It was a good price and location had restaurants and not in the middle of Orlando traffic. Only thing you will miss it. My GPS confused me so much, but I eventually found it. I also had a room that was apparently near one of the outside lights, so it was too much light coming through my blinds but wasn't too bad. It was worth what I paid. Oh yeah, I liked the nice size refrigerator, no stove, but microwave.

Walking into the building to the front desk. The receptionist greeted me with nothing but smile. Told me about the local things going on around the area. The first room the hot tub was broken. Called down stairs for them to tell me the will seen up maintenance. The maintenance man came he said he has been working there for 6 year and never knew they had these hot tubs. For him to just tell me that the stopper is not working, but I stated the is a whole bottom missing. For the front desk to tell me they will switch my husband and I rooms. The hot tubs was only big enough for one person. The toilet got stopped up and call for a plunger. I was told someone else has it that is moving rooms. I called 1 hour later still no plunger. I didn't receive a plunger into the next morning. For people to be living out of the hotel they were very respectful no loud noises, couldn't hear the cars on the main road, sheets super clean.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the treatment I have received as a resident of this hotel. I have been living at this property for approximately one year, and I recently received a 48-hour notice to vacate my room. I am concerned that this decision is not being applied fairly or consistently. I have observed situations where family members of the management team, or individuals connected to the administration, appear to receive preferential treatment compared to other residents. Therefore, I request a review of my case and a written explanation regarding the specific reason for any action taken against me, as well as the policy I have allegedly violated. I also request an investigation into whether hotel rules are being applied consistently to all residents, without favoritism or unequal treatment. Thank you for your attention to this matter; I look forward to receiving a written response.

Abandoned and hanging by a thread would be a great name, asked Expedia to please help me with giving me my money back to change hotels but said no. Nothing is as it says on listing. Bed was horrible hard and could see the springs throw the top. No light shades or plug covers. Everything had rust on it and the fake leather was peeling off everywhere. This is not a romantic get away like advertising said this is a ran down. Our tv remote wasn’t even for our room and was taped together. Just horrible horrible!!

The room was clean minus some broken blinds and what looked like someone kicked the cabinet to shut it. The property is older could use some curb appeal, we didn't connect to the wifi.. Parking was free... Beds were hard and not enough pillows. Good enough for what we needed staff was very helpful

We booked two rooms. They were clean but very basic. One room however had a marjiuana stench, no blow dryer, lights by the bed did not work and the electrical outlets were half out of the wall and taped with black tape. The outlet did not work. We will not be staying here in the future.

I can’t think of anything I guess the beds were comfortable No curtains to black out light from cars pulling in at all times of night. Broken burnt hair dryer in the room. No phone in the room. No clock in room. No safe. The toilet wouldn’t stop running. It was a very low quality stay. And then they didn’t put a normal hold on my card you they charged you a $100 security deposit.. that was not mentioned on the booking site… they said they prefer it in cash which was extremely sketchy but all I had was a card… and I didn’t receive that $100 back til Thursday we checked out on Sunday.

Dirty room, bathroom out date and broken, bed was not organized I stay one night and check out next morning. The room picture they show when you book is false advertise stay away from here. A lot of noise and really bad shape surrounding if by error you want to cancel they stay with your payment, no refund at all, very disappointed.

I was killing roaches all night. The floor was filthy dirty the bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned. The staff was not accommodating at all. The furniture in the room was falling apart door was all banged up. pictures are very misleading.

They had bugs in the room the walls looked dirty the hair dyer didn’t work. The fire alarm didn’t have a flash, i had little bites on my back, they only had 1 towel for us and when we asked for another one she said”we don’t have any right now but we will bring u some when we do” her husband banged on the door so loud it startled us in our sleep. He wanted to give us towels, but why so loud?

