The property is spacious and well lighted. The community gives a feeling of living in serene surroundings. The staff is warm and friendly and breakfast is good.

The room was filthy the only think clean were the bedsheets nd towels. We spilled water on the floor and dried it with the white hand towel. We were mortified at how BLACK the towel was. The shower/tub was disgusting as well. definately get what you pay for here. it was reported to the front staff as well as night time staff and nothing was done 👎

Filthy. All I can say. Bugs everywhere. I left feeling so disgusting. I had bites everywhere and was itchy. Housekeeping never once came and cleaned up in the week that I was there. I spent most of my stay outside the hotel but it was absolutely disgusting.

It's a great place to stay rooms are clean. Very good coffee, breakfast includes waffles 2 types of muffins juice tea bread 2 types of jelly . Overall great place to stay if you want to come for a vacation or visit any entertainment places. I'll come and stay again with no problem.

Place is just very run down, old and seems very sketchy. I didn't event stay there and just left after paying and looking at the grounds and room in person. I would like a full refund.

The place was absolutely disgusting, filthy,the rooms had cockroaches, we couldn't sleep. My wheelchair ramp on the back of my van was ran over and the person left. Had to call the cops. We felt very unsafe. We left two nights early and went to a house rental. The whole place needs to be cleaned inside and out. Maybe some more security cameras too

I liked nothing about it. The outside was absolutely filthy. The rooms were dirty especially in the bathrooms. An hour after we got there someone ran over my wheelchair rack on the back of my van and left the scene. I had to make a police report. The front office does not take vehicle information so anybody could come on the property.

My room jave another door inside and was broken the lock and some can open the door i see the other room. Rhe room was very unclean the floor the counters.

Toilet is so dirty and towels are so old

Our problem was people that live there had dogs that barked and people yelling at 4:45 until after 6:30 in the morning. Woke us up and once I'm up that long there is no going back to sleep.

The entire property was terrible zero star hotel. Would not recommend anyone to stay in this location.

It is close to the theme parks. It was very dirty and housekeeping kept forgetting to clean my room eventhough I would call the front desk to request it be cleaned. There were also bugs (cockroaches, millipedes and ants) that were a constant problem and the front desk did nothing about it until right before my checkout.

Terrible maintenance! Door bathroom don’t close. Hair on the floor. I request room for 3 people and the hotel give just 2 towels.

Al llegar al hotel nos enteramos de costos adicionales que no estaban aclarados al momento de la reserva, el hotel es viejo, la habitación pequeña, sucia y con olor a humedad, el baño sucio y daba mucho asco, el supuesto desayuno muy pobre y todos los días lo mismo, al parecer el hotel es shelter también, todos los días niños frente a mi puerta gritando, jugando y sin supervisión de un adulto, me tocó primer piso y fue horrible no poder descansar por ruidos inecesarios, el housekeeping muy pobre y hubo 2 días que no limpiaron mi habitación, no lo recomiendo para nada arruinara sus vacaciones

Fue una estadía terrible el a/c muy ruidoso, encontré y mate cucarachas en la habitación, las Toallas aunque limpias estaban manchadas igual que las sábanas. La puerta de la habitación se sentía insegura y laa cortinas no cubrían la claridad del dia. Todo muy sucio que se notaba que era por descuido de hace tiempo.

The rooms are old and dirty. With roaches and garbage under the beds. The comforters and towels are dirty and stained. The floor you can't walk without shoes because it is filthy. The facility is deteriorated falling apart everywhere. The mattresses are old and they flip them to make it better but they are terrible. Not a working ice machine in the facility. Recommendation spend a little more before staying here.

Front desk was super nice. Room is not the best.

Took my money off my card then proceeded to tell me I owed extra at check in. When I called back in to see if the booking was still available the lady told me yes then proceeded to say never mind we’re fully booked.

The hotel is not well maintained and it was dirty.

It's cheap. There were bugs and the hotel was very slow to do anything about them. They did finally send an exterminator, but it was on my last day there during this stay. They offered to move me to a different room; however, according to more than 1 other guest as well as multiple members of the housekeeping staff the hotel had bugs that they are aware of-both upstairs and downstairs. So moving me to another bug infested room was not a fix so much as an inconvenience to me. I should have been refunded for this stay in full.

