Ramada by Wyndham Hotel & Water Park

Amazing time! Staff is friendly, room is clean, great environment. Definitely recommend!!!

One of our favorite resorts!

First night, our room was given to another family after we checked in. Found the family outside of my room & my key inactive. Our first full day, we rented a cabana and the fan sagged so low you couldn’t use it. One of teenagers got a nonalcoholic drink from the bar and found a hair in it, when returned, they made her another drink and charged full price. The bartender said “hair is free, $4 please”. The same day, the fire alarm went off around 6 pm and could not be disabled until 10pm. My family of 6 stayed for 5 nights and we had to ask for new towels, we were told that we wouldn’t get them. Explained that we needed them since there was so many of us staying so many days. Got those exchanged. House keeping never came to our room, no cleaning supplies in the room. The park is outdated and the hours of the water park varied. Our key to the room stopped working multiple times. The only reason why we stayed was the park was decent enough for the kids to play. I was seriously disappointed as a mother.

Good location...nice rooms...great staff

My kids and I went to universals for a few days and wanted to get out of the touristy area and come here to chill and unwind before our trip back home. Unfortunately, this hotel is NOT at all what the photos show! Right before we walked into our room there was grungy dudes right outside our door spiking joints! Made me extremely uncomfortable late at night trying to get into my room. The moment we walked into our room, it smelled like very potent rubbing alcohol! It was unbearable! The room was MAYBE a 1-2 stars at best! Our room had some ghetto pull string cover for our window! Not the fancy curtains you see in the photos! Especially since we’re facing the pool! The rooms we were shown online were NOT what we received! They make this place out to look like a fancy hotel with lots of waterpark features, but it’s a ran down trashy 1 star hotel! I’m speechless and disappointed and P*SSED the f*ck off to be honest! I booked over 4 months in advance and they gave us some nasty a$$ room?! The coffee maker didn’t even work! It squirted water all over the counter and floor and didn’t make coffee! Now let’s get to the “waterpark”… NONE of their waterslides are open! What am I paying for again?? Nothing was even told to me ahead of time about them not being open for my stay. They probably haven’t even been ran in years.. they are completely rotting out! I wanted my kids and I to enjoy a relaxing time for a few days before heading home and we can’t even use anything!

The hotel is okay for the price. However, what you see in the pictures is not what you get when you arrive. The facilities are in very poor condition. There is mold all around the pool area, broken tiles, and chunks of concrete missing. The green areas are not maintained or trimmed, and all the palm trees are dead, making it obvious that the property has not been properly maintained for months. Honestly, it looks more like a run-down motel than a resort. The staff members were friendly and treated us very well. We arrived on a Sunday, and the tiki bar area was open, but by Monday it was closed. When we tried to buy snacks or drinks from the vending machines located around the hotel, none of them were working. There is a small store at the front desk, but it does not offer much variety. This is something they do not explain when you make your reservation and payment. The hotel looks beautiful in the photos, but the reality is completely different. It looks dirty and neglected, making guests feel uncomfortable because you are not sure whether the places where you sit or sleep are actually clean. And that’s without mentioning that when I entered my room, there were flies in the bathroom. The area inside the bathtub where the water comes out was covered in mold, and the soap holders were so moldy that you couldn’t even place a bar of soap on them without it turning yellow from the mold. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, and I would not stay here again. I did not like it at all. There is very little shade to protect you from the sun unless you rent a cabana. The water slides only operate for a few minutes at a time, then they shut them down and reopen them later. There is not enough supervision at the pools or the lazy river. The area designed for younger children is also unsupervised, and older kids were using it, which could easily result in them accidentally hurting the smaller children. There were cigarette butts and litter everywhere. My daughter was not allowed to go down one of the water slides, and I understand that safety and height requirements are important. However, later I saw other children who appeared to be the same size using the slide. They even allowed a father to go down with his younger child, but they would not allow us to do the same. The rules did not seem to be enforced consistently. Honestly, I started feeling disappointed as soon as I entered through the hotel entrance. I wanted to leave, but I stayed because I was there with my children. It is absolutely not what you see in the pictures. For the price, it is acceptable, but I will not be coming back.

This hotel is outdated, dirty, and in serious need of TLC. The rooms and common areas are poorly maintained, and cleanliness was a major issue. Definitely not coming back. Management needs to invest in renovations and proper upkeep.

The room was great but the outside of the park needed a lot of maintenance not cleaning very well and a lot of cracks in the sidewalk and The lazy River was a lot of rust and needs a lot of maintenance done

This place is the bottom of the barrel. I chose it just for the location being really close to the family members I was visiting. It is very run down and frankly felt creepy. (bright orange and blue walls, including painting door hinges) As a female traveling alone, I was on edge. Toilet ran all night, dirty floor, etc. It was very noisy, thin walls and lots of commotion from other guests late into wee hours of the morning which sounded like it was right outside my door. I overheard my "neighbor" tenants talking about places in the waterpark being rusted and dangerous although I never went there myself. I have actually thought about writing to Wyndham and Ramada to ask them if this is the brand representation they desire. Maid never came once in 3 days. Witnessed a cockroach run from behind the toilet into the shower just as I was about to step in on my last morning. Couldn't get out of here fast enough. Will not stay here again. I would rather drive a bit further for a decent room. There was one positive- the young lady that checked me in (7:30 PM on Saturday, May 30) was very courteous and helpful giving me a room close to parking since I was alone and gave me directions to a couple of places I needed to go.

Great AC

I love the setup of the rooms queen bed with bunkbeds. The water park is open from 12-6. They have free shuttle bus to take you to sea world and other parks. They have free breakfast if you like boiled eggs and cereal.

The pillows and the bed were comfortable. The TV was nice and the bedding was good. It was a 5-10 minute drive to the Silver Spurs Arena at Osceola Heritage. There was a great diner (Rodeo Diner- Enjoyed their breakfast) and a great Mexican restaurant (wonderful dinner) next to the 7-11, both just 5 minutes from the hotel. No microwave (though advertised one was in the room) No mini fridge (though advertised one was in the room) Broken coffee pot (discovered at 5AM, when ready for a cup of coffee) Trash in parking lot; dead lanscaping all along the drive leading to the hotel (as in all the palms/ plants were dead) No closet nor clothes hangers Breakfast was very limited (hard boiled eggs, toast, yogurt, microwave pancakes), walked in- saw it and left to go buy breakfast at the Rodeo Diner (which was a real treat). Quiet hours were to begin at 10PM, the loud music and outdoor facilities were in full use till 11:30PM. Only one chair in the room (There were two guests.) unless you count the office chair. The lamps were rusty (not dusty- but rusty) and the walls had been patched and the patches painted a different shade making the room decor look tired and out of date.

Waterpark Boiled eggs everyday

The buildings were nice and spread out. The buildings all went around the pool and Waterpark area. Had issues getting into room at first but maintenance was sent to the room to help. Quickly getting the problem fixed and super friendly.

On our first night the a/c was not cooling but I called the front desk and it was fix within the hour. We had a few encounters with the staff and the customer service was not good. They’re under staffed and wait times for the food were too long 45 minutes + and super pricey. The complimentary breakfast was terrible, even the kids complained about the pancakes being dry and too hard. Overall it was not good stay and we’re probably not staying there again.

The entire property smells mold. Cigarettes all over the pool area. Dirty rooms. Restaurant food is basically microwaved food.

La ducha no tenia presión el agua. Les falta mucho color y limpieza a las habitaciones y los alrededores de la piscina muy sucios. El desayuno no estuvo tan mal, no es de los mejores pero estaba aceptable. Jamás repetiría mi visita. El olor a humedad en las habitaciones era insoportable. Las sábanas y toallas muy limpias pero lo demás deja mucho que desear en mi opinión no lo recomiendo

my family loved this hotel came out for my daughter 2nd birthday and you honestly don’t have to leave to have a good time they have a park a waterpark, a regular pool, mini golf a Arcade room, a activity room and a lazy river! not to far from our destination to her party!

With the door opened we couldn’t really use the water park as they have a schedule which I don’t remember but I thought we could use anytime but it wasn’t like that. So if your planning on staying all day it’s worth it otherwise you can stay anywhere else by half price.

