I’ve been here twice I really love this place so convenient to many places clean quiet … will always book here thanks guys !!!

Não indico LITERALMENTE!! além da acomodação estar suja, as toalhas são de péssima qualidade, a “toalha de rosto” são aqueles panos de limpeza, pois é… e não para por aí, os lençóis todos com bolinha, sujos do tipo que coça a noite toda e cheirando mal, e a cereja do bolo vem agora, no dia do nosso checkout um funcionário esmurrou nossa porta e tentou entrar no quarto DUAS HORAS ANTES DO NOSSO HORÁRIO! Ele gritou e foi extremamente grosso! Eu tremia, depois dessa situação horrível passei o dia todo com uma sensação péssima… lamentável, que ninguém passe mais por isso!

We shortly found the bathroom infested with ants. They didn't offer any fresh towels, no clean sheets, didn't take the garbage away. We had to go buy our own toilet papers and garbage bags. No onsite staff yo speak with. The phone in the room was no connected to anything. Only form of contact was via email/hotels.com Very poor accommodations, works not recommended or and WILL NOT stay there again.

The room was a little dated but clean. The pool area was very nice. There was always someone doing upkeep on the grounds. Close to many attractions. I would stay here again.

The room and courtyard were nice. There is no front desk for assistance and I had trouble getting in touch with the host. The issues I had were minor. Very reasonably priced and I'd stay again, but I'd bring extra toiletries.

For the price, this place was excellent. The check in process was easy and the staff really friendly. The keyless entry was so convenient and there was free, ample parking, right next to the rooms. The room was VERY clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. Cleanliness is usually my top concern with a budget stay and this was the cleanest room I’ve ever seen under $150 per night. Beds were comfy, shower had good water pressure, microwave and mini fridge were in brand new condition. Convenient location for parks, and quiet area at night. A little food truck area a block or two away had amazing birria tacos and mango chlamadas. So cute.

Everything was good. Also they provide small locker in the room which is great. Only disappointment was my room bathtub was clogged and wasn't draining fast. Clogged wasn't too bad but bit annoying.

Absolutely loved this property, it was clean as well as quiet. Having laundry on site was a big plus as well as the complementary breakfast. The pool was very clean and relaxing, we never experienced overcrowding at the pool even on the weekend.

They gave me free breakfast in the morning, they had a firestick on the tv so i could watch netflix, they were nice and fixed the tv controller when it wasnt working, i would stay here again

The room had keyless entry which was a nice feature. I received an email at check in time stating what room we were in and what our door entry pass code was. They sent an email the day before we were checking out to email them once we vacated the room. There are lots of restaurants nearby and Gift Shops. We didn't receive room service but that was ok with us. We were however charged and extra $429 which was a fee for the total 8 days we stayed that was unexpected since we already paid Expedia for the room rental.

We called the property and were able to get an earlier check-in, which was great! Location is awesome, 18 min drive to Universal Studios. Pool was nice, property is clean. Room was great with a fridge, microwave, safe, hairdryer iron and ironing board. Clean and modern. Restaurants, shops pharmacy within 5 minutes. Would stay here again!

Very uncomfortable beds. Certainly have seen some mileage on them. One metal chair at the computer desk. Attempted to contact the hotel after receiving a confusing confirmation email. The person who answered the phone was not speaking English and hung up after I said hello 3 times. Attempted to contact Hotels.com through Expedia. All calls went to an answering machine and were never returned. I finally found a phone number for Hotels.com and found myself speaking to someone in India. I could not understand what they were saying and asked to speak with someone in the United States. They could not transfer me. I am so disgusted with the customer service at Hotels.com that I have decided to make future bookings directly with a hotel.

I had no idea that this is not a true hotel. Each unit is individually owned, so it was a challenge to fix the issues that we had with cleanliness and tub drainage. No one could get in touch with the owner, so we just had to live with the issues we had. It was frustrating, and we won’t stay here again.

