The room stunk and the help could barely speak good English. The owner came pounding on my door at 11:00 am to tell me it was checkout time , but my checkout day wasn't until the next day. This place was a joke. I had to empty my own garbage. My toilet plugged up and the owner gave me the plunger and told me to bring it back when I was done. This place was a joke. What a waste of my hard earned money!!!!!!!!!

There was no pool. The pool was the main reason I wanted to stay. Barely any toilet paper, towels, or pillows. Was like pulling teeth we to get those simple things. Fridge did not cool. Shower did not drain. Water comes up past your ankles. White stains all over the couch, eww. No vending machine. The breakfast they serve is barely edible and was not eaten. No juice either, just coffee. Do not disturb sign was hung the entire stay and I was still annoyed by house keeping like they didn’t see the sign and woke me up each day I was there when trying to sleep in after working late, which is why I hung the sign. Also, not sure what they were house keeping as the place is disgusting. The fire alarm was also already pulled and never fixed. Do not stay here.

My nice honest review: Me and my husband stayed two nights for a weekend because we worked at an event in Nashville for the weekend and it was too far of a drive home and Nashville hotels are overpriced. It’s an okay place to stay if you’re just staying one night but not great if you’re staying more than that. The room smelled stale moldy/mildewy (we’re allergic) when we first got in because the air conditioner wasn’t on so we let it run and it was better the next day but not all gone. I had brown marks on my socks due to the floor being dirty. There was mold in the shower/tub/showerhead and didn’t look clean so I cleaned it myself with what I had which was body wash and a scrub glove. It’s great we never ran out of hot water. Had two towels and two wash cloths for one day so we reused them. Mini fridge and microwave was nice and they were clean. There was a hole or rip in the ceiling near the window probably due to moisture. For breakfast there was a couple sausage patties and round egg things, a few biscuits, none of which I ate, the waffle maker made decent waffles but I was hungry an hour later, flaky cereal, no milk, coffee, no creamer, and no fruit or juice. Gas station food across the street would probably be better. I also had to search for more utensils and such in the cabinets below. Pool was closed. Hopefully the owners can improve some things. If not then they need to change the name because being named Quality Inn, it’s expected to be Quality.

Loud at night. Didn’t feel safe. Room was clean. Water was hot. Typical Choice Motel.

Breakfast was just kind of there… It could have been replenished

Nothing Dirty!! Room smelled like dog/cat urine, bedding was torn (large patches missing), cigarette buts everywhere outside, building was old and unkempt and doors did not shut properly, breakfast was sub-par compared to similar hotels, location was ugly.

When we arrived, we had to wait a long time til someone came to check us in. Later right before we fell asleep, someone tried coming into our room so we called the front desk and the lady sounded asleep and put us on a “brief hold”.. it was not brief so we hung up and called again, the lady still sounding very asleep answered again so I quickly told her that someone was trying to get into our room, she cleared her throat and said a gentleman just checked in, it might be him but she’ll come and check.. she didn’t check. I was so scared I couldn’t sleep the rest of the night. There were stains everywhere even sunflower seeds still on the floor, very dirty.

The room was roomy and well equipped (refrigerator, coffee maker, office desk). While not the most modern decor, everything was clean and functional. Breakfast was pretty decent. - Make your own belgian waffles, eggs, sausage, gravy, some muffin and cereal options, coffee.

Very helpful manager! Our room had not been cleaned so they found us another and actually gave us a bigger room for no extra charge. The room was not clean. The toilet seat was broken, everything was very old and worn. The air conditioning worked- kind of! The telephone was not connected, the lamp only partially worked. The pool area was disgusting! The breakfast was bad. No shampoo or conditioner only soap bars.

The breakfast was terrible, no fruit, coffee was empty, muffins were so old the were like saw dust, no toast over all it was terrible. Went to gas station across the street for coffee. Everything could of been better the front person who checked us in was rude and short tempered. The room hadn't been cleaned hair was hanging from the shower panel , hair all over the floor, refrigerator was dirty. They only thing they did was change the sheets coverlet on bed was stained . The only good thing was our truck didn't get broke into. Also no ice machine

They did not have much of any breakfast item around 8 AM. Just had bread and jam, which I had to ask. The kitchen had just warm coffee. No fruits or hot water either. Such a disgraceful place to stay. I wouldn't recommend that location.