The free breakfast was nasty. The boiled eggs were overcooked, the orange juice from the machine tasted bad, and the pancakes tasted like frozen pancakes heated up. If you wanted a better breakfast, you had to pay extra for it. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations

The hotel was dirty, and the water park smelled like urine. It was extremely crowded, and by the end of the day the water looked dirty as well. The water park hours advertised were misleading — the slides opened one hour later than scheduled and closed one hour earlier. Breakfast was very disappointing, basically just bread, jam, black coffee, and boiled eggs. There were no clean plates or cups available, and there was nowhere to sit. I originally booked a two-night stay, but the experience was so bad that I requested an early checkout. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

Room was clean but in extreme need of upgrades. Had a handicap room which was on the 2nd floor, kinda weird, but elevator was available. The handicap shower had the drain outside of the actual shower enclosier. The floor unfortunately wasnt sloped correctly to direct the water to the drain and thus the water spread out over a large portion of the bathroom floor. There was also no shelves in the shower to rest your soap/shampoo etc on. The bathroom itself also had no vanity, so had to squeeze all items onto the back of the toilet or the sink, again very inconvenient for a handicap room. I get it that youre making room in there for a wheelchair, but other accommodations also need to be considered. Our room was also poolside (not by request) and they had very loud music playing until 830pm. I also didnt understand the 4 electrical outlets on the wall that were only inches apart from each other. Also the blue-orange-white paint scheme was rather bizzare.

Nice place to spend a staycation. Our room was clean. Bed was comfy and staff are amazing. Would suggest a trash can in room. We were very pleased with everything. It is a older establishment but you can tell the staff really care. Will be back!

It wasn’t awful just not presented it off to be when I checked in. I got put in a room that wasn’t even the room I reserved , finally got me in a room i did reserve & the hot water wasn’t really hot. Both beds were not good very uncomfortable One of the beds Had a really big dip in it. The breakfast that was included was nothing good cereal, yogurt, & a biscuit & hard boil egg. If you paid extra money, $10, you could’ve gotten a little upgraded breakfast. this place has a pool a lazy river in watersides the main pool they said was open at 8am-10pm lazy river opens 10am-7pm & water sides were 12pm to 7pm staff were never on the same page everyday those activities were open at different time & then the lazy river they closed everyday an hour early, a lot of the post for fencing/netting around the pool was rotted & molded and they just did some minor monkeying to keep it together, one of the slides was broken, the other two were open the bottom of those were also rotted out other activities like the game room, the playroom had to be unlocked by a staff member each time the front desk telling us to look for another staff member to open it which wasn’t many around. Tried to play mini golf & only had one golf club. The in room dinning or dinner isn’t open Monday-Wednesday, Me and another room had a incident where our toilet got clogged called the front desk from my room multiple times no one ever answered

Incredibly cheap water park hotel, nothing fancy but we loved it! Cabanas were only $40 to rent too, which was extremely reasonable and made it so much easier to stay outside all day with young children and have shade!

La limpieza es fatal y no limpian todos los días porque según el personar no se puede así mismo me contestaron. El cuarto tienen cucarachas y los llamas a limpiar y llegan 10horas después. El baño el inodoro no funcionaba bien. Lo único bueno fue el servicio de el tiki bar la muchacha muy amable y atenta. Por último el desayuno fatal todos los días es exactamente el mismo y casi nada. Les recomiendo buscar mejor opción q esta de verdad no pierda su dinero y mucho menos se dañe sus vacaciones.

We had to leave about three days into our stay due to a cockroach, when notifying the desk they allowed us to look at another room. That room also had dead flies on the ac unit. I understand bugs are common in Florida, but hotels should remain bug free. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our issues.

- The "waterpark" was closed every day but 1. - The shuttle driver tried to rush us out of parks on 2 days, and didnt show up on the 3rd day. - the restaurant and bar were not open. Everything has lost it's shine.... lota of potential, but that pitential has been lost to deferred maintenance.

The outside is re painted n nice and bright however where you walk at is very dull also kids area needs a new paint job. Small crackers n homes n room I understand it's old however at least put a lil recovery makeup on it to make it look Better. My ac was working at first but off n on but then it kicked in . I like the free water park n free Parking n the contential breakfast was ok just wishing it had a little bit more variety. I like the free transportation for people for parks but leaving at 6 is crazy especially if they are waiting for fireworks at Disney. Other than the few minor things that can make a difference the hotel was ok . Decent location

This place has so much potential!! That's where most of the positives end. The carpet in our room was absolutely filthy. Rip out the nasty carpet and put in tile or laminate - something you can mop regularly. The water park was so nice, but the lazy river was filled with trash and mulch. The breakfast was a hard boiled egg, 2 cereal choices, a community bowl of yogurt and toast. One morning there were small pancakes and the other morning a biscuit was offered. The location was why we chose to stay here. We arrived just before midnight and check in took about half a hour - why so slow?

The room itself was not clean—the remote was dirty, and overall it just felt unsanitary. I had to shower with my sandals on because I didn’t feel comfortable stepping in there barefoot. The smell was also overwhelming, like strong Clorox, to the point where I could barely breathe at night and hardly slept at all. Definitely don’t be deceived by the pictures. This place did not live up to expectations at all. I wish I could get a refund because I wasted my money !!

The hotel is very run down its obvious that no maintainace is being done . The room is outdated and not very clean as well as the property. the pictures online is definitely not ehat you will see in person . The hotel is basically the flamingo waterpark hotel they just put up a canvas sign with ramada to cover half of it , so it was very hard to find , best of you use flamingo water park hotel in the gps or uber . The breakfast was horrible boiled egg and toast basically . Definitely very misleading . The overall cleanliness and maintainance of the hotel needs vast improvement and stop offering boiled eggs and lable it as free breakfast

En general fue agradable la estadía. Lo único que tengo que decir que pueden mejorar sería la limpieza en los cuartos, el piso al parecer no lo mapean ni barren ya que siempre los pies salían negros. Las almohadas súper incómodas. El waterpark excelente aunque solo estaba abierta una de 3 chorreras que tenían. El desayuno solo tenía cereal, huevo hervido y tostadas. Aire acondicionado súper bien. Cuando llegamos a la habitación en una gaveta había popcorn.

Staff never came to clean the room or give us new towels, Also the water in the shower and sink had an awful smell.

The buildings were all old and very outdated. It was obvious as soon as we pulled in the parking lot, there hasn’t been much upkeep done to the property. There was an overpowering smell of mold as soon as we opened the door to our room. The carpeting had clumps of human hair, skittles, and a white powdery substance all over it, so clearly it hadn’t been vacuumed. Knowing the floor hadn’t been vacuumed made us question whether the bedsheets had even been changed/washed. The drapes had some type of dried orange liquid that had dripped down the entire length of them, who knows how long ago. There was a thick layer of dust over the light fixtures, fan, and air conditioning/heating unit. My husband and I both looked at each other and said at the same time, “We can NOT stay here.” We are not picky people at all and have never left a bad review for any place we have stayed. But we felt we had to in this situation so other people know what kind of place this is - completely gross. I don’t know how a code inspector hasn’t shut this place down yet. One positive note: the lady at the front desk was very friendly, understanding, and professional.

We arrived at night and the hotel sign light was out so it was really hard to find. Our room was ok but another party that booked a room in our same building found cockroaches and had to request a new room at 11pm. I never saw a bug in our room. The AC in our room worked ok and wasn't crazy loud. All of the furniture/bed had been updated but the shower was in rougher shape with old shower/hardware. The stand alone pool was murky and so we did not get in during our stay. The waterpark was open but only one slide was functional and didn't open until 1pm. The staff was very nice and friendly but the property itself is very old. The free breakfast was....interesting but free is free. The area seems safe. We drove to the Wawa, Walmart and Dunkin very close for things we needed. This hotel has a ton of room but there was very few people staying here which made it very quiet. Only three other families with us at the waterpark during spring break. I would only recommend this hotel if you need a very cheap option and plan to go do other things during the day. If you're not satisfied with your room, ask for a different one since they seem to have a lot of empty ones.

The water park looks in good shape, we just stayed for a night and didn’t intend on using it but out overall impression of the hotel was not great. It’s not the cleanest, it’s old and grubby feeling. The playground is really dirty and the continental breakfast was just yogurt and toast. We wouldn’t go back

this property was extremely misrepresented the water park slides were open for four or five hours total for the week the breakfast consisted of boiled eggs and toast the room was not cleaned or restocked the entire week and i had to hunt down one of the maids to get bathroom tissue shuttle service to area parks does not include the areas major park except for an extra fee and then you have to leave the hotel at nine A.M. and must return at six P.M. or you're on your own! although my experience with expedia went well as there was no hassle with bookings and other arrangements i would avoid booking this hotel at all cost!!!

Not a good hotel! Very old and noisy

The location seems to have just been taken by Ramada. The sign is not updated, the location is very old. The pictures are misleading because it is a very dated property. It used to be the Flamingo hotel & Waterpark. It’s more like a motel than a hotel. Limited staff, those who were there didn’t want to be there. I asked the front desk for utensils and they told me there were NONE in the whole location. They did not clean the room daily or restock towels or anything.