The room(s) are filthy and completely unacceptable! My daughter and I didn’t check in until 3:30am due to a delayed flight. Check in was done through a window from outside. While walking through the outdoor corridors to get to our room, there were people hanging out outside, smoking. I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room but at that hour and traveling all day, we had no other place to go. My daughter used the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush. There was mold in the bathroom and no proper ventilation. The cabinets, countertops, blinds, and floor were dirty with stains and literally dirt. There were bugs in the room! Despite only being there for a few hours (we checked out by 11am that same morning), my daughter ended up with bug bites on her ankles! There was about a 1-2” gap under the door that I could see the outside, which could allow any number of bugs, or snakes even, to get into our room! The website advertised a kitchenette but there was nothing more than a fridge and microwave along with empty cabinets, no utensils or dishes of any sort. There was a metal bar for clothes but no hangers provided. I spoke with the front desk and they gave me a key to a different room to move into which was equally as filthy so I asked if I could be refunded and they refused. I contacted Expedia who advised me to check out & they’d reimburse me but after I booked a new resort, they refused as well. Shameful on both the hotel & Expedia’s part!!

The staff were amazing, and the property was quiet while we were there. The only issues I had were 1, there are NO places to just walk and get food. And the reason that is an issue is reason number 2, the traffic!!! Oh my goodness it is a nightmare! The location of the hotel is not on a corner; so no help from a traffic light. If you are traveling east, you will need to pass the hotel, try to find a place to turn around and go back. Otherwise you will have to try to cross three lanes of nonstop traffic to get into their driveway area.

I had stayed at another Hotel 1 Suites in GA just a few weeks ago and it was very nice, so I decided to choose this one when my wife and I needed a room for a night in Kissimmee. Other than the ac working and the shower being warm, the hotel and room were a dump. Bugs went scurrying under the furniture when we entered to room and turned on the lights. The bathroom was falling apart, the bed sounded like it might break if you so much as turned in bed and the desk and chair in the room looked like it had been picked out of a trash heap.Nothing in the room had been repaired or updated since the hotel was built last century, and what would have been the breakfast area was closed and full of boxes and broken furniture instead. Staff was ok, but it is clear the owners are just out to make money and don’t care about what kind out experience the guests have. Stay clear of this place!

First room we had there was hair the bathtub and the toilet broke the first night. The shower made a horrible sound when turned on and the water pressure was very low.

Bathroom and sink were horrible smell some mold build up. Visible pet feces stains in my room. Spent hours of my own time trying to clean them to realize the smell was the plumbing etc. no bathroom fan: good value nice pool, crowd was decent but a moldy stained room can’t be acceptable

The room was not equipped w/ any utensils or dishes at all. The saving grace that made the stay somewhat decent were the front end people running the show. Besides that the property is in rough shape and the room had holes on the walls, cracking on the furniture, and they even left me a half used bottle of shampoo. The ice machine on the floor we stayed at did not work, let alone the ice bucket had no plastic liner available and to top it off, there was mold growing in there. This property has a lot of potential and is safe and quiet at night.

The room was dirty, floors, bathroom, walls. Abundant rust on all fixtures. Blinds were all broken and light shining through all night. Pillows were hard as a rock. Phone in room not working.

Nothing They were over booked and never notified me or booking.com drove 2 hours to get there and no room available. Very unprofessional would not recommend this place to anyone.

This was a horrible place to stay during my work business trip. The room has a really bad odor that smells terrible.. there was cockroaches, The blankets and beds was dirty stains and really bad odor that comes off of it. the sink inside the rental was extremely dirty where I didn’t even feel comfortable to brush my teeth or shower. This just was a terrible experience for me and I would not recommend anyone to stay here. They false advertise it, the pictures listed look way better then when you arrive

Please avoid stay at this location unless you like: bent beds, torn and stained curtains, broken and bent lampshades, ripped shower curtains, cracked shower/bathroom walls, old and ruined furniture... the list goes on. The staff is nice enough, but a terrible location overall.

I did not even see a pool. I refused to sleep there and I had to pay for another hotel after they did not submit a refund. I saw people outside doing illegal things and the place is very unclean and disgusting. The pictures that Expedia have are NOT the actual facility. I could not stay there. I feared for my life.

The Marginal: pillows and towels were sparce and hard to get more...furnishings and lighting in the room were worn...bathroom was clean but well-worn...no curtains over the window...just large white blinds...so room was lit all night ...AC cooled well but was loud...common areas need thorough cleaning...as does pool and pool deck...location is hard to get to...left turn across 3 lanes of traffic with no light... Overall, for $60 a night it is acceptable...some good things and some things that left us frustrated...we stayed 2 nights as per our plan... but would have gone somewhere else if we were staying longer...

