I love that it's super close to everything but set back from the main drag so it's pretty quiet. Suites are big, beds are comfy. We've stayed here close to a dozen times. Well definitely be back.

This was our 2nd stay at this property and now considered our “go-to” place in Orlando. Our first night there was a problem with the AC unit and they quickly had someone there to try to repair it. When it couldn’t be repaired, they moved us to a new room with no problems. Easy check-in and easy check-out. We will be back! The only thing that could have been better is if we could have brought our little dog with us:)

Everything was right in the unit that you needed(stove,microwave,dishwasher, washer/ dryer, dishes pots & pans. I was very impressed. Pool, hot tub, snack bar just a. Very short walk away.

We very much liked the pool and jacuzzi. The 2 bedroom was spacious, but the master bathroom was not up to par. We planned on using the tub in the master suite, but when we arrived it was dirty and had hairs in it (I am assuming left from previous tenant). Since we couldn't use the tub, we tried using the actual shower in the master suite, and it was the same style shower as a decades old trailer. Small enclosure, and very outdated, not glass but stained yellow plexiglass surrounding it. We ended up using the secondary bathroom for our whole stay. The secondary bathtub was also dirty, and most likely not cleaned because when we went to shower in it for the very first time, we discovered hairs on the wall of the shower, which solidifies to me that the cleaning of both tubs in both bathrooms either did not happen, or happened not well enough to remove hairs. I would personally not stay here again, however for a large family with kids that needs multiple rooms at a reasonable price, it is not a bad option. Lastly, it does not have elevators, so be weary of getting a room on the 3rd floor, as you will be manually carrying up your luggage (and the stairs are very steep as well).

We loved our stay. The staff was super nice and they had a lot of supplies up front that you could ask for without question. The washer dryer was super nice, my kids loved the pool and playground. It was never super crowded. Room was clean. Only con was that our AC went out and the last 2 days it got hot and muggy inside. They tried to fix it but it kept going out.

The on-site amenities included a tennis court, sand volleyball court, swimming pool, ping pong tables, fitness center, and a welcoming community center. The property also hosted community game nights, which added to the overall experience. One feature that really stood out was the text messaging service. Being able to communicate with staff at any time via text was convenient and greatly enhanced the guest experience. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this property to others looking for a clean, well-maintained, and guest-focused vacation destination.

That's it for the complaining. All of this being said... it was in a great location compared to Disney properties. We would definitely stay there again and not rely on the pool bar for drinks. If the "text system" they implement worked better, it would be great, but we would just bypass using that system and get things the old fashioned way... walk to the front desk and get things ourself. Not sure if we stayed during off peak season, but in my opinion, prices were great!

Our stay was good, we enjoyed having our own little apartment with two rooms and two bathrooms. The pool was the funnest place and where most of our time was spent.

It will be very helpful to have housekeeping.

The staff was very friendly. Everything was clean, pristine these sweets are suitable for family, friends, or just adult trips. Very conveniently located from food, shopping towns and Disney. The kitchen is very convenient to save money as well. This place is very affordable. The only thing we disliked was the water pressure in the master bedroom other than that everything beyond perfect.

A good size apartment for a competitive price. Great location for the Disney parks as you don’t hit too much traffic. Rooms were quite dark in the block that we were in but it was nice and quiet.

This is a great property for families. We have stayed multiple times and enjoyed it every trip. It’s very close to Disney but far enough away that you don’t have the Disney craziness. The property is small and quiet. Having separate rooms for the kids is great and keeps life peaceful in the hotel room. Overall the property is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Last time the maintenance guy even offered to help me carry luggage out to the car as he went by on his golf cart.

Great place to stay

We had to leave due to a family emergency after being there for only 2 days and I spent over $700 for a full week plus $200 and all I got back was 51.01 . I will never go there again!

The property was nice, apartment was large and the staff were helpful however we had some issues that were really concerning, two of the beds had sheets with blood on them and there was a lot of drinking at the pool area. Because of the drinking the pool area was very rowdy. If you start here I’d recommend checking the beds first to ensure sheets and blankets were changed and also not staying too late at the Pool if you have children or aren’t comfortable with others drinking a lot.

The best resort I ever have in orlando. It is close to Disney, universal studio and sea world. Itself it has a nice pool and tons of activity. The suite is spacious and clean. the only downside is the elevator. we lived in third floor and it was a little bit work to carry our large luggage, but really not a big problem

After staying here I am very confused about the reviews I read before booking. Did I know it was an older resort? Yes. Did I know it was a great price? Yes. BUT I did not know we would not have hot water in our shower for the duration of our stay. I’m not saying the water was warm. No. It was COLD. We contacted the front office 3 days in a row. They did offer to give us another room on the 3rd day. The staff tried. But they did not fix the issue. It is run down. Maybe it’s about to be in the process of renovation, but I unfortunately have to say that the pictures were slightly misleading. We will not stay here again.

