Loved this place! The only thing that I didn’t like was that the music blared until 11pm every night and could be heard in our room.

The townhouse was clean and we'll maintained. It could use some better lighting at night time in the parking lot. Also, every time we went to the pool my daughter tried to use the water slides and they were always closed so four times in six days. But the pools were very clean and maintained and the hot tubs were amazing and very clean. The on-site food convient store was well stocked and had many options. Will stay here again. Not bad for the price.

My family and I had a great time when we went there. The staff was very helpful and polie, answering questions, making sure we knew about the activities resort and explaining the propertity surrondings. Shawn was very helpful and everytime we asked him a question he was happy to help. I love that they had Bingo for the adults (my hubby and I won twice :) ) My kids loved it and they had a great time. I was also happy that we had the place to ourselves meaning we didn't have anyone above or below us. Love the condo style buildings. we'll def go back there again.

Found two roaches in the bathroom. Spoke with staff and nothing changed or was done. Besides that property is not well maintained mold in the bathrooms, beds are horrible. It was so bad that we left a day earlier and went to a Marriott.

We had a wonderful stay! I booked this trip very last minute and I’m so glad we found this place! It was perfect for our 7 year old! There was so many things to entertain the kids, every hour or so, there were things done at the pool deck for the kids and the lazy river was 10/10! Will be back!

Great place for family.

The music and screen by the pool was way too loud, and the music videos were not family friendly. The music should have ended at 9pm and not 10pm. This made it hard to sleep knowing we had to wake up early the next day. Disappointed and will not come back. It was way better 7 years ago. Yet, the water park, lazy river and pool were perfect.

The condo was dirty, smelled musty, and felt extremely dated. The air vents were caked with dust, and multiple members of my family began experiencing respiratory issues shortly after we arrived. The kitchen sink did not work and required a maintenance visit, and the furniture felt dirty as well. We were so concerned about the cleanliness that we purchased our own cleaning supplies and wiped everything down ourselves. The amount of dirt we removed was shocking. This was not a case of housekeeping simply missing a spot or two. The buildup of dust and grime appeared to be the result of months, if not years, of neglect. What is most surprising to me is the number of 4- and 5-star reviews this property receives. Our experience was completely inconsistent with those ratings. If cleanliness, air quality, and proper maintenance are important to you, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The resort has great location, free parking on site, super nice pool with a small waterpark which is a plus. The rooms are like little apartments, very nice size, two bathrooms. Very comfortable rooms, I didn't imagine it was so big. We are definitely coming back (hopefully soon). Maybe that glasses and wine glasses were plastic. Nothing bad really... We had a great time.

This place was soo amazing for our family. As a mother I really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the house! This was the 1st time I was able to get laundry done on a vacation without having to stress about leaving the clothes or carrying everything. The only issue I would have is having to wash our own towels. It wouldn't be an issue but because the machines are so small and the towels so thick, it made drying them take FOREVER. I was only washing and drying 3 at a time and it was still rough. Our normal clothes washed and dried just fine though. Other than that, everything was awesome and the staff were super nice/helpful. Thanks!

Family friendly and great staff

This is our third time at the property, but this will probably be a he last time. The staff is always nice and helpful but I can tell the property itself is starting to decline. The pool and lazy river itself were dirty. My 9 year old niece found a condom in the lazy river & I saw a bandaid in the hot tub that sat there for 2-3 days. The jets and sprayers are no longer in the lazy river and ALL of the tubes are leaking and have holes in them so every lap we did we had to get to the tubes inflated again. Our air went out twice in our villa, they came quickly to fix it, but after day 3 of asking for the phone in the villa to be fixed, we finally gave up. The prices on the menus also aren’t accurate at the bar and grill. The prices were higher than listed so the menus definitely need to be updated. Also I had to get refunded because several of the arcade games just weren’t working at all. Over all, we had a great time, but I’d love them to make some changes or updates before I’d consider coming back to the property again.

I love the resort. Waterpark was a hit for the kids. Requested to be close to the amenities due to the littles and they accommodated so well. Lazy river tube requirements. Too big for my small children which hindered our experience in the lazy river.

Everything was very clean and the property well maintained. We had plenty of room in our townhome and it even had a washer and dryer. It was just my husband and I this time, but would love to come back with the rest of our family.

The bed was very comfortable, used the washer/dryer!! Shower was great. Didn’t like the stairs-but who does!! The hot tub was great as well! The only thing I would recommend is for the tubes for the lazy river get some air in them-they were not usable! I will sure come back!!

I liked everything, and it’s a great place for families; the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that all the beds are hard, so we couldn't get a good night's rest. Replacing the mattresses would make it perfect. Also, on the road surrounding the villas that belong to the resort, cars drive by very fast; they really need to install a stop sign and speed limit signs—at least 10 or 15 miles per hour.

