Neat clean relatively modern and large rooms including mini-fridge and microwave. The pool was closed for maintenance. Good location with easy access to major roadways, shopping, dinning and area attractions.

The room smelled a little musty. The soap dispensers did not work. I didn't realize the pool was closed for a month. The front desk employees were nice.

This is definitely more of a motel than a hotel, but the room itself wasn’t bad. The pool was closed for maintenance and I asked the guy for maybe a discount since we booked this place for a pool, but he said it was posted online before we made the reservation- WHICH was kinda not true because on their website there was NO mention of that, but there was on Expedia though all the pictures had a pool and it was in the amenities tab you literally had to deep dive to find it. It did not warn you before you booked it. Small room, but the bed was actually very comfortable. There were some stains on our sheets so we swapped them out for cleaner ones and there was some dirt in the shower, but other than that it was clean. No issues other than that. Makes sense for the price.

I was charged $50 for two towels that I used that was stained hair dye. That is a ridiculous amount of money. First and last time staying there.

This motel was disgusting. We checked in, pretty sure witnessed a drug exchange in the parking lot, and went to the room. The room smelled awful, there was no hot water in the bathroom and there was mold all over the ceiling. We booked a different hotel and checked out immediately. Domt waste your money on this place. The photos were deceiving and there was no way anyone would give it a 9.8 rating. Their ratings were bought or something.

Free parking was definitely a plus. It is in a great location and convenient to all sorts of restaurants and attractions.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed with Magic Key. We are always very happy with our stays. The rooms are very clean, great AC, microwave, fridge, etc. The beds are so comfortable. Great rates for a no-frills but very comfortable room. I like that there's no breakfast to keep the room rates lower, as we don't usually have time to eat hotel breakfasts anyway. Location is also very convenient with a Target and Dollar General and many other stores and restaurants right across the road.

The room was clean and the they provide shampoo and body wash. They have an accessible ice machine and a clean pool. The place is quiet and the bed is comfortable. You get your money’s worth. Many restaurants near by and close to Disney’s parks.

Big fridge, microwave, quiet place, clean…will stay again. Good hotel, especially for the price.

The property was such a good location for Disney parks, basic and clean just what was required as a base to stay. On our final night we returned to our room and noticed my daughter’s teddy was missing, I informed the man at reception as luckily I had a picture of the teddy. He knocked my room at 10.30pm to return the teddy telling me the housekeeper made an error. I am very greatful that he returned the teddy however I can’t see this as being a housekeeper error and what I thought was a lovely stay here ended with this disappointment.

What the most terrible hotel I stayed in the $200 deposit was absolutely insane. I really want money back it’s crazy. Pool was closed and no one said anything. Couldn’t use cash as deposit.

Basic room and bare minimum amenities. Didn’t have enough towels ac was ok. Bed was comfortable and the staff was rude to my guest which I didn’t appreciate. You get what you pay for, so it was an ok experience.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the Orlando area. There is free on-site parking, a pool, clean and is budget friendly. There are few other amenities. When staying in the Orlando area what more do you need? I would definitely stay there again.

Not the cleanest place we have ever stayed - there was hair in the shower from previous occupants so that was a big indicator it wasn't cleaned very well. However, the pool area was nice and well kept and parking was easy. The bed was comfortable as well. Worth the price paid.

There is a strict “no smoking” policy on the property—if you’re caught, be ready to be scolded at least. There aren’t bathtubs, and the satellite cable TV is kinda unreliable at times. The noise level from traffic is okay. There are several choices where to eat and shop, and the bus line can bring you to the main spots. The staff is nice and helpful. The beds and pillows are comfy. The pool isn’t available after sunset, which sucks. Pretty good value for the money spent. Overall an okay experience.

It’s was clean every time I travel to Orlando I stay at this place. It is very convenient because it’s close to Target and other fast food places that are walkable. I wished it had a full mirror to look at my self from up and down that is the only disadvantage but other than that it is very clean has a nice shower. Definitely will continue to stay here again.

Great Hotel in there area to pop in and out of while you are in the area for the attractions.

They did charge a resort fee. Front desk was very rude, hung up in my face they charged my card sales at $200 instead of holding the $200 as a deposit they actually took it out of my account as a transaction then front desk lady denied me of a deposit receipt. I would never ever book at magic key again!!!! Customer service was terrible and rude!!!

Room was very small for my family of three. Didnt have enough towels for the three of us. Very noisy. You get what you pay for.