The floors were dirty, the tub facets were loose, house keeping accused me of smoking weed in the room meanwhile it was coming from a couple of doors down from my room, beware you get what you pay for, I didn't get the same room they showed on the app.

This place was terrible the room was awful, broken blinds, hair on the floor, broken furniture, bathroom sink clogged, loud music playing. The whole place looks like an abandoned building. The housekeeping staff looked over worked and tired. They really need to do some serious work on this place!!

The first room I was in had packing tape golding the door lock on, the remote didnt work and no mocrowave. I jave a specsil diest and cannot eat out. I was switched to a room on the third floor. Im disabled but they did have an elevator that smelled like urine and i would have to go down three dlights of stairs of there was an emergency. My neighbors had the tv on full blast at 12:30 am, the AC only had 2 setrings. Freezing and sweating. Room was clean nice fridge but overall, I would not stay there again.

I would never stay at this property. I felt so unsafe and dirty I lost out on all the money I spent and stayed at a different resort. The area immediately around felt unsafe. Was a hotel people live in. Property grounds were incredibly dirty. Front staff was short and rude. Please don’t stay here.

The staff was great accommodating us. Cleanness is a concern, first room had a cigarette smell. Second room we found a little roach wandering on top of the desk, the tub will clog a little bit. We had book for two nights but only stayed one.

My friend's bed had dirty stains on the sheets and bedding, i informed staff and they made up the beds the next day, but they did not change the sheets or bedding. The same stains were in the same exact places! My friend ended up sleeping on top of her bedding with her clothes on the whole stay because she was grossed out! The lamps were super grossly dirty and rusted, i was afraid to touch them because of the rust on them. Those should be changed out immediately for appearance sake. The tub had mold stains all around the edges along side the wall. I had to put a long piece of paper behind the blinds against the window because the blinds had pieces broken off at the ends, and you could clearly see into our room from outside. The location of hotel is great! It is close to everything, lots to do in the area, but i would not stay there ever again! Staff member Steph who checked us in, was very friendly and helpful with information. Good customer service, but the male staff member at night, was not friendly at all!!

Never checked in

Asking kindly for handicap accommodation days in advance, the hotel manager declined simple & inexpensive nontoxic cleaning, claiming "inaccessibility". When we arrived, having paid for 3 people in the room, only 1 towel set was present. We politely asked for 2 more. The desk clerk handed us just 2 bath towels, saying, "That's all we have." The sink did not drain properly and the toilet had a too-small top cover. All this said, we appreciated the comfortable beds & kitchenette.

The room felt neglected, 7 roaches in 1 night. People outside loitering since some of them apparently live there. Run down with weird smell. Mold in shower & stained towels. Definitely not upkept. Couldn’t sleep with all the bugs and the people talking and smoking weed and cigarettes outside of our door and the smell leaking into our room. I went with two toddlers and I was definitely scared of my car getting broken into or a roach crawling on us. I told the lady in the front and she said she could not refund and that the people that live in the hotel are known to behave bad that that she will speak to them. Didn’t seem remorseful or sorry or even surprised about my room concerns for safety concerns. Will NEVER go there again!

I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Florida, and overall it was a good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they could definitely use some updates to feel more modern. Even with that, my stay was still very enjoyable thanks to the amazing service. I want to give a special shout-out to Yasmin. She was absolutely incredible — friendly, professional, and always went out of her way to help with anything I needed. Her positive attitude made a big difference and really elevated the whole stay. Hotels need more employees like her. I would return again mainly because of the great service from Yasmin and the smooth, pleasant overall experience.

Everything from this stay went from starting at the beginning of when I was told there were no king beds available, mind you I had paid extra for this. Then I get to my "non smoking" room and it smelled like someone had just smoked. There was a dead roach and the bathroom was stained and dirt. Horrible experience.

I booked King size bed room.When I got to the hotel for check in there was no available rooms with 1 bed. then the receptionist stated that I booked a double, which I had proof of my 1 king bed booking . So beds were so small I slept in 1 bed and my husband in other bed. we travel that day so we were tired to argue so we stayed just 1 night.