My family and I would like to personally thank Chris at the front desk. He was the nicest, kind and helpful employee! He was attentive and always concerned for all our needs. If he hasn’t have a raised he definitely needs one! Again thank you so much Chris for making our stay great !

The unit was spacious and very kid-friendly, which made traveling with family much easier. I also loved having a kitchen, and the location was convenient with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There were a few areas that could use improvement. The mattress in the main bedroom could definitely use updating, and the shower curtains had an odor and some buildup at the bottom that should be addressed. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly staff and family-friendly atmosphere.

Having a townhouse style accommodation was perfect for a family wanting space, privacy, full kitchen and washer/ dryer in the unit. Washer/ dryer could be bigger. It was great to have but could only wash a few garments at a time.

Great resort, the facilities were pretty good, my son loved the lazy river. Pool was nice and all the amenities. We stayed 2 whole days around the hotel and had fun. The apartments could be well maintained and though better cleaned. My little son loves vacuums and we borrowed one from the front desk for him. He vacuumed the floor and a lot of dust (really a lot) came out from the carpets. Besides that, we liked staying here. As I said cleaning could be better. Lots of dust on the carpets, and corners.

It was fun for my son, he enjoyed every second of it. That I was able to get a whole place to myself.

That being said, the biggest downside is that every person who stayed with us or even came to visit ended up getting sick afterward with the same cough/sore throat virus, which really put a damper on the trip. The room itself was okay, but the master bedroom bed was extremely hard and unbelievably loud. Every little movement made it squeak so badly it sounded like something out of a horror movie. We had our baby sleeping in a crib next to us and it constantly woke her up anytime we moved. Not a terrible stay overall, but definitely some things that need improvement.

Kids had a blast

The staff is exceptional. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. The addition of the big screen near the pool is great. We felt very comfortable and made nice acquaintances. Kiko and Marcus at the bar are the best. Chris at the front desk is a keeper from check in to check out he is always helpful and smiling.

Floors in our townhouse were not mopped before we got there. Our baby was crawling around for maybe 10 minutes before he had black knees and feet. Otherwise we enjoyed our time there and didn’t have any other issues.

Lazy river was not lazy at all! It was amazing. Pool, water slide, splash pad, highly recommended. "Apartment" was average. Need updating but it dies the job. Bugs inside, but this is Florida. Initial smell is old and stuffy. Lysol and air freshener does the job. Main complaint, it gets very hot. The AC would not go to under 74, no matter what it says on the thermostat

When we’re off Disney property, we always stay here. The pool, lazy river, and hot tub are great. The only issue is the bar music—it’s so loud you can’t hold a conversation. We ended up avoiding the bar completely and just had drinks back at the condo.

When we first arrived they put us in a horrible townhome, live big roaches, place smelled like smoke , no ac , it was awful!! But I later complained about the place and they moved us to the remodel townhome which was entirely better!! They definitely made us happy campers with no problems! I don’t understand why they don’t put everyone in the remodeled section in the first place but I’m just glad they made it right. My kids enjoyed everything, so I was happy. I’d definitely come back . There’s so much to do with your kids here. Also, the pools and waterparks stay open late for you to enjoy .

We visited as just a couple, however what a fantastic family place!! Lots for the kiddos to do, little daily activities, arcade, ice cream, and the pool and lazy river were so nice. The coffee/Boba shop was quite nice. They sell spirits and beer in the lobby, huge win after a morning of travels. The bar also makes a mean martini!! The villas were clean and spacious! Washer and dryer a huge bonus! The mini lanai was soooo freaking nice to relax on at night, bug free Florida enjoyment! Three cheers to the night attendant and the maintenance man who took my NYer fear of palmetto bugs seriously. I was rescued quickly and with a smile!! We will definitely stay here again! Oh, and we did appreciate that the location is a bit off the beaten path with easy access to everything needed!!

Our two-story, two-bedroom condo truly felt like home. Having the screened back patio, full kitchen, and comfortable living space made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. Everything was within walking distance to the pools, play areas, and activities, which made it so convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our entire stay. We stayed Friday through Monday, and every night there were Jumbotron movies by the pool, which became one of our favorite parts of the trip. We stayed out late every night enjoying the atmosphere. The pools were sparkling clean, the lazy river was bright and beautiful, and the waterslides looked so fun. The entire resort had such a happy, relaxed vibe with families everywhere simply enjoying themselves. If you want a place where you can stay onsite, cook meals, relax, and never feel like you need to leave — this is it. If you want a comfortable home base while visiting attractions — this is also it. We will absolutely be back several times a year. Highly recommend!

The water park The parking sucks, I had to park far away from where my room was due to someone else parked right in front of the door. I feel it should be atleast one assigned parking spot for each room. The WiFi wasn’t that great. And also the small TV’s in the room was crazy I barely could see it around the entertainment center it was sitting on.

