First off chair and carpet in room was very dirty didn’t sit or walk on floors without shoes. Then room service cleaned room and left door open I reported it but was instead asked how was it left open. Unbelievable. Then said they needed to know cause it was a serious accusation. It doesn’t matter how the door didn’t need a card to open. The beds were comfortable

Would never recommend. One of the worst stays I've ever experienced. Not only were the rooms; Yes, ROOOMS, infested with roaches. It was poorly cleaned and there was even blood stains on the bed. The only good review I can give was the staff on site were professional and nice by accommodating me with another room. As well as apologizing for the inconveniences. Other than that, worst place to stay.

The first night we had no hot water to take a shower. My husband went to the front desk and informed them of this, and his response was Wow! That’s surprising people are usually complaining because the water is to hot. We didn’t get any help until the following morning. They needed to replace the valve. Our first night was unpleasant, but the following night was pleasant.

I like that the property was close to some things When I first checked in, I had issues with the night manager or the night person that was working they said that we couldn’t check in early when I had messaged the property through Booking.com and they said that was fine then proceeded to give us a dirty room and then I had to go and complain and actually got the room that we requested the first room we were in were dirty had mold, had roach and bedbug feces, and the ceiling was capping in the walkways were dangerous due to the ceiling and the roof issues

Overall the staff was very nice and as helpful as they could be. The hotel room was very damp and smelled like mildew. Their breakfast area was somewhat on the smaller side. They need to update the ac’s in the rooms and tend to the cleanliness a little more

The only issue was, and it’s not a hotel issue, is to get to most of the food places nearby that are within walking distance, is almost impossible without driving. The hotel is on a very busy freeway and there is no crosswalk of any kind. It would be dangerous to walk across. There is a little seafood restaurant and a bonefish grill within a few feet from the hotel, as well as a ice cream shop. The employees were extremely kind and helpful as well. The room was cleaned daily, and it was perfect for a 3 night stay!

Breakfast was great, the area was tight considering how many guests were there. Staff was friendly and housekeeping did great. Considering the renovations, it was not a bad stay and my kids enjoyed it. Hoping for some carpet cleaning or replacement and an updated ac unit with a few other updates to the rooms. I would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Really only used it as a place to sleep as I like to be out and about. One thing I didn’t like at all was that they don’t want you to take the breakfast to your room. I personally like to relax when I eat and watch some tv, etc. There were so many people in the lobby and no where for me to sit and a staff member came to tell me I couldn’t leave.

My experience was poor from start to finish due to several significant issues: The Room: The mattress was long past its prime with noticeable divots. There was also a lingering, unpleasant odor in the room. Hygiene: The cleaning was mediocre at best; finding black makeup stains on the pillowcases was unacceptable. Amenities: The shower had almost no water pressure, and the provided soap and shampoo were of very poor quality. Safety: Most concerningly, the door lock did not function properly. In a hotel, you should at least feel secure, and I did not feel safe here. I hope management takes these maintenance and housekeeping issues seriously, as the property currently feels neglected."

Room hadn't been clean well at all with pieces of stuff still on the carpet and a nasty black spot that was gel like on the bathroom floor. I took pictures and you could see this was brushed over in a rushed way that left it unacceptable. The TV was terrible. It was fuzzy on every channel and not premium at all. There's 11 channels. Two are PBS, and one is Spanish only. Several was news or local channels. The office door and one of the big windows had finger smudges all over like it was cleans after that days earlier breakfast. I was grossed out with the entire stay. The beds are not comfortable and very hard so if you want a really firm bed, this is the place. Also the toilet paper holder is behind where you'll sit on the toilet which is not reachable so you have to stand up to get to it. The A/C made a chirping noise periodically which was annoying. I paid for three nights and left after the first. It was that bad to me. You've been warned if you read this. This was my worst hotel stay in many years. This is a great location for Disney, and that's about it. I'd pay more or chose somewhere else next time.

We have stayed here several times. It's convenient and if we can't get into the Shades of Green on Disney Property we stay here. We never really have dealt with the staff unless checking in or checking out. The pool looks very clean, the rooms are clean as well. The only thing I would complain about is not having a separate area where the sink is to change. The toilet and tub are behind a closed door, but very small area. I think there should be a separate area from the shower and toilet area to change especially when more than 2 people are staying in the room.