I was greeted nicwly upon check-in. Went tl the first roo they assigned me to and the beds weren't made, funny smell was coming from the room, and there was a loud fan plugged in. When i asked for another room and tild them what the situation was they said they had no idea about it. They gave me another room that was fine, but refused to help me move my luggage and other bags to it.

The check in process was quick and Liz was friendly at the front desk. The issue was when we finally got to our room, it was dirty there was clothes from the previous people that had stayed in the room on the floor by the bed. The room was dirty, house keeping never stopped by once during my 4 day stay. I had stopped by the housekeepers on day 3 of my stay to ask to swap out my towels and they were rude and seemed angry that I asked to swap out towels, they had told me I was unable to get them swapped out until 3pm once laundry was done. I also had to ask the front desk for extra toilet paper since they had only one roll in the bathroom as well. There was roaches in the room as well.

The room was not clean, there were hairs in the sink and dirt on the floor. There are no amenities, there is a microwave and fridge but no cutlery, dishes etc. The cupboards are bare in other words. The bed is uncomfortable. There was a piece cut out of the venetian blinds on the window that I covered with a plastic bag for privacy. I had a disability room, the only concessions to this were hand rails and a raised toilet. The room had shower over the bath which is entirely unsuitable. On a good note, the front desk person on the night I checked in was very pleasant and her husband helped me move my things into the room. If your looking to stay though I have one word for you, don't.

Dirter after using the shower. It reeked of mold, bathtub you couldn’t fill, as stopper was broken. The only water temperature was scalding hot and you better hope you don’t have to poop as the toilet doesn’t flush. I couldn’t even flush big big that was crawling on the floor. When we checked in it took us 15 mins to find someone as she left the building. I also didn’t get handicapped king bed I had reserved. I got a queen bed that was hard as a rock and had springs poking in my back. The smoke detector also doesn’t work and is visibly broken. So hopefully the sketchy occupants in the other rooms don’t have a fire. As I’m pretty sure I seen several drug deals. This is like a section 8 hotel. Do not stay here.

Our room did not have a chair or phone, yet had a full sized ironing board and iron! The refrigerator and tv did not work. When you go outside all you can smell is drugs. The front desk lady is very kind, but nothing got taken care of for us.

I was very glad that I was able to stay in Home 1 Suites Extended Stay. Everything was clean, the employees were very helpful, and I would recommend this hotel for my friends in which to stay.

Did get tv repaired next day. Blinds were chipped and had many open areas to outside. Family stayed in a room that had blinds with cut ends so that all was in view from outside. There were no curtains to cover blinds and their doorknob fell off. We all only stayed 2 nights thankfully. Do your homework and check reviews as we found many too late. Best part was pleasant staff!

Not nice and dirty

I stayed one night. The pictures they show on the website it's totally different from what you paid. The towels were dirty. It felt like they didn't changed from the previous customer, same feeling with bed sheets. Room 314 is old and it's not very clean.

The roof was being replace the entire time we were there. It was loud all day and other guest were loud all night. Yelling, music, and the smell of weed was prevalent on a daily basis. The area around the property was questionable and run down. The price was right but I would not stay here again.

When i received key to room 306 the door was open crumbs all over beds and furniture and the room was open tv was on someone was already staying in that room without permission i went back to the reception and notified her and she gave me another room the elevator was bad hallway dirty walls dirty it was just a nightmare horrible maintenance very very dirty and on top of that i was charged 100 dollars deposit will never ever go there again

The property itself could really use an update. My room was very clean but lacking a coffee maker and when I requested it they brought it right up to my room. The pool area was nice. I just wasn't happy with the general area surrounding this hotel as there was nothing close by to walk to for food, and apparently a few of the area businesses have been torn down because there was nothing there but cement slabs.

Ok property for price

I saw the negative reviews. I've been here for a few days and so far it's been great. Quiet, clean, the bed is super comfortable, there aren't any bugs or anything, floors are pretty clean, especially compared to like a days inn or Wyndham type hotel. The staff are really nice. Especially maintenance. Plus it's pet friendly and everyone has been welcoming of both me and my dog.

