The hotel has deteriorated since my last stay a year ago. I think they are trying hard, but it does need some more maintenance. I stayed in the same room I stayed in last year by request. I had some roaches in the room which were promptly addressed by the excellent staff. The light above the vanity was burned out, but the overall cleanliness was otherwise acceptable. I brought my own towel, toiletries and hair dryer. There was a lot of trash around the dumpster area which probably caused the insect problem. I still love this little hotel and enjoyed my stay and appreciated the staff. They allowed a late check out when my flight was delayed. I hope they can bring the maintenance up to standard and I still recommend the hotel as a decent, affordable and friendly stay.

As for the room - that would be a negative rating, for a multitude of reasons. ●Cleanliness ●Comfort ●Amenities (or lack of) ●Hazardous conditions of room This room was occupied by myself and my family for 1 night. I will say, the outside was well lit. However, the beds were incredibly firm and very uncomfortable. There were random stains and attempts to paint over miscellaneous marks, throughput the room (especially the bathroom door) There were multiple holes in the ceiling in the bathroom. We were provided 2 towels - that were both stained and very stiff. Considering this room was suppose to accommodate 4 people, I did not anticipate having to share dirty towels. The fridge worked a little too well. Drinks we put in, froze solid. There was a strange odor in the room. Overall if given the choice of staying here again or sleeping in my car, I would sleep in my car. I paid $94 for this and it absolutely was not worth the money. Avoid at all costs! I absolutely feel like this stay should be refunded.

When we checked in, our tv wasn’t bring up the cable at all. We told the front desk and they changed our room which did help the situation. Our blanket on the bed had burns in them and the sheets were clean but had some red dot stains on them. They don’t clean the rooms everyday which wasn’t an issue for us. Property does look run down, looks like it used to be a different hotel. It was a place for my boyfriend and I to sleep and shower for our festival but nothing luxurious. A lot of things to do around you, plenty of good options.

This hotel is old and very poorly maintained. It has everything you need from a basic hotel room: mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer. The faux leather desk chair was all peeled off, bathroom door had a very bad paint job and the room smelled horrible. Had bad luck with the noisy neighbors late at night and early in the morning. The location is convenient for stores and restaurants; Disney’s parks are 15 minutes away.

It was okay, stayed the first night with no problems. The second night I noticed a small amount of roaches in the room.

Good expectations for the price. Staff was friendly and the beds were comfy which is all I need. Pillows were a little bit too soft for me but that's my preference! I would def stay again!!

The rooms are big. There was no room service (cleaning or changing towels), but you can go to reception and ask for clean ones. The receptionist that was there when I arrived was very kind and helpful. I can not comment if easy access via public transportation as I drove everywhere. I would definitely recommend it.

This place was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked 2 rooms for my family and I. We could not get conjoined rooms with a walk through door. The kid up front told us the second room was dirty, only has one bed etc etc. Found out later he was staying in that room. Meanwhile my family had to stay 2 doors down. That room smelled so bad that we requested another room which moved them 8 doors down. The pillow cases and bed sheets had cigarette burns, The shower curtain rail was broken off the wall, and the towels were dirty with stains on them.

The staff was super friendly. The rooms were decent, the bathrooms need updating but overall it was a good stay. My only negative is I needed to add on an extra night and when I went to the office at 9:30am it was locked up and no one was available. We called the number on the sign and rang the doorbell no one answered or came. Tried the doorbell again at 10:30 but still no one showed. Ended up having to find a different hotel.

It was the worst experience with hotels, they should close this place, the floor, pillows is nasty. No front desk, microwave fridge all rusted. I had to buy a sheet and towels they towels look like a rags. because they do not let me cancel.

Front desk was super nice. This place didnt even have soap and i found a roach in the microwave. I talked to a few peiole who lived there and they told me i shoulsnt be out alone at night. The neighborhood was super sketchy and drug deals were happening all night long. But that being said, they didnt bother me and it was a cheap place to stay with a nice pool.

