Place looks abandoned staff avoids you unless you make them talk seems like. Members only club, the rooms are decent and clean look better then the outside.

Nothing It's a place of nothing but drug addicts drug deals all night along there arguing outside of the door all hours of the night in room 112 and across parking lot and all rooms on second floor above 112 rooms are so disgusting splatters of some shyt on the wall holes in the doors doors don't even lock good I'm glad I had my dog with me

Nothing Everything, the sink was clogged the toilet was dirty. Everything was just gross. I don’t recommend to stay there. People live there because the rate is so low. I checked out and didn’t even stay there.

There was nothing that I liked about the property. The rooms had a nasty smell. The sheets were not clean. The bathroom was not clean. The beds was hard. The manager came out of an area I guess where he stay with putting his clothes on to check me in. I kept ringing the bell it took him almost 10 min to come out. I guess he was sleep. Very unprofessional.

This hotel is a get what you pay for. I wish it had better bedding the comforter was basically as thin as air and it only had 1 sheet on the bed not even fitted. The pool was not usable it was green.

They do not serve free breakfast (or any breakfast) there were some drinks/snacks for sale at checkout desk One room reeked of Marijuana, both rooms had roaches. The bathroom door didn't latch closed because someone had previously kicked it in (as evidenced by the broken latch and tattered door frame. The floors were filthy. The pool was absolutely filthy and clearly hasnt been touched in months, completely full of brown gunk and a green color I have never seen in pool water.

Bathroom sink completely clogged. Gaps around the door (2 inches at the bottom). Shower curtain sorry at bottom, so it was used by previous guests.

Dirty room, molded toilet, sticky floors, cars with busted put windows in the parking lot. Dirty shower, dirty bedding..with other people's hair. Light switch fell off the wall when we walked in. Flimsy wooden door seperating the hotel room next to yours.

First room door was damaged doubted the saftey of it as it wouldnt fully lock and nasty a/c filter . They got me another room instead door was fine on this room but a/c filter was nasty room was dirty prior guests belongings left in room doubting any real cleaning besides making the bed also was no toilet paper in room found out too late and had to walk up to the front to get some.

I was in town due to a death in the family. This little hotel was a nice break from the tasks at hand. The staff were very nice, always polite and accommodating. They had the coolest cat who I bought treats for. The room was a bit older and weathered, but it was comfortable and clean. A nice quiet retreat after my days of work. Thank you.

Will not issue a refund. Very shady owners and staff.. Have reported to FL State Attorney, and also in process of Federal ADA office. Desk clerk is son in law of owner, and very rude.. Total scam. If you cancel or no show, they will charge you the entire cost of the reservation plus the penalty, even though I have an email from the hotel stating there is only a 1 night penalty, for NO SHOWS. This all happened during the pending Hurricane Ian. I cant believe this so called business is stealing money from vulnerable people. I was charged almost $500 over the stated penalty. I am disputing the charge and have reported them to the Florida scam hotline.

Toilet broken, refridgerator missing any shelves, mirror held up with painter's tape, curtains torn and stained, dead bug in nightstand, door lock not functioning properly, and we both started itching within minutes of being in the room. This room was unsanitary and the interactions of people outside seemed dangerous with the smell of drugs and bags filled in grocery carts. Absolutely unacceptable and owner would not refund. The room smelled musty and cigarette smoke, which was supposed to be non smoker room. It had roaches, bathroom was dirty,when i went to the front desk to complain, the man was very nasty would not do anything about it. we had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean the room. we had to buy garbage bag for our garbage. it was so terrible i dont know how they can give out rooms like that

The continental breakfast kind of implies there might be a place to sit down I’m sure some people wouldn’t mind standing in the rain drinking their coffee and eating a stale donut once you got the dirt off of it.

Although the owner/manager was very kind, the hotel just wasn't clean. There was hair in our bathroom, on the floor and in the tub and a pregnancy test on the luggage rack. :-(

Hair and roaches in bathroom. Room smelled and gave me a migraine. Only stayed one night but still had to pay for both nights. Would like to have had a light blanket on the beds as well.

Room had a strong smoke odor, multiple people were loitering outside the rooms, in the parking lot and around the office. The environment did not feel due to all of the people wandering around the premises who looked either homeless, on drugs or other.

