Galleria Palms Hotel

The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the free cookies in the afternoon. Our biggest complaint was that we were not told ahead of time that the pool would be closed for repairs during our stay. So the pool was only available the first night and was closed the rest of the week, which was disappointing. Also, the furniture in our room (chair) was stained and dirty. I think this property needs to upgrade the furniture. We also had trouble getting the tv remote to work, which was not a big deal since we did not spend a lot of time in our room. As for the room, the A/C worked great and it was quiet at night. Everything just seems to be older and in need of an upgrade.

The room and hotel were clean and quiet. The free breakfast wasn't as great as last time I stayed.. the pool was being repaired which if I would've known ahead of time I would've booked somewhere else because with the temperature is being 95 and above, I was looking forward to taking a swim to cool off.

The only reason I did not give it an excellent on everything was because the pool was not opened (in fact had no water in it) I felt that should have been mentioned in the description for when booking the room.. Other than that I would stay again.

Bathroom in the room was dirty with hair, there was also hair on the bedding. Pool was not available for use and empty. Breakfast had various options but none were too tasty. Won’t be returning.

They did not have the pool open as it was under construction. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were pretty outdated and there was an old smell to the room, but it appeared fairly clean. Breakfast was just ok; I highly recommend upgrading to a more quality coffee offering (it was very weak and watery). The pool was drained and taped off, which should have been mentioned when we made the reservation.

Great location, plenty of free parking, breakfast was your standard hotel free breakfast, very easy to get to Disney parks(under 10 min drive), Walmart is a 3 min drive, lots of fast food within a 5 min walk.

The pool was closed for a make over. Since we had reservations I think we should have been notified of the pool closure. Other than that it was a pleasant stay

The hotel was nice and clean. The pool was being renovated. The breakfast was good. A nice selection for a budget property. The night auditor did forget to advise dayshift about my late checkout and was disturbed by housekeeping and the front desk. Not a big deal. Just a training opportunity. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a budget friendly and clean option for being located close to the parks.

AC worked well, bed was comfortable enough, good water pressure. Noise from neighbors travels well into the room, WiFi didn’t work, no soap in rooms until last day, shuttles schedule didn’t work for us, and pool was closed, something we weren’t told about until arriving. And the room was not the cleanest.

Everything was super clean and the staff was exceptional! We wish we would have known about the pool was being renovated but they were gracious in their compensation for that.

The room was lovely, they took my request into account. Real breakfast nit continental, but that was available as well. Note: The pool is not operational at this time. We did not miss it, but if you have littles it might be an issue. We will return. :)

We had no shampoo or soap or conditioner for 3 days. No pool, and air conyfikters were dirty

I’ve been coming to this hotel for several years, it’s time to update stuff. The outdoor furniture is worn out. The cleanliness was not as good this time and neither was the breakfast. I was so sad to see they changed to packets of oatmeal. Selection was slim, I would rather pay $10-20 more a night for a good breakfast. Beds are comfortable and the staff were really nice. We will stay again.

Great relations price to quality, you got nice clean room with breakfast, free parking, reasonable resort fee, 20 min. Drive to Theme Parks. Only downside was pool construction but they reimbursed us part of resort fee. Pool should be in operation by 15 June. Great staff, housekeeping and breakfast, and main desk. This property was recently renovated and it’s showing

The hotel is a bit dated and could benefit from some updates and general refreshing. The amenities are fairly basic, and while the beds weren’t particularly comfortable, they were adequate for getting a good night’s rest after long days spent at the parks. One thing we really appreciated was the tile flooring in the rooms. It made the space feel cleaner and more hygienic compared to carpeted hotel rooms. Breakfast was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of food quality and variety. Our biggest disappointment was arriving to find that the pool was closed for maintenance. As someone who has worked in the travel industry, I know that it’s common courtesy to notify guests in advance of any maintenance or remodeling that may impact their stay. A simple heads-up would have been appreciated, especially since our daughter was looking forward to swimming after our park visits. Overall, the hotel provided a decent stay for the price, but a few updates and better communication regarding amenities would greatly improve the guest experience. This version comes across as constructive and credible—pointing out both the positives and the areas that could be improved.

We booked this hotel late in the day. We were late getting there and the room was ready, clean and perfect for a night of rest before Disney. Thank you so much.