The property is ideal for Disney Vacation. Very close to the Park and other attractions. We liked the spacious apartment and nice kitchen. Dishwasher, washer/dryer were very helpful for my family. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. The property was very peaceful and we never had a problem finding a parking spot. The kitchen is well stocked and their kitchen ware was clean. We would love to stay again soon.

This was an exceptional experience at a great value. The g4oungs are very well maintained and we made use of many amenities, to include the pool, the gym and the playground. All of the staff was wonderful and welcoming! We felt so at home we didn't want to leave.

It was bigger than we expected, the staff was helpful and checked in via text everyday if we needed anything. It was a cool spot, we’ll definitely visit back soon!

The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. Would like for them to upgrade to the Keurig coffee maker so i dont have to bring mine any longer, but that's not gonna stop me from continuing to stay at this great resort.

I have stayed at this property about six times. It’s always clean and the staff is always welcoming. The location is a short drive to the parks and plenty of food options. The only thing I would say needs improvement is it time for new furniture.

The rental unit was very clean and comfortable. Did not get to use the amenities because we were only there to have a place to stay while my husband had surgery at the local AdventHealth Hospital. It was very conveniently located to the hospital. The pool and hot tub looked inviting.

The room and staff were great. My only critique would be needing a dehumidifier or some type of system thru the rooms as that part of the country desperately needs it! It felt much warmer than the 70 degrees the thermostat was set to (70 was the lowest it was allowed to go) an made it a bit uncomfortable at times during the peak of day.

We've had to come to Orlando

Everything was excellent. The staff and the resort. Only problem was my unit was always hot. They have the A/C unit lock in the 70 degrees. And Florida is really hot. Couldn't sleep good because the unit was never cold. Maintenance came to the unit and fix something but even after that still hot. My friend was at different unit and hers was really pleasant.

The café restaurant there seems to always be closed. But there are so many restaurant choices around it doesn’t even matter. We had a wonderful room with the kitchen. Staff was friendly, and anything I needed they gave me. Very good place to stay and I will definitely stay again. Close to everything. And I might say I never get the toll pass on my rental car because the location can be reached without having to go through tolls!

The major upside was the helpful staff, the major downside was the awful wifi, which sounds inconsequential, but in the era of phone wallets, Lightning Lanes, QR codes etc. is now more important than ever. *Would* consider staying here again, depending on what activities I had planned (i.e. if it was going to be a very Disney holiday) and depending on price v competitors.

1st off the mattresses were all super comfy! Unit looks way better in person than pictures!

The apartment was spacious and in a good location close to the pool and playground. It had everything we needed. We noticed the floor was not clean but the staff took care of it immediately.

Stayed up front in building B and the room was a bit dated(kitchen cabinets/master bathroom) and extremely musty smelling. The room itself was very clean. I could not find it dusty or dirty, but there was a very strong must odor as if maybe prior water damage, not sure what that was about.

We were pleasantly surprised—the room/apartment was exceptionally large. The facilities exceeded our expectations, with a pool, tennis court, table tennis, and even grilling areas available. The resort is a 10-15 minute drive from Disney locations which was very convenient as well. Nothing at all.

We booked a 2-bedroom and loved how spacious it was—full living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, and a huge tub in the master. The in-unit washer and dryer was a big plus. Only downsides were no elevator (tough on the top floor), minimal gym, and some timeshare presentation pressure. Overall, very comfortable and would stay again.

It was definitely better than i expected i thought it was a 2 bedroom more like a condo loved the receptionists and the service was great also if you bring kids like i did they have events to do with them in the activity room behind Kenya cafe and

Staff were superb. Such sweet interactions with each one. Gym was small but had everything you needed (unless you’re looking for really heavy weights). Rooms were clean. Maintenance around the area could have been improved if you care about aesthetics. some dead trees and whatnot, but those don’t affect our stay. Central location. Would stay there again.

The pool and atmosphere were wonderful for a family! Now if you’re looking for a super posh (with regards to decor) hotel suite as a couple, maybe not the place but we LOVED this property as a family. My one complaint (and this seems to be common in many hotels recently) is the ensuite bathroom does not have a door. Why? Why? And why? Bathroom privacy is paramount - it does not make people closer! Ha! Just so you’re aware. The staff here is second to none. I’ve been to very posh hotels and the service here outshined them all! Thank you to all the staff for being so genuinely amazing!!

