    Very easy to check in and out. Staff, especially Heta and Juana were very helpful. Pool and spa very nice and clean. Close to parks. Breakfast was good. Wish hours for breakfast were longer. Like til 10 am.

    When we first arrived, everything was good, the room was clean, when we came back to the room, I wanted to take a relaxing bath and the water would not turn off, I tried my friend tried and the friend had to go downstairs to get someone, I got burned by hot water in the tub, the lady at the desk apologized, but that was it, they moved us to another bedroom, same clean and very nice, there were Ants in the bathtub, no more of this hotel

    The room was clean, and the free breakfast options were good. The air seemed to kick off at night and it got very hot. There was a mildew smell upon entering the room every time. There were times when we approached the front desk, and no one was there. It took up to 2 minutes one time for someone to come out of a side office and help us.

    Room was great, clean. Amenities were good. Check in easy fast with no issues. Unfortunately Check out took too long on a Saturday morning, not enough staff to take care of an easy and quick Check out. A lines form spend a little more than 20 minutes waiting for assistance.

    Pool water was murky and not fresh and clean. We had a hole in our ceiling with rusted wire sticking out right above the bed where it looked like a smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling, and the hole was never repaired. There was food and stuff in the freezer area of the mini fridge belonging to I guess I guess who had been there previously and the refrigerator was dirty and not been cleaned. The bathroom was filthy and looked like it has not been wiped. The carpet felt damp and room smell of mildew in the air just did not get cold in the room. The breakfast was bland and the fruit was not fresh and the apples. Many of them were rotten. There was not a good variety at the hot breakfast bar for the ladies working in. The breakfast area were very nice and we’re working hard to replenish the food we expected a clean room with plenty of clean linens and a clean bathroom and clean mini fridge and we’re sorely disappointed.

    It took about 4 to 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower and sink. The elevators were very unpredictable. At one point they shut them down for a few hours and I had to walk to the third floor. Not a big issue. Entire staff that I saw were all Indian. Disheartening that this chain (even from past stays), does not seem to hire American employees. Front desk all hours was Indian staff. Same with housekeeping and grounds. Time to shop around.

    This hotel is not up to the Best Western Plus standard you would expect. Furniture was worn, tub/shower was old and stained. My husband found and killed a cockroach as he entered the room, but didn’t tell me until we checked out the next day. He did tell the front desk staff but they had no reply. The pool and hot tub were nice in the evening. The hot tub jets weren’t working in the morning. Breakfast was good.

    This was really a disappointing stay. Other than replacement of towels, we have had no servicing of our room. Our beds were not made, toiletries were not replaced and nothing was cleaned. When I inquired, I was told they make up the room after 3 days, as no one wants to work. The building is in need of a lot of repair. There are multiple dips in the hallway floor when walking to the room. We literally got stuck the one working elevator and no one answered the front desk phone when I called from inside the elevator. There were 7 people in the elevator at the time. Afterwards we had to use the staircase for the rest of that day and morning after, which was very inconvenient lugging things up and down the stairs. Additionally, the large water bottle in the breakfast area had been empty the whole 3 days without replacement. I asked if it would be replaced and the response I got was "I assume so." The jacuzzi is also not working properly. The jets are non functional. It just doesn’t appear if the owner/management cares. We were not satisfied.

    The room was clean, however it was very old and needs to be renovated asap. There were cracks in the walls and flooring, stains in the carpet, and the hot tubs bubbles didn’t even work. If I wasn’t staying for anything more than sleeping, it probably would’ve been the worst hotel experience I ever had.

    The room was very clean, spotless. The temp was perfect when first entering the room. It was obvious they paid attention to even the smallest details. Sure, it looks like an aging property, but they are updating wonderfully. The front lobby, market place, and breakfast area were all well updated , clean, and in great condition. The staff were all super friendly and incredibly helpful with any issues. I didn’t have breakfast.