All different staff was pleasant and great, but the property was missing proper building care such as a deadbolt that did not work, and a A/C that was noisy.

ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES!!!! I would never come back building is falling apart not clean at all. Pool was disgusting friendly staff that’s all.

3-4 days it’s ok to stay there, more than that I wouldn’t recommend it, place needs maintenance but asap, it needs some serious renovation but on the good side, service staff and managers are great people.

The only issue I had was with room cleaning. When I requested cleaning, the bed was made, but the sheets were not changed, which I expected as part of the service. Other than that, everything was very good.

TV needed repaired as soon as we arrived. They took care of it the minute we told them about it. The roof was being worked on, this affect our overall view of the property. Bottom line, I’d stay with them again .

REGARDING THE STAFF ALL WERE SO POLITE. BUT I WANT TO SPECIFICALLY NAME MISS TINA AND MISS KATERINE WOWW THEY BOTH WERE VERY VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. Green palms canceled our reservation with no contact or attempt to even reach out. When we arrived we were told they gave away our room and the front desk "help" shrugged her shoulders and said o well you don't have a room. She had an attitude before we even approached and it was the hotel that put us in the situation. Would never recommend.

We were disappointed we received a room with a door connected to another room. We could hear conversations, lights coming in around the door, one of the locks were broken. We couldn't enjoy the pool as it was green with lots of debris on the bottom. Breakfast was a waffle, toast or muffins. Our shower wasn't very clean & the hand towel bar kept falling off the wall. You get what you pay for.

The facilities needs a renovation

This place is really run down and gross. We check in and it was so nasty. They only cold water only, and I think I saw a mouse. We check out immediately and they wouldn't give out money back. Save your money and don't be cheap like us, then regret it.

La publicidad es engañosa, el hotel está en muy malas condiciones el piso siempre estaba sucio , es un hotel muy viejo las paredes están rotas y hay cucarachas , no hay ni secadora para poder secar el cabello , el desayuno muy básico pero en sí el hotel se encuentra en pésimas condiciones.

Key card doesn’t always work

The room was moldy and had cockroaches in it. We had them move us rooms and the new room was less moldy and still had cockroaches. The staff was decent. Some were polite and others were not. The pool looked dirty and looked like no one ever used it. The sheets were dirty. The rooms smelled dirty and moldy. There was no ice machines even though it says that there was. The floors were very dirty. The place also said there was a laundry room that was not there.

The location was close to everything. A few things, that could’ve been simple fixes. Cleaner towels, room 129 needs to have its shower fixed it squirts all over bathroom. Bugs were a small issue as well.

The staff were polite and kind but the rooms were disgusting. The night we got there there were cockroaches in the room so they changed us to another room, and the following night there were also cockroaches in the new room. We ended up checking out a day before given how bad it was.

The good thing is that was on a good location, close to an Walmart and also other shops.

Wasn’t the most modern place in the world. But in a jam for one night hard to beat it suited our needs and was very central to everything. The pool was not cleaned at all but otherwise everything was solid

The staff here was great and helpful however the place needs a make over. My room had new flooring put in but gaps between the bathroom door made it dangerous, if you were not careful you could stub your toes easily. There were missing door handles. The water temp was extremely hot and hard to adjust. The beds were ok but the pillows need updating. The grounds could use some maintenance as there’s a lot of trash and debris around. Walkways need cleaning and snack machines need refilling. If they would fix this place up a bit it would be a good place to stay. The location is great. Value was good but upgrades need to be done. If these things were done and better care taken I would stay again.

The rooms where fithty and nasty, floor and floor boards were so disgusting bed was dirty, like people slept in it with extra dirt on your skin. I am never washed the blankets or sheeps, just made the bed up with Em. Tallet was nasty. Bed made me itch. Am i5 month old as well?

The room is outdated and humid. The shower had black mold on fixtures because it needs replacement. Towels were dingy and cheap quality. We stayed one night, and it was uncomfortable. The door between rooms scared my son because you can hear people through it. The area was not well lit and extended stay guests seemed bothered by visitors. We skipped breakfast because it had limited options (muffins and waffles). Overall, the rooms are not like the photos.

