We stayed with a 4 year old and a 9 month old, we had a great stay! Super friendly staff who absolutely went out of their way to make our stay fantastic! Our son and daughter loves Heather who went great lengths to make our son the happiest toddler! Thank you guys! We will be back next June or august/sept!

WiFi was down my whole 10 day stay. They charge a 9 dollar a day fee for services that aren’t done.

Rooms are absolutely gross. Refused to even use the sheets on the bed. They advertise free WiFi but when you check in they don’t have any.

This hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The only positive aspect of my stay was that the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the many problems with this property. The room was extremely small, outdated, and uncomfortable. I booked a room with two beds, but they were placed so close together that there was barely any space to walk between them. The mattresses were uncomfortable, the pillows were flat and thin, and the sheets looked old, worn, and unappealing. The furniture was basic and impractical, and even the built-in charging outlets did not work. The television was another disappointment. It turned on, but there were no channels or signal available during my entire stay. What truly ruined this stay, however, was the fact that I found TWO cockroaches in the room. The first was near the bathroom sink and mirror area while I was getting ready in the morning. The second was near the mini refrigerator. Finding even one cockroach in a hotel room is unacceptable. Finding two made me question the cleanliness of the entire property. To make matters worse, the hotel did not provide a “Do Not Disturb” sign. My husband specifically informed staff that we did not need housekeeping service, yet housekeeping still entered our room while we were away. We returned to find that someone had been inside despite our request. That was frustrating and completely unnecessary. I can confidently say that I will never stay here again.

I do understand there was a no-refund policy in place, but I was hopeful they might offer a credit since we had planned to celebrate her birthday at a later date. Disappointed with the lack of accommodation during a difficult time.

Ease of access to Disney Shower was dirty. Sheets were stained, room was super small and the smell of weed.

Upon entering the shower, I slipped. There is NO tread in the shower and it’s extremely dangerous. One leg slammed against the tub, and my head slammed on the slope of the tub itself. I thought I cracked my head open. I did not. What I do have is a very serious and angry looking bruise that goes across the top of my right thigh. A bruised knee, and bruised shoulder. I contemplated going to the ER. I phoned a friend of mine (nurse) who advised me that since I did not lose consciousness or have a headache, I was likely ok. I did attend the wedding, but was sore the entire night. The next day, my husband went to speak to the front desk. The man was incredibly rude and could not be bothered about it. Not only would I never stay here again, but I would advise others from doing so. Had the gentleman at the desk even PRETENDED to care, I might feel different.

Instead of getting my deposit back they decided to charge my account I asked them about it and they didn't know anything about it.

Cleaning rags left in the bathroom, no cover on the vent in the bathroom, roach on the TV, Broken tv corner. Brought issues up at checkout and all i got in return was a shrug.

I like the fact that the hotel takes you to all of the Disney parks the downside on it is you have to pay to come back if you want to come back before the allotted time and which whatever time the parks closed there are no phones in the wrong The rooms come with microwave and refrigerator It is a rundown hotel but you do get what you pay for overall not bad not good

We stayed there for 4 nights. The "continental breakfast" is only waffles and coffee. No cereal, eggs, juice, etc that should be included in a continental breakfast. The pool was dirty and green so I didn't get to enjoy the pool. My husband asked for extra garbage bags because we like to clean after ourselves and the cleaning person asked so many questions before giving him the bags. Cleaning lady saw me leaving my room to walk our dog and she went to our room, knocked once and quickly opened the door not waiting for a response. My husband was in the bathroom and had to come out to see who it was. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. They have a dedicated area for dogs.

For the price I would say it was worth it. Staff was friendly gave us a ride to Disney world for $15. They also gave us an extra key when we forgot ours in our hotel room. Only thing was that we found hair in one of the beds that wasn’t ours. We got a double bed because it was cheaper than getting one king so we just slept in the bed that didn’t have the hair. Breakfast only had waffle maker, coffee, and bread so very limited options as an fyi. No bugs or anything so overall I would say an average stay of 3/5 stars.

It was close to Disney. I decided to go at the last minute, and they had a room available. If you are looking to save money on your Disney stay, this is a good option. It is utilitarian, but a place to sleep for less.

The room smelled strongly of damp; it wasn't cleaned at any point during our stay. The air conditioning smelled bad, the laundry wasn't working, and when we politely asked at reception when it would be operational again, we were treated very rudely. We asked if there was another laundry nearby and were told to find out for ourselves. The man who takes you to the parks doesn't wait even two minutes if you're late; he just drops you off. But one very rainy day, we had to wait for him for 15 minutes, and in the mornings we were always late because he didn't arrive in time to pick us up.