    The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly. I was charged twice for my room. You guys charged my card two days before I arrived, and on the day we arrived, Booking.com charged my card again. The problem is that when I inquired at the desk, the only charge your records showed at the moment was the one Best Western made. I filed a claim with my bank and sent them proof of the double payment. I am awaiting a resolution. I have asked the front desk for an invoice 3 times via email and have received no response. Although I like the hotel, I am hesitant to return or recommend it to my family and friends because my requests for an invoice have gone unanswered. Some response from the hotel would be great.

    I would not recommend this hotel. We had very rude neighbors that woke us up each night in early am hours by yelling,cursing at children in room, room across from us very noisy,too and room two doors down had volume on tv extremely loud during entire stay. Water leak in room above us that came in to our bathroom, was never offered another room, told by staff has happened in other rooms. bathroom dirty, needs deep clean, and wifi very spotty. Mattresses very hard, need replacing or deep mattress toppers to soften.

    The front desk staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival and during our stay. The room was clean, but small. The bathroom definitely had room for improvement-there was no exhaust fan and the door was hung so out of plumb it was nearly impossible to get it to stay open unless something was used as a doorstop. The showerhead lacked pressure and the water never got as hot as I like for a shower, but it was bearable. The included breakfast didn't have many options, but it was decent, and in my opinion, should have opened at least by 6:30AM instead of 7 (there was always a line of people waiting for it to start).

    I came to check into the hotel with my children and my husband, we arrived after the normal check in time to a 24 hour front desk with check in time cut off at 6am. We arrived around 2 am due to unexpected delays, with no one at the front desk we were unable to check in for over an hour. A printed paper was left on the top of the counter that read, the front desk clerk would be back shortly, my car ran for over an hour in the parking lot so my kids didn’t have to sit outside in the middle of the night, in Orlando. when the clerk returned she stated she had to go to the bathroom and help other guests.., i asked the front desk clerk if they were able to issue a refund due to the inconvenience. We were told that we had to wait till the general manager got to work for anything to be done. So after I got the kids in the room and settled I tried to turn the tv on & you guested it the remote batteries are DEAD! I went to the front desk to try to get some batteries and I kid you not the front desk clerk was NOT there. I wish this was not the experience my family and I had with this hotel but unfortunately it is. I truly hope they are able to make this right for my family and myself. And hopefully get housekeeping to check the remotes ! And if there’s only one front desk clerk working and they’re doing other things on the property, they should at least have a phone on them that rings the front desk number, so this doesn’t happen This was a really a huge inconvenience, all together.

Also I realized they charged my credit card the night I checked in, then they cancelled it, then charged me back the day we checked out. It should have been fine if the credit card was in US dollars.     The property is conveniently located close to the Disney parks and surrounded by great shopping and dining options, making it an easy and practical place to stay. Both the room and the overall property were clean and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were clean and relaxing after long days at the parks.     My two daughters and I booked a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed, but the sofa bed was very dirty, the mattress had no more foam, and when lying down at night I could feel the springs in my back, and it also made a lot of noise. To top it off, there wasn't a spare blanket in the room. I asked at the reception and they informed me that they didn't have one to give me. In short, I slept without a blanket, I was cold, the sofa bed was horrible, and the room and bathroom were very dirty. I hope I never have to stay here again.

Asked for more towels from cleaning crew was told to go to the reception. Reception said they would send some up. Noone came. Not a convenient drive to any of the parks. Room smelled funky.     There was a dead roach in our toilet upon arrival. And in the morning we noticed a roach on running across our desk. Very outdated. The room smelled like mildew and mold. The paint in patroon was bubbling up from I’m guessing the humidity. Terrible would never stay here again.

    The room is dated. Furniture is beat up. Carpet is old and worn out. Bathroom needs updated. Shower head was terriable. No water. Water would not shut off in shower. Ran all night. Bed is hard and noisy. Elevators are jumpy and rough hotel needs a lot of work and be brought up to date. Will not be staying again. Very disappointed after reading reviews.

