The bathroom sink doesn’t have a plug so women be careful of your rings and jewelry. Staff is super friendly and very responsive to all your requests.

Nice place
- 5/5
Everyone here has been wonderful. Our car broken down about an hour away and everyone has been so willing to help us in anyway they could. I truly have never felt such wonderful hospitality these people are amazing, kind and genuinely care about you.

Breakfast was ok - usual for Home2 properties. Property felt s though it could dowith an overhaul compared to other Home2 properties we have stayed in. The bedding was disappointing. Thin sheet which just covered the bed - not big enough to tuck in tight. The duvet was very thin and the cover keptfalling off the bed during the night (we are not restless sleepers) so that we kept waking up as the total cover weight kept changing. If one of us turned over, the other was left with no covers. The property is also quite close to the interstate and the traffic could be heard in the room which was suboptimal.

Coffee was cold, the rest was ok.
- 4/5
Great stay!
- 3/5
THE FIRE PIT WAS BROKEN AND THAT IS ONE OF THE REASON OUR GROUP CHOSE THIS FACILITY. THE BREAKFASTWAS AWFUL. ALL OF THE COOKED FOOD WAS PROCESSED. IF YOU LIKE RUBBER EGGS THEN THIS IS THE PALCE FOR YOU.
- 5/5
Very clean room and comfortable bed. Descent breakfast
- 5/5
The Quietness of the room was Wonderful
- 4/5
Overall presentation The bathroom door was extremely difficult to open and close!
- 4/5
This was a nice clean place to stay. Most of the staff could use a little more training in being helpful and friendly. They didn't seem to care about any conversations or what was going on. The evening staff was a new employee and was really struggling. He made it clear that he had only 3 days of training before he was left on his own. The key making system seemed to be broken so EVERY person that checked in got keys that didn't work and had to go all the way back to the front desk to get another set of keys made. He was really frustrated. When i talked to the manager the next day about it, she didn't seem to be concerned but said that corporate was working on it. I was in the lobby waiting for my laundry to run after we checked in and there were at least 20 people that had bad keys and were not very happy about it.
- 4/5
Clean and reasonable price
- 4/5
We had to ask for the room to be cleaned and fresh towels, they did not tell us that when we checked in
- 3.5/5
It's clear that the hotel is understaffed. While everyone who was working did a fantastic job, there just wasn't enough man power to keep up with the hotel needs.
- 3/5
Gym excellent. Pool is tiny. Property is newer but tired already. Lots of stains in carpet and couch. While there, one of the dryers was broken so laundry was delayed. It’s a good quality truck stop type of hotel. Not what we were expecting.
- 4/5
We have stayed at many Home 2 Suites. The carpet in the room we stayed in had stains on it and the glass shower door was really hard to close. Otherwise, it was good.
- 5/5
This was an amazing property. The staff was verykind and welcoming.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and updated. Lots of amenities in the room, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher!, comfortable bed, large tv, quiet.
- 5/5
Shower head could have been better. Sparse water flow.
- 4/5
Nice and clean hotel. Excellent staff. Bad water pressure this time in shower
- 0.5/5
Nothing. The service was so terrible and our booking was refused yet they still charged me directly for a stay I had already paid for. The big blonde woman is rude. They refused my reservation, charged my debit card (I couldn't even give them a credit card before they did it, embarrassed me in front of my mom and friend as well as other hotel guests. I was put in a situation that was absolutely terrible. The hotel staff is horrible and they lie about charging things. I contacted Hilton and they 100% blame booking.com for not sending them the information and payment in the first place. The lady also said that the rate I was given through booking.com was not one they could honor. This was my first day away from home in over 10 years, I had a 75 and an 87 year old women with me after we traveled 6 hours and had walked around 3 only to have to drive home 5 hours all in the same day. So much for my birthday trip.
- 5/5
Veey nice rooms. Roomy and the bed was very comfy.
- 5/5
Very nice all the way around . Recommend
- 4/5
It is a good stay.
- 5/5
We were next to the ice machine in the hall... heard ice crashing (releasing new ice) several times during the night, loud enough to wake us up each time.