My wife and I booked a room here based on amenities and pictures. Upon arrival we found that the room did not match the pictures at all. The room had broken blinds, a door that barely shut, a non working smoke detector, the bed was hard and bowed in the middle as well as the counter tops being melted from what appeared to be a hot spoon. The entire room smelled like cigarette smoke. There were very unsavory characters hanging out in the parking lot and on the balcony. My wife and I ended up checking out shortly after we checked in. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Where do I start? So I came here with my child and parents. Right after getting our room key the first thing I noticed was a guy by the stairs nodding off from some strong drug and hostile people arguing left and right. The room itself is okay. I liked the air fryer feature, the full sized fridge, and the fact that there's no carpet but that's about it. The faucets all looked gross. The second night there was a woman arguing in the parking lot threatening to do serious harm to someone else who lived there.

You get what you pay for at this place.. the rooms were ok. The office personnel seemed like they didn't want to provide toilet paper to the guest. Is it too much to ask for toilet paper from a motel? We stayed an entire week the police were there everyday. There are a lot of unsavory characters that hang out at this place at night. We witnessed domestic arguments, drug deals, drug users and an attempted police raid. This is no place for children. Most definitely Do not recommend for a Disney stay. I do not recommend this place period.

It's an extended stay so there are a lot of transient types. But other than that for the price I'd definitely stay again. It was very clean and close to everything. Disney was like 15 min away. 2 Walmarts less then 2 miles and plenty of places to eat

Our room was NOTHING like the pictures online. The floor was filthy. The bed was extremely hard and there was only a thin blanket covered by a sheet to hide the stains. One positive was the pillows were nice. The headboard had many stains on it. There was ONE plug in on the wall but not near the bed so you couldn't charge any devices next to you. The couch looked like it was picked up from the side of the road and was covered in stains. The pool outside was not able to be used. The front desk said that it needed to be drained because of inspection. They picked a Friday to do that so we couldn't use the pool either. I decided to check out two days early and they said they would reimburse me for the "inconvenience".

This place is a scam

The pictures advertised are no where near what the property looks like. I had no television during our stay and when I reached out to management, I received no response. The place smelt like a can of raid was just sprayed before we got there. Roaches crawling in the walls and bathroom mirror. The pool was not filled when we arrived and there were tenants that lived there outside hanging out and people upstairs fighting with their neighbors. Then I wake up to two junkies going through the bushes and just staring me down. Will not recommend ever! I feel like I just got pranked.

Honestly, I just don’t want others in my position to endure the same experience of checking all the way in and then immediately deciding to leave due to unsanitary conditions. I’ll protect the property from specifics, and don’t get it twisted - the staff member I worked with was prompt and helpful, processed a refund and didn’t give me a hard time, so that’s commendable, no doubt about it. Simply look elsewhere for a cleaner nightly stay. It certainly could have been just the one room I saw as well.

The lady that was working on April 16th around noon time she had on glasses and was at the front desk, she was really nasty with her attitude when I asked to speak to head of house keeping all she told me was to walk around and find her that was soooo unprofessional then when I told her about her attitude she then told me she was calling the cops on me so I waited for the cops … all this because she told me the room smelled like smoke if we’re being honest most of the rooms there stink and smell like cigarettes, remind you I don’t even smoke cigarettes… I always book here and this wasn’t the first time you guys gave me a room that smelled like cigarettes, 2 weeks ago i booked and you guys gave me room 232 that room is just nasty and smell like pure cigarettes but yet again dealt with it and you guys kept my deposit now I booked again you guys put me in 227 another room that smell like cigarettes and I told the lady that but she didn’t care… cops came and spoke to me and her just for her to be wrong the cop said and I got my money back… really unprofessional I will never book here agai.

Room was clean and smelled good! Everything worked. Only complaint about room 239 parts of the blinds are broken, so people can see me and the door handle is broken, it pulls right off. Other than that..nice stay and will book again.

Truly one of the most run down and gross hotels I’ve ever been to. The doors were falling off the hinges, TV didn’t work, and overall hotel was horrible. We were so grossed out by the hotel we didn’t even stay the nights we paid for as we didn’t feel safe.