    The lady who checked us in and the lady who checked us out were friendly and kind. This hotel looks good on the outside and in the lobby. The hallways are a little dingy, but I was hopeful the rooms weren’t the same. Surface level, just walking in it was acceptable. However, the carpet needs to be replaced. It was dingy and had stains. The headboards are rough near the mattress part. The bathroom smelt like weed. The whole room smelt weird.. like humid and mildewy. As soon as I got into bed I started itching.. I did a full bed bug check, didn’t find any, but I am allergic to dust mites so it was probably that. During my bed bug check, the floor near the walls, behind the bed, and behind the night stand were filthy. It was so gross. If I didn’t have my kid with me I probably would have slept in the car until the next morning. I was so grossed out. The water smelt so weird and gross. I used bottled water to brush my teeth. There were like 3 different resort fees. Idk if that’s a Florida thing or what but it was strange.

    This property is located behind a storage building and surrounded by construction/abandoned properties which obviously makes it seem inconvenient from the start. The electric vehicle chargers have to be turned on by staff and can only be used for a short period. But even with that, non electric vehicles block them anyways and there is no sign stopping them. The chargers are covered in ants and have aluminum wrapping on them as well. The Lobby and entry were clean. One of two elevators was out of order and the one that is working makes hard, abrupt stops and is a little unnerving. My room was neat and tidy, fresh sheets, bathroom was clean. My door had to be SLAMMED so that it would actually close though. The dust ruffles on the beds in my room (320) need to be thrown out. They are badly stained and gross. The facility did text me so that I could back for help or questions. I asked about an ice machine and they directed me to floor 2 or 4, where an ice machine was located on each of those floors. NEITHER one was working when I went to get ice. I texted back asking if there was an alternative since they were out of order hoping that maybe the employee area had one and they could get me ice but I received no response back. Overall I would not prefer staying here again. There are other value hotels in the area that are nicer.

    On the plus side, water pressure was good and the shower was nice and hot. The provided soap and hair products were nice. Mini fridge and freezer worked well. I was here on a work trip, and ultimately I think I’ll look for another hotel next time, but mostly because the traffic is so horrific. My job was 4.8 miles away but it took nearly an hour to drive it. I’ll find something closer for next time.

    Bottled water was only free to diamond members. Halls had zilch AC and at times had a potent smell. The beds were alright but the floor was a different story. It had what i call "soft spots" areas very obviously needed repair but rather than fix it they covered them in carpet. On our way out (check out time) the keys failed to work and we needed 3 new ones before they worked. Then to top it off they put a $100 hold on your card. With a place like this (pretty on the outside not so good on the inside) the jold should be maybe $40. All i ask is next time do better

    When we checked in there was a large bug of some kind dead in the bathtub, I’m not sure when the room had been cleaned before us checking in but didn’t seem like it for a while. The breakfast bar was only open for 2 hrs each morning and they shut down immediately when the time came, turned off the light and everything. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned either. Wouldn’t even get in it, Was very disappointed.

    Breakfast was not as expected, missing more choices for a “full breakfast” did not have Splenda the sweetener I use, coffee was weak and so was the OJ, also breakfast time is only only 2 hours 7-9, you are on vacation and still need to wake up early or skip breakfast

    However, the biggest issue was the terrible musty smell in the room. They don't clean under the beds—there were candies, socks, creams from other guests, and a lot of dust. Towels were changed daily and trash was taken out, but they never cleaned the room, even though we went to the front desk to request it. I stayed for a week, and based on my experience, I wouldn't come back.

    Loved that the pool and hot tub was never crowded and always clean. Breakfast changed daily. Kids enjoyed pancakes everyday. Room was a little warm but nothing a fan wouldnt fix!

    First room had a terrible mold smell. Two other rooms offered also had bad smell. Fourth was ok. The hotel elevators were "scary" with weird noises and doors that had a hard time closing- opening. Staff was good and helpfull.

    Apparently if you want your room serviced you have to request it... never heard of that so when I went to fix the beds myself I found blood on the sheets I thank God that it was not the bed I put my kids in to sleep. Nonetheless I notify the front desk and they tell me that they will be notifying the manager.. and I have yet to hear from the manager. The arcade that is in the pictures is not even open so no arcade. The carpets smelled. The hallways seemed to have no A/C... Overall not the best experience.

