The bathroom could use some work. The window shutters do not block the light out of the room, so it was very light and hard to sleep. Staff was very nice, and the breakfast was great.

my husband and I both got salads and it took forever to get them. Other people were getting their hot food before our cold salads. Only one weight staff was on duty doing tables and the bar. And although there were only two other tables occupied, it still seemed too much for her to handle.

The ONLY complaint was that our AC didn’t work properly. It blew cool air, but it definitely was not cold in our room. We let them know when we checked out that our AC wasn’t working right and she said she’d let maintenance know- I’m hoping she followed through. If it wasn’t for the fact that we checked in late (10ish) and we left early (8:30) we would have requested another room. Overall, I’d stay here again.

Check in took a bit longer than normal. Room was clean and the beds were ok. Not too hard, not real soft but the lines were nice and clean. The door was really hard to close and there was a big gap of light that came through the sides of it. Shutters were dirty and needed cleaning but other than that, room was clean. Restaurant had limited menu but was good and waitress was great! Continental breakfast really wasn’t very good and didn’t offer much selection.

Room was nice and clean and looked recently updated. I likes the flooring...no carpet to hold stains or oders. I would stay there again and would recommend to travelers. Yes, there are train tracks behind the building and trains run on the tracks, but my room was in the front part of the complex and I did hear them but it didn't bother me. Besides, my house is by train tracks and I hear them all the time so I've zoned out that noise. There were a few noises from people walking up the stairs, but again, I think that is noise that I zoned out. All in all, I'd stay there again.

We had a few problems when we checked in. The staff was very helpful and had everything corrected the next day. This is an older property so everything needs some work. The drawings/sketches was great. Lots of character.

the room was fine but dated. The shower head had mineral deposits so I had to scrub the head to get a better flow. The real issue was the units floor. Some water was spilled an we used a towel to wipe it. It was brown. I had been walking around in my socks and they were black on the bottom.

There was a shortage of staff to refill things like hot water. Also the front desk could have been staffed by 2 people as there was usually a line at check in and check out. Don't know if the restaurant attached to the hotel is run by the hotel, but the food was awful. However, we appreciated the waitress who was very nice about sending back my husband's dish.

Location - trains run by the back of the hotel all day and night. They were short staffed so breakfast was service was slow and unkept.

Breakfast was the one downfall of this place

The motel is entertaining with all the paintings of celebrities and slogans on the columns and walls, but it has its problems. The cleaning staff knocked and came it at 7:30am to empty the trash and make the bed - while one of us was in the shower! The breakfast was severely limited and wasn’t replenished when it was running low. They ran out of food before breakfast hours were over - especially fresh fruit and yogurt. My brother had his credit card information stolen on that trip and he strongly thinks it was at check in. I would recommend taking pictures of the cute outside, but stay elsewhere.

We normally love this place but this time we checked in to the room and it wasn’t cleaned from the traveller before us. Hopefully a one of. Just kind of tough to be unable to get a bed at 1:30am

Great location. Nice pool. Breakfast was limited- no yogurt or bagels but had toast, eggs, sausage and waffle maker, cereal. Staff was wonderful. Housekeeping made sure we had the towels we requested. The toilet paper rolls were small and had to keep asking for more.

I loved the murals painted everywhere about Hollywood. The pool was nice and the beds very comfy. In the morning, the water in the shower was only lukewarm.

My biggest grievance would be that the beds sit on top of metal “skirting” that if you get just the slightest bit too close to, you kick and it is very loud. The plug to the sink was also flimsy and got stuck and had to be pulled out to let the sink drain.

Unusual 1-night stay in Kingman. The hotel has many wall paintings all over the place. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Free parking on site. A modern coffee machine and a modern TV with YouTube support would be nice to have. No iron in the room.

The room was nice, I like that there was a refrigerator & microwave in it. The restaurant is a plus. Nothing that I didn’t like about it.