I stayed for 7 days in this location had a couple of issues buy was resolved very quickly. No complaints and will stay again

My stay was disappointing my next door neighbor was fighting with their partner the whole time . And when I called to complain their response was for me to get a audio recording of the neighbor's voices while they are arguing and fighting with each other. Which I am not even sure that is legal to due actuality. Finally after the staff obviously was not going to fix the problem I ended up calling the police on the neighbor's adjacent to my hotel room. The police took one person away via an ambulance and gave the other people inside the room a warning.

There were only thin blankets similar to a sheet in all rooms. No comforter in any room at all. The shower curtain was black and dirty from top to bottom. Apparently they don’t wash them. I clicked the pay at the property button while making my reservation. They charged my card before I even got to the room. Therefore they had to put my money back on my card. Online it says $80 on the weekend and they charged my brother $110 plus tax on that Saturday. There were DRUG dealers and drug users just standing around outside while we were trying to unload our cars. We all felt very unsafe and uncomfortable the whole time. We will never go back to that hotel again.

My booking was for 3 people and it said up to 4 but since we had a deal vs. What they charge there they were mad and harassed us and said we were a burdon because we booked online instead of the $90 they wanted to charge. They said they didn't care what I paid online or what it said but it wasn't the $77 I paid they wanted $20 for the 3rd person so to be friendly and not have problems with owner we had my sister get her own room elsewhere the next night and I stated that when I went and paid in their lobby and they were so rude and tell me okay fine but no visitors at all so with that and just that I was in the office bothering them with a payment, then all day nothing from them until 1am. I was asleep and the owner comes banging on the door like it was an emergency and immediately I thought my poor sister staying by herself at a diff. Hotel and answer and it was the owner saying she wanted $20 for the 3rd person who I had to show her it was only me and my husband, now mind you I don't make noise I don't bother a soul I even get my own towels and all which they wouldn't give me because I stayed over.. This was a great place with the old owners, but the new owners need to get rid of the drug and criminal elements that hang out outside the far left corner of motel area near room 117 bottom and top floors yelling smoking dope and fighting in the rooms all night long...

The properties location I like, but the staff never came by to clean my room or give me towels I had to go to the office and ask for towels and toilet paper and take my own trash to the dumpster, which overflowing all over the ground. After I went a picked up trash bags at the store. The sink was backed up upon arrival the toilet barely flushed and the carpet was dirty and fraying. The doors on the dresser didn’t open and the pool was never open to use. Upon check out we waited 20 minutes for someone to check us out at the front desk and no one came. Very disappointed and I have made a formal complaint to the corporate office.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in. No room service. If you stay more than one night. No wifi , no continental breakfast . I had to put a towel on floor to keep the carpet nails from sticking my foot. Between the bath room and the sleeping area. Also paid 100.00 a night I will never stay in a knight inn

The room was dirty and tje faucet came off when tried to use the dink and had dirt underneath. The phone didn't work. We walked out never staying there. After living the property they immediately charged me for 2 nights.

Absolutely horrendous. No one would answer the phone, no one was there to greet us at the desk, our room ac wasn't working and the place charged my card TWICE after hotel.com took it saying their "internet was out" . I will NEVER ever give this place my money in my life even if it was the last place available in town.

My only real concern is the swimming pool is in the middle of the car park and think it could do with some form of walk way each side i just think that kids rushing out between the cars to get to the pool is asking for trouble

I didn't like the fact that they debited my card without my authorization. I specifically chose to pay in person on your site and my reservation was canceled do to their like of greediness.

I booked a room for 3 people and I understood it was a King size bed. This is not the first time i have done this and the sofa bed will always be available but when i went to the front desk they won't give me bedding for the sofa bed so my daughter had to sleep there without bedding. We gather every cloth we had but she wasn't able to sleep at all. I woke up around 2 am as i can't sleep either because there's a strange smell. Besides that there were simple maintenance things that should have been fixed: at least 2 lights are not working, the wifi was not working, they don't answer the phone when i call the reception, the toilet seat is detached, the toilet paper holder is broken, the bed has a protruding metal that is sharp which my wife accidentally hit. Luckily she didn't bleed. The towels and hand towels were for 2 people. As i said before I booked for 3 people from hotels.com and they won't honor it and they said I know it's a king size bed. Furthermore the fridge is rusty even inside, it's really filthy. The microwave had so much stains inside and outside, it's like taken from the dumpster. When i went downstairs the ice machine doesn't work. When you turn on the exhaust fan in the bathroom, it spits dust all over the place. They have no breakfast area. It was horrible! 1. The rooms look like hundreds of years old and stained. Proper lights were not there inside the room. Only one old light bulb was working, except one in the bathroom. TV was not working! Only two small towels were provided in the bathroom in our two double-bed room. 2. NO WI-FI. I was provided with a username and a password during check-in. But the wifi did not get connected in any of our devices. Showed 'IP configuration failure'. The most ridiculous part happened when I asked about this in the desk. They said wifi may not reach to my room and I may have to roam around some places to get wifi!! It was not even getting connected in the lobby! 3. NO BREAKFAST!! ONLY MUFFINS AND BANANAS! Is this kind of a joke? Do you picture 'continental breakfast' in a hotel with only muffins and bananas kept in one corner in the lobby? We had to go outside to have proper breakfast afterwards. I had the worst hotel experience here. I usually check few things before booking a hotel: cost, availability of breakfast and wifi, cleanliness and service. Neither I got breakfast nor wifi here. Service and cleanliness was horrible. But the price I had to pay was comparable to any other moderate to good hotel. I seriously think this hotel does not qualify to be listed in HOTELS.COM. This downgrades your services.

