This motel was gross. I paid extra for the suite because the photos showed a newer, nicer room. The only reason we didn't leave is because it was Midnight and I had already tried to go to 4 other hotels. All were sold out. This was the only option other than Laughlin. The bathroom is disgusting. There was stuff all over the tub, including what looked like pee drops. The floors were not clean. The bed sheets had stains... the towels had stains. I felt so gross leaving and I paid $85 even though they were advertising $39.99 on the billboard.

Do not believe the misleading photos on Google. Those were taken in about 1992. The place is under disrepair and was filthy. I am currently fighting Expedia for my money back because we didn't stay 10 minutes. Also, "Building B" rents out weekly and monthly. If you're looking for a place to sleep, you won't get any here. Awful experience all around.

Bathtub was nasty... And our room blinds didn't shut properly. Had to hang towels so people couldn't see us sleeping.

The room was Good!!! Big and clean. The only issue was that the dresser drawers were not functioning properly, especially the bottom one, Un-Usable. TV worked great except no Guide list but overall it worked fine, a sleep timer would be even better. Fairly limited on electrical outlets. Now days we all need multiple outlets, LOL. Location is very convenient and dogs allowed is a Major Plus. Great staff too.

Room was OK. Bed was good and I was able to get a good night sleep. But the floors were not sealed and the they were filthy. I hope they do something about that.

Tv didn’t work called front desk they said they would send maintenance. Never showed. Blinds were stuck and wouldn’t go down. No refrigerator. Microwave didn’t work. Air was very loud and didn’t cool. Have stayed here 3 times. The first two were ok but this time makes me not want to come back

I wouldn’t stay here if I were you. You know the old saying you get what you paid for, well this place is true! Got to my room and she said it was a newly renovated room. The only thing that was renovated was the paint in the floor and they put a new furniture. Everything else was old and disgusting. When I went in the room, it smelled like musty cigarettes. The bedsheets were dirty and there was something on the hand towel that was supposed to be clean that was brown. 🙄 the TV didn’t work either and they have a signed post in the lobby that the refrigerators are microwaves may or may not work. The street noise was so loud because it’s right by the freeway and all the trucks go by and that I couldn’t even sleep. I would choose another hotel if I were you.

There was nothing to like!!! Smoking room...no ashtray, no trash can and no toilet paper. Went to ask for it, however, the man behind the desk was more interested in booking more rooms, than waiting on a already checked in customer. I retrieved what I needed from my car. Internet was shaky. Television went out. Horrible!!! I should get a refund.

Folks avoid this place at all costs. The room we were given had not been cleaned from the last occupants Then it was on the second story two buildings away so we went back and he gave us the room next to it it,had no towels and in the tub 3 giant spiders we did not stay there

The location Where do I begin? The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets were questionably clean. We rented two rooms, in one room the tv didn’t work and the blinds were broken. In the other the fridge didn’t work and there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. The keys didn’t work well for either room. The floor in both rooms were not clean, and they smelled bad.

No working internet, loud and rude neighbors, no fridge or microwave when you stay longer than 30 days. I had no toilet paper upon check in and when you make a request or several of them the staff ignore ya. Super customer service. I see why they attract what they do.

That place is so filthy they never clean. They never changed the bed sheet and pillowcase hair all over on pillowcase and I have bit black butt all over my arm. That place is terrible. I will not go back again I want credit back to me. I already called them. They told me their credit for me. If they know, I will call my bank.

Staff were super friendly and helpful Facilitys were broken and a lot of mess sink would not drain unless used ice bucket container to empty sink, lamps and some lights were missing bulbs and bathroom was dirty

Plumbing was plugged up when i got there. Called office buy never came to fix it

Close to arbys No TV shower wasn't working ..the help staff not helpful no fixing the problem

Security lock on door was broken, blinds on window were broken, bathroom door wouldn't close easily or lock, toilet lid was extremely loose, sink was cracked with an inoperable drain, refrigerator leaked water onto floor, exhaust fan in bathroom loose and inoperable, remote control would not turn on the TV, the dead cockroach on the floor was a bonus i suppose.