The rooms smelt like mold and floors were dirty and the bedding was damp. We saw a cockroach! The water park did not open until 11 but the slides did not open until 2 and one one slide was going. The free breakfast was so bad I never seen a set up like that. Hot hard boiled eggs yogurt in a large bowl that u scoop out of and bread to make toast and cereal that’s it. There restaurant area the ceiling was leaking. We signed up for a shuttle to take us to Disney after waiting 45 min the lady behind the desk said he is not coming. For the inconvenience was supposed to credit my card for a night and I’m still waiting we left last Friday

Photos online are way edited and it looks a lot nicer online than it does in person. We had hair and pubic hair in the bathtub. Lamps had dust. Walls are very very thin so you can hear your neighbors talk, watching tv, cars driving. The AC is too loud. Jacuzzi outside was merky.

Thankfully the staff are friendly and try (key word, try) to accommodate you. No one knows who the corporate office is to complain too. Apparently in between owners/new name.

This was there worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. Dirty, filthy. Nothing matched to the pictures online. Staff was horrible. Kids could not enjoy snything

Ac noisy and the continental breakfast needs more options

The breakfast was not continental. We had boiled eggs &toast everyday coffee juice and cereal. Horrible selection. Room was clean but needed a serious update windowsills old and metal rot. Family friendly experience though since the place is cheaper guest experiences can vary because of guest at hotel. They claim they are still affiliated with Flamingo and the manager Carlos does not get back to no one. Transportation to the parks did not happen. Hotel was apologetic because Carlos no reply.

All the pillows had blood and drool. The breakfast was just 3 things toast boiled eggs, and only two types of cereal.

Room was small and musky smelling. In the morning when I went to get coffee in the lobby I was approached by a young man in a black jacket and no name tag asking me who I was and what I was doing there. I showed him my room key and said getting coffee. He said I had to go to the front desk to get a slip of paper allowing me to get it. Ridiculous. I won’t stay there again.

There was mold on the lampshade, out toilet was Brocken, and two of the three waterslides weren’t running.

The pictures or from when the first open I had a king room chair filthy footstool nasty floor horrible the room had a smell and I looked at 4 different rooms they charged my room for resort fees and accidental before I looked after already paying for my room I was assaulted by a mom of a autistic 11 year old after telling her she not only almost knocked me down at the terrible breakfast that was being served but she almost ran over a toddler then the lady threw her plate of food on me…. I immediately went to the manager to have the cops called and they didn’t know who it was Jo access to the cameras so I couldn’t attend breakfast for the rest of my stay not that I was anyway because they literally served boiled eggs pancakes coffee juice two types of cold cereal and toast and tea that’s it with a leaking ceiling not to far from where the food was being served if I could rate this place a zero and put it in the negatives I would my god daughter had a horrible Time and was concerned about staying there after what I experienced and what she had seen so far she was very disappointed thankful for magic kingdom and sea world or this trip would have been even worst I’m disputing the charges because nothing was right oh I also had no wash clothes the first night and following morning I had to go to walmart and purchase please don’t take your family here mold on the cabanas pool slides rusted just horrible

The pictures were so deceiving for this property! The whole hotel was pretty run down, the room was so dirty and our feet got black just walking on the floor , we asked for it to be cleaned and got told they couldn’t clean until it had been 3 days …. The bunk bed mattress was so bad springs were poking through but they only offered an extra blanket. The whole room looked like a run down old motel room. The breakfast was ridiculous they could call it that , literally had boiled eggs and toast and cereal … my kids were so bummed we just left . This is an old hotel they are trying to update but it was definitely dirty and we would never stay here again!

My overall stay was good, however the weather wasn't the best.

There was many good points too tho! They have a little market down stairs that can get you snacks, drinks, bathroom needs, swim essentials.. The water park area was fun for the children. They did have a blast tho they did say that the water park opened at 12 closed at 7 but the slides are only open from 2-6. They have a big area for kids to play games. They have a nice game room. Learning center for children. DIY LAUNDRY- which was very helpful. This place could use major cosmetic care- with a good cleaning and repainting it could come back to life. I would suggest them having someone working in the marketplace during peak hours maybe?;

The main attraction, the water slides are open a very limited amount of time per day. The lazy river is very small and the pool, although a nice feature, that it's 8 feet deep, it's disgusting. The bottom water grate that's used to recirculate the water was caked in dirt/mud and hair. I'm sure that the water wasn't filtered. The breakfast area was ok but very poorly stocked and had a roof leak. The rooms seemed to need repair and mine had a cockroach in it. The exterior concrete floors were in need of repainting and various tiles were missing on the lazy river. On a positive note, the staff seemed nice enough and were attentive with extra soap and towels.

They never came into the room to clean it. We never got new towels. The elevator was broken. There was roaches the kitchen close super early in a restaurant.

My husband and I went for our anniversary; we stayed for three days and two nights. The room was clean, and the atmosphere was family-friendly. We really liked it—thank you.

This place was pure chaos. We came not expecting it to be an old flamingo. It was trashy and people were having parties and blasting music at all hours of the night. Someone was bouncing a basketball up and down our hallway at 1:00 in the morning. The hotels were old and run down. I couldn't get out of there fast enough thank God we were just sleeping there to get on a flight in the morning. I will never return. Water Park area was also old and run down and not at all what it looked like in the picture.

Paid a deposit for 100$ for a room that is already damaged then a resort fee for the water park that opens if they have staff and only one slide running if they have staff tub ran all night long ac didn’t work pure in the gulf hole food at the bar is nasty except the fries just get the fries breakfast is free but if you want eggs and bacon have to pay 10$ place is run down play ground parts were closed off ask for a refund on just the hotel resort fee and was told there is no manager onsite to discuss all the issues I’m not a picky person I don’t need a 4 star hotel just one that offers what you see online it was flamingo now it’s Ramada I try calling Ramada no answer I would still like my resort fee back

First night the heat wasn't working my family and I was freezing. It was also a cold night as well. We let the front desk know and they were apologetic. They ended up turning on the floor heat because the wall one wasn't working. The slides was out of commission for 3 days bummer. The kiddie pool was not in use. They could do a better job at letting guest know if there are openings for the shuttle. The day I wanted to go was completely full however the following day when I went we were told that there were only 2 people on the shuttle that day. Everyone else didn't show up. So we could have gone the day we wanted to. Good thing my tickets for SeaWorld was any day. We made the best of our week stay.

We booked one room with four beds but were given two adjoining roooms. But they only give you a key to one side. Once a door is closed to an adjoining room then we get locked out of it. My baby closed the door and was trapped in a room by myself. Front desk was too slammed to help so we had to track down houseold ng to get my baby. The shower was cidn wwith no water pressure. The TV didntork. The lock was ripped off the door so we can't deadbolt one side of the room. And that's just the room and not mentioning all the issues at the pool yesterday.

Property is very outdated, and poorly maintained. The soap tray from the bathroom shower were rusted badly. Rooms had weird smell. Room service dont come in unless requested. Shampoo and conditioner are very little amount given. Ceiling fans from the room look old and rusty. Pool area is very disappointing with how poor maintenance it is given. All the slides leaked water from different sections. Only one slide out of 3 was usable. Kids pool area was full of green substance all over(looked like mold or fungus). Bottom of the pool concrete and around were breaking apart. Towels from there are very small (children size). Breakfast was very limited and with poor quality. They had just bread, boiled eggs, some apples (just going bad) and cereal… Nothing more. We ended up buying breakfast out somewhere else. Even though it says its smoke free or whatever, it was very smoke allowed and weed allowed… no respect on that part for the families with children. The live music could have been better in the aspect that they could have looked more professional than just looking like street musicians. Singer needed a bit more vocal practice.

Kid pool area was nasty with a lot of algae. My child feel because of it. A lot of things were not working. Air conditioning was terrible.

Did not get the bed I wanted

The property was very outdated. Our initial room was musty and moldy. The sheets were almost soggy to the point that we couldn’t stay in there. We requested and upgrade to another room and it was better. Over all the grounds are not pretty and very old. There was 3 day old chicken bones and sauces next to the pool. No one bothered to clean it up. The kiddie pool was GREEN and eventually shut down for god knows what. The slides were only open for a few hours and the lazy river was filled with dirt.

Excessive mold throughout the room! My family and I checked out as soon as we saw the room . It was not a clean environment for my 1 year old as the room was laced with mold on the ceiling , around the door /wall and ac unit. Some areas appear to be painted over but the black mold still shows. The front desk told me I could not get a refund for the night even though we did not stay. Their manager-Carlos was not on site for the weekend and I was advised that he will return Monday( which is today ) . I called this morning and he was not available .