- 4/5
Thank you 🙏
- 5/5
Breakfast very good indeed. Fresh and varied. Handicapped parking very close to entrance and carts easily available. Door pressure pretty difficult for handicapped. TV controllers needed basic operational instructions but staff immediately responded.
- 5/5
We stay at this hotel a few times a year it's always exceptional. The people are always friendly. They know me my name. I love that!
- 5/5
Very responsive and friendly!
- 3/5
Room was nice and clean, pillows and bed were not very uncomfortable
- 3/5
Efficient but a little drab—off the highway, pet relief area is behind the building, loud.
- 5/5
Room was clean, great location
- 5/5
Great hotel but was sad we couldn’t get a room in the 4th floor when we asked hasn’t been a problem any other hotel we stayed at
- 5/5
Stayed one driving through Arizona to get to New Mexico. Front desk lady was super polite, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was just ok. Would stay again.
- 4.5/5
Shower door needed to be adjusted as it didn't move. The shower head needed the minerals to be cleaned out as the water sprayed to far left and far right. Short some silverware. The serving dish was placed back into storage with food debris still on it.
- 4/5
It was fine. Staff was rude when it was time to check out
- 5/5
This was an overnight thing passing through.
- 5/5
Close to highway and in excellent condition
- 4/5
Nice place.
- 4/5
The room was very clean, comfortable bed and and they accommodated me with an early check in. I also forgot my usb plug, but they had one and was able to use it and charge my phone. The hot tub was down and being repaired, so I didn't spend time in the pool. However.... the pool area was small, but nice and clean. Bonus.... Easy on and off the freeway.
- 4/5
Nice and quiet the bed wasn't as comfortable as I liked and suite was pretty small
- 2/5
I called weeks in advance to request a quiet room on the top floor away from the elevator. I was told the top floor was reserved for long-term residents, but I was told the room would be on the 4th floor. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room located right next to the elevator. It was loud all night long and I hardly slept. I was supposed to stay two nights, but I checked out early because it was not a good experience. I will not be returning.
- 3/5
Booked a king suite room so that there would be a separate room with a pull out couch for a 2nd individual and upon arrival was told my pet could not go into that room. I showed the desk staff the booking I used and how it does not specify that arrangements need to be made for a pet room (and showed the girl the other motels and how they word it) and they still would not give me that room and instead had to settle for 2 queen beds with an individual who I have never roomed with before and am not related to. Was disappointed as I had stayed at this motel before without a pet and enjoyed it. And since I was paying almost $275 for that room, it seemed way overpriced.
- 3/5
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rating is due to the elevators and jacuzzi being out of service. The pool was really cold as well. We had the option to stay with family but chose a hotel so we would have access to a pool and jacuzzi. We’ve had great luck with Home2 Suites in other cities so we were disappointed. There are small details that show that this location is below a Hilton standard. The permanent sticker on the mirror affixed crooked, the box spring of the bed showing, the dishwasher not emptied upon arrival, are a few touches to name a few. I think with a few repairs and some attention to detail, this will be a lovely hotel.
- 3/5
Clean the remote for the tv , the tv in the room was stuck on Fox News, that was depressing 😕
- 4/5
These are new properties and thus their units are up to date.
- 2/5
Next room missing light bulb for lamp, no shower gel soap and asked for a new one the next day and they brought it but didn’t install it which you needed a key to do it. Had to find the cleaning lady to take care of it. They don’t clean every day. Didn’t replenish the coffee /tea area for a whole day. I would not recommend this place especially for $200/nt. I will never stay here again.
- 3/5
Walls were scraped. Mattress comfy. Everything was just cheap and sub par.
- 5/5
Very clean, good service from all the staff. Close to resturants and other stores. Loved having a couch in the room.
- 5/5
It was a great stay. Every staff member I encountered was awesome.
- 4/5
Ice machine was not working on my floor
- 5/5
Comfortable! Everything I need to feel like home while on the road.
- 4/5
I cooked some lasagna in the hotels kitchen and i wasn't disappointed 10/10
- 5/5
It was beautiful and peaceful!
- 5/5
Definitely one of the better properties in Kingman, Az. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
The lady at the front desk, Brenda, was very nice. Very professional and welcoming. Thank you Brenda
- 5/5
I like the hotel because of the bed and the shower! The breakfast could be better!