The room was acceptably clean but a little run down. Sheets were clean but the floors, walls not so much. A fairly seedy area with urchins creeping around at night, causing me to sleep very lightly and keep the window cracked so I could hear if anyone was fiddling with my truck. As a result, the freeway noise kept me up. Very affordable but…

Thankfully the heater worked great. Didn’t shower, didn’t even trust to brush my teeth there. Went to Dennys in the morning to use the bathroom, brush teeth, and gave a bite before hitting the road. Thought of it as “just a warm place to sleep” while roadtripping. Although if it would’ve been refundable, I think I would’ve just preferred to sleep in my car. Would not recommend and won’t be back! Sad because the pictures looked decent

The front desk agent went up and out of her way to make sure an error on my reservation was corrected. She even stayed 20 min late to make sure it got finished.

Rooms not at all as pictured. Disgusting and dirty. Our room smelled awful and had roaches. Dirty walls doors, broken, duct taped bathroom, and no toilet paper. The hotel is privately owned and has a no refund under any circumstances policy. Never again

They offer a smoking room but don't provide an ash tray, my didn't have a garbage can and when reported to the desk they said it would be handled but wasn't, ripped and burnt chair at table (1) only, and dirty stained walls that just needed to be wiped.

Major Dusty lamp shades! Complained got a different room. 2nd room had dog poop still in corner of room rubbed into baseboard like attempted to clean and kibble in floor.floor gross crumbs everywhere. Shower old and disgusting. Shower curtain stained gross.only 1 light bulb in room.We Complained lady came examind room brought several keys to rooms . Looked at 4 more rooms all dirty . Settled on the last one but wished we would have left and lost money and gone somewhere else but it was late by then. This room had dingy towels one looked used and rolled up for clean, but wasn't.Shower that had grime and hair in it, still used bar of soap . Hubby had to go get his tools and fix door stiker so door would stay shut and lock! The photos of the rooms are very misleading and no where near what you actually stay in. I would never recommend staying here. While I get you get what you pay for I have never experienced such poor conditions before in this price range.

Even though they had card keys the door wasn’t automatically locked when the door closed the bath tub was old and decrepit the wall hairdryer didn’t work and was literally covered in dirt etc.

I stay at 9 to 10 hotels monthly as I travel from office to office. This place was one of the worst. The TV didn't work. She blamed it on the storm then it was the HDMI cable. I travel with one and checked it and it wasn't the cable. Then she couldn't help mme any more because it was the storm she said.There was no ice machine. They took it out in purpose. Really, no ice machine? Just a lousy place to stay and a family that doesn't care about their place. They said it was family owned. Stay here if you are homeless. They have a weekly rate.

The actual hotel room was disgusting. First when we went in our room door was wide open. The towels and wash cloths where on the ground the roof was actually falling apart hanging down. The outlets in the room didn’t have covers. Which wouldn’t be a problem but I have 3 small children. The people were wonderful but the room itself was terrible.

NO covers on electrical plates thus lamp, hairdryer, TV would NOT work; towels like pumus bars, tub dirty, NO lock door, lock on pool for 9.75 of 10 days, outside trash constantly, THEN they blew parking lot to recover and HAD to put towels in front of door & windows as was blowing in. Truck had 3/4-1" of dust on. They could have notified people ahead of time, no room service daily, twice in 7 days BUT only two towels period to start, thus daily had go front desk, very very small bars soap one in 7 days!! Never again!!

I did not like that the office was on the other side of Dennys restaurant you have to walk to the office to get wash clothes and toilet paper.. the bed was a old coil spring mattresses that was wore out ten or more years ago . First morning we had no wash clothes and a very little amount of TP. I called to tell them they said housekeeping would be told and it would be taken care of. Upon our return that evening no supplies called office they said I don’t labor why they told you that you have to come get what you need..I would never stay here again it’s bad I dare say almost the worst I’ve endured trying to save a couple bucks. Do not recommend this property at all.