We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were small and lacking in a few areas. There was no closet. The only area dor clothing or storage was a small shelf unit with 2 drawers and a small area to hang clothes with 4 hangers. Bathroom had no where to put items but on counter. Tub stopper wouldn't work and the tub dripped. One sink faucet handle was broken. Toilet was clogged. Reported twice before fixed. Upon arrival, the TV didn't wofixk. They did send a guy who fixes it. We returned to our room at 4:45 on the next day to find our room wasnt cleaned. Towels were collected but no new ones brought and room bot cleaned. Housekeeping was a few doors down so we put do not disturb on door for15 minutes while we changed clothes. When we exited the room, housekeeping was across the hall and saw us remove sign and leave. Returned at almost midnight. Room still not clean and no towels. Husband had to go get towels at front desk. Next day, same thing. Returned after being out until after 4 to find room not cleaned. Luckily, housekeeping was nearby and did come clean but told us we had to leave the room until they finished. Also, pool was drained and closed off. Bo mention of this at check in or other correspondence. Only found out when we went to check out the pool. Breakfast was nasty and we only ate once out od the 3 mornings we were there. Staff was very nice and were the best part of the stay. We wull never stay here again and would not recommend

Close to the parks Pool was empty, room keys were not provided upon arrival. Maintenance had to come open our room for us, we waited two hours for room keys, they still weren’t printed or could not be made yet. Upon returning from the parks around one in the morning, we had to stand in line for approximately an hour, while other people checked in before we could get our key to our own room.

The breakfast was not great like others rebiew. The bananas were akready turning brown the apples were bruised. Are was not clean for a fresh day. Options limited

This hotel is reasonably priced and in a convenient and safe area. We loved getting the warm and fresh Otis Spunkmeyer cookies each morning. The front desk staff were always very helpful and cheery. The room is spacious and clean with great lighting. There are plenty of restaurant choices in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Easy rideshare pickup and drop-off to the parks if you don't take advantage of the free shuttle. Breakfast was great and included breakfast meats and eggs and a really good variety for continental. We would stay again!

Staff was amazing. They had a technical issues with all the locks and they were so diligent to help maintain access to your room. Fixed it by evening with a big smile.

Good breakfast, nice pool, clean room. 2 souvenir shops 1 minute away. Didn’t use shuttle to parks, because goes too early At 7am to animal kingdom. We decided to rent a car from hotel.

The place was amazing as always. I wanted to personally thank Sol because she was kind and very helpful during a busy morning breakfast rush. I was able to find everything I needed. The room was very clean and water pressure was excellent. Ample parking for everyone and the lot was quiet and safe at night. I love coming back to Galleria Palms Hotel and will be coming back again and again!

Close to everything

Not a bad hotel, a little outdated but was getting some fixes through our stay ! Every staff member was very nice & helpful. Pretty close to the Disney Parks . Hotel does offer a shuttle to Disney parks , shuttle runs certain hours not continuously throughout the day. Free breakfast & in the evening free cookies in lobby. For its price , it’s not bad all. The rooms are a decent size , clean , & pretty quiet. Would stay again if needed too.

Very “safe” area, as a solo traveler that’s extremely important; might we newer properties however this has been maintained great and you would never know it, repeat customer times three trips 😊

It’s a very convenient location. The hotel and rooms are quite basic, but not lacking at all. They have absolutely everything you’d need, and are spacious, comfortable and clean. The area surrounding the hotel felt safe and has lots of shops, restaurants and fast food options at its doorstep. The free breakfast is a genuinely fantastic bonus, as eating out every day in Florida becomes ridiculously expensive. The breakfast area is always quite busy, but there’s plenty variety of hot food, continental foods, cereals, juices and coffees. The hotel also offers free parking which is a huge bonus too. There’s always plenty spaces. Theres a free shuttle bus to and back from the parks as well, though we didn’t personally use them. The best thing about the hotel is by far the staff! They are just absolutely brilliant. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, helpful, chatty and welcoming. The house keeping staff were friendly, fast and efficient too. I especially want to give a shout out and big thanks to Roslyn at reception, who is particularly excellent. She’s absolutely fantastic at her job, and a joy to talk to.

They never cleaned my room and they just got mad when I asked them for clean towels and the transportation to go to the parks are bad service

My family and I loved the way we were received and treated! The entire team was wonderful to us. We would like to give a special compliment to the receptionist (I don't remember her name) who greeted us upon arrival, because she was very friendly and welcoming; and also to the ladies who took care of breakfast: Alejandra and Ana, who were always very helpful and attentive to us. Very clean room and staff was helpful

We stayed here for a little less than a week. The room was clean and updated. The staff were very nice the entire stay. The breakfast was good and kept full. The location was very close to all disney parks, tons of dining and shopping, and lots to do in the area. We will stay jere again next time we are in orlando.

We are especially giving 5 stars because we left a bag of clothes and they were organized enough to keep it and confirm they had it when we realized it was missing, and held onto it for a week until we could pick it up again. The room was clean when we got there and organized. The staff specifically the manager, Dakota, if I’m not mistaken, was wonderful, so so helpful and welcoming. I honestly have no complaints. I did not use the pool, so I have no opinions on it but it did look nice. Breakfast was good and there were different options the 2 times I went. CVS is walking distance 3 minutes and so is Walmart although I drove. There were plenty of food places to eat around walking distance as well. They have a shuttle provided that you have to schedule, but they can guide you. I would stay there again no doubt.

