The hotel room was large, very clean, and quiet, the only complaint I have is they don’t have streaming apps, I love to relax at the end of a busy day with Netflix, Hulu etc. I was very surprise, no streaming apps!!!

No one monitored the main pool. Only the last river was monitored by any lifeguards. There were anywhere from 5 to 10 kids jumping into the pool over our heads or continually jumping in besides us. There were not enough umbrellas for all the tables and it was extremely hot with the sun beaming us in over 90 degree weather.

Every thing was good except the tv on the wall don’t have many channels to choose watch from . And they need to have thick cover on the bed and also the small refrigerator doesn’t work well at all . It’s a nice hotel to go and get away they need to really fix the small things if they do that would awesome place at .

They really should replace the carpets and furniture in the lobby.

I wasn’t overly thrilled by the number of TV channels available. A great many of the channels are just focused on news and sports only. I certainly don’t need eight channels of News and six channels of sports. I would rather see more TNT, AMC and other popular channels that show movies and action series not constantly looking at sports and news. Also, the Wi-Fi in my room was atrocious. I could not stay connected to the Internet and it was very cumbersome trying to get connected every single time. I would be definitely willing to pay for better option with Internet service.

My only complaint was the fact that the lazy river didn't have any floating tubes. You pretty much had to buy your own and bring it..

Only suggestion, check dates of when the children have tournaments! It was absolutely crazy after their tournament to get into the pool, Hot Tub or lazy River!

The hotel itself was nice. Very clean. The room was clean. The only issue w/ our room was the tub. The water didn’t drain. I called front desk, maintenance came & fixed it. No issues going forward. What I had a problem with is the hotel doesn’t regulate who comes & goes. There were ppl in the pool that weren’t staying at the hotel. Too many loud & rowdy kids at the pool. Kicking soccer ball. Parents didn’t mind their kids. I wish the hotel staff regulated that better. Other than that, ut was cool.

It took us like 45 min to check.in noons is ever at desk when you need them the slide and lazy river had ants that bite me all over in it

The breakfast have to be paid by side . $15 for each person. But much better expend this money at the Starbucks for example. The elevator was broken, we had to go up and go down from level 8 . Unbelievable.

The new staff completely ruined our experience not to mention the hidden fee that I had never paid before.

The room was clean,but very outdated. Room smelled like the perfume hotels use to cover for smoking smell. I expected better for 3.5+ stars and an 8 rating. That said, I felt safe there and had a good night sleep. Staff was very accommodating

The staff was great. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. However there was no vanity or shelf’s in bathroom. There was no room for toiletries or towels. Towels were stored in a cabinet outside of bathroom. The breakfast buffet was cold and bland at best. Reds more seating options at lazy river area and pool bar charges automatic 18% gratuity for every debit.so if you go leave the tab open till done

Although, name changed to Radisson. No actual changes to hotel. The only downside , the bartender in oasis’s she’s not welcoming AT ALL, and very dismissive/rude. What’s worse; the gratuity is included with the bill, so she does not care. She was here last year with several complaints from other customers. Not sure how she is still employed here, honestly. Other than that, it’s an amazing place. Front desk staff are friendly. Also, beware of the nuisance of park staff trying to convience to join a seminar every 3 seconds. Will come here again

Clean room and excellent staff. Breakfast is amazing but It needs to be actualize the breakfast hours in the website says until 11am and it is until 10am. First day we got there after 10am and it was closed, for that we didn't get to have breakfast which it was included. That's the only constructive criticism.

Overall rating is very good.

The room was clean, staff were kind, pools were nice, barely any leaves in the lazy river and main pool. However; the toilet wouldn’t flush right. The room wasn’t properly styled for its size, weird layout. Seems very outdated. Food was alright for its price. Alcoholic drinks weren’t insanely good, but not bad. All in all decent for the price, very good location, very small adjustments in my opinion.

It might be booking.com fault for not disclosing the charge, or it was a new charge added after the hotel just recently changed ownership (hotel still has banner over old name), but I should not be charged extra for that. Booking.com has reached out to the hotel and they are not responding.

False advertising. As a family with children, including breakfast is important. Yet they only gave us two coupons for two breakfasts - not for the family. Also we had to argue about it being advertised with breakfast. Terrible customer service.

Arrived at Hotel at 9:30 pm after paying in full for 2 reserved rooms to be told I’m sorry we gave your rooms away, I said how they are paid for the young girl behind the desk says if it makes you feel better I have to tell 14 more guests the same thing, no it doesn’t make me feel better. I always promoted Radisson Hotels never again. To top it off they do this a lot with over booking because a woman was hanging out in the lobby as we headed back to our van she says I couldn’t help but overhear, these are some other hotels you can try. Beautiful property but beauty as they say is only skin deep when you don’t care about your customers.