bad A/C and very dirty room. They tried not to refund the charges and after threatening them, they deducted a part.

The hotel was in a great location. It was very ghetto, lights appliances and switches that didn’t work. Also bullet holes in the curtains, several holes in the walls, a broken dead bolt, cobwebs and thick layers of dust around all the baseboards. Multiple random stains on the walls, including blood. Even had pubic hair in the refrigerator too. On the upside the room didn’t smell, and there were no bedbugs or roaches. Pillows and sheets appeared to be clean. We didn’t swim but the pool also looked clean. The man who checked us in, said we could have a late check out at noon, however the woman in the morning said it was not allowed and we had 15 minutes to get out. Also my little girl needed a toothbrush and she said they had none at the front desk. There was only enough shampoo and conditioner and towels for one person to take a shower and the toilet never stopped running. We were able to get some sleep, the area was overall safe and was also conveniently located less than 7 miles from Disney world. For the lack of cleanliness and amenities I would’ve expected to pay half that cost regardless of the location. It should have been discounted by at least half due to the fact we checked in at 2 AM and got put out shortly after 11 AM instead of 12 PM as promised the night before. Even though I checked in over the phone it still took triple the time once I arrived at the hotel. He was polite but gave me a key card envelope that was crumpled up with someone else’s name written on it.

The hotel rooms look nothing like what they look like on their website pictures. Once arrived at the room the walls and floors were heavily stained, the sheets are very thin and barely keep you warm. The AC is extremely loud and sounds like a tractor, the bathroom fan as well. The overall feel of this room was horrid, I might as well have stayed under a bridge it will give you the same feeling. I forgot to mention it also had roaches.

It was awful, Hotel was dirty and nasty and after paying Hotels.com I was charged 50 extra dollars upon check-in by these thieves, Continental breakfast ? Thats a joke , there was 2 bananas and 1 pack of muffins for the entire hotel, when i asked where was the breakfast and they pointed to the 1 plate containing those 3 items. At 11:AM promptly someone was at my door demanding me to check out

They rooms were good... had to ask for towels none in the room... not a big deal... but the disappointment was that the pool was green and unable to utilize...

Right around everything in the Kississimme area. Pool was nice and clean. Room was nice and clean.

Room was ok but had only two towels (if you call them towels). They were old and worn with some stains...basically tattered. Only one partial roll of toilet paper. Went to office to request more towels and washcloths. Was given two wash cloths and was told they would bring more towels to the room when someone was available. Asked for toilet paper and was told the same thing. Came back that night, no extra towels or toilet paper. Made two additional trips to office to get toilet paper. Stood at counter on one occasion for more than fifteen minutes with nobody there. Hotel advertises cable but tv had only analog. Faucette in bath tub was loose and was afraid it would break off when turning shower off and on. I won't stay there again.

I got to the hotel at midnight they had cancel my reservation with any notification so , since I was with kids and they were tired I had to got a room for much more of the price of the reservation. When we got in the room there wasn't enough soap so I had to go to the office to ask for more and believe or not they said..."we don't have here but you can have shampoo instead"... after she saw my face, she said if you can wait I can look some soap for you...so she did and took her just a minute...We were finally ready and I didn't know how to set the AC I went to the office again and they went to the room I ask the man to be quiet since the kids where sleeping but instead he didn't stop talking even when I interrupt him to tell him we can discuss this tomorrow...the morning after I need water bottles and they never came out of the office...I was really mad?