Asked for handicap accessible room for my brother who needs to be in. His wheelchair and did not get a room that was easy for him to get too my brother fell out of his wheelchair off the curb and hit his head on the concrete.. the bathroom had hair all over the window was broke and the ac unit is full of dust.. my daughter room has no lights no outlets that work and the Ac units are dusty as well staff was very sweet and helpful but we will not be stay here again

Went to the front desk to let them know we would not be staying there and wanted a refund. Tried getting in tough with the manger and the lady at the desk was being . The stay was terrible as soon aa we walked in. The odor was bad, found roaches in the bathtub and crawling on the tv stand. The tv did not work, the outlet we tried had no power to it. Overall it waa a very disappointing stay.

We did not stay because there were several groups of people standing in the parking lot. 1 room had dirty linens on the beds. 1 room was dead bolted from the inside.

Met the crew leader who cleans the rooms and she apologized and said that if they don’t get to our room that day (Sat) then it would definitely be on Sunday. Got back to the room Sunday night, not cleaned. Garbage overflowing, no fresh towels. Like they say, you get what you pay for.

Met the crew leader who cleans the rooms and she apologized and said that if they don’t get to our room that day (Sat) then it would definitely be on Sunday. Got back to the room Sunday night, not cleaned. Garbage overflowing, no fresh towels. Like they say, you get what you pay for.

There were cockroaches and fleas in the room that we found immediately. Next there was literally blood stains everywhere in the room, all over the floor and the walls. The blankets had stains all over them and the locks to the door didn’t work and had been broken. Pretty sure a murder occurred in there. Would never recommend that anyone stay here. -100 out of 10.

When we arrived the tv didn`t work. We had to call the front desk 3 times to get it fixed. It took almost 2 hrs. We left and couln' t get back in our room. The door was messed up.

If you want dirty feet after a shower, just walk on the floor! Also don't get electrocuted using the broken plug in receptacle. Noisey highway beside it didn't work for me.

It could use a few renovations, the shower rod fell down, but we were able to wedge into a position that it stayed up. It was good enough for a quick overnight stop.

Have stayed at this property before, it was called knights in before. It seems to be a long term stay motel. The property seems to be in the middle of an upgrade. 4am screamer in the parking lot did not help.

Stopped for a night cuz we were too tired to get to Vegas. Room was cheapest in the city. Room smelled, beds weren’t the worst, towels were all dirty. Won’t stay there again.

The room was dirty sheets, had yellow stains. I get advised the front desk lady and instead of taking care of the issue. She directed me to the training. Ladies and walked away, then they stated that the room was clean. I ended up walking in and walking out. I did not stay there. Went to another hotel

We stayed at the Silver Queen Inn from 05/18 through 05/22, on Kingman, AZ. The motel room was very clean. It's dated, but we found the room to be comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent always asking if we needed anything for the room. The complex is quiet, other patrons we're quiet. We will stay there again.

The door to our room had clearly been kicked in once before, missing the number plaque on the door, shower disgusting and flooded all the room when used, tv not working, remote missing a battery, telephone in room not working, very loud due to the road noise, staff not provided WiFi info and when received after asking, incredibly poor WiFi. 0/10

Toilets need to be updated. The low (14") are much too low for senior citizens.

The desk clerk was very nice a courtious. The Hotel has the worst repairs made in a hotel I've seen. They obviously spent way more than they had to on repairs and then the repairs were done wrong. We had to go buy pillows and wished for an extra blanket.

We did end up staying due for the rooms being to dirty and with bed bugs !! We ask to change the room but the other room was worse, they didn’t wanted to refund my money, do not stay!!!