100% recommended, didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy all the activities they offer, but we really enjoyed our stay in the townhouse, we had so much fun!

The location was great, there are a lot of things to do in the resort and the screened in patio was enjoyable. Hot tub was nice too! Kids had fun playing basketball and mini golf. Pools were enjoyable as well. The refrigerator did not get cold- our food went bad and ice cream melted in the freezer. Water never got cold enough to enjoy while drinking. Offered a low credit amount which was a hassle to receive and did not get until the day we were leaving (9 days later) Toilets clogged often. Floors were not clean, neither was around the washer and bathrooms. Kitchen was not stocked with all supplies listed, such a frying pan- which took 3 days to get one after requesting. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Fan was broken in second bedroom- offered a box fan as an alternative until the fan was fixed. Washer and dryer is so tiny, washing your own towels as a family of 6 is time consuming when the dryer never really dried the clothes fully. Toilet paper and paper towels not readily available as needed.

The beds needs to be updated very uncomfortable

Location was okay. I'm an hour away. The staff was super! Maintenance man came and sprayed as we had a palmetto bug in unit, he was nice. Pool bartender was nice too. Liked how there was a good variety of activities for the kids. They enjoyed them. We will return Not having some needed things in kitchen. No kitchen towels. There really isnt anything I didnt like. Price for stay i wish was discounted for locals.

Villas are really nice. Clean and modern. Staff was terrific, everyone we encountered. Special shout out to Mike the maintenance guy who helped us with our TV, even though he's a Knicks fan, and Chris at the front desk.

This was our second stay at this resort and we have already booked another stay on our flight home to come back this summer. This property has everything for all ages. From the pools, water slides, lazy river and splash pads to all of the fun activities they have like glitter tattoos, make your own tie dye shirt, foam party, Saturday s’mores night, build a bear, etc. Along with the 24/7 lobby with a full convenience store with everything from eggs to toothbrushes and detergent. This resort has literally thought of everything. Super clean and spacious rental as well.

There was quite a bit of trash and debris. We had trash outside our room for our entire stay and all around the lazy river. No housekeeping service either.

Many activities to do without having to leave the facility. The pool and lazy river were our favorites! The couch bed wasn’t the best. There wasn’t a way to lock the sliding door from the outside and go back in without having to go around to the front of the room where the keypad was on the door. Our room was right near an entrance to the pool so it was out of the way to have to go all the way around the buildings to get to the door.

I love that you really don’t have to go anywhere if you don’t want to. The resort had activities and cash BINGO was the favorite activity for my family! No complaints

The bug we had in our room. At the manager said it was "palmeto" bugs well come to find out those are the same as roaches u did complain and report issue was told no rooms available to switch we kept seeing them through our stay also complained on last day of our stay. Offered a refund for 2 days of resort fees?! For living with roaches for a week. Place is amazing amazing location but I have waited 2 weeks gor this refund and no answer or no one getting back to me or booking gor refund

Had a great time. Very nice property. Only issue would be staff had to in force children with a parent in the lazy river.

So many amenities! We loved the pool and the vibe. We did the putt putt and the kids loved it! Our room was a great size. The lazy river was great after a long day at Universal. Our dryer didn’t dry our clothes. And it could have been a little cleaner. The walls were dirty higher up, but surfaces in the bathroom and bedrooms were clean.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable (bus schedules for drop offs, pickups, property activities for particular nights etc) Catching park shuttle was a breeze. Room was nice and clean. No issues at all

This hotel definitely provides a nice layout for traveling families or just people needing a bit more space. The pool looked nice but we did not use it, so I can’t speak what shape it is actually in. The villas (at least the one we stayed in) was very dirty: there was quite a lot of urine on the toilet seat, and our feet were filthy from walking in the unit barefoot. The dryer barely worked and things simply needed a true scrub down- not the basic “once over” housekeeping seemingly does.

Great proximity to everything and my kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river. I liked having the option of 2 bedrooms. With that being said, the condo was outdated and the beds were not comfortable. The poor bar/ restaurant closed very early and while they had a kid area with activities, a parent had to sit inside with them the whole time. It would have also been nice to have supplies in the condo. We had to go buy coffee filters to even use the coffee makers. Overall it was an economical place to stay with kids.

If you are used to high end accommodations this resport is not for you. The rooms are partially updated and could be cleaner. We aren't fancy people so it was fine for us. The kids loved the pools and slides. Liked the laid back vibe and the staff was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Our living quarters were not the cleanest. The floor was filthy! Beds were extremely hard. We actually went and bought our own mop to clean floor. My daughter sat my little grandson down on living room floor to crawl around while we put stuff away. His little hands, knees and top of his feet were black. I took a baby wipe and rubbed around the floor it was gross! We just did our thing.. bought a mop and cleaned it ourselves.

