Loved everything except for the layout in the room. We did not like the glass that was see through into the bathroom areas. The swimming pool was dirty. Breakfast was amazing!

Two night stay Friday through Sunday with no housekeeping Saturday. Checked in late-ish Friday night and the shower was completely out of the body wash. Overall, pretty upset with this stay and if I ever have to go back to Kingman, AZ, I will be going elsewhere.

The room was average, not really worth the price I paid. I did not get the room I reserved. I got a handicap room and did not ask for this. The breakfast buffet was terrible. The staff was courteous.

Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the sound insulation was extremely poor. Noise from people walking upstairs, conversations in the hallway, and the old-style window air conditioning unit came through very clearly. These noises woke me up multiple times during the night and seriously affected the quality of sleep.

The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. $50 charge for dog was too much in my opinion. Other area hotels only charged a $25 refundable deposit. TV Channels were hard to figure out. Other than that - nice stay

Was given a disabled room and was told that's what I order on Expedia and I did not. Staff change to room, when to the new room floor and room, Disable room again. Went down to the lobby again and told the clerk she gave us a disabled room again. Told her we will go elsewhere if it happens again. She was saying that it was our preference, which I told it wasn't. Finally got a room but the lay out of the room was very awkward. Bathroom split in half at each end of the room and a closet in the middle. The t.v. was getting bad reception. One coffee cup and the exhaust fan ran continuously in each bathroom all night long and where very noisy. Will never say here again

The main issue was breakfast. We got down to breakfast at 8:40, 20 mins before the end. The eggs, oatmeal, and other options were gone and not replenished. Sausage and breads were left. We are gluten free so we didnt get any breakfast. It was really disappointing, even the $60 a night hotels can manage to restock their food items during the breakfast hours.

Woman who checked us in was gracious and very fast. Cheerfully agreed to put something into a freezer for me overnight. And room was Blea. And very quiet. Very good value too

Perfect location if coming from Cali to Grand Canypn. The room was very nice and love that toilete was separate from shower. Just think sink in toilete area should have a soap dish rather than 2 mirrors. Breakfast was full including a meat, egg and waffle bar and oatmeal bar. Definitely well priced room for all amenities available.

Kind, efficient check in. Nice room. Very well set up, larger than expected. Comfortable bed. Have been on the road eight nights in a row, this Springhill Suites was by far the best hotel at this to price point. Far superior to the other chain brands. Will stay here again.

"Pet friendly" but $50 per night for my two little white dogs was excessive. $25 per pet is normal. Room was excellent and the meal was good. Clean and neat. Had a flat tire that AAA came and changed and went down Andy Williams Blvd to a tire store to get it fixed.

The lobby looked updated. They have zero covered loading or unloading for checking in. The room was not as advertised. Two very old queen beds faced the two bathrooms. One bathroom was sink/toilet with nothing extra but two toilet paper rolls and one hand towel. The other bathroom had an old bathtub and seat along with shower heads. The bathroom doors each had frosted glass and you could see shadows and the doors did not close. No room to move around the whole layout is not a suite.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Did great adjusting my room since my reservation never ahowed i had pets even thoughbi called a d messaged through Expedia. Could use a better pet walk area, maybe some artifical turf. Hard for pets to walk on rocks and be comfortable doing buisness. Breakfast was great as well!

Fresh, clean and friendly, this place is hard to beat. The Front Desk staff are kind, generous and efficient, the modern rooms are very stylish and spacious and even the fitness center feels new and high-quality. Combine this with a meal at Mattina's, a few minutes away by car, and you come away thinking that Kingman is an unexpected delight!

It was fine. Clean. Bed was old and kinda lumpy. Maid service entered the room even though there was a DND sign on door. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

At first glance the room looked nice. After looking closer, it was obvious they had remodeled because the places where the wall was patched were visible and other things were noticeable. The room was decent and comfortable. The Sofabed was clean. The breakfast was good.

I think that it was likely one of the nicer hotels in Kingman. I’d stay here again.

I asked for clise to the elevator or clise to the lobby. They tried to put is way down the hall. We both have walkers and cant walk that far. It took forever to get a different room.