I liked that it was so close to the Disney parks and they provided a free shuttle to the park. The breakfast was very minimal. I ended up buying breakfast outside of the hotel. The hotel room had many little things like broken outlets, dirty toilet and sink area, smelly room that had a strong paint smell, and bugs on floor and tables. Many little things that did not satisfy me on my stay.

If you’re looking for a place super close(I’m talking like an exit away) to Disney and affordable, you found your place! The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are clean and cozy. There are tons of restaurants nearby as well as a super Walmart in case you forget something for your trip! With a Perkins nearby and a delicious breakfast restaurant across the street, we did not sample the continental breakfast. But from what we saw, there were several guests that seemed to enjoy it. The only thing I wish was different is the TV remote was hard to switch channels, and we couldn’t select any of the other apps on the TV. If you are okay staying somewhere just to grab some shut eye, this is a 10/10! We will be staying here again!

Across the street is a very nice breakfast restaurant. First room was full of fungus, the second smelt like sigaret Smoke. Third room was okayish, doable. Noisy room, screaming people in the night. Horrible breakfast, coffee was disgusting, only pre fab waffle mix.

Friendly staff, a really nice room, a good and varied breakfast for you to start the day before getting the hotel transportation to the disney parks, they are also pet friendly, everything was amazing, you also have a great window of time to make the check in, most of the hotels don't provide that, but you can plan your whole day without worrying and then came back to the hotel at any time and make the check in, and the breakfast included with the room all free and really tasty, overall really satisfied

Definitely a value stay but for the location and the free self service breakfast (waffles, toast, coffee) if you can get over that this place hasn’t been updated in years it’s not bad. It is exactly what you think it is so if you go in with that mindset you’ll be okay.

Hotel manager was unbelievably sweet. On Expedia, I didn’t check for how many guests and it was just my husband and I. I totally did not add another guest by mistake. I called a week before and was told everything would be fine with the extra guest. When we came, the manager checked us in and explained why they would prefer how many guests because of pricing. Oh, trust me. That was the last thing we wanted, we offered to pay the extra person but he told us for next time to check how many guests. He was still unbelievably sweet and he definitely made our stay perfect. The rooms were spacious and it was a great treat to stay and it’s definitely not far from the theme parks.

My first impression was not good as they did not have a sign by the highway as to entrance - drove by and had to double back. Not pleased with tiny room with one light almost unreachable above headboard. Floor gritty. Breakfast room too small for number of guests and the main fare was waffles you had to make yourself - no cereal, yogurt, bagels, or even milk for oatmeal - powdered creamer only for coffee/tea. It was a zoo. Shower was suspect. Truckers parked on side of the building added to the noise. I would certainly NOT advise staying here.

Simple hotel in a great location for a great price. The rooms were small but clean. The description of the outdoor pool said heated, but it wasn't. The hotel sits back off the road with no signage, so it's hard to find. The breakfast room was small with very little food to offer, but they did have 2 waffle makers, which were nice. The other hotels in the area were quite expensive, so this was a good deal. Overall, the staff was kind, so I would stay here again because they are very close to the Disney parks.

In response to some of the bad reviews I saw: I encountered 0 bugs (trust me I checked), shower appeared to be clean well, AC worked perfected and made limited noise. They had a fully stocked vending machine with different options you don’t usually see. My only complaint was the TV was dated and slightly fuzzy. Definitely worth the price of staying here though!

What I always say is don't pay for the Ritz don't expect the Ritz what I 1st thought was ok I may not have paid for the Ritz but I didn't want the Pitts however in the light of the day I changed my mind the hotel was better than I thought the staff were helpful and friendly the room was good the bed was comfy and I was now looking at a good budget hotel so 1st impressions don't count the two things I would point out is the breakfast room could have been bigger and I could have done with a shaver point.over all I found the hotel a ok place to stop you could move the laundry somewhere else and extend the breakfast room there is a ticket office close by a 7/11 a small Disney shop another gas station race trac Bob Evans a restaurant and Perkins look for the big flag others restaurant wasa little walk away the room was clean

First night we stayed, there was a police chase by our room. The 2nd night, a man stabbed his pregnant women and my daughter had to see them doing cpr with blood all over the sheets and outside the room. DO NOT STAY HERE

Our first room: clumps of hair on towels, door to room didn't seal, so light, sound and cigarette smoke came through keeping us awake through the night, hairs on sheets and in shower, generally did not feel safe as far as the location and clientele. I asked, after we had checked in, if we could cancel the remaining 2 nights on our 3 night stay, but was told to contact Expedia since thats where i booked the room. Expedia could not reach anyone by phone that night. The next day the man at the motel told Expedia that i hadn't told anyone the reason i wanted to cancel and that they don't give refunds. I talked to the man at the front desk and explained, but he said all he could do was offer one of "better" rooms by the pool. That he has no control over sound or smoke as this is a motel, not a hotel. The "better" room we were given only had one washcloth, one hand towel and two towels. You have to request more towels before 11 am, which we didn’t. The room was exactly the same as the first, but we had no choice, as we were not going to be refunded for the remainder of our booking. Our room keys had to be reprogrammed each day.