- 3/5
Check in took time. Only one customer service person working; checking in four rooms for a single person. Room was ok but needs refurbishing. Only one face cloth in bathroom, one partial roll of toilet paper; empty facial tissue box and only one unopened drinking glass. Breakfast was mediocre. No milk for cereal the first day; hot items tasted like old; limited muffins and biscuits; coffee in carafes was luke warm.

Disgusting room. BEWARE

What I didn’t like was a $100.00 security charge on my credit card.
- 4/5
It was fine
- 2/5
The place was nasty. We were given a room not ready, moved to a second room that smelled of dog urine (turned out to be a pet room) and then given a third room. The room was adequate at best. The towels were stained to a gray color, the shower curtain was mildewed and the vents and A/C/H was filthy with dirt. The front door atrike was missing screws and the bathroom door didn't even have a strike. The kitchen area was dusty and not very clean. Needless to say, we would NOT stay here again.
- 4/5
Staff was nice, rooms clean Would stay again
- 4/5
Check in went smoothly. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok but needs additional quality. Also needs additional seating. Current dining area only holds 16 people and the hotel forbids taking food to guest rooms.
- 5/5
Safe parking. Kind staff. Would return if I found myself in the area again.
- 1/5
Room is dirty with hair everywhere. Bathroom door is by closing. Breakfast is worse. Staff is not professional.
- 2/5
Area seemed a little sketchy, building was way out of date and falling apart, office ceiling was collapsing from wet moldy tiles, room looked like it hadn’t been dusted or deep cleaned in a year, sink was so gross I didn’t want to brush my teeth. Toilet seat was falling off and the shower had other people’s hair in it. If I could rate a 0 I absolutely would

The breakfast was horrible. The pictures on this website are nothing what the hotel looks like. The AC kept cutting off. Overall not a hood experience but what do you expect for $50 a night. Next time I will pay more.
- 1/5
Everything was dirty even after asking you go to a different room. My bed had only 2 small pillows. Breakfast was a joke. Expect the 100 security deposit for the filthy room. NEVER AGAIN
- 3/5
Somewhat old facilities, no one was ever manning the front desk, always had to ring bell. No ice machines functioning. Breakfast was ok, but many items unstocked with no one available to contact about it.
- 3/5
Arrived around 830 the open sign not lit but we tried the lobby door and it was open. reception friendly. The room was musty smell. The bed spread had grease type stain, ceiling was peeling. I went to Dollar general and brought Lysol for the smell and sprayed the beds and the pool had weeds growing. The remote didnt work and we had to use the side buttons on the tv. Good thing we didnt see signs of insects. Since our funds were low we couldnt affors another hotel and too exhausted to try to move to a different room. Lesson I learned you get what you pay for -it was less than a 100 dollars a night.
- 2/5
No pool, there was a super cricket in my room behind a electrical socket and made me feel like a real tweaker trying to find wth that noise was first thing I seen was a tick looking bug on the ceiling and the shower had lots of pupes in it
- 2/5
Unfortunately, the property is not getting the care that is needed. Pool was covered and the cover had water standing with plants growing in it. Cobwebs all through the stair railings. The rooms look like some updates were being attempted but cleanliness was lacking. It didn't seem that the floors had been vacuumed and there were dead bugs in the bathroom. The couch was extremely warn.

