Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Great food from the Bistro. Only wish was that the hotel had a pool and a jacuzzi. That was our only disappointment. Nice area of town. We felt safe. Close to a lot of things to see!

The bathroom floor was dirty, needed to be mopped and the telephone at bedside looked like it hadn't been dusted in months. Other than that, my stay was comfortable. The staff, including housekeeping were super nice and helpful.

Staff seemed uninformed. Couldn’t explain breakfast in a reasonable manner. Room noisy with water tank noise going all the time. Felt we were given one of the much less desirable rooms. 146. Charges for bar extremely excessive for quality.

The customer service at both the front desk and management was outstanding. They were so kind and went above and beyond my expectations of what a welcoming staff consists of. They showered my kids with attention and made sure we had everything we needed. They really gave the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Unfortunately the pool has been unavailable for years. The Redmond Washington Marriott has a functional pool.

Convenient location right off 405 - it's easy to get anywhere on the Eastside or to head west to Seattle. The staff at this property is bar none - they are welcoming, upbeat and helpful and truly made the stay feel as though you're at a much higher-end hotel.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. Everything was well maintained. Very nice Parking was convenient. All staff were helpful and friendly.

The cleanliness, comfort and helpfulness of the staff can’t be beat.

Tub wasn’t clean and there was hair on the shower curtain. The first room we were given had a barking dog staying next door so I had to change rooms. For the price of the room, I expected more. I would have never guessed it was a Marriott hotel. I would have guessed motel 6.

Wonderful hotel with great staff. The room was nice and clean and quiet. The restaurant was not great, but the rest was fantastic. The breakfast had very greasy, limp bacon, and the rest of the food was so so.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not have a business center with a computer. I was also disappointed that the bar was not open on Sunday. Not sure if I will stay at this hotel in the future.

Disappointed! This hotel is pretty rundown, the accessible rooms (we booked “2”), showers are pretty disgusting & old. I had to put down a towel as not to step on moldy/mildew tiles!

Good location, well maintained property, close to many amenities. I think charging for parking in an empty parking lot at a property of this size is aggressive. When told I had to pay for parking I mentioned we would probably be getting dinner and catching a Lyft back. The staff told us we would get a ticket and have our car towed if we left it at an Olive garden. That doesn't happen, but whatever. Good experience otherwise.

We arrived after a doctor's appointment, and everyone was very nice and I felt like they were ready to help in any way. Will for sure stay there again

The location and the comfortable and clean room with a bath tub. I thought I had read in your website that it has a pool. That’s a main reason why I booked it. I was very disappointed to find out they don’t have the pool anymore. Don’t you know about it?

The lady who served breakfast was extremely disrespectful and arrogant. My colleague and I felt very uncomfortable because of this.

Comfortable room, as expected at this price point. However Don't PAY EXTRA FOR THE BREAKFAST. I booked breakfast, the guy at the counter told us he preferred to work at the Everett location "where they do things right.". He then proceeded to lose my breakfast order, and I ended up missing breakfast altogether even though I paid extra for it.

Our room was clean and had adequate electrical outlets, and a nice desk and adjustable chair. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. We liked the proximity of the freeway, food choices and shopping nearby. It was close to my son's house which is why we chose the location.

the room was clean upon check in , however if you stay more than one night you have to request for your room to be cleaned. Staff was very nice and attentive. The gym was very good and the location was perfect

Didn’t love it. All the rooms are joined and we had a screaming child next to us. The fridge in the room was so loud it would wake us out of sleep. Had to switch rooms because after 3 maintenance attempts the ac unit wasn’t working. Not going to lie… very irritated about paying $15 (uh it’s now $20) per night for parking. That’s blatantly screwing people. Overall I wouldn’t stay again but I will end on this… every single person working at the hotel was lovely.

Nice location just off 405 highway. However kitchen and bar were closed on Sat evening which was unfortunate. Limited staff as I called down to front desk and housekeeping to attempt to get wine opener but no one picked up. Rooms were very nice

No pool or free breakfast

This is about what you'd expect from a Courtyard. Three things stood out that could use improvement: the living area of our room was huge, cavernous and had undersized furniture that made the place look bare and very Spartan. They were blaring pop music in the lobby, lounge and hallways. They charged us $20 for parking which is the first time I've ever seen this done in any suburban hotel with plenty of parking space.

Very nice. My only criticism was that the bar was not open on Sat evening. Sometimes I enjoy a nightcap at the bar. We took public transport to the Public Market and it was easy, bus stop close to hotel, inexpensive, and speedy enough to offset driving. Plus scenic.

Have stayed at this property on previous trips to the area, and found it a great location for business/pleasure outings. Remodel completed in March of this year really refreshed and modernized the property.

The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The front desk was polite and we were attended to quickly. They have a breakfast menu to choose from and the coffee was very good. All around a very pleasant stay.

Room was decently cleaned. Customer Service was excellent bed was OK but the pillows were flat and not very comfortable.

No pool, which there used to be, laundry out of service, not very friendly front desk staff, 2 sheets left in the tissue box and truly awful one ply toilet paper.

Not luggage carts available. Bell man would not make effort to find us one, despite there being 4 in the building somewhere. 20 to park? Ridiculous, this is not a resort or in any special area. We are hotel guests, why add on parking.

I love the location, I love the staff, I love the cleanliness, disappointed there’s no pool, disappointed. I didn’t know about the nightly parking fees of $20 per night, but everything else was pretty good.