Everything was good except they charged 826 for the room then after check out they charged me 93 dollars and the bar you have to watch your receipts we were giving the bartenders tips then looked at the receipt and they already charge 18% gradituity automatically for over priced drinks and they don't do very well with managing people throughout the place kids were running late at night and a while soccer team was having a family reunion in the laundry room right across our room till 1:30am. But the previous years we went it was great all the way around

There was always crowds of people in the hallways yelling and running. You could hear everything through the door. This kept us and our babies up at night. The rooms were a little out dated. And the location was over populated. Took 30 mins to go 5 mins down the road.

Check in was excellent, kudos to Iris, she was fantastic. The room was large and comfy, but there were no drawers to put our clothes and a very small closet that an ironing board and iron took p most of the space also the in room sae did not work, but temperature was great. One housekeeping note is that we did not get an wash cloths on the third night. But all and all it was a greatotel and will stay there again

Unfortunately I didn't take advantage of the hot tub. There were kids in there. But the lazy river pool looked amazing. The whole property inside and out looked great so take pride in that. The staff were pleasant. I didn't know there was breakfast so I can't review that but the rooms were nice..beds were compfy..NOT a smell of cigarettes or marijuana anywhere..Big Plus .

There is no way that this is a 3.5 star property. Mold and mildew in room, dirty carpets, a/c control pad didn’t work, rusted and filthy lampshades, mold in bathroom. Noisy neighbors partying. Cannot recommend. I’m astounded that it has 5 star reviews. I’d love to know what building and room they were in, certainly wasn’t the same as ours.

The room itself was equally outdated and in need of significant improvement. From the worn furnishings to the general condition, it did not provide the level of comfort or quality one would expect. One of the most concerning aspects of my stay was the breakfast. The food quality was extremely poor. The sausage was overcooked and unappetizing. I experienced food poisoning symptoms, which made the situation even worse. I would strongly recommend skipping the hotel breakfast altogether. There is an IHOP across the street, which would be a much safer and more enjoyable option. Overall, this hotel has potential due to its location, but it urgently needs upgrades, better maintenance, and a serious improvement in food quality and safety standards. Until those issues are addressed, I would not recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean and fit all of our needs. Beds were comfy. Pool and hot tub were a hit for the kids. We ordered from the restaurant for dinner and had an awesome easy pick up which was beyond helpful after a long day out. For the price and location you cannot beat it. We will definitely be back and would recommend!

The pool was not accessible while we were there due to weather. I felt like the lifeguards would not allow the pools to be open during the light rain without it lightning.

Vacuum the halls more often

My husband and I have stayed here every time was were I Orlando, but this time was very different. I only liked that the room was the same. The staff is rude and hung the phone up in our face when we told them our room didn’t have any wash cloths and one towel. The hot tub had so many chemicals that it burned my skin, to the point I had to run and shower real fast. The shower at the pool didn’t work, the swimming pool supposed to be heated but it was cold as ice, it’s just not the same!

The line was out the door from 4:00 until we returned from our event just before midnight. They did a TERRIBLE job by not communicating anything to the guests and just expected everyone to understand without so much as an explanation. The hotel is great - we've stayed there 5 times already in the past 3 months, but this stay was terrible and I've considered not coming back because of how un-empathetic the staff and managers were.

That there was not even a backup registration procedure was appalling. And nobody in the local staff had the common sense or initiative to check folks in manually and give them a room. Everything could have been solved quickly this way. Take a picture of credit card and ID and give the families a room. Then sort out matters later when the system is up and running. This incompetence left only many, many disgruntled guests behind, who in all probability blame Radisson for a ruined Orlando vacation.

The room and hotel is clean. 4/5 stars, only because the pool is not heated; making it too cold to swim in during February. In the evenings, when temps went down to 60-70s, being from Canada and used to the cold we figured it would’ve been alright. But the water was colder than the outside air.

I've stayed at this location multiple times. Friendly staff easy check-in a little dated but clean and gets the job done. I had free breakfast vouchers through expedia but I can assure it's not worth paying for just go to mcdonalds if you can.

Three back exit that was closer to my semi truck on the first floor the door wouldn't unlock from the outside (dead battery) so I would go through one of the side doors which also didn't work but you could just open the door without a key. Really not a big deal. Overall, this place is awesome and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be coming back here again!