It was a great stay, loved the fresh baked cookies! Everything was clean, but could use an update for sure. Plus the breakfast stops at 9:30 which is really early compared to any other hotel. However, had a great time

The hotel was ok but our room had a weird musky odor especially coming from the bathroom. Check in was weird staff was nice but was on a phone call on her cell on speaker she pretty much was rushing in telling us about the hotel never ending her personal phone conversation she hangs up and calls someone else while we are still checking in. The sheets were sooo rough and uncomfortable i only booked here due to the raitings on the app but never again also the bathroom door stopper kept coming off it was rusted and door had multiple wholes whe they just keep screwing the same stopper i

El staff fue agradable. Las camas son muy buenas. Pero la limpieza del hotel no es la mejor, había un olor desagradable como de ambientador tratando de quitar malos olores de las alfombras y esa mezcla de olores era desagradable, por suerte dentro de la habitación no olía así. Buen aire acondicionado.

From the time we arrive until we left the staff was awesome! They helped us any way they could and if we needed anything they were on it quick. The breakfast buffet was great every day, and the afternoon cookies topped it off! Also being 12 mins. from every Disney Park was great. We will definitely stay here again!

this property was perfect for what my family needed. The continental breakfast was such a lifesaver on the budget, and the food was good! The rooms/floors were quiet! It was great. We had king size bed with a pullout twin which was perfect for our family of 3. the property itself was well kept. The room is cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels which was great. The only thing I didn't particularly care about was the over whelming air freshener smell as soon as you walked into the room. You did get used to it, but at first it was very strong. I was afraid I was going to have issues with my breathing because I'm an asthmatic, but luckily I didn't. That would be my only complaint. Everything else was great, we would definitely stay again.

This hotel is located in a great location. Close to Disney and many restaurants to choose from . I had not been in this hotel since it’s opening several years ago. I was sad to see how poorly it had been kept. The staff were all kind and helpful.

Great for the price and the free park shuttle was a bonus, breakfast was great every day, room was clean and staff was excellent, only issue was the toilet seat was really loose in my room and the stopper in the bathtub didn’t work, nothing to bother the staff about for the few days I was there but that was the only issue I had. The front desk attendant barely acknowledged me when I was waiting at the front desk to check in. He was grossly enamored with another guest he was talking to and didn’t even try to hide the flirtation. Our room was on the first floor and you could hear everything. There’s no sound proofing or barrier for the door or window. There is so much water damage the bathroom door is separated and falling apart. When cleaning up water on the floor the towel we used from the bathroom was so disgustingly filthy it was as if the floor hadn’t been cleaned in over a month. There was hair and dirt speckles in the sheets making us feel like they weren’t cleaned. Luckily we only stayed for one night and were leaving first thing in the morning. It was a cheap stay but I’m not sure I would stay again.

Old property but has been updated. Only stayed one night. Bed was a rock, pillows were just balls of fluff. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Good enough for a 1-2 night stay but I wouldn’t recommend for a long vacation.

The breakfast is very good and the staff works very hard to keep it stocked and clean. There are a variety of cereals, muffins, bagels ets. Every morning there are eggs, bacon or sausage, make your own pancakes and fruit. The grounds including the pool are very well maintained. It's located off US192 so convenient to all the theme parks. The best part however is the staff. Everyone from management down is very friendly, polite and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It doesn't matter how great the hotel is if the people are bad. This hotel nails it with people first and everything else completes the experience. Will definitely be back

The hotel offers a free shuttle but it isn't helpful. You can only come and go at certain times. If we would have used it we would have missed the closing fireworks and light shows. So, we ended up paying for parking. Next time we will stay at a hotel the has their own shuttles.

We stayed 5 days and our room was not cleaned not 1 day even with the please clean my room sign on the door. We had to ask for towels everyday and take out our own trash...

We were not happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. Musty smell and very outdated. They had no suit case racks in the room, phone didn’t work, lipstick on the sheets, shower dripped and the toilet ran all night. We were right off the elevator and we heard people all night coming and going. We asked to be moved to a different room and they said it was not possible so we had 5 sleepless nights. This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed at. The palm trees and shrubs were all dead around the property. And the duck in the pool left its mark. If you can spend a little bit more it’s would be worth it to avoid what we had to endure!!! Never again will we come back.

The staff were truly amazing and helpful!! The only thing that didn't work for the 3 nights we stayed there was the coffee machine so coffee was only available in our room pod coffee machine. Breakfast was just okay but super busy at 8:30 so the hot items were running low.

