Good value, convenient. Overall good rooms although the main areas could be cleaner, especially the carpeting. The breakfast was not great and the pastries were not labeled so you had to guess what flavor each item was. Otherwise it was not bad for free. Will stay there again.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating and moved us to a different room because of the musty, moldy smell in the initial room we were given. The hotel desperately needs some deep cleaning services. It feels really run down and not taken care of. I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you have no better options.

The room smelled moldy and the floor was wet from a leaky refrigerator. When they came and got the refrigerator out, there was black mold all over the carpet. I am glad we only had to stay 1 night. There were exposed pipes in the tub. It was gross.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Loads of space to park your car but it seems that they've now introduced a charge for parking. The other minor issue is that whilst the breakfast is tasty and well organized, it does lack variety and is pretty much the same every day. That aside, a great location for Disney, Kissimmee and the I4 meaning its worth considering.

Thank goodness we had deadbolt activated so couldn’t get in. Breakfast buffet was good especially Mickey waffles that were different flavors. Hot tub had live bugs coming out filtering drain. Hallway carpets dirty never swept in our days there.

Nice hotel -close to all theme parks

My family and I stayed there 2 years ago and had an enjoyable time. This time around the room smelled moldy so we got our room switched to the 7th floor and then the elevator stopped working that was a nightmare. Then our tub was clogged and wouldn't drain so we had to call maintenance to fix it. The ac was broken in the lobby so it was broken in the elevator, once they finally got it working. Also, the room wasnt all the way cleaned and we found things that belonged to previous guests. And the faucet in the bathtub was broken. Tried to get my money back but the hotel said non refundable so we stayed even though we didn't want to. I tried to make the best of it but it was one thing after the other. If you want a good hotel stay at the IHG in Kissimee, cheaper, friendly staff and waaay nicer.

My room was pretty clean and I did not see any bugs. My shower was spraying everywhere, water damage was very visible. My key card (like many others) did not work. I went to the desk 3 times to ask for a key that works. After quite sometime, maintenance showed up to let us in our room. The pool area had toys, broken toys, trash... the hot tub kinda worked but definitely watch out for the moving railing upon entering and exiting the hottub. One elevator was broken so we ran the steps most of the time (five floors on the opposite side of the hotel). The breakfast had a few choices, nothing worth eating there for. I have definitely been to worse places. The pool is open 24 hours, that is an area you should expect heavier drinking area at night, cans laying around.... it is a place to sleep and shower and hit the theme parks.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Free parking. Didn’t use the pool area but looked nice. Air conditioning worked well and shower was hot. Has potential but needs to be updated. If I had to stay more than one night I would’ve asked for a different room.

Free breakfast only included sausage links and egg and cheese omelette. The room was decently clean. But the pool was dirty. There was a piece of poop in the pool. I unfortunately saw it too late but hopped out as soon as I saw it. Would I stay there again probably not but for the price for 3 nights it wasn't terrible. Also because theres a theme park in front of it they charge you parking. Which is crazy because why dont they give you a voucher or something to display on your dash. It is close to the parks but yeah i dont think id stay there again

The hotel was clean, but the lobby and hallways seemed a bit warm which made the hallway a bit musty smelling. Before we left they were cleaning the carpets in the hallway so maybe something had leaked and they were cleaning it

The hotel halls and carpet seriously need painting and new carpet. It’s so nasty I don’t think shampooing will help. Also I have stayed here a few times over the years. The trash by the elevators needs to be emptied more often. It’s nasty to come out of your room and seeing trash piled up on the trash can due to it being to full.

The rooms were comfortable and quiet however, they were bringing in new mattresses while we checked in, our room was not available until after 7:00 in the evening. They were given my phone number to call to tell us when the room was ready, but we never got a call. I had to call them. The next morning they were working on the mattresses again and had both elevators tied up for up to 15 to 20 minutes at a time. Guests were forced to use the staircase or wait on the workers during these times. The elevators were fairly slow as is, and quickly became backed up most of the day. Front desk people tried to be fairly friendly but has to be the worst managed hotel/motel I have ever stayed at.

Our room was roomier than we expected. Spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and fulfilling. Coffee 👍We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting. Every staff member we met were friendly, courteous and helpful to all our needs. Will be back very soon.

We have stayed here for eight consecutive years same time frame for an event we attend in Florida. This last time the breakfast was eh, the rooms were ok but needs more updating and had to purchase a bed topper to sleep comfortably because the beds were hard. The day we left we noticed a huge mattress truck so we just missed the new beds lol. O well if we go to this event again we will probably stay here again as it looks like they are finally updating and the location is great!

Just FYI - they had 2, and one didn’t go over 1mph and the other was horribly calibrated. Our room was supposed to have two queen beds and a pull out. The pull out was broken and unusable so I had to sleep with my preteen who is all legs and arms. We were told we could have someone look at it but we were not offered a different room or a discount for the trouble. Staff is bilingual so that’s a plus for many. Pool signs indicated it was heated and 24hr use, although I didn’t get to try it during our stay. Breakfast was great- the kids loved the fresh Belgian waffles and they had a few healthier choices as well. Plenty of seating in the dining area. For anyone familiar with Orlando, proximity to Epcot and Hollywood studios is great but you are right behind Old Town so the atmosphere is… lacking, but the price point hit the spot. Sad to say but with the poor customer service, I don’t think I will be back soon.