Old
- 2/5
TV had to be plugged in and cable box troubleshooted to get it to turn on. Cannot call front desk on phone. Shower was not cleaned, shampoo bottle was all used up and toiletries were used. Air was not on when arrived so it took forever to cool down. Room smelled like weed. Lots of gnats in room. Pool is not open and covered. No ice on property that we could find.
- 5/5
Convenient location just off the highway and just what you need after a long drive. The bedding is top quality and overall cleanliness standards are above average for the price, which also includes decent breakfast.
- 3/5
After two other rooms were turned down we finally got a room that I felt clean enough to sleep in. Even then it has poor paint, uncomfortable furniture, and smelled poorly. Overall the property is just falling apart and it shows unfortunately. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with the situation. That being said we will not be staying there again.
- 5/5
The young lady who served breakfast was so very kind and actually made my breakfast for me. Definitely will stop back on my way to Holladay to see my brother next time; and to see these wonderful hosts! Definitely the definition of Quality.
- 3/5
Dining: breakfast was very limited no jello or jam. Wish they had yogurt. Don’t refill during the meal
- 1/5
Left as soon as we can Do not go to this hotel, management said they were under staffed, not our problem.. Very disappointed
- 3/5
The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. We ended up getting food elsewhere.
- 5/5
We were pleasantly surprised
- 1/5
Motel was bad location. Two restaurants around not including the truckstop which was lousy to eat at.
- 4/5
Glad we were just looking for a place to sleep as we traveled home.

Paint peeling on ceiling, had turn light at sink on/off multiple times to get it to come on, cycle power to DIRECTV box for it to work.
- 4/5
Good for the price. Friendly staff. Not gross
- 4/5
It was fine for a one night stay but needs updating.
- 5/5
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was a nice continental spread and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

!!!deposit required and the room was horrible ! I took pictures and showed the front staff, they weren’t surprised at all . They knew the room was in horrible condition
- 5/5
Downsize was No place to eat and a pizza at gas station was $20 😳
- 2/5
Fridge wasn't working and smelled bad. Security bar on door was missing (there was a place for it, but it had been unscrewed and taken off). There were multiple large rips in the footstool.
- 4/5
Good place for the price!
- 5/5
The hotel was conveniently placed on our travel. The room met all our needs. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast the next morning got us off to a good start on our next days journey.
- 5/5
Very friendly, very clean. No issues with stay
- 4/5
The property is next to a truck stop which is very noisy. The parking area was well lit which was nice and secure.
- 4/5
Very helpful staff
- 3/5
Bed was horrible but everything else was great. Our blow dryer didn’t work but they were super quick to take care of the issue. Breakfast very good too.
- 4/5
No problems

I got ripped off by this people, I made a prepaid reservation because I needed to get some sleep after a long drive , when I checked in I was required to make a $100 deposit, I told the woman that that was the first time I heard about that n I did not have funds to make such deposit, she refused to give me a room so I lost my $77 because she said there are no refunds after 4:00 pm and even worst I made the reservation through Expedia. THIS QUALITY INN IS LOCATED IN KINGSTON SPRING TN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
- 5/5
The staff were good especially the older couple who cleaned the rooms. Not a posh property but had everything we needed.
- 1/5
Bugs in the room, staff wasn't friendly, I left within an hour