- 5/5
The room had all everything you need
- 5/5
A little pricy for the location and type of room
- 4/5
Highway noise plus the wall mount air conditioning unit noise was loud.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff b
- 2/5
Unfortunately the hotel is next to a very busy interstate and the traffic noise was quite loud. Barely slept and will not stay there again.
- 4/5
Nice place
- 4.5/5
The handicap accessible. The freeway next to it.
- 5/5
We live this facility
- 5/5
The cleaning and the position.
- 3/5
Comfortable and clean Breakfast with no variety and low offer. Not adequate for vegetarians and vegans.
- 5/5
Great service
- 2.5/5
breakfast was OK. Location is convenient, given Kingman is tiny all locations are convenient. Friendly staff. Parking was convenient. Room was in a dissapointing state. Lots of stains on the carpet in my room. Crap left behind from previous guest. Some of the dishes and silverware were dirty.
- 5/5
This hotel is clean, spacious and perfect for families. The only downside is that their washing machines were broken and wouldn't be utilized.
- 5/5
Love the dog friendly atmosphere.
- 5/5
Room was comfy. Swimming pool was a great deal for my kids. Breakfast was surprisingly good.
- 3.5/5
The pool seemed dirty and the hot tub was closed down by the health department. Staff and location
- 4/5
I would suggest requesting a room not on the highway side. Breakfast was delicious! Prepamde warm sandwiches is what we had I would recommend staying there
- 5/5
Great place to stay for the weekend. The full kitchen is worth it.
- 5/5
The bathroom pocket door was a bit heavy and kind of noisy at night, when others were sleeping.
- 5/5
Was there for the drag races. Great weather. Thought how great it would be if the hotel had a shuttle, had to drive to them. This chain always has good rooms though. The drag races were ok. Missed the first day, because the box office was closed (?) Also could not find a schedule for the drag races, or a leader board. Luckily, Oatman and rockhounding were fun too.
- 5/5
Staff were all wonderful. Breakfast buffet was fresh, a huge variety of foods and easy to navigate.
- 5/5
Super nice staff, quiet east parking just an amazing place to stay
- 1/5
We came to this hotel because it’s specifically said there was an indoor and outdoor pool. This is NOT an indoor pool so the kids had nothing to do as it was too cold to be outside. We went to use the gym and all the treadmills were not working which leaves you to 2 machines that were being used. The photos and write up about this hotel are nothing like the property it’s self. Super disappointed and will look for another place to stay tonight.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and informative of restaurants and best dining places!
- 5/5
I was a little disappointed in the breakfast
- 5/5
Love this place!
- 5/5
The Breakfast was Really Good!
- 5/5
I was only in the room for a short time to sleep but it was a great stay, quick check in and out. Very satisfied and will come back again
- 3/5
Internet was very poor. Could not print a page I needed.
- 5/5
One of my favorite road trip hotels.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Top notch hotel, very clean and modern
- 5/5
Very nice staff, very clean. Nice pool atea. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds
- 4/5
Continuous fan operation and earplugs can get you through.
- 2/5
However, one of the reasons I booked this hotel was because I stayed in it before and it was great and because there was a pool. The pool was too gross to swim in which was awful as it was one of the activities I had planned and looked forward to. Also, as soon as I came in the room it smelled like urine and there was a dead cockroach in the silverware drawer. I cannot recommend this hotel unfortunately.
- 4/5
Breakfast was not very good. Out of most stuff and tge lady never told us we could order a sandwich but told other people
- 5/5
Clean and quiet.
- 3/5
Breakfast starts too late—I’m on the road before they open up here, whereas at other locations it’s not an issue. Judging by the parking lot when I leave, I’m not the only guest missing breakfast so maybe they’re trying to save costs by starting after a lot of people have left. Not great.
- 5/5
Property is extremely clean, staff extremely kind and helpful. Room/suite equipped with kitchenette including dishes, glassware, dishwasher and utensils as well as basic cooking supplies. Comfortable bed and sleep sofa, quality linens and towels. Basic daily breakfast items including a small selection of hot items. If ever in Kingman, AZ again, this is where I would stay.