I checked in and my room had a roach crawling up the wall, place is very ran down needs upgrading, and breakfast was HORRIBLE just waffles that tasted like plastic! I will stay somewhere else next time

The front desk made sure to go out of their way to get us in our room, even though there was a mixup with Expedia

The front desk worker when I checked in was very pleasant and informative. I would not go back. It’s not worth what I paid, even if we would have been there for a full day.

The room was extremely dusty, you could feel dust everywhere, including the floor, tables, and wash basin. The worst part was the bed sheet, which was also very dirty. I really wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you’re visiting Disney World. After a long, tiring day at the parks, this is not a comfortable or clean place to rest.

I pulled up to the building and was instantly terrified to get out of my car. This place looked nice in the pictures but was absolutely horrible when I saw it in person. I refused to get out of my car as there were several men staring at me the entire time I was parked (about 5 minutes) contemplating if I should go in or not. I called to get a refund but I was told that’s not possible. Unfortunate since they have an option of paying when arriving which I chose to pay at the time of booking so it doesn’t make sense to me how they can’t give me my money back when I never even walked in the door

Get what you pay for. The beds are hard with itchy sheets that have stains. The shower has poor water pressure with mold and mildew growing around the shower head. The towels look like they haven’t been washed, someone’s else’s hair all over it. Rust around the entire room. Only one shuttle per day to the Disney parks with limited space. But no bugs, water was hot, and staff were nice.

The room was tiny and a little dirty, but we were able to put that aside, we were only staying for two full nights and leaving on the third night at 1am anyways… however the DISGUSTING part came when we put a drink on the nightstand before bed and there were HUNDREDS of little bugs on it in the morning! It was so gross. If you’re expecting a great bug free hotel, this isn’t it. And the breakfast area left much to be desired. We only nibbled at breakfast the first morning. The second we just went out for breakfast instead.. (especially after the bug situation)

There was room service, they came in and took your dirty rags and towels but did replace them or not tell you that they will enter the rooms for cleaning. I was there for business work for the weekend and get rest. I did not get to enjoy the breakfast. Ne t time i will be on vacation so i can enjoy it. Thank you Rodeway i appreciate you all. The room had bed bugs i told them and they never did nothing, i had bites everywhere and by the time i left the hotel all my stuff had bed bugs so now they are all over my car my house, im going crazy with all this, i got prove so im doing a report to the health department because its a lot, the money i saved staying there, im expending on tons of stuff to try to clean my house and everything else that got contaminated eith bed bugs and then my peace of mind, im going nuts, that hotel its nasty.

The bathroom had a dirty towel and wet upon arrival. They only had one towel set when there was a party of 2 that we stayed there. That was not good at all. We had to reuse that one clean set of towel for 2 of us.

The rooms were clean, but very small. The internet didn’t work (we were on the back side near the pool). The tv wasn’t a smart tv so couldn’t stream anything. The pool was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast great. On check out day tho, our room key no longer worked. We went to breakfast at 830, was back to the room by 9 only to find out the room key didn’t work. Checkout wasn’t until 11am and it was nowhere near that. Also, be aware that you can only stay at this hotel for a maximum of 7 days. They basically kick u out after that. Will not be staying here again.

It was easy to park, I felt safe and comfortable.

First room they tooknus to after it was supposed just clean had bugs everywhere, smelled moldy and musky and had mold in the bathroom. When my boys pulled back the blanketsnon their bed there was bugs in it. Went to the feont desk ans told them. Didnt act concerned or appologitic at all. Got a new room and it wasnt much better. But and mold smell also. We went to walmart got 3 bombs and set them off in the room while we were gone for a few hours and sprayed the room down to help with the mold smell. My family wasnt happy her at all and staff was not friendly

I recommend this hotel. Every time I’ve gone there they have been absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about them.

This is the first time that ive stayed there that there were roaches in my room. My room constantly smelt like weed from other rooms. We even went and bought 2 plug in air freshners. The air conditioner barely worked and the fridge kept everything cool not cold. When housekeeping came by they never had towels for us. My fiancee has been staying here since before covid and couldn't believe how much has changed since the last time.