Cleanliness was not up to par in the bathroom upon arrival, and it was a bit musty with some mold and organic growth going on inside of the vents room kind of felt damp.

Spacious, clean room. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Front seat employee was super nice and check in/out was simple. Location was also great, close to a kobe and liquor store. Room was super clean, huge, had nice appliances, and a comfortable master bed. Would recommend to anyone as it’s a great value, close to epcot. Would stay again.

Only slight negative I'd say was the room needed better windows for sound proofing. We were near sports facilities so could hear people playing padle ball early every morning. Would 100% stay here again, thank you for maintaining a great resort at a reasonable price.

Always a good stay at Parkway. Two bedroom condo for the price of a hotel room. Always clean with a full kitchen to keep costs down. Pool and hot tub area are clean and warm. It is mostly retired people so limited on kids activities but overall an excellent stay. Staff were friendly and accommodated my special room request as always.

Clean and central location. A bit noisy when people were in their individual units, especially night time. Lots of repairs being done on grounds.

The check in process was smooth and very quick, the room was exactly as pictured, and the price was great. However, our bed was not clean. I found many black little balls in between two pillows and still have no idea what that was but it ruined my stay and gave me allergies; it was also dusty.

Cons - the room was pretty gross in my opinion. Extremely dated bathroom & what I presume was mold all along the seams of the shower glass. The flooring was so dirty…I had to wear shoes the entire time because my child would run around the room barefoot & her feet would be completely black. There were tons of tiny ants crawling out of an electrical socket on the kitchen counters. When I made the staff aware of this issue & asked for a new room, they just sent maintenance to spray insecticide all over the kitchen. We didn’t use the kitchen the entire time due to fear of cross contamination. The next day ants were still crawling all over the kitchen counters. I booked this hotel due to so many positive reviews of cleanliness. I was quite taken aback when walking into the room & taking everything in. The room left much to be desired. The final thing - I can’t fit the entire story in this review but essentially an employee literally HARASSED me sending me text after text if I didn’t respond fast enough about agreeing to some sort of meeting. I was trying to enjoy Disney/Universal with my family but this dude didn’t care. Long story short - we are out $50 because he said we could cancel if we gave notice but then went back on it & basically said too bad so sad. I woud’ve pushed harder to get the money back but I just wanted it to be over. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again

Exceptional value. Clean, comfortable, and quiet, particularly at night. The air conditioning worked well. The location is very convenient to Disney theme parks and relatively convenient to Legoland and Universal Studios parks. Neither of our children over 6 years old could open the bathroom sink faucets without assistance. Lack of secured internet was rather unusual in 2026. We decided to hot spot internet from our phones rather that risk the resort internet.

The Condo was so clean in the rooms were so spacious. The appliances were great in the kitchen and it was so nice to have well stocked cupboards and a washer and dryer. My son‘s had a great time playing basketball, Pinkfong and shuffleboard. The only negative was the hot tub was very dirty.

We spent 13 nights at Parkway International Resort. We liked the location as it was central to all the places we wanted to visit within 10-15 mins depending on traffic. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for preparing our own meals. We loved having a washer and dryer right in our own unit. And the two full washrooms came in handy when getting ready to head out in the morning wherever we were headed for the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful checking in periodically throughout our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed in the two-bedroom room, which was decent. The beds were comfortable, but the room could use a bit of a makeover and a thorough cleaning, especially in the hard-to-reach areas like ceiling fans and light fixtures. Overall, it’s not a bad place if you’re looking for extra space on a budget.

Pros - We had everything we needed for a 19 night stay. Jonathan at the front desk was kind and helpful. Loved the heated pool. Cons- palm tress block the sun over the pool area by mid-afternoon. The unit we were in was dark, only window in front bedroom and back patio,which was blocked by trees and shrubs.

I was skeptical to stay here and started to wonder if the glowing reviews were real and I’m happy to report that they are accurate! While the buildings and rooms aren’t new and might be a bit dated, they are kept VERY clean. I stayed in the ‘B’ building which was convenient to park and get to the pool area. There is not an elevator so if you don’t want to carry luggage to a 3rd floor room- you should note that in your reservation. The staff is courteous and check in often via text to ensure your stay is going well and to see if anything is needed. The location is near a grocery store (Publix) and several places to eat or anything you may need when traveling. Also the location is very convenient to Disney and ESPN. The property was forthcoming about the $200 security deposit and daily resort fee. The property could use some additional outdoor lights as some areas seemed a bit dark when coming back late at night as a lone traveler in an unfamiliar place. My room also had a slightly musty smell. Nothing a deep clean or air freshener can’t take care of but it was noticeable upon entering but fine after being in the room for some time. Overall I’d recommend this place to anyone looking to save money without sacrificing cleanliness.