The amenities on site were great. Pool, lazy river, water slides, mini golf and rock wall were fun. The rooms need an upgrade. Mattresses were terrible. We had a big leak in the downstairs bathroom. Over all we would stay again because it kept the kids busy, but the property itself could be upgraded a bit and leak needs to be fixed.

This was unexpected and better than i thought. A townhouse ! The pool hours were amazing being open til 11. Slides closed at6 but that was fine. I honestly would go back in a heart beat. Kids were allowed in huge hot tub too

My families stay was goo, it’s was for the weekend for my daughters birthday. They enjoyed themself as always, this was my third stay with Fantasy Work Resort. Everything is in close proximity which is so convenient!

We arrived on a Wednesday during the slow season, and check-in was still very slow. There was only one employee handling everything—checking guests in, taking requests, and even selling drinks—so the process took quite a while. With just two people ahead of me, it was about a 30-minute wait. During peak season, I would expect the wait to be significantly longer, even with additional staff. That said, the woman working the front desk was very kind. The pool and lazy river were nice, and there were plenty of activities like basketball, volleyball, and shuffleboard. However, there weren’t enough chairs for the number of guests, so I can imagine it being an issue during busier times. We didn’t have neighbors during our stay, so it was nice and quiet. The unit included a full kitchen and a washer and dryer, which was convenient. The cleanliness was just okay—not bad enough to call for service, but not great either. We ended up sweeping ourselves, and walking barefoot left our feet dirty. There was also a sandwich and cigar butts by the front door that hadn’t been cleaned up. The bedrooms had nice curtains that kept the rooms dark in the morning, and the beds were decent, though a bit firm. The pillows weren’t great, and there were no extra blankets provided. The pull-out couch was manageable for a child but not very comfortable

We visit Fantasyworld Resort every year. The rooms are clean & the water park is awesome! Would definitely recommend!!

The location is outstanding - 10 minutes to the Disney bubble/ 15 minutes to most parks. I’m not sure everything going on there is family friendly, as there was a faint marijuana smell in the air outside of our townhouse and I’m not sure that all of the young women there were vacationers. It seemed like someone lived permanently in the townhouse next-door to us. That being said, at this price point, the rest of it is fine. The toilet clogged when we first arrived, but they sent someone very quickly to remedy the situation. Then the dishwasher leaked water all over the floor, but they sent someone quickly to fix it. The garbage dumpster was over full, but we were still able to fit our garbage in it. We did not experience any problem with bugs or rodents. The hot tub was broken, which was disappointing. The sheets and towels are noticeably cheap quality, but clean. The staff were great and the location of our room was good and near the lazy river.

Everything Definitely Going Back

The water park and amenities were amazing For a family resort the townhomes were like a death trap for children. Not safe at all. They should atleast provide baby gates so they cant go up the stairs because it was very dangerous and the steps were very steep. And then outside patio the tables and all the chairs were wobbly so we almost fell a few times. Definitely need to work on the townhomes for families more.

A couple minor things were the smaller pool did not have many chairs around it. And the pool bar closed at 6 PM. Not sure if the time of year is why it close so early but the pool is open till 11.

Our townhouse was clean and had basic amenities provided. The shower downstairs had very low water pressure so we didn't use it. It's also useful to know that if you're traveling with more than 2 children they will sleep downstairs on the sofa couch, as the 2 bedrooms are upstairs (one bedroom with king bed and 2 twin beds in the second room. ) we had a great stay. The included activities were great. We played mini golf every night of our stay. The kids loved the pool and the foam party on Saturday was a blast.

Fun for all ages, nice, functional rooms, great pool, lazy river, and bar area. We have been coming here for over 15 years and always enjoy it and have a good time. Customer service is great and they always take care of our needs.

This place is very family friendly and perfect for getaway vacations we loved the resort villa felt like we were at home away from home it is a little outdated but overall good condition we also enjoyed the amenities they had especially the pool and lazy river we just didn't expect the extra resort fees.

First off you can ride the water slides with anything on you! No earrings, no cloth bracelets, no plug gauges, no nose rings nothing. Second I paid for a tye dye shirt and they let somebody else get it and it took 15 min to get a refund and I’m not even sure if the refund was done correct! You buy a cabana for 180 you get 12 drinks that’s it! No free breakfast! I will not be coming back! The slides are not worth taking everything off to ride. The staff obviously can’t handle selling items without handing out wrong ones! You have to pay for everything literally everything, game room have to pay. 700 dollars just to stay for 2 nights but you get 100 back! It was not worth it! Not worth the stress at all!

Very nice place to stay, will definitely stay again when in the area. Staff was very friendly and professional. Villas were spacious and clean. It was very nice having laundry facilities in our villa. Would definitely recommend.

