First room they sent us to had extra mattress standing up against the wall carpet with holes and old TV no remote or signal went back up front because it was late and had to sleep somewhere got another room not as bad but still needed work

We stopped through Kingman on our way to Vegas. This is an older motel on the main drag. Yes the rooms are older but i had clean sheets and a clean bathroom. I feel like i got a good value for my money. We had a comfortable bed and a hot shower in the morning.

The bathroom was not that clean. The AC was running really loud, tho we are not used to having AC at home so we don’t know much about that. The guy at the reception was really nice.

No WiFi info given. There were no facecloths in bathroom and fridge was not that great water bottles were not that cold after 9 hours in fridge? TV had only had 6 stations and no info in room.

This place gets my top rating, in view of the absolute bargain price of the room. I spent $30 more last time in Kingman at a Motel 6--and for what? An old pool and a laundry room that I didn't use? The friendly young owner-investor of the property is clearly doing his best to bring this comfortable historic Route 66 motel into the 21st Century. At these bargain prices, it will take him a while longer, but the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Sure, there were a few minor cosmetic issues, to be expected in an older structure. Listen, if you are a single guy looking to save money, and still be comfortable, or a young couple on a budget, this is the place for you! If you are royalty used to high end amenities and palatial surroundings, what are you doing in rural Arizona in the first place? I used the money I saved to buy a nice big pizza (delivered), and still pocketed a few bucks. To start with the hotel had no soap had to go out and buy my own. Most of the lights in the room did not work, the towels where rough and the hotel sigh said in big letters free HBO but the hotel did not have HBO on its TV

The bed sheet has weird smell and it's not clean. The restroom is not clean to have a shower. Never would try it again!

Some reviews I saw are harsher than deserved in my opinion. I will say it could really use a remodel. Its not dirty, its old. The carpet is worn and has some stains, but it was clean. Its things like that, cracked tile in bathroom etc. Minor stuff that happens over time in an older hotel. So I will concede they could do with a remodel, but if they did, I probably wouldn't get the bargain price I did. Staff is friendly and helpful and offsets things like old carpet with good service. For the money, I was happy enough to extend my stay a few extra nights. My biggest gripe is making a left turn out of the parking lot in traffic... and that isnt their fault, just be patient. For the money, its a good deal.

I had to pay a $20 early check in fee only to get a room that had poop in toilet dirty rags on the counter new tissue paper the door handle was Mesut there was people drinking outside my room to the right and left of my room The TV only had minimal channels I was awoken the next morning by the maid beating on my door at 9 am it was not a very good place to stay

I didn’t like how I could hear the people next door. My main problem was my room never got clean when I left to be with my husband I was hoping for fresh towels and hand towel and wash cloth. The T.V. In my room there was only one channel I could watch because the rest of the channels there were you couldn’t hear what they were saying and the remote didn’t work. I think that this place could use some more work done on it when it comes to the house cleaning. I also didn’t like that I couldn’t check in when air arrived for my stay. I’m not happy with my stay at this motel I wouldn’t stay here again.

As you can see from the pictures the room was nothing like the pictures the motel posted. Filthy furniture, disgusting bathtub, bathroom counter falling off the wall. The place was so bad I slept in my clothes on top of the bedspread. I also didnt take a shower because of the condition of the bathroom. They advertise free HBO...NOT available. Horrible place to stay. The room allotted was terrible . Had to change it. The new room was also not great . The toilet was blocked and imagine the water piling up towards the toilet seat . The place should be blacklisted by Expedia for Gods sake.

The room was beyond filthy. The stains on the bed were so bad I had to get my own bedding to put on bed the even lay on it. Fresh blood even. No towels in the bathroom thank god I had my own. And it was snowing out and they have only little space heaters for heat. The shower curtain was so old and unwashed the lower half was so stains and moldy that I felt I would be dirtier taking a shower than not. There was and half used bar of soap in the tub. It was just a horrible room. I think the owners live on property. You’d think they’d have enough time to just do a once over even before they rent their rooms out again. And I am not some feed with a silver spoon type of person but I’d rather camp than sleep in someone’s else’s blood stains.

I checked in around 415pm. The rooms were even ready for me to check in. So I went to get food and came back and still wasn’t ready. The employees were loud right outside of my room. The ice machine was broken and all i was told was I could go get some from chevron.

I stayed at this hotel for a handful of months during transition to a new town and never once had a problem here. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are standard with nothing fancy attached. All in all I had a pleasant experience and never had any trouble. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't need fancy features or luxury. Simple is good and much more cost effective.

well, it had cracks around the drain and peeling paint inside i took a picture, so i could show the owner he said he didnt have anything better, all the tibs are like that well needless to say, i said i can't subject my body to some unknow toxins leaching from the tub please refund, he said contact expedia to cancel when i went to do that, the website said this hotel can not be cancelled or refunded buyer beware

The furniture, TV and carpeting were very old. The upholstered easy chair is in need of a massive steam cleaning or removal. Price per night reflected the above comments.

It is not a safe place. I have to watch truck rental with auto transport because other men watched us and looked at auto transport. They seem to wait until my famil sleeps but we decided to leave by 1 am.

I wouldn't wish anybody to stay here. It needs to be ripped down & rebuilt. The carpets were disgusting. The appliances were so old they barely worked. Despite the room when I got there the front desk was so rude.

we were told that the room was in the back of the main hotel. The room we had really needs to be updated. The air conditioner is falling apart. But it worked. The tub and shower combination need some work, the tub had rust. The paint is falling apart. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was awful. Hard to get on WiFi and bathroom was so bad I did not want to use it , the carpet was so bad that I would not walk on it bare foot . I would not stay there again if it was free.
