Yes the facility was amazing

A little outdated and room had a perpetual musty smell.

We always enjoy staying at the Reunion Resort. Everything is there including water park access. Private pool and hot tub area. Spacious living area.

The room was very very clean though, and that helped with the overall experience.

We have been visiting the Reunion and Golf Resort for over 10 years, this year we visited this past April and the last 11 days in May 2026. The staff at the Resort and the Waterpark within the Reunion was fantastic.

I would have liked the property to be better painted. One of the rooms had paint with stains, and the internet went down. Other than that, everything was good. Oh, and the main pool closes too early.

Water park closed at 6 which was very inconvenient for us because we have kids . Certain family restaurants in the resort close at 4pm which was inconvenient as well because not everyone eat before 4pm. Resort overall gets an average because of certain amenities but i unfortunately would not come back

Zero complaints. The condo was far beyond my expectations. It was spotless and had all needed essentials. The resort itself was beautiful and the water park was excellent and never crowded or loud. Entire resort was very clean. The pools were huge and free of any trash, extremely clean. Seriously have zero complaints. Absolutely will be back.

Beds were horrendous, they were caved in the middle so you woke up with back pain in the morning. Bathroom in room smelt bad, and there was a dog pee odor all over the up stairs rooms. Ac was broken before we entered residence and took 2 days to fix. The upstairs AC broke again upstairs and we didnt even bother going upstairs. Service was extremely fast to fix and very helpful. Room was large and had everything you needed. Property is beautiful and water park is a perfect size. For the price that was paid I would not recommend staying here, there are better places for cheaper prices.

I would say the rooms need a little updating, but the three bedroom suite was absolutely perfect. The waterpark was a great time. The only thing I would say is, they should add pool towels to all the pools as we went to the pool and there was no towels when we got there. Other than that, I would say this property is worth every penny we paid.

I liked the room and the water park and how big the area is so you don’t run out of things to do however what I didn’t like is that remaining total was less but they charged me more 2nd the towels smelled dirty third the ac filter was very dirty and we have allergy problems so my mother couldn’t get a good sleep the whole night we checked in and when the guy came he was like it’s fine but my mother said something and he was like well I can go ahead and just change it and so he did but those things I didn’t like

This place was immaculate, and I would highly recommend anyone traveling to the Orlando area to stay here. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable fitting for a family. The waterpark was excellent and the food was top notch. I’ll be staying back here again for my next vacation.

We recently stayed at Reunion Resort and Golf Club. I was concerned because the rate was low and concerned about what kind of unit we would get. We arrived at 2am because our flight was delayed but check in was super quick. I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised. We had an older condo-1990's/early 2000's I would say, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was perfect for our family. It was clean and well maintained. We stayed on Whispering Way, which is really close to the Waterpark and the fitness center. We were able to walk to both which, considering the size of the place, was great. Everything on the grounds is clean and well maintained. We saw groundkeepers everyday. We didn't actually get to use the waterpark because they didn't allow outside drinks which we didn't know about. We went to another pool and they didn't ask and we bought lunch and drinks there anyway so it was fine. We didn't play golf there becase it was expensive but would definitely stay here again when we're in town.

Fantastic accommodation - clean, well furnished, huge balcony, spotless kitchen and utensils.

A nice property however the unit we were assigned was right at the front and had really dated furniture -although the beds were very comfortable. The unit had an odor when we walked in the door which we think was the garbage disposal. We were not really aware that you need a golf cart to get around or a car, but that the golf carts had a wait list. We were required to dispose of our trash but had to walk forever to find a trash receptacle which then sounded alarms when we disposed our trash. A confusing situation.

We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath. The room was very nice and clean, however the AC would not cut off and it was freezing the entire time. The waterpark was nice but small. The other pools were nice but only 1 was in walking distance so unless you rent a golf cart you have to drive to them. The bar in the hotel had delicious cocktails and our femaile bartender was very sweet. I would stay here again for sure.

There wasn’t a lot in terms of quick shops to grab essentials so get that stuff before you arrive. But the restaurants are delicious so you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to cook!

After a brutal trip on an airplane with a baby for the first time and an even worse car rental experience, reunion was such an amazing place to rest your head. The property was great, the room gorgeous, the price so incredibly worth it, but the best part was the staff. From check in to check out, flawless. The front desk, restaurant, grounds keeper, cleaning staff, shuttle service, even security were all incredible to deal with. 100/10 recommend, and am already planning next year here!