You can set the temp you desire, but temp never got any warmer then 69!! Oh yeah! The bed closet to the door, has a bent leg..so be careful jumping on bed .. it's going to break due to bent leg..( room 1505 I think) Otherwise, wonderful stay!!

Room was clean and breakfast was good. Room was outdated and had rusted/moldy fixtures behind the bathroom door. Bathroom fan was incredibly loud. Walls are paper thin and we had to make a couple of calls down to the front desk because guests were fighting and loud. Too cold to use the pool or lazy river, which was the reason we booked. TV did not have apps or smart capabilities so we weren’t able to watch our own movies or shows. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, however the staff were very friendly and kind.

The beds were clean, smelled surprisingly fresh, and the pillows were comfy. No bed bugs under the mattress and bed was clean under sheets. The carpet was dry👍 The fridge worked and didn't stink. From the looks of the place I thought the carpets would be wet and there would be stains on the bed. For the price, I'd give it 5 stars. It takes a long time sometimes to get a hold of the front desk. Sometimes you do there yourself and they appear after some minutes. They've never answered the phone when I called. Still, it was so cheap and clean that I'd stay there again for a night if I really needed to.

Looked like water had been in the window at one point. One evening there was a homeless person in the lobby. Rooms lack places to put clothing and to set up luggage. No desk, no drawers.

The staff was super friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfy. The bfast buffet could use some more help. No microwave to heat up stuff and the pancake syrup was trickling as if needed a bigger spout, took a long time to get just a little bit out. They were running out of some food and coffee. Also the eggs were overcooked and oatmeal was undercooked and too watery. It was clear they were under staffed and just couldn’t keep up. If you went closer to the closing time there was hardly any food left. My advice: go early to get what you deserve.

Room was clean and checkin was quick and easy; however, I was not informed that there was no hot water in the building when I checked in. Found out when I tried to take a shower, called the front desk and they said it was getting worked. Next morning, there was still no hot water and the front desk said there’s no rooms in the other buildings. Didn’t offer solution or expected repair time. When we came back in the evening, there was finally hot water. Only a significant issue because I have kids and having hot water should be a basic expectation of a hotel room.

Beds were nice and comfy and the temperature of the room was easy to change when needed, when the temperature dropped the heat kicked right in. We could hear the people above us which was not great and our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay.

The rooms are dated and have a slight odor. The shower heads need to be updated to detachable making it easier to rinse and clean. The sofas are very dirty with smells and stains. The beds are comfortable. However, some of the duvets have major tears and holes. The breakfast time does not really serve until 10am. Went down at 9am and the options were completely depleted. Late night desk staff not responsive. One night there was no hot water. I called 9 times from 11:40pm to 12:30am and no answer. Went downstairs sat on sofa, called the phone and watch the guest service lady ignore the phone. When i informed her of the issue she presented another room as an option. Reporting that maintenance was gone. Went to the other room and it was disheveled, used and dirty. Went back downstairs and she said the computer said otherwise. We were offered another room. That one was in better shape. However, the ac was set to 66, butnl it felt like a sauna. We just stayed in our room and took cold showers. The next morning another guests service team member acknowledged there was a hot water issue throughout the building. Had that been acknowledged initially, bouncing around roo.s at 1:30am could have been avoided. Outside of that the checkin was very pleasant and effortlessly.

To start the hotel is very old, and outdated, the staff was nice, they told me that as VIP member of Expedia they will upgrade me to a pool view room and also gave me 2 complimentary breakfast vouchers for 2 people, for each day I was going to be there, when we went to our room the carpets in the hallways was severely stained and decelerated, like bleach stains, there was a strong smell from I dont know what, and even though the rooms were non smoking there was a strong smell of weed. The room looked organized with clean linens, the room was just plain old and the carpet seem as it has seen better days, there were two couches and I didnt let my daughters to seat there, when I opened the window to look at the pool, all I had was a wall in front of me, no pool view at all, the bathroom was outdated, with holes in the baseboard , and the drain in the shower was pealing off and the rust was showing off, the breakfast was terrible and we rather paid to eat somewhere else, here is where it gets interesting, at night while sleeping we got woke up by some weird whistling ( we dont know what it was or where it came from, but it was very strange) the second night we got woke up by some multiple weird bangs super loud on the bathroom counter (again we dont know what it was or where it came from), the parking lot smell like piss very badly. I would not recommend this place, and of course I will not stay there again to anyone !!! And I suggest you google “Red Lion Kissimmee heard sound”

This is a hotel that lacks maintenance and cleanliness. The carpet and elevator are extremely dirty, the pool towels are very old, and there's a store where the prices displayed on the items are not the prices you actually pay; when you go to pay, it costs much more. The front desk service was very good, but it's not a family-friendly hotel.