To make things worse, I never saw or was able to speak with a manager to address the situation. There was no proper follow-up or reassurance after such a serious issue. The water park, which was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel, was always closed during my stay, which was very disappointing. On top of everything, they only refunded me $31 in fees, which doesn’t come close to making up for the experience. Overall, this stay was frustrating, uncomfortable, and poorly handled. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room I stayed at was disgusting. The sink was full of hair and there was a burning smell coming from the shower, which I could assume was from the water heater. When I requested a room change, they happily gave it to me but the room was only slightly better. I later found my pillow had mold under the pillow. I had to take some emergency funds and rebook for another hotel since they refused to give me a refund. They only refunded me for the remaining days I had on my booking. The additional "resort fee" is such a scam. The water park was empty and seemed outdated. Their free breakfast consisted of only three items, the rest you had to pay. Overall, I definitely wouldn't recommend this, especially to those with children.

When we tried calling them before and during our stay with basic questions, their voicemail was Always full, not a good sign. One of the water slides wasn't working, the waters were ice cold, thought it was all heated. Our room smelled like smoke and weed, maybe it radiated from other rooms? though the hotel shows a very strict non-smoking policy? Outside it all also smelled like weed, we saw several shady people around the parking lot, didn't see security. Heard breakfast was bad, so didn't even bother. With kids, felt unsafe, I'd run from this place should be like a $60 nightly stay. Definitely wouldn't Recommend.

Clean room very nice the outside just do sent have housekeeping they clean ur room only when I leave apparently but my 10 of 10 was water park for my kids just the water was cold got in for a while . This property should be shut down. It is not habitable. There was rust in the bathroom, in the bathtub, sink, and the light fixtures. The beds were extremely old and all the bedding was wet/damp. The ceiling was leaking in the dining room, furniture was extremely outdated. We had to cancel our reservation and stay somewhere else. The pictures do not show the true property.

Room was clean, check in/out easy, only 1 of 3 slides worked in the big part and even though the water park opened at 10am the slide didn't open til 2pm so really you only get to enjoy the lazy river, water I swear felt like 40 degrees lol, apparently you're suppose to book the cabana day of but some of us booked it the night before so that became an issue, their included breakfast consisted of biscuits, hard boiled eggs, cereal, toast, and yogurt. If you wanted to pay then you could order eggs with bacon and such. Also was easy to miss the entrance road. My son loved everything and kept saying it was the best vacation ever so all in all decent stay for being on a budget.

No pets were allowed. Understaffed. Water park was fun. Drinks are WAY overpriced and bad quality. Kids enjoyed it which was all that matters.

When we arrived, we were assigned a room on the opposite end from the one I booked and was told that I could request a change the next morning. Unfortunately, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor from the moment we walked in. Because our flight had been delayed and it was very late, we tried to manage for the night even though the smell made us feel nauseous. The next morning, I requested the room change I had been told was possible, but was informed it couldn’t be done. I mentioned the odor and was given an air‑freshener spray, but despite airing out the room and cleaning surfaces, the smell persisted and became worse after using the shower. I also noticed black spots on the bathroom vent, which raised concerns about mold. By around 4:00 a.m., the odor was so overwhelming that my daughters and I felt sick. At that point I went to the front desk and explained that the smell of mold was very strong, and that I think it should be evaluated. Only after that conversation was a room change approved. I then had to gather all of our belongings and carry everything with my two children to the other side of the hotel in the early hours of the morning. While I appreciated finally being moved, no compensation was offered despite the inconvenience, the health concerns, and the disruption to our stay..

The property needs maintenance.

Pools were cold when it said they had heated pools, noisy and nobody answered the phone to complain about noise at 11.45. Breakfast was below average,

Breakfast was included, but the selection was very limited. Items like hash browns and pancakes were not included and required an additional charge of $9.99. Due to the room condition, we decided to check out the next morning and did not stay for the remaining two nights. The hotel felt old and not well maintained, and overall cleanliness did not meet our expectations. We would not choose to stay here again.

Rooms were not clean and smelled

The pool was running the slides had been down for months it seems. The condition of everything else game room play ground are very old and worn. Beds hard and old. Staff was friendly. There definitely shouldnt be a resort fee for just a pool.

What went well would be a better question? First off, I got locked out of my room, freezing and wet from the pool because my door locks batteries died, took them over an hour to get us into the room then it happened again and we were told we had to move rooms, 2nd room smelled awful like smoke even though it was kon smoking, then went down to breakfast. After little to no sleep because people were scrramig and banging all night, just to discover the breakfast was cold., disgusting, and there was nasty roof leaking water all over the floors and tables...i am a fan of the seralago and never had any issues, i cant believe they closed the seralago down but this place is still open!

The pool and slides were ok. The staff were not friendly at all. We stayed for 6 nights and hk only came one time which was the last night.

The hotel was disappointing. The staff wasn’t friendly or welcoming. I asked to view the hotel before checking in. The appearance by far gave old fashion and shabby motel vibes. The billboard of a family told how old it was looked like a picture ad from the 60s. The rooms were old and outdated and the fixtures of the furniture was peeling. The rooms had this horrible smell that lingered in the room. The stench was so bad no air freshener or window air could eliminate that odor. The bathroom is tiny with an old fashion jacuzzi. The water park was dirty with mold in the water. It was so out dated. The staircase area was spooky. The room had bugs saw two spiders while viewing the room. I ended up leaving to another hotel and not staying losing my $650, having to fight for my refund through Expedia. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. I don’t care how cheap it may seem. This place is far from everywhere nothing locally just a highway. I went to a better hotel with amenities with local attractions. DO NOT STAY HERE……. 1 star review on my behalf throw the whole hotel away

When we filled up to the place the hotel lobby was full of drunk people. They had a homeless camp in the back. Drug deals in the parking lots and hookers in waiting outside of rooms half naked.

The hotel refused to fully refund the night we didn’t stay, even though we booked through Expedia and explained the situation. I also emailed the general manager and my email was never acknowledged. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The hotel was very outdated, it looked nothing like the photos. Yes, there was a free breakfast that consisted of hard boiled eggs, bread, and some fruit but it looked unclean so we skipped out on this daily. The waterslides are closed down to a certain time every day and half of them were not in working order. The staff was friendly and when I asked for extra towels, they did provide that for us. There was a long drive back to the property, and there were homeless people that came out of this deserted area, which was very unsettling at night time. The hotel property had trash and did not look very clean on the outside. I would not stay here again, it was an inconvenient location and the amenities were not great.

Waterslides were not working for our entire stay. The whole reason we chose this spot was because of the water park. The resort is run down and dirty. We saw several roaches in our room, and mold which explained the extreme mold smell. Room was not clean and we found hair all over the shower and bathroom floor. Their continental breakfast was boiled eggs and dry cereal with no milk and not even a bowl to eat it from. When I spoke to the staff they told me they couldn't do anything and I had make a complaint on the website. When I made a complaint, they did not offer to give me any refund. They offered me reward points and immediately tried to get me to sign up for their program. I will never stay at a Ramada or Wyndham hotel again. This is the worst experience I had with a hotel. DO NOT GO THERE! YOU WILL BE DISAPOINTED!

Noise at night, terrible amenities

I booked this hotel specifically for the waterpark for my sons 9th birthday and we planned on doing 1 day at Disney World (Disney is very expensive so this was within my budget, the hotel was more than other hotels due to amenities offered I’d assume). First day we noticed the water park was closed but the pool was open, second day same situation so I asked staff when it would open (I was told 1400), my kids went down around 1700 to go to the water park (per what they say on their website and Expedia booking is the hours are 12-6 during the week and 10-7 during weekends I believe it was) but the water park was already closed after just opening at 1400. Again next day we go down and it’s 11ish and the water park again is not open, so I ask the front desk (you have to walk down because the phones do not work) and she tells me they changed the hours to “12-3 & 4-5” which does not state that. So significant decrease in the waterpark hours that they did not even uphold to those hours. The hot tub was “broken” some days, the kids splash pad was also not working. A majority of the things parents play for were not working. However the lazy river worked and the kids did enjoy that, rooms were spacious which was nice but someone colored all over the floor, the curtains were not “blackout” like they say, the water smelled horrendous etc.