The cost of the activities was a bit high (bingo for $5 a card) and there was an issue with the shuttle to Epcot. It was late both for pick up to get there and upon return we waited over 30 mins and eventually another shuttle driver took us to our resort but it wasn’t his run. The pool was great and having the small convenience store in the lobby was very handy.

Clean villas, loved that it came with basic household items. Loved the lazy river, grills, and patio area. Front desk was friendly and helpful. There was one incident where we paid in full for a cabana but did not arrive to it yet and the activity staff called and said our payment was still processing and other people wanted it. When we got there to figure out what happened the staff changed their reasoning to calling because they wanted to know what drinks we wanted and acted confused about what was said on the phone. Other than that, great stay for the price and our 2nd time. We will most likely be back.

Fantasy World Resort is a vacation my family loves! It is perfect for families with kids. There is so much to do between the pool, lazy river, slides, splash pad, games etc…. The big screen had music playing on it all day. It has a great vibe to it and the villa we stayed at was close and convenient. The staff took care of us and we will definitely be going back!!!

We loved this property! We got a cold front and bad thunderstorms during our stay so we missed out on being able to enjoy thw awesome pool and lazy river. We booked to do those things so we will have to come again. The 2 bedroom villa was awesome and perfect for us. We have 2 small kids and like to cook. A great place for a family.

Room was beautiful and clean. Very quiet, good walls. The only reasons for four stars are these, the slides were down because of the temperature.... It was 59 degrees. Plenty warm. We went specifically for the slides. The batting cages were broken, thatalso sucked. Their were no bumper boats like the pictures. Lazy river is definitely smaller than it looks. It's one tube wide at most spots in the river. It was nice though. The heated pools are nice to have when the weather was cool. I know most of this the biggest thing was because of the weather which is no one's fault but I feel like 60° there's no reason you can't open the slides up. It wasn't freezing out we were using all the other water in amenities so kids were really let down not to be able to use the slides.

Last day Plumbing issue. Sewer smell came up. They did offer another room but ended up putting a mint machine to cover smell. Had and issue with rings unable to come off so no slide. We would stay again.

On the night I arrived, there was a dead cat in the hedge that was only discovered and removed later the next day. I requested a blender on day one of my stay and only received it, after several visits to front desk, on day 3. Additionally, the room smelled dusty when we arrived and the carpet was soiled upstairs. It was just barely bearable all trip.

The room had a weird smell, the coffee was awful but the resort and staff were wonderful. Not the cleanest but would stay again. Good value for price.

Although the resort was a litte dated, i did manage to enjoy myself with my family. Just a geads up! Things such as can openers, limited cutlery and dishes are only available upon demand. Our unit's washer and dryer was quite old and the upstairs main bathrooms shower head was leaky and sprayed water everywhere.

First, the hotel advertises a complimentary shuttle service to Seaworld. However, upon arrival, the front desk informed us that this service had been cancelled a week prior. We received no notification about this change at any point before our arrival. As we had already pre-booked our Seaworld tickets and our itinerary was tightly scheduled with no flexibility, we were forced to spend over $100 on additional transportation over two days to get there. This was both an unexpected expense and an inconvenience that disrupted our plans. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in our room was extremely noisy, which severely disrupted our sleep, especially for the elderly members of our family. The constant noise made it difficult to rest properly. While the hotel may have other positive qualities, these issues significantly affected our overall experience and convenience during our trip.

Yes there was plenty of activities for the children, the staff was great - we had a wonderful time and we will be back.

It's a watermark and they shut the slides of and splash pads for 2 days and also opened late and closed earlier on both. To top it off we can even go down the slide with any jewelry including earring studs. Walk up 100 flights of stairs to be turned away. Was so bad it made my kids cry. Pool was very cold and on top they have like 1000 rules. I remember going there at the beginning it was fun and the kids loved it. Now, not so much. We like the park but it's gotten some worse that we are thinking of finally making a change to another hotel/waterpark

Stacy was wonderful. We had a situation and she was professional and helpful in resolving the issue. My family has made this a yearly place to stay when visiting family in Florida.

Everything was good, but nothing was great. We have stayed at this sort of resort a few times and this one was the most underwhelming. The bar/restaurant closes really early, our room was outdated and musty, and the water park is just okay.

The resort was nice. The pool, hot tub, and lazy river was also nice for the stay. I did not like that you have to pay to participate in the activities for the resort and yet there is a resort fee which should include the activities. There was also an infestation of ants in the room and in the cabinets which was not pleasant.