Our room wasn't carpeted, and I get that. Carpet is harder to keep clean. But if you're going to put down laminate floors, you should probably clean them more often. The soles of my feet were filthy after walking barefoot around the room.

Unfortunately, the service has noticeably declined since our last stay two years ago. One of the most frustrating issues was that the coffee machine was out of service for nine consecutive days. On top of that, since food isn’t allowed in the rooms, we had to go up to the room to use the microwave and then come back down to eat, which was highly inconvenient. Housekeeping was also disappointing. The cleaning staff asked us to gather and arrange all dirty towels and garbage ourselves, as they said they wouldn’t handle it. Even when we raised concerns with the manager, the response was always that they would “check what happened,” but no action ever followed. Basic upkeep was neglected—despite the room being empty during the day, no one checked or replenished essentials like shampoo or soap. Hygiene was another major concern. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and the overall cleanliness of the room was far below expectations. The shower tub drainage was poor, causing water to collect and drain very slowly. To make matters worse, the hairdryer provided was clearly damaged—burned out and making a loud, unpleasant noise like a power tool. Overall, this stay was a significant letdown compared to our previous experience.

Our room was on the first floor and I wasn’t really happy with the location due to the fact that our neighbours were so loud in the morning and at night. It was as if the walls were made out of paper. We could literally hear them snoring coughing and all that other stuff people would be doing at night. Very early morning they would wake up screaming talking very loudly didn’t allow us to rest at all. It was fine for the two days we stayed there but I don’t think I’ll stay there again.

Booked a stay for 4 people. We were not given 4 towels/wash cloths at any point during our stay, including check in. Toilet paper and tissues were not restocked at any point during the stay. The room was clean. Everything else was acceptable.

No coffee for breakfast. Excellent A/C and the biscuits and gravy was awesome

Breakfast was good. Staff was super friendly! Fitted bed sheet was too small for bed so wasn’t fully covering the mattress, but beds were comfy. Many hairs were left in tub, otherwise all was clean. Sink faucet handle kept falling off and it was hard to get the shower to actually turn off. It was a good stay for the price. Staff at check in and check out were extremely friendly and welcoming.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Our room had burned out lamps and the light over the bathroom sink didn’t work. We also wanted to use safe when we left for the day to go to Epcot, but it didn’t respond at all when we tried to set a password. The bedding was awful-the fitted sheet was too small and would not stay tucked in with any movement. The blanket was like a thin old wrinkled rag. I’ve never seen any like it. The room was very clean though

The room was very clean and inviting; the bed was comfortable. The whole hotel was clean and well-kept, and there were no nasty odors or broken things. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and the food was good. I highly recommend this hote.

Honestly not sure how this place has such good ratings. Front desk person was amazing but other than that it was all pretty bad. People coming in and out all night right by our room, slamming doors, talking loud, running around. At one point some kind of alarm went off. I’m thinking it was from leaving the door open? I was too tired to even get up to look. The room was pretty rough. Not as clean as some reviews said. Maybe we got a different room than those reviewed? Then first thing in the morning the yelling and running around all started again. It was a lot and for sure wouldn’t recommend or stay ever again.

Staff checked us in at 3 AM which was great since our flight was delayed and we were concerned about check in. Kids loved and enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was on the OK side but we loved the fruit and eggs. Room was good. One of the sink was not working but was repaired before we got back to the room in the evening. Coffee 24hours was the best.

I was a solo traveler and overall it was great. The hotel is a bit old, so the rooms are also a bit dated, which is understandable. Cleanliness could be improved; I found hair on the bed. No bugs, which made my trip more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were very simple. Even though I checked out around 6 am, everything went smoothly. The shuttle service to theme parks was also good. However, it’s worth noting that the shuttle needs to be booked 24 hours in advance, and there’s only one trip to each park at a fixed time, so if you’re planning to arrive the park early, you’d better drive there or take Uber. The booking website can be found at the front desk. They pick up passengers from other hotels along the way. Another highlight is that breakfast is complimentary. I love this place and would love to come back.

This place was perfect for the weekend. We had a competition and then a day at Disneyworld. A shuttle will take you and pick you up for Disneyworld. Breakfast had a good variety, the kids loved the cookies in the afternoon and the rooms were perfect. Would stay there again for sure

Staff was excellent at the counter. There is free breakfast every morning and cookies in the afternoon! ( Bathroom sinks clogged but that could be per room but not a game changer). Would recommend if you are looking to be out having fun all day with a comfortable bed waiting on you at night. We will be back!