The customer service was spot on. Our AC was broken the day we checked in. After 2 hours I went to the front desk and said this isn't cutting it and they switched right away. Juan (maybe the name was Jose) at the front desk is amazing! The hot tub was very low and I told them. After 3 days it was not even covering the 2nd step. They have more but it was a longer walk.

My only problem was when housekeeping came into "clean up" our villa, change sheets and towels they didn't leave any extras like toilet paper or paper towels

Dinner at the Eleven was just average, the AC was uncomfortably cold, the food was okay, and the milk we ordered for our son was spoiled. However, the service was great and the views were lovely.

The property was clean and very spacious. The only issue we had was that they were only 1 pool out of 11 that stayed open late. On our last night, that particular pool was closed due to a private event, so we were unable to get into the pool or hot tub before leaving the next day. It was a bad way to end what had been a nice vacation.

The area of our villa/property grounds had trash, unkept& very dated condo-very basic & worn out at best. The resort was overall pretty nice, secured. Called maintenance 3x and they were responsive.

The dining chair pads felt like kids had been jumping on them and had no structure.Very uncomfortable. The carpets were soiled and we felt we needed footwear to walk on them to feel comfortable.With us being Canadian,wearing outside shoes inside was foreign to us. I did speak with the reception who informed us at the time that they had no other units available but did apologize. A couple of hours later I received a call from the manager offering us a new three bedroom unit. This unit was much nicer and very comfortable.It seems it is a hit or miss situation when booking with Reunion.That was not my experience at all in th eprevious three times we had stayed with them.

We stumbled on Reunion 4 years ago, and we go back every year. The whole family looks forward to our week at Reunion like Christmas. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There pools and water park are great. The property is beautiful. Just a great place to be!

The Resort is beautiful, Staff is very friendly and helpful and I couldn't complain about our Villa. The pools are amazing and water park was fun yet super cold.

The 3 bedroom villa was large. Seems dated. Our children were upset that the water park was closed our entire stay for routine maintenance - this was our main reason for booking this resort. Also, not impressed having to pay a resort fee and then an additional $58 to play pickleball and another fee to play mini golf….but of course couldn’t play mini-golf because we had already removed our resort “amenities bracelet.” They did provide an early check-in and late check-out. Overall, not impressed with the amount of money spent to stay here.

Staff support and attention was lacking to any details given. I had to call several times when things were needed in the room and the option to just pick it up is not available. Nothing noted for reservation was ever noted. The fees were different than noted. I was told i would be refunded some fees and never was. Bad experience

It was a condo unit that we stayed in. The unit itself was decently clean but the hallway and building looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

The Resort was clean, conveniently located, and very accommodating for my family and I to visit and spend time with other family members I didn’t experience any dislikes

Lots to do and everyone is friendly. Great location. The actual room we stayed in was clean but a little dated. The hot water heater gets so hot that it we actually needed towels at the bottom of the door to knock down on the heat coming out from it.

This property is where we always choose to stay mainly because of the water park and it was amazing. The water was warm the towels were fresh, the music was enjoyable and the bar was open. The pool staff was very polite and friendly. The Villa was impeccable as alwayswe will always stay at the reunion. It was also a close drive to all of our destinations! Especially Disney.

The 3 bedroom 3 bath condo was so spacious and beautiful. My family loved the waterpark & close pool/hot tub in our backyard.

3rd stay here, only complaint is that it runs out of hot water quickly, make sure you all take quick showers and do your laundry and dishes in the morning

Room was big but not very clean. Sheets had brown stains and a cockroach was found scurrying near the kitchen.

The resort was fantastic. Lots of options from pool time, waterpark, mini-golf etc. Staff is very friendly and the rooms were clean.

Very nice and clean accommodations. The only negative was we were told our wristbands gave us access to all resort amenities, but they failed to mention there’s fees involved with everyone of them. The water park was awesome, but the food service there was pitiful. Stood in line for 45 minutes both times we wanted a drink or order food which is out of an adjacent food truck. My friend got the grilled cheese sandwich which wasn’t grilled and only had one slice of cheese. My cheeseburger tasted like low grade dog food. The golf and staff were very good and accommodating. And the villa pool was very clean.

Waterpark was a big hit for the kids. Didn’t really have to leave the resort.

There was no room service. I called for tge beds to be made, garbage taken out and some towels and no one ever came. We were a family stayed 5 nights and the room was dusty, the lights in the bathroom did not work. The pool was perfect.