Fantastic location to Disney, friendly staff, $100 security deposit released immediately upon checkout, great breakfast in the morning, felt safe, comfy beds The water was either extremely (burn level) hot or ice cold. No in between. I found spiders in my room on two separate occasions. One of which was a brown recluse (venomous!) and I had my infant with me. That made me very angry. The rooms were very poorly sealed/insulated.

This property was terrible! The rooms were nasty. The carpet was wet, towels were stained and bugs were everywhere. The pictures that they show on Expedia are nothing like in person. Also, when I got home and unpacked, I realized that I had items that I purchased from Disney are missing. The items missing cost more than $200. I was told housekeeping would only come every three days, but they came the day after check-in which I thought was really weird and they came the rest of the trip. We were only there for three nights so they shouldn’t have even been in our room. We also got locked out of our room twice while we were there. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

Having rooms facing out to the parking already doesn’t feel as secure as a hotel and feels more like a motel. Which just meant every time I left the room I took everything with me. Not very convenient. Also make sure that windows are locked as both rooms had window closed but locks were left open which was also not very secure.

EVERYTHING! I’ve genuinely never had a better hotel stay. My room was right by the pool which was great. We loved the pool. The location was great. The breakfast was phenomenal! The staff were all very pleasant! They came and cleaned our room every day. No complaints! There’s nothing I disliked!

Breakfast was okay. There were 2 washing machines not working, out of order, only 1 machine was good. We decided to go out to a laundromat to wash our laundry. The laundry room needs improvement. That’s my only complaint. Thank you.

Employees that couldn’t be bothered wheni was checking in, employee was more concerned about their DoorDash order. It looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned in years, dust and little bugs everywhere. Opened the door to the outside only to be greeted by a dead cockroach and there was a huge utility machine in front of the hotel that made too much noise. Definitely will not be coming back. Save yourselves.

Rooms were ok. Definitely need some updating but worked for what was needed. On property breakfast was ok at best. We had some issues with check in and the room not being ready causing our day to be delayed significantly and other reservations had to be cancelled. The front desk staff was little help and wanted to do bare minimum, filled with empty promises and no follow through. I would not stay here again.

Good location My wife and I are Disney Pass Holders and we travel to Orlando on average every six weeks to visit one of the theme parks. The last three visits we have stayed at quality Inn hotel. The price was moderately average and close to all the parks and entertainment we usually enjoy. However, the last three times we have stayed at this hotel. There has always been an issue checking in. The first time we stayed there and checked in we were greeted by a gentleman behind the counter who obviously hated his job and was not friendly at all. The second time we visited we had to wait over an hour and a half to get to our rooms because we had to wait for the pest control guy to finish all three floors and finally this third and last time we stayed there they gave away our room because somebody got their first. We had made the reservation at least two weeks outand sent a request to the hotel, asking for first floor and a quiet spot the other two previous times they were able to accommodate this time. I was told somebody got there first and they gave away our room. I even showed them the confirmation that they sent me request approved so what good is sending a confirmation saying request is approved if they're not gonna honor it the staff behind the counter couldn't care less we will be searching for a new hotel.

It was close to the Disney parks I didn’t like the room, the rug has a very bad smell, the linen on the beds had the same smell. I didn’t sleep comfortably at all. We knew cleaning wasn’t properly when we found used socks under the sofa bed. The breakfast was not good, and as my husband was walking in to get his breakfast the staff closed the doors on his face. The facilities all around were not pleasing at all. For the price we paid, it was not it! They advertise as hotel, but it’s more of a motel for me.

Tv was tough to get working had to have them on hotels web to load then all night was interrupted on tv with other people on there phone to airplay there should be a code for each room. I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. There were cockroaches in the room, and when I reported it, the staff said they would only check it after we checked out, which was not an adequate response. I also requested early check-in and was charged an additional fee. When I asked if they could hold my luggage for a couple of hours after check out, they wanted to charge extra for that as well, which I declined. Overall, the service and cleanliness did not meet expectations.

I like that it was located close to the parks Before I set up my reservation, I called and spoke with an employee who told me you off direct shuttles to Disney World. When I arrived, I found out it wasn’t true. Also, when I arrived, I asked if early check in was available. The person at the front desk told me there would an extra fee if it was available. But instead of checking that first, he checked in my bags that I was going to be leaving with you until my room was ready. Then he checked and of course my room was ready and I could check in early. So I wasn’t given a refund on my baggage fee, I paid for an early room check in, and there wasn’t a direct shuttle to Magic Kingdom

Breakfast was good. Too many smoke smells of mariquana outdoors coming thru the room vents from downstairs which was annoying. Close to Disney- convenient. Daily room service was ok but could improve. Parking was convenient.