    It’s extremely inconsiderate for a hotel to still have wall-to-wall carpeting in rooms and hallways in this day and age, when so many people have allergies or sensitivities. Proper cleaning and air quality maintenance should be a top priority for property management, but it seems neglected here. I expected better from Best Western, and unfortunately, I left very disappointed.

    The hotel was nicely refurbished on the main floor/lobby but the hallways, elevators and rooms are all rather dated and worn looking. The beds and pillows were comfortable but linens and towels were not always very clean looking even before use. Linens and towels often smelled musty. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby and pool spaces were well maintained. After a long day at Epcot the hot tub was much appreciated. If you are a light sleeper bring a noise machine or keep the AC fan running because you can easily hear doors slamming, people talking and noises from rooms above or below. Bathrooms had plenty of counter space and ok lighting but the showers/tubs were worn and dated. The furniture in the main room could benefit from a smaller fridge to make room for more storage space. For two people we barely had enough space to store clothes/laundry for a four night trip.

    I was very disappointed. I was traveling with my infant and knew we was going to check in late so i made sure to call to have a pack in play for to sleep in and wqs reasurres i would have one but sure enough they did not.and everyday i would ask and they said they would bring one up and never received one.we also noticed the room wasnt really clean we ended up cleaning everything. We also notice the sink was leaking. And we tried to receive more towels and clean sheets but it took a whole day to get some. We also stayed because we would love to play in the a"Game Room " and that room was empty. This was very disappointing.

    Our stay was ok . Got there and found out the arcade was no longer available due to flood etc one of the reasons I booked this hotel for my 13 yr old. I’m very picky so I found a few things that they could’ve cleaned a lot more deeper. The smell in the rooms aren’t pleasant. Stood in our room two days then noticed a leak coming from A/C that wet the whole area. Then noticed another leak under the bathroom sink. They did understand and moved us but again the smell in the rooms aren’t pleasing. Staff and breakfast were fantastic. Over all the hotel was clean and welcoming but the carpet in hallways need to be replaced . Loved the fact it was close to everything ,

    I’m a disabled Veteran in a wheelchair. They claimed that the room they gave me was a “handicap room”. It was far away and hands down the worst “handicap room” I’ve stayed in. To get the bathroom door open, I had to get my chair as far as possible into the corner by the room door as I could, and even then it was hard to get the bathroom door open past my chair. The sink pedestal was at an angle that made it impossible to slide my chair under the counter, so I had to lean far forward just to use the sink. And the mirror was hung so high it was impossible see anything other than the top of my head. The shower was positioned inside of a normal tub which meant that I had to transfer from my chair into the tub and then there was nowhere to sit other than on the edge of the tub. And any ADA knows how hard it is to transfer from a “tub shower” back into their chair when the walls and bars are wet. The only decent part of this “handicap room” was the fact that I could get my chair between the end of the bed and the TV stand. The bed was so-so. It was nice and comfortable until you rolled over. The top three inches were great. Under that, was what felt like a marble slab. Very, very disappointed with my overall experience. The lobby and front desk personnel were nice, but that’s about all I can say nice. I’m stretching it to even give it one star overall. As an ADA, I will never stay there again.

    Beds not great. The bathroom is my biggest complaint. It appeared to be moldy and had a lot of patch work done to the plaster in the ceiling. The entire bathroom needs remodeled. The sink was clogged and tgat was very frustrating also. The walls are also paper thin. You can hear everything.

    Well, I’d like to say the staff looks amazing. The swimming pool area was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good. The only downfall was our room. We checked in July 17 and checked out on July 21. Our room was 215 we walked in. It smelled very musty. The water in the tub continue to run couldn’t shut it off. Our phone was broken and really really outdated so we went downstairs to let them know about the room. We were given an air freshener for the musty smell. We bring them the broken phone at check-in and a check out. We still had no phone. The water in the tub continued to run We had to close the bathroom door at night because it wouldn’t stop. They said they told maintenance but nobody ever came same goes for the phone in the musty smell. Inside the elevators needed to be clean, it looked like people threw stuff all over the walls and it was never wiped off. And they also have in the lobby like the desk with all the promotions and discounts for Orlando, but when I asked about it, they said they no longer have that service. My opinion get rid of the desk it’s misleading even on the website. Would I stay there again? Probably the price was right and like I said, the rooms are clean except those three problems not major, but minor problems.