The check in was very easy. We made a reservation through Expedia so it was all there when we arrived. The women at the front desk was nice and efficient. Our room was clean but a bit dated. Had a view to the pool, very nice, but it was too cold to swim. Breakfast was as not exciting. It was free, for us, but would not be worth the 15.00 they want to charge, per person, as other hotels have better free breakfast.

Staff was good. The building could use some maintenance. The carpets were extremely dirty and one of the elevators didn't work, which was a pain because there were a lot of people using them and we had to wait a long time to get on the one working one. When we got to our room, the key card didn't work because the batteries in the door sesor were dead. The maintenance guy came up but he didn't have the right tool to fix the door, so he just prior it off the door inside the room and changed the batteries. Then he left without reattaching the sensor.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 12 times. The rooms are always clean and large. I love that there are 2 separate sinks. The room I was in this time was clean and the beds comfortable. The only complaint i had was how loud the bathroom fan was. Other than that, evwrything elae was good.

Now for the fun part: this hotel has a lazy river! It’s not heated, so winter might not be ideal, but it’s still a charming surprise. My room was spacious, and every staff member I met was warm and welcoming. The young man working in the hotel’s shop was especially friendly—so much so that I ended up buying a bigger suitcase from him. Food options in the area are limited late at night, and any delivery has to be dropped off at the front desk for security reasons. The hotel’s vending machines, especially drink choices, could use an upgrade, but that’s a small gripe compared to everything else. I also noticed the housekeeping team doing incredibly thorough work—moving furniture, checking corners, and really giving each room a deep clean. I would not recommend. The pull out bed was broken. We were not given bedding for the pull out bed even after asking multiple times. We were told that we would receive 2 free breakfast each day but wasn't. We were told that coffee would be offered in the lobby at 7 a.m. But after we kept checking and no coffee we asked several times and there was still no coffee out at 8:30. The store inside the hotel was extremely overpriced. But the worse was being awakened one night at 1 a.m. With people fighting in the hallway and cops being called and at 3 a.m. One night by drunk people partying outside our door. Staff did not handle any issues. We were charged 35.00 for early check in when we were told it was 25.00. Terrible stay!!!

The toilet wasn’t much cleaner but the handle leaked and just left water in the floor everytime you flushed it. There was dog poop all over the lawns outside and people were smoking right in front of the doors, and it smelled like marijuana inside. I was put on the 7th floor with my disabled spouse, and every elevator violated ADA. They put trash cans in front of the buttons so we had to move them to use the elevators. No less than 3 times did the elevator try to close on the wheelchair. We requested the late checkout and were confirmed to have that. Except before we could check out they had housekeeping slamming on our door, nearly 45 minutes before late checkout and they insisted they were never told. On top of this when we did get ready to leave we were locked out of our room because the cards automatically expire despite us having the late checkout. This meant my disabled spouse was locked away from their medications and personal belongings which include emergency medicine. This should never happen.

My room was never cleaned. I was there from Friday to Sunday. I had to call to get fresh towels. My bed wasnt cleaned. The breakfast fruit was sour, the waffles tasted odd. Biscuit, sausage and eggs were good.

This is my go to hotel to stay at when I visit because staff is always nice and if you need help or need a change they will do their very best to get it done for you. So many things are close by for you to do especially attractions and restaurants. The room floors are always very quiet and it’s one of the places I actually visit the pool at after my long day around.

We had dirty towels in the room, the furniture was dated and stained, also every lamp was rusted through the lamp shade. The WiFi was constantly disconnecting and the tv service was poor. The lazy river section of the pool had no chairs or tables.

The stay and room was 💯 amazing and was very clean and there is a very nice out door park with two pools and a hot tub. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our room was clean. The sports bar was nice as was the pool… Could use a better restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful, but there was nobody to clean your room for the three days we were there, nowhere were there any dressers to put our clothes in. The smell in the hall was musty up on the fourth floor and the carpets probably could be replaced but overall it was a nice stay and would use again if we can’t get on Disney property!