Some of the room outlets didn’t work, the breakfast was exactly the same every day, and the daily room cleaning only included making the bed—they didn’t clean anything or take out the trash. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Location was as expected for mid range price hotel. Do note that the rooms opened directly to the outside rather than enclosed hall. It was quiet to sleep, even though it faced a street. Breakfast food was typical. Wished it served to 9:30AM. *** The one problem was the shuttle. It didn't pick up early and we had to drive to the Magic Kingdom which resulted in an extra $35 parking fee. Don't depend on the shuttle for your transportation.

We did see a roach in our room the day we checked in. I killed it and we didn't see anymore after that. Also, the TV had a line across the bottom of the screen. And the shower curtain was torn and one of the comforters was torn as well. As far as the comfort of the bed, my back was already hurting before I got there but the bed didn't help.

The room was clean and smelled great. Initially I was very pleased with this property until toward the end of our week long stay. A shopping bag full of souvenirs from our trip came up missing and when I called to speak to the hotel manager I was told they weren’t available. I explained that I am 100% positive it was removed by housekeeping and was told someone would call me back. It has been days and I still have not received a phone call from the manager. So I will now be contacting someone through the corporate phone number. This is unacceptable.

The room itself was not clean, there was dust, I had to clean the coffee maker to use it the very night I arrived, and don't get me started on the carpet....🙄 There was hair, dust, and it just appeared that the room was not vacuumed in quite some time. But I made the best of it and I didn't complain. Let's hope they do better when they see this.

The room wasn't as clean as I had hoped for. There was a chair in the room that had a reddish stain on it, some of the pillows weren't cleaned (still had stains on it). We also saw a cockroach near the washroom area, and a spider on the ceiling.

However, I want to especially recognize Elizabeth, who was serving breakfast on Tuesday (3/31). She was incredibly warm, cheerful, and welcoming—truly a standout. She made the morning enjoyable and created a great atmosphere for guests. I would give her 100% for her outstanding service. The rooms were clean, and I appreciated that housekeeping maintained them well each day. Room was in poor condition. Had roaches. Door to room was not sealed so when it rained, water flowed in on the carpet. Entire room was damp. Fire alarm went off multiple times throughout the night because the alarm needed maintenance.

Cleaning and front desk staff were very kind. They offer a free shuttle to the Disney them parks but we missed our shuttle as the driver pulled up and only stood there for one minute and left us there without notifying us. We only went here because the Maingate Lakeside Resort closed down and we had to find another place to stay at the last second.

Clean room but tub area is worn, needs recauking, towels clean but time to be replaced. Cable for TV was out when we arrived and told it was being worked on. Never was fixed. Our room wasn't clean. There was a cockroach in the room for which we got a 2 day stay out of the 7 days we stayed there. We were told after we had breakfast that we couldn't take the two muffin we had from the breakfast, we couldn't take them out of the dining room. But for several days we watched people take plates out of the dinong room. I would not stay yhere again.

They took cash as a deposit and then acted as if it was a problem to give it back at checkout. Don’t accept cash if you can’t refund it at checkout.

It was an easy drive to Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs (the hotel also offers a free shuttle that we didn’t use due to timing) and a great hot breakfast. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the outdoor pool was clean and well maintained (but a bit chilly for February!) I would stay here again.

The bed was dirty. The carpet was filthy. The bathroom door didn't close. You had to listen to people talking outside until 2am. Don't call this a hotel. It should be listed as a motel. The only thing this motel has going for it....it is close to Disney World.

Room small and hotel somewhat dated but it was clean and staff very helpful and Friendly. The breakfast area was well stocked and maintained. Our stay actually exceeded our expectations based on the location and affordable pricing.

The place was just in terrible condition. It was very cold in Orlando 39 degrees that night. No heat. I called and they brought me a space heater that didn’t work at all. The bed cover was stained. It look like it had never been washed. So no heat or clean blanket. I do not recommend anyone to stay there. Dirty and very noisy. People walking by your door at 2am talking loudly and car alarms. You can hear the truck going by. The door didn’t close properly.