They over charge for the rooms, the pictures online do not look anything like what they are...they don't have blankets on the cheaper rooms bed but you walk by the rooms by the pool area and they're all fancy thick feather blankets, pillows, etc. the pool and waterslide area stays dirty and definitely needs a makeover, needs a new paint job, they have caution tape over kids play area they still have open to kids. The slides only stay up for a couple hours. The constantly knock on the door but can't bring tp or towel with them so why bother. The plumbing backs up, the wheel car rooms are dangerous. The shower floor tilts to much the hole floor get soaked from the shower out to the bedroom areas. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The ac does what it wants and the bottoms don't do anything there's a thermostat on the wall for the dinosaur ac every hotel has and still can't change the temp. TV channels are blah the restaurant is never open after breakfast so you have to use the tiki bar. They're all Spanish and barely speak English, if they do something a wrong they go from having some common sense to my English not so good. It was good enough to charge my debit card twice 100 deposit,first day get another day and hit me again then I'm told they smelled smoke that's why it happened so why was I able to get another room? no one came and smelled anythiny because we were there. my car go vandalized my towing equipmI has parts missing glass n the bed rolled over, sliced my hand

At check in and check out they refuse to give you a print out of what you are scanning your card for, was told water park opened at 8am and it never opened. A pool small pool opened at 10am. The room was sleep-able. Dirty finger prints on the curtains and walls. Toilet seats were a gross yellow. But you get what you pay for. And the free breakfast was only hard boiled eggs and an apple. The juice container was broken so there was warm water to drink. But don’t worry there is a cute dinner within walking distance. Highly recommend the dinner

The room smelt of mold when we walked in. The advertisement photos online look NOTHING like the actual hotel. It is very rundown and Ramada advertising this as a nice water park hotel is false advertising. We ended up leaving and not even staying in the room due to the smell.

Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned during our stay. I requested room service every morning and it just never happened. This was particularly difficult because the room tended to be humid stuffy. The AC unit also didn’t work for one of the days we were there. Our room key card failed every time so we needed to go up and down to get the room key reset. The breakfast had no nutritional value whatsoever. The tables were hardly ever cleaned.

Checked in around 8pm and staff was courteous but there was no information about free continental breakfast or the water park even though you get charged the resort fee. We did see signs everywhere that there is breakfast from 7-10am for $9.95. The room has that old musty smell but it looked tidy and clean. Room has good AC and ceiling fan so it was nice and cool. Refrigerator in the room was nice and cold but the microwave provided did not work. There’s a sign that lists how many towels each room should have but we only got bath towels and one hand towel, no washcloths whatsoever. Since it was late and my husband and I were just there for a quick overnight stay during our road-trip south, we didn’t bother to request a room switch or ask for replacements. Overall okay but we probably wouldn’t book this hotel again.

The breakfast could have been way better. The way it was described and the options that we had were very different, with stale boiled eggs and apples and expired milk.

About 40 mins from the park. Nice hotel. Water park was fun for the kids. Right next to the pool. Only 2 ice machines but they work well. the free breakfast was not worth it at all.

The "suite" was anything but. Incredibly dated. Two sketchy bunk beds at the front door, which had no blankets or pillow cases. The kitchenette was ok, not something we used/needed, but wasn't clean. It was barely wiped down. The main bedroom had 2 queen beds that felt like sleeping on rocks, and again, no pillow cases. Bathroom was awful. It was dirty. Sink hadnt been wiped clean, mirror had water spots, door didn't close as latch was broken, bathtub was scratched and dated, but appeared to had been "wiped". Toilet broke twice during our 2 night stay. Water pressure was non-existent. We had to use the faucet to wash shampoo out of our hair, as there wasn't enough pressure to do so from the shower head! Lights didnt work in at least half of the suite. We didn't use the waterpark. The breakfast was very limited and not good, so we only ate there 1 of the 2 mornings. We booked this hotel for the advertisement of a free shuttle to the theme parks. Don't be fooled by this. When we checked in, we were told that the shuttle had been filled all week, there are ONLY 12 spaces in the shuttle, and only 1 trip at 9am and 1 pick up at 9pm. This had clearly only recently been bought by Ramada, as all signs said "Flamingo". Find somewhere else to stay. Not worth staying here

I had a very poor experience at this hotel(Motel). First of all there’s no proper signage to see if you are in a right place. We were given the noisiest room right by the freeway, and despite asking to change rooms, they didn’t accommodate us at all. They claimed it was due to the long weekend and that they had no other rooms available. Overall, it was a really bad experience, and I’d strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and save their money. It was honestly a 3 nights nightmare. There was no hot water the entire time, so we couldn’t shower for three days. When we complained, they just said the plumber wasn’t available because of the long weekend and that they couldn’t do anything since it was a hotel.com allotment. Overall, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this hotel (MOTEL) to save yourself from a very unpleasant experience.

Had a room in building 3 that needs serious attention. The shower head was crusty with grime so we could not even shower, the tub was dirty, the headboard had full hand prints, the room smelled like sewers, the curtains had dirty black spots, the ceiling fan had build up dust.

The room wasn't clean, had a stained up chair in it and the bed covers smelled , the lazy river was almost green , the staff was rude and no refrigerator in the room to store thousands of dollars if insulin, also the site listed a hot tub which there wasn't! The vending machine took $3 and we asked a staff member to reimburse and they told us wasn't there problem! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Needs upgrades

They took an old, rundown resort and literally taped a Ramada sign over it. The resort needs so many updates. It’s embarrassing. The waterpark was half closed and taped off. They were only running one slide for one hour all day because there wasn’t enough staffing and the slide was uncomfortable and in need of a lot of repair. The breakfast was a joke. Cereal, toast, biscuits and gravy, hot, hard boiled eggs, and a big bowl of yogurt. On the second day, the milk was sitting out unchilled. There wasn’t enough food or plates cups or bowls. A lot needs to be done to make this place worth any kind of money. Don’t be fooled by the low price tag. This is not at all worth the deal you might think you’re getting.

Poop by the only water adventure that was open, dirty room with cob webs, people smoking non stop in front of my non smoking room, poop stains around the ring of toilet in our room. Dirty disgusting restaurant with water leaks everywhere. The list is too long

Grounds, pools and amenities very dirty and unkept. Breakfast was nonexistent. Food, cups and utensils ran out before you turned your head. Staff were friendly but we had to beg for clean towels. The rooms were large which is a huge plus. However, I wouldn't return.

Rooms are un clean. It took 3 tries to get one good enough. No hot water last 2 days. Continental breakfast was a joke, never anything left, tried different times to get something. Pools and hotub down most of the week. Waterslides didn't work at all and didnt look safe at all.

The Second room was not cleaned from the last person. I opened the door and the bed was messy. So I was given another room. The 3rd room was dark and dingy. After settling in for the night, I noticed water coming from under the bathroom cupboard. I opened it to see the sink pipe with water flowing rapidly out of the pipe. The breakfast was not good. Gallon of milk set on the counter for the entirety of breakfast. Not refrigerated. There were boiled eggs, biscuits, yogurt, and cereal. The dining area had an odd smell and I could over hear people talking amongst themselves in regards to the disapproval of the breakfast. This was probably the worst hotel I have stayed at.

Listen, save your money. This place charges a resort fee probably all year around. Orlando was in the low 40’s and no one in their right mind was going to go to the pool or water park in those temperatures. Expedia doesn’t show that fee. The hotel itself reminded me of the movie zodiac. Truly the most ugliest hotel. I was trying to save money on hotel since it’s the least place you spend time. But I rather have spent an extra 100$ and gone somewhere nicer. The blankets were probably made from recycled paper, so scratchy. The towels were probably also from paper. Let’s not talk about the toilet paper. Public bathrooms have better paper. Better luck next time

From the front desk to tha accommodations was excellent. Staff very professional and pleasant. Room was very clean and accommodating for all my needs, however was surprised that it didn’t have a closet but not deal breaker. I have rested so good the bed was so comfortable and the pillows was comfortable. Anyway I booked again for the end of my vacation.

The rooms where bigger than expected however the house cleaning is poorly done!!! My daughter and I stayed for cheer competition over the weekend and I unfortunately had to clean my room. Due to the fact of the amount of DUST my daughter is severely allergic to dust. Breakfast was good however there coffee was delicious and got me ready for our busy days ahead. They had a game room but the machine to get the card to play the games wasn't working. They did have a basketball hoop and a playground.

Water park and outdoor activities were closed. Restaurant closed at noon. ‘Breakfast’ was cereal and toast for me. I don’t like hard boiled eggs. Without the restaurant being open there was only one other sketchy restaurant around, nothing within walking distance. Room was very dated and did not appear clean. We cut our stay short and moved elsewhere. I would not recommend to anyone.

I wasn’t too happy with the room. They need to redo their rooms and clean them up. I forgot to take pictures, but it had like scummy stuff all over the floors. My kids feet were black from the dirty floors for being the area that it is and has a lot of people you would think that they would do better with their rooms. I wasn’t impressed and I will probably never go back.

The activity room was closed the water slides which were the main reason we decided to stay there closed. Hot tub was freezing. It was extremely loud even during quiet hours. When I said something to the staff they did nothing so it made getting an infant to sleep impossible. Housekeeping did do a great job though I will give them that.

I'm not sure who has reviewed this place before but they were completely false. If i could give this place a zero star rating I would. Rooms were terrible, toilet was stained and bathroom didn't drain properly...Breakfast was basically bread alone with few fruits that were going bad. If you wanted a proper breakfast you had to pay extra. Waterpark slides were closed for repairs that clearly wasn't taking place and this wasn't communicated to us until the next morning. My family and I had to leave after the first night because it was unbearable and never even got a refund on the "resort fee" even though it was supposed to be refunded. This place definitely doesn't know the meaning of the word maintenance.