The best part of The Galleria Palms Hotel is the staff. The staff were great and interactions were always positive. I would like to send a shout out to Roslyn, Dakoda and Thomas. Both Roslyn and Dakoda were so friendly on check in and full of good advice. That same friendliness and helpfulness carried on throughout our stay. They made us feel like we were weekly guests and not just visiting for the first time. Thomas went above and beyond in assisting us when requested. He was so polite and accommodating. Although we didn't have extensive interactions with other staff members, they were very cordial and maintains the Galleria Palms standards. Additionally, the hotel offers lots of free parking onsite, self laundry service and the best cookies in the late afternoon.

The room was clean! They made the beds everyday, but we were told they’d come day 3 to do a full clean and that was the one day they did not come at all. Would have been nice to get a sweep and Swiffer of the floors. Breakfast was good, loved the free coffee throughout the day!! The staff was so accommodating; our TV broke and they changed it out so we could watch the SuperBowl halftime show. 10/10 for staff, 8/10 for facilities! The washer and dryer were a nice perk but quite expensive and the dryer didn’t dry our clothes after 3 dries (advertised as $3 but charged my card $5 each time.)

I can’t stress enough how amazing this hotel is! The rooms, the little extras and their breakfast all was superb. What made me realize this will be my go to from now on was the ease of being able to switch a room (unfortunately, we were next to a family that had a screaming young child about 7-8 years old, all morning one day and it was unbearable). The parents did not try to calm him and it was awful. Once I explained my situation, we were moved to another him immediately. The staff is excellent!!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The complimentary cookies were a nice touch. The hotel definitely needs some updating and the odor in the lobby area, elevator and hallways was noticeably stale and old & stagnant smelling. There was also a problem with the cable/tv it kept cutting in and out so that was a little frustrating. Otherwise I will rate it a 5 stars because of the staff, they were all really nice. The location is convenient right next to all the shopping and restaurants. It’s a good value for the money don’t expect the ritz Carlton this hotel is not that. Keep up the good job staff !!!

One of the biggest positives was how quiet the room was. I did not hear hallway noise or neighboring rooms at all, which is rare when staying in Orlando. Breakfast was basic but adequate, with eggs, sausage or turkey bacon, fruit, cereal, and yogurt options. The evening cookies were a nice touch and a welcome treat after a long day. This hotel is a solid choice for both families and business travelers looking for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. I would stay here again next year.

A toilet that was more than 6” off the floor would help seniors/handicapped persons to be able to sit on the toilet seat and be able to get up without help from others. Replace outdated toilets. Way too low. Update the bed sheets/blankets. These things have a life span.

Half of the outlets and lights in the room did. Kt work. The water pressure is mediocre. The cleaning staff changed our hvac from cooling to heating. The pillows are all very firm and there were no spare blankets

The hallways had a clean smell, hotel grounds were clean, staff friendly, but housekeeping never made the beds when they came in, even when there was nothing sitting on our beds (personal items), The plumbing was not good, both bathroom sinks had a very slow drain and the toilet clogged on the last night due to poor plumbing. The coffee was pretty good, they only had caffeinated tea bags which I found strange, no chamomile, the breakfast was very limited and extremely crowded. The location of the hotel is great though, overall it was decent. Oh and the bed sheets had stains all over though, and they did not have regular hotel blankets, very strange material for the bedding. They did offer free warm cookies every evening which the kids enjoyed. That was a nice touch.

The pros and cons of Galleria Palms: Staff, especially Freddy, super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Comfortable beds. Good HVAC in room. Generally quiet. Not so good: Housekeeping. Bathroom is worn and stained, but also not 100% clean, i.e. hair on shower walls. I asked for housekeeping one day during my 6 day stay. I came back to find coffee pods, toilet paper and kleenex had not been replenished, Soiled bathmat removed but not replaced. Both bathroom sinks and bathtub had dripping faucets. Nothing major, but enough little annoyances that I will look for something else next time.

Staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was delicious with a variety of food options and the ladies keeping it well stocked and clean were doing so with a smile and were so nice. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. The staff had our AC off so the room was a good temperature since it was freezing outside. Bathroom was well equipped and clean- even offering a makeup towel to clean your face. Overall a great stay and will happily stay here next visit to Orlando.

Room was clean, room door hinge was jacked, had to lift door to close. Exhaust fan in bathroom was bad, sounded like it was ready to come through the ceiling. Breakfast was really bad. Sausage tasted like horse. Hash browns was dried out and coffee had a lot to be desired.