We found several small roaches in the room and we came back from visiting Universal. There was a dead roach on Hulu. The drain didn’t drain properly so every time you brush our teeth, the sink was filled with water, and the room was overall very dirty.

The room was a good value. It was a little dirty, but overall it was alright. The breakfast could use more variety, though.

this is a short hop to disneyworld where we were meeting family members as part of a memorial for my sisters husband, i am certain many will take advantage of the location and the price for being this close. with this in ind this is an economy lodging. the bed was comfortable, there was no coffee service in the room but there was a fridge and i think a microwave.. the plug was missing from the sink, there was mold around the soap dispensers and where one would place soap in the tub. we found it to be just what we paid for a bed to sleep, close location and safe parking.

I realize that this was a sleep-only place, so my expectations were low. It’s a great location with ample parking. However, I woke up with bugs all over me, my daughter and my stuff. I came in exhausted late the night before. There were a million signatures needed. How would I know it was basically a Willy Wonka in the chocolate factory anything goes type contract. Ridiculous. Next morning, I went to the office with pix the actual bugs in my stuff. They DID offer me another room. But c’mon, the sheets were all laundered together. Isolated to one room? No way. I asked for a partial refund. No dice. Orbitz went to bat for me. No dice. Ghosted. RIDICULOUS. This shouldn’t even be an option on Orbitz. Never had a problem before. Never. Beware.

The staff was great and very kind and helpful throughout. I stayed here by myself to save some money while other family stayed on site at Disney. For a place to sleep and shower, it was fine. Breakfast was the same as most other places - carbs upon carbs. Only takes about 10 minutes to get to the various parks. As a parent, I would find a different place to save money if you're trying to do this on a budget. I wouldn't bring my kids here.

Staff were friendly, cleaning staff amazing! However, this property is very outdated (but to be fair I was looking for a value hotel and did not mind this) I did find it very frustrating that the room smelled very mildewy throughout my stay, the sheets while cleaned clearly had staining. I did not experience any issues with bugs. For the cost this was about what I expected, but the photos use online make it look much better than it actually is.

This property don’t should say that they offer breakfast included because they have the space por that but they don’t offer the minimum that can be considered a decent breakfast.

The staff is very helpful and friendly! The hotel was a little rundown but you cant beat the price, especially with how close it is to Magic Kingdon without being on Disney property! I really have no complaints. It had everything I needed and it all worked.

I’m going to give my honest opinion I just came back from my stay at the hotel. There’s no housekeeping I got to the point that my husband had to go ask for towels because they never bought us any other towels besides the one that they gave us the first day They never went to clean the room, and we kept seeing warms inside the room nonstop, and another thing I didn’t like about that place was the fact that there was no space to put your clothes. There was no closet or drawers or anything. I ended up folding my clothes and putting it on top of the table mines and the kids and on top of that the microwave was not even working properly. It would just let you put 30 seconds. It wouldn’t let you type in minutes or anything but besides that the place was quiet, and the surroundings was good in the sense of there was a lot of places that you can go eat and it was good distance from the park that we were going to.

We were hoping for a simple place to spend the night. We saw the offer on Hotel.com. It seemed decent in terms of quality and photos, but nothing like the photos. Upon arrival, we were told we had to pay an additional $30 for a deposit. The place is frozen in time. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes. The sheets were burnt. The bed was like a plastic sheet, which was uncomfortable to sleep on, since if you moved, you could hear the plastic noise. There was a dead frog and worms in the bathroom. The hygiene was questionable. The towels had hair on them, even though they were clean. The included breakfast...not to mention it. First and last experience there. In short, the place didn't meet our expectations for $75 a night...

Stay was ok but asked for late check out but was told only to 12 not the 1 most hotels do. Beds and pillows could’ve been better too.

Breakfast didn’t offer much variety, also quite simple. I was mainly looking for a budget-friendly place just to sleep, and this hotel served that purpose well.

It is a motel not a hotel so there can be some noise issues, especially from young kids, but that is the nature of a motel so not a negative for this place in particular, just something to be aware of in general. The room was a decent size but not very modern. But if you are going to be at the parks all day, all you need is a bed and bathroom and from that point of view the room was acceptable. There were a few issues with my room in particular and I gave a list to a manager who thanked me for letting him know. If I go back to the area I would stay there again.

Very dirty and rundown. Chipped and dirty bathtub and shower area, floor titles warped in room for water damage, terrible breakfast, everything in the place was run down and filthy. Dogs barking at you and unsavory people wandering about.