There was dried snot on the blanket and the refrigerator was dirty and so was the floor. The bathroom was good.

This is place is only in dire need. When I reserved for two rooms with 4 people and only get one towel per room that's bad. One room a guy was hooked up to an I.V. and looked very sketchy. We stayed only I've night of the two. The sheets had nasty stains. Found a bug in one of the beds. Please don't waste your time with staying here.

Dump. Should never be on hotels. Front desk says refer/microwave not guaranteed but listed on hotels. No breakfast. One towel, no hand towel, no wash cloth. No bath mat or safety for tub. Ac does not work. On my check in police on property to evict guest. Long term resident hangs on the patio with a shoulder holster and Big gun. Parks truck in two spaces. Avoid. Hotels should reconsider listing this dump.

We didn’t pay a lot, so we didn’t expect too much. However, there were NO TOWELS available since they were full the night before. We were told we’d get towels later in the evening, but that never happened. A handy man would keep very busy at this facility!! They should definitely have a surplus of towels, but perhaps no one was doing the laundry?? The light fixture in the bathroom had a lot of bugs in it. The bed was fine, but it’s nice to be able to take a shower with towels to use afterwards……

Very disappointed there’s no ice ice fishing down can’t operate TVs in the room. Know if I can help you they give you one cow for two people no rush/no nasty inside your office there they have no soda no ice. Also they charge me for a night, but I didn’t even get it because for some reason you guys didn’t do it, but you still charge me and check my money and we sent me back my money For all the noisy loud people in the back of the building so people like myself and my friend be getting sweet because it’s so loud

Checked in. Had to be moved from room 119 to room 117. Room 119 was flooded. Got to room 117. The people in 118 were try to get in our room when we were still in 119. Then was up all night because people above us sounded like they were running a marathon all night. Left tv on to drown out noise but didn’t work. Refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed so we could use it and the microwave didn’t work.

Rooms were extremely dirty, carpets bedding a/c not cooling at all when asked the front desk to change rooms, the answear was that’s all it is, no offering any other solution for cleaning or giving clean bedding

The first thing when you enter your room is the bad smell! And they completely lost me ever coming back when I noticed I only had 1 towel nothing else just a lonely towel no wash clothe nothing! The furniture was way old and missing pieces and holes in the chair like the whole seat was gone! The first sign you see is this is an independent hotel NO REFUNDS! 5 years ago I stayed here and the ice machine was broken and surprise surprise it’s still broken. Pay the extra $10 bucks and stay at any of the other hotels in the area!

The room was very dirty. I mopped the floor with my bath towel and it was black. My stay was for 2 nights and I didn’t get fresh towels for the 2nd night

Pool closed in 80 degrees, ice machine inoperable, sketch people everywhere on property, refused to change my room for one where I could see my vehicle, one towel in a room that sleeps 4. I'd rather sleep in my vehicle. Save your money. No refund 😕

Well, I am grateful we stayed here, because we will not be back. The room was not clean, we had one towel and hand towel. we got more. The room was quiet, thank goodness we went to sleep early. Starting about 5:30 am, 6 am the world outside our room exploded? I don't know why people need to play their music so loud and at 6 am?? the hotel advertised a continental breakfast, but there was none? interesting motel? we slept, got a shower and we will not be back.

This place was a joke, we checked in and was assigned a room we pull up to the room door was wide open there was no bedding on the beds, we get another room it was full of roaches, 3rd room no lights and full of roaches, 4th room everything was disassembled and pushed into the middle of the room, 5th beyond dirty, with holes everywhere.

The room was horrible it was nothing like the pictures on hotel.com I booked 2 rooms one double bed and one single, in the double one of the beds had stains on the sheet and the tv didn’t work we also didn’t have any rags or towels and toilet paper when we arrived. The single also had no towels or toilet paper the bed was broke and the chair was filthy and the shower had mildew in there and the bed sheets and covers were also dirty.