Although the front desk staff( forgot her name) was super friendly, honestly I would never stay there again! It’s okay if you don’t plan on staying in your room, just a place to sleep. There’s people , extremely rude and miserable people, living there! Especially the man in room 205! Cleanliness could be much better, pool was not working, no working ice machines or laundry machines. Place is accessible to local shopping centers but lots of sketchy people living there! Don’t stay there with small children!!

This hotel is a great value. The staff are hard-working, friendly and helpful. It is safe and in a convenient location. I enjoyed it.

This property should be shut down by the health department as well as the city. Dirty, moldy,uncleaned. The ac filters were so caked with dust/dirt, I had to clean them to make the ac work properly. The sprinklers where rusted, exit and emergency signs where broken and cracked. The sheets and pillowcases were stained and nasty.

The room I asked for the shower was leaking from the head and faucet onto the toilet and floor , so I changed rooms the second room the toilet was not flushing properly ,I called front desk and was told that a maintenance man till 10am. Next morning, soI had to wait till next morning to use the ty.

What didn’t go right is a long list, the room was run down and disgusting and I felt like I was going to get bugs, the person at the front counter was not so friendly when checking in. Very friendly when checking out though! And I didn’t even go to breakfast because I was afraid of food poisoning! It was NOT a good experience!

The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything in the room beside. We ended up only spending a few hours since we landed late and cancelled our reservation first thing the next morning. Not very clean, not very safe feeling. The area feels like a crack den. I didn’t feel super safe, I unloaded my car at midnight and there were just people walking all around at that late at night. A lot of crack heads. Dirty rooms, dirty bathrooms luckily I slept there only one night.

I just needed to sleep for 1 night after long day at park with my daughter and I didn’t even stay. Left immediately, I was refunded but front desk didn’t make it easy either at it was late I was definitely annoyed. Me and my son's stay at the Green Palms Extended Stay was amazing. I mean, the pool wasn't opened and somehow we missed Breakfast but other than that, we enjoyed ourselves.

I am use to staying at low budget hotels. The cracks and the mold smell is whatever but there was only a thin door separating my room and another stranger room and I could hear EVERYTHING all day and night.

I notified the front desk and asked for the room to be sprayed, both beds to be changed and the bathroom to be cleaned. I was assured that it would be done along with changing the refrigerator. I stayed out all day to allow the spray to dry and the room to air out. I returned to the beds having the same sheets and blankets,

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had a lock issue on our door that was fixed promptly by helpful staff. Comfy bed. Great value for the price.

The place was terrible and I cancelled my stay after seeing the building. The room was ok but the sheets were not clean. The service was good and they agreed to cancel.

Super good value for what it is. Beds are comfy and clean. Staff was amazing, Katy checked us in and she was so friendly. I didn't catch the name of the person who checked us out but she was great too. Elevator on site that was functional. Pool looked nice but was too cold to use in January. Room had a dirty floor. Looked like dirt from a cart or ashes even. Needed swept. Ice machines were all either removed or broken. If we stayed long term I'd be more upset about the ice machine but we only stayed a day.

Found other peoples hair on sink in tub and on floor, I'm bald. Staff was very helpful and nice.

We have to move rooms, due to yet another hotel with roachs. The rooms, are unwelcoming, look old, dirty, out dated, cracks, holes and stains. Another guest came to change rooms the same time i did. His room didnt have a tv remote, or telephone. Changing rooms at 1am in freezing temps only for the key not to work and had to drive back to the front office. I would never stay at this hotel again, unless I absolutely had to.

When we reached after a long long drive, they said they don’t have a room with sofa bed, which we booked, after sometimes they checked in to a room with sofa bed, after entering to the room we saw the toilet flush not working the toilet is dirty, the room smells bad, we informed them, then they said they don’t have any other room available, unfortunately we had to book another hotel,it was already evening, it was very frustrating and hectic to rebook another hotel and shift again with family after checking in. Extended stay America has lost its value and value propositions. Stay away from these hotel chain if possible.

Catherina was amazing! She helped us with our late checking after running away from another property. The price is fair for what you get, I would suggest an every 2 day change of bath towels. Thanks!

When I entered the room, there were little cockroach. The staff was nice, she changed my room, on that one I didn’t see any cockroach. And the property conditions is not very good.