Staff was amazing so nice. Pools hot tubs water slides arcade for families great place was quiet. Cleanliness was tough we were there for 11nights 12 days and we got new towels on the last day. The railing broke. The pillows were tiny pillows that’s all I could think to say they’re like airline pillows lol. They didn’t give us a vacuum or mop to clean in 12 days are feet were black. So much positive just the villa could’ve been better. Like 2 knives 4 forks 4 spoons no dish detergents nothing to clean with basically. All in all I was pleased but felt I should write this review for others to know what they might be up against

My family enjoyed the villa, the pool, and the activities available on property. Very close to stores and restaurants as well. Not a long drive to the Disney parks. We will definitely stay here again!

We’re like family here at Fantasy World Resort! This was our second visit, and we’re just as happy as the first time. The staff is exceptional — special thanks to Mark and Jose for their amazing service! Our doggie even received a Christmas-themed gift box, which was such a sweet touch. 🐶🎄 The area is super convenient — close to restaurants, quick service spots, and great dining options. Plus, it’s top-notch when it comes to location — only about 10 minutes from the Disney parks! They even offer shuttles to the parks, which makes it even more convenient for families. If we could wish for one thing, it would be for the pet fee to be a little lower, but overall, Fantasy World Resort will always be our go-to place for our Orlando trips. Highly recommend!

Property was nice. Temp of the lazy river and pool was very cool, so cool the kids were piling in the hot tub and using it to swim in. Why not make it a comfortable temperature then everyone can enjoy!! Most resorts heat there pools this one did not in November.

The resort was amazing. The staff were very kind and helpful. The villa suites were very nice. Only concern was that the floor wasnt very clean. The amenities were great. Lots to do. Will return for sure.

Amazing stay this is our 4th time staying at this resort. Amazing friendly staff. The villa is more than enough space for family of five or six. The activities and the pool were great. The thermostat was a little funky. Other than that 1 tiny thing I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay at

This place is definitely worth it and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I primarily would like to thank the young lady who checked us in because she was amazing. She moved our room closer to the waterpark just so that I didn't have to walk across with my grandbabies. The room, which is essentially a full condo, was big enough to fit six of us, and I love that it has a full kitchen and more. I do recommend this resort and will definitely be revisiting soon. My only question is why say the pools are heated when they are not. My grandbabies didn’t enjoy the pool or lazy river because it was very cold.

First I'll say I've stayed at Fantasy World a couple times in the past. It's been 5 years since We've been back and we always enjoyed our previous stays, so decided to go again. They have remodeled the lobby and it looks incredible!! Once into our townhouse, I quickly noticed the floors hadn't been swept or mopped. The beds were clean, so that was nice. Once I took a shower upstairs, while showering the drain wasn't draining. Gross. So for the next 7 days I had to shower in the small stand up shower downstairs, little annoying! The dryer kept shutting down, also annoying! Blood on the wall in downstairs bathroom. An let's not forget the bugs! Little bugs all over the counter, everywhere. And a roach running wild through the downstairs. Also I remember the pool being warmer, they didn't have the pool heater on, therefore I didn't get to go swimming one time on my F**king vacation. Needless to say we will NOT be staying with them ever again!!

It was okay, lounge chairs were dirty and every activity cost money. Also the other amenities were so far and and not in good condition. Shower has no soap holders or anything no hooks nothing. Resort definitely needs and upgrade.

The price was good and the amenities were amazing but the staff was terrible the harass the guest the whole time about wearing the wrist band which you cannot take off. They were kicking kick out the pool for jumping in and having no parents around. I actually felt bad because these were older kids just swimming and got kicked out. They maybe asked the same people 100x to see wristbands. They made u stay in the tube in the lazy river. You couldn’t bring your own floats. I mean the list goes on straight harassment you can’t even relax.

The lazy river is the reaon for booking this resort. Convenience of kitchen to cook meals and price is reasonable

This was the second time we stay at the resort. It is Family-friendly, great amenities, upgraded arcade area which my kids loved. Updated apartments. The staff helped us very fast whenever we had questions or issues. Overall we had a great time and hope to go back soon.

One of the best vacations I had this year

It wasn't overcrowded, we were able to find a comfortable spot with pool chairs every day we were there. All of the staff members were very friendly and were there to make sure everyone was enjoying their stay. Villas were clean and spacious. If I had to point out a negative, the pullout sofa bed was pretty thin and uncomfortable, so we couldn't really utilize it as an extra sleeping space.

The property looks really rundown. Like an old apartment complex that was painted and turned into a hotel.

The pool area was nice. But the restaurant closes too early, they have limited kitchen utensils provided. Paid the 100.00 deposit and it’s been more than 10 days and still haven’t not received the deposit back.

The resort has so many amenities for you and your group! I had a great time and the price was unbeatable for everything that's included.