My review is very mixed. First, the good: The people who work at the Galleria Palms are all wonderful. I'm sorry I didn't get the young lady's name who checked me in, but she was very kind and patient and lovely, and I don't think she ever sleeps - she was there at 11 PM and then again early in the AM! And Leo! He worked all night with a smile on his face. Also, the room was very clean, which for me is the main thing I look for in a hotel. Now, for the not that great: 1. The room needs a lot of fixing! The shower spigot is loose, as is one of the "bar" sink - not sure why that's in the room anyway. The air conditioning is SO LOUD! It was a good thing I came during winter when I could turn it off and still be comfortable. 2. NOISE!! Oh boy, this was the worst, and the reason i will not return to this hotel. It was SO NOISY!! The walls and floors amplify everything! I could not sleep until 1:30 every night becaue of people yelling, running, etc etc until all hours. I did ask Leo to talk to the people directly above me whose child was RUNNING around the room like a herd of elephants at midnight :) and Leo did try, but they wouldn't answer the door when he knocked! 3. Elevators were breaking down, and also they are dirty inside. My first impression riding up to my floor was oh, no, this hotel is filthy! But that was just the elevator. Room was clean.vending machines didn't work (I found one on another floor that worked), and just generally the place felt run down.

I had the best stay! From start to finish of the staff was sweet and personable to me. It was my first time solo traveling and I felt completely safe and invited. The place was clean, simple, and I had everything I needed. If I had a question all I had to do was ask. It’s near almost everything. I was in for an audition so I didn’t get to do much around the city but they had free shuttles to a lot of attractions. It’s tucked into a peaceful spot but surrounded by a lot of stores and food. The breakfast options were so good and it changed every day. This place felt like a home away from home for me. Everyone working there was absolutely awesome. Don’t forget about fresh cookies every night!!! it was just the perfect place for me to be as someone that was nervous about traveling on their own for the first time. I will definitely come back again!

Lean room, Staff and breakfast excelente

The room was good however the shower constantly dripped. We also had to ask for towels every night because they were not replaced and also an xtra roll of toilet paper, that was not replaced.

Staff was very nice. Room was great - clean! Breakfast was lacking. Wishing there was more of a selection to include protein and fresh fruit. Wonderfully situated to my destination at ESPN. Overall, great stay. I have already recommended this to friends.

Pros: Excellent location to Disney parks. We arrived at every park entrance within about 10 minutes and it was a very easy drive. Lots of fast food/sit-down restaurants and stores, including Walmart, surrounding the hotel, some within walking distance. Can't beat the location, and we would stay here again for that reason alone. Also the low price of the room during high season (winter break) and free parking included (most hotels charge around $25/day to self-park) makes this hotel an excellent deal. Cons: Not many cons other than the free breakfast is definitely sub-par. While there is hot food offered (scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy), options were limited and we just didn’t think the food tasted good at all. The coffee was not good either unfortunately. We ended up grabbing a fast food breakfast every morning on the way to the parks instead. The low quality breakfast offerings and rust in the bathroom were really the only negatives to report about this hotel and it would not stop us from staying here again in the future. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a cost-friendly and convenient stay.

The hotel needs a big renovation. Shower head and fixture is very old and there's a big gap between the shower wall and the tub spout. Hope the wall is not rotten soon. Bedding sheets and blankets are over used and feel rough. We asked for an extra sheet but was told housekeeping staff was off duty so we had to wait the next day. Breakfast option was very limited and the food did not looking appetizing. Maybe that is why the hotel price is relatively lower than others. The good thing is the hotel is located off main corridor so it's quiet while convenient to get on freeways or to major theme parks.

Once in the room, we conducted our usual routine of disinfecting and inspecting the space and noticed several concerns. Both beds had spots and visibly wrinkled sheets that appeared as though they had already been used. When housekeeping arrived she said it’s just spots it’s clean we still wanted her to change the linens, we discovered a large hole in the sheets on one of the beds. Needless to say, this was very disappointing. Later during our stay, we removed the “Do Not Disturb” sign and placed used towels on the floor as instructed. Unfortunately, the towels were not replaced, and the bathroom was not cleaned, although the beds were made. Additionally, there is no fitness center available on the property, which was unexpected. On the fourth night of our stay, we requested clean towels. When staff delivered them, we were not provided with enough towels for our room and were told to reuse the towels we already had, which was unacceptable. And breakfast was a disappointment. The area was untidy and the quality was poor. Overall, these issues significantly impacted our experience and did not meet our expectations. Theo was professional and courteous also

The room was incredibly dirty and dusty, the sheets had yellow stains and hairs on them, and the pillows were very hard. The manager came and said that the sheets are always washed, and then changed the bedding, but the supposedly clean sheets she brought had bloodstains on them. She apologized again and suggested that the washing machine probably wasn't working properly, which is incredibly disgusting. The floor was dirty, the refrigerator had something sticky on the drink holder, and the sink had coffee stains. It was unbelievably dirty. At breakfast, the pancakes were undercooked. A terrible experience.