I stay here every year for a week long veterinary convention. The staff is superb, the facility is spacious and clean, and the area is very convenient. I highly recommend Parkway as a home away from home when visiting the Orlando area.

I thought there was a mistake cause there’s no way I was getting that place for under 200 a night but It was correct. I just looked at price and rating close to the parks

Hotel was a bit dingy and probably needs an update. Staff was kind and helpful but lacked professionalism that I am used to at other hotels in the area.

Room was a fantastic size for our family. There was ample space for all of us. The washing machine and dryer was so helpful. Could come back after big days at the theme parks and do a load of washing every night. It was so clean. Staff were so helpful. We had trouble with our hot water when we checked in. Maintenance came and fixed it within 15 minutes. Location is fantastic for both Disney and Universal. Highly recommend.

The washroom was extremely lacking. It is so old it looked dirty, and then when you really started to use it, you could see it actually was not well cleaned. Other people's hair was still in the shower, and when I was checking to ensure we hadn't forgotten anything before we left, I noticed nail clippings in the bathroom drawer (which we hadn't used, and no nails were clipped during our stay). Gross. I learned this hotel is being taken over by the Hilton while we were checking in. If that's the case, they have work to do, at least on this unit (B105), to meet people's expectations of a Hilton property. We were only there for a short stay. We would definitely not return or recommend the Parkway. It's too bad, they can clearly do it based on the way the kitchen had been updated and how clean it was.

Only complaint was the fitness area - it’s tiny and unusable unless you want to go on a treadmill or an elliptical. Only very light weights and nowhere to use them. This will prevent us from staying there in the future - even though the rest of the place is awesome.

Had a few dislikes but one was fixed. The main toilet wouldn’t flush. Hair was mostly everywhere in our bathroom, the shower water was barely warm and the heat didn’t work in the master bedroom and bath.

Our suite was comfortable with every possible amenity that we required and then some. This resort is conveniently located near the Disney theme parks and to the Christmas event in Celebration. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Several dining and shopping options are within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioner was not working. When I called to let them know they said they would have someone check it out the next day. I told them I was only staying one night and they brought me box fans. I will never stay here again. I called again to see what they were going to do about this and Mario told me "it should have been pleasurable since it was a cool night." He had an attitude. Who wants to stay the night with the windows open? Not an enjoyable stay to say the least.

The concierge was and is always very pushy!! When told we do not want to sit in on the 2 hour promotion they push back too much. The cable was very poor going in and out. The WIFI needed to be reset everyday.

We arrived late for our first night stay and went right to bed. Woke up early next morning and left for the whole day. We arrived late again and when we got in the condo, there was a big cockroach on the counter near the sink. When we looked closer at the sink, we noticed lots and lots of very small ants around the sink. I immediately went to the front desk to advise. The front desk team were great and changed us condo without hesitation. The second condo was good and without issues.

3rd time we've stayed at this property, always a pleasent experience, clean safe, quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Stayed one night but could easily see why this would be an excellent choice for a longer stay. Rooms were clean and modern. Bathrooms the same. Shower in the primary bedroom bathroom a bit tight. Amenities in the room were top grade.

The person that was at front desk was not freindly when i checked in. I was calling them to let them know i was on the way and they didnt pick up. When i walked in and told her that no one was picking up the phones. She stated, it was ringing. Other wise everything else was fine

We had an amazing time. The room was spacious. We stayed in a condo. It had plenty of room. They provided silverware plates cups, including plastic ones for kids, which was a plus for our family. It had an oven with stovetop and refrigerator a blender two full bathrooms. Every room was completely stocked. The balcony porch area was beautiful. We could see the pool directly from where we were at in the park. The balcony had a fan and had access to the master bedroom and the living room. We had absolutely no issues while staying here 10 out of 10 would recommend and would stay again. I think the only issue we had was one thing that we noticed that we did not like was the water heater was in the closet in a room that our children were staying in it had the two twin beds in it and it just made us feel a little uncomfortable About it being so close to their beds, but we remedied this by having a slumber party in the living room on the queen size sofa bed. There was also aTV in every room, we loved this.

My room’s thermostat couldn’t go below 70 degrees. We spent most of our time uncomfortably warm until the sun went down. When we asked for assistance, we were told that maintenance would come the following morning, but they never did. Besides that, the stay was okay. The room had everything we needed for the most part.