We had some really noisy neighbors that their kids basically were screaming most of the night and into the morning. Also, the breakfast was a joke. Please read before booking. The water park in NOT open. Is under renovation. The buffet is boiled eggs bread,cereal and coffee. Rooms smell like mold and they are old. Stay in the first floor and kill a few cockroach. Maybe when ALL renovations take place will be a decent place to visit. But it can take a long time

Oh, I bet if I was here for my birthday he wanted to be at a water park and when I get there, let me know that the five when I worked it was only lazy river, and a pool that was should’ve been explaining the details when working also, I stayed in the room drink it with another person and the gentleman banged on my door at 10 AM. Think it fell on my kids to be quiet and it was not. My kids and I are flying to the front desk and Y is with me in bed and on the door that was very rude like I could even sleep after that my kids are terrified then wake up for breakfast at seven no food out and put his five year great attraction for the first time and it was terrible.

The bathroom was one of the dirtiest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a hotel. There was stuff literally growing in the corners dead bugs in the bathroom floor. Hair all over the bathroom grime over flowing from grout in bathroom floor shower coating coming off and mold growing in the shower and bathroom corners. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The lamp cover by bed had blood stains all over it the room stunk so bad. Could hear people yelling and walking by room outside all night. The breakfast was really bad only biscuits no bacon or sausage as shown. No muffins or bagels as simple continental would have. Two boxes of cereal and a jug of milk and boiled eggs.. I don’t even normally leave reviews for bad experiences but wish someone would have wrote this before I stayed here . I told the front desk lady about how dirty our room was she said yes the bathrooms are bad and pretty outdated like she was def already aware ! And there were lots cheaper hotels in area the water park was mid. Stay somewhere else I’m a traveler so I’m used to hotels but this one is really bad

No information about breakfast (where and/or when it would be served) was given during check in or in our room. The pool, "waterpark" and play areas all had a ton of chipping paint and looked moldy and/or dirty. The hot tub was colder than the heated pool and we were still charged a resort fee when all that was really open was the pool and the lazy river. We were told all other things were out due to maintenance. I understand that can happen but $25/night for the lazy river is a little crazy, especially because most hotels at least have a pool and hot tub and aren't charging for that. The employees were all very kind and that is the one and only bright spot on this

Hotel is listed as a waterpark, but upon check in we were notified it was out of service. Decided since we are travelling with kids, we only booked because they wanted to be in the waterpark, we then decided to refuse to check in and they are not refunding our money. Such a scam!! No one answering the phone as well to discuss this.

From the moment we checked in, we were given the wrong room. Then the smell of the room was awful & immediate. There was a smell of must & sulfur. We complained but were told that thats florida water. We did not get every 3rd day housekeeping as advertised, we had to request the service but even then housekeeping didnt come. So, if you want on vacation to empty your garbage, grab your own towels from front desk, throwing the used towels outside your door in hopes they would get back...this place was AWFUL. The shuttle did not go to every park for free, the staff recommended not taking it, if you were going to Epcot, as we did, they advised the driver will take you to Disney springs and then you can take a disney bus to disney world. This place had a nasty surprise for us every day...there are a fee restaurants with in blocks...a great Wing restaurant 2 blocks away...this is the ONLY plus to staying here. The hottub didnt have warm water, the slides were shutdown, looked permanent, so...things were not as they appeared in the photos. If you have booked a stay here we recommend CANCELING!!!!!!

This property is very dated. Some work has been done in an attempt to make it look nicer but it’s lipstick on a pig. The water slides were not going. The breakfast was terrible. They had a giant communal bowl of yogurt you could slop some onto your plate and they had some bread you could use to make yourself some toast. There were also boiled eggs, two types of bland cold cereal, and some biscuits. When I got there the biscuits were gone and both jugs of warm milk they’d set out were empty. The rooms were relatively clean but we found blood stains on the sheets and the lighting was terrible. We had a suite with a bunk bed. The bunk bed mattresses were the worst I’ve had in a hotel and they didn’t come with blankets, only sheets. We asked the front desk and they told us they didn’t have any. Also, no ice machines, only some empty chest freezers in the lobby that would have contained ice for guests if the staff cared.

The rooms are EXTREMELY DATED. Bathtub was rusted. Rooms smelled molded and damp. Furniture is chipped and dated circa 1980' wood. Breakfast??? No thank you. Water smelled foul. Would not select this "hotel" again....it should be downgraded to a motel instead.

The property is unsanitary, unsafe, noisy, disgusting. We bought cleaning products for our room because the floor was dirty. The bathroom faucet had a constant drip when turned off, the water park was closed for repairs, the pool and lazy river were not treated with any chemicals as the water was discolored and cloudy. The hotel needs to be shut down for health and safety reasons!

The place is ran down. It needs major fixing and updating and cleaning. The utensils are dirty in the dining area. There was cream cheese but no bagels and can’t take continental food to your hotel room, otherwise, they’ll charge you for it. Had to do a 5 am checkout but front desk was empty and lobby was locked. Ended up leaving my room key inside my room before leaving the state.

Floor was dirty and feet turned black within minutes of walking bare feet. Room was infected with roaches. Hot water in shower doesn’t work, at best got normal temp water even after leaving the tap running for 15 mins. Help desk doesn’t respond over phone. Raised complain on hot water but no one acted on the hot water. All rides were closed but we were charged money full money. Room door didn’t close until we bang it very hard. Bathroom door doesn’t have locks. They need a lot of overhaul to improve services. Breakfast had very few products and they were not replenishing it. Overall service was poor. I would have given them 0 or minus five stars considering that there were other options available at better prices. Management should look into it

The room was not clean. There was hair in the tub from previous guests and the floor was not clean. There is no privacy shade, even on the ground floor, so everyone walking by can see right into your room. We had issues with our room key not working every single day of our stay. The water in the room smelled and tasted horrible and the water park, which was the whole reason I booked this hotel, was essentially closed. The only thing open was the lazy river. The whole place is run down. We will absolutely not stay there again.

Upon arrival the place looked dated, but the lady behind the counter was rude to my wife so I came in and she was then trying to charge me for checking in early (please also note I called at 11:30 AM the same day and they confirmed come anytime between 1-2PM and no Charge). She then said okay fine, no charge and said they were fully booked. She charged the $25 "resort fee" and then $100 deposit. I asked if everything was on and can be used, to my surprise the whole WATERPARK IS IN DISREPAIR! My 3 kids were upset and so was my wife and I. The slides are faded, the framing is all rusted and to top it off the only little pool that was open was 71 degrees. Was like hose water. That all being said, the only decent thing about this place is the room. The room was clean but also had issues. The bathroom had mould, the tub was cracking and flaking. Please see the pictures posted and you can see for yourself the horrible shape it's in, caution tape up everywhere and the bathroom issues. If I knew all of these issues and the waterpark was not working, definitely would not have booked here. This is an HONEST REVIEW and I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY THERE. DEFINITELY SHOULD GET A REFUND ON THIS ONE.

When I booked it said no extra resort fees. When arrived I had to pay $25 day including that day and I arrived at 10 pm. Resort fees included: Waterpark (everything closed for repairs except lazy river) and arcade room (not working/closed) and the worst breakfast ever- yogurt, toasted bread, dry cereal, coffee, apple/orange juice, fruit. Also, they heavily advertise free shuttle to parks but the one day I needed it they called me to tell me it wasn’t available so I had to spend an additional $80 for UBER. Pros: Restaurant food good except pricey for what you get and limited hours (weekend only), friendly staff, clean rooms with good AC and comfortable beds. CONS: needs upkeep, repairs, better hours, dependable bus transport and a resort fee only if you plan to use it. Also not near any parks - 45 min and nothing in walking distance. Price should reflect what you get. Overall, not worth it.

The water park was non-operational and the property was fairly run down. Would not stay here ever again!!!

The room had a bad musty smell and the beds felt damp. Also the fan in the bathroom did not work. I asked the front desk about the smell and moisture and they said it was from the humidity. I am sure the hotels make enough they can get dehumidifier’s in the rooms. The breakfast included was not anything special. The choice was only bread, cereal, and pancakes. If you wanted something else, you had to buy it.

The room was always humid even with the air on. All the brass on the room was rusting and the lamp shades were stained. The door never looked like it was shut all the way so was not sealed eve with the bolted locks. The “complimentary “ shuttle to theme parks does not run on Sundays which was not posted anywhere, the shuttle hours are pick up at hotel at 9am and pick up at parks at 6pm, however some days they do not do the pick up from the parks so ask a head of time. If you want to go to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood studios, or Animal Kingdom it is extra. The breakfast only had pancakes, yogurt, fruit cocktail, bread, coffee and juice. No protein or peanut butter for toast. And it was the same everyday, you could order a real breakfast and pay for it if you wanted.