Room smelt awful and like feet but it overall seemed clean. Bed was comfy. Room service came and removed our trash and towels but never brought new towels so we had to ask he front desk for towels every time they came. The shower curtain didn't work and spit water everywhere. The trash receptacles were often overflowing. The breakfast was pretty good and typical of an average continental breakfast. The washer on our floor didn't work and the dryer on lower floors ate our clothes and left black marks on some and left others in an unsalvageable state. Furthermore I could not find more information for the Disney shuttle outside of the website stating there was one, so we ended up driving and parking every day.

Room was clean enough and in reasonably good shape. Housekeeping missed our 3rd day of our stay for changing linens and vacuuming. Pool area is nice, but could have been cleaner. Hallway on 3rd floor had same dirt / toenails on the floor for 4 days, and wasn’t vacuumed once, which is concerning. Location is great, with restaurants and bars conveniently within walking distance, including Fun Spot on Pirates Cove Mini Gold.

Stayed for nearly a month. Anything you need or want just ask staff and is sorted. What else could you wish for. We had no problems at all. You even have a breakfast to start the day included. Not many places offer that.

When you arrive at this location there is an impressive looking fountain. It’s not working and the small amount of water that’s in there is nasty looking. But it’s just in there stagnant and not moving. There is obviously an issue with it as you can hear the motor struggling. Enough about that. When we walked in the lobby smelled awful. Right then I would have left but I already prepaid my room. I waited at the empty counter to check in. I had to make noise by zipping and unzipping my wallet for someone to yell out from their office that they’d be right with me. Checked in and the worker would not give me my reward points or change the name from my husbands to mine(our first name!!) she said since it was a prepaid reservation she couldn’t help me nor would I be able to do it later. The elevator had dirty rags in the floor. We get to our room and try to get in with our card key. No luck, fortunately a housekeeper was right there and she had to struggle herself. She mentioned there are issues with the locks(ok great). When mentioned to the desk they said if it happens again to let them know. It happened each time but we only stayed one night. Which leads to the beds! They are AWFUL and hard! The pillows smelt as if they’ve never been washed. I literally smelt someone else on my pillow. The breakfast was ok but not great. 3 out of 10 for this place.

Room was very clean and spacious. Even with 6 adults w/crib for an infant was not cramped. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was hot and great w/Mickey Mouse shaped waffles. Pool, jacuzzi all was great. Safe walking across the street to Old Towne. The ONLY disappointment was the free transportation to the Disney Parks. It only ran 9 & 11am and pick up at the park was 7pm & 9pm, so would miss the parade/fireworks if chose to do that, and park closed at 11pm. So we chose to drive. Free transportation was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Overall, safe, great hotel, location for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

The room had a very strong moldy smell, which made it uncomfortable to be in. We understand that housekeeping is scheduled every third day, but the service was still lacking. The person in charge of changing the trash bags never restocked the coffee supplies, nor did they replenish shampoo, conditioner, or soap. They only replaced the large towels, while the medium and small ones were taken away and not replaced. Additionally, the pool area (including the gardens and surrounding spaces) was poorly maintained. There was even trash left on the chair designated for people with disabilities. Considering the environment, this kind of neglect can become a safety risk, especially with the plants and outdoor areas not being properly cared for. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very kind and attentive, and the breakfast was good.

We ended up leaving and not staying. The first room had huge bugs in the corner. We switched rooms and it was so dirty. The staff claimed it was clean. I have pictures. We could not stay there and immediately left

Given wrong room, then key worked intermittently to new room. Finally got settled and found there was no shower curtain or bath mat. Gross pee smell coming out of the ac unit and the carpets were very dirty in the hallways. Definitely has gone downhill in the past 6 months.

it was an absolute nightmare checking in. To make a long story short, they said my credit card was showing up as not authorized, but it clearly went through on my bank statement (i also showed them) I had to call my bank and ask them and they said it showed us authorized and that the hotel was trying to charge it like seven more times. it then resulted in a three-way call with me my bank in the hotel. The hotel was just not being extremely helpful and my bank was trying to explain to them that it showed as authorized and that it went through. my bank asked if they would wait 24 hours for the pending charge to fully go through on their end because they were clearly doing something wrong and luckily they did and it ended up being resolved, but I definitely would not stay here again! on top of that, there was mold in the showers. The showerhead was broken. It just did not feel very clean.

We used to love staying here but now we may not now. The beds are now so firm & hard we all hated it. I ended up on the couch not made out to a bed cause that was better than the s tusk bed but not a lot. It sucked! We need a bed that is comfortable & this is the opinion of four adults my three in our room & my Sister who rented an adjoining room!

Hotel offers value by price and location and amenities are nice. Room for growth in overall hotel condition ie areas in need of painting some room furniture visibly worn some minor cleaning items not addressed like hair pin from previous guest found in middle of the floor.

Breakfast was gross and absolutely pitiful. They had these processed egg omelets that had a Cheezewhiz like cream in them. It was nasty. Very little of anything else. It was bare minimum.