The property is an extended stay place and people live there. There was a group of people outside the room that was assigned to me and there were gathered there drinking. I felt very unsafe that I cancel my reservation and went to another hotel right away. Also, the room did not look like the pictures. It looked very old and outdated. I will never stay there again. If you are traveling with a family or small children. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Good price for a decent room

My first room had roaches. After complaining, I was moved to another room, but it had plumbing issues. The toilet overflowed into the bathroom and bedroom, and the fridge leaked water onto the floor. When I asked the front desk for help, no maintenance or housekeeping was available. I was given a plunger and had to clean everything myself. The towels and linens provided were stained or looked unwashed. The room had no hangers, iron, or ironing board, and the front desk said they had none available. The furniture and bathroom were outdated, and the room looked nothing like the photos on the website—it was dirty, unkempt, and misleading. Outside, people loitered daily, often smoking marijuana. Police were called on multiple occasions for disturbances. I felt unsafe the entire time I was there. This place is completely mismanaged and unsafe. Between the bugs, dirty conditions, lack of service, and dangerous environment, I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it. In summary, Home 1 Suites Extended Stay in Kissimmee was a complete nightmare. Between the pest problems, unsanitary conditions, plumbing issues, lack of amenities, and overall safety concerns, I would never stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone. I strongly advise other travelers to consider alternative accommodations.

Nothing unique, loads of bugs in room every night (cockroaches & other things). Area was run down around hotel, looked derelict. No coffee/tea maker or hair dryer (despite being on room description), asked at reception but woman seemed like she didn’t even work there and said she didn’t know! Shower was nice and hot

The blinds in the window were broken; I did not feel safe as anyone walking past could see right into my room. I could not change clothes in the room and felt very unsafe as a female traveling alone.

The first room I was given didn't nothing like the picture being advertised on Expedia. When inside the room, it was warn out, the beds were on the floor, the pieces of the blinds were missing and when I lifted the cover it had a bug underneath it. It freaked me out. So i went back to the front desk and told the lady my issue and she put me into a better room. This is an extended stay, people actually live here and pay rent so if you do come here, this is what to expect. I won't be revisiting this place.

The property was extremely reasonably priced. Armain was great check-in was super easy at 2 AM. Pool was super clean. Rooms were super clean as well. Everything is blocks away and downtown. Disney is 5 to 10 minutes. This is an extended stay so they do have long-term residence about the property. I had no issues during my stay. My only suggestion would be to have a 24 hour towel exchange through the office. The kids were swimming repeatedly and housekeeping only exchanges towels at 7 AM which let me say that housekeeping does their job. This was a tiny fix saying that Ross and a variety of stores are blocks away so I just purchased two towels and my issue was resolved. This is a small hotel but do not judge a book by its cover. I enjoyed my stay in my family did as well. We had three families to come and join us as they had issues with their location. Overall, a positive experience.

My experience was 8/10 , Armain was excellent @ check in. We arrived @ 2am. Hotel was extremely reasonable considering the area being 5-10 from everything offered in Disney Experience . Pool was super clean & water was kept up. Room was comfortable & super clean as well. Only suggestion would be for a 24hr towel exchange due to kids repeatedly swimming. House cleaning does their job well, just would not prefer to wait till 7am for clean towels, but no huge issue, we went to Ross & bought 2 towels, which is 1 traffic light away just like all other stores are blocks away as well.

Reading other reviews, I was hesitant to book but with spring break upon us and high prices, desperate times call for desperate measures...and I was not all that disappointed. What I didnt like was there was lot of people hanging aound the hotel. All on the balconies and stairs. I realized people may actually live there. Other than that for the price, the room was really clean; sheets, tub, sink, floors. Full size fridge and the tv worked. At night it was surprisingly quiet. I never felt unsafe at all. My husband and I slept well. The bed was very comfortable. What I can say is you get what you pay for and for the price, the room gave what was needed.

Staff was very kind during checkout and during our early checkout as we only stayed one night. Likely would have left before but it was 1am and we were tired. One of the had hair in it, other bed was fine thankfully. Cable was out which was fine but the fridge motor was very loud. Bathroom had mold in the shower and around the bottom of the toilet. Toilet lid had a big hole that was covered with a role of toilet paper.