The room itself is renovated and clean. The bathroom is subpar and one of the worst I’ve seen at hotels unfortunately.

The courtyard was very nice Faucet in bathroom did not work properly. Room door had the bottom seal loose and binding when opening and closing the door. The AC/heater unit did not work on auto or low fan setting and got cool but not cold. Ran out of food in Breakfast room.

Vintage look and Route 66 art was great, with a beautiful courtyard. But, motel has no elevator, so it is hard for those with mobility issues. Our room had a trip hazard in the doorway. Refrigerator didn't work, nor did the TV remote for turning the TV on and off. Room was a nice size, but the TV was way too small for it. Breakfast area was also out of many items. Manager was not available.

Poolside gazebo was right outside our room so lots of fun. Out of 4 nights we only asked for a room clean once. They made the bed and replaced towels and that was it. The toilet was dirty and the floor had not been swept.

There was no ice bucket or cups for water. In Arizona!?! Also non stop trains running throughout the night that could be heard clearly in our room !

The hotel is old, but extremely well kept, and the staff was all amazing! A very neat place with paintings of many movie stars and movie scenes all over the walls throughout. The beds were great, the shower very good, and there was a free hot breakfast that was also very good. The restaurant/lounge onsite is very neat - stop in and see it even if you aren't hungry or thirsty. We would definitely stay here again.

Big swimming pool that we didn't use. The old style decoration. Decent breakfast. Two staff at check in who were so slow and took each guest 20 minutes for check in. No elevator so you need to carry all your luggage up if you are not staying on the ground floor. Plugs and lamps in the room are loose and old.

This was a very nice hotel especially for the money. If you are looking for a safe, clean, convenient place to stay this will suite you just fine. I was very impressed with the murals that were painted in so many places. I would stay here again.

It was a Route 66 fun style murals of old movie stars. Good location. Staff friendly. We were put in a dark pet room. We have a very small dog. I guess that’s what you get when you travel with your pet.

Kitschy, nostalgia motel close to Route 66 exit. Friendly and helpful staff. Pet friendly with a pet park and grassy area. USB ports and light fixtures broken or not working. Loud refrigerator, but got by fine for a night's stay. Good breakfast with make your own waffles and breakfast sausages with coffee and juice.

The area, the pool No breakfast, recepcionista and cooker were rude. About 20 guest and the only food was waffles and coffee. It was no yogurt, bread, fruit, eggs, sausage, they run out of everything and recepcionista and cooker were saying” we do what we can, it’s Easter Sunday and we CAN’T go to the store. I told them that we pay for a hotel room on Sunday it was not given free to us and that included the continental breakfast. Terrible services specially from a chain like Ramada, never will stay there again.

Yes, the front door kept jamming on. It was hard to get in and faucet in the bathtub was broken. Route 66 On the walls.

We were a bit disappointed with our recent visit. The restaurant now closes at 9 PM, which is earlier than we remembered from about three years ago. We arrived at 8:30 PM and were informed they were closing soon, so we weren’t able to be seated or dine in. There were still a few tables occupied at the time, which made the experience a bit confusing. We just wish the hours were later or more clearly communicated.

Cost. Ease of check in and out. How clean it was. The shutter fell it took all night to figure out. Disturbed my sleep, also allowed anyone to peep in on us. In a down position it didn't close completely. But, in an up position it closed completely. This was on the right side the vibration of the a/c caused it to fall down.

My recommendation is to stay somewhere else. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, and the restaurant smelled even worse. There are signs all over the place that state it's a no smoking facility, yet the staff is at the entrance to the lobby puffing away. We had some dirty towels nicely folded in our bathroom, as if they were clean. The sink was clogged, and the TV didn't work. The reviews state that this was a 7.2 star hotel. It most definitely is not.