É um hotel antigo e bem básico. Para quem vai passar o dia todo fora fazendo compras ou nos parques, pode ser suficiente. Ficamos 9 dias e o quarto só foi limpo e arrumado um único dia. O lixo era coletado todos os dias e as toalhas eram trocadas de vez em quando, mas sem um padrão consistente. O maior problema do quarto era o carpete bem sujo, o que, somado ao ambiente úmido de Orlando, nos causou muita alergia respiratória. O café da manhã era bem tradicional americano, mas bem básico também: ovos, pão de forma, waffles, panquecas americanas, iogurte e café. A equipe do hotel, no geral, foi bem gentil e fácil de interagir, mesmo em português. O estacionamento sempre tinha vagas disponíveis. A localização é boa para quem quer ir para os parques da Disney e evitar o trânsito da parte mais turística de Orlando, que está passando por muitas obras. Tem restaurantes, mercado e farmácias bem próximos. Eu só não voltaria mesmo por causa do carpete!!

Our room stunk like mold really bad or stale pool water in the carpet. We had to order some oil diffusers to help the stank. Other then that they stay was great.

Cons: slow elevators that have heavy traffic between 8-10am. We had to take the stairs several times. We were in 304 and our lock/ keys always gave us trouble. Could take 5+ mins to finally get into our rooms. Housekeeping is not daily. We got back to hotel late at night to dirty towels. When requested, the towels were delivered within 10 mins which was nice.

Well when we checked in our bathroom sink was clogged and for the next three days I asked every morning before we left to have it fixed it never got done. The lady at the desk would write a note for maintenance and nothing ever happened. Now let me tell you have you ever try using a bathroom with a clogged sink with three women trying to get ready for the day absolutely a nightmare. It also took till the second day with 2 reminders to have the shampoo and conditioner refilled as it was almost empty at check in. Very disappointing for our Florida trip. Sincerely Dave Weber

This hotel was worth every penny. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and my favorite part was the coffee. My kids especially loved the Mickey and Minnie Mouse pancakes, which was such a fun touch. The housekeeping staff was also very kind and attentive. The outdoor pool was large, clean, and perfect for families, and my kids had an amazing time there. This was our second time staying here, and we would definitely stay here again. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room, nice large rooms with pull-out couch, and probably the best pool around (always warm). However, on my third visit, breakfast has declined and honestly sucks. They Mickey waffles, but got rid of bagels, muffins, gluten free options. Im not sure where they source the white bread, but it’s gross. My stomach told me that they've also stopped brewing coffee and instead use that liquid pre-mix. Their elevators are the slowest I’ve ever been on. Based on price and the pool though, I would probably still stay there again. Old Town always has something going on and the pool is excellent (although they don’t have as many chairs as pictured).

Perfect location, beautiful heated pool and hot tub, a large buffet breakfast. Excellent place to go and right at Old Town for entertainment and rides.

Breakfast first day was poor. No choice of eggs. Bacon was not available. No choice of fruits only oranges. Second day was a little better as they put scrambled eggs.

Excellent customer service and location! The waffles were delicious at breakfast, yet there were only minimal other options. Very decent overall and really convenient to Old Town. Would stay again.

The room we stayed at was horrible. When we first got to the room the whole hallway smelled like weed, the keycard reader took several attempts before it finally opened the door, the the towels had hair on them, the mirrors weren't clean and the sofa bed smelled like pee when we opened it and you could feel the metal of the retractible part of the couch more than the cushion itself, there was also a thumping sound outside the room the entire night. This wasn't as bad as the rest but the faucet in the bathroom was so short that the water practically touched the border of the sink. The only good thing I could say about this place was that the staff was pretty friendly. Overall it was a terrible experience and wouldn't reccomend it.

Second time staying at this location. We love staying for the free breakfast. We love eating the Mickey Mouse waffles.

My family enjoyed our 6 night stay here. The room and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning before heading over to Disney. The hot tub was awesome every night before bed. We did see a few bugs in the bathroom throughout the stay. But all in all, a good stay for the money.

When we arrived and got into our room it was kind of muggy in there(smelled musty). We turned our A/C unit down to 70 but it never got cool in our room the whole weekend. All the furniture handles and one of the lamps was very rusty(assuming because of the mugginess). In the bathroom it stated on the mirror that Housekeeping is "provided upon request" unless you are there for more than 3 days. The day after we checked in we went out and did a few things and went back and housekeeping was going into our room. I was very confused, I dont mind that they where there but if I would have known I would have not let some of my things sit out. The breakfast was OK, no fruit options though, the first day there was no fruit the second day there was only Oranges. The location is awesome though especially if you are going to Old Town, its just a walk across the street.

Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before booking. The sheets on the pull out were dirty and the bathroom was not cleaned. There was hair all over the seat and floor. Surprisingly the free breakfast was not bad.

The room and the pool was great! It is gorgeous and makes you feel like you’re on vacation. Amenities are not as described regarding restaurant and bar. There is free breakfast then everything shuts down until 4pm-5pm depending on the day and it’s a pool bar with snacks. The sign says it opens at 3 but it don’t. New owners they said have made the changes and it no longer offers a “restaurant”. Being diabetic that cannot have carbonation the only drinks available for purchase was water for 4.50 until the bar opens or free hot coffee and hot tea.

