    Shuttle service was not like listed it ran only two times during the day and night and it depend on location website was complicated to even book shuttle . My balcony had no chairs and looked like black mood on ceiling of balcony. Not worth the price hotel rooms need to be updated .

    The hotel has a distinct and not so good smell as soon as you walk in. To start the hotel charges a $56 resort fee per day to my opinion there is nothing resort to the hotel. We went up to our room and the door barely opened you have to push the door to open. In my opinion the “resort fee” is a scam. I cannot say I will be staying there again.

    I enjoyed my stay here. I stayed two nights. Location was good. The breakfast buffet was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. So many choices. One staff member at the breakfast buffet was very nice. I give the breakfast buffet a 10. There wasn’t any problems with my stay.

    Hotel needs improvement! The breakfast was good and the room was clean that’s all I can say…. The hotel also disclose the service/resort fee for Expedia and it’s an older facility that needs some improvements on its upkeep! Management is also a disgrace and this hotel is a poor reflection of the holiday inn brand

    When purchased it clearly states that breakfast is included but the hotel did not want to honor the purchase. The breakfast paid is not worth anywhere near their price. The rooms are older and show it.

    Great stay for budget families who can’t afford the Disney resorts. Which they had an updated bathroom with a less noisy shower, different options each day for breakfast, and some speakers by the pool for resort vibes. It would have made the stay perfect!

    The pictures of the room I booked did not match the room I was given. We were sent to “ building 2” which the room was musty and not cleaned well. The room was very out dated and needed renovation. Being a solo parent traveling with a child, I didn’t have that sense of safety here especially with the parking being in the back. We arrived 30 minutes prior to the 4pm check in and the line took an hour and half to check in. Best part of our stay was how happy my son was for the pool and free breakfast.

    The hotel is ok. The door of the fridge in the room is so hard to open. ON our check out day we got charged of another extra $56 that we didn’t know about and according to the staff itnis a hidden charges which is not good because we already paid the hotel and then suddenly another charges comes up.

    It was a nice 2 day stay. Usually I like to book holiday inn bc it’s pretty consistent wherever you go. This one was in a need of refurbishment. The pool had debris in it and needed new landscaping. The shower rod came a little loose. I will say that when I told the front desk about it they came and fixed it right away. The beds were comfy, we slept well. Also the breakfast buffet was better than most!

    At 1:30 a.m. the fire alarm started going off, no fire, but the building still had to be evacuated until the fire dept arrived and gave the all clear. THEN the power went out in our room!! NO AC - the power came back on around 7 a.m. AND although I paid for the room through expedia app - they charged me again!! We will never stay there again. Much better options in Kissimmee.

    The room was ok but to small for a handicap person using a EV . Handicap should never ever be put on any floor other than 1st floor. Fire alarm with off and I was on the 8th floor. Very scared.

    The hotel is in poorly condition, outside looks like homeless people live on premise. Especially in the building (where are room was located) in the back there were people lying on the ground where you pull up to get a luggage cart. The room smelled musty and rust in areas, the carpet was dirty and the ac not working properly and shut off at 1am and didn’t come back on until 7 am. I would not stay here again.

    Veronica at the front was amazing. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was a storm that ended up knocking out power so we had no AC or hot water, but she was incredibly accommodating very helpful things beyond their control. Parking lot surrounding area was safe. Great value compared to what the other hotels were charging in the area.

    Every single Staff member from front desk, bartender, housekeeping and staff at breakfast area in morning were wonderful and friendly. My wife and I loved the nice and friendly staff.     When we came back, we were given the same explanation, so we chose not to follow up again. We stayed for four days. While the room itself was clean, we encountered an issue with the refrigerator not maintaining a cold enough temperature, which caused some of our stored food to spoil. The buffet breakfast appeared fresh overall; however, the sesame seed bagels were stale. Additionally, while dining, we noticed a visible buildup of dust on the lampshades above the booths. Based on this experience, we would not choose to stay at this location again.

    Great location across from Old Town and Fun Spot!     The staff here are excellent I must say. I have a few concerns at hand. One concern is at breakfast I think all the food should be covered due to safety reasons. When I went to get some bread it was fruit flies all the bread area and things that weren’t covered. The breakfast crew shouldn’t rush you to eat, I got up to get another plate of food and I went back the table was almost empty so mean personally I felt rushed. Also, I have a medial condition and the toilet sit rather low, so it was a hassle to get up from there but other than that the place is pretty alright.

