Lady was hard to understand, was very cold cause the gas furnace was in the wall next to the bed. Didn’t heat the room well and was scary being so close to the bed. Tub was slippery no grab handles. I will never stay there again unless last place available as was this tim building is old in need in repair. Big crack under the door. Overpriced.

It was great! I was broken down and despite the horrible circumstances The owner made every effort to ensure a great comfortable stay. Clean rooms, clean sheets and blankets, no bed bugs, hot showers and even hotter old school room heater.

Terrible parking area. Highway noises all night. Table wobbled and shower would not adjust temperatures and no water pressure. Cable ran up beside door. No tissues or any extras.will not stay again.

Place advertised uhaul and rig parking. Says so on their sign. There is none. Place is horrendous. Bullet holes and bodily fluids in room. Not kidding. Avoid this place at all costs.

I wish I could speak to my stay. But after waiting at the window, calling the hotel, calling the managers phone number that was posted and then calling hotels.com I decided to just keep driving towards my destination… and slept on the side of the road. Very unfortunate experience and will never settle for anything less than a quality option in the future. - on a side note, the patch of road I slept beside was beautiful in the morning 🙄

The proprietors were friendly and helpful. We rnjoyed our privacy and there were no unpleasant interactions anytime. The staff were very professional and warm.

I contacted the owner as soon as I checked in on how filthy it was. I have photos of the filthy bad, room, carpet, fridge and all in the room. Sheets weren't changed, towels filthy and he would not return my money. I was livid. I warn all do NOT STAY HERE. Hated it.

Do not use this hotel. They are fraudulent and will still your money but say they only charged you once. If you do use them check you bank account to make sure they don’t steal from you.

Hell do people want for under $50. When everything is taken into consideration, like there aren't any 4 or 5 star Resort Hotels in the area, this turns out to be the best place to stay according to the few Uber drivers we spoke with and our personal experience confirms.

Was a good stop over spot on our travel from AZ to NV. Just need a room for the night so was very easy. If your a fussy person I wouldn't recommend this place to you.

Check-in was quick. The motel is an old one, with a very loud a/c unit. It was clean and well-maintained, but the ice machine did not work (one needs ice for thermos bottles in the desert!).

Room was tiny. It was clean. our tv didn't work. someone came and fixed it immediately. there is nothing near the motel. we had to drive to the nearest fast food place about a mile.

If you want a Noisy, Ghetto room with bugs; this is your place to stay!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Cockroaches. Only 25’ from Hwy 93, and filthy. A $45.00 mistake. Nuff said? Left after finding roaches in my bed. EEWWW!!

We were just staying for the night on a long driving trip and wanted something low cost. We got the ground floor room we asked for, everything was clean and worked fine. I'd definitely stay there again. They could use an electrical outlet near / in the bathroom for those of us who shave with an electric razor, but I unplugged the microwave and stood by the mirror in the main room. There was plenty of electric access near the bed and table to recharge phones though.

The service was good and the location was convenient. I did not expect this hotel to be fabulous because I was on a very tight budget but it met my needs and felt is was worth what I paid. I would stay there again if money was tight on another trip

Room stunk of chemicals, water stunk too. Took a shower and I was dirtier when I was done from the stinking un-treated water. Horrible. Small room, didn’t expect a lot from $40.00, but this was very poor.

Just passing through. The first room the sheets looked dirty. They gave us another room. I understand it's a mom and pop motel, but take one room at a time and do the repairs. Paint clean or replace the carpet. Make it like it is your own.

If you like Micro Breweries, check out Rickety Cricket Brewing in Historic Downtown Kingman. It just opened 2 months ago, great industrial decor with working brewery and delicious local craft brews and an awesome pub menu, a highlight of our stop in Kingman!

The hotel room was pretty small to fit the two queen beds. However, it was clean and contained all the basic necessities. It was right off a busy road that was pretty noisy all night - but that's what you get when you're off Route 66. Wifi worked okay. Pretty basic but okay for the price.

If you're just looking for a bed and a shower, the Economy Motel is ok. It's old, but it was clean. The place is like twenty feet from the highway, so there's always traffic noise and parking is tight if you're in a pickup truck or bigger SUV. If it were any closer to the edge of Kingman, you would be out of town.Probably won't stay there again.

It is what it is. It's an older motel I'm sure mainly for truckers to get some shut eye for a few hours. I wasn't expecting anything else. It served it's purpose.