The lady that checked us in barely spoke to us but was efficient. Room was clean but we noticed the thermostat wasn’t working until we climbed into bed so we called and she told us the maintenance guy had left for the evening and we could move rooms. Second room looked the same but not as nice of a view outside but that was ok. Both mornings we woke up to the housekeeping staff shouting to each other in the hallways (continuously from about 7:30am - 9am). Hotel breakfast buffet was ok but the second day, the waitress barely looked in our direction. Had to chase her down to get a drink and every table in the restaurant was dirty or had plates on it. We were excited about trying out the lazy river pool but was told that it doesn’t open until 11 AM. Meanwhile, the other pool opened at 9 AM (no signage stating this) Very disappointed. Rooms and price were decent but service were incredibly lacking.

Hotel room was clean, comfortable, quiet. Only a few bummers - one was that there was no coffee pot in the room and it wasnt available until late morning in the lobby. And the other was that the front desk thought it was a great idea to call me at 2 in the morning to tell me they had our breakfast vouchers there waiting for me... At 2 in the morning, I couldnt give a rat's furry tooshie about breakfast vouchers...Otherwise, it was a great stay.

I've stayed here at least 10 times and every time it's clean and quiet. The rooms are large, and one of my favorite aspects is there are 2 sinks; one of which is outside the bathroom, so I can get ready while my family is showering.

The front desk girl was the unfriendliest front desk person ive come across. She just asked for your credit card for a deposit hold, gave you your room keys and told you where to look for your room. Didnt give me a map of the hotel, didnt tell me where the pool was, the restaurant absolutely no info whatsoever. There was a roach in the bathroom which i did not expect at all and that was as soon as i walked in the bathroom.Other than that the hotel was ok beds were decent, no coffee machines in the room but there was a mini fridge and microwave so plus for that. No staff really visible to show you around or tell you where things are in the hotel. Just the lil things that would make this hotel much better! No where mear horrible but def no where near the best either. 2.5 - 3 out of 5 @ the very best.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful! The room was very nice and everything worked as it should. Room rate was very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a great stay minus the kids running in the hallways.

Pretty healthy breakfast not too many options but good for a quick breakfast.. loved the hot tub and the room was really clean and the staff super friendly

This place was great. Had a bar, free breakfast, hot tub, pool, and a central location to everything in Kissimmee and Orlando.

Very pleasant stay, front desk was very accommodating and helpful. Clean room with microwave,fridge, and iron. Minutes from Disney and major retailers. Food and shopping was very convient. Pool and lazy river were an added plus! Very satisfied with our stay!

Always a great stay at the red lion, I’ve stayed here multiple times a year for the past 4 years and it’s always an amazing stay. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

I would stay again. Staff was amazing. Breakfast buffet was good and priced well. It was a quick drive to all Disney parks and parking at Red Lion even on weekend was just fine. Only downside for me was Carpets were pretty stained and off putting in the hallways.

We had a great 1 night stay. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river. Staff were very friendly.

Nice hotel

Outside the hotel stank of weed. When i went to ask for room removal to a different room, one of the guests recently had some altercation and was telling the customer service," it was a good thing he did not have his gun" Room itself was not terrible, the atmosphere was dreadful

Everyone was very professional, nice and welcoming. Room was cozy, clean and perfect. The little store inside was a true life savior with anything you forgot to pack and more! Pool wasn’t heated but still enjoyable; jacuzzi was fabulous. Food at the restaurant was a bit pricey but worth it. Also don’t forget to bring your basketball or tennis rackets because their courts are official! Lazy river had a slide which was great too! We forgot a bag but was able to pick it up the very next day.

Had a great stay here. Room was clean, and had everything we needed. Perkins , Walgreens and IHOP within walking distance.

This hotel was very nice. I was not expecting much because of the price, but got much more than I expected. I appreciate the staff for talking with me, and accommodating all of my needs.

I've been staying here since they opened and never had any complaints or issues. I will continue to stay in this hotel.

The WiFi didn’t work we were on the third floor and called the front to ask about it they said the only thing they could do was move us because the WiFi doesn’t work in that floor. But there was nothing available.

Nice hotel

The pool was cold, and the hot tub looked like a bubble bath with dirty bubbles. A vendor tried selling you stuff as soon as you walked in. The room sofa was stained, the chair was broken, the air conditioning system couldn't be turned off. Overall needs some serious upgrading.

We didn’t eat their breakfast, but it smelled yummy!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the experience, particularly the relaxed atmosphere and breakfast offerings. We appreciated the secure environment, including the security measures implemented to ensure safety. The room was spacious and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.

Great hotel for the price

Staff was excellent. Lamp shade looked like it came out of dump. Completely rusted. Far had drooping blades. Rust around door stop. Around bathroom tile needed a good cleaning. Room we we were in needed renovating.
