Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston-Kingwood Parc-Airport Area

The hot breakfast was really good each morning. My bathroom, not so much! The toilet was not clean. There was feces on the underside of the toilet seat. Good thing I always thoroughly clean or I would have sat on it. Next the bathtub plug was not attached so I had to prop the drain open while I showered so the water wouldn't fill up in the tub. The room smelled really musty, and moldy from the poor HVAC system in the humidity. Staff was really nice throughout my stay.

Something came up and we had to go to the house on a Saturday the day of checkout to deal with contractors and I spoke with receptionist Nevaeh who told me that it would be OK if we did a 6 PM late checkout Only for them to call the following day saying that that is not possible and they are requesting money so an employee made a mistake and they are making the client pay for it. I do not like when people run business this way I certainly do not and I especially to a family who is displaced because their house caught fire.

What a beautiful clean well runned establishment. This was by far the best experience while in Houston. The place is inplecable and the food offered at breakfast was amazing such a different selections from other hotels.

We had a wonderful time at the Homewood Suites. The hotel is on a quiet street yet convenient to the freeway, the airport and many fine Kingwood restaurants and shopping. Our stay was very relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Staff was wonderful, facilities clean. Fan and overhead light did not work in the room. The device on the wall for it didn't have a green light on, so the entire device didn't work. I wondered if it was actually hooked up or not.

It was private and breakfast was amazing - a good variety The bedrooms need to be cleaner. I found dead roach in my bathroom. The tub was very slippery and didn’t drain well when showering.

After we checked out, I realized that I left the pillow in my room. I went back an hour later, and housekeeping went to get it and brought it back to me. Very friendly staff. I would stay here again for a short stay, but I would look for a hotel with a well equipped gym for a longer stay.

Good buffet breakfast, something for everyone; if you stay for more than two days your room will only be serviced every other day unless you ask for everyday service. Our room was very close to the secondary entrance to the parking lot, but they barricade that entrance mid afternoon which was disappointing. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We heard the washer and dryer all night, even after we turned on the fan and a white noise app. We were moved to another room the second day, but the toilet handle was broken, the ac rattled, and the thermostat didn't work. One reception worker, Linda, was excellent. One was rude. I expect more from Hilton properties.

The room did not get cleaned/serviced, which my concern was IF we were in a dirty room from day one. And the air did not work properly. Also the shower was very little water pressure... was not pleased.

Check out was at 11 but the house keeper knocked on my door every hour starting @ 8am felt rushed to leave and was very disturbed

They had excellent options for breakfast and the room we ate in was beautiful.

This is a nice property and quiet. The only hitch is the occupants above us had an uncontrollable child running around all morning and night and we couldn't have a peaceful sleep. The staff were great people and it's a place i'd recommend. We were there with our children and it was peaceful. Thank you.

Larger property, floor plan can be confusing at first. This is mostly business people... good for meetings. Excellent breakfast buffet with locally cooked dishes (carnitas, tortillas, etc) Manager told me the entire property will undergo re-furb in 2025.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms are not very well sound-proofed - you can hear people talking in adjacent rooms and people dragging chairs on the floor. Darker curtains would be nice to block out light. Really annoying is a bright night light that cannot be turned off. I like to sleep in a totally dark room and had to find a way to block the light. Maid service was superficial - the shower conditioner bottle was broken and never got fixed or replaced. They should check everything rather than wait for guests to report problems.

We were in town for a family wedding and this spot was perfect for us. The room was very spacious with a full kitchen. I made use of the iron and ironing board that was provided!! Breakfast was good with many options. The staff was very pleasant. Thanks for a wonderful stay at a great price!

My only 3 negatives from this trip: 1) The mattress was so hard an uncomfortable on the king bed that I attempted to sleep on the fold-out sleeper-sofa, which also failed. 2) The sleeper sofa (including the "mattress" within) looks and feels like it's from the 1970s. Definitely NOT the quality I expect from Hilton. 3) The toilet is low enough to be "toddler height", which is extremely difficult to maneuver oneself as a tall adult. Overall, a good experience, and I anticipate staying here again in the future.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week. While the rooms were a bit dated, everything was very clean and in working order. I would only suggest better lighting, especially the area where the full mirror is. Also, a better water pressure in the shower would be great. We enjoyed the area and how close we were to restaurants and shopping and we were only 5 minutes to the apartments where are son moved in to. The staff was pleasant each time we encountered them. The pool, hot tub and basketball court was a very nice. This hotel allows pets and although we saw guests walking their dogs, we never heard one inside the hotel. Overall, very clean and nice hotel.

Good facilities in the suite, staff mostly very friendly and a nice selection of options for breakfast. Pool was also great Awkward location meant we have to Uber everywhere, nowhere in safe walking distance. Air conditioning was very loud

All rooms are pet friendly so the room smelled like dog. The only solution was a can of lysol spray. Unfortunately it caused my allergies to flare up.

This was the second time in a 3 week time frame that I stayed there. Came in for surgery and was very comfortable in the suite. It has every amenity you can think of. Very pleased with both stays.

The hotel was Convenient, employees were very polite especially at check-in. The room was perfect for us because it had a sitting room with a TV adore and then the bedroom.

I alway stay here when I’m in town. The service is top notch. The property is kept pristine.

Each room had a television, which was nice and the living room had pull out bed sofa. We didn't use the pullout sofa. The included breakfast was also very good. The furniture table in the kitchen and the coffee table were very unstable and wobbly. The dishwasher wasnt secured to the underside of the counter and tipped out when the door was pulled. Parking was ample and the location was quiet and secluded. It did have washer and dryers but we didn't use those. Despite the few negatives, the value for the money was excellent and I'm positive I'll be staying here again.

Breakfast on Saturday began too late. We stayed there for a competition and couldn't get breakfast before we left. To-go containers of yogurt, and more grab and go options in addition to the other items would've been nice.

Location was great. The fact that you have to go through the lobby to get to your room is very important to us. The room was very roomy, we had 2 kids come stay and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The breakfast was wonderful. Can’t think of anything we’d change. We will stay there again.

Nice property - friendly staff. The only negative was a complete lack of cell phone reception in the rooms. You were lucky to have one bar, even in the lobby. Having to go into the parking lot to make/receive calls is not ideal.

Suite is a plus. We had previously lived in Kingwood and wanted to stay nearby.

Cracks and water damage in ceiling, leaky faucets in bathrooms, propped up wooden board under the sinks in bathrooms, rusted tub in one bathroom, no towels in the second bathroom and they used dustruffles as blankets on all the beds. One of the worst hotel rooms I have ever been in. Stay clear. The photos are very misleading.

First room had malfunctioning AC, second room had disgusting black bold all over the shower head. State of property is average at best. I would not recommend or ever go here again.

Not as nice as all the other homewood suites I’ve stayed in. No ceiling fan in bedroom. Beds were not comfortable I think I could feel every spring! Elevators were sketchy with all the squeaking! I paid for my stay in full but when I arrived had to put the full amount plus incidentals on my card as a hold.