We got the hotel because they had tubs. I asked for plug for the tub so I could take a bath. They said maintenance would come. We waited 2hr for maintenance to show. No body showed. When we went out, I was going to ask agent at the desk. No one there. Then when we came back nobody. I gave up, no hot bath for me. Nice place for overnight. Clean room nice staff when you get one.

The property and room were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived for the publicized hot breakfast well over an hour before the kitchen closed. No eggs. Staff were apologetic but management refused to adequately fund breakfast. Many families were surprised and dissapointed by managements neglect.

Very friendly stuff! Pool is huge and clean, lots of palm trees gives you that resort feel :) spacey green space to rest and enjoy outside. Breakfast was tasty, and the bar onsite made the stay convenient and fun. We got clean room with easy pool access and comfortable beds. Stuff changed towels each day without asking for it :) I wish they had room service to order food :)

I showered in my socks as the room wasn’t clean. The wood slat blinds let in a lot of light from the lights outside each room so it was hard to sleep. I did not feel safe there.

Over all the property was clean the staff was nice and accommodating. The property was not new but was good for an overall buget friendly place to stay. Breakfast is very basic and not something you would want to eat everyday.

This was our first time staying at the Ramada in Kingman, the property was attractive due to the paintings on the wall throughout the property. Giving it a hint of history. I really didn’t have any interaction with staff other than the front desk, and that was a little rough at first, it looked like the clerk was having a bad day, she wasn’t rude or anything towards me but it looked like she was frustrated. The property was near the park I was working a baseball tournament so it made it easy to get to my destination. Other than that no other issues. I recommend the Ramada in Kingman AZ.

Decent stay. More economic than other options. Loud AC, mostly clean, quick bfast. Not the Ritz but wld stay again for a quick layover stay.

I chose this hotel because of the high ratings. However, my room was dirty. The bed spread was stained and underneath that the sheets were dirty. There were crumbs and hairs. The staff was very friendly, but the bedding completely ruined the experience.

Got a late check out and was woken up by cleaning and got a call from the front desk. Told them we had a late check out and they said it wasn’t written down. Went to take a shower to get ready and there was no water due to them working on the water but was never notified. Will not be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless and well maintained, and the reception team was very professional. Check in was easy and fast, which made arriving a breeze. Our room was large, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Highly recommend staying here.

The restaurant was fine, food was good and hot and service ok. Complimentary breakfast was sad and coffee was watered down. We would not stay there a second time. We only did so because we have 2 small dogs, they are pet friendly and it was a route 66 novelty type place, we thought.

I got double charged. Paid in hotels.com and then they changed me again at the hotel. I went to tell them and they said no it's pending and will drop off that it's just the deposit. But I said it's a really strange number for a security deposit. It was like $67 and change. And now it went through so they double charged me

“Area manager” was very rude when I decided not to stay because there was not going to be breakfast as advertised due to construction, plus the condition of the hotel looked in poor condition. I had booked only 20 minutes before checking into the hotel, but I was refused any refund. We were two single women, we did not feel safe.

Awesome hotel with fun paintings all over the walls. Cool pool area, cool view of mountains. And friendly service. On our trip around the country, we stayed at more luxurious hotels than this but this place was by far the coolest. We'd pick it again everytime.

Ramada is a dated hotel in Kingman, breakfast was reasonable for the price. Staff were very helpful, close to I 40 will stay here again if I am in the area!

While the location is a little loud, and the rooms are a bit long in the tooth, reception was friendly and efficient, and the room was clean. For an inexpensive single night stay in the road, I would highly recommend this Ramada.

It’s not a 5 star hotel but for it not being a 5 star hotel it was a good stay. Staff was nice, property was nice, my room was nice. It might be the best hotel in kingman to be honest

Wish the bed and shower were better and people weren’t so loud at every waking hour.

The staff was great but the room was in dire needs of a good cleaning or paint. The door to room was very hard to open. Weather stripping was coming off. Needs an overhaul.