This was a horrible experience. The pictures are VERY deceiving. When we pulled up I could instantly tell that the grounds are not kept at all. There was trash everywhere and the landscaping needs pruning really bad. When we arrived to check in I noticed it was scorching hot in the lobby. When I asked someone about the air, I was told that they were working on it. My family and I went to our room that we were assigned to and instantly after opening the door you could smell mold and mildew. The smell was so strong. I went to the desk and they gave us another room on the 7th floor. While trying to bring all of our luggage up to our room— we observed that the elevators were extremely slow. We later find out that this very large building with 7 stories of rooms only has 2 elevators. Can you say fire hazard and extremely inconvenient?!!!! The hallways were hot and smelled bad. Also, while walking the halls you see trash everywhere. I did not see workers cleaning or trying to keep the place tidy. I honestly think that the carpet was not once vacuumed our entire stay. Once we got into our room, the room was very hot. There was a ceiling fan in the room that was broken and they could not fix. We ended up going to Walmart and buying fans. There were sunflower seed shells that were not ours that we kept finding and stepping on. The tub did not look clean at all and we bought bleach to clean it. The shower head did not work, it was trickling water. Bugs. It was awful.

They were able to accommodate our reservation even though hotels.com cancelled it instead of extending our stay per my request.

From check-in to check-out we were treated as family. The staff at this hotel is awesome. Rooms were nice, clean and quiet. Kevin at the Tiki bar was awesome to deal with and provided excellent service every evening weather it was just a couple drinks or for dinner by the pool side.

The hotel and our room were clean, spacious and inviting. Some people provide negative feedback but it has not been our experience. Staff are great and the food at the pool bar is delicious. The breakfast is ok but nothing special. We are already looking at booking our date for next year.

Bath tub was disgustedly clogged with hair. Floor behind toilet was gross and had someone's garbage behind it. We booked a 7 night stay and were advised that housekeeping comes in every three days. That's fine. BUT they came in every day to take out our garbage and they'd also take our towels that we were fine with reusing. We had them hanging on the shower rod as there are no towel bars in the bathroom. On the 3rd day we returned after a long day out and had NO TOWELS because they would keep taking them but not restocking. Had to constantly ask for coffee everyday, needed toilet paper one day, needed towels. Hot tub had little water and jets didn't work. On the last day of our stay someone came in replenished towels, coffee and made our beds. Thanks but no thanks.

The hotel is dated and the bathrooms are in need of several upgrades. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. . . . . The side of the hotel facing the main parking lot is noisy due to a noisy rollercoaster at the entertainment complex that runs constantly from open til closing at midnight.

Nice clean, family friendly hotel

Almost everything was good. The only problem: in our executive king suite there was no blanket for the rollout couch bed. It was not in the closet. When I went to ask for a blanket for it at the front desk, I was rudely told "we don't have anymore blankets." I explained that the bed did not have a blanket, and they insisted I go back up and look in the closet (where we already had checked). Finally they sent a blanket, but it took a lot of wrangling to get that blanket that should have been there in the first place!

Cleanliness was ok. There were a lot of hairs that could have been vacuumed and some in the bathroom, but I would stay there again.

Our older children we brought were very disappointed, we stayed two nights and both nights the hot tub was a disappointment. Wonder why you advertise at the front desk 24 hr pool and hot tub and no water in the hot tub to enjoy.

The room was not clean. No toiletries in the bathroom. The toilet overflowed the following morning, maintenance took forever to come fix the problem. He then used towels from the bathroom to clean up the water.

Staff is awesome. Really enjoyed the pool bar. Bartender made the food and drinks which he did well with a smile. The location is great as well. Right in the heart of old town Kissimmee. Walkable for literally anyone

- Overall, nice place and nice location. - I thought the breakfast was great. A few breakfast items changed daily which was nice for people that stayed a while. - The pool and hot tub needed more attention than what it received during the week we were there. We never saw anyone attending to the outside ammenties like we see at other hotels/resorts. There were hardly ever any towels available and at one point in the evening we could not even get in the hot tub because of the amount of leaves and scum in it. Disappointing. Also, the pool bathroom had no toilet paper. - Also, one afternoon my wife and I were trying to take a nap in our room and housekeeping came in to our room without even knocking!

Rooms were very nice, comfortable beds, clean fluffy towels. Breakfast was good, a little above breakfasts that are usually included with hotels. Only a couple negatives, one was the room had carpet in it. The odor in the room was strong, housekeeping sprayed something on the carpet...but it really did not mask it. Hotel was crowded but most people were gone during the day. Nice that it's across the street from Fun Spot and Old Town. My wife is handicapped but several of the handicapped parking spaces had regular cars in them. We complained but no cars got moved. Would stay here again...especially if they get rid of the carpet and go to wood or tile floors. .

The room was the last room available this night. It had a strong mold smell that we had to leave the ceiling fan on all night long even though it was freezing outside. I have allergies to mold and was sick. But couldn’t find another place because there was a tournament or something going on. The bathtub was dirty n the shower rod broken that the water was going on the floor. Very disappointed. The last time we stayed here it was great stay. This time was questionable.