    I enjoyed staying at this property due to its friendly staff, cleanliness, and convenient location. The room and bathroom was spacious. The only thing I didn’t like were the two sets of doors that could lead to the other adjacent rooms. The hotel has two buildings that are joined together by a first floor corridor. Since I was in the 2nd building, it was easier to park in the back lot. The lot is well lit at night but there’s a motel Nextdoor which is separated by a high fence. We did have to park far because we came back late at night the two nights we were there. So I just made sure to be aware of my surroundings walking from the car to the back entrance of the hotel. I felt safe, but you can never be too cautious. The food buffet was delicious and had a nice selection. It was well staffed and kept orderly and clean. I would love to stay at that hotel again during a staycation in Orlando.

I will say the theme park transportation needs improvement as to utilize it one must go after the park is opened by an hour or more and leave very early- before any end of the night shows. The pool and hotub also close too early considering most parks are open until 9 or 10 pm- if you had wanted to soak in the hot tub for a bit after walking a few miles it will not happen here.

    Old hotel. No free breakfast options typical of other Holiday Inns. On our first night, the fire alarm went off. The staff kept saying “false alarm” and to go back into the room. In the meantime, the fire department was still making their rounds and the staff was still checking in guests for the other tower while both the audible alarms and lights in the halls kept going off.

    This is an average hotel, don’t expect the best of anything. The breakfast buffet was great though. We had several issues during our stay, no hot water for showers for a day, fire alarms going off at 12:30am, and inconsistent house keeping. The hotel is around several charming places like a small amusement park, and food trucks. If you are going for the shuttles is important to know, the shuttles for Disney and Universal only have one departing time from the hotel and coming back from the parks.

    The only problem we had was the sink was literally going haywire like a volcano with black water everywhere it took them almost 2 hours to get maintenance there and to get it cleaned up and we had to be at dinner that night for reservations The fire alarm went off two times during the day the next day around two and three then that night at two in the morning, it went off again and they said it was because of an overflow of a water bilge pump and it took on almost 2 1/2 hours to get the Flashing light fire turned off in our room so we can finally go to sleep But other than that, it was a wonderful weekend and a great hotel

    The rooms were small, and the hallways were dark and musty. Unfortunately there was a lack of parking and on the first night stay there was banging in the hallway and someone knocked on the door and tried to enter my room. Security was called and the guest next to my room heard all the noise as well. There were concerns to the safety as I noted 4 Deputies in the hotel the same evening. Security never followed up with the incident which occurred.

    The staff was nice and the location was convenient. There were small little ants/bugs on the bathroom counter randomly. I would kill a few and then would find more. It’s very outdated and not deep cleaned. The sheets were cleaned, but I felt like the carpets were not and the counters and tables were not scrubbed. I brought my own Lysol and wipes.The beds were comfortable though, and it was nice to have a balcony.

    Now I did have a frustrated situation with my booking, between Expedia and the hotel. I ended paying almost an extra $150 for 2 rooms. I try to change my reservation and when I try to reinstate it, they wouldn’t do it even though it was in a matter of minutes. So, I had to rebook one of the rooms. Now they won’t give us a partial credit. Expedia puts on the hotel and the hotel manager puts it on Expedia. I been a loyal Expedia customer for years but after this experience, I’ll be booking directly with hotels to avoid this miss communication.

    Great staff, welcomed warmly and they even were going to change our room for better view, but unnecessary! Could view fireworks from our window for TWO Disney Parks and Old Town was beautifully lit up for the evening: rides, shopping, eating/drinking and other entertainment a mere walk across the street! Parks are close by and airport 20 minutes at 4:45 pm! Breakfast at hotel was fabulous, again staff so friendly! A little too cold to enjoy pool but looked wonderful, as did the hottub that was being used! Room was spotless and bathroom clean and love Dove products! Great experience and wonderful location to get away from "ears" prices and have good ole time fun at Old Town for free (rides extra)!!

    The hotel needed some serious updating. The pant in the walls were peeling bad, the bathtub floor felt as if I was going to fall through, and just overall it felt gross. I stayed 3 nights and on the second day I needed to call the front desk to get new towels which is when I was advised I needed to request my room to get cleaned as they don’t do that everyday. I stayed here with my family and would not recommend staying here with a family as neither I now my wife felt safe. There were homeless people near the front of the hotel and the motel next door is extremely sketchy.

