The beds were hard as a rock. To turn the shower knob on, you automatically had to get Wet cause there was no access to the shower knob. Other then that it was good

No remote control for the tv. Excuse : renovation. This is for me no excuse for a room with missing furniture ! (This was my 19th hotel during my trip through America and this was the first hotel that I'm unsatisfied about. So, don't stay in that hotel !

Property very dated. If you have any restrictions make sure to call the property to see if you can get a first floor room. They do not have elevators just stairs.

A/C worked great. Refrigerator was larger than most places. Overall worth what I paid and would surely reserve there again if return to the area.

The breakfast was bad, they didn’t refresh the eggs, potatoes, was a little eggs that was all, a man came in for breakfast but they took all the things to make a waffle away, so all that was there was a few eggs 2 little potatoes and hot peppers were just a few also and the breakfast time was still there for people to eat but nothings was there….

This is an older hotel but efforts have been made to update it a bit. We only stayed one night as we were traveling through. Lobby and room was clean. Breakfast was good. A good room for a decent price.

The options to have three beds in one room was perfect for us!!

The floors were black with dirt. The door lock had been broken. The toilet seat was for a child.

Power was out for several hours after I checked in, but otherwise OK.

The first night I thought it was the cleaning person with cart so I didn't say anything. The 2nd night I saw the dogs go up and down the stairs. Around 5am the 2nd night I went to the office and talked to a lady about what is going on. She said there are no dogs and only 1 person. I said no there are 2 large dogs and 2 adults. She said it was too early to knock on there door. I came back when checking out around 7:30am. She said yes there is 2 large dogs in the room above we charged them accordingly. I asked what about my room where both nights were hours of pounding and jumping above us. She said they can't do anything but they will let there manager know and they will get back to me. To this day no one has emailed or called and left a message. Also this hotel is labeled as dog friendly.. only 1 of 2 building is dog friendly. I asked the front desk where the fenced in area with dog poop bags. I was told dogs can go to the bathroom anywhere. There was a 2 foot wide grass area with a water truck parked too close to use. Behind the hotel is a 8-10 foot wide dirt area with rocks and trash on the ground. No trash can, not fenced in, no poop bags. Not sure why they charge for dogs if they don't provide dog friendly things. Adam Brown

It was clean No smoke alarm no hair dryer no hand towels to roll was empty we replaced them awful beds tv in a corner that was not movable. Shocked that this was a bay mount. Cost was ridiculous. We have stayed at better motel 6 locations. Staff was good.

This was our second stay at this hotel because they do a great job maintaining. Only comment is there were some homeless and sketchy people roaming the parking lot at all hours. Digging in trash and begging for alcohol

It appears it was recently remodeled. The price per night offers an extremely good value for the budget conscious.

The room just had a bed, no chair, table or desk. Only one set of towels. We stayed for two nights and the room wasn’t made up or cleaned the first day. Check in was very slow. The property was old and needed cleaned up and renovated.

The room was clean, equipped with the essentials, and we even had a welcome note from Brittany, our housekeeper. Breakfast allowed for us to put some food in our stomachs before continuing on to our next destination. Thank you for the hospitality!

It's really cheap for a reason. The location was easy, convenient, and had food and gas options right across the street. The pillows in our room were dirty and covered in black stuff of some sort. Thankfully, we had our own. There was also someone else's chips and crumbs in the bed from before us. The room was hot the whole time and I even adjusted the thermostat but it never got any cooler. We sweated all night and didn't get much sleep. We had to open the door for a little bit of air because it was cooler outside. We noticed the breakfast was waffles and small to go plates of pre-made food they microwaved for you, so we didn't even bother trying any of it. It's a decent little stop if you are on a lower budget and are only resting for a few hours and leaving.

The towels look like they were the same ones fron when the hotel was built. The blow dryer did not work. The bath essentials were empty. The table that was suppose to be there was missing and I couldn't do any work. I ended up leaving the next day and checked into a different hotel.