From the comfortable, spacious suite to the large pool and hot tub (each open 24 hours!) to the delicious breakfasts with the Mickey Mouse shaped waffles to the very helpful staff we really enjoyed our stay here!

the room was ok.there was a pop can on the floor by the bed. when i left a tip my bed got made. when i didnt leave a tip she sat towels on the vanity and left. I had asked for room servive every day, of which i dont think you should have to ask, and again it was half room service.Breakfast was very good as were the ladies serving it

We have stayed at this hotel for many years and have always enjoyed it. The 24 hour pool & hot tub is great for us and we love being able to just walk over to Old Town, Fun Spot or mini golf. The breakfast options are always good and we find the staff to be friendly, accommodating and helpful.

The room was in ok condition. The A/C unit did not work properly...the "constant fan" option would not go on. The room had a mildewy smell to it so I wanted to keep the fan on. Maintenance came in and said they did not have part to fix it and I could switch rooms. I said ok. After two hours I was told there weren't any rooms left. The hallways smelled horrible, very bad mildewy smell. I believe it was the carpet. It looks like it is in major need of an upgrade. The mattress on the bed had a sagging spot in it and was very uncomfortable. It wasn't the best experience.

The staff at the reception desk was amazing. She was so nice and helpful. The staff in the buffet breakfast were also very nice and maintained everything very clean. They all in general had a wonderful attitude which helps in every which way!! Great Team!

Rooms were good. Can sleep up to 6 which is handy for large families. Breakfast was good, i just wished there was more variety throughout the week. We had a problem with our original room lock and we lost a couple hours dealing with it and moving to another room in the middle of the trip

The hotel has a great location, right next to Old Town and the park. The room was clean, and the customer service was very good. We would definitely stay here again, especially because of the location. The breakfast was by far the best included with the price of any hotel we have stayed at.

Not enough staff to maintain the hotel operations waited in the front lobby literally for three minutes with no one. There three minutes is a long time. Go look at the video Saturday.

Breakfast ends at 9am so there was a very long line. We didn't get to enjoy breakfast. Coffee was easy to get to, but juices, etc... weren't, so our kids couldn't even have a mornjng drink. Maid service didn't make the beds on our multi day visit, they did empty the trash and replenish towels. Our room face old town which was cool, but they didnt have curtains to block out all the lights from the rides, etc... which affected my daughter's sleep.

The sofa bed was a major concern. The sheets appeared not to have been changed and had hair on them, which was unacceptable. As a family of five, we always use the sofa bed, so this issue greatly affected our comfort. We also noticed cockroaches in the common areas. There was no air conditioning in the common areas, and the air conditioning in the room did not work properly, making it difficult for us to rest comfortably. Additionally, the garbage cans at the front of the hotel were full, creating a poor first impression. Overall, these issues need attention to improve the guest experience.

The staff were all friendly, they greeted us throughout the property. Variety of breakfast items were well organized in each station, food was tasty, those Mikey Mouse waffles were delicious and very impressive, awesome for the location. A staff member occasionally went through out each station and cleaned. The decor of the room was very inviting, searing layout well organized.

The hotel isn’t very clean. We complained that we had bugs in our room and toilet was leaking.., it was met with annoyance. We kept complaining and got our room changed. A few days later we asked for more toilet paper… didn’t come. The pool had no towels at night when our kids were swimming… we asked got towels and they were rude. Even the common areas were dirty. They could definitely keep up their cleaning better. Location is pretty good.

Place has gone completely downhill in 1 year. Last year i stayed , it was great, clean and comfortable. This year it was the complete opposite. The room was dirty, bathroom mildew and horrible smell, almost like mold. The bed mattress was completely messed up. Like it hadn't been flipped or rotatited ever. And had 2 huge indents in it, where people sleep. The outside definitely seems like no one has been maintaining it. I definitely wont be going back again. Crazy the change in just 1 year.

My wife & I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel & were really impressed. This trip we believed the exterior still looked reasonably good, but our room was dated. A section was damaged/worn away between the beds (approx 6” x 7” section), but appeared glued down, so not a tripping hazard, room was misty smelling even for 5th floor. Windows were single pane, & sweat from being cold outside that they sweat so bad on the inside that I had to use a towel to absorb the significant amount of water falling down on inside window ledge. Carpet between sofa & wall reflected not cleaned very well. The fridge had previous occupant’s food crumbs & drink residue on top of door recess, & dirt/mold on inside of door rack inside of fridge. In room coffee was very disappointing, which shocked my wife. It room appearance reflected lack of keeping maintenance & image appearance what we expect from a Comfort Suites of past & more recent stay at another location. Bedding was comfortable, & breakfast was excellent on the multiple day stay. Price point was somewhat reasonable, for area, & we tried to be flexible in expectations based upon location.

Breakfast was good and the dining areas were clean. Hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Hallway needed a little pick up of a few things on the floor but was clean otherwise. Love the fact that you can walk to Old Town in just a couple of minutes. We will be back again.

We have stayed here on several occasions. This time there was a marked decline in the condition of the property. There was new furniture in the dining area however the chairs were very cheap looking- hard plastic. The room itself ha alot to be desired. As soon as we walked in the smell was terrible. It seemed to be coming from the carpet. Went out and bought several air fresheners but could not get rid of the smell. The bathroom was very old- peeling paint, rust etc.Housekeeping was virtually non existent. It had to be requested despite being told it would be every 3 days. Had to ask for towels on several occasions. Seemed to be a lack of hand towels because although we didn't get housekeeping our hand towels disappeared every day and not replaced until asked for! This hotel definitely needs a make over and I wont be going back anytime soon. On the positive very good location for Old Town Kissimmee.