    When I arrived I was informed that there was a $25 “resort fee” that was not on my reservation and didn’t appear anywhere on my receipt from Expedia. After telling the clerk that I didn’t agree to that fee and that I would go elsewhere, he agreed to remove the fee on all 3 rooms that I had booked. When I checked out I never received a receipt. Only when I saw the charge on my credit card 3 days after checkout did I learn that he never removed the fee. I was duped not once but twice. Will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

    I was charged a service fee of $57 upon check-in, in addition to what I paid to Expedia. There was no parking at the hotel. The area did not seem safe. The lobby was extremely loud. The hallway to the room smelled very musty, like old gym socks. Then, the room smelled that way too. I sprayed good with Lysol but that did not help. The room was very dated. Even the door was cracked. The springs on the bed made noise every time I moved. When I responded to a text from the hotel regarding the issues, they did not respond. I travel to Orlando about 10 times per year. I will never stay at this hotel again.

    You need to ensure the safety and security of your guests by ensuring all in room doors leading to the rooms next door are locked. My safety was tremendously compromised during my stay as the doors were unlocked. The guest next door entered my room accidentally and thankfully it was my relative who was in a separate room next door but it could have easily been a stranger. This caused me to check the other door leading to the next room with other guests and sadly, I had to secure this door also

    Hotel was large & clean, staff were all so polite and courteous, breakfast buffet was large with a great variety... walked to nearby attractions like Old Town and World of Food Trucks... plenty of stores & restaurants right outside the entrance. Free shuttle service to all the Disney & Universal attractions, but if needed, Ubers were very inexpensive as well (less then $20). Would definitely return to this hotel.

    I feel the newly renovated part of the hotel could have been better. Breakfast was not worth the $17 and you couldnt even take anything back to your room. There was a language problem as well.

    I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Room smelt dirty and AC didn’t work well. Lights were extremely dingy and the water got cold half way through my shower. This hotel is a bad stay. Also, the television didn’t work and the elevator got stuck. Do not stay here!!

    Once we entered the room, the conditions were unacceptable. The room had a strong smell of smoke and mold. The curtains were dirty with multiple suspicious stains and visible mold spreading on the fabric. The side of the bed also had body fluid like stains on it. The bathroom toilet ran loudly the entire time, and the bathtub could not safely be used by our children. It appeared to be spray painted and was covered in mold and grime. For the price we paid, this level of cleanliness and maintenance is completely unacceptable. A hotel room should be sanitary and safe, especially when families with children are staying. I would not recommend this place and wish I had trusted the initial feeling and gone elsewhere.

    Staff was friendly and kind. The hotel was overall filthy. Our room smelled of mildew. Floors visibly dirty and mold in the bathroom. Furniture was well loved and showed visible wear. Breakfast is by voucher only 2/room, additional breakfast must be purchased. There is a resort fee charged on top of the room rate. The hotel is in great need of an overhaul and cleaning. I would not stay here again.

    Was sold on the idea that this resort had a shuttle which on arrival found out that it only had a third party shuttle which left and arrived and inconvenient times and only once a day! Unfortunately it costs us more than we had hoped for Ubers to parks and venues. Staff were friendly and tried their best even granting us complimentary breakfast for the first night as we had to change rooms due to lighting not working. Thank god it was complimentary because it certainly was not worth the advertised price.

    I requested first floor, preferred the front building because I’ve read bad things about the back building and found out they were true! Arrived and nothing available in the front building so I was given a room in the back. I asked the male receptionist what’s the condition of the room and was it clean! He says yes, I asked was it upgraded and he says yes. Well I went to the room and found it to be completely outdated, felt old and stuffy! The room I was given looked like it was something from the 90s with decor and bathroom fixtures and shower blemishes. The bed was squeaky but clean and by me being tired as well as traveling with my mother who was viewing the room with me I couldn’t dare make her take that long walk back up to the front counter so since it was only for a night’ we decided to just stay but there’s no way in hell I would’ve stayed in that specific room multiple nights. I feel like this hotel reserves their old run down rooms specifically for third party reservations such as from Expedia’s etc. This is the 2nd time I was given a bad room! The first time I refused it and was given an updated room after speaking up for myself. For the cost that this hotel charges rather through a third party or not is highway robbery especially for any room in the back building. Breakfast is good, plenty of variety. Just wish they the breakfast staff didn’t stare so much at the consumers! Makes us feel like we should rush eating or that we’re bothering them. It’s a Bit overwhel

    We stay here often and it has always been great. The only problem I had was on the day of checkout. My family had started bringing our luggage out to the car around 10am. When I went up the get the rest of our things around 1020 there was already a housekeeper in there making the room ready for someone else. I was pretty shocked when I walked in because I had put the do not disrupt sign on the door and check out was not until 11am. She had piled the rest of our things by the door for us to grab. We had not planned to leave yet as we had plans that didnt start right away and were going to wait right until 11am to leave to kill some time, however we felt pushed out and just left. This was the first time this has happened to us but Im hoping it doest happen again in the future.

    Staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean, but it seemed everything I needed was broken or Jerry-rigged. The A/C wouldn’t turn on unless you flipped a light switch my the mattress, and the iron would heat up. I ended up having to us the blow dryer to get some of the wrinkles out of my pants that took an extra 45 mins for me to get going and check out.

    Well, the breakfast cost 17.99 a person and I booked because I thought it was free breakfast, they charged me extra when I got there and then the room was not very clean and the bed was very uncomfortable it just leaned inward in the middle so you would just sink to the middle. We didn’t make a big fuss because we just wanted to enjoy are vacation.

    Check in was ok. After getting my keys I got attacked by someone by the name of Pablo/Pedro (from Puerto Rico according to his badge) cant remember when i left the check in counter. Asking how i made my reservation and other stuff. Trying to get me to go somewhere because “they had money” they had to return to me. When i said no, he got defensive and tried to force me because “I was giving away free money”. This was very annoying. Not sure what the sales pitch was but that was pretty rude and in my opinion unacceptable.

    It took me like 40 minutes to check in, and behind me the line was looong. We stay once a month to two months in this hotel and this time check in was a disaster. I usually receive a text asking how was everything, not this time! I can definitely see it being worse every time, when we first started staying in this hotel almost two years ago, the staff was very nice and attentive. Also the fridge was leaking when we walked in and it was all wet around it and we tried calling several times and no one answered the phone.

    The room pictures online edited out the mold and dingy feel (and smell). Even the doors were chipped and falling apart at the bottom. The front desk line is 5-10 people long from 7am to 11pm and expect each encounter to be 15 min long, even if you already have reservations. Also, the “free shuttle” is not reliable (if it even shows up - we were stranded at Universal and used Uber the whole weekend). I tried to complain at the front desk and was told “it’s a third party so our hands are tied” which was sad because we used this hotel FOR the shuttle that never showed (EVEN AFTER WE HAD A RESERVATION and the contact info is incorrect).

    A used soap bat was left in a corner above the shower. You could hear the neighbors thru the door just talking. Check in was 90 minutes long. Just 2 people checking in. They were very nice and were doing the best they could. But you can tell management of this hotel is crap.

    Check in on a Friday night took about 90 minutes because it's understaffed. Carpets in the hallways are stained and dirty and old. I came to the room and it stinks of how old this place is. Tiny tv. Rooms don't even have a desk. The AC of my room was leaking, so I had a puddle in the middle of the room. Horrible.

    We had three rooms, all the same: 2 queen beds and microwave. We stayed 2 nights for Halloween Horror Nights. One room had very outdated and small TV and none of the TVs had streaming options. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms could have been a little more detailed and water pressure could have been better. Gym I used and found some dead cockroaches and TV didnt work. Pool and hot tub very chill and clean. Overall cold a/c and good stay for Orlando and the parks. If you’ve stayed in the area you understand that almost every hotel is outdated. This one is awesome and you cant beat the pricing. Breakfast was tasty too. Wish they were kinder about requesting late check out- they didn't care that I was a IHG rewards. Everyone had a good time.

    We were first placed in Tower 2, and the room felt very dated like stepping back into the early ’90s. The furniture had clearly seen better days, the chairs were filthy, and the carpet was in terrible shape. The beds were uncomfortable, and overall it didn’t feel worth the price; you can easily find better hotels with nicer rooms for less money. After a poor night’s sleep, I spoke to the receptionist around 5 a.m., and she kindly moved us to Tower 1, which was much better but still not up to the standards I’ve come to expect from other Holiday Inns. On the positive side, breakfast was decent. Just wish i never wasted my money here.

    The property was only a few minutes away from Magical Kingdom so the convenance was the huge plus. The hotel is huge but easy to navigate. They have an excellent pool, hot tub, and game room. Breakfast was fantastic. My only complaint is the cooling unit in our room sounded like a train which kept us up most of the night. I regret not letting management know because it is a huge problem for any guest sleeping in that particular room - hopefully that is the only unit that makes that noise.