- 5/5
Comfortable bed, very clean room. Staff friendly. Premade Breakfast sandwich over heated with crunchy brioche bread. Options for oatmeal were great.
- 5/5
The only thing I didn't like is that the adjustable shower head is so high you can't reach it. It must have been installed by a 6'6" plumber!
- 4/5
Good place to stay
- 5/5
Very comfortable stay. Staff made our stay pleasant.
- 5/5
Probably the best night sleep I have ever had in a hotel. Was very clean and the breakfast was great! 10/10 would recommend! Definitely will be staying there again.
- 4/5
Hotel was very clean and perfect for business travelers. Staff was friendly and attentive. The freeway sound was quite noisy at night on my side of hotel. I would suggest a key card is required to get into the elevator. Other than that, I felt safe.
- 3/5
The beds were not comfortable at all, the pool needed cleaning, the hot tub was broken, the extra pillows for the pull out bed were yellow in color(I believe they started out their life white) the gate for the pool didn't work, would not unlock. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was great, and lots of parking even if you had a trailer
- 4/5
Close to freeway, if window open road noise.
- 3/5
If you want quiet, this isn’t the place.
- 5/5
But to really put a personal note, the staff is OUTSTANDING!!
- 5/5
Nice hotel , great service
- 4/5
It’s nice.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable rooms, good amenities, good breakfast, helpful staff, good laundry room and gym space.
- 5/5
beautiful hotel, room, and staff.
- 5/5
Always a great stay
- 2/5
Hot tub was out of order. My wife got a stomach bug and was up all night so I requested a late check out but was denied by a front desk employee who rudely explained it was because I wasn't a gold level member. Won't be staying at a Home2 Suites again to reach that level.
- 4/5
It was fine.
- 5/5
Very clean, safe location. The staff both night and day are friendly and has excellent customer service.
- 5/5
Wonderful choice to stay while in Kingman! Lots of room, very comfortable suite motel. New, nicely furnished, clean with comfy beds!
- 5/5
Kitchenette, dog friendly, comfortable beds
- 1/5
Room dirty bed not made had to move rooms. Only 1 person on staff. Long wait.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and there was hot coffee at 4am. Thank you
- 5/5
Wife complained about noise from I-40 late at night.
- 5/5
Convenient and modern
- 1/5
1/2 of the hotel faces the Hwy and the noise is very loud inside the rooms at night
- 5/5
Check in was quick and easy, room was clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
Too close to interstate.
- 4/5
Fine
- 4/5
Only thing I did not like is 75.00 dog fee is which was ridiculous. When you look at pet friendly hotels need to show what pet fees are. Never have had to pay that kind of a fee for a 14 pound dog and would not have stayed here because of that. If they feel they need to charge that then after you leave and access the room they should reimburse an amount back to you if there is no damage .
- 5/5
Liked the friendly staff and always available coffee and hot (tea) water, workout room and laundry.
- 2/5
House keepers are thieves and leave the rooms with hair all over the place and no towels in the rooms.. Awkward is that these are all under garments and they felt the need to keep them how disgusting.... I would appreciate a reimbursement and your apology was just embarrassing Will never stay at this hotel chain again $389 for two nights and a 4 story hotel with only 2 washers and one working dryer Just a horrible and uncomfortable experience
- 5/5
Like having a kitchen area. Large, comfortable bed! Very clean and homey! I felt safe and comfortable.
- 4/5
All good
- 5/5
Nice location, close to freeway but far enough to not be heard.
- 5/5
It's under renovations right now, so it's a bit dusty, but the staff is fantastic and super helpful.
- 5/5
will be staying here again someday
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
I would stay here again if I came thru Kingman!
- 5/5
Great staff,
- 4/5
The fire pit was not working and we planned on making s’mores - had disappointed grandkids
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
It was nice - I will be back
- 4/5
The breakfast was marginal. There was not a sufficient supply of al the items and if someone was taking good care of it, it was certainly not evident.
- 5/5
Home feeling
- 5/5
The night time hotel clerk so friendly. It was so nice to have a friendly face to greet us!!!
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, good location