Check in was quick and easy! Ammenties are amazing! Sad it was such a short visit but we will definitely be staying again!

Resort is generally very attractive and well maintained. Clubhouse and main building were very nice with multiple restaurants and a great view of the golf course. Actual “Deluxe 3 Bedroom Villa” ( Room J-201 @ 7618 Sandy Ridge Drive ) was extremly disappointing and to call it a “villa” is very misleading. While large, the unit was outfitted with 80’s/ 90’s old and worn furnishings. Every piece of wood from cabinets in kitchen and baths to bed frames was seriously scratched and in need of refinishing or even better, replacement. A few of the cabinet doors did not close properly. The tv’s are clearly all over 10-15 years old and 1 of them stopped working during our stay.Because we were there celebrating Thanksgiving with family who had rented a large house on the grounds, we didn’t really use the kitchen till late in day 2 and discovered after losing over $100.00 in groceries, that the refrigerator did not work properly as the door did not close and seal properly. Bath amenities are a joke and lasted 1 day given their small size. Overall the unit ( looked like we were the only unit on our floor with furniture in it and in use) felt old and worn. Beds were reasonably comfortable which is basically my only positive here! While i would consider a revisit to the resort, I would do a lot more homework on the accommodation!!! I take some responsibility for not demanding a change in rooms but it was a quick 4 night trip and we were unpacked and into the trip before reality set in here on our room and I didn’t want to disrupt my family. Reported it to management on our exit and got nothing more than an apology!

Staff were lovely at check in and was VERY happy with the spacious accommodations for our family. However, simple and cheap updates to room and restaurants could really be used - I.e. paint refreshing, cleaning pictures hanging in hallways that have splatter marks of something on them, caulking replacement, fixing cabinets not closing or terribly askew, making sure TVs and remotes work, etc

The condo we stayed in was a 10 minute walk to the main hotel lobby/bldg. We also had the option of their shuttle but area is delightful & weather perfect so we chose to walk. 1st condo we were checked into was very musty smelling. They quickly accommodated us & moved us to another one. 3 bd 3 bath units are good size with nice balcony’s. I will definitely come back to reunion. My only complaint is that the hotel lobby bar/restaurant should be opened for both day/evening hours given its lovely setting. Daytime dining options are casual sandwich style and golf club feels.

The resort is gorgeous, but the pool and water park close extremely early. One bed was broken when we arrived but would have been visibly in need of repair on cleaning. I'd prefer the resort fees be included in the pricing.

Property is huge and spaced out. Parking for the lazy river was a little far away from the resort.

We had a horrible experience only because we rented a condo in the resort and the condo above us leaked water all over our condo and we had to move condos. This was during my son‘s two day golf tournament, which caused a lot of stress for him and myself also while moving my belongings, I slipped and fell and scraped my arm and ended up having to leave a day early as I wanted to sleep in my own bed at this point in time. We also had a Service dog with us which made this even more difficult of a move. So after playing five hours of golf walking, we come back to our condo. Master bedroom and bathroom flooded with water. The resort was only agreeable to refunding two days of our four night stay. I would have appreciated a full refund for the inconvenience and stress this situation caused.

I was able to have champagne sent to my room before I arrive & it was just perfect. My hubby enjoyed himself. It was our 25th wedding anniversary & we couldn’t pick a better place to stay & celebrate with. I wasn’t able to enjoy the waterpark due to lightning & heavy winds. I was looking forward to it, but living here in fl of course understand how it comes & go. The safety of the customers & owners always comes first. Thank you all.

Exceptionally clean rooms. Very useful amenities in the room. absolutely comfortable. However, the rogue fire alarm that went off a the last night of our stay ruined our already perfect stay.. would have been nice to receive at least an apology for that blimp. Would come back surely :)

Property was great! Wish we were able to stay longer

The entire property grounds were beautiful!, including the surrounding communities. There were food options both on the resort and within the immediate areas surrounding the resort. The ones that we ate at were delicious. The beds were super comfortable; not too hard and not too soft. The pillows felt amazing too.

It was a decent stay. Unfortunately there were some problems during our stay but most of them were taken care of the same day.

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The room was dirty from the start and clearly not well maintained. My family and I were bitten by insects throughout the night, leaving us itchy, uncomfortable, and extremely irritated. When we brought this to the hotel’s attention, the staff was dismissive and offered no real help or solutions. To make matters worse, housekeeping said they don't clean the rooms unless guest check out that was a bummer, which is completely unacceptable. What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into a miserable experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The room was comfortable but very outdated and worn compared to the online photos. For the price, I feel I overpaid. At the pool, there were no beach accessories like floaties, and no pool towels were provided in our room despite being told they would be. There were also no activities for kids at any of the pools. Not to mention, nowhere on Expedia did it list that parking wasn’t included, and I was charged $20 a day upon arrival. Overall, disappointing for the cost.