I got the hotel room for 2 nights but I only stay in one night there were a lot of roaches I kill about 5 there’s nobody to talk to.outside the property there’s a lot of zombies walking by smoking weed playing loud music long story short I’ll never recommend this hotel to my worst enemy

Nothing at all. We was gave no towels or rags. The floor was still sandy. And the door that splits the two rooms had a little room in between them. It was really creepy. There was a tube TV with dirty sheets and dirty towels in it with a busted up wall . It lookalike if someone was in there they would be able to see in to the room with it you knowing it. Please don't stay at this hotel. Please don't for your safety

My stay went well. Very clean for a budget hotel. Inside and outside (parking lot was even clean). Older property. Quiet.even though it was a Friday night. Fridge and microwave but don't count on a coffee maker. Manager Vito(?) was very accommodating. No bugs anywhere! I would definitely stay again. Easy parking.

The RW hotel was finding a little hidden gem. I am not a picky person and just wanted an affordable, clean, safe and comfortable place to stay near Orlando while attending a convention and visiting family. This little hotel exceeded my expectations. Spacious room, clean facility, friendly staff, safe area and extremely affordable. I brought my own towel and shampoo after reading some of the other reviews, but no big deal. I loved my stay and felt safe and comfortable and will be back next year.

Room smelled like Fabuloso (cleaner) when we arrived which was nice. Room was generally clean, but tile floors would make your socks dirty if you walked on it. Two sets of towels given and they were rough, thin, and small. One had black spot on it. Sheets and comforter were clean but mattress cover was stained pretty badly. No toiletries of any kind except one bar of hand soap. None of the furniture matched and there was a lot of it. Seemed like a storage for extra furniture. When we arrived (during normal operating hours) it took 20 minutes for anyone to come up front even after ringing the Ring doorbell and calling the number provided. We had called twice earlier in the day to let them know of our arrival time and got no answer. Lady that came to wait on us eventually was very helpful and friendly. When our key quit working one time the gentleman that came to the desk was very friendly as well, so the front desk staff seems great. People must live there or stay full time as there were multiple trailers of junk in the parking lot and they were working on cars in the parking lot as well. Doors are close and people seem to like to congregate outside them all hours of the night and be really loud. With no 24 hour desk there is no one to report this to at midnight when it’s happening. The sheer amount of people that were out there made me not comfortable with going outside to ask them to be quiet either.

I liked how convenient the place was. I didn’t like how the staff didn’t communicate effectively.

Overall the property was good for the price. However, we did see a couple roaches in our room.

Quick check in, accommodating even though I was late to my reservation (I called in ahead.) Room and property were decently clean. Staff was pleasant and my check in came with a $10 doordash coupon and free delivery which was a pleasant surprise.

It was small clean and simple. Bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner. Not luxurious but very quiet and cozy place to stay for a few nights.

They had no amenities, I knew it was a no frills stay but I had to buy my own shampoo and conditioner, Getting clean towels was difficult, had to buy my own toilet paper, there was no coffee for the machine, and the fridge, microwave and coffee machine all had to share the same outlet, so you couldn't have all 3 in use at the same time. I wanted to wash my clothing and their machines weren't working, I was told I could go to a laundry mat down the road. My daughters takes baths and the bath didn't work, had to give her showers. This place is good if you don't need much, expect much or require more than a basic bed and bath.

Absolutely disgusting and terrible service. Room wasn't ready at 5 pm when we arrived. Did give us the room keys because we had reservations at Epcot. Got back to room around 11:30 pm. Looked liked all they did was make the bed. Room filthy, floor filthy, sheets stained. Never again.

RW Hotel was very nice for an inexpensive motel. Wish we knew the office hours prior to arriving. But the facility served its purpose. It was a nice overnight stay as we were traveling through town.

The room was dirty, there were someone else's clothes in the closet, the bathroom was dirty and the floors too, the beds were stained, the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag, there was no soap or shampoo, the smell of cigarettes was indescribable I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