I seen a dead roach & I seen one crawling on the floor. I was scared…the bed was okay but everything else wasn’t

It was me an my two children but they would only give us two face towels an two big towels We stayed for a week i tried to get sheets changed in the middle of the week it took two days for the maid to come an even then she got an attitude an said they normally only change when it’s a new guest. Management didn’t accommodate at all or try n help get things taken care of they just want your funds an that’s all

They were nice enough to give us a refund after this horriable rain we had the water

It was not what I expected at all. I did not feel safe in that area, especially after I saw people wearing police ankle trackers. Everything about this place felt wrong. Looks like the owners got tired of the upkeep of this place.

We arrived around 10 pm after a very long drive, we waited in line for around 20 minutes while the gentleman helped one person who got there before us. There was some loud commotion going on in the parking lot and a homeless person taking shelter in the pool area. We entered our room to find it infested with roaches. I spent at least 20 minutes on a killing spree as they were all over the floor and walls. Many went under the bed in hiding. We were so wore out mentally (for other reasons) and physically we went straight to bed instead of looking for another hotel at that hour. In the morning we found food that was left in the refrigerator. I preordered this room because they had a jetted tub. Thankfully I am pretty small because the tub was not intended for a large body. It literally took 15-30 minutes to fill the tub because the water pressure is so low and by the time it was half full the water came out cold. When I went to check out I told the lady running the office she might want to send some pest control, and she says “oh you seen some roaches?” This must be a very common occurrence… I normally would have never slept there but i wasn’t in Orlando for pleasure and had more pressing things going on. It would have been nice to have a hotel room that was calmer.. also a chair in the room would have been nice. There was nowhere to sit other than the bed.. also the roach in the bed was not exactly how I wanted to start my day.

The hotel appeared to be a shelter more than an hotel. People had store bought grills and were grilling in the parking lot. I’ve stayed at an Embassy suite before and I’ve never seen something like that. We went to our room and the bed was U-shaped. We left.

there was a ton of people fighting in and around the parking lot. also, upon arrival the hotel told me they did not have a room available for me even though i paid beforehand and had my confirmation number. they found one open room but said it was an additional charge to what i had already paid. i stayed somewhere else and haven’t received my refund yet.

We have stayed here before and will continue to stay here again. Its very convenient when we travel over for the bass fishing tournaments. We stayed here before they updated the rooms and this time they were new. Like the size of the rooms they are big with plenty of space. Beds are comfortable and pillows are nice. AC works great and showers are nice. Room had a full size refrigerator, a Kerrigan coffee machine, microwave, TV with smart tv apps, hair dryer. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Area around seemed safe, there were a few people hanging around that were questionable. The front desk staff were super nice and helpful. We will be back.

Got to the room and it wasn't cleaned, had to switch rooms second room was very clean and smelled clean but the tv was a little difficult to turn on

I booked just to sleep during road trip. The young man at the desk was nice and helpful.The outside can was older but maintained.The room was also immaculate and clean and beds soft. Just be aware that there is active nightlife. People hang out and party in the parking lot. It didn't bother me. They were nice and friendly, just loud. I would book again though.

Gabby is wonderful. She made our stay enjoyable and ensured our comfort. A delight to work with. It's a budget extended stay with a good sized fridge and decent microwave. The pool was refreshing. Lots of activity around the complex but again it's an extended stay

Neighbors seemed to be long term and good spirited. Had a few families on site. The pool goes from 3'-6'. It's fenced in with nice loungers. But watch the wee ones. We were near Aldi's and Walmart and Bravo Market is a very short walk. Taino's Bakery is 300' away - great food . We enjoyed breakfast there daily. Like I said it's a budget extended stay . One I would stay in on my next business trip to the area.

The room was big, very clean, i loved all the amenities available. We needed extra towels, they sent them right up. Great area and price. My only complaint is the plumbing. The water pressure was low and slow. They have a jetted hot tub/shower combo, which I loved but it took at least 15mins to halfway fill!Overall, good and I will definitely book with them again when im in that area.

It was a quick 2 night stay but the room was spacious and very clean. It had an almost full size refrigerator, microwave and even a kuerig which was very nice. I would absolutely stay again. Great value and felt very comfortable there.

It was filthy, had a mouse, the blinds broken and paper taped to them. Lydia at the desk was very nice and professional. People smoking marijuana everywhere
