Super small. I had requested a room with two beds, but received a room with a bed and a pull out loveseat which was incredibly uncomfortable. When I asked why we didn’t get what we requested during our reservation, was told because we booked through a third party. Why would the option to pick 1 or 2 beds be an option then?

Well equipped apartment. Staff extremely helpful and a bargain for the price. Pool was lovely.

My husband and I stayed there one night only, the room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

My balcony door didn’t lock properly and when I didn’t feel safe to stay there they refused to refund me. On top of that there were bugs all over the place.

Everything this was like home from home, we stayed here for 15 nights, our 1 bed was on the ground floor with great views and easy access to the pool, we had everything we needed from a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer cooker, microwave and dishwasher, so much room for 2 of us and so much storage, and very peaceful and so clean, our bed was huge and so comfortable. we felt like we had the communal pool to ourselves most days and although we bought our own pool towels were supplied, there were 2 large bbqs in a pleasant area to use if you wanted to, plenty of shops around within a mile and also easy to get to main attractions if you wanted to visit them, staff were all very friendly and never stopped making sure the grounds were kept clean and tidy , we will definately return again, thank you for a great stay. It was a nice quiet area. I felt pretty safe and the staff was really kind.

Felt like home away from home. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy living room, spacious bedrooms, nice pool with the additional kiddies pool and miniature lounge chairs and picnic table set super cute. The grandkids loved it. The provided life jackets greatly appreciated for the kids a smart provision. We appreciated the backyard design including the playslide unit, yard games, and super clean grill area. All in all a great family vacation or staycation.

Our room was better than expected (and we already had high expectations). We had a one bedroom with a full kitchen and it was basically an apartment. There were pots, pans, flatware, cooking utensils, and full sets of plates and glassware. We also had a washer/dryer and cleaning supplies. Overall 100/10.

Parking space is limited I had to park across the building but overall great experience. If you are a Disney traveler this place is almost an hour from the parks it isn't in Kissimmee check address.

The location for us was great! They didn’t have pillows for the pull out bed for me kids. I asked and yet they still didn’t seem to be able to find any for them to use while we stayed there. The walls are too thin and you can hear the neighbors VERY loudly!!

The appartment was very specious and very well equipped. We appreciated the washing machine and drier which was free to use. It was a really beautiful stay. We also used the swimming pool, which was also nice. Nothing, everything was perfect.

The condo option is the BEST

the junior suite, however i would not recommend.

The kitchen was equipped for cooking, it was clean, the staff are very nice and there is ample parking.

I did not get what I paid for: I booked and paid for a 1 bedroom suite but I was placed in a studio without any explanation. The front desk clerk took more than 20 minutes to check me in (the longest wait I've every experienced) and this doesn't include the time spent waiting for him to check in the person before me. I was surprised when I got to the room but I didn't want to return to the front desk to spend another 20 + minutes to have my room changed since I was on a busy schedule.

Easy access to my business trip location. The refrigerator and cooling units were very noisy, with a lot of road noise, too. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the destination for you.

After taking a shower the floor flooded aftermath my husband and I showered. After I showered I cleaned with towels. After my husband showered I reported it to the office. Had to go to office 2nd time since kid didn't get maintenance after I first went down.

My stay felt like home. So peaceful and quiet.

While our suite was certainly comfortable and most of it was sufficiently clean, the floors were not as clean as they could have been.

Villa was everything that we expected and more. Quiet and easy to get to. Enjoyed the stay there. Just a little too far from a lot of sights we wanted to see. Traffic was very heavy in the area.

Day time front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We had to check in after hours and go through the security guard. That wasn’t the best experience only because it took us 3 calls to him for him to call us back after waiting outside the office for about 10 minutes. But he got us our key and all was fine. The room was basic but clean and just what we needed for a quick stay. Ceiling fan was a huge plus. We did not use the amenities. The shower was a huge very high set garden tub which was not the easiest to get in and out of. I don’t know if all units are this way but definitely worth asking if you struggle with getting in and out of shower. The property was clean and quiet. Overall I would recommend.

Spacious lodging, especially screened balcony and full size kitchen. The bed mattress is just right, especially for my back. The Family Center store is nearby and within walking distance - useful to get the last-minute items. The landscaping is nice with the cooking grill and picnic tables, playground, large chess game, outside fenced swimming pool. The traffic is not great around the place. From what we heard from others, the traffic is "normal" in that area since the town/city is blooming too rapidly with new constructions. The hard floor is sticky with remaining soap residue. We need to use our shoes or flip flop to walk around inside the place. The damages from previous renters are still visible. We were concerned about being charged for these previous damages, because they were not repaired or notified to us. Some examples are burnt, warped frying pan, crack in the bedroom mirror door at the bottom corner, burnt spot on the counter next to the stove and cracked ice trays - causing the water to leak and freeze on the freezer shelf.

Room was clean only downside was the loud neighbor slamming his door every 10 minutes for the next 3 nights and his companions screaming and hollering as the conjoining doors has no sound proof design and you can hear every single movement they are making including getting up and sitting down.