    Do not stay here we had to change rooms because the toilet was broken . There was a bad smell in the room . It’s an old hotel there upgrades are not new and up to date . The breakfast area had covers over the booth sitting area which were not clean . . We checked out earlier because of the conditions. Please save your money and time .

    Only downside to the hotel was one of the lifts not working for most of our stay, but fixed before we left. The pool and jacuzzi was very good, only open until 11pm although no one rushed to kick us out. Breakfast was sometimes busy and they promptly finished on time without restocking before it ended, so if youre late to breakfast youll find you may go without, especially when busy! Parking was sometimes busy and only a few spaces left if you arrived late in the evening from your trips, otherwise overall a good hotel for a Best Western Plus, but not the best Ive stayed at before.

    I appreciate the free parking and free breakfast at the hotel, helps a lot when you start adding up all the expenses at the Disney parks. The room was very clean, it didn’t smell musty like some other hotels that are closer to Disney and more expensive. I booked room with a microwave, and a mini fridge with freezer, both in good working condition. One draw back is the outlet to charge phone next to bed was higher up towards light fixture on wall, (option is either 2 prong plug or USB-A), so I would recommend bringing a longer charging cord so your phone can lay on nightstand vs dangling. The staff are very nice and the price was great! I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem and will definitely stay here again when visiting Disney Parks.

    Tivemos pessima recepção. Ficamos esperando 50 minutos para fazer o check in pois tinha um grupo que chegou cedo e foram para piscina e depois veio fazer o check in e só tinha uma pessoa na recepção, tinha outra pessoa para ajudar e ele simplesmente saiu e deixou somente a menina sozinha. Café da manhã pessimo também só tinha ovo, pão, uma batata fria um suco aguado não recomendo e nem fico mais nesse hotel

    2nd room (103) - we realized the next morning (after we had already stayed the night) when we opened the blinds that there was brown chunky spray (poop?) all over 2 of the 4 walls in the bedroom… spoke with desk staff - they were very accommodating - the offered to switch our room again - we declined (did not want to move all our stuff again) and asked instead that they clean and sanitize the walls. The bathroom in that room had the tub faucet at a 90 degree angle, the temperature switch/handle to turn on the water was very broken & difficult to operate as a result. There was bad water damage in the shower ceiling. There was no exhaust fan to limit the moisture. The phone to the room did not work to call to the front desk and looked like an original 1980’s model (golden plastic from age & plastic degradation was obvious). The walls were paper thin & we were awakened by screaming children at 7 am each of the 2 mornings (they sounded as if the were in the room with us), what sounded like elephants walking above us, & not sexy sounding sex from the next room. All that being said - there were NO bedbugs or roaches. The sheets & bathroom were spotless clean. The staff, outside of the building, & breakfast was great.

    Check in was a deep concern as they gave me a room key and opened the door and someone was in the room. I went down and expressed concern about security. More on that in a bit. When I did get to my room, there was a smell. Not sure what it was, but it definatly smelled and for the entire time I was there. Getting back to security, I have seen security cameras before, but this was like big brother as there were security cameras at pretty much every turn. Crazy amount I should have counted how many they had. More than a Las Vegas hotel. The people were pleasant, but not a recommend on my part

    The hotel isn’t what was expected. Rooms smelled horrible like mold. Loud noises from rooms next door didn’t let me sleep because the rooms are so close to one another. If you were to turn your tv off and try to sleep you can hear two people having a whole conversation next door. It doesn’t give a sanitary atmosphere, rooms smell like smoke or mold and had a weird aroma. It didn’t feel fresh. This stay makes me not to ever go to a best western hotel again.

    This hotel provides fake advertisements. Not once on their website does it states shuttle services were to ONLY Magic Kingdom. We found that out once we got there. So disappointing!