Room 526 tub faucet and shower head could use some work. The chairs in the elevator area need cleaning bad and the ladies at breakfast seem to be inconsiderate of the guests. The food really wasn’t up to par for most hotels. We did pb&j a couple times after trying the hot bar and pancakes but finally went to Cracker Barrel. The little muffins were good! Room was good breakfast was good the only problem the tv didn't work most the time

We identified plumbing issues in the rooms, specifically concerning drainage in the tubs and sinks. We were standing in puddles of water while showering. The breakfast service was great.

Nice affordable place to stay

Leo went above and beyond in helping us. We got there very late and the TV wasn’t working so he moved us into another room and took care of us like we were family. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean room, breakfast we as okay. Will return again. Being 1 1/2 miles from Animal Kingdom was nice.

The hotel staff were super nice. Shoutout to Theo who helped us with the check in and held our luggage so we could go out. I The breakfast was simple but I liked it and the free cookies were so good! The room was clean and had all we needed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it needed a little maintenance; it seemed a bit old. Everything else was excellent and I recommend this hotel if you're on a budget.

The front desk staff told me I could not take a small cup of cereal and an apple to my room for my son, pointing to a sign on the wall stating breakfast items are not allowed in rooms. However, I saw many guests walking around with full breakfast plates and trays, clearly taking food to their rooms. When I addressed this inconsistency, I was told that staff cannot see everyone and that even if guests are told and don’t comply, nothing more can be done. This left us feeling singled out and embarrassed over something so minor, especially involving a child. Policies should be enforced fairly and consistently, not selectively.

The rooms were clean. The plumbing seems to be old but I liked staying there. I felt safe. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

The shower curtain could have been a bit longer as it allowed water to pool outside the tub. There were ants by the microwave in our room and we needed to request a clean pillow.

One of our rooms (we had 2) was not cleaned (there was not a do not disturb on the door), however housekeeping entered ant some point and folded the bathmat. Didn’t bring any new towels, and didnt make the beds. When we asked for fresh towels at the counter we were told to “check our room” because housekeeping had been there- like we werent believed that we needed towels. Other than the location and short distance to the parks, this hotel does not live up to any of the reviews. For the price we paid, we expected more. I will not stay here ever again.

I have to say I was a little disappointed after seeing the "Fabulous, 9.0 stars" rating, but I should have kept in mind the price tag. It's hard to say the place is fabulous, when it's just a typical, cheap, old Orlando motel, but it does look like it's been refreshed. To be fair, the staff is super nice & efficient, and the place is clean. When I reserved on Expedia, I had the option to pay a few dollars more for a "Premium room". I was given a very basic-looking room facing the parking lot. But we came in very late at night, and it was clean, so we were too tired to bother. I don't know what the standard room is like, but at least our room had tile floors (not carpet, which is yucky in Florida!), a little bar sink outside the bathroom, a mini fridge, microwave & Keurig coffee machine. It was nice that they provided several Keurig pods, so we were able to make a few cups.

Theo at the front desk was horrible. Impolite, abrasive, and pretentious. My experience with this person alone is reason not to return

This place is a little dated, but the staff takes good care of the facility and guests. Having come from a real dive that I didn’t even stay in for one night I found Galleria Palms to be affordable and accommodating. It’s not luxury, but it’s still top notch.

Staff was great, very friendly, breakfast was awesome, good variety of foods with changes every day. Only complaint was housekeeping did not give us clean wash rags or floor mat and did not do my bed one day and I asked specifically for it to be done the next day along with giving us a floor mat and wash rags and we never got either. However for the price, great breakfast and proximity to Disney world I would definitely stay here again.

The lobby was okay and the staff was friendly; however, the room quality equated to Quality Inn. The sheets smelled funny and the bathroom wasn't entirely clean.

The sink was either dirty or corroded. The checking staff was fun and friendly. The TV was not a smart tv. The breakfast was nice and had a variety of foods. The internet did not work properly or consistently. The coffee was decent and unlimited with the variety of creamers. There was no gym. The elevators worked and were quick. My wife complained that the sheets smelled musty. It was located in the middle of everything Central florida.

The room wasn't that clean plus the shower has barely hot water. We showered with almost cold water. Our room was overlooking a machine that was making noise the whole night. My husband went to complain and the lady at the front office told him wait a call from me (that was around 1:00 am) but she never got back and we had the worst night sleep. Definitely will not stay there again.

Everything was great. The front desk, the room was clean. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast was good with a pancake maker, and 4 hot buffet items. We are vegan so it was nice that one day they had hashbrown, the next day there were no hot options for us. The location is perfect, across from a Starbucks and walking distance to Walmart and CVS. It's about 15 minutes from the parks. Each time our uber driver had trouble finding the place so it must be screwed up on google maps. I have stayed here before and plan to stay again.

Good cheap place to stay, staff are respectful and kind. Good location with lots of stores and a Walmart nearby. Very VERY small fridges though so be prepared for that.

