Kapp and Kappy B&B

The location was perfect for us as my husband had surgery at HCA. Osceola Hospital. House is in a quiet neighborhood close to several restaurants. We did takeout and ate in the dining room. After dinner we sat on the wrap around porch and has a glass of wine to celebrate our anniversary. Tom Kapp made me breakfast the next morning and sat and had breakfast with me and visited. A short but lovely experience.

Our first experience with a B&B - but won't be our last! Very cute and unique house and the host makes a great breakfast! Everything provided that you might need - including some drinks and snacks! Nice to be able to visit and get suggestions from someone who knows the area.

I love this place I don’t know what he put on that bacon but it was amazing!

The home is beautiful. The rooms are appointed exceptionally well. The innkeepers are very accessible and responsive.

The owners are extremely nice and very helpful. The bed in our room (Dancing Horses) was less than average due to the air pump not keeping the mattress comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

We loved the attention to details. Excellent breakfast (organic eggs and avocado picked from the backyard). Love the art, the many butterflies in the garden, quiet place and the nice conversation in the morning with the owners, between others.

We loved the property and our room. But our hosts made it truly special. They served us a delicious breakfast and we were able to get to know them a bit. They are a very cool couple! We actually live just a couple of hours away but will come back again for a weekend getaway.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming with arrival wine and snacks. The made to order breakfast was excellent. The room was quite comfortable with plenty of space for two. The B&B is within walking distance of downtown Kissimmee and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying here! Room was comfortable, and it was close to restaurants in the little downtown area. The owners cooked a lovely breakfast both days, and were very accommodating with snacks etc. Would highly recommmend. Way better than an impersonal hotel!

The hosts were the friendliest. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Not only was the breakfast great, they provided several snacks and drinks (even beer and wine). Within walking distance to historic downtown Kissimmee. I would definitely stay there again in a Heartbeat!

I loved the warm loving vibes emitted from the B&B. From the moment I parked and walked inside, I felt valued as a person and customer. We had a wonderful stay! We were in town for a date night and absolutely loved this place. Our room the “Dancing Horse Room” was cozy comfortable, well organized and inviting. The location is just off the beaten path , but still close to everything. Also enjoy the porch if you get a chance it is quite peaceful.

The interior of this historic home is beautifully remodeled and very welcoming. The hosts were so friendly and breakfast was delicious! The grounds are a bit overgrown but contain some unique metal artwork. I would highly recommend this B&B when in the Kissimmee area.

Kissimmee Lake is well worth a visit, so is the town of Celebration.

A hidden gem in old Kissimmee. I enjoyed my stay in this charming B & B. I arrived later and instructions were clearly laid out. A lovely couple, the owners Tom & Christie couldn’t do enough for me. Tom cooked the most amazing breakfast. I will definitely choose this place over a hotel on my next visit.

We would revisit when in the Kissimmee area as the B&B is situated very conveniently.

A wonderful and fascinating home that is both intriguing in its character and architecture and welcoming in its hospitality. The rooms are spotless and filled with interesting history; the hosts, Tom and Christi, are delightful, and you couldn't do better if you're staying in the area, than booking in with Kapp and Kappy! Highly recommended and I hope to return in the future!