Cons: rooms have rugs that are difficult to maintain clean and odorless. Outside building looks old and needs to be painted (at least the one where i was).

First thing we liked is we were able to check in a few hours early at no extra charge. We were also given a little extra time to check out. During check in the staff was extremely nice and gave recommendations of places good to eat nearby. The room was a great size. Very clean and comfortable. The only downside was i wish they had more resort options but the price could not be beat for the price.

The place was great. The service was fantastic. The downsides were the deposit ($200), and the checkout time. I understood both of things and the reasoning. I've never had such a high deposit before. I know they have to get rooms ready for next customers but 10am is SO early when you're on vacation and out late. They let us stay until 11am. We are used to noon.

The room was great, the location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Quick easy 25 minute drive to airport during rush hour 7:30am. Great place to stay. Quiet, with outside balcony seating with screen enclosure so no mosquitos. Pools, activities and an outdoor pickleball court. There is an indoor pickleball venue 12 minutes away if it is rainy. Daily activities for kids and adults, including pickleball. Price is right. Great steak houses 3 minutes from resort. Goggle maps is not accurate. Once on Parkway Blvd continue straight until you see Parkway International Resort sign. Great staff, very efficient and friendly.

We have stayed here several times over the years as a family and it's always exceptionally clean and comfortable with wonderful customer service. Miles better than a cramped hotel room and cheaper! Not a single complaint, and we have been staying at Parkway for at least 15 years as our family has grown.

Overall the stay was nice. The bathrooms needs to be worked on. The second bathroom the shower does NOT drain. The water when showering filled up to the top of the tub. The faucet for hot and cold was also broken in the shower. The sink had the same problem did not drain. The property advertises a walkway through the woods. It was broaded up and the pathway was overgrown. Just a small path in the front to look like it leads to the other path is open. Very misleading.

Check in was easy. Front desk employees were super nice. Room was a little dated but clean. Only negative was a nightlight that is part of the outlet in the bathroom illuminated the bedroom area so it was never dark and could not be turned off.

The front desk team were welcoming, professional and very polite. The Resort's surroundings were very clean. Our room was very spacious, and our renovated unit was very clean. The one recommendation would be to secure and enclose the Resort with a security post on entry.

The suites are large and are a good value. The location is great with easy access to all major highways, shops, and restaurants. The pool area was very comfortable.

The hotel was clean and we noticed there were some nice renovation improvements. Some was still a little bit older like the cabinets and counter. We did see a few ants in the bathroom area and I mentioned this to the front desk upon c/o. All in all a good stay and good location to the parks and a local friend, so it worked for us.

The place was a wonderful place for myself and family. The room was so spacious and clean!

First time down in Florida and this stay was the best! Amazing amenities and friendly staff! Everyone was so welcoming and nice and the condo itself was so clean and spacious! Enough room for my family of 6. Will definitely be returning and staying again!

The Parkway International has been our go to resort for many years. Best accommodations for the price. Staff super helpful and friendly.

This hotel is a good option for people staying in for 4 or max 5 nights, because the housekeeping service is not offered. If you stay longer, the unit (condo) will become a mess and a bit dirty. So, instead of having fun and enjoying your stay away from your own house, we will find yourself doing the housekeeping and having less time to go outdoors!!! I stayed there 11 nights and it was time consuming to keep the unit clean!!! My advice to the management of this hotel is to offer the housekeeping for anyone staying more than 5 nights. Housekeeping for every 5 nights would be a great option!!!??

Great place with nice spacious rooms

This is a VERY nice and comfortable property that provided adequate space for not just myself and my lady but our 3 teenage daughters had their own space, beds, and bathroom..and the master suite was incredible...Only thing was going up 3 flights without an elevator but beside that....VERY nice with VERY nice amenities

The resort is very well positioned. Ten minutes from the Disney Parks and a couple of minutes from Celebration ($6 in an Uber). Highly recommend this resort.

Easy in, easy out when getting to nearby attractions. Not a lot of traffic.

We just discovered our forever hotel when we travel to Orlando, Florida. We were very happy with the stay. Spacious two-bedroom suite, perfect for families with children. Large kitchen, comfortable beds. The only downside is that they do not provide daily housekeeping. At those prices and "resort fees" they charge you'd expect at least a basic towel change...if not full housekeeping. Still , it was a pleasant experience and we will definitely stay again here in the future.

Room was perfect for what we needed. Kitchen area is perfect for quick meals and coffee. Laundry area is a great addition for going home with a suitcase full of clean clothes.