This is an older hotel but the bedroom has been given a modern feel with hard flooring and modern furniture. Tv is big and had loads of channels. Beds were super comfy. Bathroom felt dated and shower was older, leaky and squeaky. Fridge, microwave and safe in the room was a nice touch but be aware the fridge is tiny. Breakfast was lovely and cookies after 4pm were delicious!

It is an older unit, so there were small issues that should be looked at, for example, the tub faucet needs tightening, a it has a drip. I told the concierge. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was hot and delicious.

Beautiful room. Very clean. Free breakfast with lots to choose from. Coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Free shuttles to all the nearby parks. Walmart across the street for anything you need. Lots of restaurants you can easily walk to. It has become my go to hotel when visiting Disney.

Our bathroom door was swelling from the bottom, losing plywood (i guess) made it hard to close or open the door, found my 3yo screaming in the middle of the night cause she couldnt get out. The rule you cant take food to your room is ridiculous. My kids have sleep disorders and wont get up, so we either cant eat, some eat, or have to juggle sleeping kids with us to the dining room.

Nos hospedamos mi esposa, mi hijo de 13 años y yo. La habitación era amplia y cómoda. El baño tambien. Las fotos de las habitaciones son como en la publicación. Todo estaba muy limpio. El desayuno era variado, todos los días había algo diferente. La ubicación era ideal para ir a los parques de Disney. Había máquinas de hielo en cada piso. El personal muy amable. El estacionamiento era gratis y de fácil acceso a las habitaciones por las puertas laterales. Tuve que estudiar de noche en el comedor y contaba con café y diferentes clases de Té. Si bien tenía piscina, nunca la pude utilizar porque regresaba muy tarde de los parques.

Hospitality was great, customer service was excellent

Very friendly staff. Great location. Safe, walkable distance to shops, restaurants & pharmacy but still in a quiet area. Offered free shuttle to Disney parks, however this shuttle does not go directly to the park of your choice-it makes several stops to other hotels which made our ride to Animal Kingdom almost an hour. Also, check that charging ports in your room are working. Brought the issue to the attention of the staff upon checkout & they wrote it down & were sincerely apologetic. Breakfast was ok, not great but ok. Did not have "to go" coffee cups, just small styrofoam cups & no water available. Overall, I would stay here again. The pros definitely outweighed the couple of cons.

This is the third time we've stayed at this hotel, and we can say that it always exceeds our expectations. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the entire hotel is impeccably clean. The breakfast is good and in line with the room rate.

Overall the experience was great. Only giving 4 stars because, while the bathroom was spotless, some previously used soap products were left on the counter next to the new ones.

We have stayed at this hotel several times when coming to Disney. Our rideshares are about 10-15 minutes to any of the 4 parks. We love the free breakfast and free cookies in the afternoon. Coffee 24/7 in the lobby is a plus for us caffeine lovers. Our room was clean and updated. No bug issues at all. AC unit worked great. We did not like the pillows unfortunately and I had neck issues each morning (too firm and hard). But not a deal breaker by any means. I ended up sleeping on my travel pillow which solved that for me. The ihop next door is also great for dining options that don’t break the bank and is walkable. During this stay, we had a wonderful check-in experience with Freddy at the front desk. Another woman at the desk hyped up our halloween costumes which was fun haha. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. Thank you!

I read other reviews before I choose this hotel, my stay was wonderful, the front desk clerk Freddy was very friendly, polite , helpful and address small issues I had right away, most of the staff was very helpful and friendly , the room was clean , there is a small pool which was clean and the area was safe , a lot of resturants in the area also a walmart in walking distance, the breakfast was okay for a continental breakfast , there were different options, like pancakes, egg, sausages,potatoes which was great additions to a continental breakfast however I did not like the biscuits and gravy also the breakfast burrito, there is also complementary coffee and tea 24hr and every evening there were freshly baked cookies , the free shuttle bus to the disney parks was great ,couple things would off make my stay better was a small microwave in the breakfast area to heat oatmeal and sometime you would like your food a little hotter, also someone to assist with tickets to the park the hotel should sell the tickets for the different parks will make it easier for the ones who does not want to purchase tickets online, overall my stay was great will definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Good overall experience, really close to the parks

Let's start of with saying the staff was great. The strong fragrance smell in the hotel was overwhelming. I couldn't sleep the first night since it was so strong. The breakfast was a bunch of frozen potatoes, eggs and sausage/bacon poured into pans. It was gross and just mushy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. With all the options please pick another one.

Nice place. Room is very comfortable. Close to Disney parks. Just the shuttle takes about half an hour to get to Animal Kingdom. It would go around different hotels to pick up everyone then go to animal kingdom.