I didn't know when booking that it was an Airbnb. There was no rack in the room or glass and tissue. It was very humid in the room (see photo). The walls are made of cardboard...

The room is decent. But a bit outdated and requiring some maintenance. The bathroom ceiling has mold that can be addressed. Also, the pipe outlet behind the toilet is loose and I suspect that the open space allowed 2 big cockroaches to get into the room in 2 different days. After I stuffed it with paper we didn't have any problem.

The gentleman Caesar who took care of me over the phone was very polite and the girls in the front and the gentleman from the breakfast that was also polite this place is very clean and I will definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a good stay for a good price

I think for the money, this place is great. It appears to have been remodeled very cleanly and simply. The check in was quick and easy. Room was nice and clean. Bed was nice and AC was perfect. The shower was good. I was able to walk to Macaroni Grill for dinner, which was nice after a 7 hour drive. I had my choice of 4 or 5 restaurants I could have walked to, which was nice. Only 10 miles to Mecum car auction. Easy out this morning. I will be back in 2025.

The only issue that I had was the 2 remote control without batteries and after I found someone to give me batteries I put on them. After finally I could turn on the TV this one was not working.

Great place to stay. Was very convenient location to the highway and many different eateries. I have stayed here a couple times and will definitely stay here again.

I am a film producer and writer and coming out with a new book called Cartel Heat and I need cleanliness privacy and a very comfortable setting and I have to say this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at and I stay at a lot per year I like it so much I'm trying to purchase one

I did not like that they do not clean the room, I was there for three days and when you go back to sleep it is not good that your bed is not made

The room seemed clean upon arrival. But then up close it wasn’t. The floors were pretty dirty. Made sure not to step barefoot. There were clothing size stickers stuck on the floor. The bed sheets on one of the two beds had hair all over it. The shower seemed handles and anything of the stainless steel areas had dirt/dust accumulated. The counters were also dusty and the one desk chair which was one of those metal types of chairs (I guess for an industrial look) was filthy. We wiped everything in sight that we’d have to come in contact with, with Clorox wipes. Seemed like either they didn’t have anyone staying there for a very long time or they just don’t clean thoroughly after guests leave and/or before new guests arrive.

The room we stayed in was ok. It wasn’t very clean, however, the beds were very comfortable. Perfectly acceptable if you just need a bed to sleep in while visiting theme parks.

Was part of a hotel but not the hotel ... you don’t check in at the front you just go to the room... was very confusing. The property was filthy and super outdated. The room was dirty, they didn’t clean under the bed ( had lots of garbage under it). They had really cheap cleaning supplies that they stored in a drawer meant for my clothes for their cleaning of the room. The wall is a thermostat but Dosent control the AC, the plugs didn’t work, the room was dark and very very dirty !!!! The room also had a very dingy smell. Everything had stains and was falling apartn

I didn’t receive the access code before my check-in time and it took about 20 minutes after I arrived to get access to the room. The neighbors were loud in the evenings, but the room itself was nice and provided everything I needed for me stay.

everything was very good, only one recommendation should be washed well the bathroom tiles because mold accumulates in the score and it looks very unsanitary but for the rest we liked the room a lot

Hotel room was privately own, so the front desk did not have much information about my reservation and I had to call the person who is running the room to ask for directions on how to access because they didn’t send it in advance, all of this after a long day driving and me and my family tired after the trip.

Amazing! This place makes you feel like you are at a very pricey resort, yet you are paying only a quarter of the price. It was a breath of fresh air compared to most of the places we stayed lately. Thank you!

We loved our room! The room was clean, the building was quiet, and the interior is very stylish! We loved the price as well! The only thing I didn’t like was how the shower has a glass door that doesn’t slide. It made it very challenging to give my almost two y/o a bath. I would have to get in the shower with him to bathe him.

Really great rooms, love the ability to skip check in and go straight to the room. The room was comfortable and modern with great design touches and modern elements. Really affordable too!!