The breakfast menu was fresh and staff was so helpful and nice. This is a VERY clean hotel. The hotel store was expensive but there are PLENTY of stores and restaurants and amusement parks in the area. There is an amusement park (a lil pricey) across the parking lot. The best advantage of this hotel are the spacious rooms and the 24hr access to the heated pool and jacuzzi. The pool could've been a lil warmer tho. Not uncommon to hold a charge on a card BUT this hotel holds a $250 charge on your card for up to two weeks for every stay no matter if your stay is less than $200. That is annoying but the front desk clerk made it up to me and gave us a room right off the elevator! We had a great stay and will come back. 9 out of 10 stars

This is our third time staying at this hotel because we loved it so much, the location, staff and breakfast are amazing. Our room smelled nice however it’s not as clean as it has been in the past. Carpets were dirty and bathroom could of been cleaner. Breakfast area was chaotic and no tables to sit at was really inconvenient however it was a holiday weekend. We did kill a German roach in our room by the kitchenette which leads us to believe there may be a pest problem.

Easy check-in. Room was not very clean. Bedroom had coins and a bottle cap on the floor so apparently not vacuumed. A lot of dust on ceiling fan and build up on floors. Sheets for sofa bed had stains and the curtains were filthy with stains. Front desk staff weren't the best to approach but they were nice. The breakfast was good. Sesting was minimal. The plastic only utensils were horrible, couldn't cut through the fried eggs or the waffle. Pool was clean. Location is great. Elevators were efficient. Gym is dismal Overall a good stay.

The front desk was not welcoming at all. I came early and was told to come back at 3pm which was fine but i came in at 3 and i had to wait 30 min cause the rooms weren't ready. The room smelt very moldy the doorknob was loose. Also they open your door at 9am when check out is at 11am.

Good Breakfast, Nice facility and location. It is a old hotel so the stuffs looks little old in the rooms but still clean but they can certainly work on the carpets and replace with the new one.

Room is supposed to ready at 3pm. I got three at 5pm and was told my room was not ready. The staff was rude. When I asked how long it would be because it was 5pm two hours past the time it's supposed to be read I was just told they don't know maybe half an hour or maybe longer. Then the cleaning person came down and said you don't mind waiting do you? I then asked how long and she said nevermind just put him in it. So I'm guessing she didn't clean it

The property was well maintained, the breakfast had a great selection. The staff at the front desk were friendly but overwhelmed. They didn’t have time to answer the phones and when you needed something that housekeeping forgot to put your room, like wash cloths you had to wait a lifetime to get them.

Staff did not inform us that the side we were on, that we would be able to hear the amusement park near us until 12:30am.

Day 2 we needed supplies: fresh towels, tissues, toilet paper & coffee. We were given a list to indicate our needs to be hung on our door. Posted by 8:30 a.m. we still had no supplies by 7 pm. Another list made & submitted but 2 hrs later still no supplies. Finally another trip to the front desk & we were able to get most of the items.

The breakfast was good . The carpet in the hall was showing wear. I fixed the toilet in the room. The chain came off. Lol I’m a handy man all good . They were able to help us to an early check in and take our suitcases until we had to leave . Thank you we are grateful. God bless

The bar and breakfast staff were fantastic! I can’t say the same about the front desk staff. I stood at the desk for 10 min and they acted like they didn’t even see me. One of the staff was a male manager. The female working the desk was on the phone under the desk speaking to someone about the data cabling. She may have not known I was there but the man definitely did and was not at all interested in acknowledging I was there.

For the price and the amenities, I don’t think there’s a better deal in the Disney area right now. Having two bathrooms in the suite was also wonderful. The hot breakfast was great every morning with Mickey and Minnie waffles because they’re a good neighbor hotel. The one thing I will say is a bit of a drawback is that there is a $250 deposit that they charge on the first night of this day and don’t refund until after you leave. It’s not very well advertised so be warned on that but otherwise it’s a great hotel with great everything.

The room was really dirty, luckily I was there only one night and was so glad I took my own crib for the bay because there was no way I would have let the kid touch those sheets. There was dust everywhere. The staff was nice but cleanliness is actually my priority especially with kids. And the hotel is so outdated, you could see the rug so stained and even the ice machine and the mini fridge was broken.

I have been going to this hotel for years, and I have seen how the service has declined in recent years. The facilities are deteriorating, room service is no longer provided regularly, and the breakfast is no longer as varied. The fruit they serve is of poor quality. I think we will have to find new accommodation for future trips.

Had to move from first our room when we checked in because it smelled like marijuana as soon as you opened the door. Our second room had dirty pillowcases & a leak that made the carpet outside the bathroom soaked. When I told the front desk about the leak, she said sorry and offered no other solution.

I loved this place! Everything about it, pool, hot tub , breakfast. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the bed. A little firm for my liking but all in all, wonderful!

Housekeeping could have been better. Front desk staff could be friendlier. Awesome location, reasonable price.