Nothing, it was uncomfortable and gross The room smelled so bad, the floors were extremely dirty, had foot prints all over, dirt all over. The sheets were stained and gross. It was not cleaned. They said they couldn’t refund us, and didn’t seem like they wanted to help the situation either. So we just checked out and left, got another CLEAN hotel near by.

Our stay at the Baymont was overall pleasant. The room was clean and updated. The customer service was very good. Tye check-in and out processxwas easy. The property was very quiet, except at 5am when the occupants upstairs stomped around and moved what sounded like furniture. My one main complaint is that lobby space should be improved for the breakfast buffet. The tabletops aren't secured to the table pedestal and almost toppled over. There is only 1 wafflemaker. There is no microwave for heating up the breakfast and coffee which is cold during the latter half of the breakfast. I suggest replacing the oversived, wobbly tables with smaller ones to have more seating, have a microwave, and place a 2nd wafflemaker. Then it would be perfect.

There was dirt and pubic hair under the sheets so the cleaning person probably never switched out new bedding, the furniture was all tore up, shower head broken, terrible location so it sounded like I was sleeping on the highway. The wash towel looked like someone washed their boots with it. I told the receptionist the next morning and he said like this was a canned and usual response "Sorry but I can't do anything about it." This place is a slum. I would not give them even a one star rating if I could.

Stayed here twice. Rooms are large, very clean and the beds are comfortable. It is a nice establishment for the price and allows us to have our dog with us (reasonable fee). I enjoy staying here but would request they update the towels.

We asked when we got to the desk for a room on the lower floor because I am disabled and cannot do stairs. The woman said there was no rooms on the lower floor available that evening. We were sent to the building across the lane and the entire night. There was only our car and one other. They’re the whole night. There was many rooms open on the bottom floor.

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in! Filthy, in disrepair, bugs in the room smelled like Marijuana and had bugs crawling under ther door with the huge gap. Would NOT refund my $ because it had been more than 1/2 hour that we had the "room". I have seen better conditions picking up my dog from a kennel! STAY AWAY!!!

Would not recommend this property. Old furniture, horrible bed, extremely noisy (thin walls), and a very seedy clientele. Also this is very close to a rail line so not just noise issue but a lot of vagrants near by.

This is my go-to place to stay when driving through Kingman. It is clean and good value. Dogs allowed for $25 fee. The staff is always great. The furniture is a little worn. The area a little gritty. But if you're looking for a place to rest up, gas up, and get back on the road in the morning, this could be your new favorite spot. I like to get coffee at Starbucks inside Basha's grocery, just down the street.

Was not allowed to check-in unless I wanted to pay a 25,00 fee even though my room was ready. No restroom available while I waited 35 minutes for check-in time. Had to leave premises to find restroom.

We asked for a room close to the lobby, but were placed across the street when our original room (close to the lobby) could not be accessed with the key. The front desk person tried it as well. Kudos to the front desk person though, it’s a busy place and she was by herself.

Upside, plenty of parking, Car next to the room. (When booking, request ground floor). Extra points for serving a hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles and other. Downside, blinds didnt work, no soap in dispenser, seems dark.

There are 2 different lots for this hotel. One was extremely close to freeway, loud and had clientele nearby that were a little seedy. The lot that was further from the freeway, was only a little better. The bathtub was clean but the finish was so old and mottled it looked dirty.

The breakfast area was also very small. It was in the same area where we check in and pretty much a small area where every guest need to sit and eat. Never going back again. Very unhappy with Expedia for recommending this hotel and made me pay almost 2 nights charge for one night.

Front desk was having bad day and was yelling so loud on phone during my check-in, I could talk to other front desk person. Very clean. Parking at check-in is a bit crummy of a setup. Can entertainment easier through the Arby's parking lot.