Overall, it was a decent stay. The location and overall setup were convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. One thing I would’ve liked is more variety on the TV, there were only about 20 stations available. I also noticed stains on the bed sheets upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. With a little more attention to those details, the experience could be much better.

staff called ahead of time to inform us the room was ready, which is something most places do not do. i wish i remembered the name of the front desk staff that checked us in, but he was super polite and kind. the room was stocked with everything we needed, and it was clear it was thoroughly cleaned out for us. this is the second year in a row i rent a room here and i will definitely be back again next year.

This was a work/solo trip. This was perfect for my needs. A home away from home. The apartment was clean and roomy. The bed was super comfy The kitchen was set up with the basics needed to cook and enjoy meals at home. It's in a walkable area if you don't want to drive. Check-in was simple and easy. They checked in during my stay via text to make sure all was well. The only negative for me which wasn't really a big deal was how ridiculously high the tub was to get in to shower. It literally was 2 ft off the ground (!!) and the shower curtain was hard to negotiate around the tub. The cable TV was find except why have Tampa stations for ABC NBC and CBS channels when in central Florida. But it was a great spot. Will definitely come back!

This is a great place to stay. I stayed 28 days so I’m probably a reliable review. You definitely want to stay here super quiet and safe. The area has a lot of traffic, but where doesn’t these days? Stay in eight a it has its own washer and dryer.

Always a really nice place to be especially when I can pick my favorite area of which room I stay in. With the perfect view so I can see animals. Only thing I would ever change here is the beds could be more comfortable

All rooms had a heavy mildew smell.

The room was bigger than expected and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised cause it was a great price for the night. Loved the bath tub. It is located by all the shopping in the area. Came for work. It would definitely like to stay again for a mi I vacation.

Place is just ok. Expected more for being under Hilton. Front desk staff was nice. Unfortunately we had unexpected visitor - roachx4 in the kitchen sink and bathroom. I let them know and they sent someone to spray. Also moldy loke or just stain towels. They didnt offer to waive resort fee as this is the reason why the fee is paid to maintain the property and prevent guest to experience this. It was just a short stay and convenient location to family so i guess it was ok. Would i stay again, probably not. I will say the room 1 bedroom was a good size and nice but thats all. It can use some updating.

The front desk was extremely helpful in understanding the area as well as the hotel.

Great place to stay in Poinciana. We got a 2 bedroom villa it was very clean, great size, and had almost everything you could need just like an AirBnB. Front desk woman was so nice and friendly. Be aware this location is on the outskirts of Kissimmee, about 35-40 mins to Disney depending on time of day/traffic. But great spot if you’re looking for lots of space for a great price and don’t mind driving a little extra!

I’m staying at this property in 2024, and I enjoyed the walk-in there’s more shopping. There are several restaurants in walking distance. If you don’t mind walking a half a mile.

Overall the hotel is fine, but OMG the bed was horrible, I've never slept so bad in my life. Completly stiff, my neck, my back, everything hurts from it. I was with my inlaws with a separate room, and same situation, so I am assuming all the beds are the same

We stood at the Alhambra Villas With Kitchen and it was spectacular. They provide all necessary essentials such as pots, utensils, plates, cups so you don't really have to worry about getting disposable ones. Convenient location in the outskirts of Orlando, allowing you to travel by car to anything (parks, the heart of Orlando, etc etc) with 1hr max of driving. The staff was just AMAZING. Always attentive, they have a text message service in which they constantly ask if everything is okay and if anything was needed by us. Also very collaborative, because at one time we were arriving late late night and didn't have anything to eat so we ordered Uber eats and they held the food safely for us. again AMAZING. Pool clean and secure (you need a code to access). There is also a pool for kids. Convenient self parking. If I visit Florida again, Alhambra Villas will be my first choice to stay at. Thank you!!!

We only stayed one night. The place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, would stay there again if I was in that area.

Quiet

The hotel and property was great. Pool is secure, nice playground and nice safe property. Plenty of towels, washing machine/dryer combo and dishwasher in the room. Full size fridge and dishes, can opener everything you need to enjoy your stay. Walmart and Aldi are like 2 miles away and there is a back road to avoid traffic. The only negative is TRAFFIC. It take an hour to get to Universal and 45 min to get to the Disney parks even though they are only 20 miles away because of the traffic. The price is great if you don’t mind the commute and you can save A LOT of money compared to places closer, but with younger kids with less patience you might want to choose a closer location

Amazing!!! No complaints at all. Staff are 20 out of 10 and the maintenance crew are just as good. I will only stay here when i visit from now on!!!! Thank you guys!

I chose this property due to close proximity to an ill family member. It served its purpose well and I would stay again for same reason.

Great place to stay. Nice and quiet.

Very good stay, but a few things that knocked it down a bit from “great”. Checking in was a bit awkward because no in is at the desk very late so they have a security person check you in. (Not terrible but a bit awkward trying to figure out what to do.) There is an $11/night “resort fee” which was slightly annoying but again not terrible. Quite a bit of noise from guests nearby but it wasn’t terrible. The shower is a bit seek ward because it is a converted big bath tub but with a curtain around it, which makes it a bit hard to get in and out of. (Slightly hurt my leg doing so on the first night, but not a big deal.) In all, really good hotel with no major flaws and just a few small things.