It was a nice hotel, the only complaint was the door handle to the bathroom was loose and you could not close it. Other wise the room was fine
- 3/5
The hotel is average. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the AC had not been on so it took awhile to cool it down. There was also a mildew smell in the bathroom, most likely from the shower curtain. The bed was comfortable and the room seemed clean.
- 1/5
Room was nasty. It smelled bad and when we turned on the ac it got worse. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Table had dry something stuck to it. Flies in the bathroom. Stains on the wall. Cobwebs on door frame. We were there 30 minutes and left. Told I couldn’t get a refund. It was rated as a 7.0 which should have been a 3-4. Front desk offered to show me another room but I have had family with me and didn’t want them to have to stay there.
- 3/5
A lot more bugs than desired... killing bugs became an everyday thing. The bathroom was a little damaged with a wall and a wobbly toilet. Beyond that, my stay was restful
- 4/5
It was just off the highway
- 5/5
Clean, convenient, attentive staff
- 4/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Stay here was amazing, the sink did drip the whole stay, but everything was great. Very quiet area and It also has gas stations right across street. Employees very kind and will accommodate. Would recommend!
- 3/5
Hotel was ok, not a great location, decently clean, breakfast wasn’t great.
- 2/5
They didnt clean my room and i was there for 3 days. Give this place a 1
- 5/5
Our stay was very comfortable and convenient==close to I-40. We would like to stay here again.
- 4/5
A very good stay with no complaints. The negative reviews surprise me because I found everything quite nice and a very clean room, everything in good order. I would stay here again in a minute!
- 3/5
The property is dated and not in great shape. It's also not in a great area - no uber's around to take you into Nashville. Breakfast was okay.
- 1/5
The owner was very rude along with his staff. We travel fishing all the time and they don’t want us to charge our boats. They was urgent to speak with a minor instead of an adult. Again the owner and staff is very rude at this location they should be shut down cause the pool has vegetation growing on the cover.
- 2/5
The bathroom door was broken. Won’t even close completely.
- 5/5
It was a great stay definitely be back soon. Was a little disappointed because it was no pool but other then that it was awesome
- 3/5
Overall a decent property to spend a night. Grounds were in terrible shape. Pool had cover on it with plants growing in it. It was obvious there was no intention of making it useable.
- 1/5
There was dead insects on one of the beds. Spider webs with spiders on them. Food under the beds and the bathroom was so dirty we couldn’t even take a shower before leaving. I took pictures of everything
- 4/5
Staff was so friendly.
- 1/5
Has not been taken care of. If it cost 50 bucks per night I would understand but not over 100 for that. It is just like a motel.
- 1/5
Showed up and is closed!
- 1/5
I don't want to be mean, but we stayed in 13 places on this trip and this was by far the worst. We had 2 rooms and neither AC/ heat worked. The bathroom lights didn't work at all in the one room and the other room and dirty socks and a t shirt from a previous person!! The family behind the counter was nice enough and gracious enough to give us a refund so we could find somewhere else. The breakfast area looked small but adequate. I blame myself partially because this is MOTEL (rooms all external) as opposed to HOTEL (Warmer, friendlier, safer looking, more professional, and yes, more expensive), which i wouldn't have chosen. The pictures on the website were a little deceiving, taken from angles that don't show the full view. I don't recommend... unless you absolutely need a bed to crash for a few hours at the last minute.
- 4/5
Room was okay, bathroom door didn't have a door knob and wouldn't shut.
- 3/5
Pool was over grown with dirt and trees
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great place for a weekend getaway!
- 3/5
The hotel is right in the middle of everything you will need.
- 2/5
The room was clean enough but the vent filter in the bathroom was dirty there were stains on the wash cloths. The bathroom door was broke and didn’t stay closed. The baseboards were pulling off the walls. Overall just run down
- 5/5
Very friendly and accommodating
- 2/5
Didn’t show up as a ‘motel’. Fairly clean, but the ceiling was peeling in chunks. Broken curtain. Cleaners came in our room at 9:00 AM!?!?!? Terrible breakfast choices, no fruits at all. Comfortable bed. Very, very, very dated. Barely a fair place to sleep. No ice aside from lobby, which isn’t convenient. Would never go back.
- 4/5
Not sure of marijuana laws here but a definite smell as we walked in our room, so we had better not get charged for this. I will be reporting at check out. There was a burn hole in the comforter and no Kleenex in the room. We had stayed here one other time but seems things are not improving. Breakfast was simple but adequate. No orange juice again this year. But quiet and was exhausted so we slept
- 2/5
The room needed updating. Repairs were needed. Clean the walls and ceiling and in the places you don't normally clean. The sheets had stains and burn holes. The wash cloth was stained. The chair and ottoman was nasty.