This place is cozy family friendly and a go to in Orlando when visiting just bring a mattress pad because the bed and the floor have the same level of comfort, felt like I was laying on a styrofoam mattress with no padding or comfort but my family had a blast felt like a home away from home

This is a great place that is conveniently located near all the parks with shuttles if needed. Also, it is perfect for travel with families. this is our 2nd time at the resort. they have made some renovations since our last visit. the pool is fun for all! Activities for the kids. its not a luxury resort and its not bottom tier. But its the perfect mid level resort. full kitchen so you can go down the street to Walmart to get items you may need. ( 4 mins away). Clean pools, clean resort. The staff was helpful and nice as well. no complaints overall.

We have been visiting Fantasy World for years and our family has always loved it, kids would request to stay there. The new floats for the river are way too big and they now require everyone to be in a float. It was so packed on the 4th while requiring everyone to be in a float that it was a safety hazard, with as big as they are and if a child would had fallen through the middle hole they would have had difficulty getting back up. My teenage boys were yelled at by an employee, left one in tears, because they were in the 3ft lazy river by themselves which has never been an issue before, I witnessed another guest being told he needed to remove all jewelry including his wedding ring to be in the lazy river which is absolutely insane. All guests were being watched like hawks, kids were getting yelling at to get out of pools. It was turned into a stressful experience versus a relaxing getaway. We will not be returning in the future, I would rather pay more money to stay somewhere else and leave feeling refreshed.

The landscaping very unkept grass uncut,landscaping horrible our sofa smelled like urine, room was not very clean,dog park was not kept up grass was knee high and full of stickers. Women in activities center rude. Young men was very nice and helpful. Don't expect a nice clean resort if you stay here. Here you get what you paid for.

If looking then look no more! Amazing stay with so much to do. You get a whole villa (like a townhome) has everything and a screen in porch. Every villa is within walking distance to main pool/resort area. Every hr on poolside they offer activities this is a Family Resort so much to do with some payable amenities ($8-$23) depending on what is being done. Golf, basketball courts, rock climbing, batting cages, build a teddy, activity center for kids with TV coloring, paint, and more l. Arcade and coffee in front lobbt made by brista Bears Beans. Small market with some foods and items you may have forgotten. Within walking distance is so much off site dining and 5min drive to old town/fun spot. The staff at resort are expectional and go above and beyound...We have stayed here several times now and each is well worth it.

Third year in a row and we will keep coming! Renovations in lobby area pool area splash pad got new floors and new rock wall and mini golf! Love love love always great reception from staff :)

We had a great time with my family . We love the spanish music on the pool probaly the onlt resort but need to refresh they play the same all day long same music every day that needs to get better. The also got a rule for the slide we didn't like it you can't wear nothing in your body they wont let you other we really like the resort this is the secon time and it was almost perfect thnk you for the service

The property is outdated, and the townhouses did not feel clean, and the carpet was filthy going up the stairs. I saw a dead roach under the sofa bed and a baby roach in the tub. There were various activities to do, but they were not particularly impressive. The lazy river was small for the number of guests that were staying at the property. The pool was large, but then again, not large enough for as large as the property is. Needs to be updated.

Be prepared to pay for the activities they offer at the resort in cash Bar items cash or debit they do not allow changing to the room. The room was good, loved the space however the room Smelled of mildew/ old smell when we check in the carpets had stains on them, I told the staff the carpets should be cleaned and they made note, The resort was full or they would have moved our room.

We stayed here for 5 nights while we visited family in Orlando. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area and a kitchen for the same price as a hotel (minus the resort fee). The villas were great, a little dated but, they were clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful if we needed anything. This also put us only about 15-20 minutes from Universal City Walk or Disney Springs. Food and shopping options were easy access within a 5-10 minute drive. The mini “convenience” store in the lobby had almost anything you could need and had a self check out option. Our kids loved the pool, lazy river and slides.

Nice staff, convenient location and nice amenities.

The room had bugs and dirty sheets I have video of it. Also they placed us in a room that on the first day they had to come out and fix the security locks from the inside.

Property was excellent. We weren’t aware that the water slides close at 6pm when booking. We weren’t able to try them after our daily excursions.

Well to be honest when we pulled up it wasn’t what we expected. We have typically stayed at more of a hotel style setting. We found check in and it was near the activities center and they were very helpful . We thoroughly enjoyed our time there . We met lots of people from all over . There is plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the resort and we also ordered from Instacart but they have a welcome pack that you can order ahead of time to have delivered before you get there for $ 55. If I had known that I would’ve ordered that because our flight got in a 3 .

Water park

Loved the spacious villa it is recommended for families travelling because you have the entire space,so far this is one that we would love to stay again,just maybe a little improvement on the check-in area maybe they are working on it, the water park is relaxing, lazy river is a must try,

Love the pool area and activities! We spent most of the time there. Villas are ok I wasn’t as comfortable as previous stays. Villas are a little dated. I love the location and convenience to the strip with all the food and shopping stores.