The property was nice and safe

It was ok.we spent a good weekend. Only one reproach we could say they didn’t do a deep cleaning in the sink and the tub.After that everything was ok.we ll be there next year again.

I highly recommend Alhambra Villas! Close to Orlando, and both the Gulf and Atlantic. This is a top resort at very affordable prices. The Villas and grounds are wonderful and the staff is great! It's perfect for couples, family and seniors. Can't wait to go back!!!!

The property was affordable, very comfortable with many great amenities including a pool, on suite washer-dryer and a lanai. The only negative issue is furniture is a little dated.

It was great all around. The room looked just like the photos, the bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and there was no weird smell in the room. Also, the check in and check out process was smooth and all fees were disclosed upfront. This is how it’s done!

It was very quiet, and the bed was perfect!!

From check-in to check out, everything was great. The unit we stayed in was spacious and extremely clean. The guy at the front desk check-in was extremely nice and helpful. The pool was slightly heated and they even had a kiddie pool with mini kiddie furniture. They have a play area outback for the kids which came in handy for them to run around and burn energy. The property is at the end of the road, so there was no unwanted traffic. I felt safe and secure while at this property and thought it was extremely kid friendly. One of the best features was the porch was screened in which gave added security and comfort, knowing that my kids were OK out there and weren’t going to fall off the balcony or anything. They also had a chain lock on the door to prevent the kids from somehow unlocking it or getting out, although it was a little low, it still worked well for the height of our children. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Very bad internet service. Bad shower / tub setup which can lead to leaks onto the floor and slippery conditions. Need a longer gooseneck or overhead shower head - a simple fix from Home Depot or Lowes. Need more electrical connections - one near the AC but almost unreachable and one in the bathroom. The one on the nightstand was dysfunctional or not plugged into anything. Simple fixes but do not believe anything will happen because of this review. Disappointed that this place carries the name and philosophy of Hilton.

Great place to stay and affordable! Wish the shower was a walk in and/or the tub fill spout needs to be longer as water went all over the floor. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything is good except for the fact that if you want your unit cleaned you are charged $35. I booked two 4 week stays. Their booking system only allows a max of 28 days. If a guest stays only over night the unit gets cleaned for the next guest. Because I am extened stay,no cleaning unless I pay for it. Makes no sense!

I’ve stayed here a number of times as it’s close to family when I come visit. One time, (my fault) I left behind my Apple Watch charger and iPhone charger. I called the hotel the second I got home that afternoon and was told “there was no sighting of any chargers in the room.” A blatant lie. I only used the chargers in the room so I know they were there and that someone stole them instead of placing in a lost and found. Now during my current stay, my sunglasses were stolen from my room while I was out for the day. The worst part about this is that there isn’t daily housekeeping so that means that someone entered my room without permission and stole my property. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to stay at this property.

Great place to stay if you don’t mind traffic noise

I adored our little one bedroom condo. It was so clean! I get pretty grossed out when i find other peoples hair or grime when I reserve a hotel room. This met and exceded my expectations!! This property was so much more affoedable then other options and an easy 35 min drive to disney if you use the SunPass. The pool is small and npt a lot to do for kids. Luckily this was a kid free vacation and it suited my husband and i just perfectly. I loved the staff. The area is not as sparkly as next to disney but its not in a ghetto. Highly recomend.

We had a great week stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. From the moment we walked into our Villa, 45A, It smelled very clean. After a quick self tour we found that it was clean from top to bottom. The grounds were well kept as was the pool area. Would stay again for sure if in the area.

,After a few hectic days at the parks nice to chill for a few days , v quiet , V busy roads close but dont hear the noise .

We stayed in a studio and although it is very small, the beds were very comfortable. The deep soaker tub would have been great had there been enough hot water to fill it. The walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbors washing dishes, talking and whistling. We will stay again as it is in a convenient location and close to family.

He had an excellent two nights

I had 3 interactions with 3 different front office staff members and they were very professional, friendly and very helpful. The accommodations are spotless and very comfortable.

We had a two bedroom apartment, each bedroom with an en-suite. It was nicely furnished and had very comfortable beds. Check in was easy and friendly. The kitchen was good for heating a meal up or making breakfast but wasn’t t really stocked if you wanted to do more (we didn’t). Thoroughly recommended

Staff was very helpful and friendly! Property was close to lots of shopping, restaurants and anything else that was needed. The condo was very nice and had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable.

The staff is terrific. The property could use updating. New paint, carpet and bathroom remodel would make this property exceptional.

The property was great as always, had a quick stay but I had a great time, had all the comforts of home. What else can I say, had a great stay I highly recommends. Also, I like the fact that the front desk kept texting me asking if I needed anything, gave it a really personal touch!!! 10 out of 10.

I always love staying here although they are way away from any restaurants or anything there is a grocery store nearby and we always love to cook anyway while we're there. It is very clean and everyone that works there from the office to the maintenance staff is very kind and delightful. They have security and everything. I feel comfortable and safe when I am here