- 4/5
Worked out with our travel plans
- 1/5
Smelled like smoke in the room and my wife had to sleep with a mask on because after 3 hours on the line with Expedia, who doesn't have anyone with English as a first language in customer service, we couldn't get checked out and into a new room in the same hotel or a new one. We left 2 days early and couldn't get a refund so Expedia and the Quality Inn gets this review. We didn't understand a thing the manager told us when we checked out when discussing this issue. Expedia did give us one key cash for a new hotel but it was after hours of poor communication, we earned it twice.
- 3/5
Checked this online and it has a 7.2 rating. There was stuff smeared on the bathroom walls, an argument about pets when already added to reservation prior. Asked that we call before if you have pets. Charged $20 per dog when signs in rooms state $10. Was only allowed to have dogs in first floor room but not on second floor room booked as well yet the pet sign is in the second floor room. Not sure who is giving such great rating but judging the demographic I kind of have a guess. Everyone seemed to not be looking so decent looking around there.
- 3/5
The property is definitely showing its age. The stair railing (near the back of check-in) was loose and the carpet in the room had not been vacuumed.
- 3/5
The vending and ice machines were broke. The pool was closed and had 4 ft cattails growing on the cover. Along with other trash.
- 1/5
This place was literally disgusting I would rather cancel without a refund than to stay here
- 4/5
Bed and pillows were comfortable. Rooms are rather beat up - broken and worn furnishings. Staff was super friendly.
- 3/5
The people were very nice and the living area in the hotel room was nice. The parking lot and stairwell were pretty gross. The bathroom had cobwebs in the corners and damaged dry wall in spots. Continental breakfast had limited basic options and missed things like fresh fruits and yogurt.
- 4/5
We like it
- 4/5
A bit of a challenge getting different stories between two staff, but got it worked out.
- 5/5
Nice hotel fir an overnight stay. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Motel seemed to be going through a face-lift but some areas looked a little worn. Nothing drastic. I did feel safe and room and bed was comfortable.
- 2/5
The pool had weeds growing out of it n frogs breeding in the water..super hot & not usable and the curtain liners were disgusting brown at the bottoms & we had to put up a $100 deposit in case we broke something & we are senior citizens! We had to pay for our little dog to stay when it said online pet friendly. Wont be using them again or recommending them to family & friends.
- 1/5
They took a $100 hold on my account without telling me. I had pre-paid for my stay. When I asked about it the following morning the same gentleman who took my credit card and DL the night prior said it was no big deal that it was for incidentals (I have never had to pay more than $20 for incidentals). He said if everything checks out in the room it would be released but all they have to do is click a button and they get it. My stay was Saturday night and as of this morning, Monday 7/31/23, it is still showing pending. I think they are running a scam.
- 3/5
People are smoking outside and loud noise of the vehicles.
- 3/5
This hotel should be 50$ not 100
- 5/5
The room was a little larger than I was expecting at this price point. The bath tub had grab rails. The free breakfast was pretty good. If I ever pass this way again, I'd stay in this hotel again.
- 4/5
The hotel was right off the highway and close to a few gas stations. The check-in process was easy. I wish there was a parking spot closer to my room. There were no issues with cleanliness. I could hear people talking really loudly outside of my room in the morning because it was on the corner and a bunch of motorcyclists were getting ready to hit the road. I had to wake up anyways, but it was a little annoying for about 10 minutes. They were very friendly and asked about my dog so I got over it really quickly.
- 4/5
Lots of stuff on the sidewalk forcing 1 to walk in the driveway
- 5/5
Clean and nice service, unfortunately the room had some busted furniture.
- 2/5
This is a Motel - not a Hotel! Shabby, in need of upgrading and remodeling. Loud HVAC unit.
- 5/5
Good value, convenient
- 4/5
Clean. Convenient. Furniture broken down.
- 3/5
there was a pube in the shower but otherwise it was ok
- 2/5
Our room…..well. It was in rough shape. The walls were scratched and all the furniture in the room was dusty. Spiderwebs behind the doors and dead bugs on the lamps. The blankets had cigarette burns on them and the sheets and mattress protector were stained with who knows what. The first thing we did was check for bed bugs and none were found so that’s a plus. The only thing decent about the room was the bathroom and it needed a major cleaning. Our first morning there there was a roach crawling across the bathroom floor and up the wall. Lesson learned to avoid the Quality Inn and Choice Hotels no matter what.
- 3/5
1st room assigned toilet did not work. Was quickly given a new room.new roomhad crackers in the floor and had a cigrette burn hole pn the comforter
