I checked in late (after 10pm) for a few hours of sleep and left around 6am. My room was on the 2nd floor and was too far away from the elevator to park. I parked closer to my room (it was very dark) and I had to carry my 50lb suitcase up a flight of stairs. Also, the room had a sour smell that was distracting but it was so late I just went to bed.

The best motel 6 I’ve stayed in. Room was very clean, as well as the area around the hotel. Staff was very friendly and insistent on ensuring I had a good stay.

Both laundry machines were broken. Police pounding on doors multiple times throughout my stay made me feel a little uneasy. Bathroom floor leaked water daily. People living in their cars in the parking lot taking up parking spaces convenient for actual motel guests.

Place is terrible had to check out early! Holes is bed could not sleep asked for another room was declined. Then asked for a refund they have refused to provide. This hotel doesn’t return phone calls to get resolved on refund! Does not answer phone or emails, they are very unprofessional, they misrepresented themselves on their website! Unbelievable! This is an absolute do not stay! Run!

This is a below average Motel that caters to a certain questionable group of people who make the kind of mess that's almost uncleanable.

The Customer Service team was really nice and very friendly. The room was nice and clean, the area is good and I would definitely stay there again….

Going into the room everything seemed fine and clean but after getting comfortable from an extremely long week of week is when things started going down hill. The tv did not work. It was super cold over night since the heat didn’t work well. The shower was not cleaned very well and you either were burning or freezing with the temperature since it kept fluctuating unfortunately. I’m not one to complain since I worked at hotels for 5 years but it was frustrating. The person at the desk seemed fine but everyone else made me uncomfortable. Im a young woman traveling alone so having these workers look at me was just not the best feeling. Won’t be back unless I have to.

Accommodations should be clean, quiet, and reliable - bare minimum. At this Motel 6, you will not find any of those bare minimum expectations. The rooms are rooms and general area are dirty. People screaming at each other in the parking lot at 1:30AM. Apparently this location is closing in January 2026 and the general manager, Jill, couldn’t care less about any of these issues.

We never had anyone come refresh our room. Never got any fresh towels, ended up buying my own. We never had anyone empty our trash. When we left there were several shopping bags filled with trash.

Was busy, and the building is showing its age. Dog friendly people were staying here so had plenty of dog conversations. Felt safe, no issues with violent people. However the smell of hemp is all over this facility.

The check in clerk was so sweet and accommodating and understanding of our situation. She tried her best to make sure we were able to still get a room that day even though we booked for the wrong weekend and the new reservation wasn't coming up on her end.

Beds were very hard and wierd to have a full and a twinn as the deluxe

The mattress was on a platform type bed frame abd kept sliding around when getting in and out if bed. No fridge or microwave.

Had to check out early. The staff at motel 6 said I would get a refund for the one day I checked out early but when I contacted Expedia I was informed I would not get a refund

Well, the start off it is my fault because I assumed with a hotel being in Kirkland and knowing how bougie Kirkland is, I thought, even though it’s a motel 6 it’s still would have to be a nice one, I mean, I have stayed in a handful of Motel sixes over the years and they’re actually really nice most of them are this is not one of them, to start with the person being on the counter was semi nice he kind of threw off the vibe of your bothering me? With that being said. I checked in and gave him my information. He gave me the key to my third floor room and I thought well. I’ll check it out as I drove around the building and saw the Brokedown cars,the trash around the building, the nefarious people smoking something that smelled awful and playing loud music. I still thought well I’ll give it a chance it’s on the third floor so as I walked up the dirty gross steps to my room I scan my card and the door opened to a very smelly, musty, smoky ass filled room! I looked around. I shut the door and you can see a gap around the whole door. I wasn’t even in there for two minutes until I decided I’m good! I went back downstairs got in my truck. Drove to the front office and stood there for five minutes while the same guy was on the phone with the customerhelping her but not once did he say I’ll be with you in a second after he finished with the other customer on the phone. I told him I’m good. He didn’t ask me why? He said I’ll give you a refund, but couldn’t. Stay away!

Nitpicking. Old shower, little rickety, low water pressure. Door sounded like it was wide open when it was closed. A/C in room was Super cold, slept like a baby.

The room smelled of weed. I get that it can be hard to enforce the rules, but since there were vacancies, prioritize placing guests into cleaner rooms to give more time to work on the dirty ones. Price was good for area.

This motel has convenient parking and is close to highways. Internet was very poor. No breakfast offered.

I stayed at this property 3 days never had room service or fresh towels, called front desk and they were very combative and did not seem to care at all.

This was a real disappointment on our trip. Was way overpriced, we were given a room with a double bed when i had requested a room w/ one king. My husband is handicapped and has rails and special bedding he uses to sleep, which left me about 12in of room o the bed to sleep. We were so exhausted we just made it work. Be diligent and make sure you get what you reserved for the price you reserved it for. Worst experience of our whole 6 night trip.

I would’ve given it a 5 star but didn’t get much sleep with the other guests being so loud. Cops even showed up. Wish people didn’t have affairs haha but what can we expect from a Motel. Other than that, it was not bad.

Did not like that there was no microwave. No comforter on the bed. Not enough towels. No shampoo or conditioner. Internet was slow.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible, and the coffee machine sprays extremely hot coffee everywhere (it does not work). Overall, it was clean but it is not suitable for a family of 4.

The hotel itself wasn’t bad. The crowd it draws is typical of a Motel. For two women staying alone, we were creeped out and on “alert”. Good for a stay on a budget.. but I’d splurge next time for a place with a better crowd to feel safer.

Good 1 night stay. Basic room with Comfortable beds and clean bathroom . I like the exterior was well lit. Our room was quiet as well. Plenty of free parking spots available as well.