The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Sausage, eggs and rotating flavours of Mickey Mouse waffles every day along with yogurt, coffee, juice and more. The shuttle service offered to the parks was also easy to use and very helpful to us. The commissary in the lobby also provides a great place for those last minute essentials at overall reasonable prices (around $5 USD for a plastic poncho compared to $10+ in the parks). Be aware that with the very close proximity of the Old Town/Fun Spot parks across the street, the roller coaster sounds were audible from our room quite late into the night. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs!

Love this hotel and have stayed here a few times because of all it has to offer starting with the location it is super close to Old town and the world of food trucks which is a favorite of mine . Also love that the pool and hot tub are open 24 hrs . Not many places offer that !!

Pool was nice as was the spa pool and gym. Free WiFi and electronic room safe was a plus. Would use this hotel again.

We had a rough start with a dead roach in the bathroom and a moldy smell to our room, but they switched our room and the next was better, clean but becoming outdated. Bathroom fan was noisy, hallway smelled like a dog, and sheets kept popping off; however, the staff was nice, quick to help, and it was not a dirty hotel. It is walkable to old town, has an arcade, has a small store, clean pool and hot tub, and plenty of parking. Good value for the price. We would stay again.

Upon entering my room, I was very surprised but appreciative that the room was cleaner than I expected. I normally buy cleaning supplies prior to checking in, however, to note the room required minimal cleaning was very great. The only downside to the room was the AC had mold, to which I had to clean. The staff were friendly, the pool was nice, although, I was unable to use due to the weather. Very convenient to walk to Old Towne. The breakfast was nice. The variety of waffle flavors each day was a nice touch; blueberry, confetti, chocolate, and my favorite, cinnamon. Other downsides for the hotel are the elevators are very slow, they should invest in upgrading. Also, the game room needs upkeeping and upgrades, had a funny smell. I will definitely stay here again, DO NOT listen to the bad reviews on travel websites.

Nice place, no complaints of the hotel. However, it’s right across from “Old Town” amusement park, with all the noise and traffic (streets closed) that go along with it. Will find someplace else. Add 2 stars if you like walking to the amusement park!

Nice hotel. My dad rented a scooter than was dropped off before we got there. The battery pack was missing and the staff wouldn’t help us. They just told us it wasn’t their responsibility. I work in customer service and I am trained to go above and beyond for customers even if it’s not our fault or responsibility. They were definitely lacking in that. Luckily the rental company took care of it. That was the only issue we had. The pool and hot tub were great. Nice breakfast.

The property is kept clean but needs an update. There’s a musty smell in the rooms. Breakfast was average. Overall it was a good hotel experience. I would book again.

Old town right next hotel, disney 10min drive perfect for what we needed. Outside pool and bar great. Slight smell but nothing that bothered us more due to damp heat in the air. Breakfast basic

Front desk staff were very polite and informative. The hallways had an odor of mildew and the carpet was wet near the AC. Other than that the room was clean and Kevin was amazing at the bar.

Hotel was very clean and nicely maintained—everything felt fresh and well-cared for. Breakfast included, awesame option to save money. They also have pool that runs 24 hours a day with a hot tub.The staff was always smiley and incredibly accommodating, making our family feel right at home. We'd definitely stay again! I'm not sure how they manage to keep it this nice at such a low price, but it's a gem. Highly recommended.

And the entire week we were there the beds were only made one time by the staff. But the hotel is extremely nice to stay in and everybody's incredibly friendly and helpful.. Me and my family had a great experience staying there. There was only one other issue on the 6th floor the week we were there a room got flooded and the mold smell was very hard to deal with for 4 days.

Definitely dated ,,my air conditioner in room was soaking the carpet, the water was flooding from ac. Smelt like mildew . Had to change rooms halfway through my stay,

Great facilities but room smelled moldy. It rained our last night and water dripped from ceilings in two places. Otherwise good price and service. Pool, breakfast and amenities were great, so this may have simply have been an anomaly. Host seemed sincerely regretful about the water dripping from ceilings.

During our checking we weren't inform about the housekeeping period for cleaning but the days they clean the room, it was propertly clean. The carpet on the six floor wasn't clean, it needs shampoo.

The room had an overwhelming musty/mildew smell. They changed our room and that one smelled just as bad. Pillows were very small and bed was uncomfortable. Would never stay here again

Some things i didn't like is the bad odor/smell in the hallway and the room, old stains on the carpet and couch, broken or non working ice machines for 3 floors. Furnitures are not updated. Breakfast is ok, not much choices, I wish they had bananas at least. Some staff are not that friendly. Overall, I still think this is an Ok hotel. If you're looking for a place to stay near Disneyworld, this may be a good choice for the price. Its close to restaurants, shopping areas, and has plenty of parking.

The hotel was great for our purposes. Conveniently located, spacious clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast. The only negative was some issues with it being an older hotel, but it looked like they are dealing with those issues.

