    Phone broken. Had to go downstairs to say the cover you find inside closet at all the other hampstons was not there because they did not have it. Clock was broken. Carpet filthy. Fabric chairs breakfast room was disgusting black with marks of oil from peoples hands. Other guests were there as well complaining they did not have hot water in their room. Owner is from India and they are very famous in keeping all the money not putting a dollar back for guests!

    Great hotel. Rooms are clean and the staff is amazing. The only complaint I have is the hot tub is always dirty. I save stayed here twice and this is the case both times. Other than that it's a great hotel with great location.

    Everything was filthy. The blankets and sheets were soiled, the towels were stained, trash overflowed, water leaked onto the carpet and remained wet, bathtub was rusted and drain clog did not function.

    Fantastic value, friendly staff, and good breakfast. We upgraded to Queen Suite for a modest difference and it was huge!! We comfortably slept 3 with room to spare. Really nothing. Bigger & Softer towels would be nice but at this price point it’s probably not going to be the case.

    The rooms seemed damp and smelled moldy. The AC was very loud and squealed. The ice machine on the 2nd floor had a sour smell that was so bad it made my car smell. Headboards would be a nice feature to add. The place needs an entire makeover.

    This property does need some attention. Carpets are filthy, needs painting, and just a good cleaning. That would freshen things up. The shower door had a broken bar, and the sink leaked. Had to hold the handle down for quite a bit to get the toilet to flush. Shampoo/Conditioner/Lotion are provided in each room, but ours were empty, requiring a trip down to the desk. Some TLC and attention to detail is needed to refresh the property a bit.

    Mildew smells everywhere. The whole place needs updates, especially the plumbing. The sink and toilet clogged easily and I was given a plunger to unclog them myself.

    Everything was excellent. But im a lover of plants and the 2 pots at the entrance has two beautiful plants that needed water and i did water it. Instantly it looked so beautiful . Can you please get someone to give it water daily. Thank you so much. I hope to visit again soon

    The hotel room was very large The place was also very clean. They’re definitely needed to be some more maintenance done as the building is older. So there was some rusty spots here and there and some bureau drawers that were missing handles — The carpet in the hallways needed to be replaced. One problem is that they charged us $11 a day to park our car which was not said in any of the advertisements prior to then so we thought we were getting a really good deal but not so much when you have to add money for amenities like parking. By the way, there was no parking issue. There was plenty of open spots. Breakfast was fair and average. Hope this helps!

    But this unit I stayed in I thought was terrible. Bad cleaning, old carpet with a musty smell. Old furniture, dark and old bathroom. The carpet in the hallway is extremely dirty. I never paid for parking and in this unit I paid but at the time of my reservation I already knew. High point the breakfast but other than that horrible hotel.

    Staff are amazing (special mention to Christian, night shift). Very good breakfast. Staff very kind and helpful. Carpets need a little bit of cleaning. Sheets should be ironed or something like that. Otherwise it looks like they have never been replaced. A little bit of additional cleaning or replacement of the carpets wouldn't hurt. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I recommend this hotel.

    Hotel was clean-ish. Staff was helpful and friendly. Wish there was 2 staff on for faster check in. But not a huge issue. Not impressed one bit with having to pay to park there. I see this is becoming the new norm and think it is absolutely disgusting to charge people to park with a booking. Guess I missed the fine print after 15 hrs in the car and wanting to break for the night that said parking was additional.

    We liked that at least the bed was comfortable and the sheets, not the comforter was clean. We did not like that it was so outdated that everything had issues. The comforter was stained, the shower head and bathroom rusted, the carpet and upholstery was stained horribly in and out of the room, the toilet didn't work correctly, the breakfast felt like a soup kitchen with beyond subpar food, and the parking lot didn’t feel safe to leave your car.

Only had one very small trash can in the entire room. Room door lock was broken. One of the queen beds was broken. Bed would tilt when you sit on it. Charged for parking, but half the spots were taken up by buses. Eggs at breakfast was rubbery. There was a leak in the ceiling in the breakfast area. Charged me double for parking at checkout. (Was able to get that fixed though)

    I stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall it met the basics, but there were a few inconsistencies. The hotel itself appears updated and generally clean, which I appreciated. The front desk staff was friendly and made me feel acknowledged upon arrival, which set a good first impression. However, the room I received was not the one I had originally selected, which was disappointing. While the space was somewhat clean, it didn’t feel as well-maintained as expected. There also seemed to be some gaps in housekeeping—although the cleaning manager was polite and even a bit humorous, it gave the impression that the cleaning staff may not always complete tasks as thoroughly or promptly as they should. Breakfast was decent overall, but the fruit selection looked like it had been sitting out from the previous day—it was mushy and starting to darken, which made it unappealing. For a short, one-night stay, it was manageable, but there are definitely areas where the hotel could improve, especially with room assignments, housekeeping consistency, and food freshness.