The hotel very close to the freeway or high way and the noise level very high (the door not very sealed), when I was walked to my room I can smell of people smoking weed, and cigarettes butt, trash laying around, doesn’t feel safe, the room was smelly and outdated and the bed and sheets are so old, we got itching not sure what kind of bugs were there, definitely not coming back. Not recommended.

I am pretty sure my cat did not have fleas before....

The house keeping is not to the standard. On the weekend the motel was full so we did not get any service at all for 2 nights. There is a tip card on the desk, which is not comfortable. The second time we stayed the bed sheet was not changed. So I had to go to the front desk for a clean set. The front desk did give me the set but did not say sorry. The phone does not work (room 326), TV remote control does not work, and the shower was plugged. There is always something not working. But we managed. The motel is in a goof location so if the service can be improved it is much better. The price was high. 122 dollars a night with no breakfast. We asked for a detailed receipt but get rejected because of the booking was through Expedia.com. We also saw a man got rejected to stay even through he had a Expedia confirmation. The hotel was full.

AC would not work properly, could not switch it off had to manually unplug. Fridge was not cold. And shower would go hot to cold, wouldn’t stay a consistent temperature.

$110.00 Uber charge and long drive to a confirmed reservation only to learn there was no room. Receptionist was unkind and accepted no responsibility

Reservation got canceled while at a concert. When there before to let them know checking in late after the concert as was running late get back at midnight to find they canceled it and are completely sold out as well as every other hotel in Seattle that night. I ended up having to drive to a different town over an hour away on no sleep. Was very dangerous

No fridge questionable guests or vagrants that seem out of place just didn't feel comfortable.

Walks were very thin as we could hear everything around us all night. Trouble with little items, like phone didn't work, the key had to keep getting replaced (even though we didn't connect it with anything that would erase it) the elevator was questionable to use especially going down.

My room was open when I arrived. They did allow me to switch rooms after explaining it made me uncomfortable. The toilet would not flush and the beds are very uncomfortable. There is also no password for wifi so I didn’t connect to it. There was a man in his car in the parking lot for hours watching as people went into their rooms. Couldn’t tell if he was filming people on his phone or just using the free wifi.

Overall my stay was good, apart from the occasional noise on the outside and heavy foot steps from above.

I felt safe as a female solo traveler. It was totally booked the night before....which indicates that it is a desirable choice for others.

Noisy, kids kicking soccer ball in the parking lot hitting my door. I could have got 3 rd floor, but didn’t see an elevator. Basic old style hotel, good for kids playing. There was a long hair in the bathroom. A paper cup smelled and tasted of Lysol-must have been there a whileKinda gross. Nice large refrigerator.

The staff was very personable and helpful. The checkin was fast and room clean. But intetnet was horrible! Could not use in my room, first floor or in lobby. Staff said it goes out all the time. Not very good if need to do work, which I did. Would not recommend for a working stay if internet is needed.

Nice pool friendly staff

It was a nice location! This motel was ten times better than some hotels I stayed at that were double — sometimes triple — the price. Staff were so kind and welcoming, they really want you to enjoy your stay. I did have a few feedbacks though; one of the mattress was sinking in the middle so it made my sleeping quality quite unpleasant as I woke up the next day with a extremely sore back. On a smaller note, the bathroom stall also could’ve been cleaned a bit better but apart from that, what a wonderful stay.

Friendly, great location.

Was unable to stay the night after being transferred to a different location for work. Was unable to get the 50.00 refundable deposit back due to staff saying I did not stay long enough to get it back. I never requested a refund for the room, as I booked the room with the intention of staying the night, but I feel not getting the 50 back is unfair. Would have been a good experience had my life plans not changed unexpectedly and was now short some extra on funds.

Our room was facing the highway which made it a little noisy. Having the AC on helped. Other sections of the hotel would have probably been quieter. There was an option for a “premium” room which I got. I’m not sure what the extra 6 dollars for premium got me. It was definitely not for the location of the room.

It’s great for what it is. The walls are paper thin and there’s no wifi. The staff were awesome though. Very kind and helpful and the property was well kept.

Could hear the people above us walking most of the night. Every step they took. Wish there was a sign to adjust the heat / air as it took us a while to figure it out. Just sheets no blankets. Very simple / basic. Good for the price. Staff gave us directions to the room but was not clear/correct. Not hotel’s fault but someone knocked on our door and tried to get in at 6:00 AM. Ugh yelled wrong room. So we didn’t sleep well. Seems like a safe area and very clean.

With the exception of the asphalt the property was great.

Location was convenient for me. I did not like the room, too small for a premium room, really bad odor as soon we opened door. My stay was 6 days and not one day, personal asked if we wanted our room cleaned or trash taking out. I took it out daily and had to go to the office to get towels. Some employees were not nice at all.

Lumpy bed

Blood stains on curtains. And when we were moved to a separate room there was also what appeared to be more blood stains on the curtains and when we were moved one more time there was no hot water in the unit. This was an absolutely miserable experience and we will not be staying here in the future.

This Motel is great for the price.

This was one of the best motel 6's I've stayed at. It rivals local spendier motels with lower cost and it was a fairly safe location. The room was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance of the nearby plaza with lots of restaurants and an easy 20ish min drive to downtown Seattle.

Terrible experience

One of the nicer motel 6 I have stayed in. Some of the furnishings in the room seemed to be newer, possibly a recent remodel, however, the room smelled like smoke. The location is very convenient, however with it being less expensive motel, there were some unsavory guests staying there. One person who appeared to be on drugs tried to enter my daughter‘s room, and she had to push him out the door.

Very nice staff. Housekeepers do a great job. Rooms very clean and spacious.