The room was noisy. We didn't sleep at all. Don't know where the noise was coming from. But, it lasted the whole night. The refrigerator was also noisy but I unplugged it.

Hi All, great location, very clean room.

Room was still dirty with an empty chip bag on the floor by the sofa, no Kleenex, not enough towels, and the air filters dirty laying on top of the air conditioning unit. It looked like maybe someone just made the beds, emptied the trash and left. The pool area was also very dirty with garbage on the floor (including a bandaid). The awning by the breakfast area was frayed and falling apart. It just looks old and a bit rundown.

Stay would have been perfect except for broken elevator. Staff were able to move us from 4th to 2nd floor.

Room condition : no paper napkin , fridge was not working, toilet sheet has some stains. No body lotion. Worst experience to stay this property.

The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. The hotel was pleasantly clean and comfortable. I liked that the toilet room had a small sink and was separate from the shower and main sink. My only two negatives about our stay was the noise from the hallway (not at all muffled), and the toilet room wall tile was missing and caulking around the sink was poorly done.

This is an attractive hotel with an excellent staff. We felt very safe and welcome during our stay. It is located in a very convenient location and there is plenty of hotel parking. There are several restaurants, tourist and shopping areas within a short driving distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Great new modern hotel. Suites are large. Good breakfast. Wish the fridge had a freezer for our ice packs but the front desk kept our ice packs frozen for us.

The layout of the room worked well for our family of four. The bathroom and couch was a plus. Enjoyed the coffee/hot chocolate bar in the lobby. No hot tub. Lots of eating options nearby. Great overnight stay for our family!

A nothing special hotel that is just about OK. Breakfast very basic and provided in lobby. Checked my card to find they'd tried to charge the full room rate to it, despite being a pre-paid booking via hotels.com. Took some time to correct, we felt the front desk didn't have a clue what they were doing.

Our stay was okay, but minimal amenities; there were not enough towels in the room (bein a suite to sleep at least 4, there was only 2 bath towels. There was no kleenex, no lotion, and the refillable shampoo was empty on the second person’s shower. The breakfast area was out of regular milk and fruit at 7:00 in the morning, as well as other things like peanut butter, jam (except grape jelly).

We enjoyed our stay especially since the bikers were staying in the same place. We felt extra safe.

Nice hotel! The only fault is that they need to update TV’s for more entertainment options. They are pretty old at least in our room.

The first room we were given keys for wasn’t cleaned…. And looked like it was a fresh sleep the night or day before. I was told that that’s the cursed room that always seems to slip through the cracks…. So it’s happened before. After lugging everything up we had to get a new room. The second room was “cleaned” but I would stay it was Marriott standards by any means. The room was half done in my opinion but at least it was clean linens. We paid 256 for the night (including taxes) and wish we would have stayed at another hotel.

There was a loud humming sound in our room which made it possible for us to fall asleep. We booked our room a month ago. We later learned that the hotel staff had known about this problem for days but we were not informed of it when we checked in. We ended up spending the night at a nearby motel. It is an utterly unethical business practice to assign a room with such a condition to any customer.

Overall the room was nice, however there was laundry cart left in the hallway overnight blocking access to my door and the office desk chair was broken and unsafe to use. The carpet is filthy and the couch has so many stains I would not sit on it.

-Concern was safety. Sliding door may fall on my family while accessing the bathroom and during our sleep. To access the bathroom, we all had to lift the heavy door and slide to close and open. -Took photos of the two loose screw and left on the countertop. - Hotel provided 3 towels for family of 5. In the morning, I went down to the front desk to requested additional towels for family. Male front desk consulted with someone in the back room and said it is our policy that I (the guest) return the three dirty towels first before issuing new ones. He also said, "guest have been stealing towels." I felt insulted. -Fortunately, a female front desk gave me the new towels. I got the 3 towels hurried to my room on the second floor and gather the three dirty towels to swap them out. -Before check out. I spoke a Shanenea to informed her about the bath door. She told me that she is putting a ticket right away. She was very helpful and professional. Overall, it was a horrible experience for my family. I felt insulted and discriminate against.