Everything about the same was super nice. I think the only thing that could be even somewhat of a complaint is the room was a little musty, but you could tell that they put a lot of effort into making their room, super clean and super comfortable for their guests and it’s really appreciative. Thank you so much for the stay!

I like that Rodeway provided a complimentary shuttle for the Disney parks as that helped my travel on a day that I didn’t have a ride, and the driver was kind. Otherwise, the room had an interesting and inconvenient layout, was unclean in a few spots (bathroom mostly), both sink and bath faucet had a constant drip, and the staff I encountered were not very friendly. My room was cleaned once (per policy), but only garbage and towels were replaced (the towels were quite small), and my bed was left alone through my 4 night stay. Overall, in its current state, I would not return to Rodeway nor recommend it.

The staff of this hotel were very sweet this time. Very accommodating. And I did appreciate it very much.

When we did get our rooms. They smelled very musty. Complimentary breakfast consisted of waffles, oatmeal and/or toast. Appreciative but very hard to get to due to an over abundance of other guests and there was absolutely no organization or direction to the breakfast.

On arrival to check in, guests ahead of us were leaving because of bed bugs but I thought they were just mad. So I checked in and immediately went to check beds. Yup. Bed bugs. Very rude front desk person as well. And no refunds.

Absolutely disgusting. There was so much trash under and around the bed along with SO many ants and bugs crawling not only the floors but the beds too. My wife and I felt so uncomfortable and the staff didn’t offer any other options so we checked out and left. Needless to say we’ll never stay here and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here unless in dire need. The room had gunk on the walls and the bathroom looked like it got ransacked. It overall was horrible, don’t ever book here!!

I love the fact it had a fenced area for your pets to run free, the condition of the bedding were itchy, and scratchy. This place…not sure what it was! The most dirtiest and filthiest place I ever been to! The pictures online were major deceiving! The room smelled like expired mildew! The bathroom tub had cracks! My wife thought we were hiding from the police or something that’s how bad this place was! The bed was uncomfortable, the pillow were flat as hell! Overall this place was awful! We had 2 families (2 different rooms) so family 1 that was with us checked into their room, left to go to their room, we started our check in process and by the time we signed the paper and got our room key our family that had checked in right before us came back into the office with pictures of the ceiling falling in their bathroom of the room. There was ceiling hanging and all over the toilet and floor was dust and ceiling pieces. So we decided to go check our room that they gave us. As soon as we (my husband & I) walked in I noticed dried liquid of some type (flaking) on top of the refrigerator where there were also live roaches crawling! I immediately said NOPE and walked out back to the office. I never made it any farther into the room to check anything else. The beds looked to be really flat with no cushion to it but I definitely didn’t even check that out..NOW I will say the office guys were very nice about the whole situations we had going on and processed us refunds! Thank you guys for that!! Just sucked we had to find somewhere at midnight after that.

The place is run down but for the price one really can’t complain. The staff were very friendly and it was very quiet at night. I’ll stay again because it fairly close to the parks and you can’t beat the price.

This stay was absolutely awful. I already had called Hotels.com regarding this, but there were no drawers. I was told that drawers are dirty and it causes bugs. Therefore, there was no drawers. The front desk staff were absolutely horrifying. They were rude and arrogant and nasty so no, I will never stay at this hotel again and I certainly do not recommend them to anyone.

First problem was they wouldn't allow me to take their free shuttle because I had a ecv chair that I rented. Even though I called about it before I booked my stay at this motel and they didn't tell me it was going to be a problem They also left me with a non functioning toilet for 3 days even though I had asked 3 people I finally talked to the manager about it and they finally fixed it I would recommend you stay anywhere else the people who work here don't care about their customers

The place is not very clean, and I had about 3 small cockroaches during my 2-night stay. And that's the most I can expect from staying there. But the location is good, and they serve breakfast.

Our room felt dirty, with discolored sheets and a bathroom that looked unclean. The air conditioner was very loud, but didn’t cool the room effectively, and the overall smell of the place was unpleasant. The walls were thin enough that we could hear everything from the neighboring guests, which didn’t help with a restful sleep. The breakfast was very minimal. All in all, while we appreciated the kindness of the staff, the inn itself was not very comfortable or clean.

The attendance in the breakfast is like mad the days we stay in the hotel (Saturday and Sunday). The front desk people is amazing, answer the questions professionally and help for everything.

Wood laminate flooring in rooms clearly hadn’t been mopped, as my socks were filthy from walking across the floor once. The pool was dirty and needed cleaned. It was also misrepresented in images. There are no loungers or chairs in pool area, only three picnic tables. Staff was friendly, so that was a positive.