NOT MANY BECAUSE I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN BUT WILL COME PREPARED.THE BEDS?THE ABSOLUTE WORST IVE EVER HAD.WHOMEVER HAD THAT JOB OF GETTING MATTRESSES NEEDS TO BE FIRED.THE KING BED WAS SO HARD IT WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR.NO EXAGGERATION.ROOM WITH TWIN BEDS MADE THE LOUDEST NOISE EVERYTIME U MOVED. I WILL BRING MATTRESS TOPPERS FOR SURE NEXT TIME.I HAD SUCH BAD BACK AND NECK PAINS EVERY AM.THEY GAVE ME A CHEAP BROKEN INTO PIECES TOPPER THAT WAS BARELY AN EGGCRATE. DID NOTHING. WALMART IS CLOSE IF U DONT BRING ONE. THE TOP BOTTOM WASHER DRYER WERE OLD & WORNOUT. MY UNIT WAS APPARENTLY RENOVATED BUT DISNT SEEM SO THAT SHOULD BE NEW 2. NEEDS NON STICK COOKWARE INSTEAD OF THE CHEAP METAL ONES. OVERALL A REALLY GOOD WALLET FRIENDLY FIND FOR SURE.ARCADE MINIGOLF PLAYGROUNDS AND OTHER AMENITIES I DIDNT USED. THE POOL,HOTUB AND LAZY RIVER WERE ENOUGH 4ME

This place is amazing!

We stayed at FantasyWorld Resort in a 2-bedroom villa to celebrate our daughter’s 6th birthday, and it was honestly one of the best family trips we’ve had. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family of five plus our pug, Fang. The kids had a blast, the resort had plenty to do, and the staff was great. Everything about it just felt easy and fun. We’ll definitely be back.

Then climbed back up and shut off. Honestly it was horrible with the heat in the unit. We stayed there 5-6 times and this was the worse time. Also check in was not great. Yes we got there a couple hours early but they charged me and said they would call me when it's ready. Never got any call and from them. I had to call and somehow it was ready the moment I called. Honest review, great place for kids and family but the bumps along the way were not pleasant and it felt like I was annoying the staff.

I loved everything about this property. The lazy river was my favorite thing. At door parking and full kitchen, washer dryer were also loved.

I love going here this is our 3rd time staying here. My son loves it and its so relaxing for the adults. We always like to take it the car show at old town and this property is minutes away and out of the party area that way. Only a little over an hour to go to the beach for the day. Some parts of the rooms need a little updating but i am not there for my room i like all the amenities and stuff so it doesnt bother me if things are outdated. We will be returning again!!!

Pool was fun, wish the slide was open more hours. The rooms were great. It is a townhouse, keep in mind the stairs. You can certainly hear all the steps and everyone taking a shower from downstairs. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean.

Lots of amenities, the pool area is amazing, and to have an entire townhome was great! Perfect bed layout, however the beds were quite uncomfortable as were the pillows. Found a pair of socks on the floor in the master bedroom. And the upstairs bathroom fan did not work which was causing the plaster and paint on the drywall to bubble off. Overall, I would stay there again, mostly for the amenities, but I would bring my own pillow.

I love the location and the staff is very friendly. All water activities are in same area makes for an enjoyable time for everyone.

The funiture could be updated more along with washer and dryer. The downstairs shore is entirely to small and there is no place to hold your things in the shower. Other that that our stay was plesant. Also they only gave enough towels for 4 people.

This huge condo village has a washer and dryer in the individual unit, as long as you get one that’s more than just beds. Think kitchen. The pool, lazy river, fountain, kids soak zone etc are very nice. It’s on a quiet road just behind Irlo Bronson, but this backroad makes it very easy to come and go. Last I knew they have free shuttle to Disney, universal etc but the bus leaves around 7:00 a.m. and probably doesn’t return you until 9 P.M.

Great place to say a lot of amenities for the family. Just feel they need to update the townhouses otherwise it's a great place to stay

We enjoy Fantasyworld because they keep the rooms and the public bathrooms especially clean. We enjoy the pool and all the activities. The staff is professional and fast with checkin. The area is walkable and close to everything. The bar has great drinks and food items. They stock the kitchens with everything you might need, even dish soap and sponge.

Great spot for our family reunion. Pools and lazy river were perfect for all age groups!

Great property from the room (villa) to the ammenities (pool, bar, slides, lazy river). Clubhouse being renkvated, but this property did not miss a beat, still took awesone care of us!!! Chris at the desk was phenomenal!! Cant wait to bring the whole family back this summer.

I stayed here a few years ago and it was much cleaner. This time the condo was overall stale & dirty. The floors had debris, kitchen table was sticky with crumbs, bathroom had hair in the shower and floor. It could be the unit we were in, but it was disappointing overall