    Staff was ok but according to the front desk employee, no room was available. Even after check-in time (3pm) we had a long wait sitting in the lobby which was an inconvenience. But of course you still have to check-out by 11am. Room wasn't too clean. Property is in poor condition and overdue for a renovation. Patches in carpet, old & scratched furniture, dirty shower curtain, hair in bed and towels etc. We felt super uncomfortable. I've stayed in other Hampton Inn locations and never had an experience like this. We couldn't take it anymore and left the property early. Wasted over $200. I'm disappointed.

Also, I called down to the front desk twice to ask a question and no one answered. There was absolutely no reason to charge for parking. It’s just a way to rip you off.

    The hotel is located in a quiet area, which is what we wanted, about 15 minutes to Magic Kingdom. Overall the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is mainly because some updates are needed. The TV doesn't offer the apps that you find now in most hotels where you can log on to your Netflix and other accounts to watch and the TV program was very reduced. There was no hair dryer (I realize not everyone is using one but you find them in most rooms). We had to wait a little bit for the room even though it was after checking time and it was on the 1st floor but we had selected an upper floor on the app. Yes the app doesn't guarantee but they should not ask you to choose your room then. We had less bath towels then the number of people in the room but the front desk was quick to correct the problem. We reserved a room with a sofa bed which we ended up not using as it was very uncomfortable and only had the fitted sheet. This was unfortunate since these rooms were more $ than the ones without a sofa bed. Lastly, the breakfast needs some work. The sitting area cannot accommodate all the guests so we ended up eating in our room and the lines to the hot food and waffles are long and there wasn't even any waffle mix left a good 30 mins prior to breakfast closing which left us & a lot of other families without waffles. I understand there are other breakfast items but for many kids, this is the only thing they eat.

    The room and the hotel structure are old. The AC wasn’t working, which left the room with a strong moldy smell. We asked to change rooms, and the staff was very kind and fulfilled our request. The new room didn’t smell bad, but the AC still wasn’t cooling properly. Several accessories, like the toilet paper holder in the lobby bathroom and the breakfast toaster, were broken. The mattress and pillows were poor quality. I usually stay at Hampton Inn because it’s a synonym for quality, but this location did not meet my expectations.

Fourth i called about a month ago to ask about free transportation to the WDW parks and was told they do provide it to all the WDW parks, showed up to check in and discovered they only provide free transportation to 2 of the 4 disney parks (HS and MK) which of the 2 they do we were not going to. We were going to Epcot. So i had to scramble to find transportation to take us. Wasn't happy about that. I honestly wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel, the only thing that was good was the breakfast and the staff was friendly.

    The room has an old smoke and musty smell. A dehumidifier is used due to outdated ventilation system. I had to empty every 12 hours to keep the room comfortable. Beds need to be replaced and furniture is outdated and damaged.

    Very nice hotel with oversized rooms, great breakfast and service. Very comfortable beds, large TV compared to many hotels, the only thing keeping it back from 5 stars is the fact that it is older. Carpet and bath could be updated. Everything worked well and shower is tall which is great!

    Hotel needs remodeling. Very outdated and it smells very strongly of mildew in the bathroom and in the furniture. All the light fixtures are full of rust. The microwave has to rust in the inside.     Hotel needs to replace hallway carpet Need more variety at breakfast, no Hampton bacon or biscuits and gravy. Yukon potatoes almost every day and a form of sausage and eggs. Only 3 kinds of cereal. Do not enjoy a paper on the door saying our room was not cleaned due to hanger on door that said do not disturb. Anyone in hotel knew we had not been back to our room. It’s Kississimee. We were at a park all day. Staff friendly.

    I spent a lot of money for this room and feel like what i got wasnt worth it. very small outdoor pool and didnt look clean. Breakfast was....ok. Dirty and i mean dirty carpet in the room. The tub didnt drain and there was no spout so the shower had to full the tub then i needed to get maintenance to drain it. The phone didnt work in the room and the plug by my bed didnt work for my charger. The elevators were scetchy and didnt work all of the time. There was also delayed responses with needs.

    2. The room did not have a liner for the ice bucket, the overhead light in the bathroom did not work. These issues were brought to the attention of the manager. Although these issues were resolved by the time we returned from our day at Disney, our room door was left open either by the maintenance person or housekeeping who dropped off fresh towels we also requested. One day of our stay was eventually comped, but we still could have had anything of ours still in the room stolen.

    Overall, disappointed with our stay. First day, hot tub not working and was told that the fitness was closed because of a leak in the ceiling. Frances, the manager was helpful. The fitness was open ( the sign was not not taken down) She was able to get the jets fixed in the hot tub but the pool and hot tub were full of leaves. The last 2 days, hot tub wayer was cold. The shower curtain too short, the maytress was too soft. Front deask not the friendliest.

    4 night Disney stay. Overall the hotel is outdated but very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful too. Breakfast was good.

    The area and exterior building are good. The breakfast was also good but the rooms need to be updated and the carpets are very dirty including the hallways. The bathrooms are not well maintained and no irons or closets inside the rooms.