The room smelled, there’s gaps in the entry door and door frame, it’s extremely outdated and just gross. I’m guessing this isn’t far from being torn down. Even a refurbishment wouldn’t help this place. Also, not enough food for people to get breakfast and not enough places to sit if you do manage to get food. Also, the shuttle isn’t conveniently timed to get to the parks. It doesn’t leave for EPCOT until 11:15. So odd.

The location was very close to everything including Walt Disney World and plenty of restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was adequate. The bedding wasn’t that comfortable and could use new mattresses and pillows. Overall though we had a very nice stay here.

Just okay. Wouldn't stay there again. Disappointed on the lack of theme park shuttles they offered and breakfast. Two top reasons we stayed and ended up not using either. Rooms were fine but a little small. Had a few issues when we first arrived but staff was able to address (unfortunately half did not speak English so it made it a little difficult) I would give the bed a 3 out of five.

Had an odd smell at first, then it went away not sure if the rug wasn’t clean well. Bathroom had bad tiles and the water took a long time to get warm to shower. The front light don’t work but the lamps did, also the TV I had to login into Netflix which was fine but Tyhad a lot of steps to login to WIFI and no cable options. The breakfast was good I enjoyed it and the hotel did what it was suppose to do so it was fine for my stay.

Once Inside room, smelled stale and congested, carpet was damaged, mold in the bedroom and not very clean. Very old hotel and photos are miss leading. Over priced, very disappointing with the overall experience.

The room is in very bad condition especially the bathroom, the toilet was completely loose, the bathtub clogged up, the AC (PTac model) has the evaporator coil very dirty, the front door is unsafe, I think the owners have to invest some money on it, I believe they just want to collect money without inversion... I hope they see this review and improve the rooms conditions for future guests..

We have stayed here several times and like this hotel. Good parking, lots of lighting at night, and lots of video cameras. Breakfast is good with 4 waffle makers and lots of tables. Coffee and juice are available 24 hours in the lobby. Only one elevator which is a bit rickety. Good location for Disney parks. Would come here again. No scummy resort fees!

The staff was very polite and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

There was also a large gap under the entrance door, and since it was −10°C outside with no heater in the room, it was freezing all night. The hotel told us they don’t provide heaters at all. The staff didn’t care when we complained and were very dismissive. Breakfast was terrible , not fresh, mostly empty, and the eggs and sausages looked like they had been sitting out for days. After eating there, we felt sick and suspect the food made us ill. They also advertise a shuttle to Disneyland, but it’s very misleading. It only runs once in the morning and once at night to just one park, and they do not have shuttle to the major park which is Magic Kingdom !!! On top of that, the hotel claims it’s close to Disneyland, but the actual travel time was much longer than advertised, especially with normal traffic. I would definitely not stay here again.

The lack of heating during extremely cold weather made the stay miserable. Cold air came through the door and we were freezing every night. The staff were dismissive and unprofessional when we raised these issues. Breakfast was awful, limited options, not refilled, and the eggs and sausages looked days old. We also felt ill after eating. To make matters worse, the hotel advertises a shuttle to Disneyland and claims to be close by, but both are misleading. The shuttle barely runs and only goes to one park, no shuttle for Magic Kingdom park! and the actual distance and travel time are much longer than advertised. This place was far below expectations and not worth the money.

There were multiple roaches multiple days. I went to the front desk and addressed my concern and wanted my room sprayed. The girl said she could switch my room. I told her what good will that do if they are going room to room. She took my number and said she would get back to me about spraying the room. Still have not gotten that call.

However, in twelve nights, housekeeping only came twice. Therefore, we had to go to the front desk to get towels on several occasions. The rooms keep out no outside noise so it can be very noisy. Also, on a petty note, breakfast is at 630 but they don’t put any yogurt out until 800am…makes no sense. Also, there’s no phone in the rooms so you can’t call the front desk.

Room was clean and spacious but a little dated. Since I didn't plan to spend a lot of time in my hotel room dated did not bother me at all. They had a decent breakfast with yummy fresh waffles. Parking was free and I parked right in front of my room. Hotel was close to Disney but parking is very expensive. I would consider using an Uber or Lyft next time to get to the park. I would stay here again in the future.