Dog run was underwhelming and poorly maintained, other guests were noisy making it hard to rest, literally next to train tracks with trains running by all night.

Went through a total of three rooms before finding one with clean sheets. First room had bugs all in the shower

So many things wrong with this place. Dirtiness, the noise from the train and neighbors. Card was authorized unapproved extra 200. They said it’s just a auth but no funds available.

The hotel didn't have the highest scores, but our room was very nice and seemed recently remodeled. With that said, there was no elevator to the upper floor, which would make it difficult with heavy bags. The breakfast had a lot to be desired.

This hotel is in the side of a business railway line. Every 15-30 minutes throughout the night the room would shudder as the heavy freight trains would go by. After a night of little sleep you’re then greeted by the sounds of your neighbours having showers or using the hair dryer.

The lady at the front desk kept saying it was not showing at her end that I had a deluxe king room and she had the receipt on her hand and it clearly stated I had a deluxe king room. We had to go back and forth arguing until she finally gave us a king deluxe room which that was what I paid for.

We had a great stay Wyndham in Kingman. It was fun and quirky. Our room was clean and comfortable. There were parts of it that could have been kept up better but none of that bothered us at all. We would stay again.

Stayed for a wedding. The price was fair and we needed accommodations last minute. It worked for what we needed it for but wouldn't stay again if other options were there.

Checking in was easy, and we really enjoyed the unique vibe of the hotel—especially all the amazing murals painted on the walls. The pool was nice, though it looked a bit green, but the kids had a great time swimming regardless. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. When we had an issue with our door, they quickly switched us to another room with no hassle. Overall, a fun and pleasant experience!

I have stayed here numerous times, when traveling to Albuquerque. All my stays have been fine. This stay was disappointing. There was a known leak in my room's toilet. When I arrived at my room, I noticed a small puddle . Cleaned it up, and everything seemed ok. When I returned from dinner, my bathroom was flooded! I closed the valve to the toilet, and went to the front desk. When I told the agent there was a leak, she said, Oh, from the toilet? Maintenance is coming to fix that tomorrow morning. She gave me some beach towels to clean up all the water. So, I cleaned up the flood, had no toilet during my stay, and a maintenance man showing up to my room, first thing in the morning. Why would they put me in a room with a known leak? Why wasn't I offered another room?And, when I checked out, why wasn't I offered a refund on my room. When I mentioned everything to the front desk, when I was leaving, all she said was, Oh... Did he fix the toilet? I told her he didn't, because he needed to replace the filler float.

Cool older motel with a very nice pool area and lots of fun murals, grounds were very nice with nice landscaping, staff was friendly and helpful, ok stay with a reasonable rate.

The staff was wonderful, kind, and helpful. But in the end, I requested a refund and went elsewhere due to the property's location (didn't feel safe), train noise, and general shabbiness.

Very loud and children kept knocking on our door trying to get into the wrong room and the floor was dirty, my feet were black when I left. The sign for the room number is tiny and beside instead of on the door, easy fix and then i wouldnt have been woken up at 4am. Also the lock didnt work. This could very easily become a very nice hotel.

Convenient location

We just stayed over night. Bed was comfy. Air was loud but worked great. Was a little dirty. Conferyer had hair. And the was a was a dirty q tip lift on nightstand.

Comfortable place conveniently off the freeway but quiet. Family friendly for sure. Many things on the menu at the restaurant were not available. Pet Friendly but there IS a $20 fee -- that's fine, but should be noted on Hotels.com site.

We had issues with checking in. I did it online but because of the credit card being in my husband’s name, I had to redo it at the desk. Then after getting our keys and walking to the room only to find it was already occupied. I know there was one other family with the same issue.

The pool was not operable. Check in was lengthy for our group.

It's ok. The attached restaurant has a limited menu. The paintings on the outside walls are pretty cool. I couldn't believe that this hotel has no luggage carts. We had to walk quite a distance to our room and had to make 2 trips.

