It was extremely hot and the air conditioner didn't work well. After I paid for the room the man working there wanted an additional 10$ for the room key and said he would give the money back when I return the key. I didn't have 10$ in cash to give so he held my id instead Definitely wont stay there again

It is an older hotel but inside the room has been renovated new floors, bathroom refurbished nice tiled shower. Perfect for a business trip where you need to sleep and get going for the next day.

Room was mostly clean, tile floors are notoriously difficult to keep clean.

The room the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I expect a lot from this place in the near future as they are remodeling and I like what I'm seeing. It's not a very fancy place but it's comfortable and clean. Moreover, there are many restaurants a walking distance away.

10 out of 10 would not recomend. Looks terrible on the out side. When we went in our room and moved the chair roaches ran out from under it.

Bad overall

The front desk attendant was nice enough but I did not want another room so I opted to leave. There's nothing he could've done to fix the situation other than offer me a refund but sadly I booked through Expedia.

TV did not work at all in our room. The chair that was in our room was all torn up and had holes in it. Bed was super uncomfortable and nasty looking. I had to ask for extra sheets.

The property is in shambles in a bad neighborhood, no ammenities, drug infested and door woould not appropriately lock The.place should be leveled. How many persons have been traumatized or abused there; physically or mentally?

The pool was covered indefinitely and the ac unit barely kept the room cool. There was a sock left in the room that housekeeping missed.

Its gross. We did not even shower due to bathroom conditions.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and for a terrible price. Mold, no hot water, uncomfortable beds, cars revving outside all night.

Run down,smelly,sketchy location, extremely expensive for what you get, will never stay there again...

Horrible place would not recommend anybody to go there owner was rude 1st room i went to was dirty she switched me to a different room then as soon as i got into the room she called me and told me that my kids were runnjng and couldnt do that on her propery. This place is run down doesnt look like the pictures people live there. The ice machine is still broken since 2019 according to another review i seen. If i wasnt so tired and kids were fussing from the long ride i would of left.

This is the worst place I have stay ever. All started with only hot water in the shower, told the front desk they said they were gonna check and nobody fixed so couldn’t even take a shower. Told a different front desk at check out and she said oh but your leaving so that’s not your problem. This person was very rude, I couldn’t even believe she said that.

The hotel was hard to find and I didn't feel very safe. The lobby was very uninviting and we had to wait on the clerk to check us in for sometime. The property was ran down and needed a real good cleaning. Our room didn't have a normal window but instead a plastic window. Had it not been for the fact that we only needed the room for a few hours to sleep in we wouldn't have stayed.

The ac didn’t work. They didn’t believe me when I told her about it. The parking on the west side of the hotel is horrible.

Disgusting Room and will never stay again. No housekeeping and trash in room when we arrived.

Sign on check in window stated no coffee pots in room and no breakfast on site as advertised. The pool is permanently closed and covered. No microwave in the room as was stated online. Whole place is in serious need of improvements. I will never go there again.

The staff was good, I just don't like the fact how nasty the place look in the sense of things having mold, paint damage to the walls, dresser handles broken shower just nasty

Room was inexpensive. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great but was noisy. Multilingual staff who were very friendly. Cons: Room was 30 feet from the busy Main Street so noise level was high. No microwave in room. Sign at the front desk said ice machine was broken. Large dent/hole in the wall in our room. Door didn’t fully close (more noise). Electrical outlet was loose and sparked. Bath/shower was peeling, leaking and rusted. Wasn’t the worst place we have stayed in but wasn’t the best, either!

Good place to stay just to sleep. It's rundown but they keep it clean. Great location if you want to be near shops and old town. Friendlys pizza is right next to it and the pizza is delicious and cheap. Had a good experience.

I was in a church activity and didn’t want to go home so I took the room with out knowing.. it is a small building but room was very clean and convenient for the 2 days that I stood there..

On showing them the confirmation email they asked me to connect hotels.com and get the issue corrected. I was made stand outside the hotel entrance and get the issue corrected with family and it was already past midnight. Some how i got a room initially with 2 double beds tough my reservation was for King Size bed. After some arguments i was shifted to another room ad then there was no Microwave, which was shown as available at time of booking and in the confirmation email.

This place is a dump! Left after the first night. We pre paid so no refunds, but no way were we staying another second!

They need to update there TV's. I couldn't connect my devices making my stay less enjoyable.

The parking lot is small, it’s between a long John silvers and a Popeyes. There was no breakfast, no ice machine, no coffee available. Not even a magnetic key for the room. It was an actual key. At least the woman there was friendly. Definitely overpriced. Especially for the neighborhood it is in. I could’ve gotten much more for my money going elsewhere.

Fine for an overnight We stayed from 3 AM to 9 AM

Not bad place to crash the night .. But could be updated and cleaned more. Especially the bathroom ...the shower was nasty ...

This hotel is in an abandoned building. Took me a while to find it and when I found it I was shocked. All kinds of terrible things happening around the building, people coming in and out at midnight, poor lighting and as I said, it seems to be in an abandoned building.

The shower was bad and the bed is not comfort as the price

Last minute booking when my stay at the Fairmont Inn fell through. Adequate to just sleep. No frills but the room seemed tidy for my needs. Bathtub was in disrepair but still worked.

Whe I approached reception and asked him to give me some paperwork saying that he refused us room and made us to evacuate so cancel our transection and refund the money . Owner refused to give me paperwork . I called the cops and told them my situation and made them witness that we left the room right away with good condition without any damages. So in less than 20 min we were out of room again . While driving home back to Jacksonville in a tired some situation and my kids were not happy too, I called hotels.com and explained them my situation and experience with hotel and asked them to cancel transection and refund my money, hotel refused to give the authorization to cancel transection. Upon my request CSR with hotel.com involved some supervisor and she listened my situation and cancel the transection and told me to refund my money even without hotel authorization which satisfied me , great experience with Hotel.com CSR but bad bad experience with hotel.

never again. we use hotels.com for all our trips picked this hotel at last minute and will not go again. did not act like they wanted to check us in. the pool has wood over it. never got any customer service last day there forgot to give us any towels. all night long there was police car sirens going down the road and drag racing sounded like. hard parking lot to get into and out. not enough blankets. the owners who lived there had bars on their windows. tub was old and dirty.wires showing. recomennd find another place unless last resort.

i actual loved it i dont know why it doesnt have a higher rate. considering the area it was in i was expecting it to be bad. the inside was beautiful the bed was comfortable. the girl at the front desk was very polite and patient because i was extremely exhausted when i walked in. and she was patient while i tried to get my ducks in a row. great place to stay.

I did not stay in this hotel, I did not know I had already paid for it, but when I got to the hotel Saturday the lady at the counter was rude, even though I was early she acted as the place was closed till 3pm, I had drive for over 7 hours to get there and I asked if I could use a bathroom, she said there is no bathrooms ready to use, so I went somewhere else. I do not recommended this place to anyone.