There was no breakfast it was horrible pancakes were like cardboard here was a little bit of cereal and a few pieces of toast also the milk was spoiled. Never again will I stay at the resort again and they charged me $128.00 for the resort side with the slides and the slides were not even working so I feel I should get a refund !!!!!

Booked a room for the weekend specifically wanting access to a hot tub and the water park. There was no indication until checking in that the hot tub and water park were not in working order. Would not recommend staying here.

All replied, we’re out of order a kit pull us out of order. The pool was not even the hot tub wasn’t warm. We had to move room 3× the 1st time they put us in a king bedroom second time the room reeked of mold then we informed them that we had been coming in a group and asked for the rooms to be assigned close to each other in the gentleman that was on the night shift told me to make sure when I came for breakfast that I told them so the following morning I got up to go for their breakfast buffet that they’re ravaging about. Yeah, definitely garbage. They literally serve premade pancakes and cut up cold hot dogs there was no eggs, no waffles no choices at all so while I’m down there I made sure to stop by the front desk and informed the lady we were coming in a group and would like to be rooms near each other so she said that’s great that you told me now because I haven’t assigned the rooms yet she asked me the last name I confirmed well needless to say my friends get to the hotel get checked in and they put them in a totally different building away from us. So when I got there, I asked them why they didn’t put them next to us. Which prompted me to have to move rooms again because there’s no sense in having two rooms have to move rather than one. Then Saturday night get back to the room being flooded in the bathroom well obviously if the room above it’s flooding wouldn’t you have common courtesy to check the room below or give us a call? Being charged a resort fee for nothing!

The "waterpark" has been shut down for maintenance, breakfast is frozen pancakes and sausage, can not find an open bar on sight at 630 on a Friday night and room was never serviced during our 4 night stay, asked multiple times for additonal towels and never got them. Would not recommend.

The rooms were dirty, area not nice, breakfast was gross.

Better don't offer breakfast than make people wait in long lines for a simple coffee. The kids arcade room has a machine to sell the cards but, I paid for it, but the card never popped out of the machine. Instead Leticia go help me to get another card or provide the reimbursement of that, she called another company to report the issue. Leticia told me to go to the front desk next day. We went and she had a report saying that the card we tried to buy and the machine never gave us, was used by someone and she couldn't do anything. I requested her to see the camera to see who used the game card, because my kids never used. I picked this hotel just because of the distance for where I was going. If you can get any other place, don't waste your time and money here.

The rooms were very dated and not ideal for a baby. I couldn’t wait to leave. The only reason we stayed was because the wedding we came in town for was in close proximity to the hotel. The water smelled like death and I was afraid to shower or brush my teeth and I was afraid to let my kids shower in that water. Worst experience ever.

Staff was good. I did not like that we weren't told the water park was basically closed before we got there. We should have been able to switch hotels. They only had the lazy river, none of the slides were open. The complimentary breakfast was lacking. The floors in the room were so dirty. You would take a shower and your feet would be black from walking on the floor. The shower was rusted and leaked. There was an issue that we found out after we got back. My sister got bit by something while we stayed in that room. Her foot got really swollen. She was told it was a bug bite. The only place she had her shoes off was in the hotel room when she slept. Also, they have a sports bar, which has drunk people walking by the rooms talking really loud late at night.

I did the update room, however it was not updated. They give us a regular room. No one never came to clean. Our towels were never changed,it was just horrible. The “water park” was not even working. The pool was closed etc. I don’t recommend this hotel ever. Only reasoned why I stayed there was I was recommended by someone.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it promised a good water park, but it turns out none of the slides work, and one of the children's pools is also out of order. Otherwise, I must say the service and attention are good.

Rooms were not very well kept. Rust on fixtures, water damage in the bathroom, and crayon drawings in the furniture. Floors in walk ways were dirtier than most parking garage floors. Breakfast was frozen pancakes and cut up hot dogs (yes, you read thag right). Our door didnt even shut all the way. This place ruined our family trip, we were all miserable the entire time knowing we had to go back to this dump. Dont spend your money here, its awful.

Breakfast was terrible. First night we stayed, all the signage on numerous places around the property state breakfast is from 7 am to 11 am, we got to breakfast at 10 and it was closed. The signs are wrong and should be taken down. Theyre everywhere saying 11 but they close at 10. Also the breakfast was weak. They had cut up hot dogs as the meat option. Some tater tots and eggs. The rest of the food was empty. All the fruit was gone. All the yogurt was gone and few other empty bowls of what i dont know but i only had very limited options. Also the beverages were depleted and empty. The food/beverages were not being refilled or maintained by staff. Rooms were dirty and can tell theyve not been properly dusted or wiped down in a long time..there were cob webs on our bunk beds and visible dirt and dust throughout the entire room. And guests were loud and noisy and fighting all night. I wont be back.

The hotel was older and out of the way. Although two different staff directed me to the hot tub, neither mentioned it was out of order. I left for the park before breakfast so I can’t speak to that. Still, it was safe, clean and quiet so a good value.

The staff at check in was great. Our issue was with the room cleanliness. The floor in our room was extremely dirty and looked like it had not been mopped in a long time. The ceiling fan in the room did not work. We booked our weekend here because of the water park, but the water was freezing cold and no one could go in. Most of the guests were just sitting around the pool because the water was so cold. We decided to try out the hot tub in hopes that the water would be nice and hot, but it was also freezing cold. Everyone who stepped into the hot tub, ended up stepping out right away. The water slides were also not in operation. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay and will most likely not stay here again.

The four queen room was very spacious, breakfast was ok but not enough seating. The water pressure in the shower was nonexistent. The water park although open was freezing, and all the slides were closed. They advertise heated pools, but none were heated not even the hot tub..

This place sucks. Floors are dirty. Light fixers are rusty. Bathroom has water damage on everything. The dresser has crayon drawing on the inside so that was cute. The door to room doesnt even close all the way. The walkways outside the room are dirter than most gas station driveways ive seen. If they spent the budget they used on advertising and edited photos of the place on actually fixing and cleaning things up it could be a decent hotel. But its a dump to be frank. In fact we didnt dare risk the water park for fear of the disaster that would be. Please dont let anyone else waste their money here, they are just trying to take advantage of people. Because of course they charge a "resort fee" outside of hotels or other booking companys so you can't get that money refunded. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to people i dislike.

Hotel has everything even arcade for kids. My partner and I enjoyed playing the air hockey. And it also has a hot tub. It’s wonderful place for couple and family.

Breakfast really small choice/bland Counter people didnt know alot.i saw alot of peole complaining there key cards quit working (excluding mine). Overall could of found a better place for cheaper.

The floor was dirty, the tub was so bad I had to buy shower shoes, very little hot water, rusted soap holder in the tub, old scratchy sheets, & a bright orange wall LOL. I have photos but I don’t see where to add them. The ppl were very nice, but slapping a literal banner over the old Flamingos sign doesn’t mean it meets Ramada’s standards. I was shocked how bad it was, I’m actually not sure it could be rehabbed, it may need to be torn down & rebuilt.

This place used to be so nice years ago now it just looks like they need to let this place go! Yes it’s fair in price but this place needs renovations big time! The bar looked like a house party table bar , the appliances in the rooms were rusted and needed renewing, the free breakfast they never had before that was a plus but the waitresses they have working hardly cleaned the tables, the water park and play areas needs updating, they stopped movie night for the kids , and a lot of the workers were Spanish and majority only spoke Spanish so language barrier , and I noticed that since it was mainly Spanish people working in the establishment they took good care of the Spanish guest and didn’t care about the non Spanish guest and the room I got was not the one I selected overall this place is basically a fancy motel

Room was okay. A little smell of mold at first in the roim but okay after air was on for a little while. Shower was pretty good.the kids likes the wayer park.

The room isn’t clean well stain on sheets & pillow case and the hotel has roaches, no telephone in case of emergency the water park was closed the first day but you still have to pay resort fees. And don’t leave no food out the roaches will attack. The worst hotel ever also the staff was like I’ll have someone come to clean up the room

First room they gave us had roaches , we asked to be switched they send us to the remodeled side which the tub was clogged water would not release ,went to have breakfast and leaks in the ceiling water started dripping on the table . If they would remodel the whole hotel this place would be a great stay water park was nice people are friendly the place just needs to be updated .

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. My room needed to be switched twice due to dirty sheets, the smells, roach issues, and just dirty. The staff tried to accommodate me with letting me change rooms but even the last room wasn’t what I thought we were going to be accommodated with after all the inconvenience.

We experienced an unsafe environment in the water park. Whenever we would move around with our belongings, a few men in the area would move closer and closer to our stuff. Looking for something valuable.