The AC unit did not respond properly to the thermostat. I set the temperature but the wall AC unit would blow out the wrong temperature air. I had to turn the thermostat completely off at times to stop the very cold air from coming in, which was a problem since it is right beside the desk and chair where one would sit to read.

Everything other than the “restaurant” was great. The food at the restaurant was stale and very high priced compared to places any where near there.

The rooms are lovely, the property is lovely. Front desk staff are friendly. There are few amenities, no pool, you have to pay for parking, restaurant closed their kitchen at 11am Saturday. No one came in to clean the room or bring towels. I had to go ask. At this price point, I expected better

At $300 a night, I expect daily housekeeping. I can stay at an air BNB or Motel 6 if I don’t want that kind of service. In a positive, staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean when we arrived. Toiletries were good quality and smelled nice. For a suburban hotel, room felt cramped. When the pullout was pulled out, you could not get by to the edge of the room. Also, because the bed was facing one direction and the pull out was perpendicular, both parties could not watch tv at the same time. Complementary water bottles all weekend was nice.

A very convenient location, the staff very pleasant, the beds very comfortable. Our one compliant is that the bathroom wasn't very clean. The floor looked as if it hadn't been washed and the room did not smell very fresh.

and fees included, which is less than it cost to have a dog. Then I was told that there was a parking fee at the hotel. I have never paid for parking at any hotel except in Vegas. The front desk reduced the pet fee to 50.00. I was so tired and done.

This is close to my work so when I have a very busy schedule I stay overnight rather than driving 55 miles home.

Staff went out of their way to ensure I enjoyed my stay.

The gym was lovely. This might be the first of many hotels I’ve been to in the greater Seattle area that don’t have self serve tea options with hot water, available either in your room or in the lobby. Only coffee in rooms. There was a bar in the lobby with no one behind it that looked like tea was available, for a price. Sigh.

I arrived in the morning and was able to check in early. Nice, clean room, crisp white sheets, very comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. Very close to a grocery store and restaurants.

Street noise was loud in the mornings and the air conditioner leaked a bit but other than that a good place to stay would recommend

The internet was not working. Called front desk several times, they simply gave me a number to call to ask the internet company for help. It never worked. Parking was also pricey. Overall I will not stay here again

Liked the property, but the mattress was not good. Quite uncomfortable.

Does not have pool, request room close to lobby if your hoping for free wifi. Room 368 had no wifi in range & we were not paying 10$ a day for it to be “enhanced” which wouldn’t even work.

Overall, we had a good stay

Gorgeous, great staff and everything you’d want in a hotel, but this has got to be the last place in this price range not even providing complimentary coffee (let alone a breakfast). Maybe I’m just too used to the other team hotels we choose. In a weird way, I could see this impacting future travel choices—despite everything else being amazing and clean and friendly. Weird?

Rooms only cleaned every other day, Hallways not vacuumed. 20$ daily parking. Breakfast was not free.

The room was nice. The bed comfy. Our room looked over a busy street and we easily heard the traffic.

The lady at the front desk who checked me in was absolutely amazing. I wish I had gotten her name. The hotel is great. I’ve stayed here a couple of times and I always enjoy it. The street side of the hotel can be a little noisy during the day.

This hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay up until the last night when children were running up and down our hallway talking loud knocking on doors are running while we were trying to sleep, this went on until 11 pm with no one doing anything about it. This kind of rude behavior is not acceptable.

Property is a little tired, they don't plow their parking lot after snowstorms, and can't seem to manage stocking the in-room coffee service.

Overall is great…Need add more service people in breakfast area, waiting time is too long…

I did a lot of research of different properties around Seattle and maybe this wasn’t best, but it was perfect for my wife and I. Staff was super nice and accomidating. We traveled in all directions and it was easy to get back to The Courtyard. Highly recommended

Bed sucked, Pillows sucked. The room itself was decent looking and had what you would expect in a hotel. Bathroom was nice. Hallways looked dated, but mostly kept up. Basement looked grungy and in need of a cleaning. Location is decent if you are doing things in the area, but if not the traffic can be a bit much trying to get in an out if you are frequenting the area. Food options in the hotel are nearly non existent. If you want decent food you need to leave and at least go across the street to Olive Garden/Azteca. However, lots of great options within driving distance. Also had some weird issues where they sent me an invoice the second day that said we departed. They never could tell me what happened, but luckily it was not correct and we were still listed in the hotel. Overall, I would personally tell anyone going to the area to avoid the hotel. Try out a Hilton or similar. This place just has a lot of red flags for me to ever consider going back. With the way the wifi was handled by corporate and in house staff, I would say that I will try to avoid Marriott in general.

There was urine all over the toilet in the bathroom and the shower was dripping wet like someone had just used it did not look or feel clean.

The hotel had no power, no working phones and no hot water. They refused to give any discount. They expected us to pay full price and this was unacceptable. Marriott is too big of a franchise to these problems and not offer a discount.

Lady at the front desk was rude and not helpful at all. AC was broken and when I called front desk, she said to wait 15 minutes…. 30 minutes later still not working. Called one more time for some help, she had an attitude and said to wait 15 more minutes. I tried to explain to her that it’s not the temperature we’re waiting for, the AC is just not turning on but she seemed annoyed and still said to wait 15 minutes…basically went the whole night without AC. We tried to fix it ourselves but nothing worked. Our whole stay at the property was good except for her.

Hotel is comfortable but they were understaffed for the long weekend crowd they get. Located close to QFC where I could get a grab and go meal. They do have a restaurant inside which was okay for the breakfast. The gym is nice clean with functional equipments.