The staff was friendly enough, but not that helpful. Upon entering our room, it haf a very strong urine smell. We immediately informed the gentleman working the desk. His remedy was to spray a deoderizer into the AC system, dresser drawers and bathroom. While masking the urine smell long enough to fall asleep, we woke up to the urine smell and headaches, literally. When checking out, we again informed the front desk with a "thanks for letting us know" response.

This is my second stay at Magic Key and it's a quick and easy stay. There aren't a lot of bells and whistles, but for the price, the room is very clean. The check-in process is easy and the hotel's location is close to Disney and other popular destinations. We will definitely stay again.

We were so surprised by how much we enjoyed our stay here. It was a great price, everything was thoroughly cleaned, the bed was extremely comfortable, they were able to check us in even at 3am. And they gave us some cutlery and plates when our to-go order from Waffle House didn’t include any! We felt so appreciative and taken care of. Would 100000% recommend and we will stay here again!

The room was super clean and had much higher end finishes than I expected. Our room had a lovely rainfall shower with multiple shower head options. (Tower style) The staff was super nice. The location is great and very centrally situated to all the best Orlando has to offer. We will definitely be back to stay there again!

The room was very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with the amenities. Not only was there a refrigerator, but also a freezer! My daughter and loved the make up wipes provided. They were moisturizing and not dry like typical hotel make up wipes. We will definitely be staying here again.

It was more updated and cleaner than expected for the size and price. Beds were comfortable. I appreciated the blankets being set aside and cleaned. Loud.

I was very disapppinted when I went to the desk to ask for an additional towel and was told a flat no. (Our room had two women and only two towels. ) I understand placing only two in the rooms but when a guest makes the effort and walks down to the desk to request an extra one, I feel a reputable place would honor that. I’ve never had this experience in all the years I’ve traveled anywhere. Disappointing.

Room is clean but no black out curtains. Towels are pretty old. Fridge is working good. Bathroom is clean. No facial tissue. Location is close to Vineland premium outlet. Only 1 keycard provided but you can ask if you need extra.

Great low budget option in a great location. Some shopping and restaurants right across the street within walking distance. There was some small issues but the front desk took care of them right away. Two queen beds too.

From the moment we arrived at Magic Key, we knew we had made the right choice. The pricing was so competitive that we were unsure how the condition would be but the room was clean, the shower was incredible, the lighting fixtures and easy plug in for chargers was terrific, and most magical of all - we arrived from a long drive to find THE BEST taco truck out front. Check in and check out were easy and the professionals we encountered were kind. Views were also lovely as the sunset was excellent and a tree covered in Spanish moss and lovely palms dotted the property.

It was cheap for what it was and within walking distance of a target and Marshall’s but I do not see myself rebooking again

I am a repeat customer. This is not a fancy place. The only amenity is a small pool that hardly gets used. I like the location - right on 192 near Target and 535. It's clean, comfortable, and generally quiet. It's also very reasonably priced. They only service the room every 3 days, but that's fine with me. I will almost certainly stay here again.

The room was roomy and had a comfortable bed. Our room also had a mini fridge & a couch which allowed me to lay out my clothes for each day. The drawback was the bathroom. It just smelled wet all the time with slight mold in the corners of the shower. Another positive is that they use Dove hair products & it was a walk in shower. Last but not least the front desk gentleman (both) where extremely kind.

Sink was clog a water stay a little longer. That was all.

Location, cleanliness and staff are great some installation items need renewal like tvs

Billboard advertised pool. Didn’t learn until checked in that pool was closed for maintenance, but saw no maintenance being done over the weekend.

There was a roach on our bed when we walked in our room, and they wouldn’t give us a refund, a partial refund, or allow us to change rooms. The woman next to us in the lobby had the same problem and they wouldn’t refund her either, so we both ended up leaving with no rooms for the night. Ridiculous, and terrible customer service.

Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower so you don't have to mess with bottles! Hand soap dispenser at basin, also. Ready access southbound on hwy 192 south and simple access on going north. Tons of shopping, food and sights nearby all at a great price! What's not to like?

They advertise as a hotel but operate more likely like a cheap motel. Some rules should not be imposed on paying guests and the staff will get rude when you question those rules. I hope they shut down if they don't start accepting tap pay. How ridiculous

Great place to stay for a night near Disney

So for the price you can’t beat it, to be honest I was a bit sketched out staying here and not at a normal hotel at first. However, everything was fine- the staff was nice and check in/out was easy. This isn’t the Ritz, but for the price and proximity to Disney it’s worth it. Also there’s food trucks in the front lot that were there late after we got back from the parks, great for food after Disney!