Found a couple of bugs in the room. Stayed at quality Inn suites for Disney World full marathon weekend. Price of the room is great. The bed and mattress are great. Big room and free parking. The breakfast was good and tasty. but the room was not clean… pubes in the shower to start. Not just one, there were multiple in it, on the side, and the floor. You can tell the rooms aren’t cleaned thoroughly. I looked on the side of the night stand for the outlet and it was so dirty down there with dust, a hair tie, piece of candy.. The door to the room also didn’t seal tightly… you could see the light from outside along the entire door all night… also you could clearly tell people had smoked in the room before even though it says no smoking. Hotel centrally located to shopping and dining and on the Walt Disney World parks. Breakfast was monotonous with sausage and waffles. One day they did have biscuits and gravy. They also had fresh fruit yogurt and orange juice. Shadow service was OK but leaves away after the parks open housekeeping services were definitely lacking as we only got service twice in 12 days. Even after they cleaned, it wasn’t very clean. heater in our room did not work and was very loud as it was 37° the first two nights we were there. If you want a package delivered to the front be expected to pay a fee to get it for the purpose of serve for us to sleep every night it was OK but I would not stay here again.

We arrived around 530ish p.m., check is was fine. Got to our room to unload and relax. Inspected the room (very small and tight), not the cleanest and a cup of water was left in the fridge. Around 930pm as we were about to get to bed, a roach cralwed around the nightstand, and all over our stuff. Went ti the front desk immediately. They were nice enough to change rooms from a 2 double to a king and a pull out. It was a 2 room, so a lot more space. Got to that room and theres a spider crawling from the ceiling. Food on the floor by the bed, and since there were 4 of us, we pulled out the pullout only to find hair, food and plastic in it. Lets not forhet the 2 inch mattress was so badly stained...i guess they changed shift cause after 1115 pm the guy at the front desk, was only there for a job. He switched us to another 2 doubled that just happened to open up (also a 2 room with a pull out). Luckily there were no bugs, but still a lot of food on the floor, hair in the tub, an open used bar of soap and something pink and sticky in the fridge. It was now after midnight, itwas better than either rooms with insects. Turned on both heaters (coldest nights in a while) and one didnt work. I had to check out a personal size space heater from the front desk. Didnt do much, but it was something. After packing up and moving, we disnt get stettled in and ready for bed until after 1-2am (with little kids) so we ended up sleeping in almost missing breakfast and missed hours of the WDWpark.

The staff was kind. The laundry facilities were available, so I could do my laundry right away, which was great. They also exchanged money at the front desk. There were shops nearby, so I had no trouble finding dinner. I was able to relax and enjoy my time. Thank you!

I only stayed to sleep. I didn't have breakfast, nor did I use the pool facilities. I saw the breakfast area, and the food looked good, and everything was clean and new. The room was very clean. I had access to the parking lot in front of my room. It has all the amenities. The rooms are old and lack attention to detail, and the carpeting is what I didn't like.

It seemed to be but I never could get any heat. It was set on air conditioning. I turned into heat and never blow any hot air so I just turned it off cuz it was just warmer not having anything on

We were so tired after the flight from the UK and got in late that we slept under our own fleece on the sofa as it was better than it was a bed. Staff were very pleasant, reception and breakfast excellent. IMO more of a motel than a hotel and would have scored a lot higher but for the sofa bed. Will recommend to people if they’re not needing the sofa bed, which was one of the main reasons we booked.

The air conditioner wasn’t working properly, the front door doesn’t close all the way, and you can hear everything from the outside.

The room was cleane and you could tell it had been updated recently .They say the beds are queens but I would call them full size .2 adults struggle to sleep comfortably .The breakfast was hot ans well prepped .Staff was everywhere and defintly on top of keeping breakfast stocked .Would defintly consider staying again ,accomadations for what we needed and the budget we were on the stay was satisfactory.

Staff was not supportive at all, room condition, beddings were poor. I paid them at reception and got my keys, in few seconds I came back and complained about the room. They refused to change or upgrade my room, I sked for refund they refused that too. Its like forcing to sell you goods.

Room was very dated and pictures were probably photoshopped. Staff would not allow a later check out even when they were informed I had 5 hours to kill. Lot of weed smoking on the property all weekend. The “lake” is an algae infested pond that is undesirable to look at.

The room was good for the night, beds were comfortable and hot shower. At breakfast time there was a do it yourself little waffles, scrambled eggs, Sausage links, cereals and sliced bread (theres a toaster). There were pastries too but were old when I stayed there. Hot coffee, tea or juice. I think it has everything you need to keep you going on the day.

