Location was great, about 10mins from any Disney theme park. Good restaurant in front of the hotel, Starbucks very close. Room was spacious. Room cleaning system is weird… you need to let them know if you want it for the day, but can only do so until 8am.

Run down place. Room smelled moldy and of dirty socks. Bath tub was so slippery that almost fell and hit my head. Beds were not comfortable. Dirty diapers and trash everywhere in the parking lot.Will not stay again.

The staff was helpful! The hotel was located in an area close to Disney and Universal, but not too trafficy. The treadmills in the gym were not working and the room where we stayed smelled a litttle mildewy.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. The gym had 3 treadmills that weren’t functioning but the 2 elliptical machines were. Need a yoga mat or stretching pad available for use on the hard floors. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Nice hotel for the price. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff were good. My only complaint is there are no in-room safes and no daily housekeeping. I don’t necessarily need my room cleaned every day but I would like fresh towels daily. Having said that, housekeeping is provided on request but I felt like a bother to request it daily. One of the perks of being on vacation is having my room clean and bed made when I come back from a busy day. If I wanted to make my own bed I would use an air b&b instead.

Booked weeks in advance through Expedia for a one week trip to Disney World for our daughters 10th birthday and to watch our oldest compete at National Cheer Championsips. Traveled all day only to finally get to the hotel already exhausted from flying all the way across the country, only to be told the hotel overbooked, our room was cancelled, and we were supposed to have been told the prior day by Expedia, which did not happen. I then had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia with my family sitting in the lobby of the Fairfield, trying to get another room. Mind you we were not the only ones experiencing the same issue at the same time. We finally got into a room at nearly 1 AM Florida time after leaving California at 9 AM PST. The front desk at Fairfield was not helpful or considerate and told us we needex to deal with Expedia. Terrible experience!

The property was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was perfect for our needs. This property is conveniently located with a grocery store across the street, gas stations, and restaurants. I always felt safe coming and going from the property regardless of the time. Lastly, this property is within a very short and easy drive to any of the Disney locations. I would highly recommend it.

The room was clean, the staff were very cooperative, the hotel is located in a prime area, the breakfast was good, and parking facilities are available.

Location was close to the interstate and our destination at Epcot. Easy access to local stores like CVS and Starbucks was also plus. The room was fairly comfortable and the shower was good. Tiny fridge was a joke. Everything seemed aged and not especially clean. Musty smell throughout the building. Wifi a bit slow. Would have liked more options in the commissary. Staff gave wrong information about some details, including the size of the deposit taken from my card. Breakfast was just average, with few options for a vegan member of my family.

About 30 minutes into leaving the hotel for a dinner reservation, I was called and told that my dog was barking loudly and they received “numerous phone calls” regarding this disruption. The whole thing is far fetched when I know my 5 lb Yorkie does not typically bark for no reason and the general manager was so sure it was her. Upon returning, we recorded the actual culprit which was a dog in a room across from the elevator. For this reason and to avoid the stress, I boarded my pet for the following day that would be spent at the parks. What was supposed to be a helpful and convenient stay turned stressful very quickly. The manager was also impossible to get ahold of and I had no choice but to contact corporate to file a claim against this hotel for wrongly accusing my pet and failing to be thorough in investigating the matter.

The location close to Celebration was very good Breakfast had a good variety of food. Room was clean and smelled nice. We were expecting a king bed. We found it odd that it was larger than a queen but it sure was not a traditional eastern king size like other hotels we stay in or like we have at home. It was not as wide by a few inches.

Would be nice if in the future they could include Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom. And 2.) Not a lot of breakfast options. It was a good breakfast! Just wish there was a little more variety. Location is OK My company covered the cost of my stay during a conference, so I was quite surprised to be asked to pay an additional $20 per day as a “security deposit.” My reservation was made through Booking.com, and there was no mention of any extra charge. What’s more confusing is that my colleague, who also booked through Booking, was not charged this deposit. The receptionist explained that the amount would simply be locked on my card and released after checkout, but four days later, the funds are still on hold. Regarding the room itself: the toilet handle was broken, the bathtub faucet made loud noises and the AC unit rattled loudly while cooling the room. As for breakfast, it was fine during the first two days but became repetitive afterward. It wasn’t terrible, but not great either.

We were given keys to a room already occupied by guests and the front desk worker, who was rude, she didn’t even say a single word. No apology - Nothing! This is extremely unsafe! If someone had had a weapon and we walk in their room we could have been seriously injured! There are SO many good choices in this area- this hotel is NOT one of them!!

This trip was nice. Everything was clean. The check in process was easy and fast. Received room service. The breakfast was ok. Too many other places that we liked to eat at instead. The coffee was good along with the OJ. I loved the shower, it has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash if you forgot it. The room was very clean.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast. What did concern me was that all night, you can hear what I surmise to be a jockey pump (water pressure) starting and stopping all through the night, vibrating through the building. My room was near the end of the building and walking to the elevators halfway, I could still hear it, so must have others.

Right next to ICON Park, close to multiple restaurants and entertainment, and conveniently situated next to major roads. Clean establishment, good breakfast (they have Mickey-shaped waffles for kiddos) and quiet rooms. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Would stay again.

Good overall however we could hear the room next door , what they where talking , walls are not insulated I guess

Will not book through Hotels.com again because Bonvoy nights aren’t recognized or awarded.

My only complaint was we were put in a handicap room across from the elevator. I should have asked for another room but didn't realize the noise the elevator would make. My husband is a light sleeper and the elevator "dings" kept waking him up! Lesson learned. Otherwise, we had a good stay, close to everything and 7 miles from DisneyWorld and the ESPN Wide World of Sports area.

Great place to stay! Very convenient with food, shopping, location, and comfort. The hotel staff are amazing making the stay even better, they are incredibly helpful and accommodating. My only advice to guest staying at any hotel in a tourist destination like this area is if the hotel offers breakfast, the earlier you get up the more pleased you will be.

This hotel is great for vacation! Will definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. Many good restaurants around, a CVS next door, gas station, and a Golden Corral right in front of the door. Would recommend this hotel a thousand times!

Terrible on website you do not specify tha elevator does not work we where very tire had to take stairs to 3rd floor, stuffy room had smoke odor, breakfast very poor. Everything was very poor the person that took us to our room after given us a room that was occupied told us that we needed the exercise

Everything was fine as expected except rooms don't have safe to keep our valuable stuffs. So, we ended up carrying our passports and cash as we visited theme parks in Orlando.

The evening desk clerk was very responsive when informing her of our need for a quieter location and without hesitation offered an alternate room away from the side entrance. Thank you!

The front staff, Jade was wonderful. We had a small issue and she did everything possible to fix it! Wonderful customer service. Hotel was recently renovated. The hotel was clean and nice.

Clean hotel with hot breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean room . Bed was hard and shower head was horrible though.

Excellent property. The only downside is that they have to improve the breakfast option.

Staff was spot on. Very courteous and helpful. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast area could possible use extra help. Seemed like only one person working it and she was doing great but overwhelmed at times. Coffee was awesome!!

It was a nice stay. The only complaint was the tub needed draino.

Lobby was okay and the breakfast area was good size and decent quality breakfast with coffee ect.

A great hotel, very close to Disneyworld. A good sized room, great bathroom. Breakfast was ample. I would stay again.