The hotel experience was great! Perfect quick getaway! Thank you to Leslie, from Front Desk. Leslie made our stay feel extra special. She provided a professional service and always with elegance and a smile. We enjoyed the water park, pool, chess game, and mini golf. Ran out of energy to enjoy the arcade room. Great experience, clean, safe. Very comfortable beds! Definitely recommend to families and friends of all ages. Kids can't wait to come back!

Getting to the hotel was a nightmare, it is like a maze to get there. When we arrived to the room, the mold and humidity smell was so deep we could not breathe. We requested a room change and they told us they were fully booked, when you can tell all hotel was empty. A NO GO!

The ok: It's not something that should be charged a "resort fee" for when it says it's included in the description. They seemed to change their working hours whenever they felt like it, so it was hard to know when the slides were going to be available. The bad: this place needs a lot of help. I wake up well before my family and want to eat when I wake up. They offer breakfast tickets - 1 per ROOM, per day. 1 per person would be better, so I can eat when I'm hungry. Better yet, just do away with the tickets. Second, that breakfast was terrible and I would have been very angry if we had to pay their exhorbitant buffet fee. There is no pool table. Don't offer a video game room if the video games aren't set up to be played. Everything in the rooms needs to be updated. My bathtub ran (not just a drip) the entire time we were there. The ceiling in the dining room was leaking. The grounds were not maintained. I looked at a cookie at the top of the steps for three nights. I saw the same blue gatorade bottle on a picnic table for our entire stay. One tiny garbage can in the room, no convenient outlets. The staff probably need to be treated better and paid a little more, because they all seemed like they hated their job.

We Came, To The Resort For my For Your Birthday The Water Park, Was fine other than it saying it would be open 9 to 9 when we were there they didn’t open until 10 or after and they close the park 6 or 7 and the slides don’t open until 12 pm. The breakfast was horrible only went one day to breakfast my two day stay There Breakfast room is packed with very few places for family’s to sit and eat unless you share a booth with another family like we did but some Other people don’t do that kind of stuff. One more thing they only have one waffle cooker for like 50+ people my kids had to wait 30 mins just to get waffles. Let’s just say I wouldn’t come back. The staff was nice.

Another thing that shocked me was the breakfast buffet. It was complimentary which is great and expected however it felt somewhat unorganized, I didn't expect that I had to make my own waffles, even after getting our food we had to wait for a table to get cleaned, there were leaks in the ceiling all over the place. I know I shouldn't really expect much for the price point but I did imagine the buffet being a little better. Other than that it was a good stay and my toddler enjoyed it.

Room was slightly updated not very clean there was also very little options for the tv. The outside halls were worse for ware and in need of a paint job. The staff was not unpleasant but didn’t speak much. Check in I was only asked for my id and then told me what room I was in. The restaurant for breakfast had little food options, the ceiling was leaking in several spaces including above my table. Check out was easy did it through a link on my phone.

The property is worn down around all the things to do. The first room we opened the fridge to bugs all inside and the room itself had bugs. They moved us to another room and did handle it, but it was nasty. The staff were all very nice. The water park my kid loved, but the one slide was closed the first day, and the second all big slides were closed, so that was a bummer.

I absolutely loved the 2 water slides and lazy river. I played miniature golf, volleyball, and basketball all while enjoying the 90 degree weather. The only thing that I did not like was the hot tub water temperature, which was too cold. and the fact that I was there for a week and no one came by to clean our room.

This is an older hotel… it could do with some upgrades. The room was fine, it was a bit dirty but nothing that disturbed us. Definitely a lot of touring families here. Pool was nice. The location was perfect for my work event. The staff was super friendly and helpful upon check in! I would recommend for a short 2/3 day stay, nothing longer.

We loved the lazy river but just about everything needed up dated

Labeled as a hotel but is actually a motel as door entrances are on the outside, charge hotel prices with worse than motel service and accommodations. Door to the balcony in our suite was only partially closed due to the fact that it had a top latch to prevent it from opening. Checked into the room Thursday at 4pm and checked out Monday at 8am. From the time we got there to the time of check out not once did they come change the bed sheets, remove the trash from the room, or change the dirty towels. And Saturday evening around 8:30/9pm after we made it in from the theme park. Wife went to the front desk to ask for clean wash clothes and dry off towels and was informed they didn’t have any clean wash clothes and instead gave her hand towels to use in place of wash clothes mind you those towels are 24 in by 12in. Only positive I can say about this place is that the front desk staff are kind. I would never stay at this establishment again, not even as a last resort.

Stayed over night, took a minute to find the room due to darkness and numbers are somewhat small to see at night. When opened the door you could smell the dampness in the room.

There was throw up on the bed skirt in the room.

Fue una experiencia horrible. Tampoco tenian telefonos en las habitaciones para llamar a recepcion. Habia que caminar hasta la oficina o usar tu propio telefono. La nevera no enfeiaba bien. Y el cuarto con mal olor a humedad. Los bańos con las cosas oxidadas. No vuelvo a reservar con ellos mas ! Perdimos el tiempo y el dinero porque tampoco pudimos utilizar el salon de actividades para el cumpleańos que ibanos a celebrar y se canceló la invitación por las condiciones del lugar.

Older property nice all the same for the cost. Waterpark was empty we were the only ones there so that was nice. I did book a handicap accessible room but recieved a regular room.

We have came a lot I don’t expect perfection it is old yes, water damage on bathroom floors counters sure whatever it’s cheap beds are comfy. Waterpark is fun and fairly nice enough room to sleep in before this last stay. I didn’t search room like I normally do as I have been here multiple times before. Well should have black mold behind black out curtains just replaced front. Toliet didn’t flush so took top off covered in black mold. We left super early on check out as my child couldn’t breathe properly immune compromised kid needed inhaler. Sent photos showed everything I get sorry u had non refundable trip I wasn’t expecting full refund but i expected something for how much I have spent in the past. Never again, unacceptable black mold shouldn’t be anywhere near hotels.

Our rooms were clean and everything worked. We had a family "suite", it was a really good size and very well organized. Staff was indifferent. We didn't need customer service at any point so cant say if they were helpful or not (they never gretted or looked up when you passed, like i said indifferent) which is why i gave it 5 star. I can't complain about anything. The only complain is the area however that was my own fault for not researching ahead of time. That is not the hotels fault. It is a sketchy area, a lot of homeless, not in the property, but as soon as you drive out. Everything inside the property is OLD. So it does look like it isn't clean but they do have everything spotless and clean. Its just really old and need updates. So overall we were happy with our stay and our room. I can't speak for anyone that would need help with anything or if something stops working.

Location was good. Most amenities were not available including ice machines, water slides and facilities that were shown in pictures. Price was decent, and staff was friendly.

The first room I came to was dirty and outdated. The second room they gave me was updated and a little cleaner. I still have to wipe down a lot of things in the hotel room. The waterpark is not as big as a perk as you think. They close it periodically throughout the day. There's never anybody there to supervise you going down the slides they close the slides. Just left the lazy river and a few mushrooms. Cool. All together it was a mess don't And if you're looking for clean and fun family vacation, I would spend the extra money and go somewhere else. You can't beat the price. But you do suffer because of the price. The only plus was one of the associates that helped us the first night. She was very pleasant.

The second year coming from my son's birthday. We got the suite room for our 6 member family. Our toilet wouldn't flash, the bathroom sink leaked & overflowed the floor. Kiddie pool was green, only 2 slides open & non of the workers spoke good English. Charged me $60 to check in at 2pm & disnt even give me the correct change for the buffet breakfast.

The cafe needed a second worker. For a Saturday, they had one waiter, I left without getting anything. Overall, I wouldn't go back. Not sure if I enjoyed the stay.

We liked the idea of this property for our daughter. The waterslides and water park sounded great but due to weather both were closed for most of our stay. Outside of that this felt like a motel, dirty, the restrooms smelled of old water, you could see black in the vent that were painted over, leaky toilet, overall disappointing. The location is convenient and staff was kind.

Overall, a nasty hotel. Go anywhere else. They have a “breakfast buffet” for $18/person and it’s the free continental breakfast they include in other hotels, it’s nasty. Every little thing they charge you for. Even coffee in the lobby that’s supposed to be free they charge you. Soooo overpriced and run down. Also nobody speaks good English and they don’t supply pool towels you have to bring them from your room. Nobody knows when the tiki bar opens and the slides don’t open until 11… this place was such a rip off.

The idea of the hotel is nice, a built in waterpark, how cool. Sadly the reality was not so cool. We ended up not staying here. The room was dirty, the mini fridge did not work. We checked out an hour after we arrived and booked another hotel.

Cleaning was supposed to be every 3 days but they never came in 6. Its dated, but good for the $ and the kids loved the water park.