    The room was clean but had a weird smell. They do not give water bottles in the room to make coffee or to just drink. After we left to the store to buy water bottles to make coffee and tea, we found out that the machine didn't work at all. The showers were great with really hot water and clean. Air conditioning was cold. Blankets need to be replaced, lots of whole or tears. Luckliy there are so many restaurants near by that I didn't care they charge $18 per person for breakfast. Overall it was a good stay, we got talked into doing a timeshare tour and we left with an 8 day/7 night stay at any of their hotels for free. If they have a great deal, I'll stay here again but just be prepared with my own water and blankets.

    Carlos at the front desk was great as was all of the other staff I encountered. The breakfast is so worth the prepaid amount. The property is clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean and roomy. There are some signs of age, including the carpet. My only complaint is that there is a resort fee and $100.00 deposit requested at check-in that are not mentioned when booking on Expedia. Usually Expedia tells me if money is going to be owed at the property. But an overall great stay and now knowing about the fees, I would stay here again if it was the best price including the fees.

    We checked in and were sent to a room in the second building. The building was old, outdated and smelled awful. As soon as we walked inside we could smell the musty smell that just smelled like smoke and trash. We got into the room and found a dead cockroach underneath the mattress. We tried to call the front desk and the phone inside the room didn’t even work. We didn’t check in until midnight and were just exhausted! We ended up crashing in the other bed that didn’t have dead bugs under it and then woke up in the morning to a toilet that had flooded overnight! There was toilet water all over the bathroom floor and even went into the carpet area in the hallway! And the carpet was soaked! The place was disgusting! I immediately went to the front desk and told them about my room! They did move me to a nicer room in the first building and those rooms were totally different! The first building had been remodeled and well taken care of. The first building did not stink and the room was clean! But that second building was disgusting and needs shut down! I was not happy at all!

    Everything was great! We enjoyed our stay in fact we already booked our next Disney trip! We like the location and always being able to find a parking spot when we returned to the hotel. We recommend to any family visiting, very safe for you and your children.

    I then got to the room they put me in and the AC was off and there were takeout boxes full of chicken wing bones, empty beer bottles, and the beds an rest of the room were completely in disarray. I called the front desk and they moved me to a different room that was actually clean. I felt like the first room was still being used with how bad of shape it was in. I should have never been put in that room and I’m not sure how it was shown “ready for guests”. The room is also right off of 192 and you can hear all of the traffic and noise from the main road. I didn’t sleep very well due to the noise and I would never come back to this location nor tell any of my friends to choose this location.

    Paid for room at check I was advised there’s an additional fee of almost $30 per room for amenities and upkeep. Well aside from the rooms not being properly stocked, we arrived at 4 am and wouldn’t use said amenities (the subpar bus schedule to parks or WiFi) but you have no choice but to pay it per management.

    My reservation had a hidden fee that was presented upon check-in. The floors in the elevators seemed like they’ve been submerged in water. You could not check in before 4:00 pm. Therefore at 4:00 pm the line to check in was down the hall. They also did not offer late check outs.

    the back entrance had trash flowing out onto the round about at hotel back door. hotel service was not bad but i feel like they could of accommodated me better. also the hotel wasn’t clean as it should be for a holiday inn they have a lot of maintenance work that could be done.

    I had a really bad experience during check-in. The lady at the front desk was extremely impolite and unprofessional. Her attitude and behavior were totally unacceptable — no respect, no courtesy, nothing you’d expect from hotel staff. Even during my stay, when I tried calling the front desk from my room, no one attended the calls. Sometimes they would pick up and immediately disconnect. This kind of service is unacceptable for any hotel. Management really needs to take this seriously and train their staff to treat guests properly and respond to calls promptly. I won’t recommend this hotel based on how I was treated and the poor service I received.

    This property is simply disgusting! I have never asked to leave a hotel in my life. Thanks to expedia they got my money back from them! Very quickly also! This property is dirty, not taken care of and I believe they r renting out to homeless people. The pictures given to expedia are not accurate at all! This place is horrible in every way. My wife was afraid in building two lobby, the people living there are very scarey, almost looks like gang presence? No matter how cheap price is, do not go! Again thank you expedia for getting my money back and in a very quick fashion!