The evening girl was pleasant, but did book our last night incorrectly so we had to change hotels. Go to the Clairion down the street, for a bit more it is the better choice.

The room was updated and overall clean, the location is NOT nice or safe feeling and it was very noisy. There were sirens several times in the night, and loud guests that we could hear through the walls.

It was an okay location for what we planned to do. The building we stayed in was far from the pool and breakfast area. The breakfast area is quite small, literally in the lobby area. The pool was needing cleaning. We were satisfied with the room.

Had to change rooms twice because the beds had pet and long hairs under the sheets. The third room was clean but the tv never worked. Got tired of messing with it

This annex is across a busy boulevard from the main hotel and is so far from the office or breakfast that one must drive just to eat. Very unacceptable and no landscaping or pool by annex. It might have as well have been in the next town down the freeway. Won’t stay there again. And the owner is too cheap to reprint the correct password on the car pouch. Totally cheap

The floor was dirty. It was grey tile so looked clean til you wiped something up. Didnt go barefoot. A gap at the bottom side of the door let hot air in. The eggs were terrinle. But all eggs are awful at a buffet breakfast. But the bed was comfortable!!!

Very basic motel directly near busy interstate. Lumpy bed. Very noisy. Area felt sketchy and i was concerned about the location. It's a big town... look for a better place.

We stayed here for one night while passing through Kingman, and it was a good experience overall. The front desk staff was friendly and got us checked in quickly. The room was simple but clean.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the nicest thing is you can park right in front of your unit. That's the advantage of the older reconditioned motels vs. the newer 3 or more story hotels.

Great and comfortable

The sheets were dirty on one of the beds. The room looked all around dusty and not properly house kept. The front desk receptionist was friendly and provided us new linens. The tub had cracked areas where the lining has failed and the inside material was exposed. Not a deal breaker but still a bad look. All around I'd say for the price I paid I would have expected at least clean bedsheets. I wouldn't recommend this property.

Decent hotel experience. Older hotel, but room was nice for the price. Breakfast is included and not bad. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was a bit loud, but masked outside noises.

People working there are awesome. Nice quite rooms, even though it was at a busy intersection and trains, couldn't hear them. What a blessing. Couldn't figure out how to get the TV working but had my PC with me so I was good. Thank you for a nice stay.

At the price a very reasonable place for an overnight. Room clean, bed comfortable and suited our needs.

Apparently the manager left the whole team hanging so they were doing the best they could. Clean and tidy through. No coffee in room

The front desk clerk was helpful and pleasant. Her welcome at the end of a long travel day was great.

Overall the facility is Okay. But the traffic noise is so loud especially during the night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The security lock was broken and missing parts and could not be used.

Manager is brain dead. Asked her to help me connecting my game console to WiFi and she said it’s impossible, argued and threatened me. Spent 15 minutes listening to brain dead idiot on why it’s impossible and then 30 minutes for locating their internet company & talking to them. I got my game console connected & that manager still thinks it’s impossible. The worst thing is that she doesn’t even try to figure out what is possible

IT WAS JUST OKAY. Would I stay again? Absolutely not. We were tired, got there around 10pm. We got the last 2 rooms available, so we made it work. We felt safe, parking lot is well lit. The floors are nice, but the hotel definitely needs more renovations/updating. The pillows are old. No drapes, the blinds still let in light. The office chair in the room was stained. I've attached pictures. Being apart of Wyndham, I definitely expected better Might as well stayed at the Motel 6 down the street for half the price.

Staff was friendly. Room was average but clean.

The person who cleaned the rims was extremely nice. She is definitely keep her for them. Front desk seemed a little cranky and unprofessional. The night I checked in, she's actually quite rude. I think that's would be good anything else

The check-in person was very nice and professional. There was parking right outside my door. The room was nice but the bed was broken down and poor. there was a coffe maker but no cups other than the clear water cups, fortunately I had a mug in my truck that worked.

It waa a nice enough place for the price.