Pillows were terribly flat and uncomfortable. No hand soap nor shampoo. The toilet was not very clean. At 11:00, someone knocked on the door very aggressively. I was about to walk out, and they scared me.

One of my favorite hotels, always clean, quiet, comfortable beds, fridge and microwave, close to everything.

The room was very clean for it to be a motel bathroom was very clean too i was actually surprise .Just didn't like the no smoking area

Super comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Mini fridge was nice and cool. Air conditioning in room was amazing for 104⁰ day!

I would stay again

It was good overall, but I still haven’t received the deposit back in my account. I didn’t damage anything in the room.

Magic Key has been my home away from home for some time now. The value is excellent! The beds are always comfortable and clean. The location is great, as there are many food options around the property.

Great value. Relatively clean and comfortable and friendly staff. They have thought of a lot of little things to make your stay more convenient. It obviously is not luxury, but you cannot beat it for the price.

The property was fine overall. The $200 deposit must be paid by credit card, and since I am coming from Africa, getting the refund can take more than a month, which is inconvenient.

Magic Key was actually pretty good. We paid $60 last minute stay. Our flight to Orlando was delayed twice which made us land around 1am. We booked 2 rooms. The price was amazing. The room was clean and the restrooms were nice. The rooms were updated. The shower was amazing. Everything was great especially for the price. Thank you

The helicopters and police were out all night. The location was very far & confusing. They also go about charging customers a seperate $200 charge that they say is a deposit but it’s not they just want to keep your money. They also lie. They said we used their towels and washcloths when we brought our own. They also said we had so much water all over the floor it caused them to shut down 2 rooms for damage. Asked for proof & they told me their decision was final and won’t reply back to me anymore. The first room they put us in was filled with mildew & smelled straight like urine. They also lied all out the amenities & charge you just to breath there. Even the coffee in the “reception office or check cost about $3.00 for a smedium size cup. The man at check in was rude & I wish I never took bookings advice to room there after our other booking was basically a prison yard. If I’d known they would have scammed us I’d have taken pictures.

I’ll be back and you should stay there too!

Think it was 12 nights stayed in total. Was told by email can check in early as our flight was before 4pm & was told on email FREE & when got to hotel it wasn't & couldnt check in early. Apart from that it was a good stay. Would be nice with coffee maker in room as there isn't & reception charge $3 for a coffee. That's a first!. Internet kept going off sometimes. All staff friendly & Matthew is always happy to help. Room was clean but pillows on bed gave us both a bad neck. Bed comfortable, but pillows aren't. Have to ask for room to be cleaned

Just ok. Had an issue with the tv remote not working. Desk clerk couldn’t get it to work either. He came back with another guy, possibly the owner. He stood directly in front of tv and it worked, said to hit the v button first and it’s fine. He treated us like we were idiots. So, remote wouldn’t work from the beds or chair. We had to get right up to the tv to change the channel. Simply ridiculous but we weren’t calling again because the way we were treated. Also, they had a $200 hold on my cc. That’s a bit extreme. We go to Kissimmee often and we will definitely not stay here again.

Charged for smoking when we specifically pointed out the room had been previously smoked in when they gave it to us. Neither of us smoke and have never had this happen. Stayed there many times. Never again.

This hotel was excellent! It was in the perfect location for Disney World and Universal. I loved that it has 24 hour laundry! The room was clean and quiet.

This was the best find in Orlando! Inexpensive only 20 minutes from sea world. So convenient to old town with restaurants shops and amusements. If you are nearby you must go to crazy mason milkshake bar. It's delicious. Magic key even has a little patio area where you can watch the sunrise

My 2nd time here in about as many weeks. Different room, same level of comfort and cleanliness at a great rate.

If all you want is a roof, a bed and a restroom then yes go for it but dont expect even the slightest bit of other basic stuff. Never ever booking this dump again. Spend a slight more and get an actual hotel to stay at, those $50/$70 youre saving will end up biting back

I hate them! They stole my money with their misleading ad. End up losing my money and not staying there.

Says no resort fee but it was 200 and I was charged 240. My husband is a smoker and there is absolutely no smoking so instead of having a designated smoking area they had this man on the corner of a very busy street. The room was an average small room with a bed that was sunken in the middle.

We stay here often for date nights at the parks now that were local. Before moving here we used them for vacations all the time. Has a motel look, but a clean, safe and affordable place close to all the parks.