It was disappointing to discover that the pool was out of service. It was a (historic?) Route 66 hotel which is fine if that's what youre looking for but I was expecting a more modern hotel like the Ramada in Flagstaff that I was familiar with.

Also I tried to buy tooth paste from their vending machine and it charged me $3.00 twice but did not dispense the toothpaste and I informed the staff and was told I had to call the vending machine company so I got charged twice for a product I did not received.

Very old property. Bed is fragile, make noise when you sleep, ac makes strong noise, when you take shower bathtub water stuck. Terrible experience. Price is very high.

Nice room and comfortable bed. I was disappointed that the pool was closed to clean up algae in the water. The landscaping was very nice but not trimmed and looked overgrown. Restaurant on site had limited menu. Hopefully a work in progress

I would avoid this place! I thought this would be an interesting place to stay and have an experience at but it was just a crappy hotel with cool murals but rhe murals were the ONLY thing nice. Krystal is who we checked in with but not before she was downing animals to the couple checking in before us. Some people love animals Krystal, they aren't judgy like humans like yourself. Then the restaurant on site was very expensive with not great tasting food at all. They had one waitress on for the whole restaurant/bar. She was nice and we tipped well because we felt bad for her. Then we went to do laundry and there was NO change machine and Krystal from front desk said that she couldn't give us 2$ in quarters so my poor husband had to literally sprint across the street to get change from a gas station. Then one of the dryers ate our two dollars and it was a nightmare to try to get a refund for that. No one could fix the dryer. Around 10am this morning in check out the house keeper walked in on us even though I registered online for our check out time to be 11am. We are lucky we weren't naked or my kids weren't either. Also my husband has just taken the dogs potty so luckily they were not in there to attack the house keeper that walked in. This was a horrible time and I will never stay here again and this is a warning to others!!!

We got there at 4pm checked in, the room was not ready. Had to go get another room. The yardman cutting grass ta 9 pm. We needed the dryer and needed some change for the mach. no coin changer. Went to front desk, the ladies told me to go to the car wash across the street to get change. The breakfast was not good, runny eggs, dry sausage, cold coffee.

Motel is a bit unique with its murals, good free breakfast. Shutters instead of curtains, sun and facility lights will definitely peak through shutters. If you walk around your room barefoot, you’ll need to wash your black feet. Bed was comfortable had a good sleep until the rising sun peeked through the shutters.Motel definitely has rout 66 theme and feel.

Run down a bit, needs an upgrade. Someone's food was still in the fridge when we checked into room. This place is just sleep, get up and leave.

The landscaping around the property was very nice, and most of the staff were pleasant. Our room was relatively quiet despite being next to a train track. However, I was not impressed with the breakfast. The eggs didn't taste good, but the sausages were decent. Unfortunately, the coffee was cold.

Nice quiet room. Little to no toilet paper and could have used another towel. Also maid service was making noise smacking broom on the door at 9am and asking me if I was staying another night. This is why I didn't give 5 stars but front desk was nice and liked the fast check in option.

Ramada's name has always been nice, but this place was the exception. When I asked for some coffee, they told me that there was no fresh coffee and nothing was available at the moment. The parking was far from our room. The towels were old.

We were just driving through and the Ramada was right off the highway, the history painted in the walls is a great touch.

The property was average; however, the staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but not luxury accommodations. There was a nice clean pool and table available outside for enjoyment. There is a restaurant on site, however I did not eat there, but seemed very fun and cozy. The site is really embracing the "route 66" feel with plenty of nostalgia everywhere, but in a tasteful fashion. The breakfast was adequate and tasty. For me malted waffles are the best. My husband enjoyed the scrambled eggs and sausage. We stayed here on route to the Grand Canyon and made a point to stay here again on route back. No frills, but nice people.

Property needs some serious updates. Refrigerator was wobbly and falling over. Not very cold at all. Shower head was nasty and water was going everywhere.