The hotel location is in walkable distance to many restaurants and drugstores! I like the bus rides available to DisneyWorld, although only available a few times a day, it was very convenient to our trip without having a car.

The property itself was okay, the rooms were pretty standard/clean and staff was helpful. The outside of the property was a little run down and felt like one of those hotels people live in (people were working on cars, sitting on the porch talking/yelling on the phone at 11pm). The location was decent though, pretty close to everything and plenty of walkable places. We were disappointed in the shuttle services though. The only reason we chose this property was because they offered shuttle services to DisneyWorld and they were offered at weird times well after the parks had opened. They also only offered services to 2 parks. We've stayed in other non Disney properties before (that weren't available this time) that offered shuttles to all parks and before they opened so you could still get there to have a full day at the parks. It wasn't a terrible experience, but we most likely won't be staying here again.

The bed has bed bugs and they bite my wife. Now she has hives all though her right arm. Other than ok everything else was good, but leaving with an itchy arm overshadow the entire experience.

When I arrived the lady at the front desk was very nice. Directed me to my room. When I arrived at my room the door was propped open with latch and TV on. I asked front desk to come check it out before I went in and she said she couldn’t. When I went into my room the shower floor was slimy. Breakfast was ok. Eggs, sausage, toast and waffles. No fruit or yogurt. Only drink was orange juice. Transportation to parks is a one and done. They don’t take you until after park opening. No shopping shuttle even tho they said yes when I called to ask. Overall I would not stay here again

The room i stayed in unfortunately one of the mattresses had a broken on the edge as if someone extremely heavy sat in one spot for a very very long time and ruined the springs or cushion in it so it was hard to get a good nights sleep. The pool was great and definitely was nice since it wasnt very busy at all. The breakfast was good. Just coundnt believe how many inconsiderate people there were grabing 10 or more of the sausage patties or links. We will gladly stay again

The bathroom was floated when you took the bath water did not go down. The door was dirty. And to topped all there was a roach in the room. I slept there because I had no other choice but will not recommend this hotel I have a picture of it.

The door wouldn’t lock or unlock. They moved us to a different room and that door locked, but there was about a three-quarter inch gap where you could see daylight around it. They said they were going to do housekeeping every three days nobody ever showed up. It appeared that the counter staff had their family staying there because they were always asleep on the couches in the lobby day or night.

I can tell ,I was sorprise the condition of hotel.Nice people good condition,good breakfast,but I dont like TV.The system is horrible for a couple of 80 years.W e couldnt see nothing.Please think in grand parents that come visit the grand childrens.

Dissatisfied customer. Staff at check-in was unpleasant and not helpful. Seemed to have an attitude that I booked thru Expedia. Arrived early but wasn't given the option to store my bags while I waited. I noticed that option was avaliable to another customer checking in later. Elevator was on the outside of the building. Room was small and cramped; very dim lighting even with all the lamps on. Breakfast was extremely limited. I would not recommend this motel. Of course one could say you get what you pay for.

Overall stay at the property was fine the room was nice for the price it was clean and it was convenient because it wasn't too far from where we were going but I will never stay there again I checked out on August 10th and I still have not received my $100 deposit back and when I call the 1-800 number the young lady seen in the computer where the property had not refunded my deposit yet and I needed to call the property I called the property and the property told me that they did give me my deposit back when they didn't so I have to get to get my deposit back I had to call my bank and dispute it and wait for an investigation for me to get my deposit back so I will never stay at that property again

I was told housekeeping once every 3 days only, till the 4th day housekeeping did not show up, check with front desk not sure what happen. 5th day still no clean up, check with front desk again, can only hope they will come on the 6th. Finally room is cleaned on the 6th day.

I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that i didn't like was the amount of noise from people outside. From other guests and the employees early in the morning. I completely understand they have a job to do, but hearing the carts going up and down the sidewalk at 730am with a sleeping child with me wasn't ideal. Other than that it was a nice stay.

The room was so humid. Had leaks in the sink area. It was taken care when it was reported but the room itself was just damp. The towels would not dry. Friends that had another room didn’t have this problem

I usually come to this hotel when Im in town every week. my stay is usually no complaints quiet and clean. This time the room was not so up to par with cleanliness. I saw a couple roaches and black beetles or some kinda bugs this time which I’ve never seen here so it was shocking and disappointing. Then the fire alarm rang at 3am for about an hour nonstop throughout the whole building waking me up so that was disturbing.