    Staff were pleasant. The facility was conveniently located for the event we were attending. The 5th floor hallway had a mildew odor that migrated into the room. Had to keep the HVAC fan on to dilute the smell. Several rooms on our floor had plastic door coverings. I suspect they were being renovated or being treated for the mildew smell. The breakfast bar had fresh fruit.

    Pillows were very uncomfortable. Very difficult to sleep on. Satellite tv kept freezing. Slamming doors were heard through our door. Breakfast was basic with waffles and premade omelets. Ive had much better at other hampton hotels.

    Booked and paid for 2 queen bed room in November and given a 1 king bed. Informed staff who said nothing can be done because hotel is sold out and they told me to call Expedia to resolve it. Wasting time trying to call Expedia who talked to staff who lied to them stating I agreed to a 1 king bed room.

    This hotel from the elevator to the halls to the rooms smelled of a musty moldy mess. The sheets were so badly “pilled” and scratchy that I had to lay on top of the duvet.it seemed like they hadn’t even been changed for days I’m not asking for high thread count but come on even the cheaper motels at least have crisp clean cheap sheets that are smooth and cool to the touch when you lay down for the night. I am thoroughly disappointed I. This Hampton Inn since I had actually cancelled a reservation at Country Inn and Suites T the same price to stay here instead. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!

    Google had me scared but i was very pleased with this hotel. Room was clean, those who forget shampoo, ect...dont fret because they have built in soaps and lotions, even a make up wipe for convience. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast could have been a little better but decent for hotel food.

    son went to bed, the ac wasn’t working and he had a meltdown over needed to move was so inconvenient awful for us to go through on a weekend away, also earlier in the day sink and toilet was clogged and we had to have someone come up and fix it The problem room was 428 and they moved us to 328 which means we had to take everything down the elevator, would have made more sense to keep us on floor 4 We won’t stay there again

    I arrived late at night, close to midnight, with no other options but to stay at this hotel. The room I was given was a disaster – everything was wet and damp, from the carpet to the bed and towels. There was mold everywhere, along with bugs and worms. I requested a room change, but the second room was just as bad. This place is a health hazard! It needs to be shut down and thoroughly inspected by the health department. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The first room they gave us was looking old. Only 2 towels in the bathroom for a family of 4. Electric plugs on beds side table was not working until we wiggled it. At around 11:30 pm the smoke detector started chirping every 30 seconds. I made a video of it and took it downstairs. Probably it needed a battery change but I was being told that it can't be changed until morning! When I told them I can't wait until morning they moved us to another room in another floor. I woke up my family, back all our stuff again and went upstairs and the room was similar, 1-2 towels, stains on bathtub. After, 2 day of stay we requested room service. When we returned in evening all dirty towels were removed and nothing was left behind. My wife went downstairs and requested towel. They told her they are out of towel and gave her few swimming pool small towels. The breakfast was not good quality and tasteless. We preferred this location because of its proximity to Disney parks and free breakfast in the morning but after 2 mornings we chose to go to Starbucks for breakfast. Will make a note of this location and will never go back to this location.

    I liked the dpace in the room we had it made it easier with 3 kids to space them out a bit. I didnt like that we had to use the toll roll almost everytime we went somewhere

    good service, good environment, very clean, I arrived at my reservation in the afternoon, there was a young man working in the recession and I told him that I had a problem with my reservation, which was for two beds and it only appeared with a king size bed and that I needed the The queen size beds without hesitation he helped me, offered me a room with more space and told me don't worry, I will solve your problem. I like to help and treat clients well. I was very happy, thank you very much and of course I will stay at this hotel again. .

    Needed a pet friendly hotel for our trip and thought this would be a good place to stay based on the rating. I was wrong! This hotel is old and dirty. Carpet in the halls and room were disgusting. The room was very musty. Bathroom so outdated, clearly needs an overhaul. Water in the shower and sink had this nauseating metallic smell. I could not wait to check out. The fixtures/lighting in the room were rusty, down to their garbage bins! Shows no effort at all to up keep. First time I ever booked a Hampton Inn. I don’t think I ever will again after this experience.

    The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property and rooms itself are a bit tired but clean and generally comfortable. Usually Hampton inns are much more updated however it certainly was adequate and as I said before the staff were great.

    When i arrived at the property i was told that the hotel did not have hot water. they gave me a choice to stay or not. i chose, not to stay. they charged me one night and i now need to spend time in cleaning this up to get my money back. i'm very disappointed in the service at this property. they were unprofessional and joking around like it was no big deal.

    I will not stay in this Hotel again. They didn't have hot water, they didn't say why? The air conditioning in the room at night did not cool well and in the lobby the coffee was cold and the breakfast was limited...apparently they are not attentive to customer service. They must give more maintenance to the facilities, clean the carpets and fix structural problems. The room was clean, which means that the janitorial does its job but the rest is terrible. I do not recommend it. Sad to go through this and even more so when you celebrate your birthday in a Hotel that is not cheap at all.