Are you going to the parks? This is your hotel! It takes around 20-25 minutes to get either to Disney o Universal, we rented a car with Turo, the hotel has a very large and safe parking area. Has a Fun Spot America amusement park in front (a bit noisy when walking but can't hear it from the rooms). Within 5 minutes drive you have 2 Walgreens, a Walmart and Outlet stores not even 10 minutes away, and a Burger King almost in the corner. Breakfast is pretty good!, it changes daily, which is hugely appreciated when staying a week long. They make your mickey waffles in vanilla and chocolate flavor. Coffee available all day. The arcade is a small room, but keept my kids entretained. And that pool is amazing! Temperature is just right, size is large, and yes... all day all night!!! Wonderful!! My only complain, the elevators are sooo slow. But you can wait, the rooms and hotel amenities are worth it. Every room has one 2 bedroom suite, if you can, get that one! It's so big and comfortable. Has 2 bathrooms and a sleeper couch (beside the king size bed in the separate room), that is actually comfortable to sleep. We will totally choose this hotel again for family trips. (I didn't go, just peeked but the gym looked nice too, and has a guests laundry room).

But in general good place to stay.

Check-in was fine, the King Suite room was spacious and clean, but (1) AC unit had large metal parts on floor that were broken off, (2) the bathtub drained very slowly after a brief shower, (3) the breakfast waffles were cold, (4) the breakfast eggs were under cooked, (5) and few food selections in lobby market kiosk. Over all not bad for a short stay.

We have stayed at this property before. It was clean and an amazing place. We arrived and the room was musty and had obviously had water damage. Our second room was “better” but the hallway was dirty, had not been vacuumed in days, the ice machine had leaked all over the floor, no sign, no attempt to clean up. The hallways were hot, humid, and smelled horrible. Again, we have stayed here before and we were absolutely devastated to see this place in this condition!

Our first room had 2 roaches and the AC vents had lots of mildew and built up stuff. He had to be moved after midnight to a different room. The second room recked of mold and mildew. A wet black spot was under the fridge door.

I like that it was really close to resturants, Old Town, hot breakfast, and safe.

Very nice pool, excellent breakfast with freshly made waffle ( not DIY type, but somebody made it behind the counter fresh) and two other hot item like sausage. Shower pressure is good. The room is large even with the sofa bed.

I have stayed at this hotel about 5 times already and I have always had a great experience. However, I am not sure if they have had a mass staff decrease since my last visit but my stay was absolutely horrendous. We changed rooms FOUR TIMES, and after the fourth room we were so frustrated that we just decided to deal with it. The first room was completely filthy, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom. Second room, filthy and the tub faucet completely shot out at us while we tried to shower and refused to drain the water. We reported the matter to front desk and no one ever came. Third room had roaches. Fourth room had used toilet paper on the bathroom floor and the AC was not working. I will never stay here again. stay at your own risk. They told us that the rooms are cleaned every three days.

Every aspect of my experience was truly remarkable. The amenities, including breakfast, a pool, and ample parking, made my stay with my family truly enjoyable.

Unfortunately there has been some changes in the breakfast such as a limited variety, broken toasters, etc. This could be to avoid the expense of people wasting food which I totally understand. Regardless of the breakfast, my family and I always look forward to staying here. The staff is always nice and courteous.

Will definitely stay there again. Super Convenient, not far from Disney World, 24hrs pool access, walking distance to old town amusement park which my family enjoyed, super cute got to try it, plenty of walking distance restaurants to pick from and the staff was also friendly n helpful when requested. Only complaint I have was the mattress was too, not comfortable my back hurts after sleep on it.

24 hour pool is a game changer , along with hot tub. Complimentary breakfast is really good. Staff is nice and the carnival is directly across the street.

Over all we had a very nice stay with the family. Great location next to Old Town and Fun Spot! The free breakfast was decent had something for everyone. We had a few problems with our room keys working but staff was very helpful with replacing them. Also only had 3 towels for 4 people but service staff was very willing to get us more and even come around on our 2nd day asking if we needed more towels or anything else! Over all we had a very nice stay!

We have stayed here before it was a great place to come but now definitely it's not the same things are worn out carpets were dirty breakfast was horrible same thing twice in a row the toaster didn't even work the cereal dispenser falling apart you couldn't even get the cereal out fruits a couple of oranges only bread and that was it and you couldn't even toast it definitely they need to fix this problem it's a shame what a great location and it looks run down

Rooms were very clean nice and quiet. I love that. The pool is open 24 hours a day and easy walk to the old town strip. It’s our third time come in here

Stay was good

We arrived later in the evening after being at Disney World all day. The toilet had blood on it from the previous persons stay, DISGUSTING !! The kitchen faucet also fell off when we turned it on.

It was near everything and had what we needed. Very reasonably priced and had plenty of amenities included.

Hotel was going through some renovations while we were there. Beds were comfortable. In need of some upkeeping.overall, not terrible for the price.

The pool was lovely and the hot tub was amazing. It was so warm. The pool bar do lovely cocktails. Breakfast was basic, but hit the spot, ready for a day at the park. The hotel is having work done at the moment but it didnt cause any disrution to our stay, it looks lovely. We will definitely stay again.

We had issue with rooms, they were very caring to change our room. Understanding staff. Night time reception agent was a gem and daytime manager also.

Location was good. Renovation was going on, I think carpets were being replaced with flooring, which will make it cleaner looking. The pool area was great! Limited options for breakfast, particularly healthy options and fresh fruit.

Horrible the first room they gave us was old & smelled terrible. Smoke detectors look like something form the 1960s. Requested to change the room . The 2nd room was ok they could use updated furniture. As far as the breakfast , I could have had a better breakfast at home. We left the next day.