    You would think the building management would update the rooms. At least the tv.. But for the price I guess it was good. We had to switch rooms because our a/c was leaking, which is a testiment to a long overdue upgrade. For what its worth, there are a lot of things to do nearby

    Upon check in we used Expedia and it wasn't updated in computer. So we had to wait about 25 minutes to check in. Then with line behind us front clerk told us twice our card declined payment but we seen on the card reader approved. So we questioned it and looked at our account and we were charged twice. Then another guy came and explained what happened and that we would be refunded in 3 days. Then we finally checked in and the hotel is out of date. We went to our room the toilet isn't secured to the floor and rocks and moves. The rooms are out of date and smell. Just not up to par as others in the same area. The next morning we went to the breakfast that we paid extra for on Expedia and had 2 adults 2 children on Expedia to find out it was only for 2 guests. Why would we eat breakfast without our kids? So the cashier called front desk and she told her to have us stop by on our way out. So we went back to our room to collect our things to check out and I guess front desk decided our key so we couldn't get back in. We called down on cell phone and was told we had to go all the way down to front desk for new key. Then they asked me for id which isn't cked in my room. And instead of going back with me gave me a key that still didn't open the door. So I called back and after waiting by the door 20 minutes for someone to come went back to front desk again to tell her key isn't working still... She says oh I added another day should work now. Not worth the hassles

    Breakfast was good, variety of food, employees at the breakfast area were helpful and nice. The room smells so old. Someone used the toilet before we checked in our room and did not flush, the smell was awful we did not complain about it because we were exhausted from driving almost 7 hours. Hotel is big but old.

    The stay was very comfortable. Very close to Disney and lots of stores and places to eat. The downside is that it is very old and rundown and smells like humidity. It can definitely benefit from a reno. Great price for overall stay. Upgrade the hotel and include breakfast would be a great idea

    Tried to charge again for the taxes and charges. Thankfully I had a receipt to confirm I had already paid. Was then put in building 2 which is really dated! Didn’t see housekeeping for the whole stay (4 days) felt a bit like just trying it on over the extra nightly fees as a money maker. I feel many would just pay. We stayed 10 years ago and the place is in a good location but 10 years on is dated

    I like the area it’s near everything dollar tree,red lobster,funspot gas stations and McDonald’s the room did not look like what was on the picture for the King Suite and the breakfast does don’t look like the one on the app when your booking they served the same food every more nothing different and the lounge inside the wings tasted like they bought them out the bag in Walmart and warm them up I thought I was getting some good fried wing I didn’t and the whole time I had a bill for 433.58 for my stay from Thursday to Sunday and I get there and check in they add a 100 extra to hole on your card that they don’t tell you up front about and then the taxes and fees that’s they add on for each night that you stay was like 32.00 dollars a night which is crazy I think it old be better if they tell you all of this so you want be miles and miles away from home and you get there and it all these surprises that they hit you with and then be like I’m sorry but I need up payment a total of 622.35 that was crazy but I got 100.00 back in a couple of days but still I feel like they need to do better about letting you in up front what the total cost is

    OK - Hear me out on this hotel. I was skeptical to stay at a Holiday Inn too, but am so glad I took a chance! There is plenty of free parking in front or on the side of the hotel. The staff are so kind and welcoming! What surprised me most is how clean the hotel was!! It is slightly dated, but don't let that deter you. It is clean and each room has shampoo/condition/bodywash/lotion/hand soap that is provided. There are also floors that have laundry machines you can use for $2.50 to wash/dry clothes and are open 24/7. We did not use the pool but it appeared to be a large size pool. The hotel is on a busy road, so there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearyby. Some are in walking distance, such as a McDonalds next door, Disney gift shop, Dollarama, and flea market. You will see food trucks in front of the flea market, walk to the back and you will be taken to a HUGE lot of endless food trucks. They open very late too! A great place to visit and eat after a long day at the parks. I highly recommend this hotel, it has everything you need, is clean, the staff are very helpful and kind, it is close to everything, the parking is free and it is reasonably priced. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! This is the top hotel I have stayed at in the Orlando/Celebration/Kissimmee area of the many times I have visited Florida. It beats even some newer and nicer hotels I have stayed at. I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

    Expedia is not accurate in providing fees for this property. I booked a $70 room but upon arrival was charged $200. I expected an incidental fee of course but there is also a resort fee added that I do not feel was justified for what’s offered here. We had another booking planned to go back in a few more weeks but I have cancelled & will book elsewhere without the hidden fees.