On our 1st night we unfortunately had a slight issue with the toilet backing up. However, both the front desk and maintenance staff members were sensitive to our needs. Stephen, the maintenance person who attended us, was prompt, helpful and extremely friendly. Our "problem" was quickly solved! The hotel is clean and quiet. The hotel's breakfast buffet has a variety for everyone. Coffee/tea, juice and water are available 24/7 in the lobby. The hotel also offers daily scheduled shuttles to and from many of the areas theme parks at no additional cost. The hotel also offers an on site coin operated laundry area as well as an outdoor pool. We had a GREAT time and would definitely stay here again!

We were dropped off in front of the lobby and it was pouring rain. They apparently had the sensor in the door shut off and I banged and screamed to be let in and finally had to forceably open the sliding doors me and my grandson were SOAKED. No apology was made front desk was rude. You couldn’t pay me to ever stay here again.

I had no issues at all here. Be prepared for tons of traffic in this area. It's a real pain. But, you are close to literally everything you could want or need.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Quality Inn. Extremely clean, quiet, convenient. No trash, loud music, people arguing. Room was beautiful. bathroom clean. Sinks were clean. Bed sheets were clean. Breakfast could have been better. There weren't many options to choose from. maybe add some fruit and or/sausage and bacon for those guest who like meat like myself. I will definitely be back! Keep up the good work!

In general the place is ok considering the price. The room had a problem with the lock and we wasted some minutes every time we accessed the room. The bed-sofa is a nightmare, super uncomfortable, we had to move the mattress to the floor. The breakfast was acceptable but we missed things like hot milk or bacon.

Wet paint on our entrance door and damaged my work shirt, cooler, and t-shirt. Wet paint got all over my hands and was difficult to remove.

It was exactly as I would have expected for the price and was the second best part of my trip after my suppers at Golden Corale.

What I didn't like is that most of the sockets aren't working. Other than that, everything else was good.

Specially the baths room. I have pictures it was very discusting And the staff Mr. George ( the manager super rude ) I was in shock that it is incredible that these types of situations happen in United States of America I felt like I was being scammed.

Everything was food except bath tub. Drain wouldnt hold water when stopped was in and water went straight from cold to burning hot. There was no in between.

This was our first stay in the hotel. We stayed in a suite, lots of room, very comfortable beds. The sofa bed was very old & a bit broken down. The breakfast was ok, plenty of choices but a very cramped space. The proximity to the parks is perfect. The staff at the hotel were always helpful and pleasant. Overall we enjoyed our stay and have already booked for October.

The only problem I had was the BED! It was the same type of bed I had on our trip to TN earlier this year. Seems like the hotels buy their beds from the same company. My back was out of line the entire stay. Like I said, it was the same type of bed I had in TN Visit.

Decent price, decent rooms, but they need to fix there AC systems in the rooms.

the phone in our room didn't work and it was to noise and people were smoking weed outside every day

Pool area very nice. Breakfast had a very good variety of foods.

The ac was so noisy, every time it turns on, would wake up us up. Did not get any sleep at all. The room was so hot. It was by the laundry room, so we can hear all the noise from there.

This is a good hotel for short travels

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. Area is nice. Breakfast is very good during the week but on weekends is not as good as during the week. The only bad thing I found is that on the day I was leaving, I found a very small roach on the table. Needs to spray better.

Property was very convenient. I would start there again for the location, but they need to pay how the park shuttle works. That was one of the reasons I booked this property but the shuttle was not convenient at all and we ended up driving to the park we were visiting resulting in an additional cost for Disney parking

We always stay in this hotel every time we travel to Kissimmee . We love it.

Good service. Facility had been renovated, but was still a tad bit dated. There was a big gap between the exterior door and the floor. I had to place a bath towel down to prevent pest entry. New door sweep needed or adjustment to brackets

Everything was good! Only thing is the breakfast could change up every morning and give more options. I’ve stayed at many other places that offer breakfast and they change up daily!

Great resort.

Did a late-night check-in and got a room that was left as-is by the previous resident. Was told they only clean rooms on certain days of the week. This should never happen at any hotel no matter how cheap!

On first arrival we had 2 cockroaches in the room. Which I feel are normal for Florida. After that we did not have any bugs. The room felt dirty. Staff was friendly, great location, and the outside property was nice. I did enjoy my stay but probably wouldn’t return to this hotel.