My stay with my family was absolutely amazing. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa this week and it was spacious. Last year, we stayed in a huge house with 8 bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and a pool. Reunion resorts is an absolute beautiful resort to stay in for any occasion.

This place is perfect for a nice relaxing weekend with the family. We loved it.

This was a beautiful property but pretty outdated. Be careful when booking this hotel through Expedia. There were several hidden fees that were not disclosed prior to booking.

My family of 4 stayed in a Reunion Grande unit, and it we had a more than comfortable stay. The unit was updated and clean. We always have a wonderful stay at Reunion. We’ll definitely be back.

Check in staff were friendly although sadly my email request for a high floor facing the parks wasn’t successful. The room was very big (two bedroom suite in the main hotel). Fully equipped kitchen, balcony with furniture (but no light). Beds were comfortable, quite a lot of light gets in once the sun comes up though. USB ports for charging in the bedside clocks. We had ants in the room but an exterminator was sent. They got rid of them but they returned, we used washing up liquid and that seemed to work. Showers were nice, we had two bathrooms which was useful. Good sized wardrobes and a dining table in the lounge.

Amazing property! Had everything we needed and plenty of space for 7 of us. The smaller waterpark was perfect for younger kids. Some of the pools do not have towels provided. Lots of activities on site for the kids. Will definitely be back for a longer stay!

We arrived in our room and discovered a broken lamp sitting on the coffee table along with a wet clothes on our bar area and a wet chair that had not been cleaned and kitchen cabinets broken. We called the front desk and they sent someone immediately to address our concerns. He advised he would write a report and left. No one returned to take the broken lamp or fix the cabinet. And the plumbing issues…the water smelled stagnant..the hot water faucet in master bath did not work and hot water did not go far. Many times we took lukewarm or cold showers. Our air conditioning quit on our last night and maintenance came promptly to fix the issue. Staff was friendly but overall our expectations for cleanliness and disrepair were far from met.

The customer service exceeded our expectations. One day, we had issues with the dishwasher and the dryer, and after sending a message via WhatsApp, they immediately sent someone from maintenance. The appliances were fixed in record time. Truly fast and friendly service! The water park was one of the highlights for our kids—they had an absolute blast. We were also lucky to be there for the 4th of July and enjoyed a beautiful fireworks show and a well-organized celebration. I would definitely recommend this resort without hesitation, and I truly hope to return with my family in the near future.

I checked in around 9:30PM after a long day with travel. They told me the Eleven restaurant was open til 10 for dinner as I was hungry. After checking in and getting my stuff in my room, I arrived at 9:45 at Eleven and they told me they were closed for food service. They couldnt seat one person for dinner 15min before close, after telling me it would be open. Not good

It was a great experience and resort especially for the price. Only a couple things I would change would be to update the villas and for some reason the water smelled like sewage. The staff was very nice and communicated and even accommodated a late check out .

The staff is all real knowledgeable, kind, and personable. Love the free shuttles to go to each pool all throughout the day. My family and I cannot wait to our next vacation here for many years to come.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Our unit was in the main building and had two bedrooms. It was clean and cleaned daily, well furnished, and the bathrooms in particular were regal! It was about a 20 minute drive to the Disney theme parks and maybe 25-30 minutes to Orlando and the activities near International Drive. We will plan to stay here again.

The actual apt was renovated with new furniture & on the whole was very nice! The kitchen was original, however it had been painted but appliances very old! A knob on the cooker was broken, racks on the dishwasher broken and tumble dryer had to be repaired twice! The bathrooms were ok(original, but newly painted) however one of them had a blocked plug hole. The worst of all was the safe that didn’t work for 5 days, very inconvenient when your travelling from overseas and have valuables! After 48 hours we were given keys to another apt to use the safe! Ok but not convenient! Reunion were not good at dealing with this issue until we made a complaint to management! It was eventually sorted, and we were given a few nights tax back however it affected 5 days of our holiday! Not a good advert for Reunion! On the whole Reunion is well maintained the golf courses look good apart from the one in front of us, not many playing it! The pool at 7 Eagles was nice, but lacked parasols for shade, only 6 available and 4 not working, very disappointing! The waterpark is good, and has a number of quality parasols! Would we return? Probably not sadly and we were returning customers! Very disappointing!

Amazing affordable option in the Orlando area. Apartment was perfect, access to the waterpark was included and close to everything. Not to mention clean and safe area. Very happy and will definitely stay there again when back in the area!

The tennis and pickle ball staff is great. i took golf lessons at david ledbetter the breakfast is great every time we come. The omelets and oatmeal are killer. it also not crowded since most are owned condos and all are not rented very quiet and peaceful

Everything was great!

The property was really cool but I’m surprised how much no one tells you and how little information there is; no packet with a list of what to find at each spot, etc. which meant we spent a day driving to each spot ourselves to figure out where we would want to hang out all week with our toddler. The app for rides is great - except more than once we had the app say we were picked up when we were in fact skipped. Frustrating with a toddler who is desperate to get in the pool. The condo is equipped but lacking. No soaps for the dishwasher, dishes or washer. It’s definitely more like a 3 star hotel honestly but given the amount to do on site makes up for some of that.

Housekeeping services extremely limited to simply give your fresh towels if requested. No floor, counter, toilet cleaning during your stay

The Resort itself is nice. The room we stayed

The resort is nice but our elevator wasn’t working and we were on the fourth floor. The hot water wasn’t working. The cooled the back rooms but it stayed hot in the front rooms.

The resort was very beautiful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had two fabulous days with my two young children. The pool and water park were excellent, with great service and quick attention—one of the best resorts I’ve ever been to.

Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The waterpark was great! We enjoyed it very much. Our villa was spacious and everything worked well. A slight smell to the room but it wasn't a huge deal. We will absolutely stay at Reunion Resort again.

We had an issue with our first rental (ac went out twice) the staff was extremely accommodating and moved us to an upgraded room, Erika at the front desk was absolutely amazing along with Chantel and Jess. Joseph at the water park was also so helpful and made our time at the pool way more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again solely based on the staff alone!

Everything was perfect! The one thing that would keep me from coming back is the smell of what might be mothballs mixed in the unit. It slaps you in the face when you open the door and doesn’t go away. Everything else, the cleanliness, comfort and location made it worth the stay. Please fix the small so we can come back often.

Our stay at this resorts was very nice. We were a group of 8 and everyone was super comfortable.

We love the Reunion resort and have stayed here many times. The particular unit that we stayed at has really good bones, but the furnishings are very dated and have become uncomfortable, especially in the living room. The kitchen is minimally equipped. of note is that most properties of this caliber are equipped with USB ports for charging things. It was hard enough to find an outlet to put my own charging box and cord in. The lighting on this particular unit is very poor. Between the brown furniture, the brown carpet, the brown drapes and the low light. It was slightly depressing. But like I said, it has good bones and a little updating would make this an excellent place. The transportation is a nice amenity as well.

Reunion Resort in Orlando is a fantastic destination close to the Disney and Universal Parks, shopping and restaurants. The Resort has several condos to stay, golf courses, tennis, pickle ball and mini golf to enjoy

All staff enocountered was helpful and friendly, dining options good, villas spacious and great for larger families, parking easy, security is around and at gates-like this, everuthing was well maintained. We have been here 5 times and will continue to come back!

Wonderful! We needed an escape. And found one. Lovely beautiful property. Accommodations were fantastic. Everything we needed and more. Made some great memories.

We liked the waterpark and pools on the property.

Everything was great. The villa was perfect: spacious, clean, equipped with essentials, great view and balcony. Beds were comfortable. Grounds are huge and well taken care of. My only issue is not honoring a late check out. That is so annoying to me given that we checked out on a Monday the resort was literally dead. No one around. I understand when it’s busy but you couldn’t give me a late check out or you would charge for another day? That’s a big deal to me whether I would return or not.

Everything was fantastic- the food, accomodations, amenities, golf, location. Our room in the Grande tower was spacious and had everything we needed, plus great views. Eleven was a fantastic restaurant with live music and wonderful small plates. The Chophouse, Traditions, Clubhouse, and Sushi Bar restaurants were fantastic, too. All 3 golf courses were well-maintained and the Nicklaus course was challenging. Great pools, fitness center, ping pong, bocce ball, trails, etc. We even were able to rent a golf cart to get around during the week. The only drawback is that so many things are shut down by 6 pm. We would have enjoyed having more time in the afternoon for minigolf, waterpark, etc., and also wish there were more casual eating options in the evening.
